21:50:33, Stirling Lines, Herefordshire, United Kingdom, Colonel Mac 'Baseplate' MacMillan and Lieutenant Colonel Mac 'Gaz' Newcastle (Craig Fairbrass) unknowingly get a taste of some Russian Armed Forces cyber warfare when they see large sums of bogeys (unidentified flying object or radar target) on a British Military satellite. As Lieutenant Colonel Victor 'Cypher' Lyall (voiced and played by the VA I gave him in the original remake series: Sean Bean), who is currently outdoors, refutes his closest friend's report.

Colonel MacMillan: Hereford, we're reading about... 70 bogeys in our sector. Please verify, over.
Cypher: *chuckles* Good one, Baseplate. Real funny. But that's a big negative, over.
Gaz: What the hell? Is our satellite malfunctioning or some shit?
Colonel MacMillan: Roger, Cypher. Be advised, running diagnostics to scan for malfunction now, over.
Cypher: The skies are clear, mate. You and Gaz have yourselves some phantom dots, over.
Then, the satellite spots more unknowns fast approaching the 23rd S.A.S. Regiment's base in Birmingham.
Colonel MacMillan: Birmingham, signs in your sector of some 100 bogeys. Please advise, over.
S.A.S. Birmingham HQ: Negatory, Hereford. Scope is clear. I dunno know what to tell ye. Solar interference from earlier? Lunar interference? Moon and stars are pretty bright tonight, over.
And just as Colonel MacMillan and Gaz are about to chalk it up as an A.C.S. (Attitude Control System) fault, the 21st S.A.S. Regiment's headquarters in London desperately gives this.
Colonel MacMillan: Regent's Park, uh... *sighs* we may have a minor A.C.S. fault here. Do you have anything on your scope, over?
Regent's Park Barracks: They're everywhere!
Colonel MacMillan: Regent's Park, say again!
Regent's Park Barracks: *civil defense siren* I'm looking at fighter jets all over Greater London! How the hell did they get through?!
Colonel MacMillan: Standby. Attempting to contact the nearest support asset in that sector, over.
Red Coat: I read you. This is Major Clyde Winters, callsign: Red Coat. S.B.S. Do you copy, over?
Gaz: Red Coat?! In London?! Jesus Christ! We need to get over there and help him now!
Colonel MacMillan: (off comms) We are. Logistics, get Alpha Team's chopper ready. (on comms) Victor, assemble Alpha Team. London needs us.
Cypher: Hope this one's legit, Mac. If so, I hope Red Coat and his family can survive a holiday horror.
Stirling Lines: All stations, be advised, satellite surveillance has been disabled. I say again, satellite surveillance is inoperative at this time.

21:22:17, Harrow, London, the one who returned Alpha 6's call is a British Special Boat Service Operator named Major Clyde Winters, callsign: Red Coat (voiced and played by the VA I gave him in the original remake series: Kit Harington). He and his paramedic wife, Caroline Winters (voiced and played by the VA I gave him in the original remake series: Rose Leslie), then rush out of bed, grab their emergency military gear and get their kids, Christian and Eleanor, nickname: Ellie, ready to leave their vacation house.
[civil defense siren blares]
[Red Coat brings five sports bags to the living room]
[door opens]
Caroline: Christian, Ellie, London is under a military attack! Get up! Get up!
Christian: Holy mother of— Here, Ellie! *tosses Ellie's pink hoodie*
Ellie: Thanks. *gives Christian's blue sneakers* Here, Chris.
Caroline: You have my medic bag?
Red Coat: It's on the sofa.
Caroline: Okay. Kids?!
Christian: We're here. We're ready.
Ellie: Are we really at war, Daddy?
Red Coat: Yes, we are, baby girl. Here, you know how my army vest works. Put them on.
Christian: When are Ellie and I getting drafted?
Caroline: Chris, Ellie, no one is going to draft you because you're too young. So don't worry, okay?
Christian: Thanks, but I'm not worried, Mum.
Ellie: Neither am I. We're just... asking so that we can prepare.
Red Coat: It's okay, Caroline.
[enemy gunfire]
Red Coat: But... they are old enough to know this. Christian, Eleanor, listen to me very carefully. If you see soldiers who don't wear Union Jack, American, Canadian or Australian flags on their uniforms, that means they are enemies. And they won't exercise restraint because you're children. They WILL kill you when they get the chance. Do NOT give them that chance. Okay?
Christian: Okay, Dad.
[Ellie nods]
Red Coat: Good. Just stay close to your mother and I. We'll be alright. *kisses Christian and Ellie in their foreheads* Honey, you ready?
Caroline: Yeah, of course, babe. You?
Red Coat: Always. Wait, are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Caroline: Safest place in war is behind you.
Red Coat: *sighs* Still the stupidest idea I've ever shared.
Caroline: But our best chance of survival. *turns TV on* We don't have a choice now.
Red Coat: *nods* Take the LMG. Better for protecting everything and everyone around you. I'll take the rifles.
[door opens]
Red Coat: Clear. Everybody in the car now. Go, go, go!
Red Coat, Caroline, Christian and Ellie hop in the family Land Rover Range Rover Sport 2024 and drive to the city for British Army protection because the car does not have enough fuel to reach anywhere outside Greater London, all the nearby gas stations are crowded, and Bravo 3-0 (Red Coat) still has a job to do. With BBC on the radio down, Bravo 3-1 (Caroline) turns her husband's walkie-talkie on for news.
Getting through the suburbs will not be easy as the Russian Airborne Forces land on the rooftops and kill every British citizen they can find like pest control. The good news is that the SUV has been modified to be bulletproof thanks to a small favor from some British Army friends.

British Army Soldier 1: *enemy gunfire* The Russians have everything east of Greater London! My sector's gonna fall within the hour!
British Army Soldier 2: We've lost contact...
Ellie: All these people. Still packing?
Christian: Russians. At least we now know who to keep away from.
Ellie: Yeah. Heard.
Caroline: I wish I could be that optimistic.
British Army Soldier 2: Where's the air support?!
British Army Soldier 1: *enemy gunfire* The counter battery fire is unable to engage!
[AK-12 fire]
[PKP Pecheneg fire]
[British Crowd yelps, screams and cries]
Red Coat: Stay away from the windows, kids! Getting us outta here fast!
[bullets ricochet]
[bullets hit]
[Christian and Ellie yelp]
Caroline: Christ! People are dying out here! Where's the bloody Army?!
British Army Soldier 1: *enemy gunfire* Enemy paratroopers have infiltrated our positions! We are cut off! I say again, we are cut off! BROKEN ARROW (immediate air support on imminent threat)! BROKEN ARROW! DROP THAT BOMB ON THE RED SMOKE! NOW!
British Army Soldier 3: Interrogative: Can your Typhoons (Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4) take out all roads east of Greater London, over?
The trip to the metropolitan area gets harder when six BTR-90s parachute in and engage all fleeing cars.
Caroline: Look up, Clyde. Are those tanks?
Red Coat: Armored personnel carriers. Still, our car's armor won't stop their guns. Check our—
Christian: APC on our 11 o'clock!
Red Coat: Alleyway on our right! Go now!
[Smoke Grenade detonation]
[Shipunov 2A42 fire]
[PKT fire]
[Range Rover Sport 2024 explodes]
Red Coat: This way! We continue on foot!
Caroline: You sure?
Red Coat: (off comms) We're smaller, faster and harder targets to armored combat vehicles. Moving from backyard to backyard and alley to alley is the safest move. Stay close. (on comms) Baseplate, this is Bravo 3-0. Requesting air support, over.
Colonel MacMillan: Bravo 3-0, all air support has already engaged. Additional ground support is en route to Harrow but has encountered heavy resistance, over.
Red Coat: Roger that, Baseplate. Be advised, we encountered enemy armor and are proceeding on foot, over.
Baseplate: Baseplate copies all. At the end of the suburbs is an Army blockade. Get there, and they'll take you and other survivors in. Alpha Team and I are still 15 minutes to London. Good luck. Baseplate, out.
Red Coat: Roger. 3-0, out.
Red Coat blinds the APC and gets his family to cover behind a house just before the heavy bullets start flying. With the Range Rover Sport 2024 gone, the only way to the British Army roadblock is through the now occupied and dangerous alleys and backyards of Harrow.
In a gameplay perspective, Bravo 3-0 gives it everything he has, like Staff Sergeant James Ramirez, with the same combat enhancements and specific animations for both stealthy and weapons hot scenarios. Simply because he is living his worst nightmare and the only one who can keep his family safe is himself.
As well as to save the numerous countrymen from the bloodthirsty Russians going on civilian massacres of their own. Now that the Winters Family has lost the BTR-90 that spotted them, Red Coat has two ways to approach and enemy ahead: quiet or loud.
Going out guns blazing will speed the mission up and make hostiles more predictable due to being caught by surprise, but the risk of getting Caroline, Christian, Ellie and the other British civilians killed will be high. Taking the subtle approach makes things slower and more difficult because Tangos who find a dead body will either investigate the general area fast, fire blindly which will subsequently raise the alarm and/or take a Winters Family member out, or execute his/her captives and then alert everyone.
But the pro is that saving lives and keeping them safe will be much easier, and it is possible to get to the friendly blockade without getting into a firefight or taking a civilian casualty. In actuality, Bravo 3-0 checks every house and alleyway in the suburban area, neutralizes every Russian Airborne Forces unit there quietly without attacting the attention of the APCs, and rescues 27 British citizens in total from certain death before rendezvousing with the British Army and his S.A.S. friends.
Red Coat: Better not break your goggles, Carol. X-Ray Vision is very useful for scenarios like this.
Caroline: Mm-hmm.
Red Coat: Contact. Loud is easier for me, but quiet is safer for you and our fellow countrymen. Decisions.
[SCAR-L CQC fire]
Red Coat: No need to alert their mates. If you wanna survive, stay close.
British Male Child 1: *exhales* Thank you. Thank you for saving us.
Ellie: Not a problem, dude. That's three we saved. Dad, they're following us, but why don't the adults speak?
Red Coat: They're shell-shocked. Lost for words. They just saw their lives flash before their eyes. Make sure they stay close and don't bother them much, alright?
Ellie: I understand.
[Red Coat neck chops and puts a Russian Paratrooper in a headlock]
[Five-seveN USG fire]
[Commando Dagger hit]
Red Coat: Front yard's clear. What were they doing here?
Christian: *opens door* More survivors in here. Let's see. *silently counts* I count eight.
Caroline: Yes. Well done, baby.
Red Coat: House is clear.
Caroline: Alright, people. Stay right behind us, move when we move, and stop when we stop and hide. Got it?
British Female Child 1: Yes, ma'am, sir. We'll be right behind.
Christian: The others are also silent. Must be stressed out, too.
Red Coat: (quietly) BT— Armored personnel carrier incoming. Get off the road and in the house on our right.
Caroline: Is it gone?
Red Coat: Wait here. *looks around* It can't see us. This way.
Caroline: More in that playground. The Sick fucks.
[Flash Grenade detonation]
[G28 fire]
[Commando Dagger hit]
Red Coat: Huh. With the sporadic gunfire around, I guess the sound of a Flashbang would be tricky to catch from afar. Stay together, and you'll be okay.
British Male 1: Alright, soldier. Lead on.
Red Coat: Another eight lives saved. Okay.
British Female 1: NO! Let her go! We didn't do anything to you!
Red Coat: (quietly) Gas station. Hostages and hostiles. Easy does it, Red Coat. If those gas pumps go off, it'll get messy real fast.
[Commando Dagger hit]
[Red Coat snaps a Russian Paratrooper's neck]
[Red Coat neck chops a Russian Paratrooper]
[Red Coat shoulder throws a Russian Paratrooper and stomps his face in]
Caroline: Clear. Come on! Get away from the gas station before someone shoots it!
British Female 1: Thank you, sir, ma'am. You saved us all.
Red Coat: You're welcome. We have you. Follow us, and we'll all get outta here.
Caroline: Eight more. You did well, operator.
Red Coat: Thanks, paramedic, but don't let your guard down. We're not out of the woods yet.
[G28 fire]
Christian: (quietly) Yeah! Go get 'em, Dad.
[Commando Dagger hit]
Ellie: (quietly) Wish I could do that. For self-defense, of course.
Red Coat: There's the Army. *raises left hand* Blue! Blue! Hold fire.
British Army Soldier 4: Jesus. Must be special ops or something like that. How many?
Caroline: 31 of us. Thirteen kids.
British Army Soldier 4: Pratt! Kids!
British Army Soldier 5: Open up! This way, people. This way.
Red Coat: Enemy rear!
[SCAR-L CQC fire]
British Army Soldier 5: Defensive positions!
[L85A2 fire]
[L86A2 LSW fire]
[British Crowd yelps, screams and cries]
[AK-12 fire]
[PKP Pecheneg fire]
After utilizing his skill set, SCAR-L CQC, G28, Five-seveN USG and Fairbairn-Sykes Commando Dagger to their fullest, he reaches the friendly roadblock with his family and all survivors who can be saved throughout Harrow. But the work is not done yet because the Russian Airborne Forces finally got the idea of assaulting the barricade despite missing some teams.
The good news is that British S.A.S. Alpha Team has arrived in their MH-60L DAP.
[Hydra 70s launch]
[explosions]
[Russian Paratroopers painfully scream]
[MH-60L flies by]
British Army Soldier 5: That's a Black Hawk!
Colonel MacMillan: Bravo 3-0, this is Alpha 6. We're on station now, over.
Red Coat: Alpha 6-0? No way! Lock it all down again! Come on!
British Army Soldier 4: You heard the man! Return to your posts!
Red Coat: Ha! Colonel MacMillan, sir! I knew you'd be back!
[Red Coat and Colonel MacMillan hug]
Colonel MacMillan: *laughs* Well, now's as good a time as any to stretch my legs after nearly seven years.
Red Coat: Good to have you back in the field, Baseplate. Gaz! Cypher! Ridley!
[Red Coat, Gaz, Cypher and Ridley hug]
Apart from Colonel MacMillan, Gaz and Cypher, Alpha Team also has Red Coat's direct S.A.S. counterpart: Captain Charles 'Ridley' Burns (voiced and played by the VA I gave him in the original remake series: Wade Barrett), and some of The Regiment's best enlisted men: Staff Sergeant Chris Wallcroft, Sergeant Marcel Griffen and Sergeant Marcus Burns (voiced and played by the VA I gave him in the original remake series: Sam Heughan), who is Ridley's younger brother.
Gaz: Glad to see you and your family still in one piece, mate.
Red Coat: Glad you could join the party, brother.
Cypher: I've seen how'd you do after touchdown. You made me real proud, son.
Red Coat: Thanks, sir.
Ridley: Shame you had to start the party without us, Red Coat. We were worried about you. Last thing we want is to piss off Caroline.
Red Coat: *chuckles* Yeah, too bad I couldn't save some bad guys for you. Wallcroft? Griffen? Marcus?
Wallcroft: Oi! So glad you and your family aren't dead!
[Red Coat, Wallcroft, Griffen and Burns hug]
Griffen: *laughs* Oh, man. After all the lives you've saved, we wish we got here sooner.
Burns: Making Roach mighty damn proud, sir.
Red Coat: Always, Sergeant. What's the word, Baseplate?
Colonel MacMillan: Right. Alpha Team, Red Coat, I'd hate to interrupt the reunion, but we still have thousands of civvies trapped all over the urban and suburban areas of London. We got some regular Army and 21st S.A.S. rescue teams joining us this time. If you have a family there, then it's your lucky day. We're gonna go save their lives.
