Hey, guys! Welcome to my first-ever Slugterra Story, 'Slugterra: The Adventures of the Shane Gang!'. I hope that you guys will enjoy the story and the new chapter...anyway, I don't own anything except for my OCs as the OC Genji Fukuhara belongs entirely to 9655.

NOW LET'S GET ON WITH THE STORY!

"Hold still, would ya?!" An Evil Man snapped while attacking a Human Man as we see them fighting with each other in Slugterra, which is a massive underground world inhabited by Slugs and many other mysterious creatures as the Evil Man held out his blaster with a sinister grin on his face as he fired a Thresher Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the Human Man, who bends backwards to avoid the attack and raised his blaster to fire a Hop Rock Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the Evil Man with said person jumping out of the way as he held out his blaster and fired a Rammstone Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the Human Man and said person fired his own Rammstone Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to collide against the other Rammstone Slug and both attacks cancel each other out as both slugs transformed from their Velocimorph Forms back into their Protoforms.

Standing before us is a 6'5-feet-tall, 45-years-old Man with blue eyes, slick dark greyish hair, thick dark greyish eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, Caucasian Skin, a tall muscular build, and his outfit consists of a light gray armored vest with orange accents, a short-sleeved white shirt underneath, a black strap wrapped around his chest filled with multiple Blue Slug Shells and the Shane Symbol planted on it, a pair of fingerless forearm-length black gloves with orange accents, a black utility belt wrapped around his waist, long blue jeans, and a pair of ankle-high black combat boots. His name is Will Shane, the Shane of Slugterra and the Father of Eli and Leroy Shane as he was trained by The Unbeatable Master herself.

Standing before us is a 6'5-feet-tall, 45-years-old Human Man with lime green eyes, slick dark brown hair, thin dark brown eyebrows, a big pointed nose, a sharp chin with a black goatee, Pale Skin, a tall muscularly slim build, and his outfit consists of a long-sleeved dark gray jacket with red accents, a long-sleeved high-collared red shirt underneath, a pair of fingerless black gloves, a gray strapped wrapped around his chest filled with Blue and Red Slug Shells, a black utility belt, long dark gray pants, and a pair of black shoes with dark grey accents. His name is Dr. Thaddius Blakk, Will's Rival and Archenemy as he is also the owner of Blakk Industries.

"Urgh! You worthless slug!" An angry Dr. Blakk says while glaring down at his groaning Rammstone Slug as Will smiled down warmly at his Rammstone Slug and allowed him to go over and climb up to his Slug Blue Shell as he gave him a cocky grin.

"Not that I don't enjoy bringing you to justice time and again, Dr. Blakk, but aren't you tired of getting beat?"

"Extremely, which is why I lured you here." Dr. Blakk says with an evil grin as Will rolls his eyes and scoffs.

"Think you're finally going to beat me in a duel?"

"I know I am." Dr. Blakk says with a knowing and malicious tone as an Infurnus Slug named, 'Burpy', and a Tazerling Slug named, 'Thunder' appear on Will's shoulders as they growl over at him angrily.

"Settle down, guys, you'll get your chance," Will says to Burpy and Thunder with a reassuring tone as he then gives his archenemy a serious glare. "So are you going to tell me what this is all about, or do I have to guess?"

"I'll do one better, Will Shane, I'll show you." Dr. Blakk says with a sly tone as he reaches into his strap to pull out a Red Slug Shell that holds a Corrupted Slug and Will, Burpy, and Thunder stare over at him in shock and horror.

"Is that a slug?! Blakk, what have you done to it!?

"I've fixed it. Made it better. Good enough to finally beat you." Dr. Blakk says while loading the Corrupted Slug into his blaster and shooting it at Will as, much to their shock, he swiftly transformed into a huge vortex of pure dark power. "THE POWER! IT'S BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINE!" An amazed Dr. Blakk yelled happily and evilly, but then he and Will yelped in surprise as the vortex created a gravitational pull that began pulling them in, forcing both men to grab onto several random objects to save themselves as Will turned over to glare at a nervous Dr. Blakk.

"YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING! CORRUPTING SLUGS! YOU COULD DESTROY ALL OF SLUGTERRA! STOP THIS, BLAKK!" Will ordered furiously as Dr. Blakk ignored him and was able to pull himself to safety as he ran off, angering his rival as he then glanced down at his Slugs. "FIND MY SONS! FIND ELI AND LEROY! GIVE THEM THE LETTER! GO!" Will ordered while loading Burpy into his blaster as he then shot him away before doing the same with Thunder as both Slugs flew through the air while transforming from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as they glanced back at Will, who was sucked inside of the dark power vortex and disappeared from sight, seemingly killing him as both Slugs shared somber looks before flying up through one of the small caverns planted on the ceiling as they began flying through the tunnels and were able to find a large pipe as the Slugs flew through it and traveled through it before being able to reach a sewer manhole cover as Burpy and Thunder shot through it and hovered in the air as they spotted the Shane House and flew over to one of the windows while transforming from their Velocimorph Forms to their Protoforms as they landed on the windowsill and spotted two twin 10-year-old boys sleeping in the bunkers as they growled loudly, getting their attention as the twin boys, who are named Eli and Leroy, turned to them worriedly.

"Burpy? Thunder? What are you doing here?" Eli asked while he and his brother got out of their bunk beds as Leroy gave the Slugs a knowing and somber look.

"It's Dad, isn't it? He's dead?" Leroy asked sadly as Burpy and Thunder nodded sadly before jumping over to land on the ground as they leaped over to the rug and pulled it back to reveal a small trapdoor as Eli and Leroy walked over to bend down and open it to see a small case with their Father's Logo painted on it as the twin boys opened it and spotted a letter placed inside as they reached down to grab it and open it to see that their Father had written them a message.

Will Shane: Dear, Eli and Leroy, if you're both reading this, it means I've fallen protecting Slugterra.

It's one of the many risks of being a Shane, a risk you two will someday face yourselves if you two ever decide to follow in my footsteps

A long line of Shanes has made the trip down to Slugterra.

If you do choose to go, remember our deal, don't go down to Slugterra until you are both fifteen years old

I've told you both about my adventures in Slugterra, and you two will have plenty of your own.

Getting down there is going to be the easy part

Getting back up? That'll be a lot harder for you,

If you two choose to go, it'll be a one-way trip until you learn the secret of how to get back home.

I know we always talked about making your first journey underground together, but you will have to do this one on your own.

I've told you so much about Slugterra, but it only scratches the surface of what you two will see,

You'll be traveling over 100 miles beneath the surface of the Earth to a place only a handful of topsiders have ever seen,

You two will be safe inside the carriage just hold on tight.

After fully reading their Father's note, Eli and Leroy then spent the next five years mentally and physically preparing themselves for the journey as, once they had their 15th birthday, the twin boys wished their Mother goodbye and packed their bags as they then left their house with Burpy and Thunder riding around on their shoulders as Eli and Leroy walked over to a nearby sewer manhole cover and took it off to climb down into the sewers with their Slugs working together to provide some light by covering themselves with fire and lightning as, after reading their father's instructions, the twin boys were able to find the Shane Logo planted on the wall and reached over to press it as the wall opened up and two chairs could be seen placed in front of them as Eli and Leroy went over to sit down on the chairs.

Standing before us is a 5'8-feet-tall, 15-year-old Human Male with blue eyes, blackish-blue hair with long bangs that sometimes obscure the left side of his face, thick blackish-blue eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, Caucasian Skin, a fairly muscular yet thin build, and his outfit consists of a long-sleeved dark grey hoodie with orange accents, a short-sleeved black shirt underneath, a brown belt with a golden belt buckle, long dark blue jeans, and a pair of brown shoes. His name is Eli Shane, Leroy's Younger Twin Brother, one of Will's sons, and one of the Co-Protectors of Slugterra.

Standing before us is a 5'10-feet-tall, 15-year-old Human Male with dark blue eyes, shoulder-length spiky blackish-blue hair with multiple white streaks in it, thick blackish-blue eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, Caucasian Skin, a tall muscularly slim build, and his outfit consists of a long-sleeved opened dark blue/white jacket, a white tank top underneath, a black belt with a silver belt buckle, long dark blue jeans, and a pair of black shoes. His name is Leroy Shane, Eli's Older Twin Brother, one of Will's sons, and one of the Co-Protectors of Slugterra.

"Ready, bro?" Leroy asked as Eli grinned smugly and shared a fist bump with him while Burpy and Thunder pressed a few buttons on the chairs to have multiple strong black seatbelts appear and strapped them into their chairs tightly.

"Ready. Ready, guys?" Eli asked the Slugs, who nodded as Burpy went over to hide inside Eli's hoodie while Thunder hid inside Leroy's hoodie just as the Shane Twins reached over to press a button on their chairs to have them move downwards at incredibly fast speeds as they both cheered loudly.

A smirking Eli and Leroy Shane, who were wearing their casual Earth Outfits, can be seen hanging out in the Surface World before being swiftly warped over to Slugterra while wearing their Shane Uniforms as an evilly smirking Dr. Blakk appeared and quickly aimed his blasters at them, only to be surprised to see Genji Fukuhara, Pronto Geronimole, Beatrice 'Trixie' String, and Kord Zane appearing onto the scene as the Shane Gang aimed their blasters at the shocked supervillain and fired their Slugs at him as we then see Burpy, Thunder, Driller, and all of the Shane Gang's Slugs appearing on the screen with the title of the story appearing above them as they all waved at the readers cheerfully/cutely.

"This is awesome!" Eli cheered as we see him and the others traveling down the huge drop as he and Leroy gripped their seats tightly with Burpy and Thunder holding onto their hoodies as they cheered loudly as well.

"And dangerous as hell!" Leroy reminded, worried about their necks being broken by the intense drop as their seats traveled along a rail through a large tunnel but were then dropped off the rail by the end of the tunnel and they were both flung into the air before two parachutes popped out as the boys began falling down slowly through the air.

"Yeah, you are not wrong." A groaning Eli says with him and Leroy feeling a bit hurt by the whiplash of the ride as the gang then looked around and the Shane Twins gasped in awe while their Slugs cooed in delight as they all realized that they were all in Slugterra. "Whoa, Slugterra...the world beneath our feet..."

"Roll credits." A bemused Leroy says while giving the readers a knowing look as, after floating around for a few minutes, the Shane Twins landed on the ground and the straps were released as the boys stood up. "Anyway, judging by what Dad said in his letter, when we reach Slugterra, there'll be a Shane Hideout within a few hundred yards of the drop."

"Yep. Anyway, you guys ready to check out our new home?" Eli asked with a grin as Leroy and the slugs nodded as they walked off, and an hour later, we see the boys arriving at a huge white hideout planted on a tree as the group went over to open the door and grimaced as the whole place looked like a complete wreck. "Kind of a mess."

"Well, Dad hasn't been here in five years, Little Bro. I'm surprised that it's not even more destroyed or people trying to raid the place." Leroy pointed out as Eli sighed heavily and nodded just as Burpy and Thunder pointed over to a nearby locker as they walked over to open it and spotted a bunch of gear like uniforms and weapons inside.

"Oh, right, Dad mentioned that when we get inside of the hideout, we'll find all of the gear that we're gonna need to keep the peace." Eli says with a surprised hum as he then grinned at the others cockily. "Well, what do you say, bro, want to ditch the surface clothes?"

"Yep," Leroy says with a grin as we fast forward in time and we see that the boys are now wearing their Slugterra Uniforms as he is now wearing a dark gray armored vest with orange accents and a pair of dark gray shoulder pads, a short-sleeved white shirt underneath with orange accents, two black straps wrapped around his chest in the shape of an 'X' filled with multiple Blue Slug Shells and the Shane Symbol planted on it, a pair of fingerless forearm-length black gloves with orange accents, a black utility belt wrapped around his waist, long blue jeans, and a pair of ankle-high black combat boots. "Man, we look good."

"Damn, right," Eli says with a smirk while wearing a lightly armored black t-shirt with the Shane Symbol planted on it with orange accents and white sides, a pair of elbow-length black fingerless gloves, a black strap wrapped around his chest with multiple Blue Slug Shells and the Shane Symbol planted on it, a black utility belt, long blue/black pants, a pair of ankle-high black combat boots.

"Okay, so Dad says that our own Mecha Beasts will be waiting for us in the Service Bay and will be our birthday presents," Leroy says as Eli nods and we fast forward in time as they arrive at the Shane Service Bay and open the door to see a rusty, worn out, and weak-looking Donkey Mecha Beast. "...Okay, this is disappointing."

"Hey, at least you got something...although I'm glad that I don't have something as lame as that." Eli says to Leroy with a smug grin as Burpy and Thunder growl and gesture over at two large tarps, gaining the Shane Twins' attention as they go over to pull down the tarps and are amazed to see a large white/orange Wolf-like Mecha Beast named, 'LK-E', and a large white/orange Horse-like Mecha Beast named 'ST-D'. "Oh, now this is more like it," Eli says with an impressed whistle as he and Leroy read the model numbers on the Mecha Beasts. "LK-E Model, huh? How about I call you...Lucky?"

"And I can call this one, Stead," Leroy says with an approving nod before noticing another locker as the Shane Twins walk over to open the locker to reveal more blasters and Blue Slug Shells as they go over to wrap them.

"Oh, yeah, Dad says that he usually keeps a few extra blasters around, but we will have to find our own slugs."

"Yeah, that's going to be our most important task. The Slugs are the key to everything down here." Leroy says while cocking his blaster as Eli did the same.

"Yeah, we're gonna learn that they're much more than ammo or whatever that means," Eli says with a shrug just as Burpy and Thunder drop down into two Blue Slug Shells as the boys smile, but then hear a strange noise from the closet as the Shane Twins share a serious glare and nod while loading their blasters as they walk up to the closet door and opened it as a Male Molenoid falls down and crashed down into the ground as a bunch of Slugs ran out.

Standing before them is a 4-feet-tall Male Molenoid of Unknown Age as he has hazel eyes, no hair, thin black eyebrows, small holes that acted as ears, a big dark purple stumpy nose with a thin black mustache underneath, a wide mouth filled with sharp canine-like white teeth, a sharp chin, Light Purple-Pink Skin, a short build with a protruding belly, and his outfit consists of a yellow helmet, an orange bandana wrapped around his neck a blue and white striped shirt with rolled-up sleeves, a pair of black gloves, a black belt filled with Blue Slug Shells, and a pair of black boots. His name is Pronto Geronimole, a Molenoid tracker, a master Slugslinger, and an adventurer.

"Don't shoot! Don't shoot!"

"Who are you?" Eli asked with a glare as he and a suspicious Leroy aimed their blasters at a nervous and pleading Pronto.

"Who am I? The question, sirs, is who are you two?" Pronto asked, trying to act tough as Leroy gave him a deadpanned look.

"Dude, we asked first, and we are the ones holding the blasters here."

"Ah, I see you both are as clever as me, young men." An impressed Pronto said with a wide grin as he then bowed to the Shane Twins. "Pronto, at your service. Tracker. Explorer. Molenoid of many talents."

"Funny. Our Dad never mentioned you." Eli says with a raised eyebrow as Pronto blinked confusedly.

"Our Dad? Wait, your father is Will Shane?!" Pronto asked with the Shane Twins nodding in confirmation as the Molenoid flinched and his eyes shifted around nervously as he tried to come up with a good excuse to save his worthless ass. "Of course, I have a perfectly good explanation for this, you see." Pronto lay with an anxious grin as a blank-faced Eli and Leroy held up their blasters as a glaring Burpy and Thunder covered themselves with flames and electricity. "...Alright, I never actually met Will Shane...but, if I had, there would be no doubt he would've begged me to be on his team as should you two. What good are a couple of Shanes without a tracker to lead them on their adventures?"

"Well...you are not exactly wrong," Leroy says with a thoughtful hum as Eli nods.

"Yeah, but Dad never mentioned anything about needing a tracker."

"And so, the dream dies." A saddened Pronto says with a disappointed tone as he goes over to his Mecha Beast with a dramatic sigh. "Perhaps we will meet again, if ever you pass through the Low Rock Caves. By way of the Northern Cavern or Scorch Sparks?"

"Wait, Pronto, having a Tracker could come in handy in our adventures, so...why not? Welcome aboard the Shane Gang, dude." Leroy says with Eli nodding in agreement as an excited and beaming Pronto whirled around to run over to the twins.

"Yes, yes, you have made a wise choice, Young Shanes."

"My name is Eli, and this is my older twin brother, Leroy," Eli says while introducing him and Leroy as Pronto smirks and nods.

"Hmmm, good names. Easy to pronounce. You, Young Eli and Young Leroy, will not be disappointed."

"Good because if my little twin brother and I are gonna fight evil, our first order of business is to catch us some Slugs," Leroy says while he and Eli glanced down at their empty Blue Slug Shells as Pronto nodded.

"Well as Shanes, you two must have an impressive arsenal of slugs. Show them to me." Pronto requested as the Shane Twins held up their blasters to show a load up Burpy and Thunder. "Yes, yes, they are very nice, but uh, where are the rest?"

"There is no rest. Burpy and Thunder are the only Slugs that we have," Leroy says with a causal shrug as Pronto does a double take in shock.

"You two only have one slug each? Oh, that won't do. If you two want to be protectors of Slugterra, you kids need to win some experienced slugs in a battle, and lucky for you both, I know just the place for you kids to gain tons of Slugs fast." Pronto says with a grin as we fast forward in time and we see the trio riding out of the Shane Hideout with the help of their Mecha Beasts. "It is a small, local tournament. The competition should be no problem for a Shane, much less two." Pronto says with a smug grin before noticing that the Shane Twins had stopped walking as he turned to them confusedly. "What's the holdup? We have slugs to win."

"Yeah, yeah, just hold on, before we go, there is one thing that we have to do before we leave." An excited Eli says as he and Leroy hold up their blasters.

"Waiting to do what? Shoot a slug out of a blaster?"

"Hell yeah. Get ready, guys." Leroy says to Burpy and Thunder, who nod as the Shane Twins raise their blasters and fire them into the air harmlessly as both Slugs fly through the air while transforming from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as Pronto gasps in shock and awe.

"An Infurnus Slug and a Tazerling Slug!"

"Way to go, Burpy!/Do something flashy, Thunder!" The Shane Twins cheered as Burpy and Thunder flew close to each other and made the Shane Symbol with the help of their flames and lighting before flying back over to the others as the Slugs transformed from their Velocimorph Forms to their Protoforms and landed on the Shane Twins' shoulders as Pronto continued staring at Leroy and Eli in stunned shock as we then fast forward in time and we see the trio traveling through the jungle on their Mecha Beasts as Pronto was taking lead and guiding the group on their journey as the Shane Twins then perked up at the sight of a group of Flaringo Slugs hanging around.

"Hey, look! A flock of Flaringos! Check it out, Burpy!" An excited Eli says to Burpy, who waves at the Flaringos cheerfully as Pronto does a double take in shock.

"Wait! You guys give your Slugs names?"

"Yeah, don't you?" A bewildered Leroy asked just as a stinky purple gas cloud came from Pronto's belt as he glared down at his Flatulorhinkus Slug.

"Stop that! Scurrilous Beast!"

"Well, that answers my question..." A deadpanned Leroy says as an annoyed Pronto calmed down and gave the Shane Twins a suspicious look.

"You know, my skills in observation are highly refined. It seems as if many common things are unfamiliar to you two."

"We uh, grew up in a Shane's most secret hideout. It was really out of the way. Only the Shanes know about it." Eli lied as Pronto hummed thoughtfully but nodded as the Shane Twins sighed in relief and Leroy leaned over to him.

"Nice lie, little bro. The Shanes have a lot of secrets, but none of them are as important as the one about where we come from. Like Dad said, no one can know about the Surface World, and I agree with that there are too many dangers on both sides."

"Yeah, big bro, these two worlds must be kept separate," Eli says with a serious nod as, a few minutes later, we see the gang spotting a big man robbing a man's Slug Kart and he was harassing him too. "What's going on, Pronto?"

"Avert your eyes and keep moving," Pronto says with a serious tone as he places his hand on his face to look away.

"That guy looks like he needs help," Leroy says with a small glare as Pronto sighs heavily.

"Without a Shane around to keep the peace, the caverns in Slugterra have gotten, how should we say, a bit rough around the edges. Anyway, this is none of our concern. I am sure you'll agree that a wise hero must choose his battles." Pronto says before noticing that the Shane Twins had jumped off from their Mecha Beasts and ran over to the battle scene as he sighed heavily. "Ugh, of course they would help out. They are Shanes..."

"This all you got?!" The Robber asked the scared Slug Kart Salesman angrily as he stepped forward. "There's nothing but Floppers in here!"

"You need to go!" Eli yelled while he and Leroy appeared behind the Robber as they aimed their blasters at the Robber and the Slug Kart Salesman took the chance to turn around and run away as the Robber slowly turned to the kids with a malicious cackle.

"I've got the claim to this trail. Unless one of you is Will Shane, you better keep on moving, brats."

"Yeah, in case you couldn't tell, dumbass, Will Shane is our Dad," Leroy says with a smug grin as Eli nods.

"Yeah, we're picking up where he left off," Eli says as the Robber snorts and begins laughing loudly.

"Yeah, and we're two kids holding a Blaster and have two powerful Slugs, so you might as well give up and-," Leroy says before getting interrupted by the Robber running over to ram into the boys, causing the Shane Twins to crash down into the ground and dropped their blasters as he loomed over them threateningly, especially when he aimed his blaster down at them and was about to shoot a Hop Rock Slug at the nervous Shane Twins, only for him to get shot by an Arachnet Slug and it covered his whole body with webbing as the Robber was knocked down into the ground. "Whew, that was close."

"Yeah, thanks, Pronto," Eli says while he and Leroy turn their heads as they are surprised to see a cute teenage girl riding around in a Tiger Mecha Beast and holding out a blaster as she smirks cockily.

Standing before them is a 5'2-feet-tall, 16-year-old Human Girl with grassy green eyes, fire-red hair that was tied up in two pigtails and had long bangs that covered the right side of her face, thin fiery-red eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin, D-Cup Breasts, Pale Skin, a short yet slender hourglass build, a perky thick butt, and her outfit consists of a short green shirt with a sleeveless black shirt underneath, lightly armored black shoulder pads, a pair of fingerless black gloves, a black belt filled with Blue Slug Shells, long light grey pants, a black band wrapped around on her left thigh, a pair of light black knee pads, and a pair of black thigh-high boots. Her name is Beatrice 'Trixie' Sting, an expert in the Slugslinging field, and a Slug Expert.

"Who's Pronto? And you're welcome. You know, this road is filled with guys like that. You two should be more careful." Trixie warned before turning around to run away as Eli held out his hands.

"Hey, wait! Who are you?!" Eli asked just as Pronto appeared as he held out his own blaster.

"There you two are. Already dispensing the justice, I see." Pronto says just as he, Eli, and Leroy noticed that the Robber was able to escape from Trixie's web trap as they aimed their blasters at him.

"Stay off this trail, punk," Leroy warned with a glare as a huffing Robber glared at them.

"Alright, I'll go, but you're gonna need more than a couple of blasters and a Molenoid to be a Shane, kids." The Robber says with a laugh while turning around to walk away, only for a Crystalyd Slug to fly onto the scene in his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to collide against the Robber, sending him crashing down into the ground and knocking him out as the Crystalyd Slug flew away and the trio turned their heads to see him flying over to a Teenage Elf, who was riding around on a Mecha beast as the Crystalyd Slug transformed from his Velocimorph Form to his Protoform and went inside of one of his Blue Slug Shells.

Standing before them is a 6-feet-tall, 16-year-old Male Elf with blue eyes, short silver hair with purple streaks in it, pointy ears, a small nose, a sharp chin, Light Skin, a tall muscular build, and his outfit consists of a silver helmet with a purple visor, a dark gray bandana wrapped around his helmet, a long-sleeved silver armored chest, a pair of silver armored gloves with two purple/silver blasters attached to his arms, long silver armored pants, and a pair of silver armored shoes as he wears a short-sleeved black shirt and long pants underneath. His name is Genji Fukuhara, an Elf Boy born and raised in Slugterra.

Also standing before him is a 5-feet-tall Male Mecha Beast as it resembles a dromaeosaur and it stands bipedally with claws on each limb, an enlarged hooked claw on each foot, and sharp metal plating that resembles feathers, however, its lower jaws resemble chainsaws, and two Resource Containers can be found on its back as it is also been shown to have a Power Cell on its underside. His name is the Clawstrider, Genji's Mecha Beast.

"Whoa, thanks for the help, dude," Leroy says with a grin as Genji waves at them.

"Sup, I'm Genji. I just happened to be wandering around when I noticed that you guys needed some help."

"Well, we appreciate the help. I'm Eli Shane and this is my older twin brother Leroy Shane, and this is our new friend, Pronto." Eli says while gesturing over at Leroy and Pronto as Genji blinks in surprise.

"Wait, Shane? As in Will Shane?"

"Oh, yeah, he's our Dad," Leroy says as Genji nods in understanding.

"Nice. Anyway, this is my Slug, Driller the Crystalyd Slug." Genji says while gesturing down at his Crystalyd Slug as Pronto seems impressed by the sight of the Rare Slug.

"Good to meet him. These are our Slugs, Burpy, and Thunder." Leroy says while gesturing at his and his twin brother's Slugs as Genji nods.

"Cool Slugs. So, I have to ask, do you mind if I go with you guys on your journey?"

"Sure, come along, dude," Eli says with a nod as he and the others then turn around and begin traveling through the jungle again. "So, can we have a second opinion, guys? I thought being a Shane was supposed to mean something, but the guy thought that we were nothing but a couple of jokes."

"Remember, Little Bro, Dad wasn't respected by anyone in Slugterra when he started out." Leroy pointed out as Pronto nodded.

"Indeed. If respect is what you two want, you kids must earn it on the field of battle, like Pronto the Brave." Pronto said as we fast forward in time and the gang was able to arrive at the destination of the tournament from where a bunch of Slugslingers could be seen training themselves for their upcoming battles as the boys jumped off from their Mecha Beasts and began walking around as Genji held out his hands.

"If you guys win this tournament, people will know that not only has one Shane returned to fight for justice and protect the innocent, but there are now two of them this time around."

"And if we don't win?" Eli asked concernedly as Pronto shrugged casually.

"Oh, then chaos will continue to rule and you two will be forever branded as hopeless fools until the next generation of Shanes are born but by then, Slugterra would probably be destroyed...of course, this will never happen. You boys have this competition in the bag." Pronto said with a reassuring tone as the Shane Twins shared a worried look, but said nothing as they made their way up to the signup booth and Eli, Leroy, and Genji wrote their names in as the Booth Director spotted this and snorted amusedly as he turned to his friends.

"Hey, guys, check this out! These kids think that they are Shanes!" The Booth Director says while pointing over at the Shane Twins as everyone laughs, except for Trixie as she lowers her camera to give the group a curious look. "Alright, you kids got the last three spots in the Qualifier. Good luck. You're gonna need it." The Booth Director says with a mocking laugh as he turns around to leave.

"Qualifier?" A confused Eli asked as Genji turned to him.

"The Qualifier is basically where you get into one small duel to see if you qualify to get into the tournament. Basically, to weed out the weak and lower the competition." Genji explained as Leroy nodded in understanding.

"Gotcha, cool. Either way, Eli and I can't WAIT until we get to our first duel."

"...WHAT?!" A shocked Pronto asked with Genji going wide-eyed in shock as they then looked around anxiously and quickly walked over to the Shane Boys as the duo began whispering to make sure that no one was listening to them. "You two have never been in a duel? But you two are Shanes!"

"It's kind of a long story, and I don't think we wanna share it with the other duelers, do we?" Eli asked with a small glare as Genji gave them a disbelieving look.

"Wait, so you guys are willing to join the Tournament, even though you guys are novices in using your blasters and Slugs?! Are you two insane?!"

"It's the only way for us to get more Slugs to help us protect all of Slugterra." Leroy pointed out as Pronto groaned and facepalmed.

"Ugh, I need to find you a sparring partner right away! I'll be back!" Pronto yelled while running off as it was only now that the gang noticed that they were being recorded by Trixie.

"Excuse me, you 2 are in my shot."

"Oh, sorry-Hey it's you." A beaming Eli says as he and the others run up to Trixie. "Hey, thanks again for, um, you know."

"What? Saving your butts? It'll be our little secret." Trixie said with a wink as Genji stared at her, smitten with a blush as Leroy chuckled.

"Well, we owe you like Genji here. Anyway, I'm Leroy Shane. This is my younger twin brother, Eli Shane, and this is our new friend, Genji Fukuhara." Leroy says, introducing himself and the others to Trixie, who nodded.

"My name is Beatrice Sting, but please, call me Trixie. Anyway, you two told that guy that you were both Shanes. Is that true?" Trixie asked curiously to the Shane Twins as Eli nodded.

"Yep, we're just here to win a few Slugs before my Brother and I go off and fight crime and stuff."

"So, what's with the camera, beautiful?" Genji asked, surprising Trixie as she blushed and smirked at him.

"I'm filming my competition, looking for anything that might give me an edge in a duel," Trixie explained just as they spotted two guys sparring with each other and one of them was able to beat him after firing out a Tormato Slug as he did a victory dance.

"Who's that guy?" An annoyed and unimpressed Leroy asked as Trixie and Genji scoffed and rolled their eyes in annoyance

"That's John Bull. The guy you'll have to beat if you're planning to win this thing." Genji says as Trixie nods.

"Haven't found a weakness yet, except for the fact that he's a total jerk. Anyway, shouldn't you guys be practicing or something?" Trixie asked curiously as Eli nodded.

"Oh, we will."

"Yep, a new friend of ours is just getting us someone easy to spar with...unless you're interested. By what little we saw, you were pretty good with Slugs." Leroy suggested as Trixie snorted amusedly and shook her head.

"And give away all my tricks? Tempting, but no thanks. I'd rather film you and learn about yours. Besides, I think your friend already found someone." Trixie says while pointing over to a smiling Pronto, who had begun walking towards them with a Cave Troll as the Shane Siblings shared worried looks.

Standing before them is an 8-feet-tall, 18-year-old Male Cave Troll with dark brown eyes, a bald head, dark brown eyebrows, a small nose, a sharp chin with a small orange beard, blue skin with tattoos on his arms, a tall bulky and muscular build, and his outfit consists of a black hat with a rhino horn, a black vest, a white tank top underneath, a pair of moderately armored fingerless black gloves, a black belt filled with Blue Slug Shells, long greyish-brown pants, and a pair of black boots. His name is Kord Zane, a Cave Troll who is a force to be reckoned with.

"Eli and Leroy Shane? Meet Kord Zane." Pronto says while introducing the Shane Twins to Kord, who cracked his knuckles threateningly as Eli and Leroy gulped nervously. "Well, what do you think?"

"I think…this could be extremely painful," Eli says with a wince as Kord eyes both brothers with an unimpressed glare and turns back to Pronto.

"You told me that I would be dueling with not only one Shane but two. These are just kids."

"And you're a cave troll!" An excited Eli says as Kord rolled his eyes and looked away sadly.

"Let me guess, you don't wanna spar with me either..."

"Are you kidding? My Brother and I have always wanted to meet a Cave Troll. Our Old Man used to say that you will never find anyone more loyal, honest, and brave than a Cave Troll." Leroy says with a grin as an offended Pronto rolls his eyes and scoffs.

"Hmph, well clearly, he spent little time around molenoids."

"Will Shane said that?" A shocked Kord asked as the Shane Twins nodded and the Cave Troll perked up as he smiled widely. "Aw, come here you!" Kord says while reaching over to grab the Shane Brothers into a bear hug.

"So, I take it this means we're gonna duel?" Eli asked with a pained groan as we then fast forward in time and we see the gang, including Trixie, hanging out in an open patch near the tournament as Kord pulled out a Slug Canister and placed it on the ground as it released a bunch of Flopper Slugs.

"Take your pick."

"Floppers huh? Great." A smiling Eli says as he and Leroy kneel down to grab two Floppers.

"What?! Not great! Floppers are useless!" An annoyed and angry Pronto says as Leroy shakes his head.

"Nope. You see, our Dad told us that no Slug is useless, you just have to know how to use them and I already have a couple of ideas for these Floppers." A grinning Leroy says as he, Eli, and Kord then went over to get into position for their duel.

"So, what do you two know about dueling?" Kord asked as Eli shrugged casually.

"What's to know? First, you choose your slug and then you sling it. When it reaches 100 miles an hour, it transforms. Keep at it until your opponent gives up. Our Dad must've explained that to us like 100 times." Eli says while preparing his blaster as Kord rolls his eyes amusedly.

"Yeah, but explaining's not dueling. You see, in this competition, if you win, you get to pick a Slug from your opponent. That means if you lose any match, even the Qualifier-,"

"We could lose Burpy or Thunder," Leroy says with a worried tone as he and Eli glance down at their Slugs anxiously.

"Are you really willing to put it all on the line?" Genji asked while standing near Trixie as Leroy sighed heavily.

"We really don't have a choice, do we?"

"Nope...DUEL!" Kord screamed while firing his Phosphoro Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the Shane Twins, who ducked down and used his Arcalyte Attack to startle and scare them as Pronto facepalmed while Genji and Trixie laughed.

"Not fair! Wasn't ready!" Eli complained as Kord smirked cockily.

"That's the point! You always gotta be-DUEL!" Kord screamed while firing a Tormato Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the Shane Twins and caused his Sylphoon move to send the boys flying up into the air as they then crashed down into the ground with a couple of pained grunts.

"Stand sideways! You're harder to hit that way!"

"You do realize you're helping the competition?" A bewildered Eli asked as Trixie snorted and turned to Genji with a smug grin on her face.

"Heh, that's cute. He thinks that he and his brother are competition."

"DUEL!" Kord screamed while raising his blaster as he fired a Bubbaleone, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the Shane Twins and went underneath them as it grew in size and sent Eli and Leroy flying over to crash down into the ground with a couple of pained grunts.

"Hey not bad, bro," Kord says just as the Shane Twins stood up from the floor as they shared a look and nodded, getting an idea as Leroy and Eli raised their blasters as they fired their Floppers and the Slugs flew over to Kord, who dodged the attack as the Floppers landed on the ground and created a big puddle of slime behind the Cave Troll. "Don't target your opponent everytime. Try moves that mess things up around them."

"Ah, you mean like this?" Eli asked with a sly grin while raising his blaster as he fired Burpy, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to a shocked Kord, who moved out of the way as the Slug collided against the slime and created a big explosion that sends the Cave Troll flying over to crash down into the ground with a pained grunt as Leroy raised his blaster and fired Thunder, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to Kord and uses his Tazerbolt Move, surrounding himself with a small ball of electrical arcs as Thunder collided aginst the Cave Troll, shocking him a bit as the Shane Twins walked over to aim their blasters down at him.

"We win," Leroy says with a smug grin as, instead of being upset, Kord smirks proudly and laughs.

"Now that's what I'm talking about!"

"Nice one, guys!" An impressed Genji says as Trixie smiles and nods.

"Yes! Now that is the Eli and Leroy Shane that I know...or uh, you know, just recently met." Pronto says with a sheepish grin as Kord is helped up by the Shane Twins.

"I guess that you were right. Floppers can be useful if used right." Kord says with an impressed tone as the Shane Twins nod and we then fast forward in time as we see the twins sitting on a crate with Pronto spotting them as the others stand near him.

"Clever move with combining your Froppers and your Infurnus to create an explosion." Trixie complimented the Shane Twins as Genji nodded in agreement and gave the boys a curious look.

"So, how is it that neither of you have ever been in a duel before?"

"Well, we made a promise to our Dad that we wouldn't take up slinging until we turned 15 years old," Eli explained as Trixie grinned slyly and placed her hands on her hips.

"Let me guess, Happy Birthday?"

"Yesterday," Leroy says as Kord laughs.

"I got a good feeling about you boys. You two may not have lots of skill, but you've both got plenty of heart."

"So, you think that we're ready?" A hopeful Eli asked as he and Leroy stood up from their crate.

"Definitely."

"Yep

"Maybe."

"Hmmm, nope." Kord, Genji, Trixie, and Pronto stated in unison as Eli pouted and Leroy frowned deadpanedly.

"Wow, what a confidence booster. Thanks, Trix. You too, Pronto."

"Oh, you two are gonna be fine," Kord says with a smug grin as he walks over to place his arms around the Shane Twins' shoulders. "In fact, I almost feel sorry for whatever noob you two are up against," Kord says just as the gang spotted another Slugslinger standing near them, dressed with an electric-themed jumpsuit as he was shooting multiple Tazerling Slugs, which all transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as they all collided against the targets and destroyed them all easily. "...Uh, remember what I said about feeling sorry for the other guy? I totally take that back. You guys are going up against Shockwire."

"Still not too late to quit while you're alive, Shanes!" The Booth Director says tauntingly while walking past them as he laughed.

"He's gonna demolish you," Kord said with a worried tone as Eli scoffed and rolled his eyes.

"Come on guys. He doesn't look that tough." Eli says as Leroy nods in agreement and the Shane Twins glance down at their Slugs.

"What do you think, guys?" Leroy asked as Burpy blew a raspberry at Shockwire while Thunder growled angrily as he noticed the guy overusing his Tazerling Slugs.

"All he uses are Tazerlings, and from what I can tell, he's sort of a one-trick pony." Trixie pointed out as Kord nodded.

"Yeah, but it's some trick."

"We have a few tricks too, you know," Eli says with a smug grin as the group looks surprised by this.

"Wait, you guys do?!"

"Yeah...you guys know some tricks, right?" Leroy asked Burpy and Thunder, who nodded in agreement. "See? We will be fine."

"Maybe, but just in case, you guys should know that Tazerlings are tough little Slugs, but sometimes they'll misfire if they get too overworked," Genji explained with the Shane Twins turning to Thunder for confirmation as he nodded in agreement.

"You don't say?" The Shane Twins asked themselves with sly grins on their faces and shared fist bumps as we fast forward in time and we see a huge group of people hanging around Eli, Leroy, Genji, and Shockwire as they stepped up to confront each other.

"Genji, a pleasure to finally have the honor to kick your butt. As for you two, they tell me that you two are Shanes." Shockwire says to Genji and then the Shane Twins as Eli nods.

"That's right."

"And all you two got is a Flaringo, a Tazerling, and a bunch of Floppers?" An amused Shockwire asked as Burpy got angry for being mistaken for Flaringo. "You're either crazy, dumb or both."

"I prefer the third option, brave and determined," Leroy says with a smug grin as Shockwire narrows his eyes angrily and we then fast forward in time again as we see the group having their duel on a series of cliffs and land bridges overlooking a lake of lava as the Shane Twins and Genji glance up to see Trixie, Pronto, and Kord cheering them on in the background.

"DUEL!" The Host of the Tournament screamed as a grinning Shockwire raised his blaster to try and shoot them, only for Eli to raise his blaster and fire his Noodle the Flopper as he flew over to collide against his opponent and created a big puff of green smoke, blinding him as the boys ran forward and an annoyed Shockwire raised his blaster as he fired his Tazerling, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to the boys, who jumped out of the way as Shockwire was about to shoot them again, only for Leroy to raise his blaster and fired Floppy the Flopper as he flew over to collide against his face, splattering him with green slime as Shockwire yelped in surprise and struggled to wipe it away from his face as Burpy and Thunder squealed at the boys to try and use them.

"Not yet, guys."

"Yeah, you'll get your chance," Leroy says to Burpy and Thunder, who pouted but nodded as Shockwire recovered and tried to raise his blaster, only for the Shane Twins to raise their blasters and fire Noodle and Floppy the Floppers as they flew over to collide against Shockwire's body, creating a big cloud of green smoke that blinded him, enraging him as Shockwire raised his blaster and began firing multiple Tazerlings into the air as they all transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms, which is what the boys wanted as they all separated to avoid the attack.

"Hey, why aren't they using their Infurnus and Tazeling Slugs?" A confused Kord asked as Trixie stared at the scene thoughtfully. "The Shane Twins are never gonna win just using Floppers."

"No wait, I think I know what they are doing." A curious Trixie says with a knowing tone as the Shane Twins and Genji run around, dodging more and more transformed Tazerlings as they all skid to a stop and glance up at Shockwire, who grinned widely, thinking that he had cornered them as he raised his blaster.

"You're in for a shock, kids!" Shockwire screamed while firing his blaster, only for the loaded Tazerling to misfire and shock Shockkwire's whole body as he screamed in pain.

"They were waiting for one of the Tazerlings to misfire." An impressed Trixie says as the boys share a look and nod as they raise their blasters and wrist blasters as they fire Burpy the Infurnus Slug and Thunder the Tazerling Slug and Driller the Crystalyd Slug and Pummeler the Rammstone Slug as they all transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms and flew over to whirl around Shockwire threateningly as he got scared.

"Call them off!" Shockwire yelled, surprising Trixie, Kord, Pronto, and even the Host of the Tournament. "Call it off! I quit! You win!" A frightened Shockwire screamed as Burpy, Thunder, Driller, and Pummeler flew away from him as they made their way back to their Masters and transformed from their Velocimorph Forms to their Protoforms as they landed back inside of their Blue Slug Shells.

"Winner! Eli and Leroy Shane, and Genji Fukuhara!" The Host of the Tournament yelled as the crowd cheered loudly and the boys made their way up to the top bridge to meet up with the others. "I guess you really are a Shane, kids, and you were great as usual, Genji." The Host of the Tournament says as he then turns to the defeated foe. "Shockwire, get over here and pay up."

"Yeah, yeah," Shockwire says with an annoyed tone as he walks up to the trio and holds up his Tazerlings, and even a few extra Slugs that he had like an Arachnet Slug and a Lavalynx Slug. "Alright, kids, take your pick."

"Ooh, he's got some good ones, guys," Kord said in excitement as the trio were about to walk forward, but were stopped by their Cave Troll friend. "Hey, hey. Let's think about this."

"No, Kord, we've got a better idea," Eli says as he, Leroy, and Genji walk over to Shockwire's Slugs.

"So, which one of you guys wants to come with us? We're a Shane, so, after this competition is over, you've gotta be up for a life of adventure." Leroy says as Pronto looks shocked by what they are doing.

"What?! You're asking the slugs?! Nobody ever asks the slugs!" Pronto yelled as the middle Tazerling jumped over to land on Eli's hand, and the Arachnet Slug and the Lavalynx Slug leaped over to land in Leroy and Genji's hands.

"Welcome to the team," Genji says with a smirk as Eli glanced down at his Tazerling curiously.

"How do you like the name Joules?" Joules asked as the now-named Joules clapped, and lit a little spark on his head.

"And I can name you Arachnia," Leroy said to the now-named Arachnia as he beamed and nodded.

"How's the name...Magma?" Genji asked the now-named Magma as he squealed happily.

"You three are naturals." Kord complimented as he then grinned coyly. "But, guys, now that all of you are in the competition-,"

"Don't think we're doing you any favors. We're all in this to win." Trixie interrupted with a smug grin as the Host of the Tournament appeared.

"Then you better get a move on. Round 1 starts tonight at Scorch Sparks Cavern, and you'll be fighting...them!" The Host of the Tournament yelled while pointing over at four Slugslingers, who posed for battle as the group shared nervous looks, and we cue over to a Factory placed in a dark green, evil-looking cavern/swamp as we zoomed inside and we see Dr. Blakk working on something as his henchman approached him.

Standing before us is a 6'2-feet-tall, 50-year-old Human Man with black green eyes, short brownish-orange hair, thin brownish-orange eyebrows, a small pointed nose, a sharp chin, Light Skin, a tall muscularly slim build, and his outfit consists of a black vest, a long-sleeved black shirt with red accents, a black belt filled with Red Slug Shells, long dark gray pants, a pair of black knee pads, and a pair of black shoes with dark grey accents. His name is Maurice, Dr. Blakk's right-hand man and one of many Blakk Employees.

"Dr. Blakk. You need to see this." Maurice says while holding up a tablet that showed video footage of the tournament from earlier. "It's footage from a Slugslinging Tournament way out in Herringbone Cavern."

"Why would something like that be of any interest to me?"

"Because these two say their names are Eli and Leroy Shane," Maurice answered while showing footage of the Shane Twins as Dr. Blakk turned to eye the tablet stoically. "Think they're any relation?"

"Well if they are, we have ways of dealing with Shanes. Quite a few of them, actually." Dr. Blakk says with an evil grin while showing about hundreds of Slug Canisters as one of the Red Slug Shells contained a Corrupted Slug.

"...Come on, keep up, boys," Pronto says while grunting as we see him, Leroy, Eli, and Genji climbing up a cliff as, below them, is a lake of molten lava, and suddenly, the rock that Eli grabbed breaks off as he falls off.

"Eli!" Leroy screamed worriedly as, thankfully, Eli was able to grab Pronto's blaster and swung himself over to attach himself to the wall as everyone sighed in relief.

"Thanks, Pronto." Eli says as Pronto smirked down at him cockily.

"Yes. This journey is not so easy."

"Yeah, Eli almost died four times." Genji pointed out as Pronto nodded.

"And he would have if not for Pronto and his magnificent tracking skills," Pronto says while he and the others climb up to the top of the cliff as the Molenoid then holds out his hands. "But, behold, Round 1 of the tournament," Pronto says while showing a bunch of Slugslingers training for the tournament as a smirking Kord and Trixie appear.

"Hey, what took you guys so long?"

"Molten lava, razor-sharp cliffs, and a Molenoid with a constant need for pit stops," Eli says with an annoyed and joking tone as he points over at Pronto, blaming him for why it took them so long to get there.

"What? My bladders are very small."

"Why didn't you just take the road?" Trixie asked curiously as Leroy did a double take in shock.

"Wait, what?! There was a road?!" Leroy asked as Trixie nodded and gestured over at the cavern entrance.

"Baah, when you're with Pronto, you don't need roads. A good reason to bring me along with you kids when, soon, you are all out fighting evil." Pronto says with an assuring tone as the trio gives him deadpanned looks.

"All that matters now is you made it," Kord says as he then gives the trio a sly grin. "The only question is: who're you gonna duel first?" Kord asked as the Shane Twins and Genji looked around to see a bunch of Slug Slingers as one of them spun his blaster behind his back and over his shoulder and kicked it back up to his belt, another took aim left and right, and what seems to be triplets loaded their blasters and took aim as John Bull fired a Thresher Slug at a training dummy, shredding its head off as the Shane Twins shared nervous looks while Genji grinned widely. "Just try not to die. That would be bad." Kord says as the gang then began walking forward and walking past a lava lake.

"Stay close. These lava lakes can be very unpredictable-," Pronto advised just as a lava bubble spewed at them as Eli quickly pulled his friend out of the way before he got burned or melted to death.

"Okay, that was kinda scary. Also, kinda awesome. What did they do? Pick the most dangerous cavern they could find?" Eli asked sarcastically as Pronto shook his head.

"Oh, don't be silly. Each round of the tournament is hosted by a different cavern. They're probably saving the truly deadly ones for last."

"Hey, Genji, do you know why everyone is just standing around and talking to each other? Shouldn't we be getting ready for the tournament or something?" Leroy asked Genji curiously as said person shrugged.

"Yeah, here's the thing, guys, they don't announce the match-ups or the type of contest until at the very last minute," Genji says as Kord nods with a groan.

"Yeah, I have no idea if I need to be preparing for a sharp-shooting contest or a mecha-back duel. It could be anything."

"Leave it to me. I will use my expert skills in persuasion to find out early." Pronto says with a smug grin while walking forward, but stops as the Host of the Tournament appears.

"Attention! The first round of the tournament will be three on one duels!"

"...Okay, it is three-on-one duels," Pronto whispered while walking back over to the group as Eli rolled his eyes amusedly.

"Thanks for the tip, Pronto."

"My pleasure. Anything to give you the edge, my friend." Pronto says with a grin while bowing to them as we then fast forward in time and we see Eli, Leory, and Genji facing against a Slugslinger named Jacques.

"DUEL!" The Host of the Tournament screamed as Jacques took out his blaster Aquabeek Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he fired his Aquajet attack at Eli, sending him flying off of the cliff as he was able to catch himself in time by reaching up to grab a rock but a squealing Burpy fell out of his Blue Slug Shell as he landed down in the lava.

"Burpy!" Eli screamed worriedly just as an unharmed Burpy popped out of the lava and smiled cheekily. "Maybe you could have mentioned that hot lava won't hurt you."

"Now I got ya! I saved the best for last." Jacques says with a smirk while appearing at the top of the cliff as he loads up his Thresher Slug in his blaster and aims it down at Eli as he is about to shoot him, but then-

"So did we!" Leroy and Genji screamed while appearing on the scene and raised their blaster and wrist blasters as they fired their Arachnia the Arachnet Slug and Shocker the Tazerling Slug as they both transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as Arachnia used his Flashnet Move and spins a net-like web to wrap up a surprised Jacques before being shocked by Shocker as he used his Tazercoil Move to latch onto his opponent and shocks him repeatedly on impact as a grinning Eli leaped back onto the top of the cliff and held out his blaster as he fired Burpy, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to collide against a still tied up and shocked Jacques, crashing him down into the ground as the trio aimed their blasters down at their foe, who held up his hands in surrender.

"Winner! Eli and Leroy Shane, and Genji Fukuhara!" The Host of the Tournament yelled as the crowd cheered loudly and the trio helped Jacques up to his feet.

"Now, I know which one you're gonna take," Jacques says with a somber tone as he gestures down at his Thresher Slug placed in the Blue Slug Shell. "It sure was sweet knowing you..."

"Your Thresher Slug's great, but c'mon, we can't take him," Eli says with a knowing tone as a sympathetic Leroy nods.

"Yeah, I know how I would feel if someone took Thunder, Burpy, and Driller from us," Leroy says as Jacques and his Thresher are pleasantly surprised at the trio being good sports.

"So, which one of you wants to join us?" Genji asked Jacques' Slugs as an Armashelt Slug, a Rammstone Slug, and a Tormato Slug leaped over to land in Eli, Leroy, and Genji's hands respectively.

"You're an Armashelt Slug, aren't you? I could use a cannonball when I'm out helping people and kicking evil's butt. I think that I'll call you...Banger. Is that okay with you?" Eli asked the new-named Banger as he smiled and nodded.

"I think that I will call you...Double Down. That alright with you?" Leroy asked the Rammstone Slug, who grinned cockily and nodded.

"I will call you...Hurricane." Genji says to the Tormato Slug with a smirk as said person nods approvingly.

"Not too bad for our first official match, huh Pronto?" Eli asked Pronto with a grin as he and the others then noticed that they were gone as they looked around and spotted Pronto watching another match with a big crowd of people.

"Hey, there you are," Leroy says while he and the others walk up to Pronto, who is eating a sandwich and drinking some orange juice as he winced and gave them a sheepish look.

"Okay, yes, I am here. Certainly was not to find a new job if you lost, but I can see from the look on your faces that you are victorious. So, let us not have anymore of these silly accusations." Pronto says awkwardly while sipping his drink as the gang spotted John Bull fighting against his opponent, who fired his Hop Rock Slug as he transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form, but John Bull merely fired his Thresher, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form, to block his attack and then fired his Frostcrawler Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he used his Deepfreeze Attack to cover him in an ice storm that instantly freezes his opponent in a block of ice and John Bull then fired his Rammstone Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to throw a punch at his opponent, sending him crashing down into the ground and got knocked out.

"Winner! John Bull!" The Host of the Tournament shouted as everyone cheered loudly and John Bull turned around to walk away, bumping against the Shane Twins and making Pronto drop his drink as he gave the duo a great look.

"Did Pronto mention how happy he is that you won?" Pronto says as we fast forward in time and we see Trixie facing against someone named, 'The King of Sling', with said person holding up his blaster and firing his Rammstone Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to Trixie, who did a backflip to avoid the attack and held up her blaster as she fired her Thresher Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as the King of Sling was able to counter it by firing his Hop Rock Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he then flew over to collide against Trixie with said person trying to load up another slug, but was instead knock down into the ground with a pained grunt.

"Now bow down before the majesty of the King of Sling!" The King of Sling says victoriously before getting interrupted by Trixie, who stands up from the floor and fires her Arachnet Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to launch a white web net at her opponent's face.

"That's for your yapping..." Trixie trailed off snarkily while standing up from the floor and firing her Tormato Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he fired over to briefly trap the King of Sling in a Slyphoon to make him dizzy. "...that's for your flapping..." Trixie continued while raising her blaster and firing a Rammstone Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he flew over to collide against his legs to knock the King of Sling down into the ground. "...and that one wins me the duel." Trixie finished with a sly grin as she put away her blaster.

"Trixie Sting wins!" The Host of the Tournament yelled as everyone cheered and Trixie walked over to the others.

"Nice work, gorgeous. Really showed that guy who's boss and looking hot while doing it." Genji complimented as Trixie blushed and gave him a shy smile as a grunting Kord walked over to them.

"Whoa, dude, tough break?" A worried Leroy asked Kord, who put on a grin as he chuckled.

"Totally...you should see the dude I just hammered!" Kord says while sharing a high five with the others as, after cueing over at Blakk's Fortress, we see Dr. Blakk planning to experiment on a Hop Rock Slug, only to be stopped when his Henchman appears on the scene.

"Maurice, what have I told you about interrupting me while I work?" Dr. Blakk asked with an annoyed tone as Maurice gave him an urgent and concerned look.

"It's about that Slug Slinging Tournament."

"And I should care because?"

"The Shane Twins, they are still in the tournament. According to my guy, they might actually be good. You don't think they'll be a problem, do you?" Maurice asked with a frown as Dr. Blakk laughed amusedly.

"In 10 years perhaps."

"But you still want me to keep an eye on them, right, boss?"

"Leave."

"...I'll take that as a yes." A deadpanned Maurice says while turning around to walk away as Dr. Blakk continues working on his experiments and we cue back over to the others as we see all of them traveling towards the cavern hosting the next round for the Slugsling Tournament on their Mecha Beasts.

"Come on, dudes and dudette!" Kord yelled while riding around on his Mecha Beast, who resembled a green bull as the others ran alongside him. "Floor it! We're only halfway to Rocklock Cavern and the next round is starting in less than an hour!"

"Hey! We've been meaning to ask you something! Cave trolls are like the best engineers, right?!" Eli asked as Kord grinned smugly

"Well, I don't wanna brag."

"So, why did you become a Slugslinger?"

"Well, you see, my clan wanted me to go into the family business. A lot of the passageways we use today were built by my people...but, turns out that slinging slugs is a whole lot more fun than busting rocks." Kord says with a wide grin on his face as Leroy laughed amusedly and nodded.

"True that, brother!"

"Yes, yes, yes. I of course come from a long, proud line of Molenoid Explorers." Pronto bragged as a curious Genji turned to Trixie.

"What about you, Trixie?"

"Not much to say. I was tired of seeing bad people ride into my home cavern to cause trouble. Without a Shane around, somebody had to do something. I was the only one who wanted to fight back."

"Honestly? That's pretty much the same reason that I took on Slugslinging as well." Genji says as Trixie beamed and nodded.

"Good to know. Also, that's why I partially make my videos as well. To show people what's been happening in Slugterra, both good and bad."

"Tracking, however, is the Molenoids' greatest skill." Pronto randomly bragged as a worried and suspicious Leroy looked around.

"Speaking of that, where exactly are we, Pronto? Eli and I may not know much about Slugterra, but even we can tell that we have gone off route."

"Oh, just a little shortcut I know about." Pronto boasted as Genji noticed some markings on some nearby rocks and gasped in worry.

"Wait, those are Shadow Clan markings! Is this one of their trails?!"

"Yes. At one point it was, but they haven't been here in years." Pronto assured them just as a bunch of Shadow Clan Members appeared on the scene and they growled at them angrily as they all resemble terrifying monkey-like creatures, who are feared throughout the 99 caverns as not much is known about them since no one dares venture into the dark outskirts where they live.

"Well, they must've moved back in recently because here they are." A glaring Leroy says as Eli gasps in shock and amazement.

"The Shadow Clan? Cool, we've always wanted to see one."

"Usually, if you get close enough to see one..." Trixie started.

"...It's the last thing you'll see." Kord finished anxiously as Genji looked around seriously.

"So, what do we do?"

"RUN!" Pronto screamed panickedly as he, Trixie, and Kord turned around to run away as the Shane Twins and Genji, instead, ran forward towards battle.

"Guys! He meant to run away!" Trixie yelled concernedly as Leroy turned to her.

"You guys go on! We'll try and distract them!" Leroy screamed as the Shane Twins and Genji led the Shadow Clan deeper into their trail until the trio was cut off by more and more Shadow Clan Members appearing on the scene.

"Yeah, maybe fighting against the Shadow Clan on their home turf was a bad idea," Eli admitted with a wince as the others nodded in agreement.

"Retreat!" The Shane Twins screamed while lowering their blasters and fired their Noodle and Floppy the Floppers as they flew over to collide against the ground, creating a big puff of green smoke that blinded the Shadow Clan as the trio turned around and ran ahead and Genji whirled around to hold out his wrist blasters as he fired Magma the Lavalynx Slug and Hurricane the Tormato Slug as they both transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as they flew over to the Shadow Clan and Magma used his Fullcano move to create miniature volcanic eruption of lava on impact that sends them all flying back while Hurricane used his Syphoon Move to blow away the remaining Shadow Clan Members as the trio was able to meet up with their friends eventually.

"What were you three thinking?!" Trixie asked with a glare as Eli shrugged sheepishly.

"We don't know what we were thinking."

"Yeah, our Dad always talked about them like they were no big deal. He said he ran into them all the time when he was patrolling the caverns." Leroy says before he and the others ride off as Trixie rolls her eyes and scoffs.

"Yeah, but your dad was Will Shane! You three are just crazy!"

"True. Also, funny enough, my Grandmother had run into the Shadow Clan all the time too!" Genji yelled as we then fast forward in time and we see the gang arriving at Rocklock Cavern.

"Rocklock Cavern. They better have something good for this round." Genji says with an excited tone as the Host of the Tournament appears.

"This next round will feature five on three duels! Choose your partners!"

"Whaddaya say?" Eli asked Trixie and Kord, who shared concerned and unsure looks as he laughed amusedly. "Aw come on! What's the worst that could happen?" Eli asked as we fast forward in time and we see the gang fighting against the triplets from earlier as Eli barely dodged out of the way to avoid being hit by three transformed Hop Rocks and an annoyed Kord popped out of his hiding spot to glare at him sternly.

"Don't just sit there, you dummy!"

"Yeah, get some cover, bro!" Leroy yelled while reaching over to grab Eli and pulling him behind the rock as he turned to Genji and Trixie.

"Genji, Trix, who the hell are these guys?!"

"Those three are the Powers Triplets aka the Power Trips. They've been training together since they were born." Trixie explained as the Trips reloaded their blasters.

"It's like they know what the other's gonna do before they even do it," Genji says just as the Trips fired their three Hop Rocks at once as they all transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms and flew over to collide against the gang's rock cover, exposing them as they were forced to run away.

"Ah, enjoying the match I see," Pronto said to some spectators as he grinned cockily. "You know, they maybe Will Shane's sons, but Pronto taught them everything they know," Pronto says before wincing as he spots the gang running away from the Trips. "Except for that..."

"Slug them again, brother."

"Yes, sister." One of the Trips says as he and the other reloaded their blasters.

"Whoa, wait...one of those dudes is a girl?" A surprised Eli asked just as the Trips fired their three Hop Rocks at once as they all transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms and flew over to the gang, who ducked behind some rock pillars as Leroy gritted his teeth angrily.

"We can't win like this. If we want to have any chance of beating them, we have to work together."

"Yeah, show us your Slugs." Eli requested as everyone showed off their Slugs. "Kord, you'll sling that Phosphoro while Trixie and Genji use their Arachnet Slug and Vinedrill Slug while I and Leroy will see what Banger and Double Down can do," Eli says with a smug grin as Genji gives him an unsure frown.

"I'm not sure, dude. It takes weeks to bond with a new Slug, guys. Sometimes months."

"Yeah, you can shoot it, sure, but to pull off a complicated move? There's no way a Slug you just won will just do exactly what you want it to do." Trixie pointed out as Leroy shook his head.

"Hey, we maybe new at this, but Eli and I know when a new Slug has bonded with us. Anyway, let's go and do Eli's plan." Leroy says as a nervous Kord nods and holds out his blaster.

"Here goes nothing!" Kord screamed while firing his Phosphoro Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he let out a huge bright light that blinded the Trips, and Trixie and Genji raised their blaster and wrist blaster to fire their Arachnet Slug and Poison the Vinedrill Slug, which transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as Trixie's slug captured the trio in a web net with the help of his Flashnet Move while Genji's Slug used his Itchypants to shoot pouches of itching powder at them, causing the Trips to itch as the Shane Twins raised their blasters and fired Banger the Armashelt Slug and Double Down the Rammstone Slug as they all transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms as they collided against some rock spikes planted on top of the cavern, breaking them loose as they dropped down around the triplets, trapping them as a smirking Pronto turned to the spectators.

"Aha! You see?! One of my signature moves!" Pronto says with a laugh as we then cue over at Dr. Blakk's Cavern and we see said person and Maurice preparing to leave on Blakk's Slugterran Train.

"You had better be right about this, Maurice. My time is precious." Dr. Blakk says with a glare while placing a small black cage on his desk as he goes over to sit down in his chair and Maurice reaches behind him to pull out his phone to call up the Driver of the Train.

"Western Caverns, Driver. Dr. Blakk wants to watch the Slug Match."

"Let's see what these New Shanes have to say for themselves," Blakk says with a malicious grin and laughs evilly as Blakk's Slugterran Train begins to move towards the Western Caverns and we cue back over to the others as we see the Shane Twins and Genji winning back-to-back tournament rounds easily, winning about tons of new Slugs and earning their own reputations as Eli had gained tons of new Slugs like Buzzsaw the Thresher Slug, Suds the Bubbaleone Slug, Rocky the Hop Rock Slug, Bolo the Polero Slug, Mucky the Dirt Urchin Slug, and Rammy the Rammstone Slug as Leroy had won tons of Slugs like Digger the Armashelt Slug, Wrecker the Hop Rock Slug, Chomper the Thresher Slug, Whirlpool the Tormato Slug, Drillbit the Crystalyd Slug, and Toxon the Flatulorhinkus as Genji had won tons of new Slugs like Reek the Flatulorhinkus Slug, Leviathan the Aquabeek Slug, Chomper the Makobreaker Slug, Pyro the Flaringo Slug, Spade the Diggrix Slug, and Cobra the Pieper Slug.

"Congratulations on reaching the finals, guys," Trixie says with a grin while walking up to her friends, who nod as, much to their surprise, a heavily bruised Kord walks up to them.

"I'm sorry, bro."

"Um, no, we won. We're in the finals." Eli pointed out as a somber Kord nodded.

"Yeah, against John Bull. Look what he did to me. I'm sorry to say it but, that guy's gonna crush you." Kord says as the trio share a worried look before we fast forward in time as we see the gang arriving at the final cavern for the tournament on their Mecha Beasts and everyone is rooting for the Shane Twins as a smirking Pronto holds out his hands.

"The Shane Twins are not signing any autographs...Pronto, however, has several poses available." Pronto says just as a loud whistle noise rags out as everyone turns around to see Blakk's Slugterran Express arriving on the scene.

"The Slugterran Express?" A surprised Kord says as Genji narrows his eyes angrily.

"And it's not just carrying any passenger. It's carrying around Dr. Blakk." Genji says just as Dr. Blakk steps out as he looks around stoically.

"Which of you are the Shane Twins, Eli and Leroy Shane?" Dr. Blakk asked as everyone immediately pointed over at the Shane Twins and walked over to them as Burpy and Thunder growled at him vengefully.

"Who is that guy?" Leroy asked suspiciously as a surprised Genji turned to him.

"Dr. Thaddius Blakk. Your Dad never mentioned him?"

"People say he was the last one to see him alive." Trixie says as Dr. Blakk nods.

"What your friends say is true. Will Shane was a true hero. I owe my life to him in fact. Now, let's find a place to talk, shall we?"

"Our friends are coming with us," Eli says with a serious glare as Dr. Blakk shrugs.

"By all means." Dr. Blakk says while turning around to make his way into his Slugterrian Train as the others follow after him and they make their way inside Dr. Blakk's Office. "A small perk of owning the main line of transportation is that one gets to travel in a certain style." Dr. Blakk says while going over to sit down on his chair as he studies the Shane Twins intriguingly. "So, Will Shane had twin sons, huh? I'm not surprised. The Shanes and their secrets."

"You were our Dad's friend?" Eli asked while eyeing Blakk oddly as said person laughed amusedly.

"Friend? Not exactly. Your father and I had our differences, but we three can have a chance to start fresh. Perhaps someday, even work together. I'm told that you both are a little short on Slugs. Consider this one, a gift." Dr. Blakk says while gesturing over at a cage as the gang was shocked to see a Corrupted Tormato Slug named, 'Tempesto'.

"What happened to that Slug?!" A horrified Genji asked as Dr. Blakk grinned sinisterly.

"Why I improved it, young man. I'll admit, my first few attempts were...unpredictable, but now, perfection."

"That's not perfection! You had turned it into some kind of Ghoul!" A glaring Eli says as Dr. Blakk perked up.

"Ghoul? I like that."

"Dr. Blakk, what you are doing here is evil. You can't do that to Slugs. They're the key to everything here. You could destroy all of Slugterra." Leroy says worriedly as Dr. Blakk stares at them ominously and sighs in disappointment and annoyance as he shakes his head.

"I seem to have heard that once before. I suppose it was silly of me to think that a Shane would accept it. We're done." Dr. Blakk says as Leroy and the others stare at him hatefully as they turn around to walk away. "Here in this little contest, you two may think you are Heroes, but out in the real world, stay out of my way, Shane Twins." Dr. Blakk says with a threatening twin as Burpy and Thunder growled angrily as the Shane Twins turned to glare at him.

"We don't know who you are, but our Slugs seem to, and they don't like you. We don't either."

"My brother and I are gonna be the new Shanes, so after we are done with this competition, we are coming after you," Leroy says with an angry glare as he and Eli turn around to leave the train.

"They're just a couple of stupid kids, boss. They shouldn't be any trouble." Maurice assured his boss, who frowned emotionlessly as he hummed

"But they're also Shanes, and when the people have not one, but two Shanes to get behind, that can be very bad for business." Dr. Blakk says with a serious tone as we fast forward in time and we cue back to the cavern for the final round of the tournament as we see Blakk walking over to John Bull, who was polishing his blaster as Blakk clears his throat, getting Bull's attention as he flinched worriedly.

"Dr. Blakk! What do you want?!"

"To see you win today." Dr. Blakk says as John Bull calmed down and shrugged.

"I'm dueling a couple of kids."

"Yes, and two of them are Shanes. Never underestimate a Shane." Dr. Blakk says with a serious tone while handing John Bull a Red Blue Shell Slug containing the Ghoul Tormato Slug.

"Well, I don't need your ugly slugs." A disgusted and annoyed John Bull says as he then pales in fear when Dr. Blakk leans forward with a menacing glare on his face.

"You know who I am. You know what I'm capable of. You'll use it against the Shane Twins." Dr. Blakk ordered while handing the Ghoul Tempesto into his hands and walking away as we then fast forward in time and we see the Shane Twins, Genji, and John Bull facing each other in the final duel of the day as Trixie, Kord, and Pronto were watching the match from above.

"Must be nice being Daddy's Boys and having everything handed to you and your brother." John insulted while loading his first Slug as the Shane Twins and Genji did the same.

"Wouldn't know. Our Dad's been gone for a long time." Eli says as Leroy grinned.

"And no one handed us this!" Leroy shouted while firing his Drillbit the Crystalyd Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as John Bull fired his Hop Rock Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as both attacks canceled each other out as Eli swiftly fired his Bolo the Polero Slug, which transformed from his Protoform to his Velocimorph Form as he wrapped around John Bull's feet, tripping him as Genji raised his wrist blasters and fired Silky the Arachnet Slug and Bomber the Hop Rock Slug as both Slugs flew over to John Bull with Silky using his Flashnet to trap him in some webbing and Bomber flew over to collide against him, sending him flying over to crash against the wall with a pained grunt.

"Had enough?" Genji asked with a smug grin and everyone cheered at them loudly as a glaring Joh Bull was able to escape from his web trap and stood up from the floor.

"THAT'S IT!" John Bull screamed furiously while glancing up at Dr. Blakk, who nodded down at him stoically as John glanced down at his Ghoul Tormato Slug and reached down to grab him as he loaded him into his blaster just as the Shane Twins and Genji raised their blasters and wrist blaster as they fired Burpy the Infurnus Slug, Thunder the Tazerling Slug, and Driller the Crystalyd Slug as all of them transformed from their Protoforms to their Velocimorph Forms and John Bull fired Ghoul Tempesto, which transformed from his Mutated Protoform to his Velocity Form as both attacks collided against each other and Burpy, Thunder and Driller were sent flying away due to the Ghoul creating a huge powerful dark vortex as they collided against the Shane Twins, and Genji, knocking them down into the ground as everyone gasped in shock and horror while John glanced down at Ghoul Tempesto in amazement as a satisfied Dr. Blakk grinned sinisterly.

"Winner John Bull!" The Host of the Tournament yelled as a somber Leroy glanced down at his Slugs.

"I'm sorry, guys, but one of you has to leave."

"Oh, you can keep your worthless Slugs. I don't need them when I have this little guy." John Bull says with a smug grin while glancing down at the Ghoul Tormato Slug as the Shane Twins and Genji gasped in shock and horror at the sight of it.

"That's the Ghoul!" Eli says while he and the others stand up from the floor as Genji glares at him angrily.

"Blakk gave him to you, didn't he?!" Genji asked just as John Bull's other Slugs popped out of their Blue Slug Shells to begin hoping away in fear and worry.

"Yeah, who cares?! Get lost! I don't need you! And there's plenty more where this came from!" John Bull says with a laugh while walking off as we fast forward in time and we see the Shane Twins hanging out on a cliff as they are reading their Dad's letter again and had their Mecha Beasts standing near them.

Wil Shane: If you both choose to follow in my footsteps, Eli and Leroy,

It'll be up to you two to protect Slugterra from all kinds of dangers.

You two are Shanes. You both have good hearts,

And whatever you both choose, I'm proud of you boys.

"Leroy, you know as well as I do that we both have waited our whole lives to sling slugs and be Shanes, right?" Eli asked with a frown as Leroy nodded.

"Yeah, I know. We thought that we would be able to do that with our Dad, but I guess that we're gonna have to find a way to be Shanes without him."

"Fortunately, you will have us to help you out," Pronto says with a smug grin as he and the others appear on their Mecha Beasts. "You two will have Pronto to guide you on your journey."

"I'll make sure you get there, buds," Kord says with a nod as Genji smirks cockily.

"I've got your backs."

"And I'll spread the word across Slugterra. Everyone will learn that the Shanes have returned." Trixie says with a grin as the Shane Twins perked up and smiled warmly.

"It could be dangerous."

"We laugh at danger."

"Most of the time, we're gonna be making it up as we go."

"Ha, that's how Pronto lives each day."

"Also, if we are going to be a team, I might as well show you guys my face," Genji says while reaching up to grab his mask and take it off, surprising the others as the Shane Twins gasped in shock.

"Wait, you're an Elf?" Eli asked as Genji nodded.

"Yeah, I didn't know if you guys could be trusted or not, but since we are going to be a Superhero Team, I might as well show you guys my face," Genji says as everyone nods in understanding while Trixie stares at him with hearts in her eyes as she is disappointed when her crush puts on his helmet again.

"Anyway, I guess that we're gonna be the New Shane Gang, and our first order of business is that we're gonna go after Dr. Blakk," Eli says as Leroy nods with a glare.

"Yeah, whatever those Ghouls are, we have to stop him from making more, and possibly find a way to revert the Ghouls back to their normal selves," Leroy says as the Shane Gang nods just as a loud explosion rang out in the distance as a young woman cries out for help.

"But first, let's go and deal with whatever the heck that is! Let's ride, Shane Gang!" The Shane Twins exclaimed as everyone nodded and loaded their blasters as the Shane Gang soon rode off to help out and save the day.
