Aqua looked proudly at the pile of rocks that her new children gathered for her, she would have to work carefully because what she was about to do was against the rules, but at the same time, it wasn't.

As she poured her power into the rocks she remembered the different palaces- fields- animals and all of the other things that existed in them, then she began to change everything so that he knew children had somewhere familiar to go.

Because everything that she had to do was in the spirit realm she was able to do everything on her own and do it faster than she ever could have in the mortal world.

She soon stopped working and proudly looked at her creation, she had made several small posts that acted as the pillars that held the temporary heaven in its place.

Because her heaven wasn't supposed to exist, the only thing that she and Kazuma had to do was destroy the posts and the heaven would crumble and the souls in it would be set free.

If they were lucky her new children would be caught and taken to the real heaven and if they weren't then this forest would be their new home and since she had already purefied a large part of it she knew that their souls would be safe.

"Hey did you do this?" she heard Kazuma ask her as he looked at something.

Aqua didn't know what Kazuma was talking about until she found herself looking at something that should exist in any world.

She found herself looking at a well filled with tainted souls that were being cleansed by her divinity, the souls were being sent into her heaven once the taint that was affecting them was gone.

"This shouldn't be here unless." she says to Kazuma before she starts to dig around the well and she soon finds the ruins of a Necromancer temple.

Either a group of people or a single person used this place to gather the souls of the dead and then abandoned the well when it wasn't useful to him or them.

The problem wasn't the well itself, the problem was that the well didn't work alone.

Whoever made it had to make a lot of them and make them connect, then they had to make the wells continue to gather souls, otherwise, they would have to always chant the same spell over and over again.

"This is why I hate undead." she says to herself before she looks at Kazuma and smiles because at least he is here with her.

"Well, what do we do now?" she asks him, and she can't help but fill with pride as Kazuma looks past her and looks at the forest around them.

"I don't want to live in a forest that is filled with monsters, so why don't we clean it up for now, and we have to build a house if we're going to live here." he says to her as he starts to look around.

Kitana rubbed her head as she looked out of the window, so far the competition to decide who would be fighting on behalf of Outworld in the next tournament had been going without any problems.

She could pass the rest of the day worry-free if she ignored the intruders who had claimed that they didn't know how they ended up in Outworld.

Her father had announced that he wouldn't kill or hurt anyone until the tournament was over and since the people needed to know that they could trust their ruler's words.

Her father had no choice but to spare the intruders, but he still punished them for entering Outworld without his permission.

The Forest of Death was one of the many places that a person couldn't survive in for long, it didn't matter if the person was a sorcerer, undead, or had an extremely powerful will.

The forest would eat away at them until they were just another undead living in it.

Her father had already forgotten about the intruders and when she reminded him of them he simply said that they were of little consequence.

Her father said that he had seen their kind before a useless woman who couldn't defend herself and a foolish man who did all of the fighting.

Get rid of the man and the woman had nothing to defend herself, get rid of the woman and the man became reckless.

She reminded her father that the man had defeated Jade in combat but her father reminded her that Jade was nothing when compared to the men under his command.

Kitana was forced to keep quiet and leave the subject alone when she noticed her father's increasing irritation towards her, she had questioned his decision more than once in this conversation and she was about to anger him.

She turned and found Jade entering her room. "What did you see?" she asks her childhood friend and bodyguard.

"The two of them have been fighting ever since they reached the center of the forest. I don't know what happened but the forest calmed itself the closer that I got to it."

"I never saw either of them fight, but I did see them working on a house that they are building for themselves." Jade says to her.

"The only way that the creatures living in the forest aren't attacking them is if one of them is a sorcerer and we know that the man isn't so it must be the blue-haired woman that's with him." Kitana says to herself as she listens to what Jade tells her.

the sound of the bells ringing forces her out of her thoughts and she starts to leave her room, it's time for the next fight, and she has to be present for it.

She can hear Jade's footsteps behind her and as much as she wants to send Jade to spy on the pair she knows that she can't as Jade is one of the people that will fight in the tournament.
