Real sorry about the late chapter. Sorry guys, this chapter ended up really long and I had a lot to edit.

First I would like to say I got new fanart, not of the story but of Kron.

Kron X Miriko

It's of Kron and Miriko from My Hero Academia.

Commissioner: ancalagon203

U know I might start doing Other anime in One's Many Paths, someday.

We'll see.

Thank you so much for the art ancalagon203, I love seeing my OC with one my favorite characters, I hope your enjoying the story!

Now this chapter is over 17,000 words, I had a lot to fit in here.

It's probably going to be the longest chapter in this story for a long time.

I hope I wrote it well.

Welcome to the end of the Deal Saga.

Unmasking The Scourge

Vale had been a splendid metropolis, no Grimm has breached its borders, protected by the huntsmen.

But from a distance they see something they never imagined, even in their worst nightmares.

From far away from the city they can see a gigantic shadowy figure, with what looked like a trident shaped Kron standing tall.

"Lisa Lavender reporting live." A woman with purple hair and outfit spoke standing on a rooftop. "From atop Vale News Network I can see what appears to be a Grimm the size of a leviathan. I'm happy to say that this monster is far from Vale though I must wonder, how long will it be before it approaches our beloved city."

Though she was doing her job she had a fearful expression.

"Though I have in our huntsmen, I have to wonder, will it be enough to stop this colossal monster?"

All of Vale knew true fear that day, even though the monster was miles away.

Far From Vale

Kron looked up at the monster before him, he hadn't felt like this since Raven tried to kill him the first time. Back then he was terrified of Raven opening a portal and just killing him when she had the chance.

This was so much worse right before him was a Grimm that he had no chance against. When they were of similar size, they were equal. Now? It was over for him he wasn't even at full strength and even if he was he had no chance.

The Saiyan just looked up at the creature frozen in place.

Eclipse looked down at his friend, he could sense his negativity, fear and doubt in his heart. It made him sad, he cheated. He wished he could have a fair fight, but he couldn't risk his father going through that pain again. He rose one of his giant hands and formed a fist.

The monster threw it towards Kron.

The Saiyan watched as the giant fast fist raced towards, for the first time in his life he experiences the feeling of a deer in headlights and couldn't move.

A black ribbon wrapped around Kron's waist and his body was pulled to the side as the gigantic fist missed.

Eclipse tilted his head seeing that the 'Monkey Faunus' was pulled away.

Kron came to his senses as he noticed his body was pulled off the building and behind it. He sees the one who pulled him was Blake with Gambol Shroud.

"Kron!" Blake yelled as she pulled her weapon back. "You alright?"

The Saiyan shook his head. "What just happened why are you here?"

"To help you what do you think?!" She yelled. "Come on we gotta go!" She pulled Kron trying to get him away.

Kron didn't move for a second before he heard loud crashes.

Eclipse walked forward and slammed his fist threw the damaged café, turning half of it into rubble.

The Saiyan grabbed Blake by her waist and dashed away as the colossus stomped where they were.

Eclipse threw an arm in attempt to grab Kron.

But then a large boulder struck him from the side of his head. It didn't hurt him, but it got his attention. The monster turned to see who threw it at him.

Glynda stood on top of an abandoned building looking at the creature with widened eyes. She's seen Grimm of all sizes but this one was the most terrifying.

Eclipse looked down at the Witch and growled.

By Goodwitch's side was Ozpin and he looked up at the colossus. This creature was beyond anything he's ever seen. It was already stronger than Salem at normal size now though. It was stronger than Kron.

Qrow flew as a bird right next to them and shifted back to human form. "Taiyang's taking Raven and the girls out of sight." He said to Ozpin. "What do we do?"

Ozpin looked down at his cane and at the monster that started to turn around looking for Kron.

"I believe there's only one way to stop this thing." He said to them.

Kron ran and placed Blake behind a boulder. He fell on his knees clearly exhausted.

"Kron, we have to keep moving." She spoke.

The Saiyan turned and looked at the beast that was heading his way. "You keep moving, this thing is mine."

"Stop!"

Kron turned to see others.

Yang landed next to him, in her arms were Ruby and Weiss, the latter looking annoyed that she was carried.

Behind her was Taiyang holding the unconscious Raven.

"Kron" Yang began. "Look at you, you've been fighting nonstop, you can't keep going."

Kron growled but looked ahead at the monster setting his eyes on him. She was right he knew that, but he looked at the unconscious Raven and growled. "I don't care, I don't run!" He yelled as he charged forward.

"Kron wait!" Yang yelled and sighed. "You guys go, I'm following him!" She yelled as she caught up to Kron.

"Yang!" Taiyang yelled but his daughter ran off before he could.

Blake ran as far as she could and follow, along with Weiss who worried about her teammates.

Ruby followed behind leaving her father's side.

Taiyang had a grip on her head. "Ruby, Yang no!"

He sighed angrily and looked at Raven in his arms.

The huntsman looked at the entrance to the Beowolf Brew, he ran towards the café's basement hoping that the medical room was still intact.

Eclipse stared down at the Scourge running towards him, he can detect fear from him and yet he still chooses to fight.

He wished this didn't need to happen, but maybe he doesn't have to kill him, maybe if he takes him to Lady Salem, she will be able to convince him to join their side, and they can play forever.

Eclipse rose an arm ready to knock out the Scourge.

Behind him another large boulder slammed into the back of his head, but he barely felt it, must have been from the glasses lady.

Then he slammed his fist on the ground.

The impact was so strong it let out a stream of broken rock in the direction of the Scourge.

Kron watched as a wave of rock and boulders headed his way.

The Saiyan jumped from rock to rock.

Behind him Yang saw the incoming attack and turned to see Weiss and Blake who followed her.

She flew back grabbed Weiss by her waist and the same for Blake and the two floated above.

Taiyang who was not far behind sees this and used his explosions to detonate most of the rocks into harmless gravel. He jumped until he was on top of the ruined building that stood over Dead End Arena.

Yang landed next to him holding her teammates and looked at her father. "Where's Ruby?" She asked as she let go of her teammates.

"Safe, I sent her to take your mother somewhere safe." He said to her. "I'll help your friend but you should get your friends to safety to!"

Yang didn't have time to reply as Taiyang jumped and ran towards the monster.

She looked up at the Leviathan size Grimm and watched as Kron flew towards it.

Kron made it to the giant Grimm's face, and he threw a punch at the beast's face.

His fist connected but the monster's head did not even move, it only glared at him as if he were an insect.

The Saiyan was shocked, he expected to at least crack the mask, but it felt so durable that his arm even hurt.

Eclipse rose his hand and simply swiped his hand. Not as hard as he could but enough to send him flying.

Kron screamed as he was flung through the grasslands of Sanus, he crashed through a couple trees and stopped when his body hit a boulder.

His eyes widened he was just swatted away like an insect. And it hurt, his whole body hurt. There's no doubt that some of his bones were cracked.

Kron pushed his up but then fell to one knee and growled.

Eclipse turned to where he sent Kron and stomped towards him.

"Grr!" Kron stood up and panted heavily, he wondered what he can do. A full power Berringel Burst might damage it, but he even doubted that judging by how it casually shrug off a hit from him as hard as he could.

This feels so familiar.

It's like the first time he met Raven, he remembered how shocked he was at how strong she was when he thought Earth would be a cakewalk.

After all the training and fighting the past eight years. After fighting Maidens and more, he thought he was untouchable on Remnant.

He never thought he'd be on the backfoot again.

He shook his head, no, it wasn't over. He will fight and he will win.

Somehow.

"Kron"

The Saiyan turned to see Ozpin floating down next to him.

"I believe the situation has changed, please, allow us to assist you." Ozpin said to him.

Kron growled and looked ahead at the beast that was casually walking towards him.

Help? He already had help back then. From the damn hag, with team CRED and that mutant Manticore.

For eight years he's never needed help, he's

He was a Saiyan he wasn't supposed to need help!

"Kron!"

Kron ignored Ozpin's plea and ran towards the monster again.

The Saiyan flew up and brought out his arm. A claw shaped Ki construct. "Ursa Claw!" He yelled as he thrusted forward towards the abdomen area of the monster.

His Ursa Claw struck but just like his first attack it had no effect, it couldn't get past the sturdy black substance.

His eyes widened this was impossible. Tanking a punch from him is one thing, but a Ki technique focuses in one point should be at least twice as powerful as his normal attacks.

And he couldn't even scratch this thing?

If he tanked this, then his other techniques wouldn't scratch him either.

Eclipse again tried to swipe the Scourge.

But this time Kron glowed purple for a second and felt himself dragged away as the beast's swat missed his body.

Kron was confused he didn't move, and this sensation felt familiar.

Once he was on the ground he turned.

It was Goodwitch aiming her riding crop at him and set it aside.

Beside her was Ozpin.

"Do you see now?" Ozpin asked. "Please, we have a plan, but we will need your cooperation."

Kron looked at him and then turned to the monster. It just looked down at him, it wasn't moving, like it was in no rush to kill him. Like killing him was more trouble than it was worth.

He turned see Yang flying and land next to him.

"Listen to him Kron!" Yang said. "Look that thing, it just swatted you like a fly, even you can't fight him alone."

Behind her Ruby, Weiss and Blake made it behind her.

"You should set aside your pride and just listen!" Weiss yelled at Kron knowing that he was their best chance.

"Kron" Blake began. "If you don't do this, you will die." She pointed out. "Is that what you want? Come on just hear him out!"

The Saiyan growled and looked up at the beast.

It was taking his time walking to him, like killing him would be easy.

Kron floated as if he was getting ready to attack again.

"Kron" Ozpin continued. "If you fall so will Vale, and so will those you hold dear."

The Saiyan didn't respond and just looked at the behemoth headed his way. He squeezed his fists so hard that his palms started bleeding. He's won fight after fight for so long, all on his own.

He would rather die than get help.

But then, he looked at Blake, the first time he felt any form close to anyone, then he looked at Yang, the one he trained all this time. The Schnee also helped free him.

With a growl he looked at Ozpin.

"Do what you want, but don't get in my way!"

"That is not enough." Ozpin said to him. "I have a plan, but I do need your cooperation."

"Grr" Kron was fighting the urge not to attack again but remembered how well that goes.

"This creature is after you, you need to lure it away, preferably in the ocean in the east." He pointed towards east. "Once you do that, I have something that may get the job done." He glanced down at his cane.

The Saiyan said nothing but looked on at the monster, taking its sweet time.

He hated this every fiber of his being wanted to reject it.

But what choice did he really have?

"Fine" He relented and flew upward.

Yang watched him go and was about to go after him.

"Miss Xiao Long wait, I need you to stay with your teammates and ensure their safety."

Yang reluctantly agreed with him.

She turned and looked at Ozpin.

"And Miss Rose." Ozpin began. "You are vital to our victory."

Ruby's eyes widened wondering what he meant.

Atlas

General Ironwood looked in shock at the sight.

The news displayed a leviathan size Grimm with green eyes.

Whatever this was, it needed to be destroyed now.

"Prepare the Payload." He instructed his men.

"Sir" One of his soldiers saluted. "We need to contact Vale's council, we cannot deploy anything in their kingdom without their permission."

"There won't be a council in Vale if we do nothing." Ironwood pointed out.

"Let's at least contact our Council, surely they wouldn't want us acting without their knowledge." The soldier pointed out.

"There's no time to talk them into it, do it I will take the heat of the fallout." Ironwood's highest priority is Atlas, but seeing a creature that powerful, he knew it needed to be destroyed.

"But sir-"

He paused when Ironwood gave him a glare.

"Specialist Schnee's younger sister attends Beacon Academy, would you like to explain to her why we had to allow that monster to roam near it?"

The soldier paused for a few seconds before looking at the screen. Then he saluted.

"I'll get it done General!"

Ironwood glared at the screen wondering how this happened under Ozpin's watch. If only he hadn't lost communication with Sepia Ugla and Penny.

He only hoped that his bomb would make it in time.

Kron flew up at the same level as the Grimm's head and glared at it.

"You stupid creature! Do you think you can kill me whenever you want!" He yelled. "Nothing on Remnant can kill me! Get as many Grimm as you want, you'll be nothing but a weakling that couldn't use your own power!"

Eclipse's narrowed eyes seemed to soften a bit. He felt hurt when his friend said that he didn't want to get help. He wanted to play fair and square, even if he died, but he remembered how his father cried and didn't want to hurt him again. He already lost mother he didn't want him to lose him to.

He hoped that somehow, he would survive, and they can fight fair one day.

But right now, he had a mission to stop the Scourge from getting in Lady Salem's way!

Eclipse pulled back his giant Nevermore Wings.

Kron knew what was coming.

"Oh shit."

Eclipse thrusted his wings forward unleashing a storm of man-sized black feathers that covered the whole area.

The Saiyan floated up as a giant feather missed him and ducked under another. He did his best to maneuver around the barrage of feathers.

As the feathers missed the entire forest behind Kron was decimated, many trees were cut in half and sliced into multiple pieces across the forest.

While Kron did his best to dodge quiete a few managed to make long slashes across his body, more of his blood leaked and he panted from the damage.

Eclipse started running towards the scourge in and swiped his arm.

Before it could make contact, though a crow flew behind him, it shifted into Qrow and kicked at his side.

The Saiyan was hit and was moved before the swipe made contact.

Kron caught his momentum and looked at Qrow who descended and landed on a tree.

"Get moving!" Qrow yelled.

Kron was about to scream for being told what to do but he looked at the monster that seemed annoyed he missed a second time and started to fly back, though barely.

Eclipse continued to walk forward, wanting to take his time to 'play' with his best friend. This might be the last time they'll play, and he wanted to make it last.

The Saiyan was annoyed that this thing wasn't taking him seriously, it was like what he did with huntsmen only in the reverse.

Suddenly Eclipse stopped moving and stood like a statue.

Kron stopped moving and landed on a boulder. He fell to one knee and panted heavily. Silently grateful that it stopped, he needed the breather.

Eclipse decided to play with him with one other trick, he rose his hand.

Suddenly all the black feathers that were scattered across the forest started to shake.

One feather seemed to melt, and took shape.

A humanoid shape, with wings and familiar bone armor that looked identical to Eclipse's armor before he became this behemoth.

And finally, a human skull similar to Eclipse's mask only they lacked the trident shape Eclipse had.

"What?" Kron asked looking down at all the feathers taking shape.

Suddenly dozens of Eclipses formed from the giant feathers until a horde of monsters revealed themselves.

Eclipse waved his hand as if he were commanding his army to attack.

Suddenly the army of Eclipse's raced towards him.

Kron growled as one approached him, he then slammed a fist up it's skull.

And unexpectedly the creature's head was cut off from the fist.

So these things weren't as strong as this monster was in it's normal size. That's good.

But hardly a comfort as the rest of these monsters charged at him.

Suddenly they all turned purple paralyzed.

Kron was surprised and turned.

It was Goodwitch aiming her riding crop.

She nodded to him as if telling him to do his job.

The Saiyan scoffed as he floated above.

Glynda watched him go and sighed as she turned towards the monsters she held with her Semblance.

She slammed her riding crop down.

The monsters all knelt and were flattened to the ground.

One of the mini-Eclipses descended at her from above.

She lifted her riding crop and swiped it.

A tree lifted off the ground and slammed and crushed the monster.

Eight monsters charged for the huntress to take her down.

She then sighed as she parted her arms.

Trees glowed purple and were lifted off the ground and were broken apart until they formed spears.

She lifted her riding crop rising the spears up while closing her eyes, having the trees rise as the monsters charged at her.

She then brought her riding crop down.

The surrounding monsters all were impaled by Glynda's newly made spears.

With that horde down Glynda turned towards more creatures heading for Kron and proceeded to keep them from him as he lures them away.

Kron looked at the monster and proceeded to fly off.

Eclipse walked toward him while his splintered selves continued to try to subdue his target.

Another wave of Eclipse's raced towards him trying to flank him.

Only for Qrow to appear and cut one of their heads off with harbinger in it's sword form before they could reach the scourge.

Once the huntsman beheaded that one, he looked at the monsters and was glad to see they turned their attention to him.

Five attacked from all sides.

But Qrow jumped and stomped on one's head to avoid it and impaled one of the other monsters with his longsword.

Behind that monster was another Eclipse, he pulled the trigger shooting the other one behind the one he impaled.

He pulled back his sword and slashed across three that charged behind him.

Suddenly the pack of monsters turned to him and all stretched their arms to ensnare him and limit the risk of fatal limbs.

Qrow pressed a button and Harbinger changed into its scythe form. He then spun it and swiped his arm.

Multiple arms were cut off and evaporated as his scythe cut them off.

If only the monster he met was as weak as these minions, the giant monster created.

He then vanished and appeared on the other side where the pack was.

Suddenly all monsters were sliced in halves or beheaded.

Qrow sighed, he knew that this wasn't enough, but he was going to make sure that he makes up to the Scourge and his nieces.

He ran off to make sure none of them get to him.

As Kron continued to fly off and lead the monster away another horde of his newly created army tried to go after him.

But then one was destroyed by a yellow Ki blast.

The creatures turned and growled.

Yang floated above a tree with a handout.

She then cracked her knuckles and dashed toward the pack.

Yang slammed her left fist across the monster's face and punched its face sending it flying.

She then threw a fist into one's gut, with strength so strong it was torn in half.

She then swiped her hand firing another Ki blast destroying it.

Behind her one of them seemed to go unnoticed and rose its hands trying to knock out the blonde.

But then a red Ki blast hit the back of its head and it began to fade.

Yang turned around.

To her surprise it was Pyrrha, with her hand out and her spear stabbed in the ground.

She smiled as she lifted Milo off the ground. "I'm sorry for not arriving earlier, would you allow me to make it up to you?"

Yang was still surprised to see her use Ki but smiled and nodded.

Pyrrha slashed across a monster's midsection cutting it in half. She then rose her shield to block one that tried to stab her with it's tail. She then pierced it's chin with Milo and she lifted her leg to kick one that tried to strike from behind, she then turned and bashed her shield across one's face and sliced it's head off, she then turned and fired a red Ki blast destroying one's head.

Yang threw a fist up one's chin, body shot another one behind her and threw a straight punch against it's face sending crashing against a boulder, she then turned and fired two yellow Ki blasts to destroy one that tried to attack from above. She then thrusted her arms behind her firing her Ember Celica and dashed forward before throwing a fist threw one's abdomen splitting it in half.

Both Yang and Pyrrha got back-to-back. They glanced at each other and smiled, impressed by the other's ability with Ki.

Surrounding them a horde of splintered Eclipses threw themselves forward.

Both women responded in different ways and worked well together.

Pyrrha jumped in the air holding up Milo in its spear form.

While Yang slammed her fist aiming for the ground.

Yang's fist collided with the ground and a wave of golden Ki surrounded her and pushed the surrounding monsters back.

Pyrrha threw Milo empowered by her Ki and it spun slashing through the Grimm that Yang had pushed back all in the neck area and returned to her hand with her Polarity.

Yang stood up and looked at Pyrrha who landed next to her. "Hey not bad, Ozpin taught you good."

"Thank you, and your… friend seemed to have trained you well."

She smiled her. "Hey, how about you and I go a round, Womano y Womano." More competition would help her catch up to Kron.

Pyrrha was surprised hearing that, she hasn't had anyone eager to fight her ever since her second winning of the tournament. And worried that she would never have another for some time after she learned Ki. But seeing Yang's knowledge of Ki, she can tell that not only is she confident, but she can back it up. From what she's seen she seems better with Ki than she is.

She felt so much relief seeing that she wasn't going to feel alone again.

"I would love that Yang." She said smiling.

Yang nodded with a determined smirk looking forward to how a fight between them would go.

But just then more monsters showed and tried to go after them.

The duo looked at each other and nodded then got into fighting position to do their part to stop the monster.

They raced forward after the creatures each powered by Ki.

One taught by Ozpin and the other by Kron.

Together they were decimating Eclipse's army.

Ruby Blake and Weiss were having a difficult time handling a few of these creatures.

Each Grimm were about as strong as a typical huntsman, making it difficult to handle them, although they were somewhat manageable since they didn't seem to be as intelligent as the monster that spawned them.

Weiss had her Arma Gigas up attacking the monsters, but it was hard, these creatures were fast and some more durable.

Neither of them was as strong as Pyrrha or Yang and had to rely on them.

This was frustrating for both but extremely so for Blake, she's always needed saving, and she can never help Kron who seemed to be running from the beast.

Ruby was cutting through multiple splintered Eclipses with her.

Ruby panted. "How're you holding up?"

"Ruby" Blake panted. " I think we're out of our league." She watched as both Yang and Pyrrha are taking down greater numbers of these monsters.

Weiss felt to one knee and silently agreed as she looked up at the monster head just walking casually towards Kron. This boy managed to defeat the Ace Ops and Winter without any effort. And he was running from this freak.

Yang looked at her and at Ruby.

"Rubes you ok?"

"I'm just a little tired." Ruby admitted looking around the seemingly grown numbers of these creatures.

Ruby yelled ignoring the feeling. "I'm going to go ahead and see Ozpin."

Yang immediately uppercut a monster.

"Just wait for me, Pyrrha and I will take you." She spoke. "We can't let them flank us."

Ruby sighed knowing that she was right,

"Worry not, I can help."

Team RWBY turned to Penny who had just arrived on the battlefield.

"I will watch your back, take Ruby where she needs to go."

Penny smiled as she backhanded a splintered Eclipse and sent it flying.

Yang smiled and looked at her sister. "Ready to save the world?"

Ruby nodded wondering why Ozpin asked for her.

Kron continued flying back leading the beast towards him.

Eclipse was standing over a giant cliff that overlooked the ocean view on the east side of Sanus.

He was able to avoid the attacks but he felt like he was holding back that he was slow.

This thing was treating him like a toy than a warrior.

Kron had enough of trying to avoid this thing, he looked to see that the ruined Beowolf Brew that Dead End Arena was hidden under.

It was so far away, meaning he was too far from Vale before this thing could do any damage.

Eclipse tried to swipe again to grab him.

But the Saiyan evaded like usual, only this time he landed on the arm and ran forward across the giant arm.

He then tossed a Ki ball towards his face.

It struck one of Eclipse's eyes and forced it to shut, not from pain but to heal the damage.

Kron tossed another Ki blast, but before he could Eclipse swiped with his other arm.

That one landed and sent Kron spiraling over a forest.

The Saiyan was in so much pain, he felt several bones broken.

He crashed through a couple trees before hitting stones and fell down a cliff.

Only for Eclipse's giant reached out and grab Kron before he could fall.

From below Ozpin could see the Scourge trapped in the monster's grip. He then glanced down and sees Taiyang who punched his way through the monsters and nodded.

The Headmaster nodded grateful for what he was about to do.

The monster then grabbed with his other hand and squeezed Kron.

Kron screamed as his bones started to crack from the pressure.

Eclipse made a bestial groan, not liking how this was going but reminded himself that he wasn't just here to play. He was here for the mission. He had to kill him.

Kron yelled as he kept trying to break free from the grip, but he couldn't, he couldn't even move one finger. It was just like he thought, he was dead.

He looked at the green eyes of the creature as his bones croaked.

*Boom!*

Eclipse's eyes exploded in yellow into goo.

His fingers separated as Kron finally was allowed to escape, he looked down.

Taiyang was on a tree punching just below the creature's knee. His Semblance, Burst, can explode any part of whatever he's attacking no matter where he's punching.

The huntsman backed away and landed near Ozpin, he looked up to see a crow.

The crow flew near the wings and shifted into Qrow. He swung down his scythe multiple times on the wing's attachments.

The giant wings fell of the blinded colossus.

Ozpin nodded as he looked at Glynda.

The huntress knew what to do and looked up at the giant monster, then on the ground.

She waved her riding crop.

The land behind the monster made a crack until it looked like the entire cliff had been severed.

Eclipse's eyes were almost finished regenerating, but by the time he was, he was already falling.

The beast had lost his wings and fell to the ocean.

It created a giant splash that almost reached the remainder of the cliff Ozpin and Co were looking over.

Ozpin looked up at Kron and waved at him to get close to them.

The Saiyan looked up down at the beast that seemed to fall but he had an unimpressed look on his face.

With gritted teeth he descended and landed next to Ozpin.

He looked at him and watched as two more came to them.

Yang and Pyrrha came to Kron by his side.

The Saiyan looked up at the blind beast and clicked his tongue. This was pathetic and embarrassing, it felt like a repeat of what happened eight years ago. But he glanced over at Yang and at Blake who seemed battered from the mini-Eclipses, Blake more so.

He'll go along with it, this time.

Kron stood on his own though barely. "Was that it?" He looked at Ozpin. "This was your plan! To drown it?!" He looked down where the monster landed in.

Ozpin didn't reply and turned to Ruby and said to her. "Ruby, stare at where the creature was, and think of all you fight for. Your friends, your family, all those you wish to protect."

Ruby stared at where the body of water the monster sunk in tried to do what he said. He focused on her childhood, her sister, her uncle, her friends.

Just then Eclipse was standing up, making waves as his massive body lifted from the ocean. His back started grown new wings without much issue. It was as ready to fight as it had at the start, though he was annoyed at how he let himself fall because of these pesky toys.

This monster will destroy everything if she fails.

Her eyes shined with a silver light, it was so bright.

Kron glanced at the light and yelled blinded by it's brightness.

The same goes for Team _WBY, Qrow and the others.

Only Penny seemed unaffected by the light's shine as it had no effect on her robotic eyes.

But the one truly effected would be the monster.

Eclipse managed to stand to his height. A light that burned!

He let out a distorted scream his entire body felt the pain, something he thought only ripening Soul Dust should do. Wait this must be a Silver Eyed warrior Lady Salem warned him of!

The Grimm King then felt his body start to stiffen he tried to throw a gigantic fist towards the light.

The light stopped.

Weiss wiped her eyes not sure where that blinding light came from and looked to see Ruby on the ground. "Ruby?" She asked wondering what she did.

Yang turned hearing her sister's name and looked with shock. "Ruby!" She yelled kneeling down to her unconscious sister and looked worried. "Ruby? Are you ok?" She asked, she was relieved that she was still breathing.

"She will be alright." Ozpin said. "She's going to be out for a while."

Blake looked saddened at Yang, but she put a hand on her shoulder. "Look."

Yang looked at her sister and up at where the monster stood, her eyes widened.

Kron reopened his eyes and was surprised at the sight.

The monster was standing but it was white, almost like a statue.

His fist was outstretched right where Kron, Team RWBY and the huntsmen and huntresses stood.

Penny looked at Ruby and said to Yang. "He is right, she will be ok, she just needs to rest." She said reassuringly though she still seemed worried for her new friend.

Taiyang came and held Ruby in his arms with Qrow at his side.

He looked at Yang and spoke.

"Firecracker, she'll be ok, go kill this monster."

Yang looked at her sister and nodded as she stood up next to Pyrrha with Kron in the middle.

Behind the trio of Ki users was the fourth Ozpin, planning to involve himself in their joint attack.

"Thank you, for your cooperation."

"Just do it before I change my mind!" He yelled as he prepped two red Ki orbs with his arms raised.

By his right-side Yang looked at her sister who was being looked after by her father, uncle, Weiss and Blake and looked up at the statue beast.

She slammed her fists together her arms were coated in Ki that looked like a golden flame.

By Kron's right side, Pyrrha pressed a button to have Milo in its sword form, placed both sword and shield at her back. She then aimed her hands forward each had a red orb.

Behind Kron Ozpin aimed not his hands, but his cane forward. This was something he was hoping to save for Her, but now wasn't the time to hold back. They needed everything they had.

Kron glanced next to him to see Pyrrha gathering Ki.

"Ozpin seemed to train you well." He said to her noticing the energy ball growing.

Pyrrha looked at him and smiled. "Yes, and I believe you're the friend that Ozpin mentioned that he learned it from. It's nice to meet you."

Kron looked at her for a few seconds and then looked at Yang. "Don't let her show you up, got it?"

Both huntresses in training almost fell over.

"Wha?" Yang asked still focusing on her Ki.

"I don't care what Ozpin did, but don't you dare embarrass me, prove that my training was better and make your blast far stronger than hers!"

Pyrrha sweat dropped hearing that, she wondered who this guy was, she didn't exactly get to learn everything.

Yang giggled and looked at Pyrrha. "Sorry P-money, he can be kind of high strung sometimes." She explained and looked at Kron. "But you should worry for yourself I bet my attack is going to be stronger than yours." She knows that she was bullshitting, but it was her way of hyping herself up, and he liked that.

Kron chuckled and looked ahead at the monster.

"Please focus." Ozpin said concentrating his Ki into his cane, mixing his Aura and something else. Something he's saved within the cane for generations.

The Saiyan rolled his eyes and closed his fists around the condensed red Ki orbs and aimed his fists forward.

Now he focused on the monster, the opponent he had so much fun with. The one he always wanted.

"As for you!" He yelled up at the monster. "This isn't what I wanted, I really wanted to finish our fight fairly!" It was fun, the most fun he can remember. Even more fun than the hag. "But in my defense" He remembered the monster's words before he ran off and merged other Grimm, used power that wasn't his. "You stopped playing fair first!"

Now was the time to end it.

"Berringel" Kron focused every bit of energy he could.

"Scorch" Yang said as her hands glowed brighter with golden flame.

"Burst!" Kron yelled unleashing a red wave of Ki.

"Stream!" Yang finished and fired a golden flame, mixing along with Kron's red Ki wave.

Pyrrha launched her own energy wave without yelling anything, it mixed with the joined energy.

And finally, Ozpin fired his own energy wave.

It was a green energy wave, but it was noticeably brighter and had a magical look to it. It mixed with the energy wave and proved a gigantic wave of power.

Their Ki and magic blasts mixed into a firey glowing energy wave.

Eclipse started to crash through the stone he was trapped in, he seemed to break free from the stone that the little Silver Eyes had attacked him.

He then noticed a wave of energy headed for him.

The giant monster let out a scream as the wave collided with his body.

A huge explosion that destroyed the whole forest surrounding it.

The impact was strong enough to create a gust of wind that threatened to take everyone.

Weiss and Blake glowed purple, and sent flying but they stopped.

Glynda was struggling to stay on her feet but aimed her riding crop at the two girls to keep them from being sent flying.

Taiyang gripped his daughter hard to keep her from being sent flying.

Qrow stabbed his longsword in the ground to keep himself from being launched.

Kron on the other hand was unable to resist the wind, all the fighting has been more than tiring. For the first time in a while he was spent, and unable to keep his ground.

He was sent flying unable to resist and the gust of wind.

Yang grabbed his arm looking exhausted but not compared to Kron.

The wind blew off for a while until it finally stopped.

Kron dropped but Yang caught him in her arms again and dropped to the ground panting.

She looked down at Kron covered in wounds and clearly exhausted. She then looked ahead. "You guys ok!"

Blake and Weiss stood and looked over at Glynda.

They still had some mixed feelings with her considering what she tried to do to Kron after saving their lives.

But Weiss spoke up. "Thank you, professor."

Glynda can see the glare Blake was giving her but she did give her a nod showing some form of gratitude. She realized it wasn't completely her fault but she appreciated the gesture all the same and turned to Ozpin.

Yang looked at her family. "Dad, Qrow, is Ruby ok?" She asked as she gently set Kron down and walked over to them.

Tai looked up at the protective sister and nodded. "She's ok."

Yang knelt next to her sister and sighed, happy that she was ok. Whatever she did, she really helped save them.

She then looked back at Kron who wasn't waking up. "Kron?" She asked as she walked back to him. "You ok?"

He wasn't getting up.

Blake looked worried for him and walked forward.

"Kron" Yang said as she knelt back next to him and placed his head on her lap. "You ok?" She asked slapping his face.

"Kron?" Blake asked kneeling next to him. "He's still breathing." She said looking at his rising chest.

The Saiyan groaned as he started opening his eyes, seeing Yang and Blake hanging over him.

Both smiled seeing him wake up.

"Is he dead?" Kron asked in an exhausted voice.

Yang chuckled, seeing his priorities.

"Glad you're alright to." Blake said sarcastically.

"Take a look." Yang said to him pointing ahead.

Kron looked ahead to see a large thick layer of smoke, no doubt from their combined attack.

The Saiyan scoffed at the sight, annoyed that this wasn't his doing alone. But what can he do? He couldn't do anything on his own.

"We did it." Yang said smiling and looking at the ocean that the beast once stood. "Thanks to you." She then looked over at her sister. "And thanks to Ruby."

Kron couldn't help but agree, that half pint did something with her eyes. It seemed to be something she wasn't aware of. He remembered a smaller light showing when Sienna held Blake.

It wasn't a Semblance, a technique with Aura perhaps.

Who can say?

He glanced at the ocean, that monster was. The Saiyan was silent for a few seconds.

Too bad, he really wanted their fight to end with just them, if only he had more power.

If only he continued his training seriously after leaving Daim's arena.

Guess that'll be something he'll have to correct.

But he remembered something else and glanced at the headmaster.

"Ozpin, that blast of yours, was stronger than it should be." He remembered how colorful it looked. "Does it have something to do with that cane you have? I saw you fire from it."

The headmaster looked tired as he swiped his brow. "That's a story for another day." He said to him and looked at the ocean.

With Grimm that powerful he'll need more students to learn Ki. Maybe even reach out to Ironwood to share the knowledge.

"Come, we should get to-"

He stopped when he noticed something.

So did everyone else who was conscious.

Kron's eyes widened. "How the fuck is this possible?"

The ocean started to make waves as a large figure stood tall.

It was the monster, his arm looking like ooze, half his face seemed to be missing it's mask and his chest armor was heavily damaged.

"Silver Eyes, Aura, Magic, and Ki." Qrow listed all they used looking at the thing. "All that and it still got up!"

Truly this creature must be the pinnacle of Grimm.

Eclipse glared angry that he was almost destroyed in such a way. But he was angry at himself for allowing it to happen.

No more!

No more playing!

He will end it now!

Eclipse screamed loud forcing everyone who can move to cover their ears from the pain.

Kron struggled and glared as he sees flying Nevermore headed for him from all sides. As well as some snake looking and fish looking Grimm from the water heading for the monster and merging into him.

To their horror, they understood what was happening.

It was going to merge with them and heal.

"We need to go now!" Ozpin yelled and pointed to the opposite way.

Everyone did except for Ruby who was carried by Taiyang and Kron who was carried by Yang.

As everyone ran Kron protested.

"Let me go! I'm not running!"

"You can't even move, sorry but that's not happening!" Yang yelled as she used her speed to run and turned to see the monster. "Do you really think you can beat that thing? Now?!"

Kron looked ahead at the beast and gritted his teeth. He can't move at all, his body was damaged from wasting so much energy as well as the beating this thing gave him. He looked up at the broken moon above the creature.

All the pieces were there if, this moon was whole it could turn the tables.

If only the damn reports on this planet were accurate, and this damn moon was whole!

He stared at the bright moon as the monster regenerated.

This bright moon.

Kron rose an eyebrow and his rage at the situation seemed to subside.

Staring at the shining moon and the reflection of it in the ocean made him think of something.

"Stop!" Kron yelled at Yang.

"Not happening!"

"Listen to me! I know what to do, I know how to kill this thing!" He yelled at Yang and turned to Ozpin.

"Hey, Ozpin! Stop, I have a plan! I know it'll work!"

The headmaster turned to him wondering what he had in mind. But he realized that running was pointless, once this monster heals it will chase after him.

He stopped as did everyone else.

Yang looked at Kron in her arms and asked. "What do you mean? We tried everything!" She wanted to keep running get her friends and family to safety, but this was Kron, he always admitted the truth.

Kron chuckled. "No, I have one more trick I just need one thing." He looked over at Penny. "You! I need something from you!"

Penny titled her head wondering what he had in mind.

Dead End Arena

A T.V. in the med room showed the monster on screen.

It looked as though it was on it's last legs, the news reporter, Lisa Lavender seemed to think so.

And so did Sepia stared at Raven while sitting. She hasn't moved an inch, likely unable to move, given the beating she took.

Raven turned and looked at her.

"You going to do it or not?" She asked calmly.

Sepia rose an eyebrow.

"You've been thinking about ending me ever since your puppet left." She said to her. "Are you going to kill me or not?"

The Owl Faunus really wanted to, but saw no reason to do it. It wasn't her place, Raven was subdued and unable to escape.

Her husband would always say justice over revenge. It's what she always believed as well.

Just then she received a call on her scroll.

"Penny?" She asked not even responding to Raven's question. "Why?" She still had problems with how she spared the Scourge but somewhat understood. Not to mention Raven was captured. "How would I get there that fast?"

She then looked at Raven and twitched an eyebrow. "No Penny I-" She heard what she had to say and looked at Raven who had a blank expression. "Fine" She wasn't going to abandon her, if it was this urgent, she stopped the call and looked at Raven and walked forward.

Raven said nothing as she got closer to her and kept her blank expression.

Sepia didn't want to do this, she didn't want to give her a chance to escape.

But what other choice did she have?

"Open a portal, to the Scourge." She said to her. "Now."

Raven would have questioned why but didn't see the point.

She can sense Kron, how his life force was fading. Was she planning to kill him herself? Probably. More likely Ozpin has a plan to save him and needed her somehow.

Raven felt the urge to just not open the portal, let him die even though this woman would probably take her life. Such as it is.

But she can sense people that still mattered to her around her.

The daughter she abandoned was there.

Raven moved her hand and grunted as her evolved Semblance activated, though it stressed her body more than it should have to do it.

A red portal opened beside Sepia.

The Owl Faunus looked at the swirling vortex and over at Raven before going through it.

Leaving Raven alone with a chance to escape.

But instead, Raven turned and closed her eyes as if trying to sleep un able to stay awake.

Kron looked at the swirling red portal, he didn't like using the hag even for something minor like this.

Just then Sepia stepped through the portal into the area. Once she stepped out the portal remained opened.

She looked at the surrounding people and remained focused on Kron who seemed unable to move.

She pulled out her blade.

"Sepia, please." Penny said to her.

Yang got in front of Kron ready to fight her off if necessary.

Kron looked at the woman and at the familiar looking sword. "I get you want revenge, but if you don't do as I say, that thing will kill far more than I did." He looked to the side.

Sepia turned and sees the monster that seemed to be parly destroyed but a horde of Grimm was gathering around it and seemed to be mixing into it.

"Listen to me." Kron continued. "I can kill that thing but I need something from you."

Sepia looked at the abominatio and back at Kron still remembering what he had done and then at the beast.

"You just keep managing to squirm your way out of what's coming to you." She said to him. "I doubt you're telling the truth, we should just leave you to die here."

Kron didn't respond to that, he just glared at her.

"Look" Blake interrupted and looked at Sepia. "He had a chance to kill Raven, but he spared her for them." She pointed at Yang and Ruby who was in Taiyang's arms. "Are you going to let innocent people die to have him die?"

Sepia clenched her fists and looked over at the beast. She wanted so badly to just throw him in the water and let him die.

But that wouldn't be fair.

Not to mention all the people that would die.

She sighed and looked down at the Scourge.

"What do you want?"

Kron looked around. "First things first, all expect for Ozpin and Sepia, go through the portal." He said to them.

Yang looked at him and at her unconscious sister. "You guys go, I'm going to stay." She said.

Kron growled and looked up at Yang. "If you stay, you will die." He said to her. "Go"

Yang clenched her fists not sure what to do.

"Kron you need to explain better." Blake interrupted. "What exactly are you going to do?"

"She's right." Weiss agreed and walked up to the injured Kron. "What are you planning?"

Kron growled, now wasn't the time, he needed them gone. He looked over at Glynda.

"Do it!"

Glynda was surprised that he spoke to her and glanced at Ozpin.

Even the headmaster didn't know what he was planning, but looking at the situation, they didn't really have a choice, he nodded to Glynda.

Glynda looked at the students and sighed. "I'm sorry children."

Suddenly team _WBY all glowed purple and were forced through the portal.

Only Yang was strong enough to resist the pull and looked at Kron.

"Kron! Please let me help! Don't-"

She was forced through the portal with the rest of them.

Kron heard the desperation, who would have thought that Raven's brat would have wanted him safe. Quite the joke.

Penny, Pyrrha, Taiyang with Ruby went through the portal.

Before Qrow entered the portal he turned to Kron.

"Stay alive kid, for them and you." He said as he walked through.

Glynda followed through as well.

Leaving only Kron, Sepia, and Ozpin.

Once everyone made it through the portal it closed.

The entire group were in front of Raven who seemed to be sleeping.

But Yang and Blake looked scared.

"Damn it!" Yang yelled punching the ground. "What's he doing, he's going to get himself killed."

Blake looked scared thinking of the state he was in. She couldn't figure out what he could possibly do to stop the monster.

She looked at the T.V. screen showing the reporter Lisa Lavender commenting on footage of the monster.

It was regenerating.

And what seemed stranger was that they see a figure floating down, but it was too hard to see if it was Kron or Ozpin.

Likely Ozpin given the state Kron was in.

Yang squeezed her knuckles, after all this was he really going to die?

Qrow put a hand on Yang's shoulder.

"Firecracker, I don't know what he's planning, but let trust him like you wanted me and your father to." He said to her. "Believe in him."

Yang looked up at him and sighed wishing for the power to help.

Blake looked at her and said. "It's like you said, Kron doesn't like lying, right?" She asked though she was fearful. "Let's try to trust him with this."

Yes, hopefully that's the case.

Ozpin lifted Kron by his shoulder and Sepia by her waist.

He floated down in front of the monster that was still regenerating.

The headmaster dropped Kron and looked down at him alongside Sepia who seemed to enjoy the sight of Kron on the ground.

"Do it." Kron said to them.

Ozpin wanted to ask what exactly he had plan, but he knew now wasn't the time.

He just hope that this would save Vale.

The headmaster grabbed Sepia by her arms and floated up above with his Ki.

"Remember his instructions?" The headmaster asked.

Sepia looked up at the headmaster who was holding her.

"I do" She said to him. "Why are we doing this? How will this help?"

Ozpin wished he knew.

"I don't know, but I have learned to trust him, and, we don't really have a choice."

Sepia said nothing but only looked down at Kron and once they were so high that they were out of even the monster's reach.

"Now if you please." Ozpin said to her.

The Owl Faunus looked up at the moon and rose an arm. Her Semblance activated, she poured in the light it was emitting, absorbing it until she pushed the limits of her Crusader Armor.

Then as she was instructed, she used one of her Semblance's minor uses.

To make herself into a source of light, like a lantern.

Now she started to glow, her body and hair glowed a brilliant white light.

Ozpin had trouble adjusting to the light but kept his focus.

She was doing it, they were in the right position and she was glowing like he thought he could.

Now hopefully whatever Kron is planning will work.

Kron looked up at the monster, its arm was regenerating, it won't be long before it's body is whole.

Somehow he can tell that this thing was angry at him for taking help from others, not that it had any right to be angry given that it's using other Grimm to fuel it's strength.

"Don't worry you hypocrite, after this, it's just you and me." He said grinning at the beast like he wasn't staring at death itself.

Funny, years ago, he wanted this to be his weapon to use on Earth or rather Remnant.

He was so upset that it wasn't usable.

Never had he thought would he use it to save it.

The Saiyan then looked up at the moon.

It looked like Ozpin and Sepia were in front of it.

Sepia's shining light glowed as though she were a white sun.

No.

Not a sun.

A moon.

A full moon.

Kron looked at the moon for a few seconds before he started to feel something.

His heart was beating at a rapid pace.

His pupils went missing and his eyes glowed a shade of pink, that ten turned to red.

His teeth seemed to sharpen, and his now red eyes start to glow.

The Saiyan couldn't describe the feeling as his thoughts became less like a man.

And more like a beast.

His body started to grow.

Eclipse's arm was completely regenerated and he let out a loud distorted roar. He looked down at his new friend, he had a Silver Eyes help him! He had to end him before the Silver Eyes comes back.

The monster roared as he slammed his fist downward.

The punch was so strong that it cracked around the area in front of the shore.

Sepia's eyes widened, was this it? Did his 'plan' fail? If so what can he do?

Ozpin looked panicked seeing their biggest hope destroyed. He had no idea what he was supposed to do now.

Eclipse growled, upset, he didn't want to do this. He didn't want to kill his friend. But he had to.

He only wished that he learned his name.

But the monster realized something. His hand didn't feel wet with blood, and it was being pushed back.

Eclipse tilted his head and made sound indicating he was confused.

Just then his arm was pushed back by a force that was strong enough to make him stumble back into the ocean.

The monster looked down and his green eyes widened.

What was on the ground wasn't his friend, it was something else.

It was a hulking creature wearing the same clothes that the Scourge wore, it had brown fur and wolf like face. And pure red eyes.

Both Sepia and Ozpin had shocked expressions, wondering what they were looking at.

The hulking ape like beast roared as he grew bigger.

The black hair turned dark brown, his feet became like hands, the pants ripped apart, his tail grew with him. He got bigger and bigger.

Eclipse watched confused as his friend grew until he was about the same size as he was.

Kron stood the same leviathan size, lifted his arms high above his head with his monkey-like tail lashing out.

The Saiyan had finally become a Great Ape.

"RAAAAHHHHH!" The Oozaru roared while raising it's fists showing nothing but beastial instinct.

Eclipse had so many questions and wanted to ask. But looking at his friend, the Scourge seemed unable to speak.

What happened to him?

Dead End Arena

All in the medical room were shocked at the sight.

"It looks as though this monster is no longer alone." Lisa Lavender explained. "Vale's Council has issued an evacuation, all residents are to leave their homes immediately and head for the bullheads on the east side of the city, I hope that all can survive this."

This ape, it seemed to appear out of nowhere.

Weiss seemed to be the first to connect the dots.

"Was this his plan?" She asked. "Did he bring that here?" She asked looking at the monster he became.

"No" Qrow said looking at the new monster. "I think that IS him."

Yang wondered what was that, how was he doing that? Was he always able to do that? Why did he need the brown-haired girl and Ozpin.

She turned to Blake and asked. "Did you know he could do that?"

Blake turned to her partner and shook her head looking just as confused.

Just seeing what was on the screen all hoped for one thing.

That whatever he became is not permanent.

Sanus Shore

"W-what is that?" Sepia asked with her pupils shaking, a chill ran down her spine hearing the beast.

Ozpin didn't know how to answer that. He's seen many things throughout his lifetimes, monsters of all shapes and sizes.

But all of them Grimm.

This creature was not completely black and had no mask. It was a giant gorilla with a tail.

And what's even more shocking is that this creature was Kron, no doubt. This made him wonder, what was he?

He looked behind him at the moon. Back in his time, during the first wave of humanity, there were stories of men turning into Grimm like creatures at the light of a full moon. Was this boy related to that?

Sepia must be compensating for that by glowing moonlight up in the air.

But even still he is no Grimm, he seemed like a Faunus, did he come from another realm like he suspected?

Sepia started to stop glowing out of shake.

"No" Ozpin said to her. "Don't stop, if you do, it is the end of us all."

"Two monsters will be the end of us all."

"One of them will be if you stop."

Sepia kept the glow up and looked down at the Scourge of Anima's gigantic form. She always thought he was a monster but not literally.

"Let them fight." Ozpin said and observed the two creatures and made a mental note to remind Sepia to stop once the battle was over.

Sepia reluctantly followed his instructions, wondering just what the Scourge of Anima was.

Great Ape Kron let out another roar while beating his chest like an ape would.

Eclipse while confused felt giddy, he may not be in control like he is, but he can still really have fun with him!

The Grimm rose a fist and ran forward while throwing a fist forward.

The fist connected and made a loud noise.

But the ape creature did not budge.

Eclipse's eyes widened as he looked back at the beast in its read eyes.

The Oozaru rose its arms and slammed it down on Eclipse's head.

The gigantic Grimm fell to the ground into and slammed into the water.

The attack was enough to split the ground and create large waves across Sanus's forest.

Kron roared while lifting his arms and slamming them down his chest as if he was celebrating his victory.

Eclipse pushed himself up and jumped back deeper into the beach's water until half his body was submerged. He was confused, his attack didn't faze him and this ape's attack felt harder than anything he felt! But why? They were the same size!

Kron roared and bend and his mouth glowed a white light.

The Grimm immediately jumped seeing his friend use his power with his mouth.

The Oozaru let out a gigantic white Ki ball toward the monster.

Luckily Eclipse evaded it, barely as the blast fired behind him and hit the body of water behind him making a huge wave behind him.

Eclipse used his wings to keep himself in the air, one thing he noticed was that now this ape didn't have the same brain he did in his normal Faunus shape. Meaning he may have more power, but he had more brain, so he can win if he's smart about it like his father.

Then the gigantic Eclipse thrusted his wings forward.

Large feathers were sent forward towards the ape hoping to pierce his body.

And to his horror the ape didn't seem effected he only roared in response, not one feather pierced his body.

Eclipse made a confused noise, but he kept his cool, this was fine, he can figure something out.

As he calmed himself he noticed something. The ape wasn't there, this confused him. How did he lose a gigantic ape. Just then a shadow covered him.

He looked up and his eyes widened.

Great Ape Kron had jumped extremely high and rose his arms.

Eclipse noticed that this creature didn't lose any speed from this gigantic size. His wings surrounded his body and he crossed his arms to defend himself.

Kron slammed his fists on the shell the monster created.

The shell crashed into the ground and skidded across the ocean until he seemed to sink.

The ape landed on the shore and did not stop. It could smell that its prey was still there. It ran in attempt to attack it again.

Eclipse pushed himself up and looked to see the ape running at him. He roared as he swung his tail at his fellow monster.

But Oozaru Kron grabbed the deathstalker tail and pulled.

Eclipse roared as his body was lifted by the ape's arms.

Great Ape Kron ran while holding the tail over his head, he swung the creature into the cliff in front of him

Making Eclipse scream as his mask began to crack.

Then the Oozaru stopped and lifted the tail over his head and slammed it down. Forcing the monster's face to hit the ground beneath he ocean.

And finally, Great Ape Kron swung and let go of Eclipse.

Sending the monster in the air over the huge body of water, unable to catch his momentum due to the amount force he was able to use.

As Eclipse was flung across the ocean Kron let out another roar. And even though he was out of sight, the Ozaru did not stop his rampage.

He let out multiple Ki shots across the forests in front of the ocean.

Large parts of the forest suffered under powerful explosions that can be seen far away, each one expanding by miles.

As he went on to destroy the forest around him, a large black void jumped up ward and landed behind Kron.

Eclipse was revealed, one of his wings was missing and half of his mask was destroyed from those mere strikes, revealing a large green glowing mouth and he let out a roar.

The monster threw a punch at the back of the monster's head.

But it did nothing but slightly move the ape's head down.

The Oozaru roared as he turned and slammed a forearm against the Grimm across the face.

This sent Eclipse far off until he crashed into another body of land, it created a landslide and seemed to topple him.

Eclipse rose his arms just as he did before.

The many Nevermore feathers he launched at the monster, started to form into normal size weaker Eclipses and swarmed the gigantic ape.

The Oozaru easily picked them off either slamming them with it's gigantic hands or blasting powerful Ki blasts that destroyed huge chunks of the army.

Which was what Eclipse wanted, he needed the distraction. The Grimm then slammed his fists into the ground and stretched his arms.

Great Ape Kron slaughtered the mini-Eclipses before turning towards his main target.

Eclipse's damaged mask showed a smile as his arms were buried into the ground beneath the water. His were stretched and underneath where the ape was standing.

Kron roared as if ready to attack but then he started falling, his large body started sinking.

The Grimm smiled as his plan was working, he stretched his arms beneath the giant ape's body creating more room for water to go into and sinking even something their size. Not to mention he seemed to lose his ability to fly.

Kron let out one last roar as he sunk into the ocean, more water whirled around as he seemed to finally sink in the water.

Eclipse pulled back his stretched arms and growled. He didn't like what he did, but he had to win, or this thing would have ended his father and Lady Salem's plans. Whatever this thing was, it was no Grimm, it still needed to breath.

The Grimm didn't sit still, he couldn't this thing was far stronger than him, he needed to make sure it wouldn't get up.

He flew up and stretched his arms to grab a large rock half his size and slammed it down attempting to bury him.

But then a white energy ball jumped up from below the water. It destroyed the rock and hit Eclipse's damaged chest.

The monster was sent away as the blast exploded against his body and hit the far end of the ocean.

Just then a large shadow came from the water and the Great Ape was out of the water and landed back in the shallow part of the beach.

Eclipse stood up but his armor was heavily damaged and what's worse, there was a hole where his stomach used to be.

He couldn't fathom how this was possible, he absorbed the mass of several Grimm. Why was his friend's ape trick better than his? There the same size! It's not fair!

Unfortunately for Eclipse, Kron's power wasn't just his size.

The Oozaru multiplied his power level, 10 times greater than normal. Making this power the greatest Remnant has ever seen!

Eclipse roared and threw himself forward determined to win, even if futile.

Great Ape Kron opened his mouth and let out another gigantic white Ki blast.

The orb of light connected.

The already damaged Eclipse was flung away from the powerful energy blast. His body started to be destroyed he could feel every fragment of his body disintegrate.

He could do nothing but be sent flying against his will.

His body crashed into a mountain overlooking an island once inhabited by Grimm he absorbed.

A giant explosion came, and the entire island sunk along with the remains of Eclipse's body sunk along with it and it seemed to start to finally sink along with the island.

Kron roared as he rose his arms as if declaring victory, the ape destroyed the Grimm with no effort what's over.

But it was not satisfied, he needed to destroy more.

Everything must be destroyed!

Ozpin was horrified at the sight. This creature was already stronger than Salem at normal size, but it was torn apart, helpless against the might of Kron's new power.

And it seemed to destroy everything else.

No wonder he wanted the others far away.

"Stop, the creature isn't getting up." Ozpin declared.

Sepia with a terrified look stopped her Semblance and prayed that this would stop this literal monster.

She stopped glowing with moonlight.

To their relief the ape Kron stopped moving, and it seemed to struggle. The ape started to shrink.

Ozpin let out a sigh, happy to see him starting to return to normal.

But then he noticed something on the corner of his eye, an airship, an Atlesian airship.

"No stop!" He yelled at the pilot.

The airship let out a red bomb down towards the ape monster.

The great ape was starting to shrink with the lack of blutz waves.

And the red bomb landed on Kron.

It let out a gigantic explosion that was so strong that it pushed Ozpin in the air along with Sepia.

A gigantic red explosion showed where the monster stood.

It can be seen even from far away.

Once the smoke cleared Kron could not be seen.

Some were worried, others relieved but all had the same question.

Where was Kron?

Days Later

On a T.V. screen a woman with purple hair and yellow eyes was on screen.

"The gigantic Grimm that many call the Grimm King seems to have vanished." Lisa Lavender said. "And along with it was the giant ape that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere." She said. "While we can guess that the Grimm King is a new kind of Grimm no one can identify what this monster is."

It showed a picture of the great ape with red eyes.

"This creature arrived not long after the Grimm King and no one can identify what it is." She listed. "Even though it doesn't seem to be a Grimm many call this monster the Unmasked Berringel."

She explained with a smile. "Before it could be a threat, General Ironwood had dropped a Bomb, called Payload on the creature once the ape monster had destroyed the Grimm King."

"The Payload seems to have disintegrated the Unmasked Berringel saving all of Vale from a monstrous threat."

"While the council are angered at Ironwood for using a military weapon on Vale soil, much of the public are thankful for the General's actions as the creature may have turned to Vale next."

"And also, after these events I'm happy to say, that the Grimm in the west side of Sanus are gone." She said. "Perhaps when this Grimm King was destroyed all the Grimm in the area went with it, it looks as though Sanus will have a shortage of Grimm for some time now."

Lisa then had a serious face.

"But that begs the question, where did these two monsters come from? Are there other Grimm kings out there? And what is this Unmasked Berringel?" She asked. "I'm happy to say that Ozpin has assured that he is on the case to figure it out along with our brave huntsmen and huntresses."

"This is Lisa Lavender signing off."

Ozpin turned off the television and massaged his temples.

This did not end the way he expected nor how he hoped.

But in all honesty it seemed to be the best outcome he could ask for, realistically.

By his side Glynda waited patiently while he massaged his temples.

"Thank you two for coming." He said as he sat down. "I hope that you can understand that I only acted with the best of intentions, if I had refused Kron's offer, it would've had results none of us would be happy with."

In front of him were two indifferent men, Qrow and Taiyang.

"With Salem creating Soul Dust, as well as this Grimm King, his offer was too good to ignore." He said to them. "Salem is increasing her power, she has more allies, more weapons, in time she will make her move and we need to be ready." He said to them. "I hid this from you because I feared you would have tried to stop Kron and I wanted to be sure that he was no longer the same that Raven had under her wing, I did not want to risk him lashing out at Raven's daughter if he thought he was betrayed." He looked over at Qrow. "You remember what happened the first time you met him, do you not?"

Qrow did, how he lashed out at his Semblance. Yes it was an accident, but it didn't seem to matter. Not to mention how unhinged the kid was when they met.

Fortunately, now he seems different.

Ozpin turned to Taiyang. "And surely you know what would have happened if I refused his offer?"

The blonde thought of the circumstances Ozpin was in and what he could do. He was outmatched and had no hope of escape. Raven would have been dead, Yang would have been dead for all he knew. She wouldn't have but Ozpin didn't know that.

"I, understand why you did what you did." Taiyang said. "I am sorry that I did not think of your position." He said to him.

But Ozpin felt like he did not deserve that apology though he appreciated it.

"But" Here it comes. "We deserve to know when your involving the girls, you should have contacted me right away about my daughter involving herself with Kron." He said to him. "When we attended Beacon and you sent us on missions against Salem, we followed your orders, every one down to the letter."

Ozpin nodded remembering Team STRQ, how all were loyal to his cause. Even Raven was back in the day before she saw too much.

"I stepped down for my daughters and you never asked anything of me after that." Taiyang said to him. "I'm grateful for that, I don't blame you for what happened to Summer, it was her choice."

The headmaster nodded as he continued.

"But I can't help but feel like Raven was right." He said to him. "That you keep us in the dark, that we are not just your pawns to sacrifice in your game against Salem and that you do not see us as equals."

Ozpin looked down hearing that in apparent shame. There was nothing he could say to that.

"But I know that's not true."

He was surprised hearing that.

"While you're not perfect, you're not as manipulative as Raven thinks you are, if you were, you would have done what you could to keep me in the fight against Salem, but you didn't." He said to him. "You just let me step down, raise my kids and not once did you ask me to come back."

Ozpin was surprised to hear that and had to ask.

"Does this mean-"

Qrow stood up and spoke his mind. "We'll stick with you, until Salem is done."

Ozpin smiled hearing that happy to have two of his most trusted members of his order here by his side.

"But we got new terms." Qrow continued. "New ground rules so we're equals, I may not agree with Raven, but she did have a point, we need to change how things are done."

The headmaster nodded his head.

"I understand, name them."

Just then the monitor behind him activated, it was labeled James Ironwood.

The headmaster turned to the call and sighed, he turned to them, in the past he'd ask to take this call alone.

"Equals right?" Taiyang said while Qrow crossed his arms.

Ozpin looked at the screen call, this was going to be difficult.

"Equals"

He clicked showing General Ironwood.

This was going to be a long conversation.

Raven looked around the room she was placed in, a med room in a secure place that few members of the Council knew.

So this where she's going to spend her days here, waiting for him to show up.

At least she'll see him coming. Still she'll have to remember to think of Vernal for that day, she was going to have quite the target on her back should He come and finish the job.

The door opened but she didn't face it.

She knew who it was.

"Mom"

Raven said nothing for a moment before finally turning and seeing her daughter in her usual outfit.

"Yang" She said to her. "Good to see your doing well."

Yang said nothing but walked forward until she was in front of her bed. She looked at her bandage mother in an indifferent expression but once she saw her arm, or rather what was left of it.

She sighed and decided to ask. "How're you feeling?"

Raven can recognize the pity and responded. "Why are you here Yang?"

Yang frowned and glared at her. "I did want to see how you're doing."

"Hard to believe given that you served me on a silver platter to Kron."

That hurt Yang more than she liked to admit.

"I tried to give you a way out but you didn't take it." She said to her. "If you just gave me the jar like I asked you could have been safe."

Raven sighed and crossed her arms.

"He's alive."

Yang was confused before realizing it.

"Kron? He is?"

Raven scoffed at how relief she sounded.

"Yes, he's far away but I can feel him, you can go now." She said to her.

Yang was happy to hear that he survived but she frowned.

"Mom, I am sorry that I didn't try to convince him when he was freed." Yang said to her. "I know you thought he was going to kill me if you ran, you did it because you cared in your own way, I thought you were trying to kill Qrow."

She remembered how she felt when Raven had stabbed Qrow. She thought that she had tried to kill her uncle who was always there for her.

"But if you just trusted me, you would've been fine." Yang said. "I never wanted you dead, you just kept digging your own grave."

Raven scoffed when she heard that.

"Things would've been better if you just let me keep the jar closed." Raven said to her. "I was" She thought of her plans. "I was going to use my power to do what I can to make things right, starting with the boy I raised into a monster."

Yang squeezed her fists hearing her judge Kron so much.

"If he was the monster you kept saying he is, then why didn't he kill you?" She asked. "Why did he not let Qrow die?"

Raven looked away as if she had been struck. She had a point, she had thought that it was to make her suffer. But if that were true why wasn't he here to see? There'd be no point in her suffering if he wasn't watching.

"I'll tell you why." Yang continued. "Because, Kron isn't the same person he used to be, he's not the monster you remember."

She remembered how he gave up his revenge not because Yang wanted her to spare her. But because she cared for her, he didn't want her to lose her uncle.

"He could have just killed you, but he thought of us." She said to Raven. "He didn't want us to lose Uncle Qrow, he cared more about us than revenge which meant so much to him."

Raven was silent unsure how to counter that at all.

"Kron turned out better without you, and you can thank Kali for that." Yang said to her.

Raven thought of Kali, she remembered how Kron was being cared by her. She felt so much envy for that Cat Faunus, she had something she longed for ever since she took Kron to her tribe. His loyalty. Something even he couldn't understand why Kali had it when she did not.

But then rage surfaced when she thought of one thing.

"It's not fair." Raven said to her making her daughter confused. "I raised him for years, why didn't he feel loyal to me? What did she do that I didn't, I cared for him. Why did he plan to kill me and not Kali?" She looked at her daughter as if she had an answer.

That seemed to trigger Yang. "Mom, you knew Kron right? You saw how much of a monster he was and you didn't do anything about it. All you taught him was 'The Strong Live and the weak die" you encouraged him that might makes right when he was already a killer." She pointed out and had a sad look. "What did you think was going to happen? It was what you taught him, you only wanted to be on his goodside so you can use him like a weapon."

Raven was silent for a few moments and looked down on her bed. She was trying to find an answer to that. A logical argument, but she couldn't. Raven never once thought to teach him restraint, or show genuine care for him. All she cared about was how to use him, just like Cher. She didn't really show any feelings to him only discipline and her tribe's way, nothing else. Any sort of care she gave him she did out of necessity to get in his good graces.

She never truly saw Kron as her son, she cared for him but in the end all Kron was is just a tool to be used.

But still she couldn't fathom what Kali did for him, and wanted to know what she had that she didn't.

Yang sees that she's silent but sighs as she starts to walk away. "Get some rest, dad and Qrow are going to want to talk to you." She said to her and sighed. "And Ozpin told me what's going on with you." She said to her. "I am sorry."

Raven thought back to that last conversation with Ozpin. How her body is basically crippled, not from Kron, but from using Inheritance. It damaged her to the point where her Aura isn't always active and her magic, for the most part is unusable, just casting Renewal hurt like hell, using magic at all was basically out of the question.

And worse yet, Cher was nowhere to be seen. Either it's a side effect or she's not willing to be seen.

Not that it mattered.

She's fallen in every sense of the word.

Yang looked at her mother and sighed. "I really do wish we could have ended things differently. "She said with an indifferent face. "Hope you feel better." She didn't even like her mother, but in the end she understands that she did try to protect her in her own way.

When she tried to convince Kron to stop, she made an ice barrier, to keep her from interfering even though it would've given her a chance to survive.

Raven did do horrible things out of fear, but she also had some love for her.

It wouldn't excuse her actions but it did make Yang ease up on her, regardless if she deserves it.

The Spring Maiden nothing and just turned in her med bed.

As Yang walked out she had a saddened expression.

"I'm sorry."

The blonde opened the door and paused for a moment. She believed it was sincere but, she also thought of all the horrible things she's done.

She sighed and didn't turn to her mother. "Get some rest."

Yang left her mother alone.

The former bandit tribe leader was alone with her thoughts thinking of all she had done.

Not only to Kron.

But to her brother.

To her former lover.

And most of all, her daughter.

None of this would have happened if she stayed with her real family, if she stayed away from Corvus's tribe. Not her tribe. Not her father's tribe. Corvus's.

She closed her eyes and tried to sleep her troubles away.

While wondering if Ozpin will kill her for her abilities.

Not that it mattered to her, she lost everything.

Nothing really matters anymore.

It felt as though she was already dead.

Once Yang walked out of the building she sighed. She never would have thought any of this would happen.

She remembered how long she's been searching for her mother against her father's wishes. Now it was over, she did find her. And she already knew how she was.

Now Raven was stuck in one place with nowhere to go. All because of choices she made.

She thought of asking her the question, why she left her and her father. But right now, it didn't feel right to ask.

Now she had a new a search to do.

But first she had to go take care of something.

Yang flew up and looked at her scroll.

She never thought she'd get this strong before finishing the first semester of Beacon.

All because Kron wanted a worthy opponent.

Emerald Forest

Yang landed in the training camp she came to know ever since the training camp.

"Hey girls!" She said smiling in front of her team.

Ruby looked at her frowning. "Is she doing ok?"

Yang smiled at how kind Ruby is even though she didn't get the best first impression and neither did she really.

"She's fine, all things considered." She frowned not liking how her visit went.

Weiss looked saddened hearing that, she knew what it was like having a mother that didn't do enough.

Yang turned her attention to Blake who looked worried but was fighting the urge to ask one thing.

"Kron's alive."

Blake was silent for a few seconds before she smiled.

"Yes!" Ruby hugged Blake from the side. "See I told you that he'd be ok!"

Blake nodded happy to know that he survived that explosion, she'd been worried sick alongside the rest of her team even Weiss since he did save their lives and she couldn't deny that.

"That's good, but still, what do you think that was?" Weiss started. "That beast he turned into."

That made them look uncomfortable thinking of that monster he turned into, including Blake. She couldn't help but wonder if he was always able to do that. How? And why was he destroying everything around him?

Yang grabbed Blake by the shoulder and she seemed to calm down.

"Ease up partner." Yang said to her and turned to the rest of her team. "Look guys I know what he did was scary, but come on it's still Kron, why else would he send us away, he didn't want us hurt and protected us." She turned to focus on Blake. "I know that if we ask him, he'll be honest he always is right?"

Blake realized that Yang was right about one thing, Kron did protect them, again. Yes what he did was terrifying but he made sure it wouldn't hurt anyone, and he was clearly not in control.

"I don't know about him telling us everything, he did keep quiet about his home." She said to her. "But even if he's not I want to find him, I want to make sure he's ok."

Yang cracked her knuckles. "You and me both, he owes me a fight, and I have to give him a punch for leaving without saying anything, the jerk."

She giggled at the thought of fighting him again, she had a long way to go but she had a feeling that there's a way to catch up. Sooner or later she's gonna fight him again and win someday, somehow.

"Yeah!" Ruby yelled. "And I want to make sure he's ok to, he saved Uncle Qrow, we can't just leave him by himself with all those people after him!"

"Even if it's the law?" Weiss asked crossing her arms.

Yang shrugged and pointed at Blake. "I mean, aren't we already housing a criminal."

Blake swiped her hand away making her giggle.

Weiss may appreciate Kron for saving her life, twice now, but she wasn't sure about helping him if he's going to keep being on the wrong side of the law.

Ruby also gave her the puppy dog eyes, which asmuch as she hates to admit it, it really was working.

"Fine, but only because I owe him."

"Yay!"

Suddenly Weiss grew angry.

"And!" She remembered all their interactions so far and had one complaint. "I am so sick of him pretending not to know my name!"

This made the other girls giggle or almost fall over in surprise of the outburst.

"I am going to make him remember if I must trap him in ice and make him read it over and over! I am so tired of him calling me a discount version of my sister!" She gritted her teeth and clenched her fists in rage.

Yang chuckled hearing that and then looked at her teammates remembering what they agreed to.

"Well maybe this'll help, you girls sure you wanna do this? It wasn't exactly a walk in a park for me, so you might have trouble with it to."

The other three stopped and looked at Yang and smiled.

Blake walked ahead and nodded. "And I'm tired of being saved, I'm going to do what I can so I can start going my part in protecting everyone." She thought of how Penny, Yang, Pyrrha, and of course Kron had to save her. She refuses to remain the damsel in distress, she won't be the one that's constantly saved.

Weiss walked beside Blake and nodded "I'm not letting my teammates get ahead of me, I'm going to use this power to redefine what it means to be a Schnee." She thought of her fight against Sienna how she fell to her and Adam's scar.

Yang smirked. "And to make Kron remember your name."

"Even if I have to blast it into him." She said grinning.

Ruby walked between the two and said. "I don't think I've been very helpful for awhile and I wanna do better for you guys and everyone else."

Yang nodded, mentally thanking Kron for all he'd done.

And for sharing this.

"Alright girls, get ready for the toughest training in your life." She held up her hand to show yellow Ki. "Don't worry, I'll be way better at explaining then Kron was at first." She chuckled.

The three nodded.

"Alright!" Ruby rose her fist and smiled. "As team leader I demand you begin teaching Team RWBY how to fire lasers!"

Yang chuckled at her sister's excitement and her teammates eagerness to learn.

"Alright boss, get ready to become the strongest team of Huntresses and Huntsmen ever!"

One day they'll find Kron and make sure he doesn't get himself into trouble.

Until then, they'll use their new power to make the world a better place.

Ozpin took a sip of coffee, this time free of booze. After everything he realized that he was starting to go back into old habits.

No more spiked coffee, he needed to be better. No more self pity, no more working behind his friends backs. He must learn from this and count his blessings.

Ironwood was willing to listen to a new arrangement, not to mention Taiyang and Qrow seemed to be back on his side.

Raven is in custody, though he did wish he could have convinced her to rejoin the cause like he originally hoped.

Though realistically, it likely was never going to happen.

But now Yang, Pyrrha, and himself have knowledge of this new power.

Ki.

Hopefully with it, he will be ready to battle any threat Salem sends their way.

One day he will be able to use the Void Vault and defeat his prime self, Ozma.

In the meantime he will remember to do things differently, be less secretive.

And hopefully one day, he can trust someone with the one secret he always feared to share.

"Ozpin." Glynda walked in the office. "We had a break in."

"What got stolen?"

"Jade's Jar and Raven's weapon."

Ozpin furrowed his brow and smirked. "I suppose we should have seen that coming."

"Are we really letting him go?" Glynda asked as if she knew who took it. "I understand letting him take the weapon but the Jar?"

The headmaster sighed. "The jar was always a dead end for Salem with too high of a demand, and I doubt we could catch him anyway he's likely long gone."

He sat in his desk and sipped his coffee.

"Are you sure that this is fine?" Glynda asked. "He's off somewhere unsupervised."

"The goal wasn't to bring him under supervision." Ozpin said to her as he took a sip. "While I would like to be able to do that it's just unrealistic, we simply lack the means." He said to her. "The true plan was to see if it was possible to better his character, to have him learn empathy and build a desire to protect something."

He protected Beacon students, all of Vale, and gave up revenge for people he grew close to.

"Someone like that, would never work for Salem, given his distaste for deception." He said to her. "We will see him again in time, for now let us do what we can, to ensure our students a bright future."

He took a long sip of his coffee.

A future where can do better.

Anima

In over some mountains there was a familiar looking cave.

Inside there was a stone display tables holding many different weapons of all shapes and sizes with Huntsmen ID's showing where the weapons came from.

In the back around the middle was a small table that seemed dedicated to one person.

There was the Branwen helm that Kron had taken from her in their fight eight years ago. Beside it was a picture of her in a coma hooked up to machines.

Then a hand placed a familiar looking sheathe that was large, black and had buttons with different colors, the handle was black.

It was Raven's weapon Omen.

Kron stood in his typical Scourge outfit, black top, tattered cape and Berringel Mask.

He took the mask off and looked down at the display.

It didn't end how he wanted but knowing that the hag was bedridden was enough he supposed. He still wished he had gone through with killing her, but a deal's a deal.

Kron sighed and walked away from the display dedicated to the hag and sat in his chair. He looked all around at the 'trophy's' he's collected from various huntsmen and huntresses.

"Cave, sweet cave." He can't remember the last time he's been here.

He reached into his cloak and pulled out the small silver jar with jade crystals.

Jade's Jar, the artifact that sealed him away.

"Should I destroy or keep you?" He wanted to destroy it as it managed to seal him away. But he also wanted to keep it as it seemed to be ancient and he enjoyed studying history. If he was going to keep it he'd have to bury it.

But that's a decision for later.

He placed Jade's Jar in his pocket securing it, he'll make up his mind about it later.

His thoughts drifted to Blake, he wondered if she saw him in that form. If so does she recognize him as the monster the Saiyans really are?

He frowned thinking that but he sighed. She was alive, that's all that matters.

And Yang, how far will she take Ki and Aura? Does she really need magic on top of it? She's determined to catch up to him, maybe in time she can be something strong enough to take him.

He chuckled, he couldn't wait to find out.

Well the deal was over, he was back home, and now that begs the question.

What will he do now?

Far Away

Hazel walked out of his room while gripping his head, he looked down at his hands. He finally felt normal again, like he did before he took Soul Dust.

"Hehehehe"

He turned to the sound of that cackling.

Tyrian walked out of his own room, his eyes glowing different colors, one sickly green, and the other purple. He turned to his partner.

"Oh, I feel it, our goddess's blessings through our veins, it's sublime!" He chuckled and looked at Hazel. "How about you Hazel?"

The burly man looked at his hands and said.

"I do feel, better." He replied.

"That's putting it mildly." He then looked at the room beside him and smiled. "Guess that little failure is still getting adjusted, you think maybe she's not even taking the powers and just sulk-"

*CRASH!*

Just then the doors were blasted open suprising both Tyrian and Hazel.

A figure started to walk out.

A woman in a familiar red dress with yellow decorations and black heels walked out.

Her head was down, not revealing her face.

"Cinder?" Hazel asked in a concerned voice.

She said nothing but shook.

"What? Are you crying is the goddess's gift too much for you?"

Cinder reared her head back. "Hahahahaha!" And started to laugh uncontrollable, her left eye had glowed orange, while the right glowed blue.

"I think" She stopped laughing and had a big smile. "I'm not satisfied! I want more!"

No matter what it takes, how much Soul Dust she will need, she will have her revenge on the Scourge of Anima!

And the world will be her kingdom like she promised.

And, she will use it to remove her from her side.

Salem looked at the screen with widened eyes.

Eclipse had surpassed all expectations no doubt, even though he had fallen.

But more surprising was this monster she saw.

The media was ignorant but she wasn't.

This beast was clearly the Scourge of Anima.

A smile spread on her face.

Her fascination for this boy grew even more!

She felt curious, amazement, and happy at the same time.

Strange, she never felt these things after the second dawn of man. She lost these things after going on so much time isolating herself from the world, conquering the world with Ozma, and going in hiding again after freeing herself.

During her long life she lost curiosity, her humanity, everything that gave life meaning.

The last time she felt anything positive towards anyone was before the Four Kingdoms formed, after she and Ozma had gone their separate ways.

One of the first Maidens under her command, a young woman named Jade.

She thought of her as one of her daughters, and with her help her Empire she and Ozma had built continued to expand, she was so close to getting the world under her control.

Only for Jade to betray her when victory was within her grasp, and lead to her imprisonment.

After she escaped, she saw this generation of mankind even those on her side or not to be of no consequence. After all, they can die, they can meet or reunite with loved ones in the next world and never learn the harsh reality of never-ending life.

So why after so long would she go through such change?

She can trace it back to one thing.

She turned to what she was staring at when talking to Tyrian.

It was an image of Kron.

These powers were amazing, but turning into that giant ape!

She no longer felt angry at this game the gods force her and Ozma to play. No, she was enjoying it!

"Where do you come from?" She asked the screen. "What exactly is your powers, where can I find more of you, and when can I meet you?"

She smiled as she touched the screen.

"You have made me start to enjoy my life again, so when we meet" She thought of all the possibilities after studying his body. "I will thank you, by making you better."

That ended in a chuckle looking forward to the kind of experiments she can perform on his body and become her greatest weapon.

Anima

Kron walked out of his cave and thought of the last few days.

He had met his match, not a huntsman, not a Maiden, but a Grimm.

He wondered if there are more like them out there.

That got his Saiyan blood pumping. And he wondered how many more people that are out there can make him bleed.

And how many are catching up.

That settles it, he needs to start training again. No more distractions, no more excuses.

Something tells him that he will need to fight for his spot as the strongest on Remnant.

He grinned at the thought thinking of all the opponents he will fight.

But first, he needed to one thing.

He flew off away from his home and far into the distance.

This needed to be done, before anything else.

Sanus Shore

The crashing waves of where the two monsters fought for superiority raged.

After a few moments a black figure with a trident mask started walking out and made it to shore.

Eclipse made a noise like he was relieved to be alive.

He thought of all that happened.

The Scourge, no, Kron, he was a monster like him.

He was a monster pretending to be a man.

Eclipse let out a green smile thinking of how much more they have in common now.

"Kron… Friend."

As he said that the black void on his face started to crack.

And the face looked more human.

He needed to get stronger.

After all he will want to keep up with his best friend.

Eclipse just smiled thinking of the next time he will play with Kron.

The deal with Ozpin has ended.

Raven is captured.

Ruby has discovered a power with her eyes.

Yang will now train her team Energy Manipulation.

Kron, the Saiyan who wanted to destroy all of Remnant has used the Saiyans greatest weapon to save Remnant instead.

Now the question remains, when will Kron and Eclipse cross paths again?

And with Kron away from Vale will the city be safe without him?

All these questions and more will be answered in the future.

All that remains is, what will Kron do in the meantime?

Find out next time on One's Own Path!

Whew! That was real fun to write.

First of all, Kudos to Shadow-Proclamation. You predicted how Kron was going to achieve the ape form. So good job hope u enjoyed even though you figured it out.

Also Pokedig figured it out to, so congrats to you two.

I've been wanting to do the Great Ape for a long time and am happy to end the saga with it. I also love how a lot of you predicted it, hope it was worth the wait!

I know some of you predicted Super Saiyan, sorry guys, but if you want Super Saiyan, you'll need to wait for a Frieza tier power level to come along and no one is ready for that.

Hope you atleast enjoyed the Oozaru even if your waiting for the golden warrior.

For those who wanted Ikari, listen. Kron is not Broly, he does not have his genetics or his raw talent, so if he is going to get the Ikari/Wrath form, he's going to have to learn it somehow, I can't just give it to him just because the story demands. That being said I am open to having him earn it some day, hope you understand.

So now all that's left is the epilogue for the saga, it will set up the next arc and give it a proper ending.

I have a lot to say about these two arcs I made.

Chapter 21 to Chapter 40 I will call the Raven Hunt Saga since he's been searching for her until he met Yang.

Chapter 41 to now would be the Deal Saga, since it centers around Kron's agreement with Yang unless someone can come up with a better deal.

So I have a lot to say about this saga and somethings in this arc that have remained untied but I think I'll say it in the next chapter as this took awhile to get ready and was surprised to get it out today. So I'm pretty tired.

And I don't think the Epilogue will be 10k words like the normal chapter is as it will only wrap up certain parts of the arc and set up the next one.

Hope you guys look forward to the Saga's Epilogue as well as the next saga.

shirex773: Thank you for your understanding!

Guest: Yep!

Well Kron had a way lol!

KenSanders: Lol! Nice outro for the chapter! I love it, hope you enjoyed this chapter!

Bear295: I'm happy you enjoyed both fights, had a lot of fun writing them. Good choice for the song. Personally I listened to Break Through it All when I wrote Kron vs Raven and listened to Undefeatable for Kron vs Eclipse. Still good choice!

He sure did need it.

Really? Who?

Dragonheart70: This is it! Hope you liked it!

Guest: Thank you! Had a lot of fun making Grimm King Eclipse.

Possibly, Kron definitely needs to update his own fighting style as it lacks much defense. And it'd be fun seein him correct people to fight more efficiently, nice idea.

ThatSaiyaGuy: Thank you! I'm glad the fight met your expectations, yep Kron was the friend Eclipse always wanted and Eclipse was the opponent Kron was looking for. Yeah, Kron kinda gets Eclipse even though he can't really talk yet. Ya, Kron basically got the Garou treatment.

I hope you liked it, yeah I wanted to give Dr Merlot a backsroty that explains how his character and have us somewhat understand his actions. Sad thing is, yeah, those were Eclipse's first words that he did not live up to say as a human. At least Merlot kept his promise, he has all the "toys" in the world.

I had to give Eclipse one more trick up his sleeve. It proves that he deserves his title of Grimm King. It sure was the perfect time! :D

I had a way all along only two people guessed how I was going to do it. Hope this chapter lived up to your excitement!

Looking back at it, yeah your right, it was weird. I deleted the first one, thank you for being honest and letting me know. I'm happy it didn't stop you from enjoying the chapter.

Hope u like this one to!

Guest: Awkward Lol. Well hope it was done in a way you can accept.

Shadow-Proclamation: Sorry to say but if Kron is going to get the Wrath form it's going to be awhile. Plus it's something he's going to have to learn Broly had raw talent and was a once in a millennium warrior, it's something he'll have to earn I can't just give it to him, so until then the great ape will make a great substitute.

I can probably do that appreciate the suggestion.

AlejandroDiaz: You got your wish! Lol.

Not sure yet, first I'm going to finish my other story DBOT, after some time after not I will come back for the next arc.

I'm going to post One's Many Path's this week I promise I got held up writing this chapter I apologize for the long wait.

Lelouch of Zero: Thank you! I'm glad you think so!

Yep, Eclipse found the friend he wanted and Kron found the opponent he wanted.. No revenge no hate for the other just a fight for the sake of it. I'm happy to hear the fight was up to your expectations, my favorite was Eclipse doing the Seismic Toss from pokemon.

Was this one of the ways?

I'm happy that you trust my judgement and like my art.

No problem! Thank you for reading! : )

Guest: Well at the very least he'll have to admit that he's not a Faunus now, so you might get your wish. Also Kron does prefer to be honest so he'll be embarrassed to admit he's at the bottom of the barrel in Saiyan strength.

No matter how much he develops, remember Kron is a Saiyan, it's in his nature to fight his opponents at their best and preferably on their own. Unfortunately for Kron he hasn't learned that and will likely not for some time. You know how hardheaded Saiyans can be.

erentitangodx: Did you like how I did it?

jnautking: It sure was buddy lol.

Pokedig: Glad to hear it. And I fixed it thank you!

BunkerfreakHD: Lol, I promised Oozaru. Eclipse was pretty much Oozaru size and you were right Eclipse had no chance, but he managed to survive. It definitely would have been the end of Vale, but thankfully Kron had the foresight to lure it far from Vale and they already were since Dead End Arena is pretty far from it already. And thank you, I'll do my best.

Halo 69: Thank you! Lol! I mean he was part of his inspiration, couldn't resist making him Kaiju like Cell Max.

Eclipse was definitely tempted to let him live. But his loyalty to Dr. Merlot takes priority. Dr. Merlot would do whatever it takes to keep his son safe but we'll see. Lol, yeah that's just how RWBY goes.

As for your argument about power scaling. Fair enough, Eclipse wouldn't do it even if he's strong enough which he's not.

Keybladelight: I'm happy you think so! Yep Eclipse is starting to talk. And you called it, Kron definitely needed the Oozaru. Yep, Kron knew that when Eclipse became this kaiju he was dead on his own.

Remember this is still the OG Dragon Ball part of the story, so something like a Perfect Form for Eclipse is going to be in the Z portion of it. And as you can see Eclipse did survive and he's planning to find his best friend again.

That would be something, I'll say this, Eclipse and Kron are gonna be friends for a long time. So have hope.

Sorry bud, but I have no plans on him losing his tail at the moment. And I am planning that he doesn't permanately lose his tail, I never liked how Saiyans lost their tails. So if he ever loses his tail, it will grow back.

Ruenion: Yes I have, Salem has to be there.

Lol! I laughed so hard because your wish was already planned. Even added, 'Let them fight' cause of your review.

James is bored: Thank you! The answer was both getting help and Kaiju fight.

Demon lord Beezlebub: Thank you! Yeah, Eclipse's story was always going to be sad. Ok, just happy that my story can make you happy.

I will enjoy my break after the arc's epilogue.

Gohan: Pretty much Eclipse and Kron were everything the other looked for.

And you imagined right!

Yes, that was indeed a pokemon reference, it felt right doing it.

I have watched Bleach yes, and started 100 year war recently.

miguelangelpasaranolivera: Thank you and hope you liked the Oozaru!

I understand you fine and thank you for putting the effort to do that. Well the epilogue is the epilogue for the arc not the whole story but glad your looking forward to it.

Triscythe59: Not necessarily, time to go ape lol

Silverhawk88: Thank you! Yep a team up had to happen and sorry no Super Saiyan yet but hope the great ape form worked for you!

Hope you enjoyed the chapter!

Whew! Ok, just the Epilogue and then sadly this story must be put in Hiatus until the next saga is ready.

Hope you guys are looking forward to it.

I'd like to ask everyone what was your favorite part of this saga and your least favorite part of the saga so I can improve the story in the next arc.

Thank you for your time.

Have an awesome day! :)
