Hey guys first of all again I want to sincerely apologize for the huge error last week.
For those who don't know I messed up with the previous chapter's update and it was unreadable for a few hours because it had these weird texts. I found out what happened. I copied and paste from a different document in my doc manager and apparently when you do that it puts weird texts on the side of every line of your chapter. Now that I know what went wrong I will be far more careful in the future and make sure it never happens again.
As I am uploading this chapter I am checking to make sure that it doesn't have the same problem and will never let this happen again.
Hope you guys forgive me and hope u can enjoy this chapter.
Also to make up for my muck up, usually I take a break after four chapters but I will refrain from taking my break until my next chapter as an apology gift for those who read my muck up.
I want to get to wrapping up this arc anyway so it's a good way to write an extra chapter. I hope this can make up for what I did.
Thank you for reading and hope you enjoy.
Family Homecoming
Ozpin had been refreshing his scroll trying to see if there are any new messages of Qrow and Taiyang.
And still nothing.
He couldn't wait for their safety and he can't just ask Kron to go save them. Both because he may have to explain his deal with Kron earlier than he planned to and he wanted him to stay defending Vale in case Salem sends anymore assailants after them.
He couldn't go either for many reasons, not that he was strong enough to confront Raven as he is now.
But there was someone he knew he could depend on to save them.
The door to his office opened, he glanced at who it was.
"Good to see you, how have you been?"
Glynda looked as professional as always, though she wore a bracelet, an Aura Supressant Cuff.
"Headmaster Ozpin" Glynda greeted. "I'm doing well, the visions, I think their starting to stop." She said still dejected from what she had almost done.
Ozpin can tell from her expressions that she was telling the truth. It relieved him knowing that she was recovering from the effects of the Void Vault. He hoped the same could be said about Qrow and Taiyang.
"Glynda, I need your help again." He said to her. "Come let's remove your Aura restraints."
The teacher looked at him surprised. "What do you mean? What's going on?"
"I haven't received messages from neither Qrow nor Taiyang, I need you to go to their last location and investigate what happened."
Glynda looked hesitant at the idea. She was still hesitant about what she had done a month ago. Attacking the scourge of Anima after he had used his own body to save two students was something she regretted. Yes she wanted to protect her students and was never fond of Ozpin's agreement with him. However she knew that it was the best choice to go along with his deal. And he had proven attached to one of them. Attempting to kill him was wrong and she was happy that she that Ozpin was there.
Still in her condition can she be trusted to rescue anyone?
"Glynda" Ozpin began. "I understand your hesitancy, however, I do not know anyone strong enough to retrive them." He pointed out. "Please Glynda, they are family of two of our students here. They need you."
Yang and Ruby had already lost one parent after Yang had been abandoned by her birth mother. Neither deserved to lose anymore family.
Glynda sighed, and nodded.
"I will pursue the matter if you believe you can trust me."
Ozpin smiled happy to see his colleague back to fight again.
Qrow and Taiyang, please be safe.
White Fang Hideout
Taiyang was trying to catch up on sleep, thankfully Raven was 'thoughtful' enough to give them comfortable beds and are waiting for their chance to that is, Sienna had promised them to escape a week ago and nothing changed so far.
At least his bed was comfortable.
While he was trying to sleep Qrow was groaning,no doubt regaining conciousness.
"Fuck" He stood up grabbing his head.
Tai opened one eye and was annoyed. "I told Raven not to give you your flask back."
"Shut up" He said to his partner.
Without his Aura to act as resistance, he was way less tolerable to deal with while drunk.
He hoped that it wouldn't have to deal with this for too long.
Just then an explosion shook the entire hideout.
It raised alarms throughout the area.
"Think this is it?" Taiyang asked as he stood up as if ready to go.
Just when he said that the light dust barrier keeping them here faded away.
Taiyang looked excitingly and turned to Qrow. "Come on!"
"Eh give me a minute." Qrow clearly drunk was too lethargic to bother moving.
"Come on you idiot." Tai forcefully pulled him up and walked out of the cell they were in. He glanced over at a table to see a key. Along with Tai's gauntlets and Qrow's longsword.
He walked over to it and took it.
"Thank you Sienna." He took the key to the slot to his Aura cuffs.
Once the cuffs were removed Taiyang's body glowed yellow, he could the energy spread through every cell in his body. Like a breath of fresh air, he could feel the injuries he took from that monster recovering.
After that he grabbed Qrow's wrist.
"Let me go damn it, I need another sw-"
"Damn it Qrow, if this doesn't fix you up I am leaving your ass behind." He said freeing Qrow's wrists as well.
Once that was done he carried Qrow out of the cell.
On the way there were guards aiming their weapons at them.
"Get back in your cell."
Taiyang thought of what Sienna had said.
'I have to make your escape look like an accident.'
The brawler groaned as he punched the ground.
His Semblance was active it released an explosion behind him creating a huge smoke screen fooling the guards.
Once the smoke cleared there was a hole in the wall allowing them to escape.
As Qrow and Taiyang left the hide out he turned to see what was happening.
It was a horde of Grimm that seemed to appear out of nowhere.
As he looked Qrow seemed to have been recovering thanks to his Aura helping with his metablisim.
They see beowolves and ursa attacking the stronghold.
Qrow reached for his weapon but Taiyang put a hand on his stomach.
"They're only small fry, they're being beaten back." He said to him. "This must be the distraction she mentioned."
They see Sienna fighting off Ursa with her blade whip and none of her subordinates seemed to have trouble either.
The duo ran off leaving the White Fang base.
Far away Raven looked down at some tracks, most were covered but not all.
She was getting closer and closer.
Vernal was panicking she thought that she would.
She was never this sloppy when she was working under her.
Now she needed to get to Vernal's contact now before she does.
But then she stopped.
She felt something.
Two of her links were running off.
Taiyang and Qrow were escaping the compound.
She turned to where they were going to.
She can portal to them right now, even without Cher she was strong enough to subdue them. At least she thought so, truth be told if that fight had continued she wasn't sure if it would've ended with her winning.
'Stop!'
Raven glanced to see Cher floating beside her.
"Look! Your on Vernal's tail, she'll have nowhere to run!" She yelled. "If you miss your chance now, you might never catch her!"
Cher had a point, even if she could win it would take time. Not to mention she would need to recover even if Cher was willing to help.
"Look, if you go after Vernal and let them go, I'll help you the next time they get in your way."
Raven was suprised to hear that and thought that she was lying. But no, it was true, she can tell she meant it.
The former bandit thought of her, Taiyang and Qrow fighting side by side againts Kron and Salem.
If she had the time maybe she could've convinced them.
Oh well it wasn't like she was going to break that idiotic promise she made with Summer. Keeping it was the only thing that didn't make her feel like a waste of life.
She sighed and turned back to where she was facing.
So much for the Void Vault.
Oh well, she had bigger priorites anyway.
She transformed back into a bird and flew off.
White Fang Hideout
After the Grimm had invaded their hideout, Sienna walked back in the fort with her men surrounding her.
"Any casualties? Injured?"
One man shook his head. "Thankfully no, the Grimm arrived suddenly but it wasn't too much for anyone with or without Aura to fight back.
Yes, she made sure of that when she lured them here. She had to make it look like an accident.
"High Leader Sienna!" One of her men shouted. "The prisoners, they escaped!"
She knew and was relieved to know that. They managed to escape hopefully they notices the keys to their Aura Restraints.
"Do we persue them?" He asked not knowing that this was done for his and the entire base's own good.
"No, if Raven doesn't use her Semblance to chase them then it's not worth the effort." She hoped that she wouldn't, otherwise she might have to start fighting her alongside them and didn't want to use the Abyss Hide too much. "Go and make sure that everyone else in the base is alright.
They won't be, but needed to keep up appearences.
Once her men left to do just that the High Leader of the White Fang walked into a room that was used to house what maybe the solution to their biggest problem.
Sienna had her arms crossed while looking at Jade's Jar.
She was impatient waiting for Raven to return from her hunt for Vernal. Weeks had gone by and she hasn't even messaged her on her progress.
Just goes to show how she views her as a pawn than an actual partner like she claimed.
Which is why she'll have to be careful when having her former teammates escape.
But during which she'll work on getting every detail she can for Jade's Jar. While she doesn't wish to remain as Raven's partner, she did agree with her sentiment that Kron needed to be dealt with for the good of all Faunus. Perhaps humanity as well.
Though she had to wonder. Should she have Raven fight againts Kron and use the jar on whoever's left standing? It would be a dirty trick, one that Raven would pull. But perhaps it was the best option since she didn't trust either of them to be alive on Remnant.
"Ma'am" One of her researcher's held up a paper. "We've made some progress on the jar, but we haven't gotten much." He said to her.
"Little progress is better none." Sienna pointed out. "Tell me."
"From the scriptures we found the jar can only be opened by someone who weilds magic."
Sienna narrowed her eyes. Damn it, so she can't use it at all, there goes that thought. Raven is necessary for now.
"Is that it?" She asked. "Is that the only drawback?"
It couldn't be, not with Salem. It wasn't even a reason not to use it. Even Ozpin could use it since he still has magic.
"We don't know, High Leader." The researcher replied. "The scriptures we found were ancient and torn, we only managed to translate one other phrase that was a part of it." He pointed at a small peice of paper with a word in a different language.
"Contain in exchange for.." He said. "We don't have the scriptures of that sentence right now, we'll need to keep looking."
Sienna kept a calm demeanor and nodded. "Get some scouts ready, I will assist in finding more of them, it's imperative we find out what that last word is." Their lives depended on it. After her subordinate bowed she left.
It could never just be easy could it? But it was fine, progress, it was all about progress.
The Tiger Faunus looked down at her Abyss Hide that she couldn't remove anymore.
Her eyes glowed blood red for a second.
She just hoped that Taiyang and Qrow can save her like they promised before she loses everything, before she loses everything.
Emerald Forest
Kron crossed his arms as Yang was doing some stretches while team RWBY were watching from the side lines.
"Alright same lesson as yesterday, focus your Ki and try creating your own attack."
Yang shrugged her shoulders and said. "Alright"
Yang aimed her hands at a bunch of rocks and focused her Ki. Condensing them into a yellow light and then formed into a golden flame. She released it shattering boulder after boulder with it. Each time felt like she had done a full body work out, but she was stubborn enough to push through it, she remembered what she did to the Deadlock and really wanted to make her own move like Kron had.
She constantly tossed a scorching Ki ball trying to perfect into a new move.
As Kron watched Yang train he was eating his cookies that Ruby had given him in exchange for allowing Yang's teammates to watch.
While he did watch he glanced to see Ruby staring at him.
"What is it girl?" He asked Yang's half sister.
"Eh, um well." Ruby shyly looked at Blake who was reading her book. "Blake told me about that thing you can do with your Ki where you can make shows out of them, can you show me?!"
Kron glanced at Blake and growled a bit embarrassed that she told her about it.
Blake only shrugged and smirked knowing that it bothered him saying that.
"Maybe later kid."
Ruby clapped her hands together. "Come on, please? Please? I really want to see." She said to him.
Kron was a bit overwhelmed by the girl's begging and questioning but looking at the glimmer in her eyes affected him. It reminded of him of his last peaceful day at Menagarie before he was put in a cage.
Strangely it felt nice to recieve this attention.
"I'll expect double the sweets from now on." He demanded wanting to get something out of her demands.
"Done!" She yelled happily.
He held his hands up focusing two red Ki orbs and had them drop to the ground.
Though instead of exploding they took shape.
One split into three beowolves.
While the other turned into a familiar child with a monkey tail.
Ruby practically had stars in her eyes as she looked at the show Kron was providing.
With delicate control Kron commanded his Ki constructs to fight with the mini version himself fighting three beowolves when he was a child.
Blake couldn't help but walk over and kneeled down looking at the light show he provided.
And all the while Weiss who seemed to have focused on what Yang was doing couldn't resist to look at what Kron was doing.
Kron was surprised to see that usually she focused on Yang while she was here.
Ruby was busy enjoying the show while Blake smiled up at Kron.
"This reminds me of old times, right Kron?"
Kron thought of that and remembered his last day on that island.
"Yeah, I remember." He wondered how things would have turned out if he didn't go to that island.
Blake smiled as she watched his Ki figures fighting showing one of his adventures no doubt.
"I wish you had time to show this to my mom when were at Menagarie."
The Saiyan faltered hearing that. "I thought you said you weren't going to mention your mother." He said with slight annoyance.
That tone suprised Blake and Ruby.
Weiss was also suprised.
And Yang seemed to stop what she was doing and focused.
Kron stopped what he was doing and turned around. "I have soemthing else to do, Yang keep going with your training on your own today, see you at Dead End Arena." He said flying off.
Blake was suprised at that tone he took and sighed.
Ruby who was also suprised grabbed Blake's shoulder. "You ok?"
The Cat Faunus nodded. "Yeah I'm fine, I forgot how much mentioning my mom can trigger him."
Yang came to her side and looked at where Kron had flown off. She felt sad seeing him run off and turned to Blake.
"Can you tell me what that was about?"
Anima
Vernal and her men were scattering, they needed to get off of Anima.
Get to the far reaches of Vacuo, bribe as much as they can.
No not Vacuo. Raven knows where to find them if they go there. They need to find some island somewhere anywhere they can get away from that monster.
Where can they go? Solitas? No if Ozpin knows than Ironwood definitely knows that Raven is the Spring Maiden. And they'll question them on her.
But that may be their only chance.
Vale? Kron is there and he made it clear that he will not be their ally. Not to mention dealing with Ozpin.
But if Raven is chasing after her.
Wait that can work. Raven has no idea that Kron is there. If Raven hadn't detected her daughter dying then that must mean she's still alive.
Unless she really didn't care for her kid, which would make sense. Since the bitch never protected them from that brat she took in.
What if Kron did kill her daughter and she didn't bother going to him? That must be it, she can't imagine him sparing anyone.
He had to have found her by now, her daughter had no way of knowing that he was after her.
Is he taking his time? Maybe. Or maybe he simply hadn't found her yet.
Wait.
If he had killed Raven's daughter and she didn't show up, then Kron would have come back for them. Or at least be on the hunt for them. And Vernal had been staying on top of whoever's looking for them, since the 'Monkey Faunus' isn't subtle she would know if he was.
So he must not have found her yet! Which means he's in Vale!
Unless he left. But who would be strong enough to force him to leave.
And if he's not there, maybe they can strike a deal with Ozpin.
Either way, Vale seems to be their best chance.
She turned to her men.
"Alright! I've come to a decision!" She said. "We'll be heading to Vale!"
Most of her men loooked around with unsure faces.
"Vernal, Kron, he's there, we will die, surely there are better places to avoid Sepia!"
Right she hadn't told them about Raven. If she's going to get them there she had to explain that Raven had contacted them.
She opened her mouth about to tell them but she stopped, how would they respond? Would they crawl back to her beg for her forgiveness? No, they may not be 100% loyal, no Branwen is but they had some sense didn't they? They have to know that going to her side would not be a good idea that they'd be dead if they tried.
But wouldn't they run and leave her to deal with her herself? No, surely they understand safety in numbers.
She looked at all her men trying to gauge the situation. Maybe she should just tell them about Raven contacting them and ditch them to Vale for her own safety.
No! She can't abandon the tribe. She vowed to run it better than Raven ever did. She will. She had to.
Squeezing her fists she opened her mouth about to tell them about Raven but then she heard the sound of fire and she turned around.
It was an orange haired girl in a green outfit.
She descended down and landed in front of them.
Vernal rose her blade rings and aimed at her. "Who are you?!"
Her men all pointed their guns at her.
Penny looked at all the men and the one woman. The tribe really had shrunk in number over the years, records say they were originally supposed to number in dozens.
Once she looked at the leader she spoke.
"Vernal, and all members of the Branwen Tribe, my directive is to capture you all." She said. "Please surrender and come with me."
Without hesitating the girl pulled the trigger to her blades as did her subordiantates.
And straight away green plates spread across Penny's body, the bullets deflected off of her Aura, her metal skin and her armor.
Vernal stopped shooting but her underlings kept it up, that armor, it was a different color but it looked like what Sepia wore.
From Penny's back green blades floated to her back with strings attached.
The bandit can see the blades pop out, this girl wasn't normal, that armor wasn't normal. Neither is Raven.
Her eyes widened and she rose a hand.
"Weapons down!"
The tribe obeyed seeing how their attacks had no effect on her.
Penny still had a polite smile on her face.
"Be warned I am more than well equiped to handle all of you on my own." She said to them all as he blades span behind her back. "But if you wished to continue then I am combat ready!"
Vernal looked at the fragile looking girl, it was insane she looked so helpless that she couldn't hurt a fly but she's got power far outclassing them. It almost reminded her of what Raven wanted Cher to be.
Wait. This power, she's not sure if it's enough but what other option did she have.
"We surrender"
Penny was ready to attack but she almost tripped and then she caught herself. "Huh?"
"What?" One of her men asked. "No we can-"
Vernal turned to them and made a signal with her hand. One that was practiced in the tribe plenty of times by Raven herself, which Kron never bothered to learn with his desperate need to fight alone.
All her men hesitated but they threw their weapons on the ground as if knowing that it was their best move and even rose their hands.
Penny was unsure as they all seemed to be in a position where they were ledgitimately giving up, she eyed them, her scanners looked for any hidden weapons that could potentially harm her. Nothing at all, they had looked as though they surrendered.
Though she was suprise Penny tried to remain professional this was her first mission after all and Sepia will be happy to know that she had captured these people.
"Very well, I thank you for your cooperation." Penny said smiling. "Please place your arms behind your back and I will place restraints on all of you."
They all complied, the men wondered what her plan was but knew she wouldn't do it unless she had no choice.
Vernal sighed, she didn't want to resort to this but if they were going to survive they were going to have to count on their bad luck, and Raven's tracking.
She silently prayed that this will work.
Dead End Arena
"Ladies and Gentlemen! After only weeks, a new champion has come to our arena!" The announcer yelled. "Behold the newest competitor had proven a woman of our word, our new champion! The Golden Zhulong!"
Yang in her tight black suit with gold fur at the sides of her neck and her gold dragon like mask.
She held up an arm looking around at the crowd.
"Now that she has completed our trial, let's watch her prove her place in the ring by her challengers!"
Kron watched as Yang dominating the arena, fighting fighter after fighter.
Since she became champion she has been challenged over and over just like he thought she would.
In the arena she was using her combined Aura and Ki to take down her opponents sometime multiples at once.
Two months of training and already she was strong enough to be champion.
Yang knocked down her 10th opponent today and rose her fists.
"That's all her challengers today folks, praise your new champion!"
"Golden Zhulong! Golden Zhulong! Golden Zhulong!" They cheered over and over again.
Behind her mask Yang smiled loving the attention similar to how Kron would.
Kron was enjoying himself, he had been training Yang to the limit and even patched things up with Blake. It was strange, he did not expect his hunt for Raven to go this way.
Not only did Raven's daughter turn out different than he was expecting but she was also more Saiyan than he thought a human could be.
She seemed like the kinda person her mother wished she would be.
He watched as she made her debut as champion of Dead End Arena and decimated opponent after opponent.
Her progress was faster than expected.
Once the battles were over Yang walked back into her side of the arena.
The Saiyan stood there with his arms crossed.
"It's been days and your already dominating as champion, how's it feel?"
Yang took her mask off and smiled. "Hey, can we talk about something?"
"Hm?" He was confused with what she meant.
"Meet me outside, just let me get changed." She said looking exhausted.
Not seeing anything wrong with it, he shrugged agreeing with her.
Kron had waited by the café that the Dead End Arena was beneath like Yang had asked.
She wanted to speak to him about. What exactly? Did she want to learn a new technique? One in his arsenal?
Funny he didn't think he'd have a talk to her about anything besides fighting like Blake usually has with him.
As he waited Yang walked out of the café in her usual brown jacket and yellow undershirt.
"Thanks for waiting."
Kron turned to her. "Why did you ask me to wait, did you want me to make sure you didn't fall while flying by yourself?"
"Nah not that." Yang replied with a smile. "I just wanted to have a chat with you, not about the deal, not about Ki, just something else."
Kron was a bit annoyed that this talk wouldn't be much use but he decided to go along with it. She's earned to have a word with him. "Fine, what is it?"
Yang played with her hair for a few seconds not sure how he'd respond to this. She couldn't help but intervene, she wanted him to hear this.
"Y'know Blake told me about Kali."
Kron said nothing to that though his eyebrow did twitch hearing that sentence.
"She also told me that you didn't want to visit her." Yang said to him. "And she told me that she wanted to see you, why not?"
The Saiyan growled and turned away from her as if not wanting to respond. That Blake really does have a big mouth spreading their conversation around to people who are not involved. He shouldn't even entertain this conversation.
And yet he couldn't ignore her.
"Because there's no need to." Kron said to her. "Whatever happened at Menagarie should stay at Menagarie, there's no point to going back."
Yang tilted her head as if surprised by that answer. "That's not really an answer, don't you miss her?"
Kron thought of Kali, and that village mother and daughter. It brought back memories of his life there. What influenced him to abandon his old ways and his original mission.
"She's not my mother." Kron said to her. "I am not her concern, we don't share any blood."
Yang was confused hearing that and remembered her talk with Blake.
"Does that really matter?" She asked. "Didn't your mother not care about you?"
Kron heard that and thought of his mother, Elery. His relationship with her was a normal parent child relationship between Saiyans. He was weak and so he was either to be a servant, kicked out, or killed. Whatever the stronger parent decided. When he begged her to train him she would just tell him they can spar but if he gets mortally wounded he wouldn't live to see his parents.
His father wasn't too bad. He actually talked her into keeping him around to raise to become his apprentice. Probably because he wanted to feel strong ordering someone around that was actually weaker than him. Also to help him entertain other Saiyans by teaching him his wretched tricks that ironically wer the foundation to his techniques.
He stopped thinking that when he realized something. The Saiyang again growled in annoyance and turned to her.
"How much did that cat tell you?" He asked. "She hasn't changed at all still telling on me to whoever has enough time to waste listening!"
He said comedically remembering all the times Blake would run to Kali whenever he trained while he was supposed to rest and said something she remotely didn't like! She was still going behind his back and talking about the embarrassing things he had said to Kali when she practically interrogated him at his last night in the Belladonna house.
Yang giggled at the angry look on his face. "Calm down, I sorta asked about you, she was being vague about it so I I interrogated her a bit, couldn't resist."
"Tch" Kron said nothing and looked to the sky contemplating leaving and not entertain this conversation any longer.
"Come on Kron, if you won't tell me about where your from, can you please answer my question?" she asked. "Did your mom, your biological mom care about you?"
Kron sighed and finally decided to give in.
"No, she didn't." Kron said to her. "She only kept me around as a servant."
Yang heard that and nodded. "That's what Blake told me." She said to him. "And my mom didn't really care about you either right?"
Kron growled, he didn't care for his mother Elery, But Raven he actually hated and looked forward for his rematch with her.
She didn't get an answer but she knew. "But Kali was, right?"
Kron sighed. "She's still not my mother and I don't need to see her."
Yang walked beside him and sat on a railing next to him. "Y'know I didn't share blood with my mom either."
The Saiyan rose an eyebrow and turned to him. "What?" He was confused by what she meant. "Are you not Raven's brat either?" Desoite her appearance he would believe it considering she was nothing like her personality wise. She had the firey will of a Saiyan and enjoyed showing off to an audience like he did. Definitely traits Raven did not posess.
"You remember that Ruby's my half sister right?" Yang asked.
Kron remembered when they started training and she explained to him that Ruby was not Raven's daughter.
"Raven wasn't there for me, but Ruby's mom Summer was." She said to him.
Kron remembered that name. The video Ozpin showed him when he was in Beacon's infirmary. She looked like a grown version of her half sister.
"Summer was with my dad after Raven left us." Yang explained. "Eventually I found out that Summer wasn't my mom and I would always ask her why Raven left and why Summer acted like she was my mom." She remembered the tears she shed when she saw a picture of Raven and her dad together. "And everytime I asked, she would always tell me that she was my mom no matter what, she made me food, always looked after me, made me feel better while I was sick," She stopped and looked at Kron. "Sound familiar?"
When Kron heard that he had to admit that it did. Elery didn't give a damn about him, Raven wanted to manipulate and use him. But Kali? She wanted to help him, she didn't care about his power or that he was weak. Just that he was in need.
"See Kron?" Yang asked walking next to him. "I know it's not exactly the same but I know what it's like having a mom that didn't care for you, But I know what it's like having a mom because of Summer, just like you know what having a mom because of Kali."
She did, who would've guessed that he would relate with Raven's brat of all people.
"But Kron, refusing to see Kali when she wants to see you is kinda like what Raven did." She continued. "She pushed away my dad and left on her own, just like you are pushing Kali away, because of what Raven did I don't think I can have any sort of relationship with Raven. Is that what you want with Kali? To just pretend you never met her?"
The Saiyan thought of that and sighed. Yang didn't talk but she looked at him with a serious look as if silently demanding an answer.
He thought of his plans after dealing with Raven and these Soul Dust users. He was going to leave Remnant and never return. To where he wasn;'t sure but he just wanted to leave, he felt like he had to given how much people here had changed him from when he came.
The Saiyan looked at Yang who didn't seem to relent and finally decided to answer.
"I don't want that." He finally admitted for the first time how he felt about his situation with Kali. Not even Blake got him to admit this and somehow this girl made her do it.
Yang smiled at him happily. "See? Doesn't it feel good to admit it?"
"Tch" Kron crossed his arms and looked away again not liking that he got persuaded by the persistant young woman.
Yang felt like she had accomplished what she set out to do. She cared about him after the time she came to know him she liked hanging out with him and cared for the best of him. She wanted him to know the joys of having a family like she did, and wanted Blake to have the brother she was supposed to have.
"Like Blake said Kron, it's better that you go see Kali yourself, no one can tell you what to do." She said to him. "I just wanted to give my two cents to you."
"Pfft, more like your nosey and couldn't help but butt in." He said to her.
"I'll take that as a compliment." Yang said and playfully punched his shoulder. "Come on, let's go eat, I'm buying."
Kron watched her start to float ready to fly back to Vale.
He thought of their talk, though he looked annoyed he felt a burden leave his shoulders, as if admitting his care for Kali outloud to someone after just refusing to see her had given him a form of relief.
"Come on Kron!" Yang yelled to him. "If you don't wanna eat with a pretty girl than tell me."
"Tch, shove it." Kron said as he floated at her side and the two flew back to Vale.
When yang wasn;y looking Kron had forma small smile that he quickly hid not wanting her to feel like he had anymore victories.
Downtown Vale
"Good to be back to civilization." Taiyang said stretching as he made it at the outskirts of Vale.
Qrow chuckled at his side as they walked through downtown. "You really have gotten rusty huh?"
"Zip it Qrow." Taiyang said as he walked with his partner into the city. "Can't decide what to do first, see my girls or head to Ozpin."
"Come on, the brats can wait." The reaper said. "We gotta update Ozpin on everything."
The doting father would have pushed it but he was right. He needed to know about Raven's ascension to Fully Realized and her possessing Jade's Jar.
And most importantly about Salem's newest monster. He thought of that mutant Grimm with green eyes and the crown skull.
"Right, come on, the sooner we do this, the sooner-" He stopped when he eyed someone familiar. "Yang?"
"Ozpin first then we'll see the girls." Qrow chastised him again.
"No Yang, look."
Qrow looked to see Yang walking out of what looked like a resteraunt. It felt nice seeing her after being a month away from the firecracker.
And just before either would approach another person walked out, a young man about her age with spikey black hair pointed in two directions.
Taiyang looked irritated seeing his daughter with a man her age. He fought the urge not to go to them and see just what he was doing alone with his daughter.
Qrow had a different reaction, he never seen this kid before and thought maybe he was one of her teammates. But then he got a good look at his hair. That strange spikey hair.
Pointed in two dirrections, about the same height. He looked into the resteraunt that he was in, a huge pile of dishes.
He remembered all these details when he was in Anima. He would also always hide his tail according to the places he visited.
His height, he matches the Scourge.
Qrow began to grow pale at the sight. There's no way that's him. Is it?
Taiyang after calming himself at the sight of the unknown boy walking next to his daughter he began to walk forward intending to see his older daughter again.
Just then his shoulder was grabbed and he turned to Qrow.
"The hell Qrow, just let me-" He stopped when he noticed the look on Qrow's face. "What? You alright man?"
The reaper shook his head and looked at him. "Listen to me, that kid, it's him!"
"What?" Taiyang asked. "What are you talking about? Who?"
Qrow immediately shook his head.
"Look trust me, I investigated him, it's definitely him!"
Taiyang looked shocked hearing that and looked to see Yang walking side by side with him. If that was true, then he was with his daughter and if he knows that he's Raven's daughter then she's in danger.
He squeezed his knuckles, he couldn't know. Could he?
One thing was for sure they needed to make sure that Qrow was right before anything else.
He hoped that he was.
Kron and Yang had arrived in the outskirts of Vale.
"So how'd it feel being champion?" Kron asked.
"Meh, it was ok." Yang shrugged her shoulders.
"Really?" He asked. "Now that your champion you get to fight as often as you want, not to mention be challenged by any wannabe's, surely that's fun?"
He remembered back when he became champion of hos own arena, it was fun and sometimes he even misses those days as Daim's prized fighter.
"Don't get me wrong it's fun getting to fight all kinds of people." Yang said to him. "And to show off, did you hear the crowd chearing for me?" She grinned remembering how they boo'd her and now they were screaming her name.
"But I kinda wish there was some real competition, y'know?" She asked tilting her head. "There's not enough that can actually fight me."
Kron heard that and chuckled. "Trust me I know your pain."
"Heh, can't imagine how you feel." Yang said to him. "Say Kron now that it's been two months, you mind telling me something?"
"What?"
Yang thought back to what he said about Raven and asked.
"About Raven, you said something about her having some sort of power that makes her different from huntsman, what exactly is it?"
The Saiyan was a bit surprised that she asked and scratched the back of his head.
"It has been two months, I guess I can tell you now."
He thought of the best way to explain this.
"As you know Raven kept me around because she wanted to learn my power." He explained. "But what I didn't tell you was that she already had a power different from Aura, magic."
Yang looked surprised hearing that.
"Magic? Really?" She asked.
"Yes, it's control over elements without using Dust." He explained. "Also they seem to be able to use their magic to fuel their physical strength and speed like what Aura does."
Raven was faster than the eye can track as well as capable with strength that surpasses any Grimm he's come across.
"I'm surprised Ozpin hasn't told you given that he knows of these powers." He said to her. "You sure he didn't tell you?"
"Nope" She said popping the 'P'. "Guess he thought you would have."
With a shrug Kron continued.
"From what I remember, magic is only wielded by four people, women actually." She said to her. "Their called Maidens, chosen to weild this power."
"Yeah?" Yang asked wanting to say that she didn't believe him but realized that she didn't know Ki was a thing either, so why shouldn't magic be a thing? "Chosen how exactly?"
"It transfers from woman to woman, depending on whoever the woman thinks of last." Kron said to her.
"Really?" Yang asked putting a hand to her chin. "Ok, do you know how Raven was chosen, from what you told me I can't imagine anyone wanting her to get power."
Kron frowned thinking of what to say next.
"In Raven's case, she killed the previous Maiden, according to one of her former subordinates was a part of the Branwen Tribe, but Raven didn't like how she wasn't progressing and so killed her to gain her power, and it worked transferring her power to her."
"What?" Yang asked shocked to hear that. "She trained the last Maiden, and then killed her?" It sounded so awful that she was about to question it but remembered Kron's own story of being betrayed by Raven.
"I guess I shouldn't be surprised." She stated. "After wha she did to you."
Kron was pleased to see that she trusted him and continued.
"Yes, and the thng about Maidens is if they die their power goes to someone else." He explained. "So if you fail, and I kill Raven, her power will become yours." He said smiling. "Imagine the fun we'll have if that's the case?"
Yang heard that and stopped walking when he said that. If Raven dies she'll get magic? No wonder he said that she'll be fun to fight even if she fails. He'll be counting on that.
Still the thought of taking Raven's power after luring her to 'save' her if she cared didn't seem right to her. Even if it meant she can finally fight Kron on a leveled playing field.
Kron stopped walking as she stopped and turned to her.
"Something wrong?"
Yang looked at Kron and scratched the back of her hair.
"Um, yeah, Kron I'm good."
She had resolved herself that she'll do what she can and if she fails then Raven has what was coming to her.
But if she did portal to her because she wanted to save her, that would mean she cares right? Is it right if she dies getting tricked into trying to save her?
Is it really ok for her to die?
Kron tilted his head wondering why she hadn't kept walking.
Yang looked at Kron thinking of everything that happened, she's had fun being with him. She originally hated him for being raised by Raven when she already had a daughter. But over the time of their deal she felt like she understood him, the drive to get stronger, the thrill of the fight, and to show off to an audience also appealed to her.
Being with him was a lot of fun and she kinda didn't want it to end.
"Hey Kron after the deal is over, whatever happens I hope that we-"
The Saiyan looked side to side and sniffed the air. He smelt something, booze.
Kron immiedately ducked under a backhand strike.
Yang looked confused and before she could tell what was happening a figure grabbed her by her waist and pulled her away.
"What?! Hey!" She shouted as the figure pulled her away and jumped away from Kron and the other assailant.
Kron looked up to see Yang being carried away and glanced at who tried to sneak attack him.
"You?" He was surprised by who it was that came tried to sneak attack him.
At least he knew that Yang was safe.
Yang landed on top of a building still being held by her captor.
"Let go!" Yang yelled as she punched with Ki and Aura in his shoulder.
"Ow!" The man let go and Yang had tried to use the opportunity to hrow a punch.
But the fist is caught by the man who took her. "Yang it's me!" He yelled.
Yang had finally gotten a good luck at her captor's face. "What dad?"
On the street Kron stood there looking at the man who tried to strike him.
Kron had mixed feelings looking at him, annoyance for attacking him from behind lecturing in his head how weak it was to try that approach. On the other guilt for not taking his offer back when he met him and instead took that traitor Tyrian.
"That was quick, I barely noticed." He said. "I think your sister would've had trouble blocking that."
In front of him was a man wielding a long sword with a red tattered cape, black hair with trills and red eyes.
"Get away from my niece!" Qrow threatened determined to protect Yang at all costs.
He didn't know what happened, why he was with here but one thing was sure, he was going to use his new strength to take him down if he had to.
Above at the building that Taiyang had taken Yang he looked at his daughter.
"Yang, I'm sorry that I can't explain right now but you have to go to Ozpin, tell him the Scourge of Anima is here."
Yang was trying to process what was happenign she didn't expect her father showing up out of nowhere.
"Wait dad listen, I-"
"No time!" He shouted as he turned to where he jumped to. "Go get your sister and tell Ozpin what happened now!" He jumped off the building ignoring his daughter's yells.
"Dad wait!" Yang shouted after her father as she jumped far away. She never seen him do that, just what happened?
She had to stop him, she knew keeping things from them was a mistake!
But she let Ozpin talk her into keeping her father and uncle in the dark. And now she needed to stop them.
Below as Kron was examining Qrow another had landed next to him, his landing cracked the ground beneath him.
It was someone he never seen before.
Blonde hair, blue eyes in a vest and welding gold bracers similar to Yang's weapon of choice.
"And who are you supposed to be?" He asked looking at the new man before him.
Taiyang ignored the question and rose his fists up while glancing at Qrow.
"Qrow, go to Yang, make sure she's safe."
"Trust me you need me here to fight him." He said remembering his first encounter with the Scourge as he looked at Kron.
"Go!" Taiyang shouted at his partner. "She doesn't seem to know who he is, she'll jump in if she doesn't know what's going on."
Kron heard that line and thought of the rage he heard. It was the same rage Ghira had when he found out he was with his family.
That blonde hair, that rage. He thought of the times Yang had gotten enraged and worried for her comerades, specifically her sister.
"Hey you!" Kron shouted to the blonde getting the duo's attention. "Are you, Yang's father?"
"Keep her name out of your mouth!" Taiyang shouted. "What are you doing walking by my daughter, you may have her fooled but I know who you are!" He shouted. "I found out about your face!"
Guess that makes wearing a mask pointless, still he can't afford to let this fight take place in the city. Or even knock them out too badly, he didn't want to lure Raven here just yet. He wanted to fight them, he can tell there like Glynda in a way strong without magic. But he might want to see if he can talk them down in order to ensure Yang stil has her chance to fight him before dealing with Raven.
"Your daughter's not in any danger from me." He said to Taiyang. "Didn't Ozpin tell you anything?" It didn't look like it from what he says.
"I don't know your talking about." Taiyang snarled. "But I do know that your going to pay for going after my daughter." He cracked his knuckles.
He was a brawler to? Damn it, now Kron's even more tempted to fight them now. He wondered what to do? Should he contact Ozpin and let them know what happened? Or should he have fun with them.
"Qrow!" Taiyang shouted. "Leave now!" He said taking a fighting stance.
Qrow looked at him and back at Kron. Raven still feared his power even though she was beyond to mention he beaten down Winter not too long ago who became a Maiden. There's no way he alone can take him.
Kron couldn't quite resist anymore and decided to give in to his Saiyan instincts. "Forget that." He said to him. "I like that your willing to fight me alone, but it's clear to me that alone you wouldn't be enough." He said to him and started to take a fighting stance of his own while glancing side to side, looking for a place where they can fight without anyone watching.
Taiyang merely punched into the ground and it glowed yellow.
Just then the ground beneath Kron glowed yellow.
"What?" He asked as it exploded and propelled him upwards.
"That was like Winters." He observed as he was reminded of Winter's fire glyphs.
Just then behind him Qrow held up his long sowrd and was about to cut at his neck.
Kron immediately flipped as the sword missed and the huntsman periced for his chest. The blade cut into his chest.
Qrow then pulled the trigger firing a bullet and it managed to propel the Saiyan away.
His back hit through a street lamp and into a building.
The huntsman landed where Kron had stood and turned to Taiyang. "Tai, remember Raven? She's afraid to fight him and she handled both of us. We can't take any chances here, we can't afford your typical one on ones, if i didn't show up Raven would've beaten you and the same will happen here."
Tai grunted in anger not liking that his daughter wasn't being watched and escorted out. But he seemed to understand that he was right, now wasn't the time for heroics they needed to join together if they were going to win.
Just then Kron had floated out and looked down at his chest, his blood was leaking out. He dug his fingers into his wound and pulled out the dust bullet that Qrow had launched into him and tossed it aside covered in his blood. And looked at the duo. "Good, you seem to agree that two on one's your best chance, but let's take this elsewhere." He said to them.
"Why's that? And why should we trust you?" Taiyang asked with his guard up.
"Did Raven not tell you about me?" He asked the man who had partnered with Raven. "I want to fight you at your best, you wanna avoid civilian casualties right?" He asked, though it was true what he didn't say was that he also didn't want to make his pressence known in Vale, sure Ozpin can cover for him but he doubts he can cover for him THAT well.
The duo glanced at each other, Raven did say something about Kron always enjoying the fight, it was reported that the Scourge had allowed Winter to get the Ace Ops bodies out of the way. While neither liked that he was near Yang they can see that it is in his MO to do that.
"Fine, let's go." Taiyang said.
Kron chuckled as he dashed away at speed faster than normal people can follow.
Qrow was able to follow behind with his own speed, while Taiyang was struggling he was able to keep up not far from Qrow.
Just as they left Yang landed where they stood.
"No damn it!" She shouted. "Why are they here? Ozpin said that they were far away on a misssion and weren't expected to come back for months. This is bad, real bad!" She shouted as she used her flight to try to catch up to the three.
Kron landed in one of the warehouses that the White Fang had used for their hideouts and looked at the entrance.
Qrow made it inside with an angry look on his face.
A minute later Taiyang arrived breathing in and out clearly he struggled with keeping up.
Kron guessed that he's a strength type like Yang. Made sense considering her mother's Aura effected her speed more than her strength.
Taiyang cracked his knuckles. "You! Scourge of Anima, tell me, why are you with my daughter? What are you planning to di with her?" He demanded hiding the fact that she was Raven's daughter and hoping he didn't know.
The Saiyan can see the animosity in his eyes. Yep this was definitely Yang's father with a temper like that, he was amused looking at it. "If you want to know that badly, then beat it out of me." He commented now wanting to fight after going through weeks without any real combat.
Still he'll have to remember not to rough them up too badly, so he doesn;t lure Raven. And because he didn't like the idea of harming anyone Yang cared about, and her sister after she enjoyed the show he provided.
"I was hoping you'd say that." Taiyang said as he charged straight for Kron while Qrow got into his own fighting position.
Kron watched as the huntsman threw a fist and he threw his own for his face.
Just before Tai's fist reached his face, Kron's collided with his right cheek making his head turn.
After that strike Kron tried to roundhouse kick across his head.
But Taiyang was able to telegraph the attack and duck underneath.
Not only did the kick miss but Qrow appeared behind Taiyang and swiped his long sword again aiming for his neck.
And Kron leaned back as the slash missed.
Taiyang took advantage and threw a punch into Kron's stomach.
This forced the young boy to keel over.
And taking advantage of his position and threw a rabit punch down Kron's head. And he activated his Semblance causing an explosion and made him hit the ground.
Qrow then stomped on Kron's back and tried to peirce into his back.
With his reflexes Kron forced himself up making Qrow get off of him.
The Saiyan then threw a hand spear strike in the throat of Qrow making him cough.
And gut punched Taiyang similar to what he did to Kron.
He then kicked across Qrow's face propelling him away
And uppercut the keeling Taiyang up his chin sending him flying.
Both huntsmen hit the wall making spider web cracks behind them.
Kron looked at the duo, they were definitely not done after that, he glanced at Qrow. But he should be given his strength the last time they fought. Qrow's abilities are way above the last time they met. Not only was he fast enought to catch up with him but also made him bleed. He thought of Glynda and how she was capable despite not being a Maiden.
Taiyang was the first who walked out of where he was hit and grabbed his jaw.
Qrow with greater effort pushed himself to stand as well.
Looking at the two Kron chuckled. "Good, your not done yet, come on, try again."
Taiyang once again through himself at Kron while Qrow ran to the side.
Kron charged at him as well wanting to have a fist fight with someone stronger than Yang.
The blonde huntsman this time didn't attack first only observing his opponent.
And he oblidged with a straight punch with his right.
Taiyang managed to block with his forearm.
And at Kron's right side he swiped his blade, this time striking the back of his knee.
It made him kneel on one leg, Taiyang took advantage of that and punched across the Scourge's cheek.
With a grunt he retaliated with a fist of his own.
And again Tai rose his arm this time activating his sheild blocking the strike more sucsessfully.
"A sheild?" He asked not remembering the last time he dealt with a sheild user.
And again Qrow tried to strike with his blade.
Kron threw a fist across Qrow's face, but his blade cut across his cheek making him bleed again.
And Taiyang took advantage and threw a right straight causing an explosion again making him fall on his back.
Once he hit the ground, Taiyang slammed his fist into the ground.
Kron got up and flipped back as the explosion detenated beneath where he was.
He chuckled. "So like Yang you two have an explosive Semblance, good, glad that she took so much after you."
"Stop talking about her." He said in calm anger while Qrow recovered from the strike he took.
This time Qrow charged for once wanting to start the exchange.
'Faster' Kron noted not very suprised.
Qrow pressed the button on the handle shifiting hsi blade into a scythe and swung it.
The Saiyan was able to weave two strikes but not perfectly as his defense was lacking, a cut landed on his shirt and cut apart his jacket showing lots of cut marks.
He then swung down his scythe aiming for on top of his head.
And Kron actually swayed it and hit the ground while behind him a slash mark from his Aura showed.
Qrow glowed red releasing his Semblance again.
Just then a screw fell off above the warehouse releasing an iron beam.
Kron was about to swing a kick, but he noticed a shadow and looked up.
The iron beam hit the top of his head though it didn't do much but distract him.
Which was enough for Qrow to swung a kick at his face making him stumble back.
Qrow deactivated his Semblance again.
While Kron stumbled, Taiyang appeared and threw a punch across the Saiyan's cheek making him stumble to Qrow again.
The former bandit pulled out his blade and swung multiple times across Kron's chest making him stumble back to Taiyang again.
Taiyang then threw his signature rabit punch making him keel over again.
Qrow peirced into Kron's gut with harbinger in it's longsword form again.
Kron looked shocked, not expecting them able to do this much with a gap in their strength gap.
These two aren't as strong as Bertilak but they are definitely putting up a better fight then he and that cowardly partner of his.
Hopefully he can just knock them out without notifying Raven.
Otherwise his deal may end early.
Qrow and Taiyang have arrived! Will Raven detect their pressence fading in their fight with Kron and result in the fated match to finally happen?
What of Sienna? Will she find out what Jade's Jar's price is in time for it to be of use?
And Vernal is now in Penny's custody, will Sepia and Penny find out where Kron is?
Find out next time on One's Own Path!
Well taiyang and Qrow found Kron first, Ozpin's got some explaining to do.
Hope u guys look forward to that and enjoyed the chapter, it felt nice writing Kron fighting again, and don't worry soon he is going to have a true challenge, were not far from the climax of the arc.
Review Responces
Zenkai: Thank u for letting me know all this I was struggling how to decide how strong I want to make the brother gods since the RWBYverse doesn't have the same scale as Dragon Ball, I will do my own research to.
Also let's pray that Kron isn't dumb enough to gather the relics thinking he can fight them any time soon. He might be smarter than most Saiyans but he still loves a good fight so hopefully he'll be smart about it.
Lelouch of Zero: If you can't give a Saiyan a fun fight food is the next best thing. Lol, I had to put that in it just seemed to good to make fun of even if it's epic hearing a Kamahameha. Ruby clearly understands Kron's position lol. No! Lol,you are going to feel for Eclipse and you are going to like it! Lol(I'm glad you do I'll keep trying) Also I laughed hard when I read that, very accurate, his mom really wanted what was best for him.
Penny and Sepia will have an interesting dynamic that I hope everyone can like in the future.
The Branwen Tribe are getting what's there's, better hope for their sake whatever plan Vernal came up with will save them.
Kensanders: It is Raven so it likely won't excuse her behavior, at least she's shown loyalty if only a little keeping Summer's secret.
Funny thing Ozpin technically didn't break any rules of the agreement he had with Kron, let's hope he sees it that way.
And now he has to explain his deal to Qrow and Taiyang, hope u look forward to him trying to weasel his way out.
Robin321: Sorry I don't do power levels, if u want to do power levels feel free I won't argue.
AlejandroDiaz: I guess that can be possible, personally I'm thinking of giving him the Wrath Form, it is a 10x multiplier and can substitute for Kaioken plus a lot of people seem to want it. But I'll think about your suggestion, maybe with enough time Kron can figure out his own version of Kaioken though he hasn't seen anything like it but who knows. We'll see.
Keybladelight: That Ki attack would be his Berringel Burst. It is his equivalent to Kamehameha or Galick Gun.
Kron will definitely have his redemption don't worry as u can see he's already on his way it's just going to take a while. As for meeting the db cast if that's going to happen it won't for a long while I hope u can enjoy the long ride.
As for Lord Beerus, we'll see but again your gonna have to wait awhile.
ThatSaiyaGuy: Glad your liking it! Yep, now Vernal is being chased down by Penny, Sepia, and Raven. Poor girl can't catch a break. Too bad for her Kron couldn't just knock out Yang and get his revenge. But he really wanted to try his experiment out and is having too much fun with it.
Well he's gonna have fun explaining in the next chapter. I'll admit I haven't thought of Mothra when I wrote that scene, I wonder if it was done subconsciously.
Yes Eclipse is his original name. His mother's name is Luna which is another moon related name. I decided on that name as a not so subtle reference to Grimm Eclipse which Merlot is from.
You'll learn how he and his mother died soon. I did say awhile back his origin would be sad. I felt bad writing it.
Yeah I've been having fun writing Kron interact with Team RWBY and gaining friends along with Blake. I thought after he saved half of Team RWBY and warmed up to them they would start warming up to him.
Ozpin heard from Blake the story of his home that he told Kali. That he came from an island filled with Monkey Faunus and strong Grimm. But Ozpin being around for as long as he has knows that it's a lie. After all if there were an island filled with Monkey Faunus knowing Ki and being stronger than Maidens, he or Salem would've known about it. So he knows for sure he's not from Remnant.
Maybe it's not like Kron hasn't bled before, who knows maybe people are already studying it now.
Honestly I stole that new Grimm, it was called a Krylock from a cartoon from American Dragon I watched as a kid. I just called it a Deadlock and there we go, new Grimm. Also some Grimm can actually merge by something called a Tentacle Grimm so it fits. Glad u liked it.
ZamasuAutonomous22:After finding out that Salem and Ozpin know of her being a Maiden Raven had no reason not to go after Vernal. Vernal has dug her the biggest hole she possibly could.
Oh I wish dude, I can't afford a PS5 yet, damn I can't wait to play it!
Ghfhhfcv: Thank you, possibly, she just has to find her.
halo69:Well let me say I happy to see u have an account, feel free to send any PMs for ideas, questions or concerns, I listen to all suggestions and brainstorm if you'd like to make the story better.
And your guesses were still good, Kron has plenty of reason to pay Atlas another visit. His biggest reason is to correct the fake news they spread. They said that Kron had ran away when the Atlas Military arrived at the museum to not make the Ace Ops and Winter look bad and he hates that they made him out to be a guy that ran away lol, but it's kinda part of his agreement not to pick fights with huntsmen with Ozpin and Kron likes to try to keep his word.
Also because of kron's win streak, he loves that their targeting him it's more fun for him that way and it means more fighting for him. Though he may not enjoy it if the day ever comes where he loses a fight. Lol there's gonna be more people waiting in line, Kron just loves putting a target on his back.
Runeion: Yeah real sorry about that buddy, lol. I am extremely embarrassed at that and hope u enjoyed the chapter.
As for Vernal's fate probably, she's basically screwed at this point unless she's taken to Atlas.
Guess that's it, see u guys in the next chapter and hope u guys have a happy Halloween.
Have an awesome day! :)
