Hey guys, this should be a series of one-shots (more traditional this time) though some may connect (like be told in two or three parts). These should be based mostly on artwork I found on Deviantart.

May God bless you all.

Gaz sat on the couch. Somehow seeing the undead devour flesh just didn't seem as entertaining as it usually did. Perhaps it had something to do with the lack of a certain sibling barging in and demanding they watch Mysterious Mysteries. Yes, Gaz was grateful that Dib had gone to some sort of paranormal camp, it was good to get a vacation every now and again, but it had been two weeks and she still had two weeks to go.

To top it all off her father had some sort of conference which most likely meant she wasn't going to actually see him anytime soon. So there she was again, sitting on the couch watching a zombie flick and waiting for the Bloaty's pizza…

*Ding Dong*

…And there he was right on time.

Gaz got off the couch and answered the door.

"Good evening, that'll be $12.50." Said the pizza delivery man.

Gaz handed him a $20 bill.

"Keep the change." She said as she took her pizza.

"Wow, thanks!" The pizza man said with glee as he departed.

After closing the door and returning to the couch with her pizza she opened the box and…

…just stared.

Even Bloaty's didn't seem as appetizing. This was the fourth time this week she was getting it.

Gaz grunted. She hated to admit it but without her brother here she was… a little bored. The first week was great but now just chilling out and watching flicks, even she had to admit was getting old.

Gaz sighed. She had pizza and a zombie flick. Was there anyone she could…

"No!" She shouted as the thought entered her mind. That wasn't happening.

"No!" She shouted again.

"Nope, no way no how!"

She shouted…

…about 10 seconds before heading out the door.

*Ding Dong*

Who could that be? Zim asked as he walked to the door.

Using the irken technology he was able to see that it wa…

"Gaz!? Why would she…" He began, but was interrupted.

"Open the door before I kick it down." She said rather nonchalantly.

Zim did so as he had seen the strength of one of Gaz's kicks before. If it could break his glass prison it could probably knock a door down.

"So, to what does Zim owe this pleasure?" He asked as she walked in.

Gaz sat on the couch and placed her pizza on her right. She opened up the box and took a slice.

"Why are you wearing your disguise?" She asked ignoring his question.

"Because I had to answer the door." He answered as he shut said door. "One can never be too careful."

Zim walked over to her. "So why are you here?" He asked.

"To be honest I was bored and Dib had asked me to keep an eye on you while he was gone." She answered as she bit down on her pizza."

"Ah yes, the Dib-Stink is still on his paranormal retreat." Said Zim as he sat down next to Gaz. He actually blocked her pizza which was near the edge of the couch.

"He asked little Gaz to keep her pupils glued on Zim did he?"

"I wouldn't go that far." Gaz answered as she finished her pizza. "Could you hand me a slice?"

"Oh please." Zim replied. "As if Zim would ever touch that grease cover germ-ridden cheesy mess."

"Whatever." Said Gaz as she looked at the television.

"You're watching the Zombie movie marathon too?" She asked.

"Of course." He replied. "Zim is taking a break from some experiments and something about the undead devouring humans fascinates Zim."

"I bet." Replied Gaz.

For a bit the two just watched the movie together, every now and again Zim would laugh or Gaz would make a comment. Soon about an hour had passed and the movie ended.

"Well, Zim should probably get back to his experiments." He said.

Gaz took out her game slave. The movie that was set to follow this one she had already watched like ten times.

"Zim said…" He repeated. "…Zim should probably get back to his experiments!"

"I heard you the first time." Said Gaz without taking her eyes off her gaming device.

"That would be the Gaz human's cue to leave Zim's base." He pointed out.

"I'll leave when I'm good and ready." She answered still without looking at him.

"You have already done your duty and now it is time to leave!" He insisted.

This time Gaz turned to him and gave him the famous scowl.

"I said I'll leave when I'm good and ready." She reiterated.

"Please this is Zim's base!" Shouted Zim as he returned the stare. "And Zim demands you leave!"

Gaz got a little closer. "Make me." She said.

"…" For the first time, it seemed like Zim was speechless. Probably too afraid to actually order the computer to kick her out or something like that. However, Gaz studied his face and didn't really see fear. She honestly didn't like at first what she did see. Zim was sort of just staring at her… with those fake lenses covering up his eyes. Still, though she had to admit at least that part of his disguise looked real. Actually, she found herself staring at them. Seeing if she could see any red underneath. She couldn't, but that didn't stop the staring.

What seemed like a long time passed before Gaz finally broke the silence.

"So where's gir?" She asked trying to think of anything to disrupt the tension.

"He went out…" Replied Zim. "…With some earth teenagers."

"I didn't know you let him out. Aren't you worried someone may find out he's a robot?" Gaz inquired.

"I was at first but after like the fifth time I figured the humans wouldn't figure it out." He replied.

"Ah." Said Gaz as she looked back at her game slave. Her player had died.

It's not like she couldn't have just left, but in all honesty, she didn't really want to.

She once again looked to the alien on her left. In truth, Zim hadn't really tried much of anything in the weeks leading up to summer vacation. In fact, ever since florpus he had been rather dormant. That's partly why Dib felt secure in going to his paranormal camp. This also wasn't the first time the two had "hung out" in a sense either. Gaz (who was now 14) had actually been placed in a few advanced classes and this put her and Zim in contact more often. Whenever there was a project he would choose her as a partner. She assumed it would be hard to work with anyone at his house as he didn't want to blow his cover. She had obliged as she didn't really want to work with anyone, but she knew that Zim just like her wanted to get the assignment done as quickly as possible.

"Gaz." Said Zim breaking her out of her train of thought.

She turned to see the irken's face was still within inches of her own. Gaz's face felt slightly warm as the two simply looked into each other's eyes. She also notices that his cheeks seemed to be a darker shade of green than the rest of his face.

Once again Gaz found herself in a staring contest with the green alien. However this time…

…It lasted only a brief moment, but it definitely happened.

"Um… I should probably get going." Said Gaz as she got off the couch.

"Yes…" Said Zim as he practically jumped off. "…Zim should get back to the experiments."

Gaz grabbed her pizza and hurriedly left, closing the door behind her. She then leaned on the said door as she went over what just happened.

"Zim can still see you." Zim said from the other side, but Gaz didn't really care.

What was that? She thought to herself. Though it was more like where did that come from? She stood up and prepared to leave, but turning around…

"What was that!?" She now asked Zim as she opened the door.

"I believe the Gaz human is the one who owes Zim an explanation!" Replied Zim.

Gaz dropped her pizza and charged at the alien. "Me!?" She shouted as she reached him.

The two once again found their faces in close proximity. Gaz calmed down slightly.

"So what just happened here." She said finally. "No one and I mean no one better find out about it."

"Oh please…" Zim replied. "…As if I the mighty Zim! Would want anyone knowing… what happened."

After a few moments of awkward silence, Gaz turned to leave.

"You know Zim may be doing some very invader-like experiments tomorrow though." He said.

Gaz bore a half smile. "Guess I'll have to come and check on you then." She said.

She started for the door but stopped before reaching it.

"Zim?" She asked.

"Yes?" He asked back.

"Your base records everything that happens in here right?" She asked.

"Oh yes computer erase the…oof"

Suddenly Gaz tackled Zim and covered his mouth so he couldn't give the order.

"Don't erase that just yet."

"I'm telling you it was Bigfoot." Said Lance.

"And I'm telling you that's just a guy who seems to have not shaved in the past nine years." Replied Dib.

"Dude, how can you look at this picture and…"

*Ding*

"Hold that thought." Said Dib to his bunkmate as he looked at his phone.

"Oh, my sister sent me a video." He said causing Lance to look at Dib's phone.

"Who's the green kid… oh is that the alien you were talking about?" He asked as the video played.

"Yeah… wait that's my sister… what's she…"

"… hang on that's Zim's house… why are they sitting…"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Thank you for all who made it to the end. Don't forget to leave a review.

And Yes to end the mystery Gaz and Zim did kiss and that's what Dib is screaming about.

May God bless you all.
