It had been a month since Kim started therapy with her mother. While it seemed to be helping some they still had more to work on and Rebecca agreed to do therapy on her own not wanting to lose her daughter and the grandkids. Kim was now 6 months pregnant and still hanging tough. They had found support wear that would help keep the belly up more and they use KT tape everyday to support her belly and back. It was getting tougher everyday but she was thrilled to be supported by Adam and their entire family. However this was the week they all were concerned about. It was the anniversary of her rape. The first since she faced off against her attacker and took her life back. No one knew what to expect this year. As they dreaded it would be like all the years in the past they had hope this year would be different.
It was just around one in the morning when shot up in bed breathing heavy. It was a nightmare but it wasn't that bad. Adam had woken feeling her body move. "Darling. You alright?" He opened his eyes hearing her ragged breathing. "Um yeah just a nightmare. It wasn't that bad though. Just more surprised since it's been awhile." Kim laid back down trying to snuggle up to Adam though it was difficult with the belly in the way. "Do you want to talk about it?" He asked as he rubbed her belly. "Um nothing really to talk about. It wasn't about my attack which surprises me most. It was the shooting. I'm good though." Her eyes were closed as she let his strong scent calm her body. "That sucks but I'm happy you are okay. And that you aren't drenched in sweat, crying and fighting. It's definite progress. Do you think you can sleep again?" He felt her nod. "Okay sleep tight my darling. I've got you." He held her tighter till she drifted off again. Adam stayed awake a bit longer to make sure she was okay before he fell asleep again.
They awoke hours later when the alarm went off. Adam noticed Kim was still resting comfortably for which he was thankful for. "Darling it's time to wake up." He kissed her face trying to wake her comfortably but happily. "No I'm enjoying this too much." She whined but Adam just laughed. "I know baby but we have work today. And you have therapy." He watched her smiling with her hand on her belly. "Super active already this morning. It's insane how active he is." Kim smiled even with her eyes closed. "Well that's probably because you are both so happy and healthy. And not to mention he is so large it's hard not to feel him moving around in there." He laughed feeling the kicks on his hands. "Im still waiting for the kids and Tiger to freak out over it. Chris isn't normally super active give when they are awake." Kim smiled a bit more. "Well if I open the door Tiger will come in for sure so let's do that and see what happens." Adam really wanted to see what happened.
He got up and headed to their door opening wide knowing Tiger knew that sound all too well. They could hear him running up the stairs bounding into the room. "Morning buddy! Come on up." Kim patted the bed as he jumped up. He was climbing Kim's legs as he stepped on her belly. Adam was already filming just in case. Tiger was literally on the top of her belly when he felt the first kick. Tiger stopped moving looking at the belly scratching at it. Trying to figure it out. But what really got them was the pure look of confusion on his face. He had no clue what was going on. After a few more kicks he started hissing at the belly. Kim was cracking up but Adam stopped filming to remove Tiger before things got out of hand. "Hand him over. He's fine." Kim grabbed him snuggling the cat who was content again.
"I guess he didn't like the kicking." Adam laughed softly. "Well it's definitely an unknown thing. And strange I'm sure. But he will get used to it." Kim just smiling petting the cat on her chest. "He's almost too big to lay there." Adam noticed as they lay together. "Yeah but as long as he's curled up he should be fine. And if he sprawls out he will deal with the consequences. If he falls it's his own fault." Kim smirked knowing it has happened and will happen again. "I hear ya. It seems like his happy place though. I can't really complain though since it's my happy place too." He smirked a bit knowing she would get the hint. "Oh don't I know it!" She laughed knowing damn well what he meant. "We should get moving a bit. The kids will be up soon." Adam kissed her sweetly as he up. He moved to start the shower and brush his teeth. As he finished he moved to help Kim get up. She didn't need much help it was more getting Tiger up so Kim could roll over and out of the bed.
He helped her move into the tub as he closed the shower behind her. He headed out to wake Allie who was up and moving a bit already. "Good morning sweetheart." He watched her whip around eyes lighting up. "Morning daddy!" She ran into his arms getting hugs. "Are you ready to start your day?" He asked watching her nod. "Okay Allie Cat. Finish getting dressed and head downstairs." He placed her down letting her do her thing. He moved to Riley's room next knowing he was harder to wake. Adam walked into see Riley was awake but still laying in bed with his blanket and his favorite stuffed animal. "Hey buddy. Good morning!" Adam watched as he lite up and smiled. "You ready to get up?" He watched Riley nod. Adam scooped him up hugging him tight before letting him run to the potty.
Once Riley was dressed he was sent down the stairs to play while Adam helped Kim get ready. She was already out of the shower and drying off. Adam helped finish her legs and rubbed lotion on her body. "Do you need help getting your panties on?" He wasn't sure how she was feeling this morning. "Um I think I can do it. But the spanxs I need help with." Kim sighed knowing this was not an issue the first time. "Okay. Not a problem. Especially since your back hurts less using them." He helped her get the spanxs on which while supported the belly also covered her thighs to keep them from rubbing. "I know you are hating all of this but it just proves how happy and healthy you both are this time around. And he will be here soon enough." He kissed her lips as he headed out of the bathroom to fix breakfast for the family. He moved quickly to get the kids fed before making his and Kim's breakfast.
The kids sat happily eating while Kim made her way down the stairs. She was holding onto the railings making sure she didn't have an issue. She also took it one step at a time to prevent falling again. Adam smiled seeing her in a blue sun dress. She was beyond patrol uniforms so she was told that street clothes were fine but she had to remain appropriate. And dresses were just the easiest in the August heat. " Hey my babies!" Kim smiled brightly. "Mommy!" Both kids yelled excited to see her. She hugged both kids then headed to the kitchen to grab her breakfast while Adam ran up to shower. He never took long in the shower unless they were together. So he was able to get back to Kim before she finished making lunches for the kids. "Here let me help you." He helped make the lunches for them all plus extra snacks for Kim during her shift. After the family was ready they all headed out.
Adam helped drop the kids off then they headed off to work. He waited for her outside knowing even with the elevator he needed the peace of mind knowing she was safe. "Hey you in over protective mode?" Kim laughed. "Just a bit. You know your fall scared us all. So if I know you are at your desk then I can focus on work." He watched her nod knowing it was all true. "Okay let's go. We can't be late." Kim smiled grabbing his hand walking into the building. They used the elevator to the floor she was working on and then he took the stairs to the bullpen. "Hey sorry I'm late!" Adam mentioned as he arrived. "Not late and it's no problem. Your home life is a little crazy right now. We get that. Plus it's that week. How did it go this morning?" Voight asked. "Fine small nightmare which was about her shooting apparently. But she was able to fall back to sleep easy enough. And then Tiger got his first kicks this morning from Chris and he freaked out scratching at it and hissing. It was hysterical. I have it on video." He pulled it up for them to see. They all broke out in laughter watching him freak out.
"That's funny! Little man didn't love it either but he just ignored it and stood his ground. He was not giving up his space on Kim. You think Tiger is a pain in the ass? Well little man was worse!" Erin and Jay both laughed knowing exactly what a jerk Pierre could be. "I love that no one calls him by his real name. Kim always has some other nickname for him. It's kind of funny." Adam was amused by it. "I think we all just fell in line with Kim and all the names so we just continued it. I think my favorites were stinky pooter or sir shits a lot." Erin laughed knowing no one would expect the second one. "Yeah that sounds about right. Especially during the fire butt years. God the money she spent trying to save his life was insane but the love between them has never diminished. After Chris is born she made me promise to not let her chicken out of getting the scar tattooed. She wants to make sure it's permanent and that she never forgets him." He shook his head thinking about the bond between them. "I love that she's going to get it done finally. She's talked about it since he died." Jay knew she was scared of getting a tattoo but it was important for her closure. "Yeah she asked one night while we were lying in bed talking. She begged me not to let her chicken out. I think she needs this to help her move on. And I hung the wooden photo she had done of him. It was freaking adorable! He was very expressive." He showed them the photo of the memorial.
"Oh wow that's a great photo of him. I love it." Erin smiled looking at it. "Yeah I think it was only appropriate to have it up like the rest of the kids. He was her first child even if he was a fur baby." Adam knew some people wouldn't understand but her core family did. "He definitely was. She loved that cat. I think he showed Kim that love was still possible even after she was raped. Something she didn't think was possible for a long time. She always treated him like her child, I remember that clearly. Even holding him like a baby. He hated it! But loved sitting on her hip. He let that be known by moving into that position one day while she was holding him. He always told her what he wanted even if it was 3 hours too early for dinner." Jay laughed remembering the arguments they would have like the cat could understand her.
"I can only imagine! She talks to Tiger like he understands us. And we have all gotten into that habit." Adam admitting laughing knowing they all sounded crazy. "Even I did that when watching him. It seemed better than talking to myself." Kevin shrugged but knew it was crazy sounding. "It's all good Kev. He's a member of the family so we talk to them. It's all good. No one thinks you are strange." Adam felt bad for him. This big, tough, strong bear of a man was taken down by a kitten. A kitten who barely weighs 5 pounds. "Kim told me strong men holding kittens is hot. And they actually have whole calendars with half naked firemen holding kittens." Adam tried to make him feel better about it. "Really? Maybe I should go adopt a kitten then?" Kevin laughed a bit. "Maybe but Kim is also right taking proper care of a kitten is a lot of hard work and a lot of money. The amount of stuff she bought on day one was insane. And it wasn't even all of it." Adam grimaced remembering all the bags of stuff on the front door when she brought the cat home from the vet.
"It's something to think about but I know not to rush it. Maybe one day." Kevin knew it wasn't a rash decision to make especially since he never pet before. "Alright let's get this case started. We can talk more about the cat thing later." Voight shakes his head as he explains the current case and the team heads out. Kim was working hard still on recovered property. Platt found the perfect thing for Kim to do that was stress free but very productive. She was happy feeling like she was making a difference in a small way but she was only seeing the good side of the job. Everyone she spoke to was happy to receive their property back so that kept her motivated daily. She did have therapy today but she almost felt like she didn't need it. For the first time in 13 years she was doing well. Yes she had a small nightmare but it was small and not about her attack. But she would go to make sure she stayed on the right track. She headed to the break room in the bullpen to grab a snack before heading to therapy. Mouse noticed her but allowed her to have her snack in peace.
As she headed out to therapy she stopped by the front desk to let Platt know she was headed out for a bit. She drove to therapy feeling lite and airy but also knew this was a hard week. But she felt like she really was doing well. When she entered the office for Dr Charles he was in shock. "Hey Kim! You look very happy today. I take it we are still nightmare free?" He asked seeing her smiling and happy. "Um well I did have a nightmare this morning but it was only about the time I was shot. It had nothing to do with my attack. I um sat up straight breathing a little heavy but I wasn't sweating at all. And I was able to sleep afterwards. I feel like that's progress in the right direction. I didn't wake with dread this morning. I wasn't shut down, I wasn't catatonic. I wasn't crying. I was focused, present, happy with both kids and Adam." Kim explained still smiling.
"Well that's wonderful. We all have nightmares at different points in time so I would not be too concerned. I'm also very pleased that you are doing so well today. This is obviously the first time we have seen this but I'm very encouraged that this will stay the norm going forward. And at the end of this session you can decide if you want to do appointments everyday this week. If you feel strong enough then we can cancel some. So let's continue talking." He answered as he knew she might not need so much therapy this week. It was the first time so they would see how the week played out. The anniversary would be on Thursday this year and Kim still planned on taking the day off to go to the support group like always. That would never change. At the end of her session she decided to only go on Thursday but not the rest of the week. She felt good about life and her progress. She headed back to work to talk with Adam. She knew he would be curious how the appointment went.
She entered the bullpen seeing the team working away. "Hey therapy over?" Adam asked unsure since he lost track of time. "Yeah figured you would want an update." She explained not wanting to interrupt. "Yeah let's do that quick." Adam stepped into the break room to talk while the team worked. "So what did he say?" Adam asked helping her to sit comfortably. "Essentially that I'm doing way better than he had thought I would be doing. He was very encouraged with how I'm doing. And told me that I didn't have to do therapy everyday this week if I didn't feel like I needed it. So I decided to go Thursday which is the anniversary date and that's it." Kim was smiling wide. "Well that's amazing! I'm proud of you! One year since facing your demons and you are killing it! So damn proud of you!" He hugged her a bit before letting go. "I'm pretty proud too but you have work to do. So let's go." Kim was heading to Adams desk to grab her things then turned to head towards the elevator.
She saw the white board with all the crime scene photos. She looked at one a bit longer than she probably should have. "Why is there no blood on both sides of his head? The bullet was fired at close range. Is it still in there?" Kim asked looking towards Jay. "Yeah it is. What are you thinking?" He watched her knowing her mind was swirling. "Slow, painful death. With a half loaded bullet. One side of the brain still working as they bled to death. I assume the house had no drug or guns left?" Kim asked. "None." Erin confirmed. "He watched them rob him as he bled to death. You can see it in his eyes. The tear stained cheeks. He suffered that's for sure and it was intentional. Premeditated that's for sure." Kim looked at Voight who was smiling smugly. "This is why you should be up here. But I get it. Stay up here for a bit. We could use your help." Voight pointed to a desk for her to use as they all started chasing leads.
Kim started running back ground checks on the victim. It was what they normally had her do. She was taking notes and trying to help best she could. "So these are the known associates. I know they won't talk to us most likely but it's a chance." Kim placed the photos on a second white board. "Well let's dig a little deeper. Did they serve time together?" Voight asked. "This one yes. At the same time but not same cell or even same block. But they did time for the same crime." Kim explained writing more information on the board. "Alright let's go talk to this guy. Hopefully it's a lead." Voight sent a team out to interview the known associate. Kim settled into her desk working hard to help with the case. She knew it was the best way to help close the case. The team needed the help and she needed to stay busy. "ME's office is ready for us. Ruzek, you and Kim head over. Hospital is the safest place for her." Voight sent them out knowing it was good for Kim to follow through on her hunch.
"Yup. Let's go." He helped her up and led her to the car. "Are you okay with this?" Kim asked. "Yeah. I'm with you and the medical examiners office is in the hospital so I'm okay with this. And I think Voight wants you to see if your hunch pans out or not. Your instincts are pretty dead on most of the time. He's right you should be upstairs. I know you turned it down because of the kids and I respect that wholeheartedly. But today proves why you should be upstairs and not on patrol." He hugged her feeling the kicks as they hugged. "Okay let's roll." Kim smiled getting into the jeep. The car ride was silent but that was fine. They were in work mode so this was normal for them. They arrived and headed inside Adam close behind Kim just in case. They knocked before they entered just in case it was bad timing, "Officers thank you for coming. Officer Burgess! Look at you! How far along are you?" The examiner asked. "6 months but he's a giant. Our two foot child." Kim pointed between her and Adam. "Omg congratulations! I'm so happy for you both!" She hugged them both before getting back to the case at hand.
"Okay so our victim died from blood loss due to one gun shot to the side of the head. No exit wound. It was lodged between the two lobes which is odd since there is stippling from the gun being so close." She looked over to see Kim thinking. "That all lines up with what I was thinking but I also thought maybe the bullet wasn't fully loaded. Which is why it didn't go through. Is it possible to weigh it?" Kim asked hoping to get all the info. "Yeah give me a minute." The couple waited to see the results. "Well you are right. It's about half full. So they intentionally made this guy suffer as he died? That's sick." She shook her head still looking at the dead body. "Well that's correct. Okay, so thank you for the information. Hopefully we can close this one quickly for you. Take care." Kim shook her hand. "Thanks and congratulations again! I want pictures once he is here." They all laughed and waved good bye. "I will text Voight that you were right." Adam kissed her head as they moved.
They headed back to the district walking hand in hand. They both took the elevator to the bullpen, Kim headed to the bathroom and Adam went right into the bullpen. The bullpen was buzzing with leads when Kim finally entered she headed right to her chair. Adam saw she was struggling a bit. "Hey. You okay?" He saw her nod. "Yeah just the kicks are hitting my ribs right now. It's hard to breathe when it's like this." Kim sighed. "Okay let me get a snack for you and some water." He hurried to get her settled. Once she had her snack he knelt down in front of her belly. "Chris please take it easy on your momma. She's struggling to breathe right now because you are kicking her so much. Please rest for a bit buddy." He kissed her belly feeling the kicks slowing down. "Thank you. I just need him to slow it down some. He's killing me with how crazy active he is all the time." Kim rubbed her belly as she snacked.
"She okay?" Voight asked watching her. "Yeah Chris was kicking her ribs which was making it uncomfortable and it was making it hard for her to breathe. He's putting a ton of pressure on her lungs. But he settled down a bit now so she's doing better." He saw the smile coming back now that she was comfortable again. "She needs to make sure her short term disability is up to date just in case she has to go on bed rest. Which sorry to tell you is coming. No way she makes it full term. Allie was only 7 pounds or so. So this will be harder the longer she goes. But let's get working on the case and just keep an eye on her." Voight could see Kim struggling, they all could. Only time will tell how it goes but for now she was doing well. As the shift continued they all saw her up and moving around again. It seemed a little talk was all Chris needed to calm down.
Adam was out when Kim's shift came to an end so Kevin helped her to the car. "Thanks Kev! I appreciate all the help." She hugged him but heard him make a noise. Kim knew exactly what happened. "Chris! That was not nice!" He laughed playing along. "Right? That's what I say!" Kim laughed with him. "Alright girl get the kids and head home. Rest up some okay. See you tomorrow." Kevin hugged her again before she left for the night. Kim got both kids with some help from the teachers and they were headed home to run around outside. The kids had tons of energy so running around the yard would be needed for sure. "Kiddos outside to run around please!" Kim pointed to the yard. Neither kid complained as they loved being outside. Kim was excited to see the small inflatable pool she ordered arrived. They could keep it on the deck and it was only a couple inches deep. She got it inflated easily and the moved to fill it. Both kids ran inside to change. Once the hose was in the pool Kim headed up to change. Both kids were told not to go in the pool without her. She planned on dumping it each night just to be careful.
She came down to find both kids waiting to be sprayed with sunscreen before they got in the water. "Okay sunscreen then in the water." The kids cheered. Kim laughed but got to work spraying them down. "Okay running around to dry the sunscreen then you can jump in." Kim sat in the shade to dry her sunscreen before they jumped in the pool. She got in loving the cool water on a hot day. "Kids you can join me." Both kids ran to get in with her. The bottom was cushioned as were the sides so it was comfortable to relax in but not really play. She really got it for herself to stay cool in the heat. After the kids were in bed would be the best time for her to relax in it. She even sent photos to Adam of the three in the pool. "Awe guys Kim got a small inflatable pool for the kids. Look how cute this is!" Adam showed everyone the photos. "That's great! They look so happy. But that also looks like Kim's new favorite place to stay cool on this heat." Erin knew Kim loved to stay cool but get the sun on her skin. "Oh yeah. I'm happy she did this." He smiled as they got back to work.
"I'm surprised Kim didn't send photos of herself in the pool." Antonio stated knowing she loved the water. "Oh she did just didn't share those with you guys. Not sure they are totally appropriate since the bathing suit is super tiny." He shrugged a bit knowing she looked hot but the team didn't need to see it. "I'm surprised she feels comfortable like that." Kevin stared. "Yeah I was shocked too when we reconnected but she looks great so why not show it off." He loved it and she was wearing the red suit he loved. He had to hold it together till he got home. "We need to finish this so I can head home. She's killing me sending me photos of her wearing anything red. It's pure torture." Adam groaned needing this over. "Why red?" Kevin asked having no clue. Actually none of them knew. "She wore Red the first time we met. It drove me crazy even then. Now every time she wears anything red I just lose my mind. It's almost primal. But she very purposefully buys red knowing I can't control myself around her in red." He wasn't sure he could actually explain it. "I get it. I totally get it. So let's finish this." Jay completely understood since he loved Erin in black.
The team got the lead they needed and headed out. They had the killer and the motive was pure revenge. Plain and simple they needed to make the arrest so they could finish the night. They all pulled up outside the house the offender was seen walking in to. He hadn't left so the team was confident. They all headed up the stairs to the apartment. They had people on either side of the door as they knocked. They didn't want to break down the door unless necessary. They heard commotion inside the apartment so they announced they were coming and in kicking the door in as they entered the apartment. They found the offender going through the window to the fire escape. Jay and Erin following behind with Kevin and Adam right behind them. The rest searching the apartment for the weapon. As they reached the roof top they saw the offender running but it didn't seem he had a weapon on him. They yelled for him to stop running but he didn't stop. Jumping to the next roof top which luckily was attached to the current building. They all kept running till the offender stumbled when he looked back. Unfortunately he started to fall off the roof. He was holding on best he could but he was slipping.
"Kevin I need a hand I can't hold him much longer!" Jay yelled so Kevin ran faster. "Adam grab his shirt, then grab his jeans as we pull him over." Jay was losing his grip but Kevin got a good hold and helped to pull him over back on to the roof. Adam pulled him down to the ground to be cuffed right away. "Good job guys!" Adam was tired but he was damn proud of his friends for saving the man even though he killed someone. The offender was led in cuffs to the awaiting patrol car sending him to the district. "Good work guys! Everyone head back to the district and then head home for the night. He's not saying anything tonight. But good work." Voight shook each their hands as they walked back to their cars. Adam didn't even hit the district he headed straight home. It was just easier since he had his car already.
As soon as he entered he saw both kids bathed and ready for bed. "Hey my family!" Adam saw the kids jump up excited to see him. "Hey baby!" Kim smiled seeing him hugging the kids. "Hey darling. Glad I got home in time for this." He let the kids run back to the living room. He moved to hug her tight. "Very cruel sending that while I'm working." He whispered as he grabbed her butt. "Thought you would like that." Kim wink and headed for the kitchen to heat up some dinner. "Like might be an understatement but we can go with that." He winked laughing with her. Adam sat eating his dinner hearing all about the kids day. They had been excited about the small pool Kim had purchased and hoped to use it everyday going forward. Adam thought the whole thing was amusing. "Okay let's play a game before bed." Adam offered trying to get the kids to calm down some. They ran to closet with all the games looking for one they could agree on. They finally returned with Candyland which was easy for both kids to play.
Kim was sitting feeling Chris kicking away again. "Kiddos before we play the game, do you guys want to feel your brother kicking?" Kim asked seeing Adams eyes lighting up. He pulled out his phone as the kids wondered over looking unsure. "It's okay. It doesn't hurt." She took Allie's hand first and placed it right where Chris was kicking. They watched her eyes go wide. She didn't say anything she just stood there looking at Kim's belly. Kim then took Riley's hand and placed in by Chris's other foot was kicking. Riley jumped in surprised but laughed. "So cool!" Riley laughed putting his other hand to feel it. "Allie what do you think?" Adam asked unsure since she had said much. "It's weird. I don't like that he's kicking mommy." Allie looked concerned. "Oh sweetheart! It doesn't hurt. But it's actually a good thing that he's kicking. It means he's healthy and growing strong. You did the same inside my belly but you like to kick my back. I promise you it's okay. It's not a bad thing." They watched her nod but she wasn't convinced.
"Okay let's play the game now. We can talk about Chris more later." Adam knew they needed to move on at this point. They hoped with time she got more comfortable with the changes going on. He also knew they could mention it to her counselor to help her work through it. Two rounds of Candyland and the kids were taken to bed. They were exhausted. Both Adam and d Kim got the kids tucked into bed and read them each a story for before it was lights out for the kids. Kim headed back down stairs to clean up the leftovers when she felt Adam behind her. His hands wrapped around her belly. "I loved seeing you comfortable, happy and smiling in that red bathing suit earlier. It was hard keeping it together at work." His fingers tracked down to her core a bit. "Well that was kind of the point." She was smirking a bit knowing exactly where this was headed. "You want to play for a bit?" He saw her eyes darken with want. "Let's go!" He led her to their room. He never rushed her just trying to keep her steady on the stairs as they moved along.
"What do you want tonight?" He asked as he locked the door behind them. "Anything, everything!" Kim pulled him down into a bruising kiss. Her hormones were on fire and she needed relief and fast. "You need it rough don't you?" He asked already knowing. "God yes!" Kim moaned as he stripped her clothes and his quickly. "Perfect but I'm gonna need you to put your hair in a ponytail." He watched her nod knowing what was coming and that was fine. She needed it badly. She got her hair done the way he wanted and they got into bed their bodies humming with excitement. Kim got into the position he wanted and moved the pillow closer so she could scream into if needed. Adam wasted no time at all grabbing her ponytail tugging it back as he slammed inside her. She groaned at the feeling Adam hissing at the sweet pain. She was always tighter this way but he didn't care. He actually loved it. He started to slam in and out of her with reckless abandonment holding her steady with his free hand.
He felt they were both getting closer so he pulled her up so her back was against his chest as he continued to fuck her hard from behind. The trembling was over the top as she came. It was heart stopping, her voice silent but her body shuddered long after Adam came inside her. He helped her lay back on the bed. "You good?" He asked feeling her trembling still. "God yes! That was crazy insane, but god I needed that." She sighed. "Oh I hear ya. How about some water after that?" He watched her nod. He threw on his boxers and headed for the kitchen. He grabbed a bottle of water and a bag of gummy bears. He decided he wanted to play his own version of Candyland. He walked back in with a smirk on his face. He handed her the water first before showing her the bag of gummy bears. "I thought we could play Candyland together." He watched her laugh but she drank the water then laying back letting him do as he pleased. She didn't care, she knew he would make it fun for them both.
He painstakingly covered her nipples with gummy bears before coving her core area. It almost looked like she was wearing a bra and panties but wasn't. "Can I please take a photo to show you my handy work?" He begged. "As long as no exposed private skin is showing fine." That was the last thing either of them needed. He took a quick photo before showing her what he had done. "Well you did Avery good job but it's really a waste of gummy bears." She pouted. "Nope!" He laughed sly like as he got to work covering her body in kisses and eating the gummy bears off her skin. It was crazy hot for the couple but they throughly enjoyed it. They really needed to try this again. It was fun for both of them for sure. The couple was left once more with ragged breath as Kim came down from her second high of the night. She felt bad though. She had never pleasured him except for her hand. She wondered how he felt about that. She had never done it with anyone. What if she was bad at it? Was it something she even wanted to try?
Adam watched her thinking away. He knew she was spinning over something but not sure what it was. He rubbed her belly a bit trying to bring her back to reality. "What are you thinking about? I can see you working through something." He watched a smile come across her face. "You always know." She paused thinking how to word it. "I guess I feel bad that I never return the favor. That I have never pleasured you with my mouth. I was wondering how you feel about that?" She was scared to death over his answer but she knew she didn't have to be. "Well it doesn't bother me if that's what you are asking. I know you have never done that before and I don't expect it to happen now. Especially this week and especially pregnant. I know most woman don't like it or enjoy it so it's a non issue. We have a very healthy, active sex life that is very satisfying for me. So non issue. You never have to think about it. Okay?" He watched her nod. "Was it something you enjoyed in the past?" She was curious. "Sure but the guilt trip afterwards wasn't worth it. Them making it sound like a chore when they chose to do that. I never asked for it so if they did that it was on them. But yes it can be very enjoyable if both parties are interested and willing. But again I'm happy with how far we have come and today, well god damn that was hot. You against my chest as I pounded into you. Fucking insane. And a first." He kissed her sweetly hoping she believed him.
"Okay. Just tell me if you want or need something you aren't getting. Like I know I'm the size of a whale but I want you happy and satisfied too." He saw she was almost in tears. The hormones were raging again. "First off my love you are not a whale. Second I am happy and I am satisfied. As long as we are together I'm happy and I'm satisfied. That will never change." He watched her process his words. She nodded that she believed him and that she was okay with where they stood. It wasn't too much longer before she drifted off to sleep. He rolled her so he could spoon her, holding her belly as he fell asleep. "Good night my love." "Night hubby"
