Chapter 1 : The Inane Adventures Are About To Start!
Third person Pov.
in the quirk office a green haired woman and her child are waiting for their turn*
'I'm so excited! Mommy says that we find out my quirk today! I hope I get a cool fire quirk, my teacher said something about how the DNA should mix and that I'll probably be super strong! Kacchan was saying something about how he wants me to have a weak quirk so he could protect me but I guess it was all in my head- "Izuku stop mumbling it's our turn." Izuku looks up and his mom is pulling him towards the door. Izuku complies and apologizes/blush profusely.
Izuku Pov
The world moves slower for him at that moment. He was just told that the one thing he was looking forward to all his life would never come. At Least mommy and daddy are still here, at least Kacchan and the others still like him even without a quirk! Most of them even look relieved for some reason, especially Kacchan.
The teachers just look at him in pity now, like someone just told them that their favorite hero just got hurt. Everyone around me is telling me that I'll get hurt. They tell me that without a quirk I won't ever be a hero and that I should find something else. WELL THEY'RE ALL WRONG BECAUSE I'M GOING TO BE THE FIRST HERO WITHOUT ONE! I'll save people whether they like it or not!
