Distortion 21
Previously on Canon Distortion
Makoto Nanaya had finally managed to arrive at the cauldron of her interest. At first the trip seemed to be a wasted trip but a few clues she had managed to piece together due to reasons only known to her, and it seemed like she was finally onto something. But before she could leave with the fruits of he labor, Relius Clover and Tsubaki Yayoi stood in her way once more. Now forced to fight past her friend and rival to get out, Makoto is ready to face off once again with everything she fears and more.
And Now, the continuation of Canon Distortion
Makoto Nanaya knew the fight ahead of her was going to be a challenge. She did not expect dueling against Tsubaki to be remotely easy as she deflected one of her blows to the side using the Rev Blade and jumping back to create space. She had moved the fighting arena to be away from the tight cramp space of the room that she was in and went out into the actual cauldron area itself as Tsubaki made the Izayoi's chain sword whip manifest and used it to give chase, prompting Makoto to defend herself even further by deflecting the blade as soon as it got close and backing further away when she had the space created.
A lot of things were happening in Makoto's life right now, this fight between her and Tsubaki being one of many coincidences. However that wasn't on her mind at that moment as she focused her attention more on trying to reason with Tsubaki rather than beat her down to a pulp even though Tsubaki was clearly trying to kill/maim her as badly as possible. The more tried to not think about it, the more Makoto couldn't help but question if this was always in the back of Tsubaki's mind, her inner demons finally being allowed to run free as Tsubaki dashed in with a shield charge forcing Makoto to block with the Rev Blade.
'No! Tsubaki would never think about killing her friends, she wouldn't try to disconnect herself this badly.' Makoto thought furiously, trying to keep the faith of her friend alive as Relius observed from a distance the battle, watching Makoto's soul fluctuate between various colors as he did not speak a word. His eyes merely continued to observe the battle closely but it wasn't that of the physical bodies clashing. It was the clashing of souls that he was more interested in and the various hues they were emitting.
Tsubaki's soul had the color of Black and White. Normally, these colors would represent resolve and resolution but they could also mean stagnation and blind obedience. Relius does not pretend he understands the colors of their souls and what they mean but the fact that souls could have such colors in the first place always fascinated him. And what fascinated him the most was how Makoto's soul was both beautiful and ugly at the same time.
To Relius Clover, Makoto Nanaya's soul represented the two main facets of mankind. The facet of being the best possible person in the world, the ideal person and the other facet of man who was stained with self greed and want. In simple terms, The good and bad of mankind were rolled up all in one person's soul and if he could harness such power into his detonator system, he may finally be able to surpass even the gods themselves. He came so close a few months ago and was so close to making Makoto his new power source but something interfered.
A ghost from his past, a past where he had failed on his goal and had moved on. A Continuum Error, someone whose sole purpose was to be sacrificed to save another life. The name of this person mattered little to Relius yet he remembers only because it serves as the barrier that stands between him and his prize. If he can only break down that wall, make Makoto Nanaya see the true reality of her situation and finally make that Error pass, he can finally begin the work needed to make his newest detonator the strongest it could possibly be.
Yet there was more he needed to learn and he was intrigued when he first discovered this room, eager to learn it's secrets. In the first place, what was it that drew him to this room in the first place? A cauldron that was not activated and a room whose notes seem to be hastily tarnished. If this was truly the workshop where The Great Sage Nine created the Nox Nyctoreses, why did she chose to leave notes that are beyond reading comprehension.
The book he held had glowed the moment Tsubaki and Makoto began to duel. Maybe his answer would be given at that very moment as Makoto gritted her teeth, bearing another brutal assault from the Izayoi's chain blade, several ars magus circles forming a path directly towards her. Tsubaki then stabbed the Izayoi to the ground, causing a snake like chain to surf towards her as Makoto simply chose to guard everything thrown at her, holding her head as the splitting headache she was suffering simply continued to worsen.
'God if this headache would just leave me the fuck alone that would be really good right now!' Makoto thought angrily as she swung the Rev Blade right at the illusionary chain blade, smashing it out of existence as Tsubaki puilled the Izayoi out of the ground and snapped her wrist to make the Izayoi crack in the air and wrap itself around the Rev blade with the intention of disarming Makoto of her only way of safely blocking the Izayoi's attacks.
Instead of fighting against it, Makoto simply released her grip on the Rev Blade to force the sudden weight of the weapon on Tsubaki, making her displace herself as Makoto dashed in and tried to deliver a Corona Upper right at Tsubaki's chin, feeling a shield block her attempt as Tsubaki quickly retracted the Izayoi back to it's blade like shape to swing it down on Makoto's head. At that moment, Makoto caught the Rev Blade with her robotic hand and forced it right down on Tsubaki's head, creating a clash of weapons instead of the clean cut that Tsubaki had hoped for.
"Tell me Makoto Nanaya. Why do you keep on resisting the way you are right now. You know that you are in the wrong to keep fighting like the way you are right now." Tsubaki said as Makoto shook her head, angry to hear these words come out of her friend's mouth as she began to apply more of her weight to the Rev Blade. "That's because you're not Tsubaki right now! You are just someone who took control of my friend and is just trying to use her for some sick political gain! Like a fucking puppet!" Makoto yelled, hoping that by doing so, she could appeal to Tsubaki's inner self and make her see what she was doing.
"And what makes you so certain that this is not what I truly feel huh? Why are you trying to pretend that this is not who I really am?" Tsubaki spoke back as Makoto couldn't help but feel her blood boil, anger flowing as she cannot believe what she was hearing. "Because the Tsubaki I know wouldn't be talking about killing her damn friends for the sake of the NOL! She wouldn't let her sense of justice blind her over what is in front of her!" Makoto retorted,
"And I refuse to believe that this what Tsubaki truly feels underneath! She's much better than this! Much better than me!" Makoto shouted as she pushed Tsubaki's attack back. As soon as she did so, Tsubaki created distance between the two as Makoto closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She couldn't believe she was allowing her emotions to get this mixed up as she needed to focus on the goal in front of her, trying to reason with Tsubaki and if that fails, escaping from this place before the Otsu four leave her behind enemy lines.
"If that is the case, then why do you try to deny her as her friend and instead accept her flaws Makoto Nanaya?" Relius Clover questioned as this caught Makoto off guard. It was enough to leave her open to an attack as she barely managed to block Tsubaki's next furious attack before it could cut her in half. Makoto tried to focus on the battle in front of her but Relius's choice of words prompted Makoto to make a response immediately.
Makoto: And what do you mean by that Huh!?
Relius: It is exactly as I meant it to be.
A brief exchange of words between the two was met with Tsubaki continuing her barrage of attacks as Tsubaki looked at Makoto deep into her eyes.
Tsubaki: Exactly Makoto. Why do you keep trying to say that this isn't who I really am? Does our friendship really mean nothing to you?
Makoto: !? How dare you say those words while possessing her! Whoever you are, stop trying to twist Tsubaki into something she is not!
With a loud retort coming from Makoto's Voice, she managed to repel Tsubaki's attack but before she could deliver a blow, the painful rattling coming from her head returned and left Makoto vulnerable on the ground, forcing her to block an overhead strike from Tsubaki's blade.
Tsubaki: And there you go again, refusing to believe what I say to be the truth. You truly are a bad friend Makoto.
Makoto: Like I said, Stop trying to use Tsubaki's face and voice and twisting the image of the Real Tsubaki right in front of my face!
Though Makoto was shouting at the voices in front of her to stop speaking and just focus on trying to kill her, Maybe they do have some sort of point to make. Maybe deep down Makoto was trying to cling onto desperately the image of Tsubaki she had during the Academy. She couldn't believe the vindictive and cold woman in front of her was actually Tsubaki's true dark feelings coming up to the surface. She simply wanted to believe that the words being spoken with Tsubaki's face were just a fake apparition trying to confuse her heart… and it was working.
'No! I don't believe what I am thinking right now! This isn't Tsubaki! This is not Tsubaki at all!' Makoto thought as she forced the Izayoi off her and arched her back to deliver a punch right to Tsubaki's gut. But Tsubaki, either anticipating it or was able to read through Makoto's intentions, immediately retaliated with a swift punch right to Makoto's guts, causing her to lose all of the air inside her and go flying towards the ground, dropping the Rev Blade to the ground as Makoto held her stomach in pain.
Relius, observing from a distance, could see the colors of Makoto's soul continue to shift. They ranged from confusion over her current situation to the way she felt about everything. Her soul was simply telling him that Makoto was simply being overwhelmed and was a woman who was completely out of her depth in the matters of the world. She was clearly trying to make sense of things that were way beyond her mind and while she did so admirably to an extent, Relius couldn't help but wonder if the squirrel girl had reached her limit.
'So this is the extent of Makoto Nanaya's soul when it has been pushed to the brink.' Relius thought as he decided to turn his attention back towards the book. He figured that he would have all the time in the world since Makoto Nanaya would be captured at this point, him sensing that she was too conflicted with her inner feelings to put up any sort of challenge at this point. He can focus on her later and now put his effort into deciphering the secrets that Nine had left behind.
'Now, Reveal to me your secrets, Great Sage Nine.' Relius said to himself as he focused his eyes on the pages, reading what was said with an interest that a man of science like him should have. Soon the words began to appear to his eyes as the pages that were once scribbled over now began to form what seemed to be a cohesive language as he began to read it with intrigue. The notes written indeed came from the Great sage's own hands but what they said were what interested him.
They were not focused on the creation of the nine well known Nox Nyctoreses that were sealed and scattered after the end of the Dark War but of the lost Noxes, the weapons that were created but never recorded into actual history. The Murakumo units would have fallen under this category were it not for the fact that Murakumo units were created after the Dark War and more crucially, not by the hands of the Great Sage Nine.
'Hmmm. Now what is this?' Relius thought as his attention was no longer in front of what he thought was a bygone conclusion but instead on the scriptures in front of him. As he was immersing himself into the text, Tsubaki slowly approached the staggered Makoto, ars magus magic in her hand ready to restrain Makoto as she crawled towards the Rev Blade to pick it up. "I would suggest you stop resisting Makoto Nanaya. You know you don't stand a chance against me." Tsubaki said with a stern look on her face as Makoto ignored what she said and continued to crawl towards the Rev Blade, her eyes simply glued at it.
"I am not done yet…" Makoto muttered bitterly, continuing to crawl towards the Rev Blade, the weapon that Sora had used as her hand was just about to reach towards it but was suddenly stepped on by Tsubaki as she looked at Makoto with a look of disappointment in her eyes as she pointed her blade towards Makoto. "Give up Makoto. If you value your life, you would give up this farce of a battle and accept that you are just weak." Tsubaki said, speaking in a cold tone that was not truly hers.
'Stop speaking like that….Stop speaking with Tsubaki's face. There's no way Tsubaki would speak like… Like…' Makoto was about to finish her thought as a realization suddenly dawned over her. Her mind quickly raced to piece together the revelation in her mind as she couldn't believe what she had been thinking about Tsubaki this whole time. Was it really fair of her to presume that she knew every facet of Tsubaki just because she was just her friend since the academy?
Now that she thought about it, was it really fair to say that she was simply chasing after Sora to make her heart feel whole, fruitlessly trying to understand the meaning of the world around her and desperately fighting against the things that did not make sense to her based on the feelings of the past. She could have stopped all of this and chose the easy way out… yet in her heart she decided that the road paved in hell was the better option for her.
She was obsessed with trying to get Sora back but was it to just fill in the sad void in her heart when he was gone? To try and reignite the past that she had forgotten and tried to regain that happier time? If so then why was she trying to reject the present in front of her? Was it simply because the one that she loved was not in front of her and she simply did not see a future without the past she had discovered.
All these complicated feelings were simply summarized into one simple thought for Makoto. She just wanted to be happy and wanted to live a life she could be proud of, not a life build up on lies but a life she created for her own. In order to do that, she had to face everything she had been rejecting at this point, the misery she felt when she lived her life without remembering Sora's face. The pain she felt that she was all alone for the majority of her life and the fact that just like her, her friends were capable of being complex human beings with their own set of mixed feeling separated from hers.
"I will presume that your silence means that you understand what your current situation means right Makoto Nanaya?" Tsubaki questioned as Makoto continued to remain quiet before breaking out into a quiet laugh. This action confused Tsubaki as Relius was still immersed in his book. "Have you gone mad Makoto Nanaya?" Tsubaki plainly asked as Makoto shook her head before turning herself around, allowing Tsubaki to see the tears that were beginning to form on her face and the smile that accompanied it.
"Maybe...Maybe not. But I just want to say… I'm sorry Tsubaki." Makoto simply said, something striking Tsubaki's core as this caught Relius's attention, allowing him to see that the wide range of colors that comprised of Makoto's soul began to decrease, becoming a singular color much to his shock as Tsubaki uncharacteristically backed off despite having had Makoto in the power position to restrain her.
"W-What with this sudden shift in tone all of the sudden? Did you finally go insane?" Tsubaki questioned, not exiting out of her battle stance but it was clear to Relius that what Makoto had said to her had for some reason an effect on her. "It's not a change of heart per say. I still think you're with the wrong people… but what I said… it's not fair to you at all." Makoto continued as Makoto slowly began to stand up, her mind now as clear as it could be as she looked at Tsubaki right in the eyes.
"I was thinking… that the person you are now… It wasn't you but just someone who has one of my best friend's face. But I was so focused on the you of the past that I forgot that the current you also exists." Makoto explained as Tsubaki couldn't explain what she was feeling. Relius pulled himself away from the text and decided to pay attention to the sight in front of him as Makoto closed her eyes and took a deep breath, knowing she needed to say what she needed to say next regardless if Tsubaki understood her or not.
"When I saw you back at Kagutsuchi and saw how you were behaving towards Noel. I couldn't believe that you were the same Tsubaki I knew back at the Academy." Makoto explained as Tsubaki could have just arrested Makoto there and be done with it, not listen to this nonsense Makoto was speaking but for some reason she didn't do that. "But I was being unfair towards you. I trying to project the past you into who you are right now." Makoto continued as she took another deep breath.
"And while I still don't approve of the way you are behaving right now and think that you are just being controlled to do things that you wouldn't do normally… I accept that your actions may have some truth behind them." Makoto continued as she opened her eyes to look at Tsubaki right at her own red eyes. Tsubaki shook her head, trying to tell herself that she was not fazed by her choice of words.
"You dare question my allegiances traitor?" Tsubaki said, her voice trembling a bit as Makoto shook her head. "I don't question anything Tsubaki. I am simply here to offer you the support you deserve. "As your friend, I should be making sure to support you through the good and bad times. And if it means making sure you understand what you are doing is wrong through my fists then so be it!" Makoto shouted, slamming her fists as she swung her fist right at Tsubaki's face, forcing her to block it with her shield and immediately feeling her feet lose their grip on the ground as she entered a small slide across the ground.
"So come on Tsubaki! Come at me with what you got!" Makoto yelled, pumping her chest as Relius noticed the air about her begin to change. No longer did her soul seem conflicted, pulled in many directions but was now actually becoming focused, becoming like what he had seen all those months ago. Her soul was reaching it's true potential and he was going to bear witness to it. But if that was all, he wouldn't have paid as much attention to it as he was right now.
What his eyes could see that the others couldn't was the cauldron beginning to react with Makoto's soul. Unknown to both Makoto and Tsubaki, the cauldron was beginning to mysteriously spur itself to life. It was slowly doing so but it was coming back to life, what was supposedly a truly deceased cauldron. Relius simply knew he had to continue observing the phenomenon in front of him to decipher what was truly happening in front of him.
'Right…. No more hesitating… No more distracting thoughts…' Makoto thought as she cracked her fists, deciding to let everything out at that moment. The things she had been thinking, the truth about Sora's existence, her goals, everything at that moment was gone from her mind. All she focused on was her fists and Tsubaki in front of her. All she wanted to do was get through to her friend and make her see the error of her ways.
Why did she let herself get so tunnel visioned by everything that was happening to her? That was supposed to be Sora's job, to be the one who focused on the bigger picture. Maybe that was why he hid so many things from her during the Black Rebellion. Maybe that was just his way of caring, the big idiot. Regardless, while she should keep focused on the big picture, she shouldn't let it dominate her constant train of thought every single day. That's what caused her current situation in the first place.
'Sorry for being so hasty as I was Noel...Hunty… When I meet you guys again. I promise to give you guys a warm hug.' Makoto thought as Tsubaki charged at her but Makoto didn't seem fazed by Tsubaki's attack. She wasn't instantly reacting with the same force she had before and was now focusing more on her punches. She could feel the air flow around her as she leapt back, letting Tsubaki swing wide as her attacks seemed slow to her, almost like time was beginning to stop for her.
'Form the Contract...Make us whole.' The voice said but this time, it didn't really bother Makoto as much. In fact, she was beginning to make sense of some things. The cauldron, the fact that she seemed to be drawn to them like a moth to a fly, Maybe this was in a way, her own fate deciding on how she wanted to live. The words don't have to make sense but they never did in the first place. All she needed to do was have faith and take the leap. Just like how Sora did with her.
Makoto's movements began to speed up, Tsubaki charged at her using the versatility of the Izayoi to try and barrage Makoto with attacks she would struggle to block. These ranged from forming multiple Izayoi barriers to have magical blades of the Izayoi charge right at Makoto, Tsubaki getting in close with the winged book like shield and even going as far as to create orbs of magic to fire right at Makoto's way. Anything and everything Tsubaki could do to overwhelm Makoto, that was what Tsubaki was going to do.
Yet despite the literal kitchen sink being thrown her way, Makoto didn't seem bothered at all. In fact a look of calm appeared on her face as she side stepped everything that was thrown her way without as much as a blink from her eyes. Her body moved like water as she almost effortlessly danced through the wave of magical energy being tossed her way as if it was a secondary nature to her. Makoto herself couldn't explain what she was experiencing but simply summarize it as simply feeling free at that moment.
As soon as Tsubaki got close, Makoto did not hesitate to throw a punch right at her way. Tsubaki thought it was a rather careless punch and had moved to sever Makoto's other normal arm for the careless action but before the blade of the Izayoi could do so, she immediately felt the presence of another fist coming her way. 'A feint!?' Tsubaki thought in surprise as she reflexively tilted the blade to block the attack that never came as she felt the original blow land right at her gut.
This alarmed Tsubaki as she was for sure that Makoto was trying to bait her with that careless punch. Makoto herself couldn't explain it as she threw her next punch right at Tsubaki's way as she could see something, something almost ghost like guide her very fists as she felt her metal hand connect with Tsubaki's shield. Without hesitating, Makoto threw another barrage of fists right at Tsubaki's way, through sheer force of will they were landing hits on Tsubaki's body.
'A contract huh…' Makoto thought as she continued to deliver her barrage of blows to her friend. "Form the contract… Make us whole…" The voice rang again as Makoto closed her eyes and took a deep breath as she raised her hands up to block Tsubaki's attack, causing her to slide back to where the Rev Blade was. When she thought about the meaning of those words, she could never truly figure it out. What contract is being asked of her? And what did she need to make whole.
Regardless, there were less things that made sense in Makoto's life and if what this thing was asking her to do was going to help her reach her true goal, then there's no need to hesitate one bit. "Fine… I will form the contract...and I will make you whole." Makoto said as she reached out and grabbed the Rev Blade and held it firmly. As soon as she said those words, Relius saw it. He saw the very pulse of life itself flow from the cauldron.
Seithr, one of life's mysteries flowed from the cauldron and right into Makoto's soul. Makoto without thinking about it, revved the Rev Blade and immediately changed it to it's Rev Arm form. Normally, It would need to be used with an amputated arm but Caroline had done some modifications and soon Makoto inserted the Rev Arm right into her mechanical arm, Overlapping it with her own arm as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
"Tsubaki… as you friend. I will say this straight to your face. You have to think for yourself and not for other people." Makoto said firmly as she gripped the handle of the Rev arm and revved it. When she did, the Cauldron began to produce Seithr which widened Relius's eyes with intrigue. Could it be? Makoto Nanaya was somehow interacting with the cauldron in a way that was not influenced by anybody else? Was she truly that connected to the cauldrons as he had suspected?
"ENHANCED GEAR!" The Rev arm screamed as Tsubaki felt a sense of dread come over her. "You're much better than what you are right now. You're much better than who I was before." Makoto said as she revved the Rev Arm again. "DISTORTION GEAR!" The Rev Arm screamed as Tsubaki knew very well she needed to guard the next attack that was coming her way. "THAT IS WHY I AM GOING TO WAKE YOU THE FUCK UP TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!" as Makoto clicked the Rev arm's brake like handle, causing Seithr to spew out violently as Makoto could feel something flow into her as she dashed right for Tsubaki.
Tsubaki tried to counter this attack by having the Izayoi envelop her and release a burst of light to blind Makoto so that Makoto would be forced to stop her attack. What that attack did was simply cause Tsubaki to lose track of Makoto as she felt her back get slammed with a fist, Making Tsubaki cough out blood as she turned her head around to see Makoto, her normal hazel eyes glowing an azure green as her normal hand was glowing bright orange.
Makoto could see something in front of her, it was the vision of her fists flying like crazy towards Tsubaki's back as without hesitating, she released a barrage of fists right back at Tsubaki's back. Tsubaki hastily formed a barrier to protect from more damage but it was not enough as Makoto's fists flew fast and hard, Makoto letting out a war cry as a barrage of astral fists accompanied her, bombarding Tsubaki with blows she couldn't stop as Makoto landed a hit right at Tsubaki's stomach.
"PARTICLE!" Makoto yelled as she flung Tsubaki right into the air, slamming her back right at the massive room that held the Cauldron's roof and slowly descended down to the ground. Tsubaki simply knew that she was going to get hit by one more strike and if she did not form the strongest defense she could make as she saw Makoto appear right in front of her face as a massive fist was growing behind her, ready to slam itself right into Tsubaki's body.
"FLARE!" Makoto screamed as the fist came crashing right for Tsubaki combined with Makoto's own fist. Tsubaki tried to raise her shield to block the attack along with a combination of an ars magus barrier to shield from further damage. With both speed and power, Tsubaki simply found herself crashing faster towards the ground as Tsubaki coughed out massive amounts of blood, her shield remaining steadfast but the blow striking deeper into her soul than she had expected.
"Such...Strength…" Tsubaki muttered as she struggled to keep her consciousness as Makoto looked at Tsubaki not with any intention of harming her further. Makoto was about to offer her hand to the injured Tsubaki but soon felt something was wrong as she turned around to see what Relius was seeing. Her eyes widened at the sight of what she thought was an inactive cauldron coming to life as she wanted to say something at that moment.
"What the…" Makoto muttered as she couldn't help but brace herself for what was going to be coming next as the cauldron slowly opened it's doors to her, it's bright light shining as she felt the immediate rush of Seithr hit her body. Tsubaki was blown away by the sudden gust of wind as Relius had Ignis grab Tsubaki before she was slammed to the walls of the cauldron as Relius couldn't help but continue to observe with interest.
"The contract has been made… We will be made whole." A voice from the cauldron spoke as before Makoto could say anything else, she felt something in her chest burst out as her consciousness briefly faded for that moment. Her mind went blank as visions began to fly across her mind, visions of a past similar to the dream she had. She would have screamed out if she could but remained quiet as Relius walked closer to Makoto, seeing something that intrigued him greatly.
Sticking out of Makoto's chest was what seemed to be a blade made of pure steel, blood coming out of where she had been pierced as Relius could sense that the Blade had not fatally harmed Makoto in any way but something more interesting was happening in front of his eyes. The blade was interacting with Makoto's soul as he couldn't help but reach out interested in the sight in front of him. "DO NOT INTERFERE!" A voice spoke as without warning, Relius was whisked away by Ignis when various black like appendages emerged from the cauldron to shield Makoto from Relius
"Most interesting… A contract hmmm." Relius said as he reached out for the book and opened when a bright light glowed from the book itself, prompting Relius to check if there was something important being revealed at that moment. "And thus….the contract was formed...and key to seal the door was born." Relius muttered as the book then glowed even brighter, causing Relius to drop it to the ground as he could feel a sensation engulf the world as he was not sure how to interpret the current situation in front of him.
He would describe the sensation as being engulfed in one of the Master Unit's several attempts of Phenomena Intervention but this was different. It felt deliberately so as he struggled to remain conscious to see through the whole thing. The secrets of this world were only beginning to grow deeper and deeper as he decided to not fight against it but accept it and see where this would lead him. As for Makoto, the person caught in this vortex, she did not know what she should be feeling at that moment.
As first her eyes were engulfed in white, followed by her body and finally her consciousness.

It sure is crazy that we often feel like days are passing both too quickly and slowly at the same time. I still cannot get used to that fact even to this day and find it weird personally.
SO WHAT WILL UNFOLD NEXT!? WHAT DOES THE CONTRACT MEAN!? WHAT DEAL DID MAKOTO NANAYA SIGN HERSELF IN!? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR EVERYONE WHO WAS CAUGHT IN THE BLAST!? All of this and more will be unveiled, the next time the distortion unfolds.
