The following is a parody of the "They Took Our Jobs!" scene from South Park. Please enjoy and review!

At a warehouse, a meeting was going on.

There were several cartoon characters from various different cartoons ranging from kids' cartoons to adult animated cartoons who were angry justifiably so.

"This is so stupid!" shouted a red-haired girl as she sat next to a pony.

"I refuse to stand for this!" shouted an orange-haired, glasses wearing, girl as she raised her fist in anger.

"I've never been more pissed off than I am now!" shouted a middle-aged father who was sitting next to his wife and daughter.

A woman was standing in from of them all on a podium with a microphone on it as her unique crew stood at her sides.

"Hello everyone, my name is Reagan Ridley." The woman introduced herself before she gestured to the group of friends with her. "The people with me are my friends Brett, Gigi, Andre, Magic Myc, and Glenn. We're from the Netflix cartoon "Inside Job". Due to the animation industry having issues with their animators as of this moment with not getting protection in workplaces and fair wages, the animation industry is causing concerns for the future of animation as a whole. Now we like the rest of you have had our shows cancelled and are just as pissed off about it as we are. Despite the big following and the promise of a second season, they cancelled our show!"

Multiple murmurs saying, "They cancelled your show!" were heard before someone else spoke up.

"Hey, everyone. I'm Tulip Olsen from the Cartoon Network show "Infinity Train". The orange-haired girl with glasses from earlier said as she stood up. "My show was on Cartoon Network for its first 2 seasons before it went to Max for the last 2 seasons when it was canned and ultimately removed from the streaming platform later on. They cancelled my show!"

Toons were shouting "They cancelled your show!" a few more times before another toon showed up.

"Don't even get me started on Max Tulip!" shouted the man as he stood up. "Hey everyone, my name is Josh Singleton from the TBS cartoon "Close Enough". My show was on TBS before it was moved to Max for three seasons, until like with everyone else here today, they cancelled my show!"

A boy with orange hair and a backpack who stand with his mother, his little sister and his three friends stood up. "Nickelodeon is known for doing the same thing even before this animation rally came to be! My name is Ollie Allen from the show "Ollie's Pack". My show began on Nickelodeon before it was transferred over to Nicktoons for the rest of its production! They cancelled my show!"

The toons were furious before another toon spoke up.

A 12-year-old Mexican girl sitting with her rather large family stood up. "This problem's affecting spinoffs too!" Everyone looked at her as she spoke again. "Hey everyone, name's Ronnie Anne Santiago from Nick's "The Loud House" spin-off series "The Casagrandes". Our show had a loyal following and the reviews were positive. Now despite us getting a movie to cap off our adventures, that doesn't change the fact that the idiots at Nick had cancelled our show!"

The toons were even more furious, if the animation industry cancels cartoons with good reviews, what was the point of animation at all?

"Disney's not doing any better either!" shouted a Hawaiian American girl with blue jeans overalls, glasses and brown hair that was in a ponytail who was sitting her three friends and her family members. "My name is Hailey Banks and I'm from the Disney cartoon "Hailey's on It". My show was going good for its first season. That was until the season ended. My show was in limbo as the writing team had written scripts for season 2 and relied on its fans for its survival. It was on Disney Plus until they pulled the show from that streaming service. To make things worse, my friends and I found out today that they cancelled my show!"

"Preach sister!" shouted an 18-year-old female girl as she sat with her girlfriend, a few friends, and her mother. "My name is Luz Noceda and I'm from Disney's "The Owl House" and during Season 2, we learned that the Mouse House cancelled our show just because it wasn't "part of their brand"." She used air quotes for the last part of her sentence before finishing. "As a result, we only had three 44-minute specials for Season 3 to work with! They cancelled our show!"

"They canceled your show!" shouted a half human/ghost superhero named Danny Phantom.

"They cancelled your show!" shouted an orange alien with a big hat named Wander.

"My show ended on a cliffhanger!" shouted an orange-haired boy sitting next to his mother and surprisingly a stegosaurus as he stood up in his chair. "Hey, everyone. My name is Elliot and I'm from the Cartoon Network show "Elliott from Earth". My show was airing in March to April of 2021. My show didn't stand a chance!" The room grew silent before the boy then spoke again. "Oh right, they cancelled my show!"

"They cancelled your show! "Shouted a certain teenage robot named Jenny Wakeman.

"They cancelled your show!" shouted the Miracle City hero/villain Manny Rivera.

"I agree with this being absolute nonsense!" shouted an African American man who was sitting with his family as he stood up. "Hey y'all, my name is Cleveland Brown and I'm from the Family Guy spinoff show "The Cleveland Show", while my show may not have been as successful as its material it based off from. FOX decided to cancel my show in 2013 and return us to Family Guy, and that was way before this animation rally began. Now can someone mind telling me how in the hell is that fair?!"

The toons were almost on the verge on rioting. Thankfully, Reagen spoke up again.

"Alright, everyone. I'm glad everyone is getting their anger out but let's not turn this into a riot." The toons all quieted down as she continued. "Look, I know everyone is pissed at the animation industries that they come from for how they are treating their cartoons, me included. But I think we can try and salvaged this."

"How so?" said a ten-year-old with a pink shirt and hat with a bucktooth named Timmy Turner.

"Through the power of social media!" The woman declared as she used a remote to make a large TV screen appear behind her. "For many years even before this whole animation business came to be, social media had been a crucial part of our lives since its inception. After all, how do you think Rocko's Modern Life and Invader Zim got movies on Netflix? When this meeting is over, I suggest we all go crazy with this hashtag #StandWithAnimation. Other than that, we can use social media for other things like creating fanart using your artistic skills, making videos on YouTube this topic and get people talking. You know things like that."

"I think Reagen might be onto something." said the Spectacular Spider-Man as he swung up to the stand. "Hi everyone, I'm Spiderman from the cancelled Disney/Marvel cartoon "The Spectacular Spiderman" and I believe that with time we can do this. Yes, we may not be able to save our own shows but what we can do is save the future of animation to make sure that those who want to do animation can get the proper and fair wages and protection while in the workplace!" He raised his fist into the air. "Who's in? Who shall stand with animation? Will you all rise up and join in the fight for our animated brethren's future?"

There were cheers from the various different toons as they stood up and either applauded, rose their fists, or shouted "I shall stand with animation!" at different volumes.

Reagen smiled as she then shouted. "Meeting adjourned!"

If you guys want to support the animation guild going on, #StandWithAnimation. Please do whatever you're capable of to show your support.

Earlier today, I found out that "Hailey's On It!" was cancelled and that was the final straw for me to do something about this. Thus, with the animation industry fighting for what they want to fight for, I decided to do this one-shot.

I hope you guys enjoy and I'll see you all next time.
