Hello and welcome to another story which s, once again, inspired by a story made by JustyTurner, 'Rosario vampire x Op male demon reader: A demon in a monster school' although instead of a stereotypical example of pure hearted and heroic demon that is OP, my main character, Hiroshi 'Hiro' Asakura, is a cold, stoic and no-nonsense Deviant, a sort of escaped genetic experiment with unsettling powers that feels like it came from a Lovecraft series.

All in all, it is something that can be best described as taking inspiration from Deviant: The Renegades, a Tabletop Game from the New World of Darkness franchise which haven't been updated yet, especially on how really interesting it is.

Well, anyway...

If you have anymore ideas, let me know in the comments below.

Now, on with the story.

Disclaimer: I do not own Rosario Vampire and JustyTurner, 'Rosario vampire x Op male demon reader: A demon in a monster school'. They belong to their respective owners.

Enjoy.

Character Name:Hiroshi "Hiro" Asakura

Age:17

Gender:Male

Physical Appearance:

Hiro stands at an above-average height of about 6 feet, with a lean but muscular build that hints at his inhuman strength. His skin is a pale shade, almost luminescent, which contrasts starkly with his jet-black hair that falls to his shoulders in an unkempt manner. His hair occasionally seems to sway as if possessed by some unseen force, a remnant of his unnatural origin. Hiro's most striking features are his striking sapphire blue eyes—deep and cold—often described as surgically precise, capable of freezing anyone who dares to stare into them for too long. His expression is consistently stoic, showcasing little to no emotion, but there's an unsettling grace to the way he carries himself. Four spider-like legs are seemingly sprouted from his back, retractable until needed, resembling an unsettling mixture of fashion and function. From his chest, tentacles also protrude, often coiled around him but ready to dislodge at a moment's notice.

Personality Traits:

Hiro is an enigma wrapped in stoicism. He embodies coldness and detachment, often opting for silence over conversation. His history has left him with an intense distrust of those around him; everyone is viewed as a potential threat. Despite his lack of outward emotions, there are glimmers of care buried deep within him, surfacing subtly during moments of crisis or danger to others. His moral compass is warped—while he can be ruthless, he has an unwritten code that prevents him from harming the innocent. Underneath his monstrous persona, there lies a flicker of nostalgia for normalcy, which he is desperately trying to reconcile.

Background:

Hiro was once a normal human boy living in a city, but his life changed drastically when he was kidnapped by a clandestine organization conducting twisted scientific experiments on humans to create super-soldiers. He was turned into a Deviant—a hybrid of human and monster—with an array of horrifying powers.

After enduring years of torture and experimentation, Hiro managed to escape, leaving behind the remnants of his humanity. Now living among monsters at Youkai Academy, Hiro grapples with his dark past, the instability of his powers, and the idea of belonging in a world that inherently sees him as an abomination. His self-imposed isolation is an attempt to protect those around him from his potential danger.

Powers and Abilities:

Spider-like legs:Provide enhanced mobility and serve as tools for combat.

Tentacle Manipulation:Tentacles emerge from his chest, grappling opponents or manipulating objects from a distance.

Enhanced Abilities:Capacities greater than the average monster, including superior speed, strength, and resilience.

Regeneration:Nigh-immortal, allowing him to recover from most injuries, giving him psychic scars rather than physical ones.

Retractable Claws:Can extend for combat or defense.

Banshee Scream:A piercing scream that paralyzes anyone who hears it, showcasing the more nightmarish aspects of his powers.

Magic Nullification:His right eye can disable magic, adding to his terrifying reputation.

Symbiotic Worm:Offers heightened resistance to supernatural attacks and helps sustain his life even in dire situations.

Comatose Revival Device:A failsafe in case of death, putting him in a state of hibernation before regenerating.

Inner Conflicts and Relationships:

Hiro's struggle is twofold: he must navigate the mental toll of his past while also fitting into a world of diverse creatures. His presence at Youkai Academy draws both fear and curiosity. When he meets Moka Akashiya, he feels an odd comfort in her sweet demeanor, contrasting sharply with his dark world. The human girl, who stumbled into the academy, becomes a point of interest for him, stirring feelings he thought himself incapable of feeling. His relationships are complicated by his fear of losing control and hurting those around him.

Ultimately, Hiro Asakura is a tragic character, torn between his monstrous abilities and the vestiges of humanity. He seeks acceptance, battling both inner demons and the perceptions of those he encounters, making his journey a profound exploration of identity, loyalty, and the challenging nature of friendship. As he trains at Youkai Academy, he hopes to find a way to balance his terrifying powers with what remains of his lost humanity.

Well, I hope you guys enjoyed the story but before I am gonna stop right there, I gonna say something first.

See, I read this Highschool DxD FanFic Story called, well I don't know but it started with something with 'Transfer Student' in the title and it deals with an OC being a transfer student to Highschool DxD.

Now, everything about this MC feels like everything one should know by being the Mary Sue such as being inexplicably superhuman without any reason and likewise, the story does contain character bashing of Issei Hyoudou, cause that's most common, right?

However, what the story seriously irks me is the fact that the MC refuses to rescue 'Asia Argento'.

See, I know that Asia Argento is not the most popular character due to being some generic nice girl character archetype but despite that, if you're not one with a sense of human empathy who cares only about how it goes next, then you should know that it is borderline, with the MC stating it as, 'People die everyday. Why is this any different?'

What makes it so much, much worse that he was hyped and shilled as these all-around nice guy and yet, he comes across as an angry and arrogant douchebag that should be knocked a peg while Issei Hyoudou, the character that the story is bashing, is infinitely more sympathetic due to the fact that he is trying to save a sweet and kind girl that, while barely met, is actually much more noble and honourable.

At the time, I tried to find something or anything that I could have read it wrong or maybe the MC was just kidding but no, the MC is being an arrogant asshole yet is treated like an all-loving heroic character or whatever.

Overall, the author who writes this is basically a guy that has an ego where he thinks that the world revolves around that what he is doing is okay because he is the protagonist.

And I've already faced a lot of authors who are egotistical at writing such as the infamous 'Go Away, I'm Watching Porn', that Fairy Tail/Hellboy where every character is flanderized to the point of being dumb morons while the MC, Karl Ruprecht Kroenean, is being an arrogant and unlikable jerk and the less said about Mykan and his stories consisting of Teen Titans, My Little Pony and Pokemon, the better.

Well, anyway...

As always...

Ciao...
