Adam tossed a card down, "Come on, make a bet. Something worth something," he smirked to his brother in law.

"What am I supposed to bet?" Virgil tossed his own down.

"He wants you to give him a lapdance if you lose," Dick snickered.

"I mean," Virgil shrugged, grin on his face, "You could just ask."

"Maybe later," Adam rolled his eyes, taking the cards.

Nothing like relaxing after a long day of work at home with a drink and your feet up. But hanging out with family and friends while playing cards was good too. It wasn't often that Adam got to see other heroes either, since he retired from being a hero way before Virgil did.

"How's life in the shadows?" he turned and asked Dick.

"Careful with that question. Don't forget who your brother is," V teased, getting a bottle of water thrown at him.

"Well," Dick waved his head some, tossing his card down, "His brother is hot. But you have me mistaken for my little brother. I can switch it up between day and night. All things considered, it's fine. Thinking about coming back?"

"Nope, I'm good," A scoffed, "Ivan would whoop my a$$ if I tried. And he'd just be the first in line."

He never fully recovered from what happened when he was younger and he just kinda fell off the hero thing after a while.

Nightwing shrugged, "Hey, nothing wrong with being normal."

"Says someone who would rather die again than be normal."

Dick merely rolled his eyes at Virgil's comment, "Nothing wrong with it, doesn't mean it's for me. I'm too busy."

"Busy is the word for it," he grabbed the cards, "When is Ivan supposed to be here anyway?"

"He's coming to town in a couple weeks. He can see the kids for more than a second," Adam looked around, "Give me my water."

"You threw it, you pick it up."

Adam rolled his eyes, stretching his arm over and grabbing it.

"Get mad at me because of what you said," He snickered, throwing his cards down, "What we got next?"

"Kids are in the playroom, let's see if Bluejay got any better at Tekken," Adam smirked, tossing the cards on the table and walking to the tv.

"Not everyone can be as amazing as us, man. Be nice," Static snickered, turning the game system on, "I just got back into Dead By Daylight. We need to start playing that again. And they have a clowns from outer space version!"

"Did that already come out?" Jess leaned into the room, having just escaped the playroom after making sure everyone was good.

"I call the first time as the clown. You freaking cheat when you get to be the aggressor," Dick glared at Virgil.

"He cheats at everything," Rubber band man scoffed.

"Have you considered I'm just better than you guys? Unless it's against Jess. She's the cheater," he glared at his wife.

"I just have a natural advantage," she winked, "I want to play SackBoy after Tekken."

"I feel like it still could use more tanks," Jason, Dick's oldest little brother, inspected the tower as Miles laid the tracks, "It feels like this side is gonna be prime time for poachers to collect the rare animals."

"That's what the guards are for. We don't have an infinite arsenal. And anyway, if someone gets past all the barriers we just run in and deal with them personally," Miguel grinned.

"Well…I guess," he looked through the toybox, "what type of soldiers are those? I don't think I've seen that kind."

"They're from Wakanda," Miles stated proudly, "It'd be cool to go there one day."

Jason scrunched his eyebrows, "What's wakanda? Is it like Oompa Land?"

Mig shrugged, "It's somewhere in Africa."

"So it is like Oompa Land!"

"No…no it's not."

Red hood shifted his jaw, confused and a little frustrated. Well, not like he knew every country in Africa, "I like your playroom. It's pretty cool," he continued fishing through the toy box.

"Thanks, I like it too," Miguel agreed, kneeling down to set up the train, "Do you want to help with the train or are you still going to focus on the tower?"

"You have to put animals in the train," he began to gather the animal toys from the box, "We gotta have a realistic zoo. Why would anyone visit if we don't have one? We gotta make sure we have ponies for the girls."

The toddlers barely paid them any mind as they played restaurant.

"Excuse me, me and my friend would like a plate of spaghetti and chicken," Aila remarked, sitting at the table, holding a book like a menu.

"I want Waffles!" May pointed to the table, "And milk!"

"She wants breakfast, I want dinner," Aila corrected herself.

"Ok, noted," Loey hurried to the kitchen, "Chef, we have two orders."

"Yeah, what do you want? Why are you in my kitchen?" Punk demanded holding his play spatula and moving the frying pan on the little play stove.

"We need spaghetti and chicken, and waffles," she went into the fridge, getting a juicebox and milk, running back to the table, "Alright ladies, here are your drinks, our chef is working on your meals as we speak."

"Thank you," May smiled, handing her milk to fauxhawk twin to open, "What a lovely place."

Aila nodded, stabbing the straw into the cartoon before handing it back to her, "Yes, I've heard good things."

Gunner waddled over, setting play plates down, babbling something as he sat, climbing into another chair to watch them eat. Or rather, pretend to eat as he chewed the plastic croissant.

"I see we have a guest," twin pretended to eat, "There could be more sauce on this," she tapped the fork to her cheek. May playfully bit the toy waffle, making exaggerating eating noises the whole time.

Loey walked to the kitchen, "Chef."

Hobie glanced over, sipping a caprisun.

"They gave their compliments."

"Good! I worked very hard for it," he nodded in approval, turning when he heard the tooting of the train as it ran along the track.

Miguel beamed at the distance they managed to build the tracts to. He was clearly proud of how extravagant it was.

"We gotta make more things for it to go through next," Miles clapped giddily.

"We should build the zoo itself and a bridge," Jason pulled out other toys.
