Shampoo was alone which did not match how ruthless she was being at the moment in her attempt to go after Ranko as she was now going by. The moment she was taken in by Andrew Ryan III that was when she was basically cut off from even getting close to the two of them anymore. The moment Shampoo learned where Ranko was she was actually given a handwritten cease and desist notice that forbade her from going after Ranko as long as she was considered in the custody of Andrew Ryan III.
Of course, Shampoo just considered this as merely an attempt to use the legal system of Japan to or even just the world outside of her home as a means of protection. Shampoo being from a village that did not play by the rules of Japan or the world outside her village ignored it. Then she was given a second handwritten cease and desist that question if she was capable of reading or if she had just ignored the first one all together. The first part was told to her directly by the person who gave her the notice as she was just eating thinking about how to get close to Ranko now that she had this Andrew person around her. Of course, she was shocked as twice she was found and twice she was caught off guard by them.
After ignoring the second notice. She had managed to get close enough to Andrew Ryan III to see him and was planning to take him out first. To remain Ranko that she would take out anyone who attempted to help her first. However, as she rushed forward all she saw in her field of view was an open palm that grasped her face and jammed her entire body to the ground with such force that it broke the floor she was now lying on.
"Final cease and desist notice. You are to stop what you are doing as whatever grudge or personal issue you have with Ranko is no longer valid. She is under the custody of Andrew Ryan III who..." the person said before Shampoo just straight stabbed them in the heart.
She was the one annoyed that this person was getting in her way without even seemingly being aware that she existed in the first place. This was indeed true as Andrew did indeed not know that Shampoo existed or even the scenario that led to how they found Ranko in the first place. She was always kept at a distance away from him or Ranko at all times. Making so that she was never able to carry out the threat that she had been doing before Ranko was found by him.
Shampoo was shocked when the person poofed into a puff of smoke. Where she was once stabbing into a person it was instead a log that she doing it to.
"You seem to think that you were the only one annoyed by what has been happening since Miss Ranko was found by Mr. Ryan," the person said appearing behind Shampoo as they did so.
She then attacked them again only for it to be just a log instead of a person.
"Five thousand years is a long time however if you think that and your village being isolated from the outside world gives you the right to ignore how things work outside it" the person once again from behind Shampoo in her blind spot this time around.
Shampoo went to again but this time the attack failed as it was caught though before she could react a vicious attack was dealt to her kidneys and liver at the same time.
"Then what would an entire area of the world itself that was isolated have the right to do if you were from a mere village located in China which is still within the known world? What could someone from that area be capable of doing if they went by your logic" the person said smiling.
This was a ninja from Naruko's area of the world who now worked with Ryan III as they were part of his bodyguards who were meant to handle and deal with threats that would be considered beyond the scope of the normal accepted world. Those that went beyond what is considered normal to the majority of the world after all.
"Thanks for ignoring your three chances to walk away as there is a saying in what we could both consider the outside world. Three strikes and you are out" the Elite Jonin level ninja said.
Shampoo was later dumped at the entrance of her home village in China. Beaten within an inch of her life and noticed claiming whatever problems she had with Ranko were null and void. If they wanted revenge for what was done to Shampoo they were informed she was given three chances to walk away but ignored them. If they wanted their village to have five thousand and one years of history then do not follow Shampoo's lead and be smarter than her.
