20:00:16, Hindu Kush, Afghanistan, Laswell gets an anonymous tip straight from the Lubyanka Building that points to the place where Chaos, Helen, Frost, Jackson and Nomad are meeting up for a debrief in plain sight with Overlord and Battle Captain. In response to one of her closest allies' breakthrough, she puts Task Force 141 in their A400M and takes control of the C.I.A. spy satellite watching over them almost immediately.

Laswell: Do you see a fucking helicopter fly into Afghan Airspace up there, Nikolai?
Nikolai: No, I don't see any aircraft right now.
Laswell: Okay, good. Now, let's go, c'mon, quick. You gotta head towards Moscow.
Captain Price: Okay, usually, I could read you like a book. But now, I'm not sure if it's fear or excitement I'm hearing, Kate. What's going on?
Laswell: Fucking U.S., Canadian and Australian Spec Ops have no idea what they're doing! F.S.B. told me that they, The Kremlin and GRU just got hit by them before going dark 5 minutes ago. The three nations' flags on those operators tell us that this has Task Force Rogue written all over it like before.
Truck: Shit! SHIT! HOW?!
Laswell: We don't know how yet. Overlord may not have been bullshitting us when he said they would give us a run for our money.
Kyle: Christ, these stupid fucks are gonna get us all killed.
Laswell: You ain't kidding. They didn't just kill a lot of 'em, including President Vladimir Putin himself. They also took Russia's nuclear football.
Sandman: No fucking way. For what?
Laswell: For who fucking knows what?! I don't know yet. We gotta find out from the assholes themselves. Our Russian partners' last communiqué points to the Evropeysky shopping mall. Ramirez, Westbrook, Lennox, Jackson and this Nomad character will be there for a separate, online debrief of the geopolitical disaster they call Operation Western Retribution. If you make them give up the location of what they stole and kill them afterward, then we may have a chance to stop the prolonging of World War 3. Or worse, World War 4. Operation Rogue Hunter is now in effect immediately. Short notice, I know.
Grinch: No worries, Watcher. Even the op's name sounds good. Ramirez and his Hunter Team 2 can gangbang Grace Cameron all the way to Hell.
Red Coat: One moment, we're trying to find and kill Kingfish. And now we're being redirected to "save the world" from the oh so treasonous Task Force Rogue. That's a real mindfuck, if you ask me.
Captain Price: Nobody asked you. Alright, you heard the lady, gents. This could be bigger than Makarov, so put on your very best.
Kyle: The only task force the free world needs is us, 141. Let's show them who we are.
Sandman: Hooah.

October 4th, 2026 - 01:20:32, Moscow, Russia, after carefully parachuting into the city, Task Force 141 finds the Evropeysky shopping mall well-lit despite being in the middle of closing hours and surrounded by the Ultranationalist Inner Circle getting ready to make entry. With those variables in play, Bravo Team, Hotel Team and Alpha Team ft. Red Coat decide to make the trip between them and Task Force Rogue only by quietly eliminating the Inner Circle opposition first.

Laswell: Watcher to Bravo 6, ISR shows Inner Circle forming a ring of steel around Evropeysky. I suggest taking them out of commission first so that Task Force Rogue won't be saved by chance and luck, over.

Captain Price: That's the plan, Watcher. With Makarov's men unaware of our presence at the moment, this shouldn't take long, over.
Laswell: Roger that. Show 'em the real power of Task Force 141, boys.
Soap: No alarms, team. If those BTRs know we're here, it'll get bloody real quick.
Ghost: He's right. Keep it quiet.
They secure the entire outdoor area of Evropeysky in about 5 minutes. With Makarov's forces down and out, Captain Price orders Red Coat, Colonel MacMillan, Gaz, Cypher, Ridley, Wallcroft, Griffen and Burns to set up checkpoints all over the shopping center in order to cut off all escape routes while he, Kyle, Soap, Ghost, Sandman, Truck and Grinch go interior for Operation Rogue Hunter's primary objective.
Truck: Are we clear?
Grinch: Yeah, all clear. The BTR crews are also long gone. No alarms.
Sandman: Nicely done, Metal.
Captain Price: Good work. Now, form up. I want this place locked down. Alpha Team, Winters, switch profile to checkpoint responsibilities out here. Metal Team, Hotel Team, Kyle and I will move interior and end Task Force Rogue once and for all.
Colonel MacMillan: Roger that. The sooner this bullshit task force war ends, the better.
Red Coat: *shakes head* Give them my regards if you actually meet them.
[lights turn off]
Sandman: Killing the power? They know we're here.
Captain Price: Won't matter. NODs on, IR strobes on. *opens door*
Kyle: On you, sir.
Bravo Team, Hotel Team and Metal Team can expect a lot of things from their worst enemies accurately. But they could never expect this opening move from Task Force Rogue.
Truck: (quietly) I figured all our training in malls was gonna come in handy eventually.
Sandman: (quietly) You should join us in these kinds of raids when you're stateside, Price.
Captain Price: (quietly) Sounds fun.
Nomad: Agreed, Task Force 141. Agreed. Oh, don't worry. Laswell can listen in if she wants.
Kyle: (quietly) Nomad, you shit pouch. You think we didn't expect this to be a trap? You Yanks really are stupid. Right, Soap?
Soap: (quietly) Uh... yeah. Right.
Ghost: (quietly) Keep your gun up and your eyes open, Garrick.
Kyle: (quietly) Where are you, "sir"? You and I have a score to settle.
Nomad: Ironic, because I don't have anything against any of you. Even if I do want to kill you all here and now just to keep Task Force Rogue safe. Friends and family reasons. You know how that works. But if Chaos believes that there's hope for you, then so do I. Still, you're right about having scores to settle. I may have nothing against you, but they do. Count your blessings, I guess.
[EMP Grenade detonation]
Sandman: (quietly) Fuck, my NODs just turned off!
Grinch: (quietly) Mine too. I can't see shit.
Soap: (quietly) No Night Vision or X-Ray on my rifle's scope attachment. It's dead.
Captain Price: (quietly) EMP (electromagnetic pulse) burst. Comms and flashlights are down, too. Light a glow— ARGH!
Kyle: CAPTAIN— OOF!
Soap: WHAT THE—
Sandman: PRICE—
Under the cover of darkness and with functioning Night Vision and X-Ray Vision, Jackson makes the first move by unnoticeably stealing Captain Price's Tactical Breaching Crowbar and beating him and Kyle with it. Chaos then ambushes Soap with a flying side kick to the left hip and Ghost with a hook kick to the face before they could try to help Bravo 6 and Bravo 7.
Sandman, Truck and Grinch try to follow the noise and move up to assist. Only to get hit hard by Frost as he delivers a side kick to the right side of Metal 0-1's head, a back kick to Metal 0-2's chin, and a cartwheel kick to Metal 0-3's pretty face before disarming and battering them with help from his Collapsible Baton.
And lastly, Helen electrocutes the princess parts of Kyle, Captain Price, Sandman, Truck and Grinch with a Stun Baton while relieved of their firearms and melee weapons and knocked to the ground. Several punches, kicks, palm strikes, elbow strikes, throws and melee weapon hits later, Task Force 141 loses to Task Force Rogue for a third time, ending all of Dark Matter Squadron's personal problems and vendettas with Bravo Team, Hotel Team and Metal Team.
[Task Force 141 painfully groans]
[Task Force Rogue lights five glow sticks]
Helen: *turns Stun Baton off* Now we're even.
Kyle: Like hell we are. Go on. What are you waiting for? Kill us. Just know that Laswell is gonna give you a war you won't believe after this.
Jackson: And you call us stupid? We didn't wait all this time to kill you. Us beating the shit out of you has just ended all beef we had with you. You're alright with me now.
Captain Price: Fuckin' hell. Is that it?
Frost: Pretty much. Our two jobs here in Moscow are about done.
Sandman: You're forgiving us for what exactly?! Because I think you should be the one apologizing, even if we won't be as forgiving as you!
Frost: Neither of you don't have to be. But what has to happen is that you need to do the right thing, even if Laswell disagrees.
Grinch: Not on your FUCKING LIFE, Sergeant First Class! Do you remember who you're talking to?!
Truck: Fuck him and ignore him, Grinch, boss. He ain't worth listening to.
Sandman: Agreed.
Frost: But—
Helen: Ease up, Frost. You tried. It's not your fault, and it's their choice. We serve a free country.
Soap: Why attack Ghost and I, Ramirez? We don't have anything against you?
Chaos: Gotta look after everyone in my team, MacTavish. Physically and mentally. And you know we've always hated your constant piggery. Plus, you did deem us Americans, Canadians and Australians as petty rivals like Roach. He was our friend who deserved justice. Have you forgotten those things?
Soap: Oh. Right.
Ghost: He was our friend too.
Chaos: (off comms) Sure, whatever you say. (on comms) Dark Matter 1 to Dark Matter Actual, we're done here and we feel fucking great. Ready for exfil, over.
Nomad: Good news, Dark Matter 1.
Overlord: Here comes a bad one. We see a mass of armed Russian civilians engaging Alpha Team and Red Coat and coming into the AO. They could be after you all, over.
Frost: Russian civilians?
Soap: Wait. Russian civilians?
Chaos: Say again your last, Overlord. Did you say armed Russian civilians?
Overlord: Affirmative. They have sharp objects, blunt weapons and cutting saws, and they are coming to you from all sides fast. Get the hell out of there now, over!
[Russian Crowd coordinates and mindlessly charges]

Helen: No flashlights, but they still know where to find us?! What the actual fuck is this?! The Forever Winter?! The Outlast Trials?!
The moment of relative calm and clear air is suddenly cut short when almost half the population of Moscow breaks into Evropeysky and goes after both the American and British Operators with pistols, kitchen knives, machetes, pitchforks, petrol bombs/Molotov Cocktails, K12 Saws and fire department sponsored chainsaws, emotionlessly determined to kill them all in the scariest and most excruciating ways possible like something out of The Forever Winter and The Outlast Trials. This unexpected and horrific situation compels Task Force 141 and Task Force Rogue to work together to get out of the shopping center alive and wipe out all those who threaten them.
Dealing with the average Russian citizens turned mindless, bloodthirsty, scotopic killing machines is more difficult for Bravo Team, Hotel Team and Metal Team to handle compared to Dark Matter Squadron since the only source of light they have are their limited supply of glow sticks thanks to the American Operators' EMP Grenades. Regardless, at the end of Operation Rogue Hunter, Task Force 141 and Task Force Rogue manage to repel the surprise attack and escape Evropeysky without any sort of casualties.
Just as Nikolai and the rest of Dark Matter Squadron arrive for extraction at the outdoor area of the shopping mall in a C.I.A. sponsored CH-53GA Sea Stallion and a U.S. Army MH-X Silent Hawk stealth gunship/transport helicopter hybrid.
Jackson: Clear... for now! Great to see you again, Baseplate.
Colonel MacMillan: X-Ray scan concurs! Great to see you too, Paul. *nods* Nomad.
Nomad: Baseplate, Gaz, Cypher, Ridley, Wallcroft, Griffen, Burns, Red Coat.
Frost: *nods* Alpha Team ft. Red Coat.
Alpha Team ft. Red Coat: *nods* Frost. Nomad. Helen. Jackson. Chaos.
Captain Price: Wait. The eight of you had X-Ray Vision this whole time? How?!
Cypher: Who do you think saved us from our specific "deaths via accidents"?
Ghost: Americans always make the best toys.
Red Coat: Amen.
Chaos: Red Coat, buddy. Glad to know you're still around and kicking.
Red Coat: Likewise, Chaos, Frost, Jackson, Nomad. Where's Helen?
Helen: *waves* Here. Good to see you again, Red Coat.
Burns: *points at CH-53GA* There's Nikolai. Ready up. Great to see you again, Task Force Rogue.
Dark Matter Squadron: Burns. Wallcroft. Griffen. Cypher. Gaz. Ridley.
Jackson: *points at MH-X* And there's the rest of Dark Matter Squadron. Helen, ready up.
Helen: Roger, but you need to take a look at this. I noticed that every Russian who attacked us have this electronic chip inside either their heads or their necks.
Chaos: Mind control programming. MK Ultra (C.I.A.'s mind control program). Looks like you were right about The Outlast Trials comparison. My dad has a friend who suffered from the Soviets' version of that shit. 141!
Colonel MacMillan: Discuss over my radio, Chaos. Laswell's gonna get suspicious if she's kept waiting.
Nomad: He's right. Evac, now!
But while the differences between the two task forces are no longer an issue, the work is still not done. As Chaos discusses Helen's discovery with Bravo Team, Hotel Team, Metal Team and Alpha Team ft. Red Coat over Colonel MacMillan's radio.
Graves: The good news is that we've located every Russian ICBM, and USSOCOM, CANSOF and Australian SOCOM have just sent search and destroy teams to take them all out of commission. The bad news is we heard about the armed Russian civilian attack, and we know where it comes from. You have mail.
Soap: *checks smartphone* WHAT?!
Kyle: Laswell is Mother Wolf?! Where the hell did you get this?!
Blizzard: GRU headquarters. It's General Alexandra Makarova's VDV file placed alongside Makarov's own dossier in the Ultranationalist Inner Circle section of their data vault.
Kyle: And how do you know it's not fake?!
Blizzard: It was coded and officially made in their algorithm and filing methodology! It's from the Russian Military! No one knows about this but us and our worst enemies! You have more mail. These are about the mindless Russian civilians.
Ghost: The Forever Winter Project. A combined and enhanced version of the C.I.A. and K.G.B.'s mind control programs? Planted in half the population of every country in the world?!
Chaos: You all saw what Helen just uncovered, 141! The C.I.A. and all their international partners have weaponized and deployed a new and more powerful mind control program! The Forever Winter Project is Laswell's endgame! She has sleeper cells all over every nation just waiting to be activated!
Soap: We've been brainwashed?
Chaos: Half of our countrymen have been brainwashed, Soap! The Deep State has been waiting! Now they're ready to strike!
Soap: The fuck are we supposed to do?!
Chaos: You can help us stop them!
Soap: We want to, but we're still tied to Laswell!
Captain Price: SOAP! STAND DOWN! YOU'RE TALKING COLLUSION AND TREASON!
Chaos: You don't have to stay that way. You need to return to the United Kingdom, cut all ties to the alphabetical agencies, and wait for us to pick you up.
Captain Price: Why the hell do you think Laswell is involved, Ramirez?! Those brainwashed Russians attacked us as well!
Chaos: You are a survivor, Price. Task Force 141 can improvise, adapt and overcome anything. We know it, and so does Laswell. She would never hurt you or everyone you care about as long as you're still useful to her.
Captain Price: But Laswell has never—
Chaos: STOP! Price, MacTavish, Garrick, Riley, Forsing, O'Hara, Edison, yesterday, we were on the brink of war. Today, we are on the brink of collapse. You need to cut all ties to the agencies and disappear at home. You need to—
[static]
Ridley: Shit! Laswell's on our channel and deleting our emails!
Chaos: PRICE! DON'T LISTEN TO HER!
Captain Price: You're right, Ramirez. Kate would never hurt us. But I don't believe you.
Frost: Your blind loyalty to Price and Laswell is gonna get us all killed! SANDMAN!
Sandman: She would never betray us. We trust her more than we trust you. Do not speak to us again, or I will kill you and everyone you care about.
[static]
Frost: 141's gone. We're locked out of their frequencies.
Chaos: Oh, God, Price is seduced by Laswell again.
Kyle: What's the call, Cap'n?
Captain Price: Fuck Ramirez. Fuck Task Force Rogue. They don't know what they're saying. But Laswell does, and she will never let us down.
Kyle: I agree. Thank you for the clarification, sir.
Soap: I don't like this one bit.
Colonel MacMillan: Neither do I.
Captain Price: If you don't like it, Mac, then you can fuck off and take your stupid mates with you! Like we really needed your help.
Colonel MacMillan: Gladly. Disagree with them all you like, but Helen is right about one thing. We serve a free country.
