Hi, everyone, it's me, NiteOwl18.

It's been over two years since my last update. I had been struggling to find a job for a long time. The second job only lasted two months; two months! No, I wasn't fired or let go. They didn't have more assignments for me after nearly two months, so I resigned. I spent lots of my time at home; binge-watching TV shows (mostly anime), doing my fan art, reading manga and comic books, and taking care of my niece. I have been looking at jobs where I am qualified and submitting applications with my little sister's help.

After one whole year at home, I found a job. A job…that was utterly bullshit! A job where I spent less than two weeks. A job that I started in the last week of December and spent two weeks in January at my old college bookstore. It was a seasonal retail position.

So, flash-forward to nine months later, I got a job at Ross' Dress for Less, and this was a seasonal retail position. For two months I worked my ass off on it, and I liked it! But, after the holidays, I started receiving fewer shifts. Now, I only get one work shift per week, and, if I am lucky, two shifts per week. My supervisor said it was only temporary and she was about to give me more shifts since I wanted to work there full-time. I waited, waited, waited, and waited. Now I have to find another job that doesn't disappoint me.

Now, the reason why I haven't been working on any of my current stories. I lost the ability to write. It happened after I quit my job and not doing anything around my house, except for what I was doing to pass the time. And more bad news, My laptop, which I had for almost ten years since my year at college, had died. All I got was an iPad and a new keyboard to write my stories. But I still haven't got an idea.

I didn't want to waste my time writing stories that would go on forever; stories that I unintentionally made some of the characters unlikeable. I wanted to avoid bashing, but my mind seemed to take over me as I typed a chapter. Sure, there are characters fans do not like because of their actions on the show; the whole thing has become toxic.

So, I know back at the end of 2023, I was going back to writing stories now that I have a job. Stories that are one-shot fanfics. I am not going back to my current stories. Maybe I'll reboot the whole stories, or let you guys adopt them and you can continue where I left off. But, with my situation, I don't know.

It's summer; things might happen for three months. I could write another Total Drama one-shot starting Cody with a lucky girl. Maybe do a Loud House fanfic. Or, doing a reaction fanfic. I got a few of those under Favorites; the most recent ones are My Hero Academia stories. I could do them reacting to the graphic novel of Watchmen; I'm surprised nobody did that. Luckily, I still got the graphic novel. I might read it again, but I have to read the reaction stories to get each reaction from the audience and the responses in each detail. I have to watch some analysis videos of both the graphic novel and the movie version and take notes. Even though I can watch the movie on Max, I don't want to pause one scene and write it down. I don't have the authors' luck in pausing the film and writing down what some characters give their thoughts. I have an attention's span of a goldfish. I get so distracted by everything.

But, then I decided "You know what? Fuck it!" I'll hold off to that when the time is right.

Now it's October, and I have good news for you all. I am back with a new story!

And this one happened to be a non-canon spin-off of A Loud Among Demons! I enjoyed it a lot! I know lots of fans have been doing fan art and writing their own spin-off based on it! Even Hell's Got Loud! I am a fan of them! I even did a little fan art. I might even do one; you all have seen my fanart of The White Star. I got the first chapter started, but I am trying to figure out the villains. It's been almost a month since I started the chapter. Got writer's block on it.

That's why I went ahead and made this non-canon spin-off of A Loud Among Demons. I hope you all enjoy it since this is my first attempt in doing a one-shot based on a main story.

This story is based on this fan art I made: www. niteowl18/ art/ ALAD-Lincoln-New-Demon-Form-At-School-1101425116

A Loud Among Demons: School Hare

"So…who's gonna wake him?"

"I don't know; the dude looks so peaceful!"

"Lincy's so cute when he's asleep!"

"Especially when he looks like that~!"

"I can't believe you didn't let me sleep with him."

"Lucy, we talked about this; just because Lincoln returned with a new…look doesn't mean you should take advantage of it."

"Yeah, Lucy, don't be too white about it; just hare it! Hahaha, get it?"

"You know that joke is getting a bit old, Luan."

"Siblings, can we focus on the main topic since our big brother has returned? We must prepare for the next challenge of his life.

"We know, Lisa, but what can we do? There's nothing we can't do to stop Lincoln from facing those jerks."

"Sooner or later, Lana, Lincoln can't walk away from this."

While the 9 overly concerned siblings were chatting, Lily had climbed onto her big brother's bed and poked him under the covers.

"Lincoln, wake up! Wake up! It's school!" The toddler cried.

The body behind the cover shuffles around; the only son/brother popped his head and..antlers…rabbit ears. The pre-teen white-haired boy yawns before his eyes slowly open to see his sisters.

Lincoln lazily waved his hand "Morning girls," His rabbit-like ears raised.

"Morning Lincoln/Linky/Lincy!" The sisters all said in unison.

"Morning Linky!" Lily giggles as she stands up. She unknowingly loses her footing, and falls off the bed, if not a long tail with a white puff wrapped around her torso. The tail moves forward back to the owner, which is the boy himself.

"Careful, Lily, and good morning," Lincoln said, patting the small blond hair. Lily hugs her big brother; her big brother who is now a jackalope demon. "I see you guys are here."

Luna ruffles her little brother's hair "We just wanted to see if you thought this over."

"I am doing this, Luna," Lincoln stated.

Lynn Jr added, sitting on his bed with slight concern, "There's still homeschool; you could stay here and let mom teach you. I can even call Mrs. Jonhson or Ms. DiMartino to come by."

"Or, how about Uncle Stolas? He's a good teacher," Lucy brings up a suggestion in the form of Lincoln's teacher from Hell.

"Or Millie and Moxxie; they have smarts," Lana added, bringing up Lincoln's foster imp parents.

"Gun smarts, you mean," Lola added.

Releasing an exhale, Lincoln kept hugging Lily while he spoke with a bit of edge "I am sticking to my decision; it's been over six months since…that day. I know this family has had its worst times since I've been gone. But, I am ready. I am ready to face this."

Leni asked "Are you sure, Lincy? Are they ready to face your new look?" Leni gestures at her little brother's jackalope form.

"Listen, with all the crap they have been releasing over the world since you came back-"

"I don't care; if they have a problem with me, that's fine," Lincoln cuts her sport-obsessive sister off, gesturing to himself. "This is all me. The new me. They can accept it or not."

The sisters stood in silence; it had been a tough road since their only brother/son had been back in their lives after going missing. The day Lincoln came home was the best news they had. Their parents were overjoyed to see their son again. There was a slight problem with the reunion. Lincoln was revealed to have rabbit ears, a pair of antlers, and a tail. This got the parents and sisters freaking out (Lana exclaimed how cool it was while Lucy marveled at it).

After claiming the family down, Lincoln demonstrated his new magic abilities to summon his foster family from Hell: the workers from I.M.P (Immediate Murder Professional). Also, they called in Stolas and his daughter, Octavia, for backup. They explained everything; how Lincoln was kidnapped by a satanic teacher to be a sacrifice to live forever like he did to his other victims; how Bliz, Moxxie, and Millie came in to kill the teacher; how Lincoln was sent to Hell and his soul was bonded to Hell that prevented him from staying at Earth for too long; and the adventures he had been through. The boy also has been learning magic to figure out how to break the curse from Stolas; her daughter also learned magic from him. It's been tough for the boy; despite the situation, Lincoln had made fond memories while living in Hell; bonding with his surrogate parents, dealing with his boss/ surrogate uncle, hanging out with Loona and Octavia, befriending VerosikaMayday and her crew, and the enemies he had made. After the adventures he had been through in all seven circles of Hell, Lincoln had finally broken the curse.

But, there was a slight hiccup.

The spell that made Lincoln break the spell had a sudden reaction. Since the curse had been part of Lincoln for over six months, followed by exposure to the elements of Hell's atmosphere it had placed a mark on the boy. It resulted in a permanent transformation, giving him the appearance of a jackalope demon.

It took some time for the Loud family to get used to it. The sisters had grown to adore their brother's new appearance; they found it cute. Even their mom snuggles with her son's adorable form, and so does Millie.

If they thought the worst was over, it was not. The two agents from the destroyed organization known as D.H.O.R.K.S had released various videos of Lincoln and his foster family during their missions. It causes a major reaction in the world; the whole world knows about the existence of demons, and there is a Hell and a Heaven, just not how they view it biblically. Now, the Loud family and I.M.P had to limit the reaction by causing a virus on their website thanks to Lisa. This got the videos taken down, but public reaction is still there. The two agents that released the videos vanished; Lincoln's foster family has been tracking them down, but they didn't find one clue.

The Loud family, I.M.P., Stolas, and Octivia are worried about what this would mean to the young boy. After all the hardship he experienced in Hell, Lincoln doesn't deserve to be treated like he's being put up in an exhibit at a freak show. The family thinks Lincoln staying at home will be good, away from all the staring and the drama. Moxxie and Millie think Lincoln should stay in Hell, and promise they will give their foster son the proper education. Even Stolas was willing to teach Lincoln more than magic lessons.

But the boy, who faced a satanic teacher, fought a bounty hunter, met his ex-surrogate grandfather of a crime boss, and more strangers he either befriended or made enemies, decided it was better to face the public than to continue living in the shadows.

"I gotta get ready; you girls too," Lincoln said to his sisters.

Without saying a word, the sisters exit their brother's room. Lily was taken by Leni, much to the little one's dismay; she wanted to hug her big brother longer before he left for his first day back to school.

Discarding his pajamas, he put on his orange shirt before pausing in front of the mirror. Lincoln started in his demonic appearance from its reflection. He was getting used to it since learning magic from Stolas and tapping into his inner demon powers. If Lincoln was being honest, it was a little intimidating to see him like this. But, Lincoln grew to like it. His family accepted it, and Moxxie, Millie, Blizø, and Loona. Rethinking the shirt, Lincoln removed it and brought another set of clothes he had grown comfortable in.

A gray t-shirt with a devil smiling, dark gray pants with ripped knees, a spiked armed bracelet with a pentagram chain, and black and white shoes.

Facing the mirror again, Lincoln smiles at his reflection. The clothes plus the new demon look great.

"Here goes nothing."

"And that's pretty much the entire story, Principal Ramirez," Lincoln finished his story.

After arriving at school in Vanzilla, Lincoln was summoned into the principal's office. Originally, Lincoln wanted to teleport, but his mom and dad forbade him any use of magic, even though they accepted him in his new demon form. As much as he wanted to avoid more problems, Lincoln thought it would have been better.

The white-haired Jackalope boy sneaked into the principal's office. Her secretary, Meryl, and Lincoln's teacher, Mr. Bolhofner, were also there. From what Lincoln expected, they were surprised to see the white-haired student back after missing for over six months, before their surprises turned stunned at his new transformation. They stayed silent by the time Lincoln told them the whole story.

"This..This is.." Principal Ramirez spoke, rubbing her temples.

"Are you sure these aren't glued in? I saw students having all kinds of things attached to them," Mr. Bolhofner asked, taking a closer look at the antlers. His finger slid on the smooth curve; it felt real to the man.

"You say it's permanent?" Meryl asked the boy, to which he nodded his head.

Principal Ramirez said, "Can't you ask your teacher to fix this?" She was referring to the one who taught Lincoln magic while he was in Hell.

"Sorry; this is permanent. Stolas tried to counteract the spell, but with my time in Hell and the curse, it bonded to this transformation," Lincoln explained in smaller words.

"I see."

A loud throat clearing interrupted the woman; all eyes pointed to Mr. Bolhofner, who was standing by the window. "Can't we cut this meeting short? It appears we have unwelcome eyes," The man pulled the core to reveal dozens of kids peering out of the window to get a look at Lincoln.

Principal Ramirez rose from her seat and raised her voice "All of you get to class, or you'll have detention for a week!"

The kids all ran away; some got a few pictures of the white-haired Jackalope boy. Principal Ramirez sighs, rubbing her forehead even more. The stress was getting to her. Switching back to her role, she spoke professionally to him "Lincoln, first let me just say on behalf of the school welcome back and we're sorry you had to deal with what you had gone through starting with Mr. Stillman. Now, you requested to be back to school. You are back in; however, there's still one problem. Your grades before your disappearance have been a success. Since you were in the middle of your 6th-grade term, I am afraid you need to repeat the grade just for a couple of weeks before moving to the 7th grade."

A bit disappointed, Lincoln shrugged "I understand."

"Like before, Mr. Bolhofner will be your temporary teacher; he will evaluate your grades and performance during the weeks. If you succeed, you can move up to the 7th grade."

Now Lincoln would throw a fit by begging the principal to suggest another teacher. But, he was ok with this. Despite his relationship with his grumpy teacher, the man did feel remorse he should have at least checked Mr. Stillman out first before. Lincoln wouldn't mind spending more than a few weeks with Mr. Bolhofner.

"Well, now that everything is settled, Loud, gather your things and head to my class. Don't be late," The man spoke to his student with an edge, yet he had a slight softness in it.

Lincoln wasted no time by leaving the office.

"That went better than I had hoped," Principal Ramirez sighs again.

"I hope the little sugar pie will be ok and the students don't give him a hard time," Meryl said, concerned for the white-haired boy. She was fond of him and his darling friends. Plus, he did look adorable with those rabbit ears.

"If they don't, the parents will," Mr. Bolhofner recalled, crossing his arms to stare at the students behind the window. "Some of them are very religious; conservative even. You better hope they don't come here and drag their kids away once they learn Lincoln, or to them, the devil is in school."

"Then we better be ready," Principal Ramirez stated, dreading for the cries of parents to be heard on the phone for the entire day.

Lincoln walked the hallways with confidence; the halls were silent. Students pause to see him with wide-eyed and startled faces. Word had reached through the grapevine about Lincoln returning after being missing for six months. It's been tough for the town with their parents looking over their kids' shoulders out of fear since one of their classmates has been missing. They also learned the kidnapper happened to be a substitute teacher who took over Bolhofner's class, and he was a satanic worshiper who had kidnapped more kids to sacrifice. If things were more scary, the videos of Lincoln with three actual demons and a hellhound came out. A few thought this was a trick, but this was real. And this leads them to believe there is a Hell and a Heaven. And Lincoln, their missing classmate, was with them, and he could do magic. Not silly parlor tricks like he does, but real magic.

The classmates often wondered when Lincoln showed his face after the videos were made public. They got their answer, and their reaction was what he expected. His rabbit ears could pick up their whispers due to the extra hearing he had gained.

"Is-Is that Lincoln?!"

"I think it is! But what's with the look?"

"Look at those antlers!"

"Is that tail even real?"

"How about those ears?"

"I hear he's been around demons!"

"You think he met Satan?"

"What about God? Has he even seen Heaven?"

"God, he looks freaky!"

"Why the hell did the principal let him back to school? Is she insane?"

"I heard Lincoln's family wants him to stay at home."

"They should! What's wrong with them letting him walk around like that?!"

"Although, he looks dashing in those new clothes of his."

"And he looks cute!"

Lincoln's ears twitched upon hearing several girls giggling but keep walking to his locker, only to bump into someone.

"Hey, watch it!"

"Sorry about that," Lincoln quickly apologized to the classmate he had bumped into. A girl with long chestnut hair; a hair clip with a small heart in the middle; purple attire; and the smell of chocolate chips. "Hi, Cookie!" He greeted his classmate.

The girl paused after seeing it was her classmate who's been gone for six months. Her eyes scanned at his Jackalope form; Cookie had been hearing the rumors of Lincoln being sent to Hell, being part of a demon family, and learning magic. Not to mention, the new transformation the boy adapted to.

Seeing her stunned expression made Lincoln laugh as he felt this was what she was seeing. "I know; my form is freaky," Lincoln gestured at his antlers and long ears and his tail waving around. Cookie kept staring at him, blushing.

Inside her head, a chibi version of her was squealing "Kyaa~! O.M.G! HE'S SO CUTE~!"

"Cookie, you alright?" Lincoln leaned forward on her face, unintentionally making her blush grow.

"I-I gotta go!" Cookie walked past him, covering her reddened face. Lincoln watches with a confused look.

"Wonder what was that?"

"Lincoln!"

The boy turned around to see his friends; Clyde, Stella, Liam, Zack, and Rusty. They all sported concern, surprise, and excited expressions on their faces. Clyde was the first to give Lincoln a big hug.

"Oh, Lincoln; it's so good to see you!" Clyde expresses his emotions by sobbing uncontrollably; Lincoln pats him on the back. When the bespectacled Afro boy released his hold, he acknowledged his best friend's demon form.

"Hi Clyde; Stella, Liam, Zack, Rusty," Lincoln greeted them. "I see you guys heard the news."

Liam said, wide-eyed "I'll be darn; the school, heck, the entire town was talking about it, but I never believed my eyes!"

"You're telling me!" Rusty exclaimed. "Those things look like what you can get at an anime store!"

"They're the real deal," Zack said, inspecting his friend's tail; his glasses nearly fell off at how realistic it was.

"So, is everything true? The whole you being sent to Hell and becoming part of a company that performs in assassination?" Stella asked Lincoln; her eyes focused on his face and not his ears, antlers, or his tail.

"It's true, except the people working there, they treated me like family," Lincoln added at the mention of his surrogate family in Hell.

"Was it that bad?" Clyde asked, keeping himself together. He had a panic attack upon learning his best friend was back, the videos of where he had been, and the revelation of his new form. The last thing he wants is to break out his breathing bag to hold it in after seeing Lincoln in his new clothes.

"Calm down, Clyde," Stella said, patting him to ease his breathing.

"It wasn't that bad; everything you heard stories about Hell; they're all propaganda and dramatization to make people scared. Trust me, once you meet Moxxie, Millie, Blizø, and Loona, you'll love them."

"Loona? She has the same name as your big sister, Luna?" Zack asked with a raised eyebrow, mentioning Lincoln's musician sister.

"Yes, but it's spelled differently. L-O-O-N-A. You'll love her if you get past her attitude."

His friends stood to comprehend this; they were glad their friend was alive. But it still shocks them where Lincoln had been transferred to after being kidnapped by Mr. Stillman. Regardless of the news and his development, they were still his friends, who could use magic and have the attributes of a Jackalope.

"Well, you're still our buddy, partner," Liam spoke in his heavy southern accent while flashing him a thumbs up.

"I guess we'll accept it since you're ok with it," Rusty said, nodding.

"Even though you may not be an alien, you're my friend," Zack said, in his usual way.

"I-I am going to get used to this," Clyde spoke, slightly shaken in his tone. "The whole antlers, rabbit ears, and tail."

"Plus, I think it's cute," Stella said, her hand scratching his long ears. A slight purr escaped his lips, earning a giggle from her.

"Ok, ok, that's enough, Stella. You guys better head to class."

"You're not coming with us?" Rusty asked.

"Principal Rameiz said I have to stay at Mr. Bolhofrner's class for a few weeks before I could continue to the 7th grade," Lincoln told them the bad news. His friends were upset, but there was nothing they could do.

"Darn," Liam curses.

"But at least we'll see each other at lunchtime, right?" Clyde said, slightly praying. To his and their friends' joy, Lincoln nods his head. The boy opened his locker to get his books and head to class with all eyes watching the back of his head; eyes filled with fear, suspicion, and longing.

Lincoln had sat down in his seat; it was the same seat he was first assigned to in Mr. Bolhofner's class. Back then he had mixed memories of it, the boy was glad to be back sitting in. Plus, Chandler had moved up to the 7th grade. He didn't miss him while he was gone; he doubted he shared any sympathy since his absence.

Lincoln sat in his seat, completely oblivious of the stares being directed at him. To his left were stunned silence and jaws dropping. To his right, scared expressions. From the corner of his eye, he swore he saw one student holding a prayer bread from under the seat. He never saw the girls blushing or doodling in their notebooks while glancing at him. Mr. Bolhofner entered the class and began the lecture.

While the class was going on, there were eight pairs of eyes watching the white-haired Jackalope demon boy from the bushes.

"See? The kid's fine; he's in class."

"Can't we stay for five minutes?"

"Millie, it's time we head home."

"Seriously, you're being a creep."

"You hush your tone! There ain't nothing wrong with spying on my baby!" The female imp is revealed to be Millie. She snaps at the hellhound, which is Loona.

"Keep yelling; I ain't hearing the cops here," Loona growls back at the short woman.

"Break it up, you two," Moxxie kept her wife from fighting the hellhound. "Lynn and Rita had informed us that Lincoln wants to be at school and we should respect his wishes."

"I am so worried about him, Moxxie!" Millie expressed motherly concern; she was holding a pair of binoculars. "My son, being surrounded by those accusing eyes; what if they try to do something so horrible?! I refuse to sit back and let those fuckwads persecute my baby!" When learning her child was going to school (in his new form), Millie felt instant concern for his well being. She and her husband wanted Lincoln to learn from them. Granted, they do not know any education from the schools of the living world. They could pick up some books to teach their son. Even Stolas offered to teach the boy scholarly lessons.

"That's the spirit, Mills!" Blizø grins, completely forgetting to be discreet. "And I got the perfect weapon right here if they try anything," He revealed a Colt Smith's revolver inside his coat.

Aghast, Moxxie said "Put that away, sir! The last thing we want is more attention!"

"Come on, Moxxie; put up your big imp pants!" Blizø elbowed him hard on the chest. "Your son is there in the lion's den. You saw how they were looking at him."

Like his wife, Moxxie was concerned for Lincoln; he grew to love the boy like a father to a son. It was no secret he wanted Lincoln to learn in Hell under him and Millie. They weren't school smarts, but they will do what they can to provide a decent education for their foster boy.

"I am scared; scared of what they might do to him," Moxxie added, his true emotions growing. "But Lincoln can handle himself; he faced tougher challenges than an ordinary school life."

"If he can handle a bounty hunter and a demented teacher, Lincoln can fight back," Loona added. She didn't want to show it; the hellhound hoped her little brother was safe from his first day back to school. Even her adopted dad felt the same way.

"You two ain't got nothing to worry about; look, he's listening to his teacher," Blizø said, gesturing to them to look at the window with Millie looking through the binoculars.

Loona's face twisted into a mixture of a scowl and disgust "That's his teacher? This guy looks like he hasn't showered for forty days."

Millie kept looking at her son who was busy taking notes. It warms her heart to see him working so hard. Her joy was cut short when a paper ball was thrown by a male student.

"Aha! Did you see that?! That shit stain just threw a paper ball at him!" Millie cried, her hands gripping the item from her strength. "Oh, I will drag him down and cut his fuckin legs!"

"Millie, Millie, calm down; this is just how kids are," Moxxie held her by the shoulders to prevent her from leaping out of the bushes. Inside, he was willing to do the same.

"If there's anything on it, I will not hold back," Millie snarls.

Loona was done growling before it turned into a yawn; she brought up her phone which was about 9:23 A.M. "Can we go home? We were sitting in this bush for almost thirty minutes."

"Not yet," Millie declared with firm eyes. "We still have a mission."

"Mills, I like this sense of boldness you're bringing in, with a touch of momma's wrath on it, but for fuck's sake, let's get back to work! What if a client is calling right now?!

Loonie should be at home taking our calls!" Blizø said, feeling completely tired of being dragged to Earth to spy on Lincoln.

"Not until my baby gets through the whole day without any trouble," Millie declared, still watching her son from the bushes. Her boss, receptionist, and husband all groan in dismay.

Blizø decides to walk away from the bush while exclaiming "Fuck it; I am going find something in the trash."

Lincoln had gotten through the first two lectures in Mr. Bolhofner's class. There were the occasional paper ball throwing and whisper taunts. The boy didn't seem affected by it. Granted, those who disturbed the class got detention from the man. It was time for gym class. The Jackalope demon boy had taken his clothes on and put on his gym clothes, which consisted of a slightly gray shirt with dark red shorts. He failed to notice his male classmates had either moved away from him out of fear or glanced at him from a few lockers. The only thing they saw was how toned the boy was; he had muscle and was packing a slight four-pack. Lincoln had his tail pop out from his gym shorts before tying it around his waist.

Lincoln entered the gym court and stood on the opposite end of it. He was alone; his friends had different gym schedules.

"Poor guys," Lincoln felt bad about his friends getting through gym class without him. "I hope they're ok."

The entire gym was once again silent, and whispers filled it, all directed in his direction. Several girls were blushing, exchanging words at the cute boy; a few wondered if Lincoln was looking for a girl.

While everyone was gossiping about Lincoln, three students from the 7th grade locked eyes on him. None of them held admiration or surprise. Each of them had the same thing; contempt.

After whispering a few words, they marched over to Lincoln.

"Talking to yourself, freak?" His ears picked up a taunt. No, it wasn't Chandler. This student was about his age with tanned skin and short curly hair. He was sporting a mock grin at the boy; Lincoln felt it wasn't a welcoming back gesture.

"I didn't think those idiots were telling the truth; the loser is a bunny! Hey, where are you hiding your eggs, Loud?" A boy with short greased blond hair was close to Lincoln's face; the boy could smell raw pickles from his throat.

"I can not believe our principal even allowed you back here. And in this. Have you no shame?" The third was a girl with a short braided light yellow ponytail and thinned glasses. She held them up while looking at Lincoln with hatred in her eyes.

"Tell us freak," The student with the curly hair wrapped his arm around Lincoln. "Where exactly have you been?"

Lincoln stood there by adding "You saw the videos."

"That's a load of crap! My old man said it's nothing but a Hollywood gimmick!" The boy with the short greased blond hair spoke with a bit of an objection. "Those 'imps' are nothing but midgets covered in red! That hellhound was a costume with C.G.I. to make it look real!"

The one thing Lincoln forgot to mention is that they are people who don't believe what they are seeing because they are too smart to be trick. This guy who was denying there is no Heaven or Hell is one of them.

"You can stop lying and admit the truth," The girl in the glasses demanded, crossing her arms. Her glare did nothing to make Lincoln confess his lies. Everyone stopped to see the altercation happening. When Lincoln didn't seem, the girl responded with a tap on his arm "Hey! We're talking to you! Didn't your 'other' family teach you some manners?"

"Manners? Nah, from where he went, they don't teach manners. Must be a couple of deadbeat hillbillies," The boy with the curly hair laughed crudely.

"Is that right, Loud? Were they hillbillies?" The second boy with the pickle breath leaned his face at the boy; Lincoln stayed focused, almost leading out a growl.

"My parents did say you look like a devil. Just wait till I tell them about you!" The girl spat.

Before either of them could snap at the boy, a whistle blew. The coach announced it was time for dodgeball. The three seventh graders moved to the opposite end of the court before all three gave them either a smug look or a hateful one. What they didn't know was Lincoln glared back; he wasn't one for insults. But, they crossed a line when they insulted his foster family.

The dodgeballs were lined in the center. The three 7th graders held several sixth and other seventh graders on their side. Lincoln was left with a few sixth graders, who stayed clear of him.

The coach blew the whistle, signifying the start of the game. All dodgeballs were grabbed by each student. Lincoln was one of the lucky ones to take a ball first. He threw one at a student. The three mean seventh graders had their eyes on the white-haired boy before throwing their dodgeballs at him. Lincoln was able to avoid them in time. Thanks to his time dodging bullets and knives and his training with Moxxie and Millie, Lincoln's speed and agility were a match against them.

After just five minutes, Lincoln was against the three mean students who insulted his foster family. The students are eager to hurt him, without knowing just how skilled Lincoln is.

Lincoln had his hands in his pocket while giving his targets an indifferent look. Those bullies weren't anything; compared to Stillman and Striker, they were just a couple of dead weeds. All you had to do was walk across them.

At the sound of the whistle, the dodgeballs were thrown. Lincoln hopped one and spun around to avoid the two. This made the jerks drop their expression; while the audience and the coach gasped. A dodgeball rolled right at Lincoln's right shoe. A devious smirk was formed.

The dodgeball was kicked up and Lincoln just sent it flying by punching. It went right at the boy with the curly hair knocking him down. The two remaining students gasp.

Lincoln got another dodgeball and threw it at the wall, which ricocheted to the floor and hit the guy in the groin.

All that was left was the girl in the glasses who had the nerve to accuse Lincoln of lying where he was. The Jackalope demon boy was throwing the last dodgeball up and down as he looked at his final target with narrowed eyes.

Suddenly losing her stern independence, the girl pleaded "Y-You wo-wouldn't hit a girl, right, Loud?"

Lincoln thought of this over; what was he thinking? Taking revenge over being accused of a lie? How childish can he be? The boy lowered his arm, which pleased the girl that he had shown mercy.

Until she saw the smirk returning.

The dodgeball slammed into the ground with so much force that it went high above the ceiling and came back down to hit the top of the girl's head. She was twirling around before collapsing on the ground.

Lincoln grins "That felt good."

That was the end of the game; the audience cheered. They ignored the pain the seventh graders were in and went to the boy to show their appreciation.

While they were giving their appreciation to the Loud boy, they failed to see Lincoln's other family cheering, who were under the bleachers.

"That's my boy!" Millie cheered in giddy. She was proud of her little boy teaching those vermits a painful lesson.

Loona grins while taking the whole thing on her phone "Can't wait to send this to Via."

"Best seats in the house!" Blizø exclaimed while munching on a donut. He had used the Asmodeus crystal implanted on his left arm to steal a box of donuts from the teacher's lounge.

Moxxie was proud of his boy as well; all that time training with him and his wife was paying off great. As much as he wanted to stay here and root his son from the shadows, he couldn't stay long.

"We should go before someone sees us," He warns.

"Surprise none of them even saw us when class started," Loona remarked.

Lincoln had gotten a tray of popcorn chicken, French fries, and Mac and cheese. He didn't notice the lunch lady was disinfecting the area where he was with holy water as he made his way to find his friends. The sea of wandering eyes and whispers returned; his rabbit ears picked up the new rumor in the grapevine. It was the news of the dodgeball game and how Lincoln dominated it.

He sat down with his friends giving them his usual grin "Hi guys."

"Lincoln, have you been hearing the rumors?" Rusty asked.

"Of course I have," Lincoln said, not caring about it. "Nothing gets past me because of these," He moved his rabbit ears slightly.

"You dominated those 7th graders, pal!" Liam grins, holding his phone to show the video of the dodgeball game.

"You didn't use any…boost during this performance?" Zack asked, wiggling his fingers to emphasize what he was referring to.

"Come on, Zack; you think I use magic to win at dodgeball? I will never abuse my power," Lincoln replied, sticking to using his magic responsibility while he ate his meal.

"I am glad you didn't; despite your new look, you still have that moral compass in you," Clyde smiled. The boy was proud that his friend was bearing his responsibility by using his powers wisely.

"You went all out on those seventh graders; I heard that they went to the nurse's office," Stella revealed what happened to them after the game.

"That's what they get for accusing me of lying," Lincoln shrugged. He didn't care if one of them had a slight concussion. Nobody mouths off to him or his surrogate family.

His friends had heard giggling from a few tables to the left. They saw a couple of sixth and seventh graders as they all stared at the cute Jackalope boy. Their eyes filled with hearts and stars with small to large blushes on their cheeks. A few of them held their phones up in delight.

"Uh, what the heck are they doing?" Zack asked, wondering what was up with the girls.

"It's so oblivious they're looking at Lincoln," Stella said, shaking her head. "They're hypnotized by his charms."

"Seriously?" Rusty slightly huff. His friend had returned after six months with a new look and all the girls were going ga-ga over him?

This was something Lincoln never expected since coming back to school. Back then, he had no luck with girls. During his stay at Hell, he met Verosika Mayday and her crew, and she and her gal pals adored him. His luck got worse during his stay in Hell as he kept attracting more succubus. Being back here and finding himself the center of every girl's sudden attraction didn't interest him.

Sometimes, he wishes Verosika was here with him.

The boy turned his head to stare at them, and that got them to squeal more and his ears hurt due to how sensitive his ears had gotten. He got enough of that from his sisters, his mom, and Millie in his new form.

A slightly annoying look entered his face (which got the girls to coo), and he returned to his food. His friends were surprised by this.

"Gosh, Lincoln, you got the ladies looking at you and you're not noticing them," Liam said, finding this out of character for his friend.

"Those girls; I am not attracted to them," Lincoln revealed, surprising them even more.

Rusty gasps, wanting to slam his hands on the table "What?! You got the girls looking at you! They think you're something from anime!"

"And I suppose to care because…?" Lincoln trailed off his words to make the ginger-haired boy create a point. Rusty had none, but his expression said otherwise. Rolling his eyes, Lincoln threw one popcorn nugget in the air to eat it. It never went into his mouth when a hand caught it.

"Well, it's about time I finally have a nice talk with you, Larry!"

The annoyance over the girls looking at him like he was a limited edition stuffed animal was replaced with closing his eyes with a groan.

Of course. Who could forget without the one kid Lincoln never missed?

Lincoln sighed "Hello Chandler."

The red-headed boy who stole his chicken ate it to mock his favorite victim. He leaned in on the top of Lincoln's head. Chandler grabbed one antler and jerked it; Lincoln felt his anger boiling up.

"Shit, these are real," Chandler said, looking a little wide-eyed.

"Can I help you?" Lincoln was tired of his presence. The girls' giggling seized, now glaring at the mean boy bothering their new crush.

"Hey, is that any way to talk about me? Six months of leaving us, and you giving me an attitude?" Chandler spoke, pretending to be hurt while grinning crudely. His right hand tugged the antler more.

"Funny; I didn't expect you to miss me," Lincoln replied, giving him narrowed eyes.

Clyde stands up to glare at the bully "Leave Lincoln, Chandler. It's obvious you're here to mess with him."

Letting go of the antler, Chandler scoffs in disgust "God, I never thought the rumors of you were true. You look like a freak! You were a loser back then, and you're a bigger loser now, with long ears, wimpy deer antlers, and a dumb tail!"

Chandler's laugh lasted a minute before seeing Lincoln's uninteresting look. Letting out a scowl, he said "Hey, I am taunting you, Larry!"

"And what am I supposed to do?" Lincoln showed he didn't care what his bully was doing as he ate more of his meal.

Chandler growls, slapping the spork of his hand "You think you're too cool just because you went to the underworld for six months? Reality check, Larry; those videos are nothing but a fraud! That whole 'Jackalope demon' thing is just some weird experiment accident your lame sister made!"

"You think you're the only one who's been saying that? Several people do not believe in this," Zack voices his thoughts, and this was coming from the guy who thinks aliens are real along with several crazy theories.

Rusty added, "If you're done messing with Lincoln, get lost!"

"I ain't talking to you, clowns!" Chandler barked at the two red-haired friends. "I am talking to this loser here! Fess up, Larry! You ain't fooling the rest of us!"

Lincoln nonchalantly ate his popcorn chicken by hand after dipping it in barbecue sauce.

"Come on! Just remove all of those things! I'll even help start with the tail!" Chandler went around Lincoln's back where his tail was still tied around his waist. He unrolls the tail and begins pulling it.

"I wouldn't do that," Lincoln munches his food.

"Cut it out!" Liam cried.

"Great idea, dork! Hey, does anyone have scissors?!" Chandler called out to the students. He took his eyes for one second when his hands no longer held the tail. The tail slapped him a few times; the bully felt like he was in a daze. It swipes his legs, causing his body to fall on the ground with his stomach flat. Lincoln locked Chandler's arms together at his back to prevent him from getting up.

A collective gasps and surprise expressions erupted.

Chandler let out a couple of breaths as Lincoln leaned his head and whispered in his ear "I warn you," His voice felt low like echoes of a hint of malice. The bully swore he saw his blue eyes shift to red. Lincoln saw his spork on the ground; his tail picked it up. Seeing it was a little dirty, the white-haired Jackalope demon boy cleaned it on Chandler's left cheek.

Lincoln got up, releasing his tormentor out of his grasp. Still breathing in with embarrassment and rage, Chandler stated "T-This isn't over, loser!" His goons went for his aide, but they jumped back by his shrill yell "Move it!"

Looks like they choose not to mess with him, unlike their leader. Still, they followed him to the exit.

Lincoln sat down, ignoring the ongoing whispers circling the entire room. His friends stared at him in awe.

"Dude," Rusty said. "That was awesome! I didn't know you could do that with your tail!"

"You never ask," Lincoln shrugs his shoulders with a laugh. Clyde had taken his spork and cleaned it with disinfectant wipes from his backpack.

"I thought Chandler was going to do something to you," Stella said, she felt tempted to do something against the bully.

"Guys like Chandler are just bugs; he doesn't scare me," Lincoln rolled his eyes at the thought of being scared of his bully.

"Dang, Lincoln, you are one tough rabbit," Liam complimented.

"You know it," Lincoln winked and got his eating utensil back to resume finishing his meal.

Behind the curtains where the boy was eating with his friends were I.M.P. They appeared behind the stage where their boy went to lunch. It went well until that red shit stain with that goblin smirk came to bother him. Moxxie had to control his wife, though he wanted to join her. Even Blizø and Lonna wanted to take turns with him. But, like how he handled those 7th-grade bullies, the white-haired Jackalope demon boy showed that kid not to mess with him.

"Guess he can handle school from here," Moxxie said. He was proud of his boy for teaching that ruffian a lesson.

"See? You got nothing to worry about, Mox; the kid's got more balls like you, just slightly bigger," Blizø grins, patting him on the back. It slightly dampened his mood.

"That's my boy; ain't taking shit from anyone!" Millie grins proudly.

Loona smiles, seeing her little brother handling himself against the bullies at this school. She was munching on popcorn chicken she had taken thanks to her adopted dad's crystal.

Looks like Lincoln can handle his problems by himself. They kept staring at the boy till the end of lunchtime with smiles.

The rest of the day went smoothly for Lincoln. The boy just resumed his classes like everything was normal. Normal, in the usual Loud way with a mixture of demon ways. There were stares from every direction and whispers thrown in. Lincoln never responded; he just focused on his work. He never notices the number of girls looking in his direction with hearts around their heads. The white-haired boy with the demonic charms and wearing those cool clothes reminds them of a great anime character they had crushes on. Their notebooks are filled with doodles of the Jackalope Demon boy and themselves in Chibi forms in fanfic stories. Their stories would go like this: "The lonely girl sees a misunderstood Jackalope prince and they fall in love with him."

After the first line, the next sentences followed along in a risqué manner that only the author's eyes could read.

The school bell rang, causing all the students to be free from school till the next day tomorrow.

Lincoln reunited with his friends. They chat about what they learned in class. Their conversation was interrupted when they came across Lincoln's locker.

The words "Freak," "Demon," and "Spawn" were sprayed at the door in red ink. There were even a few crosses on it, though it didn't hold any faith based on those messages.

"How dare they!" Stella cried; she couldn't believe the audacity.

Lincoln inspected the hateful words; the ink was dripping. It was made just five minutes early. Crude laughter echoed in his rabbit ears; Lincoln saw the culprits; Chandler and his two lackeys who weren't involved in hassling Lincoln at the cafeteria.

The red-haired bully gave Lincoln the middle finger before he and his goons left.

Clyde shakes his head "They're not going to get away with this," He took a photo of the crime scene to show Principal Ramirez.

Lincoln stood there, not talking or showing anger. He figured something like this would happen.

"Let it go, Clyde," He stated, shocking his friends.

"But dude!" Rusty cried.

"Are you going to storm into Ramirez's office? These are signs of vandalism and hate crime!" Liam stated.

Lincoln sighs "I know; believe me, I wanted nothing more than to tell her about this. There's always going to be people who don't understand things. If they want to continue saying demons are monsters and Hell and Heaven ain't real, that's on them."

His friends stared at him while he put his hands in his pockets. He was displacing an aura of confidence they had never seen before. Lincoln would just let those guys get away with committing a hate crime? Talk about turning the other cheek.

"Let's go home," Lincoln walked away with his friends behind him. The kids all saw what had happened, erupting in more whispers.

His ears picked up the low, hissing sound of a certain imp foster mother from the ceiling. His smirk formed, which went unnoticed by his friends.

At the back of the school, Chandler and his goons were cackling over the makeover they did on Lincoln's locker.

"This will teach that loser Loud not to fuck with me!" Chandler huffs with a laugh. His goons high-five each other. "Heh, demons. What a load of bullshit! And everyone in this school believes there's Hell! And Larry befriended a couple of demons! They sound pathetic if you ask me!"

"Well, now, I wouldn't say that~!"

Their laughter stopped; Chandler turned around, and saw, to his and his friends' horror, Moxxie Millie, Blizø, and Loona.

"Now," Blizø grins evilly. "What were you dumb shits saying about demons?"

A grinning Moxxie and Millie crackle their knuckles while Lonna smirks, her teeth showing and both fists up.

Chandler and his two lackeys barely opened their mouths as all four pounced on them.

Lincoln returned home with his family openly asking how it was for him to return to school. The boy gave them the censored version of his day. They seemed ok with the story; Lynn Jr had seen the video of her little brother dominating the dodgeball game and was proud of him. But, Rita had gotten a call from Principal Ramirez over the vandalism in Lincoln's locker. She, Lynn Sr, and their daughters are outraged and demand justice should be done. Rita explained Principal Ramirez knew who the culprits were and that they would be given three weeks of detention. She also mentioned the janitor had found the bullies in the dumpster with their bodies bent into pretzels; their arms and legs linking together. Rita and Lynn Sr asked their daughters if they had something to do with it; neither of them didn't do it, but wished they had.

Lincoln receives a message from Loona with an attached picture.

It was a photo of his foster demon family taking a selfie with Chandler and his lackeys looking like they'd been thrown into a steamroller.

"We got your back," ;)

Lincoln utters a laugh; they always have his back.

There you have it! My first story for the first time in almost three years! I hope you all like it!

Before I leave, I wanna make an announcement.

Do NOT ask me for a request! Before my laptop died, I spent my time dealing with doing a story that made zero sense. This author sent me their chapter and I have to edit it. I do not want to go through that again.

So if you're asking me to do a story or re-do a story you liked before it got canceled, do not bother!

For my current stories, I am not going to continue them. I lost all motivation in them.

Think of it as a reboot; I am starting all over. For now on, I'll write one-shot stories. Don't expect me to continue my previous works; you are welcome to adopt them. Just ask my permission first. I am going to put them up for adoption.

For The White-Star story, I don't know when the first chapter comes out.

If you're a fan of a Cody-short story like the ones I made and you have a request, I will think of it if I have a good idea or start on the story! Otherwise, it's a no go. Just the one-shot stories, and not a novel!

I will be blocking people if they keep asking me over and over of their requests or redoing a story. I am going to be very firm!

There's gonna be a time where I feel like writing or drawing a fanart. These days, I will be feeling one or the other or none at all.

Be sure you check on Deviantart for more fan art relating to A Loud Among Demons!

It's great to be back. I got another one-shot story ready. But I won't tell you what it is; it's a surprise ;)
