Kamen Rider Goji: Operative V is a Guys in White man first introduced in Dr. Exposition's MASKED RIDER FANG THE FIRST: THE DEMON PRINCE. This story expands on him. Enjoy.

Anger of Operative V

At the Guys in White headquarters, Operative V was at its shooting range. He was firing his ecto-weapon at a picture of Masked Rider Fang stuck on the wall until it was obliterated into nothing, leaving behind a smoking black stain on the wall.

For him, destroying the picture was extremely satisfying. Unfortunately for him, it was not satisfying as it would have been if he had killed Fang.

Fang. That name filled him with anger. He was just minding his business, flying his jet with a sense of purpose, until Fang had downed his jet. If he hadn't safely got out of the jet, he would've died. When he and his colleagues had gone to capture Fang at the warehouse, they had gotten beaten up. And finally, just when he had finally got Fang right where he wanted, the Rider transformed into some kind of king and humiliated him! His anger boiled further and further with each memory being recalled.

He had enough of Fang! This Fang proved to be more dangerous than a ghost! Something needed to be done about him! Right now!

Soon, Operative V called a meeting with fellow members of his organization. The Guys in White all wore the same outfit, which consisted of a white suit with a black tie, white dress shirt, black gloves and boots, black sunglasses, and an earpiece.

"Gentlemen, we need to talk about something urgent: Fang. With Fang here, he is making our jobs much more difficult. With Fang here, we cannot get close to those ghost siblings – Danny Phantom and Dani Phantom -, even if we want to. We need to improve both our weapons and our strategies!" Operative V urged.

"And what do you propose we do?" Agent Alpha inquired.

"Remember when we bought off the Fentons' house?"

"Yeah, we tried to blow up the Ghost Zone, only for it to literally blow up in our faces," Operative O recalled.

"Remember when I recommended one of you to copy data on the Fentons' equipment?"

"Oh, yeah! I think I did manage to do that, back then! But we haven't really gotten around to making cutting edge weapons from them. Besides, they're invented by crackpots," Operative L spoke up.

"Not to mention that those inventions belong to the clearly cursed Fentons' lab. So, there's no way we would ever take a chance with making equipment from them," Operative K recounted. Stone walls out of nowhere, bubblegum bombs clearly spelled out that the Fenton's lab was cursed. Recalling that experience alone made him shake in fear.

"Well, I have an idea on how we can use data on the Fentons' equipment to create new cutting edge weapons: we will use that data to create killer robots that can go toe to toe with Fang!" His colleagues began murmuring, uncertain about the idea. "Think about it: we need these robots to stand a chance against Fang, who would probably pose a bigger threat than these ghosts. And just to be safe, we need to make them immune to hacking and manipulation from outside sources. If we can achieve all that, hackers won't be able to control the machines, and ghosts like Technus won't be able to control them either. If we can get Fang at least destroyed or distracted by these robots, we can finally take down the Phantom siblings with ease." His colleagues murmured amongst each other again.

"Did you forget that Operative K just said the Fentons' lab and its equipment are cursed?" Operative M pointed out.

"It's not a curse! It's because you all spectacularly failed and ran away when you should've kept trying!" Operative V snapped, losing his patience.

"Watch yourself, Operative V, you are this close to getting charged with insubordination!" Agent Alpha sternly warned, using his index finger and thumb to show a close gap between them to emphasize his point.

"I'm sorry, sir," Operative V apologized. "It's just that Fang's presence made our fight against the ghosts dire." That last sentence was a lie. He just hated his colleagues being so stupidly superstitious to the point of all of it getting in the way of this simple good idea.

"But I suppose there is no harm in trying this. Very well, we will use the data on the Fentons' equipment to create our own war machines. Project Fentonoids is a go!" Agent Alpha authorized.

"Project Fentonoids?" Operative V raised an eyebrow at the name. That sounded incredibly stupid.

"Do you want the killer robots or not?" Agent Alpha challenged.

"Yes, of course. Project Fentonoids sounds like a good name!" Operative V quickly nodded. "But just to be safe, we also need to create a giant robot based on the data of our Fentonoids' performances."

"Alright, let's not get ahead of ourselves. We need to check our budget for a giant robot," Agent Alpha downplayed.

"Very well," Operative V relented. "But I say it would be worth it. If we use a giant robot to end threats, especially giant ones like that dragon Fang uses, we can get more budgets for us."

"We'll see Operative V, we'll see," Agent Alpha said.

"Alright," Operative V accepted. He grinned inward. 'Just you wait, Fang! Your days are numbered! I will enjoy making you suffer!'
