Okua, breathing heavily, stared back at the insane former CP0 agent, Rob Lucci. Lucci stared back at Okua, his right eye closed. Okua took notice of this.
"That gift you mentioned..." Okua started.
Lucci stared on.
"It's behind your right eye isn't it?" Okua asked.
Lucci smirked.
"You truly are intelligent for the one they called the fool of the Tokisato brothers." Lucci said.
Okua's eyes widened.
"Did you really think I didn't know who you were? "Okua Yuke Tokisato." You and your brothers dropped your last names to avoid bringing attention to yourselves." Lucci said.
Okua continued to breathe heavily. Lucci laughed.
"Secretly smuggling drafted ninja back into the ninja world... your parents must have had a death wish!" Lucci said.
Okua lifted his sword.
"Do not... speak on my parents, Rob Lucci." Okua said.
"Funny enough, I respect them, Yuke Okua. The ninja world has always fascinated me since I was informed of its existence at a secret government meeting, no matter the past between these lands and theirs, I believe the ninja were done unjustly." Lucci explained.
"And all the people you've killed?!... What about their deaths were justified?" Okua joked.
"I kill who I'm told to kill. I can't question what targets deserve to die and who doesn't! And if others have to die for my mission to succeed then so be it!" Lucci yelled, preparing rokougon.
Okua lifted his sword and braced as Lucci blasted a force of air at him, forcing him back.
"Shave!"
Lucci zipped in front of Okua and attempted to pierce Okua with another finger pistol, but Okua brought his sword up just in time and blocked it! Lucci dropped and tried to sweep Okua, but the swordsman jumped and threw a spinning slash at Lucci, who back flipped away.
Lucci smirked and began to moon walk.
Okua braced himself for Lucci's next attack.
"You're not the only one with long raged slashes Yuke Okua!" Lucci yelled.
Lucci then began kicking the air at rapid speed sending waves of sharp air towards Okua! Okua sliced away at the slash attacks but was cut slowly in different areas of the body, some cuts deeper than others, he was too weak to keep up with it all. Suddenly the barrage stopped! and Lucci was nowhere to be found!
Lucci then suddenly appeared directly in front of Okua!
"He used his camoflauge!" Okua asked himself.
"Finger pistol!" Lucci yelled, stabbing Okua once in the body and once in the chest.
Okua coughed up blood and his mask came off with it.
"Die!" Lucci said, attempting to stab Okua's heart.
SPLAT!
Okua took Lucci's finger through the palm of his hand. Lucci was shocked!
"Yuke Okua!" Lucci exclaimed.
Okua pulled his arm in and slammed his knee into Lucci's gut!
Lucci coughed up spit and mucus as Okua loaded up a side kick and slammed it into Lucci's ribs! Lucci coughed up blood as he was kicked away from Okua.
"His resolve is proving higher than anticipated! He shares that Tokisato name but the files say he is the goofball of the family.. this is a different man I'm fighting right now!" Lucci yelled to himself.
Okua closed his eyes and held his sword high.
Okua angled his sword and spun in the direction of the wind, at max speed he launched his sword at Lucci as you would throw a boomerang!
Lucci wiped his mouth and looked up to see Okua's sword flying right at him!
Lucci barely swayed to the side and dodged the sword and watched it fly off into the distance.
"Oh no! It was supposed to come back!" Okua let out.
"FOOL YOU'VE LEFT YOURSELF DEFENSELESS!" Lucci yelled.
Lucci transformed into a leaopard and blitzed Okua!
"Shoot!" Okua held up his arms over his chest and coated them in blue armament.
"Your haki is strong but it won't save you!" Lucci yelled, loading up his claws.
SPLATTTT! Lucci's claws dug deep into Okua's arms and just barely penetrated his chest.
Lucci stared at Okua.
"You know, I could pull my claws out now and watch you die of blood loss." Lucci said.
Okua groaned and slowly looked up at Lucci.
"lYou've put up a good fight but this is over." Lucci said.
Okua smirked.
"You're right... this fight is over." Okua said confidently.
Lucci began to sweat lightly! He tried to remove his claws from Okua's body but he could not! The hardened armament hardened around Lucci's claws trapping them!
"What in the!?" Lucci exclaimed.
"Anything... that pierces advanced armament... passes through as if you've pierced flesh... but the armor hardens around the object trapping it in place... stopping blood loss and allowing time for safe removal later...!" Okua explained, "Looks like... you didn't do as much homework as you thought."
Lucci smirked.
"So, what? You've just trapped me within mauling distance you'll still be dead soon enough." Lucci said.
"Somebody will die... you're right." Okua said, "When I threw my sword... that was a real mistake..."
Lucci became concerned.
"You called me a fool earlier.. and well, I just might be one... but I've got people to help me when I mess up!" Okua exclaimed.
Before Lucci could speak, a portal opened above him and he could see Okua's sword and Nagashima coming straight for him!
"YOU BASTARD!" Lucci yelled out.
Lucci looked Okua directly in the face and opened his right eye. Black flames slowly formed in the eye and spiraled up.
"Amaterasu." Psycho's voice projected.
BOOOOOOM!
The black flamed exploded in Okua's face! Releasing the armament but it was too late for Lucci! Nagashima ran Okua's sword straight through Lucci's back.
"ARRGGHHHH!" Lucci groaned and fell limp, the sword keeping him standing.
"How'd you like that you stupid cat!" Nagashima yelled.
"AAAAHHHHHHHH!" Okua yelled.
"Oh shoot Okua! What is that black flame?! Hey!" Nagashima yelled.
Okua continued to scream in pain!
"Portal!" Nagashima yelled, opening a portal and sucking Okua inside.
Lucci began to chuckle.
"And what the hell are you laughing at tough guy? That sword nullifies devil fruit powers, you're done." Nagashima said.
Lucci slowly looked up. And with a mix of Psycho's voice and his own, he said, "Oh, that's what you think..."
"What in the hell!?" Nagashima yelled out.
Lucci's body slowly melted off the sword until it was a mess around the blade, Nagashima couldn't believe what he was seeing! He looked up and saw a red moon, with a black saw blade in the middle, he became stuck.
Behind him, in reality, Lucci slowly appeared behind Nagashima with his cat arm ready to slice the man's throat.
"Tsukuyomi... Psycho-sama's gift cost me my right eye, but it was indeed worth it. I don't know where you sent Okua, but your head will be enough!" Lucci reached for the man's throat.
"Die.." Lucci said softly.
BOOOOOOOOMMMMM!
Lucci was blasted by a beam of energy that sent him across the battle field! Lucci got to his feet and immediately knew what had happened!
"No... that couldn't be!" Lucci yelled.
"OVER HERE!" Lionel yelled out, blasting a mega beam of energy at Lucci!
Lucci held up his arms to block as the beam of light slowly pushed him back, but when Lucci opened his eyes Lionel emerged from the beam and blasted by Lucci with a heavy punch !
"He... he walked through the beam to attack me while I was blocking!?" Lucci asked out loud as Lucci's body got ready to fly away.
Lionel caught Lucci's leg before the DEATH General's body flew off and lifted him up.
"ARRGGHHHHH!" Lionel yelled as he slammed Lucci with great strength!
Lucci coughed up blood as his body was slammed repeatedly, his already broken ribs only getting worse!
One last heavy slam left Lucci on his back, gasping for air. His breaths were cut short by Lionel stepping on his neck.
Lucci could only choke as he saw a small light in Lionel's throat.
Lionel breathed slowly in and out and smoke left his mouth, Lucci held out his hand in horror as Lionel's jaw extended allowing a beam of energy to come out of Lionel's mouth!
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Lionel screamed releasing the energy beam straight into Lucci's face!

This explosion was so loud Kraken and the crew on the Sunny could hear it!
"That was... Oh no!" Kraken threw away his newspaper and ran as fast as he could to the other side of the island.
On the water, Naruto and the others could see the explosion the just heard!
"OWWW! What could be capable of making such a SUPER explosion?" Franky asked.
"Don't tell me, another fight!" Usopp complained.
"How many fights have you actually fought in lately!?" Nami asked.
"What do you think it is Mr. Kakashi?" Chopper asked.
"I'm... just as lost as you all are honestly. It didn't look like a ninjutsu." Kakashi said.
Sakura looked up at Naruto who had a straight face.
"Psycho's on that island." Naruto said.
Kasai and Mihawk looked up. Everyone became shocked.
"W-Was this the business he said had to attend to?!" Kakashi asked himself.
"He's been causing quite the fuss lately.." Mihawk said.
"H...How!? This island should only be known about by me and my marine friend!" Kasai asked.
"Don't ask us we don't know!" Naruto yelled back.
"Why won't this guy just leave us alone!" Usopp, Chopper, and Nami cried.
"It seems like your marine friend is in trouble Kasai." Sasuke said.
"It appears so... how much longer?" Kasai asked Franky.
"Not much longer, we'll be at the port soon!" Franky said.
"Good... hold on Amaiya, we're coming!" Kasai said.
