Hi Everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read my story! It is meant for Kisara to be a part of the existing story for Yu-Gi-Oh while showing a side of Seto others haven't seen. I obviously don't own these characters or any songs included in this chapter. This chapter also has violence and smut in it (I'm sorry, I'm the worst). This is my first story so if I should update it, just let me know and I would be happy to change it. I've had this story in my head for a while and I just write it down so I always remember. It isn't my intention to take credit for anything I didn't create. Thanks and I hope you enjoy!

Part 10: Journals and Journeys

Robin Hood-

Zigfried is a young boy in Germany. He stands in a giant mansion in the front foyer waiting for his father to descend down the stairs. "Get ready son. This will test your ability to take over my company once I'm gone. If you fail, it will be a huge disappointment."

Zigfried avoids eye contact and looks to the ceiling, "I understand father." He joins him as his father walks outside and gets into a private car. It takes them a couple hours to reach Berlin. Once they arrive, his father guides him to a dark alley. The driver accompanies them as they walk up to an unmarked door. Zigfried's father knocks three times. The door opens and a large man with tattoos all over his face looks at them. Zigfried thinks his expression is mean while his father simply hands the man an invitation. He takes it, then gestures for them to come inside. They walk down a long hall and Zigfried is at first surprised by what's inside. The ceiling opens up revealing a giant dome above their heads. Down below is a large room with a sunken floor. The edges of the room stand higher and appear to be stands like in a stadium. In the middle where the floor is the lowest, are 6 large monitors attached to chairs. On the chair rests are controls. Zigfried recognizes them as state-of-the-art computer stations. There is a hand full of people standing beside them while the rest are sitting in the stands.

His father leans close to whisper in his ear, "These are your competition. Some of the best hackers in the world have gathered here to compete. Surprisingly, it appears you are not the youngest one." Zigfried scans the crowd trying to identify his competition. He sees a glimpse of white hair branching out behind one of the station's monitors. He can't see their face, but notices how short their legs are compared to the rest of the contestants. Most are clearly from Berlin and have tattoos all over their skin or piercings. But this competitor's skin is bare. Suddenly they leap down from the chair and turn quickly before he can see their face. They join the rest by the computer monitors as the announcer begins.

"Welcome one and all, to the Berlin Robin Hood trials." The crowd cheers as he continues, "For those of you that are new here. We test hackers' skills with the intended result of taking money away from the rich and allocating it to the poor. We have several new contestants today so let's begin. First, we have the username Death Harbinger." A large, shirtless man lifts his arms in a victory poses and waves to the crowd. They cheer loudly as the announcer continues to introduce each contestant to the audience. Zigfried tries to catch a glimpse of the other child competing but can only see the back of their head. Their long white hair covers their figure, so he is not sure what to expect. They talk in hushed tones with another man in a grey hood who appears to be smiling. "Next, we have the German child protégé and heir to Schroeder Corp, Zigfried Schroeder!" Zigfried's line of thought is paused while he looks at the crowd and waves. The other competitors have alias, but for him his father demanded he go by his real name. They cheer loudly as he father stands in front of his son to wave bigger. He rolls his eyes knowing his father couldn't pass up on a chance to be in the limelight. "Last, but certainly not least, is a new entry who has never competed before. We allowed them to compete because they were taught by the best. All of you have probably heard of The Jackal." Some members of the crowd start to whisper. "Yes, The Jackal is one of the best hackers in the game who has yet to be caught. Not only that, but they have also lived a life of peace in hiding for 20 years now. Their protégé is somehow younger than Zigfried and has made a small splash in the hacking world. Everyone give it up for, Horus!" Zigfried's competitor turns and to his surprise, he sees she is a young beautiful girl. She meekly waves at the crowd who cheer loudly. The man behind her who is apparently The Jackal pushes her forward into the light. "Competitors, please choose a computer dock and prepare. The competition is about to begin." The girl doesn't even look at Zigfried who can't keep his eyes off of her. She walks to the same computer dock as before and starts to type on the controls.

His father smacks Zigfried in the head and starts to lecture, "Don't let me down, boy." Zigfried rubs his head in the same spot, then walks to an empty computer deck. It is across from Horus who finally peels her eyes away from the screen to look at him. He notices and gives her a smug smile. This would be a good time to show her his skills. She doesn't smile back and looks back at her screen.

"Okay contestants. Here is the goal. Global United is a conglomerate of companies that intercept income taxes and take it from several citizens around the world. Most in this arena now as spectators. Right?!" He turns to address the crowd who cheer loudly, "Global United is a bad company right?" They boo along with his gesture. "That's right." He agrees before continuing, "Your goal is to transfer the exact amount of money taken to each person in this room. You will need access to Global United's accounts in addition to everyone else's here. The first hacker to reallocate all the money will win. The prize is double the amount transferred. Are we ready?" The crowd cheers while the announcer looks at each competitor for their go ahead. One by one they nod including Zigfried. Horus nods after him and the announcer swipes his hand to the ground as if starting a race, "Begin!" Zigfried starts to type furiously on his screen. He first decides to hack into Global United's accounts to get the money. He can move a chunk to a shell account he will create on the fly. He could worry about how much goes to each person later. Soon, a transfer of $50 million begins from Global United's accounts into his temporary shell account. It takes about 5 minutes for it to be halfway done. The progress is shown on his screen. He leans back happy to wait as he glances to the other competitors around him. He spies Death Harbinger's screen next to him and sees he is doing the same. He scowls and glares at the kid since he is transferring a majority of the funds, leaving very little for the rest of them. Next Schroeder glances at Horus who sits in her chair with her arms folded. She isn't typing like the rest but stands still watching him. She gives him a serious glare as he gives her a signature cocky smile. Death Harbinger is the last one to finish his transfer. Once he is done, Horus breaks eye contact with Zigfried and presses a button. Death Harbinger shifts uncomfortably in his seat so Zigfried glances at his screen. He sees $10 million being drained from his shell account and rapidly checks his own screen. It matches, and he watches the $50 million he confidently transferred to his shell account earlier being drained. He looks at Horus who gives him a half smile. He rapidly tries to type as the announcer picks up on what is happening. Zigfried wants to desperately see Horus' screen so he can counteract her code. As if reading his thoughts the announcer starts again, "Ladies and gentlemen. Horus is pulling ahead. Let's take a look." The other competitors look up at the large screen for the audience, hoping they can also counter act her. "Sorry competitors. But this isn't this little girly's first rodeo! She has hidden her code so there is little you can do." Her screen shows all their shell accounts being drained and immediately deposited into 200 accounts shown in a list. Zigfried watches in shock. They can't take her money since it is being moved directly to everyone in the stadium and not routed through a shell account first. Once it is complete, she will win. "Instead of transferring the money first, Horus evaluated how much each person needs. She routed it everyone's accounts, then waited for all the money to be taken by the other competitors so she could steal it all at once. Incredible!" Soon, one of the audience members stands at their seat screaming. Others check their phone after getting a notification that thousands of dollars were transferred into their accounts. Slowly, like a wave, the crowd continues to exclaim in unison and cheer. Zigfried looks at Horus who sits in her chair with her legs and arms crossed. He has to try something, anything. He opens a code and tries to counter act some of the transfers. Maybe he could prevent her from winning if he can block the last few transfers. With her screen being shown to everyone, it could be easier, "Looks like someone isn't going down easy!" The announcer comments while watching Zigfried. He gets close to one transfer for a Gladis Templar. He tries to allocate the money back to his shell account, but suddenly his controls don't work. He tries to press another button, but it doesn't do anything. Suddenly a present box appears on his screen. He glances at Horus who keeps staring at him. It looks like she barely moved since he last watched her. He glances at her screen being shown to the audience. He can't see a code but hears her typing. He looks back at her and sees she is still staring at him while typing. He realizes he couldn't counter act her process if he wanted to. She was typing without looking. She didn't need to see the code and he couldn't see what she was doing. She continues to type as the present on his screen opens to reveal a digital bomb. Horus presses a final button as the bomb goes off and his screen goes black. "Ooh! So close!" The announcer narrates along with his deflated ego. Zigfried knows his father will be angry. But for once in his life, he doesn't turn to see it. He keeps his eyes trained on her. She was incredible. Despite his loss, he isn't filled with anger or sadness. He wants to know her. He knows they haven't even spoken, but he feels like he is in love. She notices his gaze and realizes it isn't hostile. Her expression turns to confusion. The crowd around him continues to cheer louder and louder as more money is deposited into their accounts. Horus goes back to crossing her arms across her chest while the rest of the competitors hang their heads low. After some time, Zigfried hears, "We have a winner!" The announcer helps Horus down to the ground a raises her hand in the air triumphantly. "Horus!" The crowd somehow gets louder at their savior, practically blowing the roof of the place. Zigfried sits in his chair dumbfounded.

Fraulein-

After the crowd dies down, Zigfried is surprised that his father chooses to yell at The Jackal instead of him. The hooded Jackal lightly pushes Horus to go somewhere else, than listens to his ranting. Zigfried follows her as she steps out to a small balcony. She keeps her back to the door and stares out into the night sky. He knocks lightly to get her attention. She turns quickly on edge and keeps her apprehension, wearing it on her face. Zigfried badly wants to change that. "Can I sit with you?" He asks with his heavy German accent. She simply nods and watches him warily as he sits next to her on a bench. Once he sits, he reaches out his hand. "I know we didn't have time to properly meet Fraulein. I'm Zigfried."

He sees her expression soften as she takes his hand and shakes it, saying, "I'm Kisara." Her eyes go wide as she back tracks, "I-I mean I'm Horus." She covers her face with her hands embarrassed as Zigfried carves her real name into his memory.

"Kisara? That is beautiful." She gives him an angry look, "Don't worry Fraulein. I won't tell. Can I ask you something?"

She replies dryly, "I guess. You already know my name anyway."

He gives her a big smile, "Why did you come here today? Why did you compete?"

She replies immediately, "I have to pay off my student loans." He looks at her blankly, having never had to worry about loans or tuition before.

"You-you go to school?

"College." She corrects him, "I'm ahead of my class."

He looks at her in disbelief, "How old are you?"

She gives him a guarded look, "How old are you?" She fires back. He chuckles at her serious face.

No matter how hard she tried to look scary, all he saw was her cuteness, "I'm 14." He tells her honestly, in hopes that she will return the courtesy.

She says quietly, "I'm 13. I'm working on getting my masters." Zigfried has to try and act normal at hearing this. He never had the option to go to school and was home schooled all his life. He thought his father knew everything, but what he taught him was seriously outmatched compared to her.

"Fraulein." She glances at him as he pauses to find the words, "You are breathtaking." She feels a blush creep across her face while she hurriedly looks away. "Why are you really doing this?"

"What do you mean?" She asks while continuing to look away.

"I would image something motivates you. You are very skilled Fraulein. Is there is a reason why?"

She pauses contemplating his words, "You are probably one of the only people to notice." She sighs, "I'm looking for my family."

"Your family?"

"My orphan family." She clarifies, "I met two boys at the orphanage I grew up at. They were my only friends. I'm trying to find them. I'm hoping once reunited, we can be a… family." She shrinks in her seat, "Sorry, you- you probably don't care."

She hugs herself tight as Zigfried listens, determined to help, "Have you tried Machion?"

She nodded, "Yes. I've also cross-referenced surveillance, CCTV, and airplane gates to see if they travel. I haven't been able to find them. It's discouraging." She hangs her head down to her chest and he places hands on her shoulders to try and comfort her. She snaps at attention, feeling his touch and pushing him away. He allows her while she freezes with her hands on his chest, fully outstretched.

"What are their names Fraulein? I know you can code circles around me, but maybe I can find them with my connections." She removes her hands and looks at him hopeful.

Her eyes then turn cold. It is clear to Zigfried she has learned not to trust people, "Why would you want to help me?"

"Because I want to know you better, Fraulein. I think you are spectacular."

She holds her gaze trying to see if he is telling the truth. "Their names are Seto and Mokuba." She replies cautiously, then turns away to look up at the stars. Zigfried loses color in his face. He knew them all too well. It all made sense that she couldn't find them. Gozaburo Kaiba kept them under her thumb. The only time he met them was at a networking event his father brought them to. He did it solely because Gozaburo bragged about bringing his own children. Once they met, Seto gave him a cold stare and hid his younger brother Mokuba behind him. Zigfried's father suggested they have a competition and forced Zigfried to play Seto in chess. Seto beat him horribly and called him something that lives in his nightmares.

He imagines young Seto's face twisting in disgust to say, "You're an inept talentless excuse for a child protégé." Those words motivated him and kept him up at night in his family library to study every night. He quickly tries to change his face back to normal. He didn't want to tip Kisara off that he knew them. He couldn't stand the sight of Seto taking something so precious from him. He reminds himself that he hasn't known for her long, but he doesn't care. His jealousy and greed take over and he comes up with a plan.

She keeps her eyes trained on the stars and explains, "Seto was always the smartest at our orphanage. I studied hard and learned all I can with him in mind. I would like it if when we were reunited if we were even matched." Zigfried watches her explain. Seto was also the reason he studied hard, but for a much different reason. He wants to ask her, if Seto has ever been mean to her. He wants to plant seeds of doubt, but he can't give away that he knows them.

"I see. So, you want to be reunited with your friends. So, you learned how to hack into systems." She nods. "Will you go to the other competitions?" She nodded again looking back at his face. "I'll try to find your friends. I'll let you know at the next competition if I find them. Maybe we can even try to look together?" He keeps a convincing face while she gives him a warm smile. It is the first one she has given him, and he smiles back.

"Thank you. But I don't think I need your help. I appear to be better than you at this." She smiles matching his enthusiasm.

He chuckles, "Well Fraulein, I plan to practice before we meet next. We shall see each other at the next competition." She reaches out her hand confidently to his surprise. During most of their conversation she was cold and distant, but she slowly opened up. At the end, he saw her kindness and it was worth the wait.

He takes her hand and shakes it as she says, "Deal. It will be fun to watch you try." She jokes. He leans forward wanting their conversation to continue. He wants her to continue warming up to him, all for that smile.

Suddenly The Jackal appears in the doorway, "Horus, we are leaving." She lets go of Zigfried's hand walks back to the door.

She turns before walking through, "Goodbye." She continues to follow The Jackal as Zigfried's father appears in the doorway behind them.

He expects his father to yell at him, but instead he smiles, "You did good Zigfried."

He gives him a confused look, "But Vater [Father, I lost."

His father explains with an evil glint in his eye, "You may have lost the battle my son, but you moved your pieces to win the war. You spoke to her, yes?" Zigfried didn't realize his father was watching but nods saying yes. "Did you make a good impression?"

Zigfried thinks back to her smile, "She warmed up to me at the end of our conversation."

His father nods, "Good. Making a connection with that talented of a person can open up doors for you. Find a way to get her under your belt." Zigfried nodded, listening to his father's words.

When in Paris-

Zigfried continued to compete in the Robin Hood trials. Each time, Kisara beat him. Two years later, Kisara and Zigfried are competing in Paris. He has learned a lot just by competing with her, but he is still no match. Kisara hits a button on her computer deck, ending the trial. The crowd erupts into cheers while she steps down graciously bowing to the audience. Zigfried again is not angry but admires her from his seat. After the crowd dissipates, Zigfried glances in the stands for his father. He gives Zigfried a quick nod signaling the go head. Zigfried approaches Kisara who is alone without The Jackal. "Horus?" He asks quietly behind her. She looks up to see who is speaking, then gives him a big smile. He smiles back. They have grown closer since the first competition. After each, he struck up a conversation with her causing her to open up more and more. "No Jackal today?" He asks.

She smiles and smacks him playfully on the arm, "Nope! You are looking at a college graduate!" He doesn't know what to make of her comment. Why would that have to do with The Jackal?

{Unless…} "Wait, was The Jackal your teacher?"

She nods, "I'm allowed to say that because he moved on. He is back in the shadows as they say in our bizz." He chuckles at her interesting slang, then glares at her admiringly. "What?"

He rocks back on his heels and tries to sound nonchalant, "I was thinking, we have spent a lot of time together."

She gives him a skeptical look, "I mean, this is our 5 time talking so, sure?"

He coughs and continues the line he rehearsed, "Would you like to spend time, outside the arena?"

"And go where?" She asked genuinely.

He gestures to the walls around them, "We are in Paris Fraulein! We can do many things." She pauses for a moment. At first, Zigfried is worried he messed up. Her face looks focused and closed off like when they first met.

He opens his mouth about to back track but suddenly she takes his arm, "Okay! Let's go! I'm done here." She carries her bag with her and pulls him toward the exit. Zigfried is shocked at first, then glances at his father in the crowd. He watches them go and lights up a cigar.

Eiffel Tower-

Zigfried decides to take her to the obvious attraction in Paris, the Eiffel Tower. Along the way he stopped by small restaurants and store fronts to pick up food and drink. By the time they reach the Eiffel Tower, he has a basket filled with food, drink and a blanket so they can lay and enjoy the view. Kisara assumes they are sitting on the front lawn but is surprised when Zigfried leads her towards the Eiffel Tower elevator. The security lets them cut the line and whispers to him, "This way Mr. Schroeder." Kisara and he stand in the antique elevator as it slowly rattles up the shaft. Zigfried is pleased with himself but Kisara fidgets next to him. She wasn't used to all the extravagance and couldn't forget the glares others gave her from cutting the line.

"Are you okay Fraulein?" She looks up at Zigfried who is giving her a concerned look.

"Yes." She lies. The doors open when they arrive to the top of the tower. Kisara can hear groups of people below her. She assumes this is a higher floor than what the public is allowed. Zigfried lays the blanket down on the hard metallic floor and extends a hand to help her sit down. She takes it and gets comfortable while he starts to take out things from the basket. Surprisingly the wind is weak and doesn't blow the contents away. She leans back on her palms behind her and stretches out her legs.

"I suppose the flight was long, Fraulein?"

She is jerked out of her relaxed state to glare at him, "No. I didn't fly." She was determined to keep her identity a secret.

Zigfried simply chuckled, "I think we can drop the act Fraulein. You should not be shocked after you gave me your real name." He hands her a paper cup that she takes slowly.

"If you have looked for me, then have you tried to look for my family?" She takes a sip and coughs when she tastes wine in her throat. She gives him a glare and starts to formulate a plan. She hoped his interest in her was innocent, but in her experience with others, it never was. Usually, people tried to befriend her only to eventually take something in return. She wasn't egotistical, but others often told her she was beautiful. She was usually an easy target for those who wanted to take. Sometimes, they succeeded. Zigfried giving her wine is a tall tell sign he could be doing the same. He was trying to get her drunk. She would have to play her cards right. Perhaps she could take something in return.

He sits down beside her and casually states, "What? Have you never drunk wine before? I get we are young, but we are both experienced, yes?" She puts on her best innocent doe eyes and Zigfried drinks it up. She doesn't answer and takes a big sip. She drunk alcohol before and could keep up, if needed. She wondered if Zigfried could keep up. She found it interesting he was wielding it as a rebellious thing to do. From her perspective, her experience with alcohol was never pleasant. She decides to test him. They continue to drink as she waits. If he brings up looking for Seto and Mokuba, then he might be trustworthy. If he doesn't, he never did it.

"You aren't upset about losing to me today?" She asks, moving her test forward.

"I'm never upset at you Fraulein." She sighs at his choice, and he gives her a curious face. She quickly changes her expression to a smile. "Kisara, I would like to ask you something." She makes a mental note that he called her by her name. In his culture, you use titles for most people to be respectful. He had called her Fraulein the entire time they knew each other for a reason. But now, he calls her by her first name. It was all becoming strange and obvious. His flushed cheeks turn to look at the stars. She takes her cup and pours it quietly behind her on the floor. "I have not felt like this about a person for some time. You are a magnificent woman who deserves all the finer things in life." Kisara furrows her brows. She had told him she preferred local places with little attention. She could strike up a conversation with anyone and people often started them with her due to her different hair and appearance. She would be polite each time, but in reality, she preferred to sit alone or in silence. His assumption of her taste shows he wasn't listening to her the same way she was him. She chooses to look ahead in hopes of him not seeing her disgruntled expression. "I want you to work for me. Together, we could do anything. Anything we dreamed of. Not only that, but maybe we could be something more. You would make a beautiful bride." Kisara's blood starts to boil. She rapidly stands and starts to make her way to the elevator. She feels Zigfried's hand grab her wrist. His grip is tight and forceful while he pulls her back. At this point in her life, Kisara has never fought someone before. Despite her abnormal strength and her Blue Eyes White Dragon curse, they could not help her. Her strength always challenged others to test it, causing her to be a punching bag. If she used her curse, she would pass out after, and Zigfried and his connections could be a problem. She was stuck on top of the Eiffel Tower, alone with him. She had to come up with something, "Where are you going?" he asks. She pauses, considering her options.

She imagines spinning around with fury in her eyes, "I am not some prize to be won. Let me go!" She pulls but he keeps his grip.

"Why not? Don't you agree, we are friends?"

Her eyes flash and for a moment, he is afraid but holds her tighter, "You think your small mind can comprehend my intelligence? You mean to hire me so you can take advantage of my skills." His face gets dark, all of his kindness is gone. "Not the mention the fact want your cake and expect to be able to eat it too." She changes into a fluent German accent and mocks him, "You would make a beautiful bride? Seriously?" She says 'seriously' in her normal accent while Zigfried licks his lips. He yanks her back to him catching her off guard. She lands in his arms and tries to squirm free with minimal strength.

"See? Your German accent is impeccable." He forces her on the ground while she tries to fight back. Her body has a freeze reaction and doesn't move. Despite her apprehension, she couldn't believe he was doing this to her. He leans down close to her ear and whispers, "Let us eat cake, shall we?" Kisara is helpless, pinned down by her limbs until she is rapidly pulled out of her thoughts.

She played out her options on what to do after Zigfried pulled her back. She wasn't sure if Zigfried would force himself on her like she previously imagined. But she had experienced it before and wasn't taking any chances. "Where are you going?" He asks after she got up to walk to the elevator. She gives him big dramatic eyes and says innocently, "I'm sorry. I didn't realize how high up we were! I'm deathly afraid of heights. I was trying to go back down."

Zigfried licked his lips, "We can lie down together, if you want."

She fought the urge to roll her eyes and grips his collar while he watches, "I'm afraid I don't want to barf on you dear."

He pulls her away and asks with contempt, "Did you hear anything I just said?"

She rolls around her head clumsily and points to the wine she poured on the floor earlier. "I'm afraid I didn't. I already barfed a little, you, see?" She looks at Zigfried and holds back a laugh after seeing him cover his eyes.

"I'm not looking at that!" He walks blindly to the elevator, feeling the handrail along the way. Kisara joins him and they ride it back to the bottom floor. After a couple minutes, he removes his eyes and looks at her. She is wearing a drunken expression and sways in the elevator car. "Fraulein?" The doors open and before he can react, she sprints out of the car. She could tell by his pampered attitude that he wouldn't be prepared. She hears him scoff before leaving him in the dust, "Fraulein!" She is out of sight. Next to Zigfried, a couple in line from before watches him and snickers.

One of them states to the other, "He got dumped."

Two years later-

Two years later, Kisara is in the desert. She walks with a scarf over her face and ankle high, lace up boots. She wears tan trousers and a button up white shirt. Her hair is wrapped with her scarf and hidden away. She looks at a town with a bag in her hand. She slings it on her shoulder and walks towards it. Some of the people on the street see her and get out of her path. She ignores them and continues to move forward. She stops at a grocery store. It is small with only one counter for meat and fish. There is a limited supply, but she goes up to the counter. The man behind it turns and sees her. She glares at him with her light blue eyes piercing through the gap in her scarf. He shrinks and walks into the back room for her order. She takes off her scarf and sighs deeply. She kicks out a bar chair and plops down to sit in it. She leans back on the rear legs while propping her own on top of a table. She crosses her arms and dips her chin to her chest, closing her eyes. "I thought that was you, Fraulein." She staggers and almost falls back before catching the table and steadying herself. She turns and finds Zigfried sitting at the table behind her. She didn't even see him when she walked in. She gapes at him for a moment while he points to a corner of the room. She glances and sees new security cameras, "Turns out they upgraded security. Didn't expect you to be here of all places." He stands from his chair. At first glance, it appears he has grown up like her. He was however, much taller in height. They weren't kids anymore. He towers over her as he gets closer. She stands too and takes a step forward, challenging him. He smirks at this. His hair is almost as long as hers and he sports a magenta suit. "Now, can we talk? Fraulein?" The man behind the counter has returned with her order and places it on the counter.

She pushes it away and gives him an angry look, "Keep it in the fridge. I'll be right back." He quivers and shakes his head. Zigfried tilts his head at the large, hairy man that trembles in her shadow. She walks past him and gestures to the door, "I know a place." Suddenly two men pop out of the aisles nearby. They wear black suits and sunglasses. Kisara gets in a ready stance but then straightens when they don't attack.

"Don't be silly. We will talk in my car." He waves for her to follow while she spies the guards. They wait to walk behind her which she doesn't like at all. She chooses to sprint ahead to be even with Zigfried. She keeps turning around to glance at his men. He gives her a cool smile and says, "You really have these people scared, don't you?" She ignores him and continues walking forward. He leads her down an alley where a large black four-wheeler is parked out back. She is surprised. She guessed he would be in a limo. Zigfried runs ahead and opens the door for her. She warily eyes him, then steps into the car. The two guards he brought with him sit in the front. Zigfried opens his door and sits next to her. He takes out some sunglasses from his pocket, puts them on, and leans back in the seat. He sits there with her in silence for a while causing her body to relax. She catches herself leaning back in her seat before springing to stand up.

"What are you doing here?!" She demands.

He waves at her, "Sit down Fraulein. You are scaring me. I remember you said you prefer silence, so I was trying to get you to relax." She slowly sits and gives him an icy glare. On the inside, she is impressed he remembers. "I am here to apologize and offer you a real job." She leans back in her seat and props her feet up against the chair in front of her. The guard in front looks back and glares at her. She meets his gaze, unmoved and stretches.

"Well, this should be interesting. What do you have to apologize about?" She decides to test him further, to see if he was truly sorry.

He gives her a meaningful look, "Kisara," her icy mask falls for a moment and he sees surprise in her eyes, "I was a fool the last time we spoke. My father told me to win you over to our side. To 'whoo' you and trick you into working for us. He was a spiteful man."

"Was?"

Zigfried gives her a meaningful look, "Was. He passed away last year and now I'm in charge of Schroeder Corp."

"That must have been hard, losing him."

At first, he is shocked, he closes his eyes under the sunglasses, feeling content. "That sounds like the Kisara I know. Why are you staying in a rundown place like this?"

"I'm missing the part where I owe you an explanation." He glances and the mask is back on in full force.

He sighs, "Back to being cold I see. No matter. Salary position, retirement and full insurance coverage." He takes out a piece of paper tucked away in his suit jacket pocket. He hands it to her, "I'm sure you will agree with the pay package." She takes it and puts it in her bag casually. "No clumsy marriage proposals either." A small chill runs through her body but she tries to stay still, "I'm sorry for how I spoke to you back then. I realized later that it must have made you uncomfortable. I worry that you think I was solely trying to use you, and I didn't care. But I do care for you Kisara. Since the moment I met you, I have cared for you. I want us to be friends at whatever capacity you will allow." He pauses to try and find the right words. Instead, he chooses to talk business, "Meet me back here tomorrow with your answer, please." She nods, trying to play off his sudden change of heart and starts to leave the car. "Kisara?" She lands on the ground and turns to face him, "You deserve to be recognized for your talents. It seems to me like you are out here, hiding from something." She keeps her face the same, trying to not give anything away. "Maybe it's time to settle down roots and return to the real world. We can help you with that." He taps the driver seat, and the guard starts the car, "See you soon." They drive away and leave Kisara with her thoughts in the sand.

Leave the Channel Open-

Kisara stands in front of a small shack in the sand. She walks inside to the damp and dusty room. There is a fridge where she puts her bag full of food inside. She closes the fridge door and freezes for a moment. The Zigfried she met today was very different from before. She always preferred to make her own impressions and not pay attention to outside sources. She turns from her fridge and walks to a narrow hall in the back. She walks through into a dark room under the sand. She raises her hand releasing a beam of light which clings to the walls. It spreads quickly throughout the room while she takes a seat. She faces a large computer dock with three screens in the middle and one large one on top. She logs in as Horus then starts to create an online shadow so no one can track her activity. She feels grateful she runs power from the nearby town so she can still hack. She decides that she wants to see what he has been up to since taking over his father's company. In truth, she wanted to trust him after his sincere apology. Before she has a chance to finish her shadow account, she gets a message.

Zigfried: Hello Fraulein

She squints at the message and chuckles at the fact he still doesn't use a username. She doesn't reply and watches as three dots appear to show he is still typing. She splits her system, so she is still logged in and able to message him on her left screen. It shows their chat while the remainder screens are logged into her shadow account. She uses it to open a search log and looks up Zigfried's accomplishments. Her large overhead screen shows a timer for 12 minutes. Once the timer ran out, he would be able to get her location.

Zigfried: No need to search up my credentials.

Zigfried: I've attached everything you need to know here. For Horus

He attached a document. Kisara's eyes glance over, and she opens a virus detection software. She then looks back to her right and opens another screen to search his accounts. She found that often, money revealed a lot about a person.

Zigfried: I can assure you my file is safe.

She cracks a smile and turns to reply.

Horus: Better safe than sorry :)

Zigfried: Please. If you have questions, I would be happy to answer

Zigfried: Incoming Video Call

Kisara immediately declines it and continues to analyze the results she found. She cracks a smile imagining his reaction.

Zigfried: Ouch. That is cold Fraulein. As usual, I love it.

Zigfried: Don't worry. I'll leave the channel open, in case you want to join later.

A blush stretches across her cheek bones while she turns back to read her findings. His offer was way too enticing. If he truly did change, it might be worth working for him. She did need to return to the real world sooner or later. She found that he managed to turn his company's reputation around compared to when his father owned it. They used to sell weapons, but now they focused on holograms and system management. Personal wise, besides the large amount of money that goes towards tailors and suits, he lived a typical life for the owner of a company. He had expensive cars and owned a couple properties. One large house and boutique hotels that earned his investment back. A large amount of his profits went towards tech products which indicates he is still hacking. The program for the virus software checked out the file, stating no threats. She opened it to read some of his more personal details. It included his dating history to which she rolled her eyes. She quickly sorted through the personal records without finding an issue. She has been absent from the internet for a long time. She trained during the night while the stars were out and slept during the day when the desert was at its hottest. She barely had time to hack between testing out her new powers. She pauses to take a look at her hand, she closes her fist causing it to turn to crystal. The change in her skin crawls up her wrist and makes a jagged outline crossing into her forearm. She glances at the timer above her head while she does the same thing to her other hand and turns it crystal. She had 5 minutes left before he finds her little shack. So far what she found wasn't incriminating. She was a little rusty at hacking, but still very proficient compared to Zigfried no matter how much time has passed. She clicks the link for the video chat with her camera turned off. Once opened, an image of Zigfried appears on her left screen. His camera shows him at a desk in a very lavish room. She can tell from the skyline in the background, he is staying at a larger city nearby. "Ah, Fraulein. I am honored you answered my call. And with 5 minutes to spare." She chuckles then tries to compose herself. In truth, she found him charming. "Can I see you Fraulein? Please?" She reluctantly raises her hand in the air causing the light around her to be centered in front of her face. The once lit walls are now dark and the light only shows her face. A flick of her wrist has her hands go back to normal. She turns on her camera and leans back in her chair with her arms folded. "Hello Kisara."

She huffs, "That's Fraulein, to you."

He chuckles, "We aren't friends at this point?"

She ignores his question and moves on to her own, "Why me?"

"You are funny. Obviously, you were trained by The Jackal, one of the best in the world in my opinion. I have tried to keep up with you all these years but even now I can tell you outmatch me." She stares at his image unmoved.

"Must we resort to flattery?" She jokes with an eyebrow raised. He gives her a crocked smile, "Tell me the real reason why."

He leans forward and looks into her camera, "I've been keeping track of you Fraulein. It appears you created most of our systems already in use. You know the ins and outs. Not to mention your ability to prevent others from getting a hold of your designs. I'm not just talking software, I'm talking hardware." He shares his screen and pulls up a design for a black ops' military vehicle. She sighs at her own design while he lists its capabilities. "Four-wheel drive, heat seeking weapons armory, shields and complete invisibility?! Some have created designs that eventually fade, but you casually cracked the technology for an indestructible shield and invisibility?"

Kisara glances at the timer: 2 minutes. "Let me guess, you want it in pink?"

He lets out a giddy laugh, "Obviously! Think about it. Germany could be your home." Home. What makes a home? Family? An image of Seto and Mokuba flash in her mind. She clenches her jaw and slams her fist on the desk. Zigfried gives her a worried look. She keeps her head down with her hair covering her eyes. He wasn't her family. A loud beeping indicated she only had 30 seconds left. Without looking at the screen, she quits the program and turns off her computer. She leans back and sighs. Her thoughts circle her head and land her back where she started. For the first time since getting her new powers, she felt alone. She wanted to be treated like a person. Here, she was known as the great dragon. They avoided her and she enjoyed the separation for a while. But she forgot what she was supposed to be doing in the first place. Her goal was finding Seto and Mokuba. Guilt started to consume her body and crawl into her heart.

Despite her multitude of thoughts, all she could say out loud is, "Fuck."

You are mistaken-

Kisara walks outside her shack the next day. She sighs deeply and fastens two crystal sticks to her waist. They clip to her belt while she turns them invisible with a small wave of her hand. She walks into the desert and emerges on a rooftop overlooking the grocery store. Zigfried sits in his car with his two guards. They are parked in the same alley as the day before. She jumps down and approaches the alleyway. Zigfried hears and turns around. "I'm glad you came Fraulein."

"You are mistaken." She begins.

He sighs, "So you came out here just to tell me no?" The guards get out of the car and start to surround her. She notices but keeps her eyes trained on Zigfried.

She tilts her head innocently, "Did you think I would let you wait all day?"

He smiles, "You do care. I'm afraid you misunderstood. You are coming with me whether you want to or not."

She casually stretches then rests her hands on her hips. They are inches away from her invisible batons. "I expected more from you Zigfried. After all, you have underestimated me before. Are you really going to make the same mistake twice."

"I'm afraid it will be difficult this time to get away Fraulein. These two are very skilled fighters."

She stands tall, "That's not going to be enough." One of them charges at her and she stays in place. Suddenly a large sand cloud quickly rises out of the ground. Zigfried and his guards lose their sight. Zigfried runs out of the cloud and stumbles into the street. Others around them run away.

One screams, "Run! It's the great dragon!" They scatter as Zigfried squints trying to see into the dust cloud. He sees a flash of white and a shadow that must be Kisara. She leaps and lands on the shoulders of one of his men. She pulls him down to the ground and Zigfried hears him grunt. He thinks he sees small beams of light poking through the sand. But they fade with each of her movements. The sand clears and both of his men are on the ground. She pants lightly while clutching her two crystal batons.

He smiles, "I love the esthetic. Crystal is very expensive. I didn't peg you as materialistic." She stands still and glares at him. She starts to slowly stalk toward him. "I'm sure Seto would be surprised." She stops in her tracks. "I'm surprised you haven't found him yet, I guess your skills are rusty." She looks past his insult and processes his mention of Seto.

Her eyes narrow and her hair floats, rising high above her head, "You know who he is." The sand swirls around them while Zigfried struggles to look ahead. He sees light peeking behind the sand and tries to run at her. He lands on the ground hard and sees her shoes next to him. He looks up and confirms his thoughts. Her eyes are glowing bright white. "We are done Zigfried. The small fragments left of our friendship are torn up to pieces. You have failed me for the last time." Her voice sounds distorted and ancient.

Zigfried is afraid but he gives her a sinister smile, "I'm afraid we are just getting started Fraulein. I'll tell everyone what I saw here today." She lifts him by his collar and raises him high in the air. He gasps at her strength but his eyes twinkle with admiration. She had changed since the last time they were together.

Her eyes shine bright while a creepy smile crawls across her face, "I would like to see you try." She releases him and takes a step back. He staggers to his feet, trying to catch up with her, "See you later, Zigfried." A portal by her feet appears and she jumps into the opening.

"No. No!" He launches his body forward, attempting to jump through with her. But it closes after she falls. The sand dies down and lands on his body while he lays sprawled on the ground. He sits up trembling from rage, but then relaxes and looks up at the sky. "I'll see you soon Fraulein."

Seto leans back while reading her digital journal entry. She indicated he needs to specifically check these records. Besides those instructions, she also asked him to forgive her. He realizes now it's because she considered Zigfried's offer in the past. She might have even found him attractive. However, this didn't make him upset. His skin crawls and his anger is directed at Zigfried. It was obvious that he was trying to poach her before the story broke out that he was taking over Kaiba Corp. Once it did, Kisara would know where he is and never accept his offer. The rest of the journal entry says what he expects. She saw the news story the next day and immediately boarded a plane. He wondered why she used a plane instead of simply opening a portal. It filled a lot of gaps regarding situations where she used her powers. She could get to a place in an instant, and now he knew why. He scrolled down the document to find why she didn't use a portal to get to Domino City. Attached is an image of her boarding the gate. She deliberately removed her scarf, so her hair was shown, and she is looking at the camera. Her eyes are determined and serious and she is flipping it off. Seto chuckles while reading the picture caption. 'Fuck you Zigfried.' He loved her intense hatred for Zigfried. It's clear that she boarded a plane so Zigfried could watch her go to Seto. It was purely out of spite. He glanced at the list Al wrote out for him and saw one more journal entry she wanted him to read. He navigated to that day. There was still one big question on his mind. How did Kisara not mention Schroeder at all before? He located the entry and opened it. It took place after he picked out her ring and he hired Hana to be her personal stylist. He reads the entry but combines it with his own experience that day. It was one of the best days of his life.

Fitting-

Seto and Mokuba both pull up to Kisara's apartment. Mokuba runs ahead while Seto slowly gets out of the car. They have bags packed and ready to go for a networking event out of town. Seto was invited but typically avoided these events. Kisara suggested she and Mokuba join him, so they have a united front. Networking could lead to opportunities for him and company that he could no longer ignore.

He reaches the top of the stairs with Mokuba and reaches for her key on her doorframe. In his other hand are coffee and pastries. Without hesitating he turns the key in the lock and opens the door. He can hear Kisara talking to someone, "Okay Hana this is great and all, but I have to start packing soon." Mokuba runs inside while Seto freezes in the doorframe at what he sees. Kisara stands on a stool and is being fitted for a formal gown. Her back is turned, and large bra straps poke out of the fabric. The dress had a low cut in the back that goes down to her waist. It has light blue, silk fabric that drapes across her figure. Seto wants to reach out and touch it. He imagines it would dissipate in his hand like smoke since it looks so delicate. They talked about strategy earlier and agreed she could be a valuable distraction. The three of them discussed what was best for the company to juggle requests. Mokuba would stick with Kisara to learn. Seto would try to avoid everyone which will fail, but at least he could narrow down the numbers. Kisara mentioned she had a dress that would be distracting, and Seto now understood what she meant.

Mokuba runs ahead and gives her a hug, "Hi Kisara!"

Kisara's arms automatically wrap around him, but her eyes go wide when she sees him. Her head snaps towards the door, and she sees Seto giving her a big grin.

Her hair jumps in the air and she starts to yell, "What are you doing here? I thought we said we were supposed to meet in an hour?!"

Seto grins and hands her a matcha latte, she takes it frantically while glaring at him, "We lied. We wanted to bring you coffee and pastries. I thought it was best to keep it a surprise." He eyes her from head to toe and traces her features with his eyes. "I see it was worth the surprise." Kisara's arms start to wave frantically so Hana takes the matcha from her hands. Seto didn't even see her crouched down in front of Kisara.

She nods at Seto as her greeting then goes back to pinning the dress for Kisara, "No liquids around the dress please."

Seto doesn't take his eyes off of Kisara while Mokuba watches grinning. Finally, Seto comments cooly, "You look striking."

His compliment goes above her head while she points at Hana, "You should have seen her when I told her I had a formal event. She showed up first thing in the morning to see if what she gave me before still fits."

Hana comments annoyed, "Hey! This is probably the first formal assignment I've had for you! Sorry I'm majorly excited!" She takes out some of the pins while Kisara rolls her eyes.

Seto continues to watch the material sway around her body. He comments honestly, "I'm equally excited." Kisara eyes him annoyed and puts her hands on her hips. It only makes Seto smile bigger.

"Are you done yet Hana?"

Hana nods, "Yes, all done."

"Finally." Kisara runs into her bedroom with the dress trailing behind. She shuts the door and starts to change.

Seto eyes Hana and says happily, "As usual, your work is impeccable."

Hana smiles, "Thank you sir!" She packs up her things and puts them on the kitchen counter. Kisara emerges later in her comfortable clothing. She wears black boot cut leggings and a cropped long sleeve back shirt. She pulls on a quarter zip weaved jacket with a high collar. The edge of the collar says Kaiba Corp.

She approaches Hana and says graciously, "Thank you. We need to get going." Hana nods then leaves while waving behind her. After she is gone, Kisara grabs a hair tie from counter and rapidly pulls her long hair into a lose braid. It hangs low but is out of her face while she turns back to her room. She speaks to Seto while he watches her, "I'll get packing. I'll be out when I'm done!" Before disappearing into her room, she grabs her matcha off the counter. Seto sits at the island. He happily replays images of her in the dress while waiting. Mokuba slowly approaches him with a smile.

"So…" Seto just gives him a frown. He knows what he is going to ask about next. "Do you have the ring with you?"

"Shhh! Keep it down. We are dealing with Kisara here." Mokuba nods rapidly acknowledging she is in the next room. Seto reaches for the box, opens it for Mokuba, then closes it immediately after. Mokuba frowns.

"Okay! I'm ready!" Seto watches Kisara emerge from her bedroom carrying a small duffle bag.

He eyes it and states, "Is that all?"

She slings it over her shoulder, "I know it's a lot. I had to bring a lot of makeup which I am not used to."

"I didn't mean- " Seto chuckles, "I expected more, not less."

"Really? I always pack light." She looks past him, lost in thought, "I think this is actually the first trip we have been on together." She's right. He can't believe it. The Battle City blimp trip didn't really count since she was working. This time, they would be flying together in the Blue Eyes White Jet. Seto reserved the family suite so they could all stay together. She has her own room, but it was like staying in an apartment together. Truthfully, he arranged it that way. He was nervous when time to ask, but Kisara was more than okay with it. He smiles and takes the bag from her hands. She is surprised and starts to protest. "Hey!"

He makes his way to the door, "Let's go." Mokuba and Kisara follow him.

"I can carry it on my own!"

We did this on our own-

Seto opens the suite door for Mokuba and Kisara. They gawk at the large entryway. At the end of it is a large living room with walls for windows looking over the city. It was very different from Domino City. The high rises were crowded and clustered. A faint purple glow is cast over the city while they carry their bags inside. To the left is a large kitchen. To the right is a sunken conversation pit with a fireplace. Beyond that, was a hall that lead to more rooms. Another hall was next to the fridge on the opposite end of the room. Mokuba drops his bags and runs ahead to scope out the rooms. Kisara drops her bags too and walks up to the window. She looks down at the streets below and holds her hands up to the glass. She could jump out this window and soar. Her eyes start to swell with tears. "You don't have to cry about it." She chuckles while squeezing out a couple tears. He has used this line with her a couple times before.

"Seto, look." Her voice quivers with appreciation and awe. He smirks at her amazement. She looks out at the city again, "We started in that shitty orphanage. And now, this?"

Seto puts a hand on her shoulder, "You have to remember Kisara. We did this on our own. We climbed our way to the top. All of us, together."

She puts a hand to her chest in fake shock, "Are you getting sappy on me?" He rolls his eyes while she giggles.

"You were sappy first." Mokuba runs in while Seto gives her a smug look.

"I picked my room! You two have the rest of the house to pick!"

"Thanks buddy!" Kisara ruffles his hair and walks down the hall toward the rooms.

Present day Seto finishes this entry in her journal. The commentary in her head is better than any book or movie in the world. He enjoys reliving these scenes and makes a note to read more once he rescued her.

He reads a specific line over and over again, "He always find a way to make my tears evaporate. He's so fucking hot lol. I can never pass up an opportunity to tease him. Watching those baby blues roll around that immaculate head is so satisfying." He wears a huge grin then starts again from the beginning.

Distraction-

Seto, Mokuba and Kisara are in an elevator on their way to the Spring Gala. Seto and Mokuba's eyes are glued to Kisara. Her face is painted over with concealer and her eyes are bright. She wears sky blue eye shadow with darker blue winged liner. Her cheeks are heavily blushed horizontally across the middle of her nose. Seto has not seen this style before but can't stop staring. The same dress as before is back with a handful of silver necklaces on her chest. One is long and clumpy with crystal spikes. Seto admires how it reflects her rock and roll side. Her hair is meticulously braided in the back. Underneath, the rest of her hair rests on the back of her shoulders in large curls. She is looking at a pocket mirror and checking her lips which are colored deep primary red. Mokuba is the first to speak, "Are you wearing make up?!" She closes the pocket mirror and slips it into her small silver purse. She crosses her arms and gives them a big grin. Seto leans back, peering down her back and raising an eyebrow. He should hide it, but at the moment he doesn't care about the consequences.

"That's right. Take a good look, boys. This is as good as it's going to get! After this it's back to leggings, t shirts, hoodies and… that's about it!" Seto innocently obeys her request to take a good look and obviously looks at her front. She chuckles and unfolds her arms, gesturing for him to continue. "That's right! Take it in. I know I look amazing." She causes both of them to bust out in laughter. The elevator indicator beeps once they arrive at the gala floor. They straighten up and prepare for what's ahead. Seto refrains the urge to take her hand. She had accomplished so much for the company on her own. She deserved to be in this room regardless of her position at Kaiba Corp. They walked in together on equal ground while some people noticed and recognized Seto. In the back of the ballroom, Zigfried notices. He gives a big smile when he eyes Kisara. When he sees Seto, he frowns. Kisara and Seto nod to each other then discretely split. As expected, a larger crowd follows the mysterious well-dressed young woman who arrived with Seto then himself. Seto is eventually greeted by a small group of people. Zigfried waits until Mokuba and Kisara are separated. Kisara smiles genuinely to most of the powerful men around her. Her eyes sparkle while she speaks proficiently. Most of the men find her delightful. Some of them challenge her which she debunks quickly, like putting out a flame. Mokuba eventually leaves to try speaking to others on his own. Seto is amicable towards people but keeps them at arm's length. He turns away from Kisara to keep Mokuba in view. Zigfried seizes the opportunity and walks up to her. He met her when she was awkward around others and then again when she was feared. Seeing her now, so confident and capable make him feel possessive. He feels responsible for her success.

He hears her charming a company owner for industrial 3D printers, "I have actually played with the Electric Nails before."

A man to her left gives her a look of awe, "Really?! You have a vast range of talents Miss. Oatani."

She bows respectfully, "Thank you. I would be happy to introduce them to you once day. Tell me what talents do you have?" Zigfried coughs getting their attention. Others around her notice too. Kisara stares through him, as if he isn't even there.

Zigfried grows impatient, "Good evening, Fraulein."

He bows deeply while Kisara asks flatly, "Do I know you?"

Zigfried clutches at his heart from her indifference and straightens, trying to appear in control, "My name is Zigfried Schroeder. We have met a couple times." He states dryly. "I would be happy to discuss an offer regarding Schroeder Corp issued 3D printers. If you have the time."

Kisara blinks at him then fires back, "We were talking of talents not 3D printers Herr Schroeder. Mr. Maye and I were in the middle of a conversation, so I suggest you move on. I don't care for men who barge in so boldly without respect for who they are talking to." Zigfried is frozen on the spot. The others around them chuckle while Kisara eyes him curiously. He stomps off to the side while Seto turns to watch her. "I guess his talent is making an ass of himself." The men around her burst into laughter while she joins in. Zigfried sits at the bar and watches her obviously. They continue to mingle throughout the night.

Creepy-

Kisara stirs a drink in front of her. She sits at the hotel lobby bar with several business cards in front of her. She changed out of her dress and is now wearing black, wide legged trousers. She wears a black cropped tank top with a diamond big net shirt. It is cut like a t-shirt and goes down to the middle of her thighs. After the gala, Mokuba wanted to enjoy the suite. In truth he wanted Seto and Kisara to spend more time together. The suite also had a lot of amenities available for him to enjoy. Kisara let those in the music world know she would be in town and arranged for a meeting to give a studio her samples. Seto asked if he could accompany her, and she accepted. She offered to meet in the lobby because he wanted to change into something discrete. She takes a sip of her gin and tonic while writing a note on a card: 'Electric Nails Fan'. She smiles then moves on to another. She hears the seat next to her being pulled out and someone taking a seat. "Hello Fraulein Oatani."

Kisara doesn't look up but picks up another card and writes a note on the back, "I would apologize about earlier, but you made it too easy." He swipes the card from her fingertips causing her to look at him.

"I expected our reunion to be warmer. Maybe, we meet in the dead of night. Our lips crash into each other like violent waves on rocky shores- ugh!" Kisara kicks the barstool out from under him in the middle of describing his fantasy. He falls hard on the floor while others watch. He waves them off while struggling to get to his feet. Kisara plucks the card he took from her out of the air. She takes it and gathers the rest to place them in her crossbody bag. Zigfried slowly gets to his feet feeling deflated. He takes the opportunity to swipe his hand around her waist. She catches his wrist and holds it still. His raises his eyebrows repeatedly and wiggles his finger. It catches her invisible batons that are attached to her belt. She lets go of his wrist while he grabs hold of one and takes it. He finds a button and presses it, causing it to turn visible. It's a smooth long cylinder and carries a heavy weight. "I've heard of your invisible technology." He lifts and sits back on the barstool. He runs his hand across it finding a tiny concave hold towards the lower end. "I recall your last design was more jagged. You've perfected it since then." Zigfried refers to her previous batons she used on his men in Egypt. The comment is supposed to surprise her, but her face remains unmoved, "You have also perfected yourself."

She gives him a cheeky smirk, "Come on Zigfried. You know I was always perfect from the beginning. I've just grown up a little. What about you? So far, you seem up to the same tricks. Do you have another offer for me?" She narrows her eyes, evaluating him.

"Final chance Fraulein. I offer you my COO position. You could run it all. Do whatever you want. I watched you today-"

"Creepy." Kisara takes a sip leaving him to sit in his burn.

He sighs at her interruption, "You enchanted those people on your own. You don't need Seto." Kisara opens her mouth about to reply, then pauses. She leans back lets out a deep belly laugh. He watches her curvy body bounce and licks his lips.

"Don't do that." She commands, noticing his gaze. Zigfried smiles at her obvious attachment to Seto. He could use it. It was a blind spot in her vision.

"I couldn't help but notice you two aren't together." This makes Kisara freeze. Her hand holds her drink and holds it up to her face, about to take a sip, "His hand didn't wrap around your waist or escort you inside to the gala. I would have kept a tight grip if I was introducing you to that crowd of vultures." She stays frozen and her head slowly turns to face him. He smiles bigger at her reaction, "Let me tell you something about Seto Kaiba. He is a monster, a cruel man with little going on besides work and status. You could be with someone different. Someone, who understands love." Kisara stays frozen, then starts to laugh again. This time her crazed cackles get louder with each passing second.

He scowls at her disrespectful answer to his offer, "What are you laughing at?"

She wipes a tear from her eye and explains, "Seto, Mokuba, and I are family. I may work for him, but we operate together."

"I highly doubt that. Do you know who Seto Kaiba is?" She starts laughing again while he gets frustrated.

His eye twitches while she answers through her chuckling, "I think I may be the only person who does." Her laughter dies down, "You seriously don't get it. It's sad really." Zigfried's confidence turns to vengeance."I suggest you leave. He will be here soon. He won't take it easy on you like I am."

"That was taking it easy?" Zigfried breathes in German.

"That's right." Kisara replies back in fluent German.

"We have time my dear. I have my men watching the doors."

"Once again, creepy."

He flinches, "Please, enough. What do you say to my offer?"

"Gee, I don't know. How is your stance on forcing people to do things? Last I checked, it didn't align with my expectations for a workplace." Zigfried sighs at her dodgy humor.

He remembers what he told her back in Egypt, "You are coming with me whether you want to or not."

He feels at a loss. This conversation didn't unfold the way he hoped, "I expected better from you." He hisses

She gives him an indifferent look, "And I expected nothing from you."

"What if I stay? What would happen if we came face to face? Seto and I."

Kisara thinks, "At first, probably nothing."

"Nothing at all."

"Nope."

He chuckles, "What if he recognizes me? Surely you two have talked of me before?" Kisara shakes her head no. He feels a heavy pit form in his stomach. "What does this mean?"

She gives him an evil look. A sinister smile spreads across her face, and he recoils. She looks like a different cruel woman than the one he watched while he was younger.

"I'm not sure how I could make this any clearer. It's not that I hate you. But I haven't thought of you in a long time. I haven't talked about you, and I don't think about you, at all. To me, you are nothing." He feels the strong sting of her words and tilts his head. "I assume Seto is on his way?" Zigfried frowns and reaches for his earpiece. Kisara leans forward and says softly, "I ask please, leave me alone. I've been flourishing lately, the view is amazing, but unfortunately you aren't invited on this journey. Whatever you feel for me, let it go." Zigfried lingers for a moment while she stares at him stone faced. "For the record, I wish the same for you." His eyes start to swell with tears. She flipped his world upside down. He assumed she pined for him and hoped for a future where they are together. But it was all one sided. He gets up from his seat and she takes his hand pulling him back, "My independence might insult you, but I'll always wish you well. Auf Wiedersehen Herr Schroeder." She turns back to the bar and returns to her drink. Zigfried feel hollow after her truthful refusal. He slinks away feeling despondent with Seto coming into her view shortly after. Her sinister eyes blink until they turn laxed and trusting. She waves at him as he approaches the bar. Zigfried watches from another part of the room. He sees Kisara tease and tug Seto's bucket hat down to cover his eyes. He pulls it back up and gives her a look of admiration instead of annoyance.

Zigfried notices his expression. {Does he, love her too?} He was Seto pay her tab to her objection, and they walk out together into the night. {I'm afraid you have to get in line Herr Kaiba. She is mine.}

Present Seto looks away from the journal entry and steps back. The entire time reading, he hoped she would be ruthless towards him. She was, but now Zigfried's motive is clear. The fact that he tried to force her into working for him in Egypt worried him. Back then he didn't know she could fight. Now he does. It was clear by their conversations he was poking and prodding to learn more about her. The only missing piece he needed was for her to be vulnerable which is the case now, while recovering. Could he be successful this time? He continues reading. He knew what happened next but was desperate to read it from her perspective. That night their relationship changed, and it lived in his dreams. He was close to giving her the ring that day but decided against it in the end.

The Slip-

Seto accompanied Kisara to a recording studio where she played a song and helped teach it to a famous artist for them to use. After enjoying watching her play, teach, and rock out, his heart was full. They both weren't tired despite the time of night, so they decided to find a local watering hole. Kisara's friend that worked at the recording studio suggested a place. Once they arrived, Seto opens the door for her. It's large on the inside with a giant wrap around bar in the middle. Kisara gives Seto a look of approval while he gestures for them to make their way to an empty high-top table. He silently signals with a nod of his head that he will get their drinks. Before he leaves, he pulls back her chair so she can sit. She blushingly accepts, then watches him walk over to the bar. She turns to the other side of the table after, overlooking a dance floor. Once seated, Seto hands her a drink. She takes a sip, then giggles at Seto's outfit. She asked her friend at the studio to help make it more discrete. She jokingly pointed out that wearing a Kaiba Corp bucket hat made him stand out more due to his height. He now wears a red shirt, black pants, black puffer jacket and black baseball hat. It was still weird seeing him wear a hat in general but at least he didn't stick out like a sore thumb.

"I think they did great. My buddy really came through." She says eyeing his outfit. Seto looks down at his appearance innocently while she giggles.

"Yeah, I don't look too bad do I?"

"I didn't expect red to look good on you. You definitely pull it off."

He leans closer to her across the narrow table, "I've learned on this trip that you can pull off anything." She blushes while he smiles at her modesty. He raises his glass, "To our success. We did an amazing job at the gala."

She raises her glass to his and clinks them together, "We sure did." They continue to talk and throughout the night. The first drink turns to 6 and Seto suggests they take celebratory shots as well. They ask the bartender to make 6 so they don't have to order later. They continue to swap stories. The giddy chatter between them never finds a pause. Zigfried doesn't come up at all in Kisara's mind and she enjoys her time with Seto.

The night gets late while they take their second round of shots. Kisara leans forward after shaking her head frantically to get past the taste. Seto squints his eyes and puckers his lips to cope. "Okay, let's play a game." Seto chuckles then nods, "Fuck, marry, kill out of the people at this bar." Kisara's body sways while giving him a broad smile. The alcohol made the room spin, but she finds it fun.

He chuckles feeling his own body sway due to the shots too, "I would kill that guy in the back who keeps eyeing you." Seto points subtly with his eyes. Kisara, however, obviously turns her whole body to look at who he means. She sees a white bearded man with a large leather jacket on. He gives her a toothless smile while she turns back around chuckling.

"Okay fair." She chuckles, "Who would you fuck?"

"I would fuck… you." Her eyes go wide, and her level of drunkenness causes her to flinch. He cracks a smile and leans closer. Her heart stops as he continues, "And I would also marry, you."

She chuckles and closes the gap between them. The alcohol helps her digest his statement and urges her to challenge him. Her chest crosses over the table, her breasts spill out and flatten against the surface. Seto eyes them and raises an eyebrow to check on her reaction. She simply smiles, "You know, that's cheating. You can't pick the same person twice."

He leans forward to whisper something in her ear, "I'm afraid there is no one else I would pick." Instead of pulling back embarrassed, she giggles from his breath tickling her ears. Seto pulls back to watch her and smiles. He can tell her guard is down and he loves it. He thinks it's becoming increasingly clear she feels something more for him. He enjoys testing the waters before giving her the ring. Suddenly a song plays at the dance floor. Kisara whips her head around then turns back to Seto.

"I fucking love this song." Seto nods to the dance floor while she hops down from her chair. "Join me?" He shakes his head no, but she doesn't mind. She hurries over to an empty spot then starts to dance. Her arms wrap around herself while she sways side to side. Seto watches happily and takes a sip from his drink. She continues to dance while his mind runs wild with spicy thoughts of her in the dress from the gala. He notices the man from before point at her to his friends. Their eyes scan her from top to bottom while Seto spies them. Seto quietly and cooly stands up and walks towards her. At this point, she is steadily tossing her ass in the air and twists her head back and forth, feeling the music. Seto watches her, licking his lips then takes her hands in his. She looks up, her eyes are glazed over with interest. She can't help but look at his strong hands in hers and glance down at his crotch. He smiles, feeling his pants getting tighter. He starts to dance with her while holding her hands. He leans over to whisper in her ear, "For appearances." He explains. He turns her so she can face the other men who watch her. She stands on her tippy toes so her head peeks out over his shoulder to look. Seto then pulls away while keeping her close. He has never seen her like this before. Her eyes are focused and alluring. She stares at him unmoved. She then suddenly spins around and presses her butt slowly up against his crotch. He closes his eyes and looks up at the ceiling to try and contain himself. Kisara can feel something long and hard press up against her while she starts to grind on him. He can't help but let out a soft moan. He brings his hands to her hips and moves with her. His eyes trace her curves while she dips down, bending to her feet then rolling her body back upright. His chest tightens while watching her and she leans her back against it.

She reaches up and wraps her arm around the back of his neck while he bends down to meet her, "For appearances." She whispers back. He wraps his arms across her stomach. He hugs her there for a moment and sighs deeply. She can feel his breath rise and fall. She turns back to face him while he stares. His eyes are resolved and narrow. He wants to do so much to her. He starts to list them, but instead buries his face in her neck while she gasps slightly. She wraps her arms around his back, and he stays in place, no longer dancing. Something has changed. The mood has shifted. It's like they are traveling in a car and the driver shifted into a different gear. He hears her whisper in his ear again, "Do-do you want to get out of here?" He pulls away to watch her. Her eyes are hungry for his touch, and he can tell. He was good at reading her face, but he has never seen her like this before. All he wants is to take her back to the hotel right now. Instead of answering her, he pulls her back toward their table. He hands her one of their last two shots and clinks it with his own. She cracks a smile and takes it quickly. While her face twists from the brutal taste, Seto is already pulling her to the bar so he can close out. It is crowded, so she waits behind him, hugging his back. Her face feels on fire from the alcohol and flirting. Now, she didn't care about the consequences. She wanted him now. It appeared by the way Seto wanted to leave quickly, that he wanted her too. She didn't have the control to avoid her urges anymore, and she didn't want to. She scans the room while the bartender gives Seto his receipt. Some of the creepy men from before start to approach while she leans into him more. The one with the white beard locks eyes with her while she shrinks further into Seto's back. She suddenly feels his arm wrap around her and pull her in front of him. He pins her against the bar and rests his chin on top of her head absent mindedly. She keeps facing behind him and looks at the men who stop in their tracks. Seto isn't looking at her, but the receipt behind her on the bar. He reaches his arms around her and rests them on her waist while signing it. His eyes dart to look at her face. She gives him a timid smile followed by a light kiss on his neck. She feels thousands of feet high in the air, walking a tight rope without a safety net. She knows she will fall hard onto the consequences the next morning. But after everything they had been through, she didn't care. It's a good thing she can fly. The amount of alcohol was also a large factor which she welcomed. Seto smiles and returns her kiss with one of his own on her temple. Once he closes out, he nods at the bartender and pushes the receipt back at him. He turns his head and spies the men behind him. He turns to face them with Kisara's back against his chest.

He steers Kisara past them and nods saying, "Have a good night gentlemen." Once outside, a car pulls up to the curb. Seto leads Kisara by her waist to the back seat. He speaks into her ear again, "This is us." She climbs in while he holds open the door. They drive in complete silence on the way back to the hotel.

Crossing the Bridge-

Seto swipes the hotel key card to enter their suite. The car ride over there was silent. Along the way, Kisara and Seto only exchanged glances and small smiles. The suite door opens, and they walk through. Immediately Seto realizes Mokuba is not around. Kisara glances up at him and he can tell she noticed the same. He waits in silence while closing the door behind him. He is drunk but determined to not mess up whatever comes next. If she wanted something to happen, he wanted her to initiate it. He was worried that once he started, he wouldn't be able to stop. Like a boulder barreling down a hill. He has loved her for so long and wanted her to feel safe. Kisara doesn't joke or tease. She goes on her tippy toes to get taller. The top of her head only reaches the bottom of his neck, leaving him a whole head taller. She wraps her arms around the back of his neck causing him to lean closer. That was all he needed. He dips his head down and crashes his lips into hers. The kiss lands on her excited mouth. She opens it, playfully touching his tongue with her own. Their first kiss was everything he expected. Her lips are soft and supple. Her frame feels tiny in his hands while she runs her hands through his hair. His arm pulls her waist closer causing her to squeak lightly while their lips are still glued together. They continue to kiss passionately until Seto pulls away. She gives him a hopeful look while his body goes into auto pilot. He picks her up so both her legs are on either side of his waist. He puts her arms around him to hold herself up, then moves his hands. He grabs a handful of her ass while checking her expression to see if it's okay. She is surprised but beams at his contact causing him to smile back. He grabs it with both hands while carrying her to his bedroom. She silently hugs him closer and rests her head on his shoulder while watching him carry her away.

Once inside, he closes the door behind him and tosses her on the bed. She sits up on her elbows to see him. He takes off his jacket and shoes, then turns to her. He slowly starts at the foot of the bed and starts to crawl to her on the mattress. His eyes glint while she matches his gaze. When his head reaches hers, he whispers, "Are you okay with this?" He plants small kisses on her neck while moving up to her head. He nibbles on her ear causing her to giggle.

Her voice quivers, but sounds sure, "Y-Yes." She reaches for his crotch and squeezes his member through his pants. His reaction is quiet, but significant. She sees his head twist to the side before meeting her eyes again. His eyes now burn for her while she pleads, sending his heart into a frenzy. "Please." She unzips his pants and starts to massage him with her hands. He looks down and away from her face but is only able to look at her beautiful body on his bed instead. She continues to stroke it, causing him to touch her all over. He pulls her close and kisses her again while she occasionally squeaks at his control. She continues to play with him while he passionately kisses her. He runs his hands through her hair and grabs her ass while they fool around. She suddenly feels hesitant due to her inexperience. She had been kissed a couple times, but she never enjoyed it. She was worried she couldn't please him. The thought bubbled to the surface, causing her to pull away from his kiss. "Seto, wait. I- I haven't done it before." He watches and delicately moves a piece of hair out of her face. He listens while panting slightly, "I don't think I'm ready. This is the most I've ever done." She feels exposed and waits for his answer.

It comes without hesitation, "That is okay. The important thing is that you are comfortable. We don't have to do anything if you don't want to."

His response makes her damp. She flips herself on top of him while he watches surprised, "I don't know about that." She says beaming. She slowly shimmies her way down to his crotch while he sees, itching for what comes next. She unzips and pulls off his pants while he uses the opportunity to take of his shirt. Once it's pulls over his head, she engulfs him in her mouth. He tosses the shirt to the side and grips the sheets. He gives her a significant groan to indicate he enjoys it. He closes his eyes and feels her all around him. His excitement slowly starts to accelerate with each minute passing by. She bobs her head up and down rapidly causing him to struggle for control. He grips her hair causing the sensation to get faster and deeper. He eventually grunts loudly and feels her throat tighten around him while she swallows. She looks up at him, her face flushed and tired. A long bead of drool stretches, then breaks while she pulls away. She wipes her mouth and struggles to sit up. Seto sees tears streaking down her cheeks while he regains his excitement. This time he flips her back on the bed. He sits on his knees between her legs while she swallows hard. He slowly starts to take off her clothes. He starts with the shirt and tank top underneath. Once he is done, he looks at her breasts. Seeing them bare for the first time gives him a strong surge of desire. They are perky and larger than he expected. He guesses she is maybe a DD. They slightly fall away from each other due to her position laying on her back. He moves on to her pants which he starts to unzip and pull off her legs. She subconsciously covers her breasts when he finishes. He delicately traces his finger along the inside of her thigh while she moans softly. He glances at her and looks at her hands. He pulls them away so he can see. Her face rapidly flushes while he gently grabs her chin, pulling it towards him.

He makes her look at him while saying, "You don't have to hide." He grabs one of her breasts and delicately squeezes it. She squeezes out a tear and gives him a hungry groan. He watches and lifts the tear from her face, feeling a strong desire pooling in his abdomen. "You are beautiful." She giggles out of breath, mostly due to disbelief. She can't believe they finally arrived at this point. None of this was like the dreams or fantasies she had before. It was real and she craved more. Seto kisses her, causing them both to feel a wave of ecstasy wash over them. He then pulls away to move down to her crotch while pulling the blanket over him. Unlike Kisara, he was very confident in his abilities and wanted to show her what he could do. Kisara feels his tongue around her opening and starts to moan. She runs a hand through his hair while he continues to lick her quickly.

"S-Seto." Hearing his name gives him the unlimited energy which he uses well. She bends her legs and arches her back while she is pushed to the edge. "Oh Seto, yes." His heart flutters while he continues, feeling his hair get pulled. Eventually she shrieks quietly causing him to get hard as a rock. She tries to put her legs together, but Seto pulls them apart and pins them to the mattress. "Oh fuck!" She lets out a loud and long moan. Seto feels his mouth get wet and swallows her sweetness. He moves out from under the blanket to watch her. Her moan dies down slowly illustrating her satisfaction. Kisara pants heavily and watches him. Her limbs feel like lead, and she doesn't move. He joins her towards the top of the bed and wraps her into his arms. He can feel something damp on his leg when placing it between hers. He smiles and pulls her head closer while sniffing her hair. She returns his affection and nestles her head in his bare chest. "Th-thank you." She says embarrassed.

Seto gives her a curious look and lifts her head by the chin so she can look at him. She fights the urge to look away and listens, "I should be saying the same to you. Did you like it?"

She gives him a large blush and speaks frantically, "Oh yes. It-*cough*-it was-" She struggles to find the words. She feels the alcohol rush to her head and comes up with her reply, "That was mind blowing."

He chuckles while she hears the laughter boom in his chest, "Mind blowing?" She nods and looks away feeling childish. "It was mind blowing for me too." He admits while watching a smile creep across her face. "Have you done that before? To someone else?" Kisara shakes her head steadily and watches his eyes glint with excitement. He likes that he was her first. "Has someone eaten you out before?" He smiles at the blush that crosses her face at simply hearing what he did. She shakes her head wildly. While distracted, Seto gently lifts her and places her head back on the pillow. He kneels in between her legs and spreads them. He watches for her reaction which is worth the wait. Her eyes are wide, and her expression is flustered. Her mouth opens as if she has something to say, but nothing comes out. "Can I do it again?" He lightly grazes the inside of her thigh to watch her expression change. Her face turns red. She doesn't reply but nods slowly. He gives her a sideways smile and does as she asks.

The Morning After-

Seto blinks awake. The light streaming in from his windows causes him to squint. When his eyes refocus, he looks down. In his arms is Kisara. She breathes lightly in her sleep. He can feel his skin touching hers while he remembers her naked body the night before. Her lips are barely parted but suddenly she whispers in her sleep, "Seto." He kisses her forehead before realizing what he has done. Her eyes shoot open then gawk at him. He freezes, unsure of what to do. Her eyes dart down to the blanket where his naked body is underneath. Her nostrils flare and she rigidly sits up in bed. Her chest feels cold bites causing her to pull the blanket up and wrap it around her. Seto dreaded the next morning, knowing she would act awkward. He still can't pass up the opportunity to mock her.

"You've already seen what's underneath. No need to run." She turns to face him and gives him a look that could kill. He sits up slowly and tries to calm her down, "I'm kidding. Don't panic. We can talk about this." She stands to leave and wraps the blanket around her. He can only see her profile. She looks down at the ground, lost in thought. Suddenly there is a rapid knock at the door.

"Seto!" Mokuba knocks repeatedly on his door. Seto glances at the door then turns back to Kisara, but she is gone. He warily looks around for any sign of her while getting up from bed. Truthfully, he would love to play naked hide and seek with her but telling her that would have to wait. He only sees the blanket she was holding previously on the floor. He puts on a pair of sweatpants and walks to the door.

"Go away Mokuba."

"Okay!" Mokuba does as he is told without Seto having to open the door. He turns around to the empty room and looks around.

"Kisara?" He walks around and checks behind the dresser. There is no one there. He turns to the opposite end of the room. "Kisara? Where are you?" He hears shuffling behind him and turns. He finds her at the dresser, sorting through his clothes. "Will you look at me?" She pulls on her trousers from the night before and lifts one of his shirts over her head before turning around. She looks at him with a blank expression. Next, she rapidly crouches down to get the rest of her things and walks to the door. He barrels after her and blocks her with his arm. "Please don't go." She opens her mouth to reply, but again nothing comes out. "Take your time and say something. You have to say something." She slowly brings a hand to his face tenderly. He freezes at her touch.

"I don't want to ruin our friendship." It made sense. She wasn't objecting either. "I-I had a good time." She continues, clearly uncomfortable to admit it.

He corrects her, "We had a good time." She smiles at his encouraging words, but soon they turn mocking, "You did 7 times according to my count." She reaches for the doorknob in a flash, but Seto prevents her from opening it. "I'm sorry. I just like seeing you frazzled. Please stay. Let's talk about it."

"We will talk at home." He can tell by her voice that his last joke cost him. He sighs and moves, allowing her to leave.

Present day Seto quickly goes back to read how Kisara felt. Back then he was nervous that he overstepped. Now he knows she felt torn. Hesitant because she was scared to tell him her secret. The secret that she was a Blue Eyes Crystal Dragon and anyone else who knew this left her once they found out. She didn't want the same to happen with him. Most of her commentary stated this over and over again, as if reminding her to stay away. The rest of her notes talked about how she wanted him badly. "He was extremely kind the whole night. I had never done anything like that before. But I found him to be very patient with me. I will forever be grateful, but I keep looking to the past for answers. Maybe, it's time for me to pave a new way forward; with him. But what if he leaves? I guess I'll have to snap some pictures before that happens. I could look at that bod all day." She drew a happy devil face next to this note which makes Seto chuckle. He moves on to the next part of her journal. He already knows what happens. Kisara was definitely acting weird on the way back. She was silent even around Mokuba which was strange. Seto would glance over at her during the trip. He only saw her eyes deep in thought.

Roland is driving an eerily silent private car with Kisara, Mokuba and Seto inside. They are driving to Kisara's apartment to drop her off. Once they pull up to the curb, Seto offers to walk her to the door. Roland and Mokuba wait in the car. They watch from behind the car windows. Seto takes her bag out of the trunk while she protests with her eyes. His heart sinks at her continued silence. He ignores her protests and walks up the stairs with her. He stands in the doorway while she takes the bag from his hands and tosses it behind her in the living room without looking. He watches her with an eyebrow raised. She gives him a look that says she is ready to talk, but he can tell she is struggling. He places a hand on her shoulder to help. She flinches from a flashback that plays in her head. She sees him holding her close in his bed. He kisses her tenderly and brushes the back of her shoulder with his fingers gently. He pulls away to look at her face. She gives him an exhausted grin, then plants tiny kisses on his face. He loves it and dives under the blanket for the 5th time that night.

"Oh, you don't have to if- uuhhm" Her protests are interrupted by Seto's tongue. She is pulled back to the present and covers her face with her hands. Despite how she feels, Seto can't see what she is thinking for once. He lets go of her shoulder, feeling unsure.

"Kisara, can we talk tomorrow? We can do it after the tour at our north facility. I don't want to pressure you. I can tell you have a lot on your mind." Kisara gives him a look of relief, "I want you to know, I would do anything to protect our friendship. No matter what you decide, I promise not to let it get between us. I will not hurt you again and I can't lose you either, I won't." Her eyes go wide at his words. They are exactly what she needs to hear, but the thought of herself transforming into her dragon form is enough to bring back her hesitation. "Before I go, can you tell me anything? Can you give me a hint as to what you are feeling?" Her impulsive thoughts pierce through her mind. Instead of second guessing like she normally would, she acts on them. She pulls him by his coat collar into her apartment. He is stunned while she gets on her tippy toes and pulls him into a kiss. It feels impulsive and raw, so it takes him a couple seconds to register. She doesn't doubt herself anymore and jumps onto him, wrapping her arms around the back of his neck and her legs around his waist. He almost drops her but realizes what she is doing just in time. He grabs a hold of her ass to keep her from slipping through his grip. She grabs his face with both her hands and continues to smack his lips against her own. She moves her head around his nose to kiss him more. Seto, now clued into her actions, carries her over to the couch. He gently drops her on the cushions and takes the lead. He continues to kiss her but starts running his hands under her clothes. She raises her arms above her head, indicating she wants him to take them off. He pulls away and starts to take off her shirt hurriedly. He stops when her shirt is under her chin. She breathes heavily watching him pause. She feels weightless while watching his eyes trace all over her body. He delicately starts to massage her breasts while she reads his expression. He knows Mokuba is waiting in the car below. She gives him a smile and finally finds her voice.

"Do-does that answer your question?"

He keeps his eyes on her body while a big grin creeps across his face. "I wish I could stay to hear the rest of your answer." He leans closer and plants small kisses on her neck. She giggles sweetly, then he pulls back, "I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow?" She nods while he gets up to leave. She sits up on the couch and pulls her clothes back on. He turns before walking through the door and gives her a wave. She waves back sheepishly and watches him leave. Once he is back in the car, he is greeted with large grins from Roland and Mokuba. He glances out the window and realizes they saw Kisara jump on him through her apartment window. It appears they didn't see what happened next, but what they already saw was enough. "Don't. Say. A Word." He commands their silence in an instant while the car pulls off the curb and drives away.

Present Seto reads her deepest thoughts of that moment. It makes him smile, knowing he made her feel happy. They completed the facility tour that next day. He wanted to talk so badly. He reads that Kisara was actually avoiding that conversation. She was worried that Seto would get the answer out of her that she was a dragon. He probably would have. He reads, "Despite what I've told myself over and over again, I can't stop thinking of Seto. For years I thought I couldn't be with anyone. That my dragon form would cause them to run, no matter who they were. But with him, I hope that something can change. But I don't want to pull the trigger and find out." Her mind was also occupied, thinking of their encounter. "I found myself asking Hana for a sexier dress than normal today. I hate myself, but I didn't realize why I was doing it until it was already done." Seto knows the exact outfit. A primary blue dress with a wrap skirt and high slit up to her thigh. She still wore Hana's options for work, but they were typically suit or work pants with nice blouses. That day was very different.

Big Moves-

Kisara knocks at Seto's office door while having her holo-deck open. That morning, she was nervous to see him for the first time since their trip. When she walked into HQ, she was whisked away to help others in her department immediately. Next, she visited Al who gave her a list of action items to address. Al noticed her change in wardrobe but kept it to himself. By the time she absentmindedly opens Seto's office door, her mind is already racing with tasks she has to tackle next. She forgets about her appearance and the conversation he wanted to have at the end of the day. They were scheduled to tour their latest facility together, so she arrived at his office just in time. She starts giving a status update after she walks in, "Okay," She draws out the word while swiping her hands in the air. Her screen splits into two and enlarges above their heads. She doesn't look directly, but in her periphery vision she can tell Seto and Mokuba are in the room. The image above them shows the facility and their many floors. "Mokuba will go with Roland to pick up our guests. All high-ranking duelists, all local finds, and all Domino pride." She boasts sounding proud of her new home. "Seto, if it's okay with you, I want to start at the bottom level and check out the servers. The teams probably did everything right, but I just want to double check. Then we can work our way up each floor. Next is the processing floor, above that is the entry level arenas, intermediate, advanced, then of course the VIP floor with the best views." She selects a button, so the image stays in place while she approaches his desk. She asks genuinely, "How does that sound?" Her eyes perk up in surprise when she sees Seto's face. His eyes are glued to her figure and his smirk is blocked by his hands. They are interlaced together and propped up by his elbows on the desk. His expression goes above her head, "What is it?"

He moves his hands to reveal his smirk, "You look amazing." His smirk grows into a big grin while she gets flustered. She looks down reminding herself of her own appearance.

"Th-thank you." Mokuba runs over from the couches and gives Kisara a big hug. "Hi Mokuba!"

"Hi Kisara!"

Seto stands from his desk too, "Hana has out done herself." His eyes scan her from head to toe. Excitement builds in his chest. Kisara lightly smacks his arm which only causes it to build more.

"Relax." She says dryly.

Mokuba lets go of his hug with Kisara and makes his way to the door, "I'll see you guys there! Roland told me he is downstairs. Hope you enjoy your alone time!" His last sentence was taunting but he leaves before Seto or Kisara have chances to fire back. Kisara gives Seto an evaluating look. He keeps his mouth shut. He wasn't going to be the one who told her others saw them kissing the day before. She puts a hand up to her face and sighs deeply.

Seto makes his way to the door, "We can get going, or…" instead of exiting the office, he locks the door. He hits a couple switches next to it. It causes black out curtains to fall from the ceiling and cover the windows that overlook Domino City. Kisara watches while he turns back around to face her, "Or we could stay a little longer."

She raises an eyebrow, "Is this your big move?" He reaches her at his desk and leans against it nonchalantly. He folds his arms, keeping them to himself while she leans with him. Her hands are backwards and grip the edge of the desk.

"That depends. Is it working?" Her expression turns pensive so he switches gears, "I can back off until we talk later, if that makes you more comfortable."

Kisara gives him a sincere look, "To be honest, I haven't been able to stop thinking about you." She is surprised by her own honesty and covers her face with her hands. Seto gives a short chuckle but prefers her honesty and embarrassment instead of lies.

He leans closer to her and whispers, "We left some things unfinished yesterday. I thought based on your actions, that you might want to continue." His head is hovering above her own and she feels her hair blow in the breath of his words. "I would like to pick up where we left off, if that is okay with you." She regrets looking up to match his gaze. He locks her in place with his look as she feels her body naturally lift to meet his lips. He wraps a hand around the back her neck and leans down to meet her. They kiss slowly and deliberately. Kisara reaches under his arms and grabs his shoulders with her hands. She pulls him closer while he stands, pinning her to the desk. Their kiss gets deeper and faster while he moves her legs to stand between them. She feels his rod rub against her opening causing her to pull away. She pants heavily while he starts to kiss her neck, "Sorry, I'm a little excited. I love this dress on you. You look hot." She reaches for him causing his expression to change.

She watches greedily as his head silently dips under his shoulders, then lifts. His eyes hungry for her while she starts to massage him. He plants another kiss on her lips and continues faster. He bends her legs and pushes her forward. She squeaks about to fall back on his desk, but he catches her. They pause, exchanging heavy breaths as he glances behind her. There are papers, folders, and files on the surface behind her. He keeps a hand on her back while reaching for the desk. He swipes everything off one handed in a rapid motion. She gives him a giddy smile while he resumes the same position as before, lifting her legs and pressing her up against the desk. She tries to engulf him in another kiss, and he accepts it while smiling. But it doesn't last long. He lays her down against the desk, stacking kiss after kiss as she goes down. Once on her back, he kisses her body on the way down to her crotch.

Present Seto glances to Mokuba to make sure he can't read this journal entry. It's the last one left. He was surprised she had the time to write it. It was the same day Evil Bakura took over Yami's body and challenged her. They ended up cancelling their talk. The following day, she transformed in front of him and the gang to save them. That night ended with her in his arms, weak from wielding her power. She stayed in his arms until she passed out from exhaustion. Seto is pulled from his thoughts and gets a call. He answers immediately.

He hears Haru's voice over the phone, "Sir, we found her. The team is ready to go."

Seto replies to Haru over the phone, "I'll be at the tarmac soon. Wait for me there." Seto closes the journal and locks it with the password Kisara gave him. He walks out the cabin with Mokuba trailing behind.

Reunion-

Kisara's head feels like it's made of lead. Its weight feels insurmountable while she struggles to open her eyes. "Are you okay Fraulein?" Her eyes shoot open, and she sees Zigfried, leaning over her bedside. She feels her skin crawl while she takes in her surroundings. She is in a damp, white tiled room. She has an IV in and is in a new pink hospital gown. She winces knowing she was wearing something different before. She can feel her heart unnaturally accelerate and realizes she is on adrenaline. Anger rises in her chest, but she can't move her body. Her eyes go wide, and she struggles. Zigfried notices and takes her hand against her will, "No need to struggle my dear. You can't move under this concoction anyway." She glances at her IV then gives him a coy smile. He grins at the fact her action can't support it.

"Hello Zigfried." She swallows hard causing her dry throat to feel rejuvenated. "I would say it's nice to see you but, you know, it's not."

He turns her hand face up and starts to trace the lines on her palm. "For me, it is a pleasure Fraulein." Kisara keeps her steely exterior but wants to smack him into the wall. He knows it and lifts her hand to kiss it. "Don't worry, Herr Kaiba will not be able to bother you anymore." What was he talking about? "I'm saving you Fraulein."

Kisara starts to chuckle thinking of the bracelet around her wrist. It has a tracker that will eventually lead Seto to her. She doesn't dare look down to give it away.

"You don't know anything, snake." Her tone changes from playful to venomous. This is just what Zigfried wants.

"I know you are weak and frail. What did he do to you? Luckily, I was able to save you." He gently brushes a piece of hair out of her face. Her hand twitches but doesn't move. "You are so beautiful Fraulein. Too bad Herr Kaiba won't be able to enjoy it. Have you built up the courage to tell him how you feel yet?" Kisara isn't sure how she has the strength, but she swipes her hand at his head. He holds her wrist still, preventing her from slapping him across the face. He smirks at her weak strength that can no longer hold him back. "Hm, I'll take that as a yes. You don't need to worry about him anymore though. I'm here now. I hope he didn't eat any of my cake." He holds the back of her hand to his lips and kisses it feverishly. She scowls trying to pull back, but her strength is absent. She blinks when she notices what's missing on her hand. It isn't her bracelet, but her ring that Seto gave her. She has been adrift and distant for weeks. But the last thing she remembers is watching the rain fall all around her. She looks underneath a tree while Seto holds her. He accepted her dragon form without a second thought and offers her the ring. The words he said fail to return to her memory, but it doesn't matter. Her body trembles with anger and fear. Her eyes flash but she blinks immediately after, losing her grip.

"Where is my ring?"

"Oh, that old thing? I thought you deserved something of higher value not some glowing novelty. The bracelet is fitting, so I let you keep it." He notices her rage and gestures for someone to step out of the shadows. He makes a sound of realization, "Oh I see. It's a gift from him. Don't worry we are keeping it on hand." A large guard behind him appears out of the shadows. He pulls out her glowing ring from his pocket and holds it up so she can see. Her anger spikes and she whips her hand across Zigfried's face. He sits stunned for a moment. She didn't slap him hard due to her paralysis, but he didn't expect her to be able to slap him at all. He smiles, sitting still for a moment. Suddenly he stand at his seat and pulls back her arms, pinning them to the bed. She barely manages to struggle and gives him a look of murder.

For a moment, he can see her anger change to fear, "S-stop." Her protests are weak and staggering. He gets closer until his nose is touching hers, about to kiss. She spits in his face causing him to reel back and let go. She pants trying to gain control but can only sit there motionless. Her arms still lay by her head. Zigfried gains his composure and gestures to her IV. The same guard from before administers something causing her vision to get hazy. Zigfried gets close to her face again and plants a kiss on her cheek. She recoils and tries to stay awake while he caresses it. She threatens him, "You are making a big mistake. He will come for me."

Zigfried continues to stroke her, "I'm counting on it, Fraulein. We will make sure to give him a warm reception. Once he is dealt with, it will just be you and me."

"Zigfried," She sounds sincere, trying to get him to stop, "Please stop. I love him." His eyes get a crazed look. He gives her a disappointed glare, "He loves me. When I'm naturally awake, I'm sure we will be together."

He takes her hand again, "Are you sure?" She twitches while he continues, "This concoction is thanks to Pegasus. He assured me it worked well last time."

Kisara's vision fades to black, but hearing mention of Pegasus causes her to see red. Her eyes glow white while she starts to mumble.

"No. This isn't happening again." She gets brighter and brighter while starting to yell, "No!" She rises in the air above her bed. She throws her arms back behind her and arches her back. Starting from her heart, a burst of crystal shoots out her chest. It bursts below her to lift her off the ground. The rest of the crystal around her body juts out with sharp spikes on the ends. Some of the guards nearby are impaled into the wall. She still passes out and stays there, her feet hovering above the ground.

Zigfried emerges out of cover. When he sees her, he smiles, "Oh, this is going to be fun."

Schroeder Estate-

Seto arrives at the Schroeder Estate in Germany. He stands ready to repair the past. She always told him he didn't need to apologize for not realizing Pegasus kidnaped her before. But today he has a real chance to make things right. Behind him Al, Stanton, Roland, and another guard named Georgie pull a lifeboat onto the shore. Once finished, they all stand watching Zigfried's castle on the German beach. Al joins Seto in the front. He activates his invisible cloak while the rest of his team does the same. All but Seto. "Listen up. They are expecting us. We have Kisara's technology but that is it. All of you are here today because you understand how important this is. Not only is Kisara one of us, but she is extremely valuable. If caught, she would have to endure things most wouldn't dream of. We can't let that happen."

Roland pumps a fist in the air, "Yeah! Let's save the princess in the castle!" Seto gives him an agonizingly long eye roll. Truthfully everyone there was trusted the most. Roland as specifically picked by him. The man was energetic and surprisingly only 5 years older than him. If Kisara or Mokuba were not on hand, he would turn to Roland who faithfully served him for years. He tested him a while back to see if he would be interested in learning the business and doing more. In return, He proved his worth in numerous ways. Silently Seto had him in mind to replace him, or at least be left in charge when out. But he still had a lot to learn before that time.

Georgie's invisible fist punches Roland in the shoulder for his comment, "Don't let her hear you talk about her like that." His voice was steady and low. Kisara and Stanton had gotten to know him during the Battle City Tournament. Kisara first picked him out during a training session. He was quiet. Most of the other security guards ignored him due to this fact, but Kisara didn't. She preferred to be ignored but often caught people's attention. Because of this, she always paid attention to the quieter ones in the room. He didn't suck up or annoy her. He simply did as he was told. He picked up her teachings quickly, so she started spending time training him, one on one. He continued to prove himself in small but instrumental ways. He also took up leading training later during and after the tournament. He would sometimes even join Seto and Kisara for lunch, rightfully taking a place in the inner circle. When they needed someone to trust and someone loyal to Kisara, Stanton recommended him. He didn't know about her powers, but he wasn't an idiot. He had seen her do incredible things with her strength and kill anyone who deserved it. But overall, she was kind, fair and a great teacher. That was all he needed to know. Seto sighs at the different between his and Kisara's natural proteges. Haru was considered but decided against going due to his lack of battle training.

Al takes over the conversation, "Georgie, try and find a console. See if you can find Kisara. Roland will be on standby to get her. Stanton, circle around and check out our exit strategies. I'm going with Seto, and we will be making a big splash so be ready." He throws on his hood while the others follow.

Meanwhile Zigfried is in his bedroom. He looms over Kisara while she sleeps. Her eyes twitch frantically while Zigfried watches with a menacing smile. He can tell she is trying to fight the drugs, but it's no use. He administers adrenaline to help her wake up. Her eyes shoot open, and she immediately struggles. He stands, intending to kiss her. His head hovers over hers while her eyes blink repeatedly. "Get away from me." She spits. He chuckles and brushes hair out of her face.

Meanwhile, he hears a voice behind him, "Sir." He turns to see his right-hand man, Otto. The same guard that has Kisara's ring. "He is here."

"Good." Zigfried rises from Kisara's bedside and starts to walk towards the door. He turns to Otto, "Keep her company, would you?" He then speaks directly to Kisara, "Don't worry Fraulein! I will return soon. Then we can pick up where we left off." He leaves Kisara with Otto and makes his way to his security room. He examines the cameras with other guards that monitor a console. He sees Seto standing at the front date, arms folded. "Let him in." He says slowly.

Seto and Al, invisible next to him, watch the large draw bridge fall down. They walk across it warily while Seto's rage continues to grow. Two guards wait to greet them and lead them to Zigfried. The group moves in silence while walking down a lavishly decorated hall. Seto's insults build in his chest, but he wanted to save it for Zigfried. He is lead to a large room with a dueling arena in the center. Zigfried stands on the opposite end as Seto. Seto takes notice, they are far away in distance. "Welcome Herr Kaiba." Seto continues to stare while he monologues, "How strange you would be paying me a visit. To what do I owe the pleasure?" Seto continues to stay quiet, then takes a deep breath, "What is the matter? Cat caught your tongue?" Seto suddenly gives him a piercing look. Zigfried's body naturally bends over in fear, but he tries to straighten himself before Seto notices.

Seto folds his arms across his chest and speaks to him in a sinister tone, "I actually have a lot to say Zigfried. First…"

Al suddenly hears Georgie over his earpiece. He turns away from Seto's insults to listen better, "Sir, I've found Kisara in one of the bedrooms upstairs. A guard is with her, talking to her. Whatever he is saying is not making her happy at all." He watches the screen to see Kisara's face in pure rage. The guard suddenly gets up and leaves the room, "He left. She is alone now." He leans over the security console with two of the guards knocked out on the floor.

Al then hears Roland's voice over his ear, "On it. I'm on my way up the stairs now." Al brings his attention back to Seto and Zigfried. Zigfried's eyes are wide from Seto's insults. Seto's eyes glint as he is wrapping up his current thought.

"You can't expect to leech off of her power like the sad small creatin you are. I've read her journals. I know what she thinks about you."

Zigfried's shocked exterior cracks and he leans forward, hungry to learn more, "What! What does she think?"

Seto gives him an evil smirk, "Nothing. She doesn't think of you at all."

Zigfried clenches his teeth, "Th-that is a lie! You lie Herr Kaiba!"

Seto continues unfazed, "She only kept records in case you crawled out of the flamboyant hole you came from. That way, I could be clued into your intentions. The rest of her journals are filled with stories of us. Besides the brief encounters you have had before, she doesn't elaborate at all." Zigfried feels anger rise in his chest, "We are in love and there is nothing you can do about it." His words feel like stabs to Zigfried's heart. Kisara had said the same thing. But he knew they weren't together at the gala before she was put in her critical condition.

"What could have changed since the gala?" He mumbles to himself.

"A lot. Something your perverted tiny mind couldn't comprehend."

Zigfried finds his voice while his guard Otto appears out of the door behind him, "You know nothing. We are meant to be together, forever. You are just a footnote in her life. I am the main event." Otto walks up behind him and whispers something in his ear. Zigfried calms down and straightens up. "Now, do you want to duel? Or do you expect to get far with your empty words?"

Meanwhile, Kisara is awake in bed. Her anger consumes her, but her body can't match it. Zigfried's guard Otto said horrible things to her. She blocked out the rest of his words while her eyes glazed over with anger. From what she did hear, Zigfried promised him use of her body. Kisara struggles to examine Zigfried's room. She scowls when she sees expensive women's clothing hanging on the dresser, most likely for her. Next to her, on the bedside table, are syringes for adrenaline and whatever was given to her with Pegasus. "Kisara?" She can't turn her head, but she sees Roland emerge from behind his invisible cloak. "It's me. Are you okay?"

She feels the adrenaline wearing off and weakly gestures to the bedside table.

"Roland. I need more adrenaline. Give it to me now." He look at it hesitant. Before she told him to never give her adrenaline. "Roland now. Or so help me I will kick your ass." He pushes past his fear and takes one of the syringes. He administers it properly having watched the nurse before. Kisara feels a small surge but needs more. "More. Use all of it."

"What? But you will be out for longer."

"You didn't have trouble doing it before. I need to kill."

"Kill?"

Some of her energy is replenished and she whips her head at him, "Do it now."

"What about Seto?"

She flinches at his words. She doesn't know yet that he knows about their intimacy after the trip. "He will understand. Now do it!" Roland does as she says and injects her with 6 syringes of adrenaline. She grunts then starts to move her arms. She makes circles with them and slowly starts to stretch. Her arms felt like they worked, it was now time to test out her legs. Without thinking, she leans off the side of the bed and lands on the floor.

She grunts in pain while Roland tries to help her off the floor, "I've got you."

"Let me go." She says sternly. The anger that comes with the adrenaline spikes and her eyes glow white. They flicker but then remain steady. Typically, they have been brighter before, but this is all she can do for now. The glow indicates that Horus agrees with what she is thinking. "I don't need to walk." Roland lets her go and watches as crystal wings slowly emerge out of her back. He pulls back in shock while they grow long enough to hold her body off of the ground. They look more like spider legs than wings. Her body feels conflicting flows of energy, anger, exhaustion, and pain. Her anger pushes the rest of the emotions aside while she hangs her head low. Her hair is damp from sweat and covers her face. Watching her reminds Roland of female river ghosts in Japan. "Sorry Roland." Her voice is severe but joking, "You are about to see some real shit." She lifts her head revealing a sharp smile. Her wings turn invisible and carry her to the bedroom door that leads out the hall. Once she opens it, she faces about ten men in the hall. They turn to watch her, confused. She doesn't hesitate but instead screeches loudly and launches into the hall. One of her wings invisibly throws a man against the wall. He slides down it and lands on the floor knocked out. The others watch confused while she spins around, knocking more people out of the way with her other wing. Roland sees a small swipe of blood follow her attack and notices some of the guards grip their bleeding chests. At the end of the hall, Kisara holds one of the men by his collar and easily tosses him behind her with one hand. Roland puts on his cloak and nervously follows her. Each step he takes, he is in pure shock watching her rage. She makes it to the security room and stops in her tracks when she sees two guards already on the floor. Georgie sees her in the doorway having just watched her capabilities on one of the screens. He removes his hood so she can see him. She pants heavily but straightens when she sees him. She walks up to him and wraps him in a hug. He pats her back lightly as she says, "Georgie! I've missed you."

Roland takes off his hood to reply sarcastically, "How come Georgie gets that welcome?" Kisara pulls away from the hug and plops down in one of the chairs. She looks at her hands and continues to pant heavily while feeling her energy surge.

She lazily rolls her head to face Roland, "It's because he isn't a whiney crybaby." Roland's skin crawls at seeing her like this while Georgie sighs. He had seen small glimpses of her anger, and it didn't surprise him.

He raises a hand to his earpiece while Kisara fiddles with the console, "I'll let the others know we found you." Kisara hits a final button on the console causing music to be heard out of every speaker in Zigfried's castle.

"Don't worry Georgie. I'll let them know." She has a creepy smile on her face while she reaches for the PA microphone. She turns it on and speaks into it. Seto and Al look up smiling, "Hello dipshits." Downstairs, Zigfried and Otto look up at the speakers playing her voice. "I suggest if you don't want to die, that you evacuate the building. I will make sure not to kill you. Anyone else still inside should know I am out for blood." She pauses, "See you soon Zigfried." She clicks the microphone off and makes her way out the security booth. Her feet hover of the ground as her wings act as legs. She swiftly glides out of the room while Georgie and Roland put on their hoods and follow.

Back downstairs, Seto takes the opportunity to gloat, "Now you've really done it."

Zigfried scowls, "She won't get far."

"I doubt that. You don't know her."

He gives Seto a wink, "I've taken precautions."

Seto glares at him across the room, "What does that mean?" The corner of Zigfried's smile creeps wider, watching Seto squirm. "What did you do to her?"

Meanwhile, Roland, Georgie, and Kisara wait in an elevator that is going down. Kisara is covered in blood. She wipes her hand across her face so she can see through the blood. She sits on the floor of the elevator while her wings are clinging to the walls above their heads. Roland stands dumb folded while Georgie makes a comment. "You weren't kidding. They did deserve it." Previously, Roland asked if Kisara could stop killing and she gave him an annoyed look. "Roland, the fact my eyes are glowing means they deserve it."

"What does that even mean?!"

Roland gives her a shaken look, so she gestures to the next room, "Watch." She kicks down the door and lowers herself back to her feet. She staggers appearing to be weak while the men watch.

"Look at what we have here. A delicate bird." One of them approaches and chokes her. Kisara coughs, actually losing control while he continues, "How about we take you for a test run before Zigfried gets a taste." Suddenly he is punched in the face and staggers back. Georgie turns off his invisibility, showing himself. He reels back and lands another punch to a man nearby. Roland joins in on the action out of rage while Kisara slowly lifts off the ground.

They are back in the elevator heading to the ground floor where Zigfried is. Kisara leans back against the elevator wall catching her breath. Her eyes still give off a faint glow, "I told you they deserved it." The elevator dings and the door opens. It reveals more men who turn to watch the doors. Kisara struggles slowly to get up then lifts off the ground. Some of the men see her confused, but in a flash, she is already out the elevator. She swipes her hand up towards the sky in a diagonal motion and glides past 8 men. Suddenly a swipe of blood appears next as their chests reveal to be sliced open. Most fall to the ground while she turns to the rest. They wisely choose to run away. She picks up one by the collar before they leave. "Where is Zigfried?" The employee points below her feet.

Back in the arena room, Zigfried and Otto stand and watch Seto. One of the guards behind him tries to grab his shoulder, but he is blocked by Al. He turns off his cloak and hits the man away from Seto who remains still. He gives Zigfried a smile. "Ho-how? I checked for thermal temperature in case someone was invisible and trying to break in!"

Seto starts to give him an evil laugh, "Her invisible tech is more powerful than you can imagine idiot. Thermal temperature won't pick up anyone under these cloaks." He grinds his teeth until fear flickers across his face. He hears rumbling above him and looks up at the ceiling. A hot circle outline appears, cutting through the ceiling. A circular hole of the ceiling tile falls and lands hard on the ground.

"Schroeder!" Zigfried's hair stands on his neck when he hears Kisara's blood curdling yell. She appears through the hole. Her wings cling to the hole and leave her levitating in the center of it. "Schroeder!" Seto sees her. He freezes at her pure rage. She doesn't see him and is too far for him to reach. Her wings lose grip of the ceiling, and she falls hard to the ground. Seto doesn't think, he runs at her. He jumps over the dueling arena wall and sprints as fast as he can. He clicks the pen-like tech, so it transforms into a large rifle and charges at Zigfried. Zigfried crouches by Kisara and lifts her chin with his hand. This gives her a spike of energy, so she grabs his throat and pins him against a wall.

He chokes against her grip, "Ah, seems you have a surge of energy. How long will it last? I wonder…" She drops him and swipes her hand across his throat. A chunk of crystal appears, holding his neck against the wall.

"Long enough to put your sorry ass away."

"Miss. Oatani?" Kisara spins her head around to see Otto behind her. She still doesn't glance at Seto who notices her face is covered in blood. "I would suggest you let him go. Unless you never want to see this again." He holds up the ring Seto gave her. Seto sees him holding it too, but he doesn't expect what comes next. Kisara points her finger at the ring causing it to rise in the air, out of his hands. She keeps a deadly expression then flicks her finger towards Otto. The ring pierces through his forehead and emerges through the other side of his head. His body falls limp to the ground and doesn't move. She then waves her hand towards her causing the ring to float towards her. It places itself on her finger and after, she juts out her fingers, so they are spread. The crystal on her ring grows across her knuckles and transforms into an attachable claw with sharp blades. The other guards surround her while she stands ready.

"Thanks for holding on to it for me Otto." She says tauntingly. The surrounding guards charge at her while she swipes at them with her crystal claw. She leaps toward them and takes several people out. Seto emerges on the other side of the arena by the time she moves further away. He tries to run up to her while her back is turned. Suddenly she clutches her chest. Before falling to the ground, she swipes her arm towards the last batch of guards. This sends them flying backwards due to sharp crystals flying at their heads. Some of them catch the guards' clothes and pin them to the wall with Zigfried.

Zigfried chuckles, "Looks like you're running out of time. Even Herr Kaiba can't help you now." Kisara's eyes cloud. She falls to her knees and fights the urge to pass out. She places her hands on the ground, trying to steady herself. She suddenly feels a familiar arm wrap around her waist. She notices the barrier of a shield around her. She tries to lift her head, but she feels a wave of pain run throughout her body. The arm lifts her and leans her against itself. She now faces the shield and is looking at a guard getting blasted away by one of her rifles. Her head rolls to the side so she can see Seto holding her. He holds the bottom end of the rifle with his hand wrapped around her waist. His other hand is at the top of the rifle and shooting those around them behind the shield.

"Seto?" Seto's eyes dart to her face for a moment, then he turns his attention back to the guards surrounding the shield.

He smiles while keeping his eyes trained on his targets, "Don't worry, I'm here."

She smiles and lays limp in his hands, "You're here."

He squeezes her tighter after popping off a shot in someone's leg, "Of course my dragon. I'm sorry I took so long." He gently lowers her to the floor and turns off the shield in a blink. Before she can react, it turns on again with Seto on the other side. "Stay here. We have this." She struggles to sit up while her heart jumps from worry.

"Wh-where? Seto!" He keeps his eyes trained on the enemies and continues to fight them. "Come back." His head snaps towards her when he hears her tone. It sounds dark and distorted, like she is possessed.

He leans toward the shield barrier, "It's okay. I have back up." A guard pops into view behind him but is pulls back by something he feels around his leg. He looks up to see Georgie become visible behind him. He holds a long chain with spikes at the end. It is known as a chain dart. Kisara took time out of her day to teach Georgie how to use it. She can tell by his technique that he had been practicing. He yanks the chain high above his head and slams it behind him. The guard lands hard on the floor while the chain unravels from his leg. Georgie takes hold of the chain again and swings it around him 360 degrees. Anyone within a small radius it knocked down on the floor. Kisara watches proud while she sees Al come into view behind Seto. He stops a guard behind Seto with a shove and moves his cloak to reveal another rifle. He joins Seto in shooting back the guards who faulter to maintain a line of defense. On the opposite end of the arena, Stanton and Roland appear and barricade the door, preventing others from entering. Kisara watches them. She feels relieves Seto isn't alone, but she still doesn't want him to get hurt. She eyes each member of the Kaiba Corp team seeing if they need back up. There is a moment where the tide turns. Meanwhile, Zigfried is still pinned to the wall by his neck. One of his guards is able to cut off the crystal and he falls to the ground, rubbing his neck. Kisara spies him and watches him take out a pistol. He points it at Seto who has his back turned. Kisara feels a surge of energy return seeing Seto in danger. She raises her fists above her head and then slams them to the floor. A wave of jagged crystals form on the ground and grow on the floor quickly. It reaches Seto and spikes up out the floor, blocking a shot Zigfried fires off at Seto's head. Seto turns and gives him a murderous look as the crystals continue to grow higher and higher. It leaves Seto, Al, Georgie, and Kisara in the new crystal room together. She keeps her fists on the floor with her hair levitating and glowing white behind her. Her eyes glow until they are sealed inside. The only guards around them are on the floor already knocked out or dead. Seto turns to Kisara who maintains her glow and rises in the air due to her wings holding her up. Seto turns off the shield around her so she can get out while she holds her hand out towards one of the crystal walls. It opens, revealing Stanton and Roland on the other end.

"Roland! Get your flat ass over here now!"

Stanton jumps through the portal while Roland replies frustrated, "I don't have a flat ass." Stanton pulls him on the other side while Kisara closes it behind them. Roland realizes what he just saw, "Wait. What?!" Kisara then opens another portal. On the other side, Seto recognizes his office. Once it's open, Kisara sways and almost falls on the ground. Seto lunges and catches her before she falls. Her eyes squint as she struggles to keep them open.

Seto turns to the men behind him, "This is our stop." He jumps through while carrying Kisara while the others join him. Seto faces the portal from his office as a piece of the crystal wall falls away. Zigfried peers at them through the small opening he managed with the crystal laser he kept on hand for Kisara.

"No, no! Kisara come back! You belong to me!"

Kisara is at the end of her rope, but she somehow lifts her head to answer him, "Not on your life asshole." She raises her hand and closes it into a fist. The portal closes while Zigfried yells behind it. Once it's gone, all they hear is silence.

Safe Room-

Seto demanded Kisara be moved to the safe room for the rest of her recovery. She tried to stay awake while with Seto but kept falling in and out of consciousness. Mokuba joins the group in the safe room after getting dropped of my Al's wife. Once in the safe room, Seto sits at her bedside, "I can tell you are holding on. You can go, it's okay."

"But I want us to spend more time together." She admits. Seto holds her hand and squeezes it at her request.

"I'll be here with you the whole time. We will be spending that time together."

She chuckles then looks around the room, "Thank you. All of you. Seto," She struggles to turn to him in bed, so he helps. "Th-they can know. It's okay."

"Are you sure? You have kept it secret for so long."

"Ma-maybe it's time to stop with the secrets. At least with those who we trust." She squints from the pain, so Seto puts a hand on her shoulder.

"Okay, just relax now. The sooner you can go to sleep, the sooner you'll wake up." He wants to kiss her, but glances at everyone around them. Instead, he hugs her in bed, so his face is by her ear. "I'll be waiting. When you come back, I'll make it worth your while." Kisara chuckles weakly then whispers something back in his ear that shouldn't be repeated. He pulls away feeling dazzled by her dirty comment while she passes out. He turns to the rest of the people in the room who didn't notice. "She wants you to know about her powers."

Al smiles, "I already know." He rocks back on his heels and folds his arms satisfied, "We saw what she can do with crystal today, but I've already seen her use her light powers."

Seto and Mokuba look at him surprised. Seto starts testing the waters, "Do you really know?"

Al shrugs, "I assume so! I caught her transforming when she tossed my security team around like a salad her first day. She visited me the next day after staying with you guys. We agreed I would never speak of it again, as long as we could depend on her in case we run into any magic stuff." He waves his hands in the air like he is moving a wand. "Did you know she also ended that shadow duel on the blimp and helped that Mai girl?" Seto realizes what he is saying, "She also healed me in front of Stanton. I believe he is the only other person who has seen anything." Stanton nods behind him in agreement.

Mokuba sighs, "That is a relief! I was worried we only know she is a dragon."

Al's eyes go so wide looking like they could pop out of his head, "Wait," He grips her bed for support, "She is a dragon?!" Seto glares at Mokuba who just shrugs. "I only saw her turn into crystal and glow, but she is a dragon?" His voice sounds more exaggerated the second time saying dragon. "What does that even mean?"

Mokuba gestures with his hands while he explains, "Teeth, wings, scales the whole works. She is a dragon made entirely out of crystal, The Blue Eyes Crystal Dragon."

Al gets up from his chair and starts to pace, "Well I was way off. I thought she had some magic power or something."

Seto clarifies, "She does, she is just also a dragon."

Al sits back down in his chair, exasperated, "I'm glad I didn't ask further questions back then."
