(The next day – Hokage's training grounds)
It was early morning, and the sun had just started to emerge from the horizon. Just as Kakashi had told his team the day they were assigned to him, Minato instructed Aito to wake up and be at the training ground early. Given Aito's unique genetics, he didn't need much sleep to function properly; even as a baby, he didn't require much sleep, much to Kushina and Minato's disadvantage.
After learning about Aito's ambitions, Minato approached Takeshi to get permission to teach Aito the Multi Shadow Clone Technique. Takeshi, recalling Kushina's words from 13 years prior about Aito's capabilities, approved the request.
"Alright, Aito, this technique I will teach you will be paramount to reaching your goals and ambitions quickly, allowing us to focus on many different areas simultaneously, which will greatly reduce the time spent training." Minato explained, "Now copy my hand seals."
Minato then crossed both hands' index and middle fingers into a cross, and Aito followed suit. "Now, evenly split your chakra."
Aito focused momentarily on splitting his chakra evenly, and a cloud of smoke appeared beside him. When the cloud dissipated, there stood another clone of Aito.
"Now, evenly split your chakra as many times as you can safely." Minato instructed
Aito focused momentarily before he split his chakra evenly, and the entire clearing was filled with countless clouds of smoke. When the clouds of smoke cleared where Aito once stood, now filling the training ground stood around 1000 Aito's. Minato stood there in pure shock and disbelief, his mouth wide open. He knew that Aito had massive reserves thanks to having half of Kurama sealed within him(1) and his Uzumaki and unknown lineage working in tandem. However, he only expected around 250 to 400 clones, not 1000.
After getting over his initial shock, Minato refocuses on the task at hand, "The main advantage of this technique is the ability to gain the experiences and memories of multiple clones. You can have clones training in various disciplines—chakra control, ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu—while you focus elsewhere. Once you dispel the clones, you instantly acquire their accumulated knowledge and training, effectively multiplying your learning rate in each skill area. However, you do need to train your body yourself."
"Why don't other ninjas use this technique?" Aito asked, "It seems like such a useful tool."
"Officially speaking, this technique is a Kinjutsu because of the chakra cost. Creating as many clones as you have right now would kill any ninja that isn't an absolute chakra monster, like Kisame Hoshigaki, infamously known as the Tailless Beast. You have the advantage of your Uzumaki and unknown lineage working in tandem and being the Jinchuriki of half of the Nine-Tails." Minato answered
"You assume that the Nine-Tails is nothing more than a tool. He is much more than that. He is his own being, a friend or ally. He has his own thoughts, emotions, feelings, and free will." Aito hissed
"And how do you know that all that is true?" Minato asked curiously
"Because I gained his trust." Aito answered
"And how exactly did you do that?" Minato asked, worried and cautious
"I did something for him. What the right thing was in my case." Aito answered
"You released him from your seal?" Minato asked with a hint of severe panic/worry
"No, he still resides in my seal. What I did for him is none of your concern. All you need to know is that I have not put anyone at risk." Aito answered, "Can we focus back on what we are doing for training today?"
"Very well. Today, I will teach you the Flying Thunder God Technique." Minato answered, pulling out various storage scrolls, "Divide your clones into groups. The scrolls include taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu, beginner chakra control, and all space-time ninjutsu knowledge from the village and Mina-To's Fortress that I could copy down to aid your mastery. The remaining can be divided into groups to focus on training in your evolved paths. Other areas will have to wait until people knowledgeable in those areas are available."
Minato then tossed the scrolls to Aito's clones before they divided themselves into groups and sorted through the scrolls. Minato then turned to Aito, "Aito, imagine if space itself could be folded like a piece of paper. By bringing two distant points together, a wormhole creates a shortcut that significantly reduces travel time between these points to an instant."
Minato then pulled out a kunai with a Flying Thunder God marker, "This kunai, now, becomes a key to manipulating space. Its formula is unique—it's an improvement your mother made when she learned and mastered it; it's like programming the coordinates into a GPS system. Only instead of moving through space, we fold it."
Aito, keen and attentive, nodded, his mind visualizing the scenario. Minato continued, "When you throw this kunai, or when it's already placed somewhere, you create an endpoint for what can be considered a very small, stable wormhole. Your chakra is the energy that powers this system. By channeling it correctly, you bridge these two points instantly."
With his finger, he sketched an illustration in the air, depicting a curved line connecting two dots. "This curve represents the wormhole, a tunnel through the fourth dimension of space. When you activate the technique, you travel through this tunnel, bypassing the traditional distance covered."
Minato then placed another seal on the ground and stepped back. "Now, use your chakra to feel the connection between the seal on this kunai and the one under your feet. It's about sensing the path, not just seeing it."
Aito focused, extending his senses through his chakra. He felt a tingling sensation, a thread of energy connecting him to the distant kunai.
"Good." Minato said, observing closely. "Now, execute the technique."
With a deep breath, Aito disappeared in a blink, reappearing next to the thrown kunai, his face lit with the thrill of success.
Minato's voice carried over to him, filled with pride and a hint of caution, "Excellent. But remember, the true mastery of this technique lies not just in traversing space but in understanding and respecting the immense power you wield. It's more than physics; it's a responsibility."
"Now, all you need to do is make a marker that is unique to you and learn how to do it with only one marker instead of two." Minato said
(Later that day – Hokage's office)
Takeshi was using his special smart desk enhanced by what the R department had learned over the years from Kryptonian technology, thanks to Mina-To, to view the day's mission and expense reports, among other things, when there was a knock at the door.
"It's Jonin Minato Uchiha, Lord Hokage." A voice from the desk spoke
"Come in." Takeshi ordered, tapping one of the hidden touchscreen buttons on his desk, causing what he was just viewing via hologram to disappear
The door opens to reveal Minato. Minato swiftly closed the door behind himself and approached Takeshi's desk, stopping. Takeshi tapped another hidden touchscreen button, and the door to his office locked, signifying that the noise isolation technology and one-way window camouflage were active.
"Report." Takeshi ordered
"Genin Aito Uchiha excels with the Multi Shadow Clone Technique, effortlessly creating 1000 clones. He is quick to learn and has also earned the trust of the Nine-Tails, seeing it and other tailed beasts as allies, not tools." Minato explained, "I would like to set up training sessions with a skilled kenjutsu user in the village and Might Guy for taijutsu as well as possibly learning the Eight Gates Technique because I think his body will be able to handle it."
"Did he tell you how he earned the Nine-Tails' trust?" Takeshi asked intrigued
"All he would say is that he has not put anyone in danger or at risk and therefore none of our concern." Minato answered
"You can set up training sessions with other people within the village." Takeshi stated, "How long will it take Aito to become proficient enough with the Flying Thunder God Technique to use it in the field?"
"Probably by the time that the Chunin exams are here." Minato answered
"Are you going to nominate him?" Takeshi asked
"If you will allow it, I am sure he will be more than ready by the time the Chunin exams are here." Minato answered, "Although we will have to set special parameters for him as he will have to participate solo to not give any team an unfair advantage."
"I will have to discuss it with the Jonin Commander." Takeshi said
(Minato and Kushina's residence)
Aito walked through the front door, a slight glow of accomplishment on his face, his hand gripping a special kunai. Just behind him, Naruto stormed in, his orange jumpsuit streaked with dirt and leaves from a rigorous day with Team 7.
"Hey, Naruto." Aito called out, catching up to his twin. He held out the kunai, an intricate seal etched on its handle. "Look what I made today."
Naruto turned, his blue eyes lighting up with curiosity. "What's that?"
"It's a kunai for the Flying Thunder God Technique with my unique marker on it. Just like Dad and Mom have their own unique markers." Aito explained a hint of pride in his voice. "Dad's teaching me how to use it."
Naruto's excitement turned to envy in a flash. "What? Why does he teach you that?" His voice rose enough to echo down the hallway.
Kushina, who had been in the kitchen, peeked her head around the corner. "What's all this commotion about?" she asked, wiping her hands on her apron.
"It's not fair!" Naruto exclaimed, his fists clenching. "Aito's learning the Flying Thunder God Technique—the one that made Dad famous! Everyone fears him because of it!"
Kushina's expression softened as she approached. "Aito is unique, Naruto. He has the control needed to master such a technique safely."
Naruto scowled. "Unique? Or do you mean he's a freak?"
Aito's smile faltered, hurt flashing across his face.
"Naruto!" Kushina's voice was stern, her eyes narrowing. "We do not use that word with family."
"But he's a foot taller than me, and we're twins!" Naruto protested, pointing accusingly at Aito.
Kushina sighed. "You will understand what makes Aito unique in time, Naruto, but not today."
With a huff, Naruto turned to leave, but Aito called after him, "Naruto, if you ever need me, just channel your chakra into the kunai." As he tossed the kunai to Naruto
"I made you both lunch." Kushina said
Naruto paused his back to them and muttered, "I'm not hungry." before disappearing into his room.
Kushina turned to Aito, her expression softening. "Are you hungry?"
Aito managed a weak smile and nodded. "I'd never pass up your cooking, Mom."
As they entered the dining room, Aito sat cross-legged at the table while Kushina fetched a bowl of beef ramen. Once she sat beside him, Aito glanced towards Naruto's room, using his X-ray vision to ensure privacy.
"Mom, when will Naruto start to show his powers?" Aito asked
"Any time now." Kushina murmured, her voice low. "It should happen soon."
Aito's gaze lingered on the steaming bowl. "I just hope he doesn't resent me... once he realizes he won't ever be as strong as me because of how different we are."
Kushina reached out, placing a comforting hand over his. "Whatever happens, we'll face it as a family."
Aito nodded, taking a deep breath as he prepared to dive into his meal, the weight of the future heavy in his heart but eased by the warmth of his mother's presence.
(One month later – Hokage's training ground)
Aito had made astounding progress with the Flying Thunder God Technique; it now took him around ten minutes to lock onto a marker among several others, perform the technique, and teleport to the marker. That was a considerable improvement from the 20 minutes it took with only one seal to lock on and perform the technique. He was mastering the Flying Thunder God Technique much faster than Minato had, having taken several years. He had also moved on to more advanced chakra control exercises.
During stealth training within the previous month, Aito unlocked more 'soul knowledge'(2) while attempting to perform the Hiding in Camouflage Technique. He discovered he naturally had something even better than the technique. He could naturally turn himself invisible, yet another new ability he developed because he is a genetic anomaly.
Aito arrived at the training ground to find his father and someone else he didn't know.
"Who's this?" Aito asked, voice dripping with curiosity.
"This will be your kenjutsu teacher, Hayate Gekko, one of Konoha's most skilled kenjutsu users." Minato answered, "While your clones continue working on what they have been working on top of the Flying Thunder God Technique, you will be learning kenjutsu basics from Hayate for the next month before you move onto another category, after which your clones will take over kenjutsu until Hayate deems you are proficient enough to move onto more advanced stuff."
"So what are we going to start with?" Aito asked
"We are going to start with mastering the basics." Hayate answered, "Is there a place where we can begin as if you were a normal human given your Tribrid lineage?"
"Let me see what I can make happen." Aito answered
Aito stood solemnly on the soft grass, his tall figure casting a long shadow in the early light. With deliberate slowness, he closed his eyes and drew a deep, meditative breath. As he exhaled, he began drawing on his and Kurama's chakra for Amenonuboko(3). Faint wisps of chakra began to emanate from his body, swirling around him like ethereal tendrils of smoke while Minato and Hayate watched with intrigue.
These strands of chakra gradually thickened and brightened, coalescing into a dense, pulsating aura that enveloped Aito completely. The aura shimmered with otherworldly energy, its light growing more intense as Aito concentrated, gathering more chakra with each passing moment. Beneath him, the ground subtly betrayed the force at work; small cracks appeared, and pebbles and bits of debris started to levitate, caught in the invisible grip of Aito's formidable power. The air seemed to warp and ripple around him as if reality bent under the weight of his chakra and will.
Focused and undeterred, Aito extended his hands forward, palms facing each other as if cradling an invisible sphere. The vibrant chakra began to converge between them, slowly forming into a tangible orb. This orb was no mere collection of energy; within its swirling depths, a miniature vision of Earth appeared, bathed in the light of a red sun. The orb emitted a low, continuous hum, resonating with the frequency of creation itself.
As Aito continued his manipulation, the humming escalated into a harmonic resonance, signifying the completion of the dimension he envisioned. With a final, controlled breath, Aito relaxed his stance, a subtle smile gracing his lips to mark the success of his creation. He then gently lifted the orb, bringing it close to his eyes, examining his work discerningly.
Slowly, the orb began to shrink, its form condensing as streams of chakra flowed like a reverse waterfall into Aito's eyes, where his Kosumogan awaited. The streams swirled into a mesmerizing vortex, drawing the essence of the created dimension into the depths of his unique eyes. As the last of the orb disappeared, the vortex faded, leaving behind only the faint afterimage of its existence. Aito stood once more in calm solitude, the profound silence returning as a testament to the power and mystery of his abilities.
"Alright, we now have a place to practice under normal circumstances." Aito announced, "Shall we proceed?"
"What did you just do?" Minato and Hayate asked
"Created a pocket dimension with another Earth with a red sun instead so I can train under conditions that would make me human." Aito answered, "I want to build my body so that I'm not entirely powerless if I am deprived of solar energy."
"Let us proceed then." Hayate said before a swirling vortex consumed him as another one consumed Aito.
Author's Note:
(1) As far as anyone else but Aito knows, Aito and Naruto still hold half of Kurama each.
(2) Call me lazy; I don't have the patience to do much right now; I just want to get done with this fic so I can move on to other ones. If you don't like it, you can politely leave.

I have gone over everything about 3-4 times now so I truly apologize if i miss things
