Fate Prologue
Chaos… The world was under chaos. Only a few days ago the world was fine, dealing with it's own series of troubles that were slowly getting solved. Now the streets were barely remaining powered up as Seithr, the life source of the world, vanished one day and left the world barren, drained of it's life source. Sector Seven, an organization that remained in the shadows stepped in and provided the world with electricity, something that allowed the hierarchical cities to barely function.
The 6th hierarchical city of Yabiko was no exception. And in the NOL building, a pink haired twin tailed woman was busy working on several things, managing her current projects with the situation that was in front of her in that moment. "Fuck why did everything have to go so bad right now." The woman complained as she simply did not know what she was going to do if the situation got any more worse than it did.
"You having any luck trying to find out missing reaper Kokonoe?" A black haired man wearing an NOL uniform questioned as the pink haired woman, Professor Kokonoe sighed and scratched her head. "Of course I haven't Kagura, the whole situation is fucked right now. The good thing is that we managed to get Jin and Noel out of there safely without any incident. The bad news is that Jin's fucked to the point I don't think he's going to be fighting anytime soon." Kokonoe complained as Kagura sighed upon hearing that.
"So not even Celica's healing is enough to get him back to fighting shape?" "We're lucky we can have Jin lie down on his bed. But yeah, consider him not in fighting shape other than the use of stronger healing magic or even alchemy." Kokonoe said as Kagura sighed even more. "Great, just what I need to tell Tsubaki in all of this." Kagura said as he felt the presence of an NOL soldier approach the two as the soldier saluted him.
"I have a report Colonel…" The soldier said, feeling a sense of awkwardness that his colonel was standing beside one of his organization's sworn enemies and that they were supposed to be working together at this point. "Ignore the situation in front of me and focus on the report." Kagura said, getting the soldier to focus as he did so. "The prisoner we captured from the arena is showing signs of consciousness." The soldier explained as Kagura sighed upon hearing that.
"Well, that's some good news in all of this. Kokonoe, can you greet out friend as he wakes up along with Hibiki? We need to make sure our friend's actually our friend in this situation." Kagura explained as Kokonoe looked at him, wondering why she has to do this menial task. "Well, I need to go and discuss some things with the young master and the other duodecim members, I would appreciate it if you can help me with this one detail."
"Fine fine! I will go and do this one thing, but don't go blaming me if things start going wrong." Kokonoe complained as Kagura couldn't believe what he was just hearing. "Oh come on professor don't be like that. Just be your normal positive self and things will be alright. What could possibly go wrong." Kagura said as Kokonoe couldn't help but shake her head upon hearing that, unable to believe that she was being told this stuff as if things will go well.
…. As she knew better than to just presume for the best.
As this conversation was being held above, In the prisons below. A white haired man laid resting on the solid stone slab that was given to him. He had made great news before, being the only man ever captured on camera to fight against the Mad Dog Azrael and not only fought him to the end, but was also spared by the man. Despite this brave action, he was given the charge of trespassing that was met with some resistance from the crowds.
The clothes on his body were torn and tattered, on the desk of his cell, a simple pair of clothes were provided for him to change into when he woke up. Yet that was not to happen as a black mass began to slowly pool itself on the floor of the cell. If one traced it's origins, they could clearly see it came from the man himself, his hand having drifted to the ground to touch it as it was in fact a blackened hand that was touching the ground, slowly creating more and more of the black liquid all over the floor before they all receded, rushing back to the white haired man.
As it did so, the white haired man's face slowly began to twist and turn. His eyes struggled a little bit as he felt a sense of energy strike his body. As if he had been needing the sleep, the white haired man slowly began to stir awake. His eyes slowly opening to embrace the surrounding around him as he took a deep breath and slowly sat back up. He raised his left hand to the air to stare at it as he simply had one thing on his mind.
...Where on Earth he had just ended up in…
