Chapter 25: Resolution

Sparky and Freddy walked away from the Afton Robotics building, while Sparky let Freddy hold onto him to assist him. "Why did you help me back there?" Freddy coughed. "Because you were right, I couldn't kill you," Sparky explained, "I just didn't have it in me to do such a thing. I might have been a douche, but I'm no killer!" Sparky then let out a sigh. "Look, I am SUPER sorry for what I did and what happened," Sparky went on, "I know very well that I too have responsibility for this happening. And you know what? I'll hold myself accountable for my wrongdoings."

Freddy could tell that Sparky was already on the road to redemption. He believed that the dog was done with Monty the moment he wanted him to kill him. While that was partcially true, it had started to slowly develop when the real estate mogul wanted to put Freddy and the gang behind bars by framming. Did Sparky knowingly do stuff to the pizzeria and help Monty out with other work when it came to other businesses? Yes, he did without a doubt. But there was a difference, he didn't know the other businesses on a personal level like he did with Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. And unlike Monty, Sparky still had a deep connection with Fazbear Entertainment, even if it was bad.

Just as the two made it to the street, a ton of police cars and Freddy's friends pulled in. They all got out of their vehicles. "Oh my god!" gasped Buster. "Is that Sparky?" asked Foxy, "And Freddy?!" "WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SON?!" Fredbear shouted, seeing how hurt Freddy was. He ran at a speed no one had ever seen from the aging bear.

Freddy saw his dad sprinting over to him faster than anyone else. He was bombared with the usual questions a worried parent would have, but they came at rapid fire pace, even asking Sparky questions. His friends then showed up, but they were understandably not nice with him. "What did ye do to our captain?!" yelled Foxy. "I would punch you Sparky, but the police are here," said Chica.

"Hey hey hey!" Freddy said, "Sparky helped save me!" Everyone was surprised. "He did?" asked Bonnie. "Yeah!" said Freddy. "Monty wanted to kill Freddy after Freddy got the files out to the government," Sparky said, "I couldn't let it happen so I turned on Monty. Though it's more complicated than that and frankly, a somewhat long story." "All you guys need to know is that even though Monty hurt me, if it wasn't for Sparky being around, I wouldn't have made it out alive," said Freddy.

He then saw Bonnie and Chica holding hands. Freddy despite the pain not getting any better, made a slight smile. "I take it that Bonnie confessed his feelings to Chica?" he thought to himself, "I think he'll be in good hands with her."

An ambulance then showed up. Sparky then got pulled aside by the police for questioning, as the paramedics would assist Freddy from there on out. As expected, Freddy had to be put on the stretcher and wrapped up in bandage in various places, especially the head. He gave his friends a wave before he was put in the ambulance. As for Sparky, after explaining himself to the police, he was understandably handcuffed and put into the back of one of the police cruisers. Some police officers also went to check out Afton Robotics and where both Monty and Mayor Friedlander were.

"Huh," said Buster, "Well umm, I guess we won?" "That we have Buster, that we have," replied Foxy. "But now what?" asked Bonnie. "Let's wait till we visit Freddy again," said Chica, "It'd be a little selfish of us to go on and celebrate without him." "Speaking which, I must go pay him a visit as soon as possble," said Fredbear, "Once I get my car back. I mean, once we all get our cars back." They all then remembered their cars were taken from them.

The next day...

Chica, Foxy, and Fredbear got their cars back, but Bonnie hadn't yet, so he'd get a ride from his brother. They all went to the hospital to visit Freddy who was still in the midst of recovery. After finding parking and going to the front desk, they eventually made their way to where Freddy was at. When they all entered, it came as a surprise to Freddy himself.

"Oh! Hey guys!" he said. Unsurprisingly, Freddy had bandage across most of his head and bandaids on some areas of his face. It was a miracle the brown bear had no broken bones despite all of what he went through, but he did lose a bit of blood at the time, which was to be expected from the beating he took. Aside from the insane amount of bruising he had on his body and the bandage that covered the various areas of his body, he was pretty much healing better than expected.

"Hey Freddy, how are you holding up?" asked Bonnie. "Better than expected," replied Freddy, "I mean, you think after the beating I took I'd be worse. But nope, I'm healing fine." "41 and still going strong," said Fredbear, then chuckled, "Gets those genetics from his father." Everyone else chuckled from this. "But in all seriousness, I think I will be able to leave the hospital soon," Freddy said. "That be good," said Foxy, "What be ye plans once ye recover?" "Slowly reopen the pizzeria," Freddy answered, "Luckily, me and my dad already have plans underway. We talked about it over the phone yesterday."

They talked for a little bit more, this time about other things. Mostly catching up on each other within the last 24 hours. Since it was only within that time span, not much was going had changed naturally. It may have felt like a long time to the gang, but wasn't really that long. Maybe because it was still a lot to process that they had just took down a real estate mogul who had been doing this kind of awful stuff for years.

A year later...

It was officially 2025, roughly a whole year since the whole fiasco (maybe slightly more) and there was a grand reopening ceremony for Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Much to Freddy and Fredbear's dismay, despite the fire not looking to have ruined the structure all that much, it was worse than they realized. So they had to tear it down and rebuild it from the ground up. It was emotional specifically for Fredbear, knowing the building had to be officially torn down if they wanted to make it new and reopen.

Between 2024 and 2025 before the pizzeria got to this point, a lot had happened. While Freddy and Fredbear were working on getting the pizzeria back up and running, a lot had been happening. During the process of building, his friends had been doing gigs outside of the pizzeria as a way to work until the pizzeria was open again. Foxy was able to do quite a few of them at a restaurant called Marlin's. Even Bonnie and Chica had success with the same restaurant too. Speaking of which, things between them had been going very well. They may have been dating only for a year, but the future was looking real bright for them.

Buster was back to working with the town, and the new mayor they got gave him the assurance that what happened would be unlikely to ever happen again. This new mayor was far less weak and far less corruptable. Marcus McDowell was his name, and he was quick to fix the gaping problems that lied within. Luckily for him, those working with Monty were already arrested, since Dan was the only person in town who worked for the now deceased real estate mogul.

It was during sunset when this grand reopening occured. To say a lot of people attended this would be an understatement. It was a lot more busy than anyone could have predicted. Despite this, everyone continued forward with what they planned for this ceremony.

On the stand with a microphone spoke the new mayor, "Today is a very special day, not just for us as the townspeople, but for Fazbear Entertainment. This has been one of the most anticipated moments in our town's history, and we are finally in that moment. Before the doors can be open, we have some special words from some faces of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza."

Freddy and Fredbear went up to the stand, while their friends stayed back. "Thank you Mayor McDowell," said Freddy, "And I wanna thank you all for coming here tonight. As you know, for the past year, things haven't been the easiest. We got shut down falsely, then a fire started, and the rest is history. But we promised to rebuild and now we're here!"

Fredbear then had some words to say, "While we are happy to have rebuilt the pizzeria from the ground up, we are also equally saddened to have seen the old one go. But it had to be done, as much as we didn't want it to go. However, I have a lot of faith that everyone will enjoy this new and improved experience. It will be something for both old and new fans to enjoy. We spent roughly a year making plans and had construction crews do the building. I hope this will be a night for everyone to remember."

The police officer who got emotional last year was attending with the officer who was next to him at the time. Just like last year, this officer got emotional yet again. "It took a year, but what a happy ending!" he said. "I don't get paid enough to deal with you," said the other officer.

Freddy then went over to where his friends stood. "Time to get ready for the show of your lives!" said Freddy, "This is where the real celebrating for me begins!" His friends followed him into the newly built pizzeria. It looked super nice, and it gave off a lot of 80s vibes. The main stage and Pirate Cove specifically got the best treatment. It looked far better than what it used to be.

Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy went backstage to prepare for the big show they were about to put on. The employees who previously worked at the pizzeria before it was shut down were also back and some of them assisted the gang with their stuff. "It's good to be back boss," said one of them. "It may have took a year, but thanks for helping us find work elsewhere until this place was ready for business again," thanked one of them. Freddy nodded in response to the employees, before the employees left to get ready for the massive crowd that was about to come in.

Before the 4 went to their stages, Freddy was getting a call from an unknown number. "Hello?" Freddy said as he picked it up. "Hey it's Sparky," said Sparky, "Put me on speaker." Freddy did so. "Can everyone hear me?" Sparky asked. "Loud and clear!" said Bonnie. "We can hear," added Chica. "What be goin on?" asked Foxy.

"Being behind bars hasn't been the most fun, but I knew I had it coming," Buster said, "Heh, maybe I should make a song about it when I get out. But in all seriousness, these are the consequences of my actions. I might not be getting out for a while, but I wanna wish you guys the best of luck tonight. I hope everything is well moving forward." "We're gonna be on real soon, so thank you for wishing us luck," said Freddy. "Trust me Sparky, the future is already looking good," said Chica, before looking at Bonnie. Bonnie chuckled, "Yeah, Chica is right. It's looking real bright from here on out." "It be good catching up with ye, ye are a redeemed lad ye hear? A redeemed lad," said Foxy. "I may be redeemed Fritz, but I still gotta pay for the consequences don't forget," Sparky chuckled, "But it was good catching up with everyone. Have a fantastic reopening night." The call then stopped.

Everyone got what they needed and headed to their stages. The gang prepared at their stages, the cooks got in the kitchen, the guards got to the office, and the rest of the employees got to where they needed to work. Fredbear came in and made an announcement. "The people are on their way!" he said. Freddy, his friends, and the employees knew it was time.

The pizzeria ended up being packed as expected, but it felt the most alive it had felt in ages. While everyone expected a higher attendance than usual, it still came as a surprise with how many people attended. Despite it being busier than anticipated, the grand reopening was a massive success. It was debatably a bigger success than when Fredbear's Family Dinner got rebranded as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in 2014 at the time of when Freddy took over.

Some familiar faces were within the crowd too. Buster, Uncle Gabriel, Susie, and many others who Freddy and his friends had previously encountered within town or locally last year. They seemed to be just as happy to be attending. Officer Willis was checking the place out, even though security were present. Gabriel and Cassidy may have been high as kites, because they got 2 large pizzas for themselves. Meanwhile, Susie was cheering on for her big sister while Buster was cheering for his little brother.

It was truly was a night for the entirety of town and Fazbear Entertainment to remember...

Sometime in mid 2025, Freddy announced the possibility of a tour. Later in 2026, he confirmed that he and his friends would indeed do a tour across various cities in the US. In he and his friend's places would be animatronics built by Afton Robotics to occupy the empty stages. Little did the public know that this would be the new thing for Freddy and the gang to do going forward, as 2025 would mark the last year they'd play on stage at the pizzeria.

The gang went on tour that year and the next year. While it wasn't the easiest thing for them to do, it proved to work in their favor, as it boosted attendance and tourists wanting to check out the pizzeria. Not only that, but it got the 4 more well known than they already were. To everyone's shock though, Freddy announced in 2028 during the beginning of that year's tour that it would be their last time performing together. It wasn't because of any real or damaging problems, they just simply believed this was enough of a legacy to have and move onto other things they wanted to do. Even with it being their last year performing together, they still gave it one hundred and ten percent. Their last show was at TD Garden in Boston, MA. It was a fantastic and emotional night for everyone who attended.

Freddy would go on and continue managing the pizzeria until taking his father's position at Fazbear Entertainment sometime in the 2030s after Fredbear passed away. The new manager of the pizzeria ended up being the brother of Bruce Friedlander, which came as a surprise to Freddy during the hiring. Luckily, he wasn't as corruptable or weak as Bruce was.

Foxy would go on to be an actor and even made his own show in 2029. He'd have some success in doing so. He wasn't in any big movie productions or became a famous actor, but he became well known locally for his roles and his own show which lasted until 2034. One time he got interviewed and was asked about if he was still in touch with Freddy and the others. Foxy confirmed they were still just as much as friends as they were when they were performing.

Bonnie and Chica would continue dating from when they officially started in 2024 to their final show in 2028. Sometime the same night after their performance ended, somewhere backstage, Bonnie proposed to Chica. To no ones surprise, Chica said yes to Bonnie, as Freddy, Fredbear, Foxy, and the rest of the crew congratulated them. The two would marry later that year and have 5 kids together. A son named Roland, a daughter named Bernadette, a son named Bonnie Jr, and two twin daughters named Clara and Carly.

2024 would be the beginning of the end for the Gator family. Gator Enterprises was forced shut down and close it's doors almost immediately after being exposed to the government, but a new company emerged to try and buy Monty's former properties. A company called Michael Gator Enterprises (or MGE for short) tried to buy the properties and it was (to no surprise) led by Michael Gator himself. Because of his shithead son, he was forced to come out of the depths of retirement to reclaim the properties, in a last resort to prevent the condominiums and golf courses from being bought. He fought foreclosures and legal battles for years afterwards. By 2028 though, MGE and the Gator family's empire would crumble after their finances were basically drained from the lawsuits. Michael Gator distraught by everything he and his family owned being liquidated, checked into the same motel Freddy and his friends stayed at while they were on the run years ago, and bit the bullet, quite literally. The rest of Monty's family disappeared suddenly, but it's believed they went on the run with whatever money they had left.

The legacy of Fazbear Entertainment lived on for many years afterward. It left a lasting impact on Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. Even Fredbear felt the positive impact of this. It got to the point of where they outperformed the rival businesses. Candy's Burgers and Fries as well as Bon's Burgers were the most jealous, but they also knew they couldn't do a thing. It looked like karma came back to bite the rival restruants after that one infamous night.

THE END!

To those who read, thank you for reading! This is not only the longest story I've ever written so far, but the longest I've worked on a story so far too. As always, a lot of inspiration from various videos, comics, and stories made this FNAF story possible. This will be the last fanfic of 2024, but I plan on returning real soon!

It wasn't the easiest story to work on and took A LOT of time to do, but was well worth it! Once again, thank you for all the support and I hope you enjoyed the final chapter of this lengthy but adventurous story!
