Welcome to the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, but before starting. Let us answer some reviews:

streetlife34: I'm glad to hear that. It would be something of that nature since it would allow him to store a lot of power to be used for later. She didn't mean it like that, Akeno meant that Kazuki would also be her brother-in-law if she and Issei married each other.

altajir95: Thanks. And that was a good meeting between them and Gabriel.

Dreadknight12: Thanks. Yes, the Three Factions' meeting is coming up closer and closer, but that was in the anime instead of the light novel. But, Mariah would be teasing them about it though. That would be a good reaction from Kazuki, from both situations, and being protective of Gabriel around Issei. In addition to him being able to sense discomfort from Albion and Ddraig.

Blackout: Thanks. It's going to be interesting for him to explore the use of those new light weapons, which have now been imbued with Albion's dragon powers. No one would be more perfect to talk to Gasper, who was nervous and had trouble talking to people similar to what he went through. Well, here it is.

Guest: Thanks, it was fun writing their reactions to Kazuki's Balance Breaker, more so Ravel, who hadn't seen the Kokabiel fight. Yea, it does coincide with his title as the White Knight, but it's instead of the armor of the White Dragon. Both Kazuki and Gasper do have similar personalities, at least at the start of their lives, which is the reason that I wrote it like that. It isn't random, I believe that a lot of people like Lucina, and I'll make it so that all of them will have their moments.

I wanted Kazuki to get a weapon that would fit him most instead of receiving a legendary weapon, but the light weapons being imbued with dragon power from Albion would make them better than most. Well, he wouldn't do something like that considering that he does understand the situation that Heaven would be in with God dead; and the angels needing to do things to ensure their side doesn't fall apart. Well, it was more than Kazuki understood his situation, while Albion hated the kind of host he had.

Thanks for looking into my other stories, and I thought that DxD Fandom would be a good place to add a lot of the information from the High School DxD stories. I thought that it'd make the transition from both of the original into the remake for the people confused about the changes.

1: There will be different members of his team. Most of the people that I thought about were those in his current harem.

2: I'm thinking more about using Royal Wild Card, but I won't reveal what it's going to be about.

3: I was thinking about leaving him as someone who'd become a Humanoid Dragon. But, then someone in the reviews mentioned that it would coincide with the fact that Issei is a Reincarnated Devil, and the Sekiryuutei. And Kazuki is a Reincarnated Angel and the Hakuryuukou. I have an idea about what to do in regards to him being able to love the women he loves.

If you didn't know, I do have another one, DxD – The Last Amagiri, where the MC is a human without one too. And is still training to become stronger like Vasco Strada.

4: That does sound interesting with Vasco Strada being his teacher for the summer.

5: Jeanne is the same one as the one from High School DxD, not the one from Fate.

6: Yea, he's looking for whoever would be targeting Asia and that would be a serious thing that'd piss off someone like Diodora. I have an idea what Kazuki is going to be doing during that situation.

7: A lot of people are going to be looking forward to the moment that those two start working together in a union. Several people compare Issei and Kazuki with Goku and Vegeta, and it's always funny to hear in the reviews.

8. I do have an idea of what to do in regards to Kazuki mastering Juggernaut Drive in the future. I gave all three of them those dragons, in particular, because them being the Welsh, Albion, and Wendish-related topics, which are linked to one another.

Once again, thanks for showing an interest in my stories and I hope that I can continue making them just as enjoyable as everyone hopes.

Altair: That does sound interesting considering that Kazuki might end up being the strongest among the angels in the future.

: I'm glad to hear that you like the chapter. But, I don't know about that.

The Conference Begins

Earlier in the morning, in the forest near the Old School Building, four people found themselves sitting behind that specific area. Said people ranged from Issei, Gasper, Kazuki, and Asia, the three second-years joined there in an attempt to assist their junior. He heard about what happened the last time the group tried helping Gasper train and learn to control his Forbidden Balor View from Ravel. And based on her description, it turned out into one big disaster that frightened him.

That, more than anything, made Kazuki take charge of the training session this time. First off, he started Gasper on a basic training regimen meant to build up stamina, something that Kazuki learned from experience. And then, he started training in the main area that Gasper needed the most.

"Alright, let's do this a fifth time."

"A-Alright."

In response to Kazuki's suggestion, Gasper nodded his head with a bit more confidence, but he was still scared and worried about failing. Aside from the four of them being dressed in their gym uniforms, around the ground were several typical volleyballs. However, for some reason, most of them had a red dot marked on them via a red marker.

Noticing that Gasper was prepared, Kazuki lifted the volleyballs into the air using magic, then started moving the balls in the air. Each of them circled Gasper, their positions continuing to shift and rotate around, showing the red dot on some of them. In noticing one of the balls that had the red dot on them, Gasper's eyes let out the same light that showed his sacred gear's activation.

"…."

Much to the surprise of Gasper, the volleyball was stopped in the air, as he looked more confident.

"I-I did it again."

Gasper said smiling about his accomplishment.

"Yes, that makes your fifth time in a row, Gasper-kun!"

Asia said as she drew a mark on the ground using a stick.

Around the ground, there looked to be multiple marks on the ground, but their numbers ranged from one, or two, to three at best. Noticing that, Asia looked glad for the accomplishment of her kouhai as he started looking more confident in himself.

"Alright, don't forget Gasper, the goal is to get it ten in a row."

"Alright, Kazuki-senpai!"

Gasper said as he started again, while Kazuki continued with the training session.

"Where did this weird training session come from?"

Issei asked as he could be seen practicing a newfound blade that was extending outside of his Boosted Gear.

Similar to him, Issei received a new weapon from Heaven, but he was a legendary sword, Ascalon, which was a famous dragon-slaying sword he received from Michael. Having been modified by the three leaders, he managed to wield and store it inside of Boosted Gear. But, despite being a good weapon, Issei himself wasn't talented or at all skilled in swordsmanship.

Issei bragged about the fact that he and Akeno had some alone time there too, but Kazuki knew that nothing had happened there. Rias did end up getting involved too, causing him and her to leave the shrine that had acted as Akeno's home. Kazuki was glad that Issei was making some headway in forming relationships with the other girls from the Occult Research Club.

"Ravel-san thought about it. Instead of tossing balls at Gasper as a certain someone did," Kazuki mentioned as a nervous laugh could be heard from Issei. "She thought that it would be good to have him start stopping the time of slower moving objects instead. Ravel-san also came up with the idea of marking certain volleyballs with a red marker so that Gasper can train more on stopping one specific target. She is quite the creative thinker."

"Yeah, the clever thinker that once told those catgirls to break my legs."

Issei said, recalling the time that Ni and Li, Riser's older twin pawns targeted his legs on Ravel's comment.

"Aren't you the pervert who stripped their members naked and threatened to do the same to Ravel-san?"

Kazuki asked back as Issei remained silent, then continued with his training in learning to wield Ascalon, but it still looked about the same as a child sword fighting. During their time there, Asia started undergoing basic training similar to Gasper too. At some point, in the middle of their training, Gasper turned his attention toward a volleyball and tried stopping it. However, Issei ended up being caught up instead.

"Ah, what the hell?!"

Issei asked, finding something weird as his left arm, and found himself sleeping.

"E, Eek, S-Sorryyyyyy!"

Gasper apologized, finding himself blessing upon the fifth attempt in a row.

From there, all the confidence that Gasper had built up during this training ended up lessening from him messing up and freezing a friend again.

"Come on, there's nothing to be sad about, Gasper."

"Kazuki's right," Issei said as the time-stopping effects faded and he was able to move his left arm around. "All of us are in the middle of training, so being a novice, at first, is fine. Besides, you're making some good progress as the number of incidents has down, right?"

"…S-Since, I'm incomplete as a human with a sacred gear, and a vampire unable to use their inherent powers as well. I just continue causing trouble for everyone…. I-I have to control my powers more…. W-What a halfway incomplete existence I am…sob"

"Come on, Gasper. No one is born complete," Kazuki said standing up, then placing a comforting hand on top of Gasper's head, comforting him. "All of us are born to learn more about ourselves and life, then as people, we'll all soon started reaching completion of people. Nii-san is right, messing up from time to time in training is normal. At this point, all of us are novices when it comes down to it."

"We're both members of the same club, and Rias Buchou's servants and comrades! Come at me with a bang!"

Issei exclaimed with great vigor, showing nothing short of confidence.

Seeing the confidence that his two upperclassmen had in him, Gasper started feeling more confident in himself, while desiring to continue on training.

"Ise-senpai, I-I'll do my best…," Gasper replied, then reached for something that was nearby, which was revealed to be the paper bag with eye holes poked in them. "Understood! Th-Then, I'll wear this paper bag and power up to continue training with confidence."

Noticing that, and recalling what happened when Gasper wore that for the first time, Kazuki went toward Asia as a confused look could be seen on her face. More so, as the two of them convinced Gasper not to wear that paper bag mask around Asia, considering that it might've frightened her.

Soon enough, it was the beginning of the Conference as Gasper was left inside of the Occult Research Club for the time being. Before leaving, Issei and Koneko left him with a bunch of snacks and games to pass the time until the Three Faction Conference was finished.

"Coming in."

As the King, Rias knocked on the door leading into the meeting room and entered first to find a beautiful task big enough. There was a tense atmosphere around as the most important figures from each faction were sitting at the table. From Heaven, the current God and Archangel, Michael; and one of the Four Seraph, Gabriel, who sat right beside him. From the Underworld, the current Lucifer, Sirzechs, and Leviathan, Serafall. And from Grigori, there was the Governor-General, Azazel.

Neither of them was alone as acting as their bodyguards were Mariah, who was asked such by Michael before the start of the meeting. But, the Archangel felt bad for suggesting such a thing because she's been forced to leave the Church. Standing a distance from Mariah were Kazuki and Asia, the latter was sitting in a chair he prepared for her. Although the two hadn't been asked to be their bodyguards, the two still stood beside them for support.

Besides the two Maou was their respective Queens, Grayfia, and Lucina, both of whom were acting with the kind of dignity befitting their lineage. Sitting down in one of the multiple chairs beside them was Sona. And standing beside the Governor-General were Vali and Raynare, the latter wearing a combat suit prepared in Grigori.

"…!"

Issei tried acting as courteous as possible considering he wouldn't want to make Rias look bad in front of the big shots sitting in the room. As soon as Gabriel entered his sights his perverted mind went straight into overdrive as he examined her from top to bottom.

"She's a super-beautiful Onee-san! Her figure is super excellent! And her oppai are huge! It's great that she has huge oppai, while she's an Angel and she looks so divine!"

Issei's thoughts started coming out faster than he could comprehend them.

As if noticing the attention placed on her, Gabriel turned her head and gave a kind wave, also accompanied by a smile that matched too. Noticing the innocence and kindness that was radiating from her in that instance Issei felt as if his heart skipped a beat. But, recovered as soon as Sirzechs noticed them entering the room too.

"My younger sister, and her family," Sirzechs introduced, signaling for them to enter the room. "During that attack of Kokabiel a few days ago, they were active during the raid."

"I have heard the report. I give my thanks once more."

Michael kindly said, genuinely showing his gratitude for handling that situation; causing their King, to show a courtly bow.

"Sorry, Kokabiel of my side caused you trouble."

Azazel casually replied, showing not one ounce of the courteous as the other leaders.

Once their introductions were settled, Grayfia and Lucina showed the Gremory Group towards the same section of seats Sona was sitting at. A small amount of time passed as silence seemed to cover the room once again as the main leaders seemed to look forward wondering where the discussion should go next. It wasn't that big a surprise as it would be the first time that something such as this happened before and after the Great War.

"Now that everyone has arrived," Sirzechs seemed to have been the person who started things off first. As all the people responsible for their factions listened in. "I'll start by saying the preconditions for the meeting. The people present here to acknowledge the most important event and forbidden subject, The Non-existence of God. In acknowledging that, let's continue with the conference from there."

That reveal was something that caught the attention of those who weren't aware of that up until the moment that Kokabiel attempted to restart the Great War.

"Like that, we Angels…."

Michael started his discussion about the business related to Heaven by mentioning what he and others among the Seraph planned on for the future.

"That's true," Sirzechs started as he agreed with Michael. "That way would be better. If it's like now, certainly the Three Factions will go down the road of destruction…."

Hearing the responses from both Michael and Sirzechs, no one doubted that the two of them were in the perfect positions as the leaders of their particular factions.

"Well, we don't have any particular thing to fuss over."

Azazel nonchalantly replied.

Those listening to the conversation noticed that Azazel was acting more like someone who broke the ice when the conversation went to a standstill. Behind him, Vali looked as if he had no part in this conversation as Raynare, instead of looking a bit at their leader not surprised about Azazel's responses. Despite that, the conference between the Three Factions continued.

Those standing on the sidelines continued listening to the discussion without notable reactions from them. Of course, Kazuki looked to notice that Issei couldn't understand most of it and instead looked much more focused on Rias. There looked to have been a cute moment between them as she held onto his hand, with Akeno noting, then and silently commented about it.

He looked on to find that Mariah stood beside Michael and Gabriel, showing signs of a genuine bodyguard with a serious demeanor. A similar thing could be said about at least Raynare, while Vali leaned against the wall with his eyes closed. He didn't know the kind of past between Azazel and Vali but based on things the silver-haired youth didn't appear to care at all.

Soon enough, Kazuki felt a light tug beside him, then noticed that Asia looked nervous about the entire thing as she held onto his shirt. It wasn't long until he extended out his hand, which the blonde-haired nun held onto with a beautiful smile on her face. Holding onto the hand of the person who'd been there for her the most, Asia wasn't able to stop herself from feeling happiness building up.

"Now then, Rias, Sona. Could you speak about the incident a few days before?"

""Yes, Lucifer-sama.""

Both Rias and Sona stood up from their seat, then both of them started giving out their explanation about all the events concerning Kokabiel. Of course, the two of them were involved in two different situations, while being together near the end of it.

"Good work, sit down."

Sirzechs said in a thankful and serious tone.

"Thanks, Rias-chan and So-tan~"

Serafall cheerfully said.

Both the crimson and black-haired young women bowed their heads, but the latter kept down her embarrassment in hearing her childish name.

"A wonderful explanation from Sirzechs-san's and Serafall-san's sisters," Gabriel said smiling while connecting her hands. In response to hearing her speaking, Serafall seemed to stiffen up a bit, as she smiled and looked to crack up a bit. It was something that Sirzechs, Grayfia, and Lucina seemed to notice, but hoped that Serafall is calm enough to hold it back. "Now, could Mariah please give your part of the situation?"

"Yes, Gabriel-sama."

Mariah stood up and started the explanation.

From her side, it explained the mission that she, Irina, and Xenovia has been assigned in retrieving the Church's stolen Excalibur fragments. It was the situation that led to the situation that revealed the death of God, which was Kokabiel's thought of stirring up Heaven.

"And that's what happened."

Mariah said finishing, before returning to her previous position.

"Thank you, Mariah."

Michael thanked them as Mariah bowed her head.

Kiba didn't visibly show it, but he felt nothing but pride that his younger sister was in such a position acting as the bodyguard of two Seraph.

"Now then, Azazel. After hearing this report, I want to hear the opinion of the Governor-General of Grigori."

Sirzechs noted, turning his attention to Azazel, who still looked as casual as before the meeting started.

"Well, regarding the incident a few days ago, Kokabiel, one of the leaders at Grigori, kept quiet about his actions and acted independently. I sent Vali here to handle him but was taken care of my Kazuki there, who'd achieved Balance Breaker. Afterward, under our court-martial, his punishment was enforced, and was sentenced to eternal freezing in Cocytus," Azazel replied casually. "He won't be coming back anymore. The explanation for that, everything was written in the material that was forwarded to you, right? That is all."

Azazel leaned forward afterward, placing his chin on his hand as the other two leaders looked a bit dissatisfied by the response.

"As the explanation, it is the worst category," for the first time Michael sighed a bit, but his expression didn't even turn negative once. "But, I know about the story of you personally not wanting to make anything big occur against us. Is that true?"

"Aah, I don't have any interest in wars," Azazel replied waving his hand, sounding nothing short of honest. "When Kokabiel also disparaged me, don't you have the report for that as well?"

"Azazel, I want to ask one thing but, why you've been gathering Sacred Gear users for the past couple of decades," Sirzechs asked, catching Azazel's attention. "At first, I thought that you were gathering humans to augment your group's combat potential. I even anticipated you to wage war against the Underworld and Heaven, but there has been nothing but silence."

"Yes, we were under the same opinion. No matter how much time passed, you haven't attempted to wage war on us. I was enveloped with wariness as I heard that aside from the two Longinus wielders you brought over to Grigori, the Wendish Dragon also appeared on your side. There was also the time that you approached, Kazuki-kun, the current Vanishing Dragon too."

Both Sirzechs and Michael showed their concern about Azazel amassing Sacred Gear owners, in addition to the two Longinus wielders he gathered alongside Vali.

"Come on, that was all for the sake of Sacred Gear research. If that's the case, should I send part of the research material that I gathered as proof as well? All the research was incident, I don't have the slightest interest in a war at this late of an hour. I had no intention of taking the Vanishing Dragon too unless he was interesting, which was the reason that I followed his request. I'm perfectly satisfied with the condition that the world is in right now," all of his responses were honest and genuine. "I have ordered all of my subordinates not to interfere with the politics of the Human World, you know? So, I have no interest in intervening with Heaven's religion. Nor do I want to influence the Underworld Government's business either. Damn, is my trust in the Three Faction the least?"

"That's true."

"That's right."

"That's exactly it~"

"I'm sorry, but that's the case."

Sirzechs, Michael, Serafall, and Gabriel finished giving out their opinions.

In hearing that Gabriel finished right as soon as she finished her sentence, Serafall looked irritated as she started moving to say something.

"Stop trying to one-up me…hmmhmm."

Serafall's mouth was covered as Lucina created portals in front of her hand, keeping whatever she was going to say to Gabriel. But, despite her mouth being covered Serafall was continuing to speak as if nothing going on. It wasn't shown on her face, but Grayfia was proud and grateful for her niece's actions in keeping her King from….

"Ouch," Lucina said slightly, as she retrieved her arms from the portal as if out of pain. She tried keeping down all the emotions building up, but Lucina looked a bit hurt at that moment. "She bit me."

"…Serafall-sama."

Grayfia uttered, feeling a bit dissatisfied by the Maou's actions, more so since Serafall bit her niece. Witnessing it happen, Sona made intense efforts to restrain face-palming herself, something that was hard to notice.

"Sorry, the heat of the moment~"

Serafall apologized, then turned back around.

"Che. I thought that you were better than God and the first-generation Lucifer, but you guys are all troublesome guys yourselves. I guess that sneakily researching Sacred Gears and things like that doesn't get along with you, huh," Azazel stated wearing a dissatisfied expression on his face, but then held out both his hands. "Ah, I got it. If you're all on the same page as me, then let's make peace. Wasn't that the intention as well? Angels and Devils originally, as well?"

Issei and the others were surprised about what Azazel said right then and there, then looked to find that the other leaders looked to share the same feeling. Kazuki was glad that there'd a chance for the Three Factions to be at peace with one another. It meant that there would be no more conflict between them and interacting with all three sides would be easier.

"Yes, I also planned on proposing peach between the Underworld and Grigori," Michael started as Gabriel too nodded her head in agreement. "If we continue with the relationship that the Three Factions have continued to maintain, then it would end up damaging the Human World. I, as the Leader of the angels, say this, because the original cause of the war, God and the Maou have been annihilated."

Michael said those words with some emotion behind them, as his creator and original leader died in the war too, because of the despite between the first-generation Maou. And because of that, the two powerful leaders ended up being annihilated. Hearing that Gabriel, Sirzechs, and Serafall could understand the sentiment between those words.

"I doubt that anyone would want to continue fighting if it ended up costing you your creator and comrades, due to the war, then I doubt anyone would want to…."

Kazuki thought but then was stopped as he heard laughter coming from Azazel who looked amused.

"Ha! That stubborn Michael has started to speak. Even though he was about God, God, God before."

No one could understand the reason that Azazel was laughing, but none of them could say anything as no one is aware of their past.

"…I have lost a lot of things. However, there's no helping seeking for things that aren't present. Now, we must guide humans. We, of the Ten Seraph, share the same opinion that the most important thing is to watch over the children of God from now on as well, and to guide them."

"Hey hey, come now, your speech just now could make you 'fall', you know? I thought that but you took over the system, right. It's become a good world. It's completely different from the time when we 'fell'."

Azazel seemed to have shared a casual conversation with Michael despite the words coming from his mouth.

"We are attempting to continue leading Heaven as much as possible while continuing to learn from mistakes made in the past," Gabriel started in a genuine and beautiful tone. "From the constant battles since the start of the conflicts between the Three Factions, leading to the end of the Great War. All three sides have lost numerous friends and comrades. And so, shouldn't we attempt to ensure that no one else goes through the same tragedies of that period of nonstop war?"

Hearing the beautiful words of the Seraph, Gabriel, who showed the kind of genuine feelings and innocence that would put saints to shame; the people agreed with those words.

"I can agree with that. Losing the children of their generation would be a serious loss for the future…we might not have a future if that happens."

Even Serafall, who had seen Gabriel as her longtime rival since their initial encounter.

"Yes," Sirzechs nodded his head in agreement. "If another war starts, whether or not it's comparable to the Great War, the Three Factions would without a doubt suffer mutual destruction. And then, that would affect the Human World to a great extent, leaving a permanent change in the world."

"Do you think a world without God is wrong? Do you think a world without God would decay? I am sorry to say but that isn't the case. I and you as well are both healthily living like this."

Azazel brought up as he glanced at Michael and Sirzechs.

"And, is this it?"

From that comment from Sirzechs, there was a more lighthearted sensation running across the atmosphere, and the tenseness seemed to fade. A short break occurred as the Three Faction Conference lasted for an hour, thus causing the two silver-haired maids to start handing out refreshments. Lucina reached Kazuki and Asia as she maintained a professional look. In taking a glance at Kazuki, she noticed that he smiled and showed signs of being impressed by her performance.

Reacting to this, Lucina blushed a bit, then started moving somewhere, and attempting to control the fluttering of her heart. Once things started settling down, there was a more relaxed atmosphere as Michael placed his cup of tea on the table, then began talking.

"Now then, the discussion has considerably been solved in a good direction," Michael started. "If it is fine, is it alright if we hear about the matter of Sekiryuutei soon?"

Hearing that comment, the attention of the numerous people in the room was squared on Issei, who'd looked immediately nervous. But, keeping those feelings down, Issei stood up, then turned his attention to Xenovia, who made a confused wondering look.

"Uh, Xenovia. Is it all right if I ask Michael-san about you?"

Issei asked, causing her more confusion, but Xenovia shrugged her shoulders.

"If you want to, then I don't mind."

Xenovia replied without much issue with the question, causing him to turn around and notice Asia too.

"Why did you exile Asia and Xenovia?"

Issei asked that question without showing aggression, but instead curiosity about the decision made towards two people that whom he became close friends.

But, his question sparked great confusion and surprise from the people inside the meeting room. Kazuki did not so much consider he knew his brother better than anyone, aside from their parents. Knowing that before anything else, Issei would stand up for his friends and those close to him. Even if it meant stepping outside of his role as a low-class devil and pawn.

Instead of being mad or irritated by that question, Michael and Gabriel instead looked sad and emphatic about that decision. And it was then that Michael decided to give Issei the answer he promised.

"All I can do is apologize for that. …After God was annihilated, the system that governs divine protection, mercy, and miracles remained. This system was, if I explained it in simple terms, God made the system, and used it to bring about miracles. To bring about the effects to holy things such as exorcism and crosses, these too are the powers of the system."

"After God died, in that…some system trouble occurred…is what you're saying?"

Issei was able to understand Michael's explanation and recalled what Kokabiel mentioned about the effect that'd occurred since God's death.

"To be honest, it takes a big toll on anyone who uses the system with the outside of God. With me, at the center of the system, all of the Seraph could start it up. But, compared to the time God existed, things such as divine protection and mercy to those who believed in God are not complete. It's an unfortunate thing, but those who can be granted salvation are limited."

Michael explained to them.

"It is a sad thing. But, because of the imperfections of the system, we have no other choice but to keep away people who could cause further influence on the system," Gabriel started explaining things right after Michael, as if in an attempt to take the burden off him. "As sad as this is, it includes those who wield particularly sacred gears, such as Asia-san's Twilight Healing. As beautiful as it is, where it can heal beings, including devils and fallen angels, it affects the thoughts and faith of believers from the Church, which would in turn affect the system. It also includes ones such as Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing as well."

Gabriel explained as Kazuki and Issei realized Albion and Ddraig, are powerful dragons who're considered to be untamed and influence things around them. In addition to Asia, who could heal devils and fallen angels, who are considered longtime enemies of the Church, then it could cause questions among them.

"And that includes…."

"The people who know about the non-existence of God, right?"

"Yes, that's right, Xenovia," Michael started. "To lose both you and Mariah, two people with such strong belief that's no different from others. But, if apart from us, Seraph and a part of the higher-ranked angels. If a fairer amount of people who knows about the non-existence of God approached peoples with a direct connection, then there'd be an effect on the system. I apologize…but, there was no other option for us to make Asia, Xenovia, and Mariah heretics."

He stood up from the chair, then bowed his head in front of the three of them, causing them to become surprised; the Archangel and current God was bowing before them.

"Ah, please there's no need for that, Michael-sama."

"No, Michael-sama, please don't apologize. Even like this, till I reached this age, I was brought up in the Church. I somehow felt it was a bit irrational, but if you know the reason, then there's nothing such as asking, why."

"The fact that you reincarnated as a devil, is our crime."

Michael said.

"It's alright. I regret it a bit, but the thing that I couldn't do when I was serving the Church. All the things that I'd sealed are now brilliantly coloring my everyday life. Saying these words, I may anger other believers, but I'm now satisfied with my current life."

"I went through a lot when I was a child during the Holy Sword Project, that caused me to question everything in life," Mariah started as she continued. "Near the end, I couldn't believe that there were people inside of the Church who could do such things to children. I felt without knowing what else I would do afterward. But, I decided of protecting people and following the justice that I believe in. That was because Gabriel-sama took the time to talk to me. Near the end of that, I reunited with my older brother too."

"Michael-sama, I didn't hate the life that I lived as the saint, since I was able to hold a lot of people. But, there are a lot of things that I was never able to do. There weren't people that I could befriend, and I now realized that almost no one there viewed me as a person, but someone meant to deal," Asia started before giving a bright smile. "I was able to meet people who became friends with me and cared about me. Because I was forced out of the church, I met someone who…loved me. Also, I have met and talked with the Michael-sama and Gabriel-sama, two people who I admired, it's an honor!"

From the three young women who suffered because of the complications caused in Heaven, Michael and Gabriel received no hate, but instead gratitude. Those words stirred up emotions in the two Seraph, Gabriel herself came close to tearing up from the emotions building up.

"Sorry," Michael apologized once again, then gave a gentle smile. "I am grateful for your forgiving hearts. I leave Durandal to you, Xenovia. Since it's among the Gremory Clan, the family of Sirzechs, then I am at ease that it will be used in the right hands. And to Mariah, Almace is in no better hands."

Once again, the three young women bowed their heads at the kindness received.

"Ah, since we're apologizing for things. I apologize for the situation that my subordinates caused in the past too," Azazel said, causing their attention, but some of them realized what he meant. "Two of them tried stealing both Twilight Healing and Divine Dividing."

"That's right," Issei said, turning his attention to Azazel, as Rias tried calming him down. He then thought back to Kalawarner, who under her alias pretended to be his girlfriend. "Both of them tried killing Kazuki and Asia-chan. I-I ended up getting killed by one of them!"

"Both of them were people who followed more Kokabiel's belief than mine. But, Grigori indeed eliminates an assortment of Sacred Gears who would cause harm to us. As for organizing, that's obvious. But, there's another reason for doing that. If someone, such as yourself without talent, but has no control of the Sekiryuutei's powers, could cause a bad affect on Grigori and the world itself. That is the kind of power that someone who wields one of the Longinus could accomplish."

"Thanks to you, I am a Devil."

"Do you dislike it? At the very least, you have people around you that you are now friends with now compared to the time before. And you even get experience things that no other human could ever dream of accomplishing as a devil under the Gremory Clan," Azazel said as Issei couldn't come up with a single counter. "Even if I apologize now, it's too late. That's why I am thinking of doing something only I can do to make you stand on your two feet."

Issei wondered what Azazel meant about that, but he heard the kind of answer that the Governor-General had for him, which was something that satisfied him a bit. But, Azazel wasn't finished as there was something that needs to be brought up considering the three people standing there in that room.

"Now then, it's time we hear the opinion of people other than us," Azazel started as he turned to Issei, Kazuki, and Vali. "Aside from us, there are three people in this room, the hosts of the Welsh Dragon, Vanishing Dragon, and Wendish Dragon. These three powerful dragons aside from having a deep connection with one another even before being sealed, each wields the kind of power that can influence the world. Firstly, Vali. What do you want to do to the world as the Black Dragon closest to the Heavenly Dragons?"

"If I can fight strong guys, then it's fine."

Vali said without hesitation, not caring about the looks that he got from certain people in the room.

"Geez, such a Vali answer," Azazel commented before turning to the second oldest among the group. "Then, the Sekiryuutei, what about you?"

"To be honest, I don't understand it well. Somehow due to all the fastidious stuff my head is in chaos. In addition to that, I am desperate about looking after my junior devil, so even if I am told what I think about the world, how should I say it, I don't have feelings gushing forth."

"However, you're one of those who has the power to move the world. If you don't make your choice then it would be difficult for those standing on top of each of the powers such as me to move. But, let me explain this very simply," Azazel started, as he continued talking. "If we start fighting again, then there'll be a need for you to also fight at the front stage. If that happens, you won't be able to sleep with Rias Gremory."

Azazel replied as if knowing full well where Issei's attention was directed and sparking an immediate reaction from the older twin. Unable to contain himself, Kazuki face palmed himself knowing full well where this was going to head.

"If we make peace, then there won't be a need to fight. If that happens, then what's left that is the most important is the continuation of the species and prosperity. You may be able to endeavor in making children with Rias Gremory every day. How's that? Is it easy to understand? If there's a fight, then there's no sex. If there's peace then you can have sex all the time. Which will you choose?"

"I would like to have the peaceful one please," Issei replied ecstatically holding out his hand. "Yes! It's peace, all right! Peace is the best! I want to do ecchi things with Buchou!"

"Ise-kun, Sirzechs-sama is present here you know?"

Kiba reminded him, as Issei realized what he said in front of Lucifer about his sister.

Sirzechs looked a bit amused about what was said while giving a low laugh. But, the most intense atmosphere at that moment seemed to come from Grayfia.

"Um…since I am an idiot, the meaning of the ninety percent of contents of this conference are obscure. But, what I can say is that, since the power residing within me is strong, I'll use it for my comrades. Buchou, Akeno-san, and the other members as well, if they're exposed to trouble, then I'll protect them! Wait, I am still quite weak though. However, what I can do is about that. Even if I have to risk my life, I will live alongside my comrades."

Issei recovered a bit and gave what he'd do with the power in his position.

"And last, but not least. Let's hear from the Hakuryuukou," Azazel asked, turning his attention over toward Kazuki who looked a bit more natural about it. "There are humans who were unable to use their sacred gears for the first time and went berserk. But, unlike them, you managed to use Divine Dividing well enough on your first attempt. So, what would you do with the kind of power in your possession."

"The first time that I activated Divine Dividing, I felt power surging out from me that made me feel incredible. And the kind of once-in-a-lifetime chance for me. But, I knew that kind of power would be something that could put my family in danger, which was the reason that I chose to have it suppressed. During that time, I talked to Albion a lot too and learned more about the supernatural world. But, then it came time for me to become the Hakuryuukou," Kazuki started as he turned to Raynare. "I felt that same feeling back then, but what made it worthwhile was the chance to protect someone else."

Kazuki thought back to the moments that he protected Raynare and Asia, then fought against the people who'd come afterward.

"I intend on using the power I was born with to continue protecting people, there's no doubt about that. Outside of that, I want to travel across the supernatural world and witness all of the things that I heard about from Albion. As the Hakuryuukou, I plan on…no, I'm going to surpass the previous Hakuryuukou that came before me and reach the pinnacle of what it means to house a Heavenly Dragon."

Kazuki's words which were filled with confidence, caused no one to doubt he would be able to reach the peak that dragons such as Ddraig and Albion reached. Among those people, the main ones included Sona, Raynare, Asia, Lucina, and Gabriel, who knew the kind of person Kazuki was. Of course, Issei felt a mixture if pride and jealousy from the confidence that his younger brother was explaining.

"Hahaha, that's about what I'd expect from the Hakuryuukou. But, I must say there appears to be something a bit different about you," Azazel said amused from the entire speech. "I can't tell if it's because you awakened Balance Breaker, but you're more confident than I thought."

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

Kazuki dodged the question, guessing what Azazel meant about that. During the conversation, a confused look could be seen on Issei's face, while Rias' hand touched his.

"I don't get it. What's so different about…?"

At that moment, the people in the conference room paused as a familiar sensation started encroaching them. For those in the room who experienced it before, none of them could mistake it for anything else. Kazuki looked and felt that there was something wrong as Asia, Sona, Koneko, and Akeno were frozen. Issei looked to have been at the moment the same, but dragon power from Boosted Gear seemed to be fighting against it.

Aside from the higher-ups, Grayfia, Lucina, Mariah, Vali, Raynare, Rias Kiba, and Xenovia kept themselves from suffering the same fate as the others.

"Ah, I guess that this is the work of Gasper's sacred gear."

Kazuki uttered as he checked on Asia's condition and realized that no one other than Gasper could do this.

"It would appear as if there are some people outside."

Gabriel said as she peered outside of the window.

Heading the same direction as Gabriel, he peered outside of the window to find that the numerous soldiers from the three factions were frozen too. But, as she mentioned, other people started appearing too, all of which were dressed in garbs he would see from magicians.

"Ah, Azazel, these wouldn't be people from Grigori."

"You're confident in the management of my subordinates hurts me."

Azazel feigned hurt feelings from the comment that Kazuki made about these magicians being from Grigori.

"We just discussed three of them that tried to kill us."

"There's something that changed about you to continue talking like that," Azazel commented as he walked to the window and extended his hand. "So, I guess that this would convince you that these aren't my men."

"I meant that as a…."

Kazuki was prepared to mention that his comment then was simply a joke, but stopped as Azazel released a hail of light arrows on the magicians. All the magicians outside tried defending themselves using defensive magic, but the arrows pierced through them. Multiple screams could be heard from the magicians outside as the light arrows pierced their bodies.

"Uh, Azazel-sama, could this be the issue that you were referring to?"

Raynare asked.

"Ah, that'd be the case," Azazel replied, then placed a hand on Raynare's shoulder. "But, look on the bright side all that training paid off. Before something like this would've frozen you, just what I'd expect from my 'baby girl'."

"Ugh, please stop the father act here."

Raynare groaned from hearing Azazel pretending to be her father again.

"Ugh, what's going on?"

Issei, who seemed to have recovered looked around as the remaining members of the Gremory Group had gone over to him. He started picking up on the serious situation as the magicians seemed to have begun attacking the school building. But, because of the barrier being maintained around it, the school building hadn't even shaken a bit from the assault.

"A terrorist attack, it seemed," Azazel replied as Issei started. "We're under fire. In an era where a power tried to form peace with other powers, there will also be a gathering of those who dislike it and try to disturb it."

"The people outside out magicians, Nii-san," Kazuki replied, explaining things to him as simple and quick without wasting time. "I'm sure you noticed me and Asia-chan using it before. But, magic is the result of a legendary magician named Merlin reconstructed devil magic into sorcery that humans can use."

"From the magic power they're emitting, I'd guess that they're reach around the strength of mid-class devils. It's a bit difficult to handle sacred gear users who start learning magic too. But, this school is safe because the barrier is being maintained by Michael, Sirzechs, and I. Though, thanks to that, we can't leave here."

"T-Then, what about when time seemed to stop before?"

Issei asked, confused as no one aside from Gasper to his knowledge can stop time.

"Either a Sacred Gear or magic is being used to transfer power to the half-vampire kid, forcing it into a pseudo-Balance Breaker state. Despite not being the real thing, to think that it could affect people well outside their field of vision. So, that dhampir's potential is this high. Well, it doesn't have the power to stop us, who are at the top position of our groups. And others who're strong enough to resist it, though."

Azazel replied, showing more and more interest in the potential of Gasper and his Forbidden Balor View.

"So Gasper is being used as I thought!?"

Issei looked to be fuming at the thought of his kouhai being used by terrorists. But, more than that a red aura had started covering Rias, who looked to be fuming at the thought of one of her servants being turned into a tool.

"Gasper has been made into a terrorist weapon at the Old School building. But, where did they even get that kind of information about Gasper, who hasn't been active at all! Never have I been so insulted like this!"

Rias looked to be glaring outside with intense emotions but tried controlling them in an attempt to think about a means of helping Gasper.

"Despite the school being enveloped in a barrier, their group appeared within it. There must be some magic circle or person who is linked with a gate inside of the premises. No matter, if Forbidden Balor View is enhanced far more than this, it'll be able to stop even the top officials here too," Azazel said, continuing to examine the situation from the window. Noticing that the magicians he defeated were being related again. "More than that considering the forces and timing about this, then…."

"There's a traitor among the Three Factions," Kazuki finished before Azazel, having finished examining the entire situation too. His comment soon caught the attention of the people there too. "Aside from the timing of the attack on the school. Aside from a couple of people, who would've known about Gasper's sacred gear, because he has been sealed for a long time. And knowing that the leaders would need to remain here to maintain the barrier, so it wouldn't affect the outside or inside."

Kazuki's comment caused several thoughts to come to the minds of those standing in the room. But, now wasn't an appropriate time to be thinking about it.

"Can't we escape from here?"

"No, as Kazuki said, as long as the barrier is around, we can't leave. At most, we have to wait here for the enemy boss to reveal themselves. If we continue waiting here, they'll get tired of waiting and show themselves. Besides, if we rampage and panic, then we'll fall into their little trap."

Azazel replied to Issei's question as he wondered if he and Kazuki could be this calm considering the serious situation now.

"That said, we leaders can't move while making preparations. However, our first goal is to take back Gasper from the old school building, which has become the terrorists' base."

"Onii-sama, I'll go. Gasper is my servant. It's my responsibility to take him back."

"I thought I said it before. I understand my younger sister's personality," Sirzechs looked amused and glad to hear. "However, how will you go to the old school building? It's filled with magicians outside this school building. The usual transfer is also blocked using magic. If the enemy knows about Gasper, then they know about Lucina's Absolute Space and made countermeasures. If that's the case, it might even take some time for her to get there."

"Inside of my base's club room, there is still an unused Rook being kept safe there too."

"I see Castling, huh. Since they would expect us to take him back, using Castling would catch them off-guard."

A technique used for a King and Rook to swap locations using teleportation, something that wouldn't require their group to charge into the Old School Building.

"Alright. However, it's reckless to go alone. Grayfia, is it possible to transfer more than one person using Castling with my magic system?"

Sirzechs asked as Grayfia started thinking about it.

"Yes, it seems we can only deploy a simple technique ceremony here, but it's possible to transfer Ojou-sama and one other."

"So Rias and someone else…."

"Sirzechs-sama, I'll also go!"

Issei held out his hand without hesitation.

"Azazel, according to what you did for Kazuki-kun in suppressing his Divine Dividing for a fixed time? Would it be possible to let Ise-kun here control the power of the Sekiryuutei?"

"Hmmm, yeah using this," Azazel reached in his breast pocket, then handed over two different bracelets to Issei."Oi, Sekiryuutei take these."

"Uh, my name is Issei Hyoudou," Issei replied as Azazel seemed to agree with that. "But, what're these?"

"Those bracelets have the power to control Sacred Gears to a certain degree. If you have the half-vampire wear one of them, it'll help him control his powers. And that other one if for you because you haven't mastered come close to mastering Ddraig's power. Using this, for a short period, it'll be possible to use Balance Breaker without using this bracelet as the sacrifice," hearing Azazel's explanation caused Issei and the others to appear astonished. "But, as a side-effect, that'll undo the seal placed on you too. The power from your eight pawn pieces has been blocked, right? Hmm, afterward, I'll explain more about the relationship between Ddraig's power and the pawn pieces too. Using that bracelet as a last resort since it'll consume stamina and demonic power

As Azazel walked passed them, the Gremory Group started wondering how he knew this much about Issei and the fact that he had difficulties in using the eight pawn pieces used to reincarnate him.

"Remember this, you're no different from a human despite being a devil. There's no point in having a sacred gear if you are a weak vessel for it. If you lose control, then it's over for you. It was nothing but chance, but your brother ended up training himself earlier on and ended up strong enough for Divine Dividing."

"I-I understand."

Issei replied, though Azazel's comment was a bit harsh, it was nothing but the truth. Rias realized that too, and it was frustrating for her to admit. It was then that Grayfia approached them, as she started performing the task that Sirzechs requested.

"Ojou-sama, please wait a little while."

"Please hurry, Grayfia."

From there, Grayfia placed her hand in front of Rias' forehead and started placing a formula there.

Azazel approached Vali, who was still leaning up against the wall and appeared nonchalant about the situation.

"Vali."

"What is it, Azazel?"

Vali asked, turning his attention to the Governor-General.

"You go catch the enemy's attention outside. If the Black Dragon comes out at the front, it'll disrupt their strategy a little. Also, something may move."

"So that person will also become aware of me being here?"

"If you do that, then they won't expect the Sekiryuutei to transfer over to the center via Castling. It'll also have the effect of attracting their attention a little."

"Wouldn't it be faster to blow away all the terrorists inside of the old school building and the half-vampire who has become a problem?"

Vali made that suggestion without caring.

In response to that, the remaining members from the Gremory Group turned their intense gazes towards Vali; as well as Kazuki himself, who didn't find that suggestion funny. Still not caring at all about them, instead of appearing amused, Vali formed a faint smile on his face.

"Quit that, at a time where we've united in peace. In the worst-case scenario, we'll do that, but if we can save a member of the Maou's family, saving him will be of benefit for us in the future."

"Understood."

Vali agreed to the suggestion without question, then prepared to fight.

"Balance Break."

In that instance, Vali donned the black armor of the Wendish Dragon, Zirnitra, causing Kazuki and Issei to stare at the dragon armor from the presence it emitted. Both of their Divine Dividing and Boosted Gear reacted to that power as Vali seemed to glance at them underneath that armor, before heading out. Outside the group could feel the shockwaves produced from the clashes outside as Vali started tearing through the magicians, who focused all their attention on him.

"Azazel, continuing the talk from before."

Sirzechs and Michael approached Azazel, who turned to face them.

"Yeah, what about it?"

"What're you trying to do by collecting Sacred Gears? You've been collecting [Longinus] owners too, right? Do you intend to kill God even though God no longer exists?"

Azazel shook his head at that question.

"It's to prepare."

"Prepare," Michael looked confused about that as it went against what Azazel was talking about during their talk from before. "That's some uneasiness-inciting talk, even though you reject war."

"I said so, right? I won't go to war against either of you. I also won't make war here," Azazel replied as the two leaders and the others wondered what he meant about it. "But, means of self-defense are necessary. Rather, I'm not preparing for an attack from those among Heaven or the Underworld."

"Then?"

"The Khaos Brigade."

"…Khaos, Brigade?"

At that moment, the people in the room, aside from Raynare were introduced to a new name neither of them have heard before.

"I confirmed the organization's name and background some time ago, but Shemhazai also had his attention on this suspicious group before I did. It is said that they're gathering dangerous people from the Three Factions too. Some of them are humans with sacred gears, who have Balance Breaker, a number of them are Longinus users as well," Azazel's response caused the people in the room to become worried after that. "Their goal is simply just destruction and mayhem. They don't like this world's peace. They're terrorists, ill-natured to the extreme."

"My, this is quite worrisome."

Gabriel looked worried as she placed a hand on the side of her cheek.

"The organization's leader is the powerful fiendish dragon beside the Welsh Dragon and Vanishing Dragon."

"…I see, so that person has moved."

"The Ouroboros Dragon, Ophis, the Dragon God that feared by God. The one who reigned over with the position of the strongest since the world began."

Sirzechs and Michael looked surprised about that reveal.

"Wait, what?"

Kazuki more than them looked surprised, something that caught the attention of some of the people around him.

"Uh, Kazuki-kun what's wrong?"

Raynare turned her attention to Kazuki, while she and Mariah stood beside him.

"I'll explain later in detail. But, I met a girl named Ophis."

That admission from Kazuki caused the leaders and officials around them to form a surprised expressions on their faces, while most of them turned their attention toward him.

"Uh, who's Ophis? And why is everyone…?"

[Yes, Ophis is the leader of the Khaos Brigade. And this she does appear to have a soft spot for the boy here.]

A woman's voice came about, but a surprised expression could be seen on Sirzechs and Serafall. Both looked to be aware of the woman's identity; before the devils, a magic circle appeared in the room, which further caused them to realize who the woman was.

"I see. So you've come! The mastermind this time is," Sirzechs clicked his tongue and turned his attention toward Grayfia more alert. "Grayfia, transfer Rias and Ise-kun quickly!"

"Yes!"

A moment later, Grayfia finished, then teleported Rias and Issei, who stood beside one another.

"Ojou-sama, I wish you the fortunes of battle."

"W-Wait, Grayfia!? Onii-sama!"

Rias and Issei were transported as the two vanished, with the Rook piece left in the Occult Research Club ending up appearing in their place. Before the woman appeared, Grayfia retrieved the Evil Piece before she realized the Castling technique was used.

"The magic circle of Leviathan, the original one."

Sirzechs uttered as the people outside of the leaders looked stunned about that reveal.

Soon enough, a dark-skinned, spectacled young woman appeared in the middle of the room, dressed in a dress that was real low-cut and had a high slit on it. Once she appeared, the woman wore a confident, if not cocky look on her face.

"How do you do, current Maou, Sirzechs-dono?"

She asked in an almost sarcastic manner while bowing her head.

"Katerea Leviathan, one of the last descendants of the previous Maou, Leviathan," Sirzechs introduced her as a stern expression could be seen on her face. "What is the meaning of this?"

"The members of the Old Maou Faction have nearly all decided to cooperate with the Khaos Brigade."

Katerea replied, maintaining her calm expression.

"So it's a feud between the New and Old Maou Faction that has become full-scale. Devils are also difficult."

Azazel commented from the sidelines as he looked amused about the entire thing.

"Katerea, is it okay to interpret those words literally?"

"Sirzechs, it's exactly as I said. We are also taking charge of this attack right now."

"So it's a coup d'etat, huh?"

"…Katerea, why?"

"Sirzechs, we've only arrived at the exact opposite idea of this meeting today. We've concluded that, since God and the original Maou are gone, this world should be reformed."

During the conversation between herself and Sirzechs, the group could sense the hostile aura that Katerea gave off, meaning that she was serious in her words from her.

"Has that Ophis seen that far ahead into the future? Though that doesn't seem likely," Azazel asked, approaching Kazuki and placing his hand on his head. "Also, what does the Dragon God want with the Hakuryuukou here? It's kinda weird for the Ouroboros Dragon to take an interest in anyone, let alone a Heavenly Dragon."

Kazuki brushed Azazel's hand off his head, much to his amusement, while fixing his hair.

"Aside from being a symbol of power, he just bears the position for the sake of gathering power. We've asked for his help to destroy the world and rebuild it again. We will be the ones to manage the new world," Katerea replied to Azazel's first question, then moved on to the second as she glanced at Kazuki. "Don't know what her intentions are with the Hakuryuukou here. But, she was clear that no one here is allowed to kill him. So, he might end up as the sole survivor here."

"Hahaha, look at that, the Hakuryuukou has the Ouroboros Dragon's protection," Azazel looked fully amused as he heard that, then wrapped his arm around Kazuki's shoulder. "I thought that you would be the most interesting person among the other Hakuryuukou, but this goes well beyond my expectations."

"Knock it off."

Kazuki said while removing Azazel's arm from around his shoulder.

"You're gathering the rebels from the Three Factions, who want to create their world under their rule, while making the Dragon God, Ophis, the new mediator."

Sirzechs assured while wearing a sarcastic smirk as he looked forward as Katerea assured as before.

"Katerea-chan! Why are you doing such a thing!?"

Serafall looked genuinely hurt as Katerea was doing something as extreme as this, but in response to this, a truly hateful expression could be seen appearing on the Leviathan descendant.

"Serafall, how dare you to act so shamelessly, as the one who stole the position of Leviathan from me," unlike the conversation she was having with Sirzechs, Katerea looked to be mad in front of Serafall. "I was suited to be the next Leviathan! I'm the descendant of the original Leviathan, but you took what was my birthright."

"Katerea-chan…I-I!"

"Don't worry, Serafall. Today, I'll kill you at this place and take the title of Maou Leviathan for…."

Katerea was stopped as Lucina stood in front of Serafall wearing the kind of experience Grayfia would wear as a strong silver demonic aura was being released from her.

"It doesn't matter whether or not you're a descendant of the original Maou. I won't tolerate anyone threatening my King right in front of me."

Lucina said seriously as she looked prepared to fight the Leviathan descendant.

"Tsk, another member of the Lucifuge Clan standing up for a fake Maou," Katerea said as she started letting out her demonic power in front of Lucina smiling. "I don't mind killing Serafall's Queen right in front of her so that she can know what it feels to have something taken from her."

At that moment, a more serious look could be seen from Grayfia as Katerea threatened to murder her niece, thus a threat that she wouldn't remain silent upon hearing. But, as she was preparing to do that, a familiar symbol flashed on Lucina's wrist catching their attention.

"Huh, isn't this…?"

Lucina recognized the symbol and didn't need to think about what was going to happen next.

"Ah, well, this is one big surprise~ Didn't think that I'd meet someone from the Old Maou Faction here."

A familiar voice appeared behind Katerea as she felt someone wrapping their arms around her from behind.

Much to the surprise of those watching, it was revealed to be Lucia, dressed in casual, fashionable attire as she was sending a faint smile at the Leviathan descendant.

"O-Onee-sama!"

Lucina was surprised to see her older sister acting like that in this particular situation, as Grayfia looked on with a more or less curious look.

"Hello, my adorable Lu-tan~ Your awesome and beautiful older sister is here to…~"

"Get off of me!"

Tired of the second oldest silver-haired young woman there, Katerea aimed her arm straight at Lucia, who looked to avoid it by using short-range teleportation.

"Geez, chill out. I doubt that getting mad like that is a good method for preventing wrinkle."

Lucia continued being nonchalant about the entire thing, causing Katerea to summon demonic power in her hand as she reached it towards her. Noticing that, Kazuki and the others moved in on instinct, while neither Grayfia nor Lucina looked worried about it at all.

"Oh, the scary lady is trying to hit me~," Lucia replied, extending her hand as she manifested a silver transparent sphere. "It might be a bit late or early, but here's a birthday present."

As if not caring at all, Lucia tossed the sphere straight at Katerea as it touched her and expanded outwards until she was covered in it. Seconds later, the Leviathan descendant was teleported outside of the conference room, much to the surprise of those watching. Before one utterance could be heard inside the room, a loud explosion was heard outside.

Raynare, who was closed to a window looked outside to find that Katerea was teleported outside of the building, while her demonic power targeted the magicians outside. It wasn't that long until Lucia ran up to her younger sister and wrapped her arms around her in a big hug.

"Hahaha, so, what do you think Lu-tan? Your big sister is awesome, right?"

"Uhhh, Onee-sama not now."

Lucina looked flustered as her older sister was rubbing her cheek against hers, while the others stared on at the interaction between them.

"Lucia, how long have you been here?"

Grayfia seriously asked.

"Uh, I wasn't in the school, Grayfia-obachan," Lucia replied, holding her hands defensively. "I was walking around the town since I got a bit curious, then I noticed that something was going on at the school. So, I entered before it was frozen in time by Ria-chan's Bishop. And then, the mark that I once put on Lu-tan a long time ago reacted, so I came straight here, and that's about it. But, I doubt this situation is the right time to…."

"I didn't plan on lecturing you," Grayfia replied, much to Lucia's surprise. "You came to help your younger sister above anything else. You couldn't have come at the perfect time."

"Yes, more magicians are appearing, almost without end, and outside of the leaders, the people who could fight them are here," Sirzechs noted, looking at Kazuki, Mariah, Raynare, Xenovia, Kiba, and Lucina. "You being here makes fighting against the magicians much easier. If more than one of us fights against this barrier, then there is a chance that the barrier will break apart. So, could you please assist them?"

"Of course, Sirzechs-ojichan. I would never turn down a chance to cut loose while fighting and showing off right in front of her adorable sister."

Lucia boldly replied.

"Sirzechs-sama, if we fight, then that might mean killing Katerea."

Lucina brought up as Sirzechs and Serafall made a complicated.

"If possible, I would love to preserve someone who carries the blood of the original Maou, but Katerea appeared adamant about her choice," Sirzechs said, staring at his two nieces-in-law. "I trust your judgment in this situation. I want both of you to handle this in whatever manner to see suitable."

"Alright, let's go and have a tag-team a Maou descendant with her older sister, Lu-tan."

Lucia wrapped her arm around Lucina's shoulder, who looked to like the idea of fighting alongside her big sister and nodded her head. From there, the two silver-haired sisters teleported outside to fight against Katerea, while Azazel scratched his head.

"Ah man, and here I thought this could be the perfect chance to test something out. Well, who knows, I might still get my chance," Azazel said, then turned his head towards Raynare. "Well, Raynare. You're allowed to head out and fight against the magicians too. I think that this would be the perfect chance for the Three Factions to be at peace, while will benefit all three sides."

"Yes, Azazel-sama."

Raynare replied as she unfolded her four fallen angel wings, then headed outside of the window.

"Kiba Yuuto-kun. We'll continue to maintain the barrier, while your group heads outside and fight against all the magicians outside. As you're doing that, Grayfia will continue analyzing the magicians' transference magic circle."

"Yes, sir."

True to his status as a Knight, Kiba replied with the utmost valor.

"Thank you. I'm glad that you're my sister's Knight. Please use that Balance Breaker for the sake of my sister and your comrades."

"Yes! Xenovia, please come with me!"

Kiba requested as Xenovia immediately agreed.

"Yeah, I'm also Rias Gremory's Knight. Kiba Yuuto, I think we're two similar blades. Now, let's go."

Giving that response, both Kiba and Xenovia leaped out the window wielding their respective weapons, coming out and slashing the magicians.

"Mariah, please head out and assist them too. Azazel is correct about this being the perfect chance for the Three Factions to find peace after all this time. So, in wielding Almace fight for the peace for our three factions."

"Yes, Michael-sama, Gabriel-sama."

Responding to Michael started heading out too, leaving Kazuki, who started walking behind her too.

"Kazuki-kun, I know that you're under no obligation to listen," Gabriel started, causing Kazuki to stop walking for a moment. "But, could you please lend the power of the Hakuryuukou and fight for the Three Factions."

"I, of course, will lend my power if it means the Three Factions will be able to have peace after countless years of fighting and losing comrades. So, fighting against the Khaos Brigade, no matter who happens to be the leader of them is for the benefit of the people who wants to continue living peaceful lives," Kazuki replied sending a gentle smile at Gabriel, who could see the confidence behind it and those words. "Besides, I can't reject a request from Gabriel-san or the Seraph."

In response to that, Gabriel couldn't help smiling in response and nodded her head.

"As you're fighting against them. I'll look after Asia-chan too."

"Thank you."

Kazuki leaped out the window, descending to the ground using Divine Dividing's light wings to lessen his fall for him. Just as he landed on the ground, he reached his hand out and brought out two of the swords he stored in them. As the magicians started approaching him with their magic circles formed in their hands, Kazuki created an aura blade that gave off the presence of a dragon as he took on a stance.

"Let's get started."

Kazuki moved forward towards the magicians, who started unleashing their assault on the front of the new school building starting the fight for peace among the three factions.

A/N: And there goes the next chapter of The Twin Dragons, this chapter was the start of the conference of the Three Factions as things started with Gasper's training with some differences there. And then, from there, it went as much as you would expect, but then Serafall almost said something about Gabriel, before Lucina stopped her. There were also the ideals of the three dragon hosts, with Kazuki stating what he plans on doing as the Hakuryuukou, then finding out about Ophis.

Things went as you'd expect to the assault, with the surprise appearance of Lucina's older sister, Lucia, who happened to be in Kuoh Town at the time. And there was a lot more that's going to be happening in the next chapter. Just two more, and then it's going to be the end of this volume.
