Nightwing heaved a sigh and collapsed on the sofa. His two-week mission in Gotham had lasted two months. Two months of cat and mouse riddles, and whilst he'd enjoyed being back amongst the bat-family, he'd missed the Titans. Maybe one day he'd convince the Titans to relocate to Bludhaven, but in the meantime, he was finally back in Jump City. The Titan's early bird should be emerging any moment now, perhaps they could go to the roof watch the sun rise together…

As if on cue, he heard the door to the kitchen swish open. There she was, still soft and crumpled from sleep and… "What are you wearing?"

Nightwing hadn't meant that to be the first thing he said to Raven in two months. Although it was more original than the 'good morning' that had been his intended opener. Raven barely spared him a glance, "This old thing?"

'This old thing' was his Robin t-shirt, he'd wondered where it had gone, it was so old, worn and frayed at the edges. She'd clearly been using it as a nightie. It was so oversized on her, that the neck fell off one shoulder, revealing soft supple kissable skin.

"Why are you wearing my t-shirt?" Nigthwing asked, a smirk appearing on his lips.

"Since you disappeared, Boy Blunder, our entire rouges galley thought it would be a free-for all… what with Mumbo, Adonis, Dr Light, Control Freak and Brother Blood all hatching their evil plans, and Plasmus having a goo party, I haven't had time for laundry, thankfully, Cinderblock was the last one, and so today it's laundry day… in the meantime…"

"You're sleeping in my t-shirt…" he smirked.

Raven raised one eyebrow, turning her back to him, as she walked towards the kettle, "What makes you think it's your t-shirt, Boy Blunder?"

Nightwing snorted, his smirk becoming more pronounce, "Well there's the big red R on your bo.. front"

Raven reached up to take out her mug from the cupboard, the action causing the frayed hem to edge dangerously high, almost revealing her pert derriere.

Nightwing watched, memorised, even as Raven proceeded to add her tea bag and put her water to boil, before responding with, "What makes you think it's yours?"

The smirk slipped a notch, "What?"

Ravens lips twitched into a small smile as she added boiling water to her tea bag, "Well you're not the only Robin I know Richard… there's Jason… Timothy… oh and even Damian…"

Nightwing's mind whirled. He remembered Jon telling him about Damian's secret massive crush on Raven, but discounted it… Damian's Robin t-shirts were new, definitely not this old and faded and they were significantly smaller… it couldn't belong to Jay… or Tim… could it?

Raven's tea had steeped to perfection. She removed the bag with a satisfied hum and turned to make her way to the sofa.

"Show me!" Nightwing demanded.

"I beg your pardon?" Raven bit out, in a tone that implied he should most definitely be begging her pardon.

"Show me the label…" Nightwing clarified, blushing slightly.

Raven smirked, "Make me."

Nightwing gapped at her for a full Gotham minute, and then vaulted over the sofa to intercept her. He'd have caught anyone else… but this was Raven, she portalled away at the last minute and his hand closed around wisps of purple smoke.

"Bit grabby this morning, Boy Blunder," she smirked.

Nightwing's eyes narrowed. "It's cheating to use your powers, Raven!"

"Then why are you using your bat-powers, Boy Blunder?" Raven's words floated in the space she had been seconds before Nightwing could catch her, causing him to swear softly under his breathe, as his senses heightened and he focused in on the elusive empath.

"Raven…" Nightwing growled

"Language, Nightwing!" she scolded lightly, already at the coffee table and lowering her steaming mug of tea on the table without spilling a single precious drop.

He didn't know whether he managed to catch her at the perfect moment when she was placing her tea on a coaster or if she'd simply allowed him to catch her, but he managed to tackle her. With a soft thud, Nightwing pinned the lithe form of Raven to the sofa. Without giving her the chance to escape, he turned up the hem of the t-shirt, momentarily distracted by the soft smooth thigh and hint of black lace underneath. He found the label, and there neatly written in Alfred's handwriting was, Dick Grayson.

It was his. His t-shirt touching her skin. Only his. As his azure eyes now a midnight blue met her deep plum irises, she smirked, "Happy now, Boy Blunder?"

The sunrise forgotten, his lips crashed down on hers, muffling her soft laughter, even as they both disappeared into her portal, leaving just a steaming cup of perfectly brewed tea on the table.
