If I were to be reincarnated into a new one, I would have chosen to go with either just waking up as my new self or 'hit head' unluck memories of new life.

I sadly didn't get that option as I instead was born into my new life fully conscious, though thankfully it seemed that I was born into an anime world, as I didn't seem to suffer from the usual baby defects, such as shit eyesight or ugly baby syndrome, as I even apparently had a tuft of silver hair I could see in a passing mirror as I being carried by a nurse to get bathed a quick health check.

However, I still suffered from a lot of from 'being a baby' as I couldn't speak or move my limbs at all.

Though thankfully, the checkup was over quickly, and I was returned to my mother, who was a sexy purple-haired milf of a woman who was sitting on a bed, her face going from a frown to a smile as I was put in her hands.

"Oh, my baby boy," She spoke with pure love in her voice as she brought me up to her chest and pushed the hospital gown she was wearing to the side, exposing her large, perky breasts that were dripping with milk from her fat nipples.

And I latched on as that was a baby should and started to suckle on the leaking nipple.

"Seriously, leave it to father to miss the birth of his second child, I am surprised he showed up for one or even had time to make him with you," My sister said, and I heard a slight creaking, so I guessed she sat down in a chair or something.

"Your father has always been a man obsessed with scientific progress, but the loss of your mother and then the cards fell from the sky," She said. And I blinked at that as I stopped drinking her delicious milk.

Cards falling from the sky? I thought as I wanted to be sure I had heard that right.

"It changed him, I know, but he gets so lost in the forest he is missing the important trees right in front of him." My sister said, and suddenly I was being moved lifted up into the air; and I looked down to see a massive valley of cleavage that was attached to a two-toned maroon-haired teenage girl who was currently carrying around a sizable pregnant belly. "So what is your name, little guy? Cause you didn't want to tell me until he was born." My sister addressed my mother, and I noticed that her eyes were a striking purple color.

"His name is Reiji, Reiji Akaba." My mother answered, and I blinked.

Wait! I looked at my sister, and she was rather familiar looking; where had I…

"Hey Reiji, I am Ray, your big sister, and these," She brought me down to her belly. "These are your nieces."

"And how many are you going to have again?" My mother asked.

"Quadruplets," She answered. "Me and Zarc both."

"Yes, because you youngsters decided to bareback fuck each other," My mother teased.

"Well, we ran out of condoms and were still horny," Ray responded. "That is just a thing we futas have to deal with."

"Oh, I know; you two are not as quiet as you think you are," Mother said, and I suddenly didn't want to hear any more of this conversation and, so I did what any baby would do, and I started to cry.

"Oh no, did I do something wrong?" Ray asked as she started to fuzz over me.

"He is probably still hungry since you took him before he finished eating," Mother 'scolded' Ray.

"Then let me handle that," Ray said, and suddenly she sat down, and I pressed into her boob, her nipple in my mouth. "I've got milk that is just going unused for the moment."

Well, if we were going that route…

"Well, he doesn't seem to discriminate," Ray said.

"Of course not, he is a baby," Mother replied as I continued to nurse on my sister's tit.

And so I began my new Isekai life as Reiji Akaba in this weird version of Yu-Gi-Oh.

Ten years later.

Ten years had passed since I had been born into this world, and I found it to be rather interesting as in this world, the game of Duel Monsters had not been invented by Maximillian Pegasus.

But rather, the first batch of cards had literally fallen from the sky twenty years ago. With the rest then being created by companies such as Industrial Illusion, Kaiba Corp., and The Leo Corporation. Who studied the cards and the energies that made them up as they apparently had come from another Dimension.

And now I, alongside nieces who had basically been raised as my sisters.

All eight of them, four born of my sister.

Yuzu, Rin, Ruri and Serena Akaba

The other four were born from my sister-in-law Zarc.

Yuya, Yuto, Yugo and Yuri Sakaki.

We were all going to have our initial cards made for us; one of the methods to do so, as invented by Leo Akaba, my absentee scientist father, was to scan the soul and use the data of that to forge the energy into a shape that aligned with the duelist.

So we were going to be basically handed our starter pokemon/partner Digimon.

I could feel the excitement from my nieces as Leo Akaba stepped in front of us; I found it rather hard to call him father in my head due to him barely being in my life.

"Children," He began. "Today is a tremendous day for you all, as you are all now ten years of age, and so you can enter the world of dueling, but to duel, you need cards; you need a deck. But thanks to being who you are, you shall only have the decks that fit you, unique decks that no one else shall have for years to come. My son, Reiji, please step forward; you shall be first."

"Understood," I responded.

"Yeah, go, Reiji," My nieces cheered as I stepped up to the platform, to the machine that would create my deck.

I came to a stop, and machines came down and started scanning my body, scanning my very soul. And after a few minutes, a podium rose with an orb of light.

"Touch the orb son, and your cards shall be forged into existence," Leo spoke and I nodded at the man as I reached out.

And the second I touched it a blinding light filled my vision.

And I heard a voice in my hand.

"The contract has been established, in the name of the great CEO, claim all that you desire, and all that you desire shall be yours."

And a second later it vanished and in my hand I held two stacks of cards.

My deck.

And my Extra deck.

And from my previous life, I recognized the cards I was holding.

"You have been given your unique cards, my son; use them to achieve what you desire," Leo stated.

"I will."

"Then here is your Duel Disk as well," Leo said as he handed me a white and gold-trimmed Duel Disk. One which I immediately put my deck and extra deck in. "Good, now, Yuzu Akaba, please come up."

And with that, I went back down to the others, passing Yuzu on the way, the girl giving me a kind smile as she went past me.

And as soon as I got down, I was assaulted with questions by my family.

But I quickly made them go quiet. "Let's wait for everyone to get their deck, but if you wish to know, you have to duel me first." I declared.

"I will go first, then," Yuya said; the tomato-haired girl grinned with confidence as she did.

"Yuya first, then," I said.
