Hogwarts, Slytherin Boys Dorms

Severus stepped out of the shower, steam swirling around him as he dried off with a towel. The day had been long, and the hot water had done wonders to ease the tension in his muscles. He ran a hand through his damp hair, feeling the weight of the experiment still lingering in his mind. He knew he needed to pick someone next, but who?

As he walked back into his dorm, he was surprised to find Bruce Mulciber sitting on his bed, a thoughtful expression on his face. Bruce's eyes flickered up, meeting Severus's gaze, and for a moment, there was a tension in the air that Severus couldn't quite place.

"Didn't expect to see you here," Severus remarked, grabbing a clean shirt from his trunk. He buttoned it up, his back turned to Bruce as he continued drying his hair. He didn't see the way Bruce's eyes lingered on him, taking in the sight of his roommate fresh from the shower, skin still glistening with droplets of water.

"There's something I've been wanting to talk to you about," Bruce said, his voice a little lower than usual, almost hesitant.

Severus turned to face him, an eyebrow raised. "What is it?"

Bruce stood up slowly, closing the distance between them. "You've been acting a bit... different lately," he said, his gaze never leaving Severus's. "I've noticed."

Severus's heart skipped a beat, but he kept his expression neutral. "Different? How?"

Bruce took a deep breath, as if steeling himself. "I've seen you with the others—Aurora, Remus... even little Pandora's Box. I know something's going on."

Severus felt a surge of adrenaline, but instead of pulling back, he decided to test the waters. "And what do you think is going on?"

Bruce's eyes darkened slightly, and before Severus could react, he closed the remaining distance between them. "I think," Bruce murmured, his voice almost a growl, "that you're doing something... something I want to be part of."

Without waiting for a response, Bruce leaned in, capturing Severus's lips in a kiss that was far from gentle. It was demanding, heated, full of pent-up emotions that had been kept hidden for far too long. Severus's first instinct was to push Bruce away, but then he remembered the experiment, the need to explore different reactions. And so, instead of resisting, he let himself respond, pushing back against Bruce's intensity.

Bruce's hands found their way to Severus's neck, pulling him closer as the kiss deepened. There was a raw hunger in the way Bruce kissed him, a desperation that Severus hadn't encountered with the others. It was as if Bruce had been holding back for so long that now, given the chance, he couldn't control himself.

Severus's mind was racing, but his body responded on instinct, matching Bruce's fervor. The kiss was hot and heady, full of a passion that left them both breathless. Bruce's hands roamed up Severus's chest, fingers digging into his shirt before ripping the buttons and pulling it off.

"I just put that on, ya know?" Severus let out chuckles.

Bruce paused for a split second, his breath ragged, a smirk playing on his lips. "I'll buy you another one," he murmured, his voice dripping with desire, before diving back in, lips crashing against Severus's once more. The intensity between them was electric, a storm that had been brewing for far too long.

Severus let out a low chuckle, his amusement only adding to the heat of the moment. "You better," he muttered against Bruce's lips, his hands now roaming up Bruce's back, feeling the muscles tense and relax under his touch.

Bruce responded with a growl, pushing Severus back onto the bed. The momentum sent them both tumbling onto the mattress, and Bruce wasted no time, straddling Severus as his hands explored every inch of newly exposed skin. The fabric of Severus's shirt lay discarded on the floor, forgotten as the two boys lost themselves in the heat of the moment.

Severus could feel the tension building between them, a magnetic pull that was impossible to resist. He matched Bruce's intensity, his hands gripping Bruce's hips, pulling him closer. The kisses grew more urgent, more desperate, each one a silent plea for more.

Bruce's fingers traced a path down Severus's chest, his touch leaving a trail of fire in its wake. Severus's breath hitched as Bruce's lips followed the same path, pressing hot kisses along his collarbone, his chest, his abdomen.

"Are you sure about this?" Severus asked, his voice barely a whisper, tinged with a mix of excitement and caution. The experiment had taken on a life of its own, and he wanted to be sure Bruce was fully on board.

Bruce's eyes met his, dark with desire but filled with certainty. "More than sure," he replied, his voice thick with emotion. "I've wanted this for so long, Severus."

Severus felt a thrill shoot through him at Bruce's words. The intensity of the moment, the raw passion between them—it was intoxicating, overwhelming, and yet, he didn't want it to stop. "Then why are you holding back?" Severus whispered, his voice steady, inviting, daring Bruce to continue.

Bruce needed no further encouragement. With a determined look, he leaned in, his lips capturing Severus's in another searing kiss. Their movements became more frantic, more heated, as the boundaries between them blurred into nothingness.

Severus's mind, usually so sharp and calculating, was lost in the haze of the moment. He had never felt anything like this—this all-consuming need, this overwhelming desire. It was as if the world outside had ceased to exist, leaving only the two of them, tangled together in a whirlwind of passion.

As Bruce's hands continued their exploration, Severus could feel his own control slipping, his body responding to Bruce's touch in ways he hadn't anticipated. Every kiss, every caress, sent waves of pleasure coursing through him, pulling him deeper into the moment.

And as they continued, Severus couldn't help but think that this was more than just an experiment. It was a turning point, a revelation of something deeper, something more profound than he had ever expected to find.

Hogwarts, Slytherin Boys Dorms - Next Morning

Bruce groaned as he sat up, his lower back aching with every movement. The familiar green hangings of the Slytherin dorm surrounded him, but something was off. This was his dorm, sure—but definitely not his bed.

As he stretched, trying to work out the stiffness in his back, memories of the night before came flooding back; The heated kisses, getting tossed around like a ragdoll, the way they'd both lost themselves in the moment. His heart skipped a beat as he turned, finding the source of his discomfort—and the reason he wasn't in his own bed.

Severus was lying next to him, still sound asleep. His usually sharp, guarded expression was softened by sleep, making him look almost peaceful—something Bruce had rarely seen. Severus's dark hair was tousled, spilling over the pillow, and his chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm.

Bruce couldn't help but smile, a mix of satisfaction and disbelief washing over him. The events of the previous night seemed almost surreal now, like a dream he wasn't sure he'd actually lived through. But here was the proof, lying right beside him.

Careful not to wake Severus, Bruce slipped out of the bed, wincing as his thighs protested the movement. He glanced around, realizing that their clothes were scattered across the room, discarded in the heat of the moment. The memory made his cheeks flush slightly, but there was also a thrill that came with it—an exhilarating sense of having crossed a line that couldn't be uncrossed.

As he pulled on his trousers and began gathering the rest of his clothes, he couldn't help but steal another glance at Severus. He looked so different like this, vulnerable in a way Bruce had never seen before. It made him wonder if anyone else had ever seen Severus like this, and the thought sent a strange sense of possessiveness through him.

Just as he was about to leave, Severus stirred, his eyes fluttering open. For a moment, they locked eyes, and Bruce froze, unsure of what to say.

"Leaving already?" Severus's voice was groggy, but there was a hint of amusement in it as he propped himself up on one elbow.

Bruce hesitated, then chuckled softly. "Just thought I'd let you sleep in your own bed for once," he teased, though there was an underlying seriousness to his words.

Severus smirked, the familiar sharpness returning to his expression as he sat up. "Generous of you," he replied, his voice dripping with sarcasm. But there was something else in his eyes, something that told Bruce that last night hadn't been a mistake.

"Last night was..." Bruce began, searching for the right words.

"...Unexpected," Severus finished for him, though his tone was thoughtful rather than regretful. "But not unwelcome."

Bruce felt a wave of relief wash over him at Severus's words. "So...where do we go from here?"

Severus considered this for a moment before smirking again. "We'll see. But for now, I think we should keep this between us."

Bruce nodded in agreement, though there was a flicker of something in his chest—a hope that this wouldn't be the last time. "Fair enough," he said, his voice steady, even as his mind raced with possibilities.

As Severus got out of bed and began dressing, Bruce couldn't help but watch him. The events of the night before were still playing on a loop in his mind as he started at the nail marks on Severus's back. The experiment had taken them both by surprise, but now that the line had been crossed, there was no going back.

And as Bruce left the dorm to head to breakfast, he couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't the last time he'd be leaving Severus's bed with bruises and mark hidden by his clothes.
