"Okay, that should do it." Kazuma says to himself as he looks at the garden that he dug for Aqua. He said that she needed to plant everything, but he found a couple of plants that he liked so he kept them there.

"Kazuma!" he heard Aqua calling him, he was going to go look for her but he found her standing behind him.

"Come on I have something to show you." she says to him before grabbing his hand and pulling towards the house.

She led him to one of the empty rooms, but when she opened the door he found himself standing in an endless space where thousands of books floated in front of him.

"The armory is over there." she says while pointing at something in the distance.

"How did you?" he started to ask but stopped when she turned and looked at him. He nearly kicked himself because he had forgotten that she was a goddess.

"So did you bring these things from where we come from or did you bring them from somewhere else?" he asks her.

"I found a lot of worlds," she says to him in a low voice.

He puts his hand on her head and smiles. "I finished your garden but you have to plant the things you want remember I'm not doing it for you." he says to her.

The sound of bells ringing alerted them that a large group of people was coming they looked at one another and ran towards the front door. It was when they made it outside that they found a group of what could only be called Humans exiting the forest.

The ghosts were moving and the trees were attacking something in the distance.

The group looked at them and they could see the fear and desperation in the people's eyes.

"Edenians kneel before I the Goddes Aqua!" Aqua loudly says to the people who glare at her.

"This forest is my kingdom, and the souls that guard it are my servants!" she adds.

Kazuma was about to put himself between the group and Aqua when he saw a woman grab a rock and was about to throw it at Aqua but he stopped when a ghost grabbed the woman's hand.

The ghosts surrounded every man woman and child, their presence was cold and full of anger, Kazuma was about to order them not to kill the intruders when he heard a woman say something.

'Waite please."

"My name is Li Mei. We were attacked and we were trying to escape from those that wanted to enslave us' Li Mei says to them.

"You can leave or stay if you want, but if any of you do anything wrong Kazuma will deal with you." Aqua answers the woman.

"Kazuma I have to go back." Aqua says to him before leaving his side and walking towards the well.

Kazuma could only watch as she diapered behind the wall of ghosts. It was strange seeing the wall change at first it was green then it turned white until it completely turned blue.

Every time the spirits shone with Aqua's power the mist would grow and spread faster into the forest, it was still a slow process but anyone could see just how much faster the process was when Aqua was doing whatever she was doing.

"Alright tell me what happened." he says to Li Mei.

The spirits that had surrounded the woman floated away from her so she could walk up to him and tell him her story but they made sure to stay close just in case Li Mei tried to attack him.

Li Mei began to tell her story of how Shao Kahn demanded her people's alliance and how his daughter killed the elders, before burning their town.

She had been forced to kneel along with everyone else and swear alliance to the woman but when she saw a chance to distract her attackers and give her people a chance to escape she took it.

Kazuma could only exhale before rubbing his head.

"Look there aren't a lot of things here but all of you can stay, and a lot of the trees are alive here."

"And by that I mean the trees will fight back if you try to cut them." he says to her as a tree lowers itself and hands him a broken tree branch.

He could see that the woman wanted to say something but he pointed at something behind her and he enjoyed seeing her stiffen when the creatures that were still a mixture of different things and creatures walked out of the forest.

He couldn't deny the creature's appearance, they weren't corrupted anymore, at least not the ones that had appeared, but they were still frightening to look at.

"Before you decide to stay or leave, remember how outside of our area is. You will have to deal with them too." he warns her.

He looked at Li Mei and watched as the woman's eyes softened before she knelt in front of him.
