Halo, it's time for the new chapter. Enjoy the reading.

The semester exams were over and all the students in Beacon could breathe a sigh of relief that they no longer had to study and practice so much. In addition, they were given a week off to rest and recharge. The city is preparing for the Vytal festival, which is one of the most important celebrations every year.

The city of Vale used to be gray and greyish brown at idle, but now there were lots of green, blue, red and yellow colors could be seen, there were balloons, streamers, colorful flags and flowers everywhere making Vale and the other 3 kingdoms, Mistral, Atlas and Vacuo were symbolized. They even put up a big sign that read in big letters, "Welcome to Vale!"

The essence of the Vytal festival was to be a symbol of peace after the war and this is remembered every year.

The team LLMM also enjoyed their vacation.

- The Vytal festival is coming soon, guys! - Lance was excited. - It's always organized by my family.

- How so? – Lynda was interested, who really liked the decoration.

- My father has been the governor of Vale for the past 5 years.

- Really? Are you rich? - It was a pleasant surprise for the whole team.

- Hell yeah! My father never sorry the money for the festival, - Lance said proudly. – there will be plenty of festivities, food, parades, military parades, gun shows, dancing, singing, fireworks, stunt performers and much more.

- Your father's… - Mandy ignored what she heard and one thing came to mind. - Chad Monroe? One of the evilest businessmen who has been suspected and prosecuted dozens of times on charges of corruption, theft and forced labor? – This broke the mood a bit, Mandy, Mike and Lynda looked at Lance a bit pointedly.

- Well… I'm not pretending my father is a saint but since he's been governor Vale's economy has been raising.

- They also accused your father of that, - Mike also remembered something. — that he killed one of his rivals, Jimmy Vanille, his wife Carmel and kidnapped their daughter, Trivia. - Lance just blinked.

- There was no evidence. - Lance drew the line here. - It's true that he did a lot of bad things but he wouldn't have murdered a whole family.

- I'm in the dark, - Lynda was the only one who didn't know anything about the fate of the Vanille family. - would you initiate? This Vanille family sounds like an ice cream parlor.

- The Vanilles were a wealthy family in Vale but... - Mandy was about to begin but Lynda interrupted confusedly.

- Stop! I thought Ozpin was the boss in Vale? Not Lance's father.

- Not quite, - Mike agreed. - each kingdom is governed by a council, the headmaster of the given academy who is responsible for defense and security, the governor who maintains the economy of the kingdom and other politicians who advise on how to rule the kingdom, but the final word is with the governor or of the director.

- And Lance's father is now the governor. After Ozpin he's the big dog. - Lynda understood.

- Yes. - Mandy continued. - So, Jimmy Vanille, who was murdered in his own home by two gangs, the Xiong Vale gang and the Malachite gang from Mistral. Their house was burned to the ground, Jimmy and his wife burned inside and their daughter Trivia's still missing.

- And what makes people think Lance's father would have done it? - Lynda tried to make a connection.

- Maybe it's because they argued a lot with the Vanille family and it turned into a fight more than once because they had a different idea of how Vale should be run.

- Probably he hired the two gangs to kill them. - Mike guessed.

- Hey, you're talking about my dad!

- Your father is also one of Jacque Schnee's good friends and business partners. - Mandy revealed. - That bastard ruined a lot of faunus families and makes them work as forced laborers in Atlas.

- My father doesn't hate faunus! We have human and faunus servants who receive normal wages and appreciate their work here! This isn't Atlas and my father isn't Jacque Schnee! - Lance was starting to get angry at the faunus girl as she's talking about her father like some kind of criminal. - You know what? How about we go to my place and I introduce you to him?

The members of the team LLMM looked at each other and the decision was made.

- Rather than bickering over something stupid thing all day. - Lynda was in.

- Sounds good! – Mike joined too.

- Damn it. - Mandy joined too.

- Look! - Lynda noticed something across the street.

There were a few police cars with blue and red sirens flashing, and a dozen police officers keeping onlookers away while investigators worked. It was a Dust store, the doors and windows of which were broken, the furniture was messed up and the road was blocked by yellow tapes in front of the entrance.

- This Dust shop was robbed by Roman Torchwick. - Lance learned about the place from the news. - Ruby said she met him here and even fought him.

- Looks like he came back to finish the job. - Lynda guessed.

- Which is rather strange that they left the money here. - Lance reminded them. - They do it every time. They steal all the Dust but leave the money here.

- Seriously, why would anyone need so much Dust? - Lynda thought.

- Maybe some big generator needs power. - Mike reflected while his teammates just looked at him. – You know Dust can be used not only in weapons but also for operating vehicles and generators.

- According to the witnesses they were the people of the White Fang. - Lance gave the answer. - Do you think they're up to something big?

- Those who accumulate so much Dust, - Lynda was sure. - they don't want to use it for games at all.

- This is none of our business! - Mandy snapped. - The police are investigating this case and the shop had insurance! We are out now! Let's go to Lance's place!

Everyone was surprised by Mandy's outburst that she wanted to drop the case so much but she was right.

- What's wrong with her? - Lynda was angry.

- I don't know. - Lance shrugged and followed Mandy.

- Maybe, - Mike had an idea. – it bothers him that other faunus would do such a thing.

- Thanks, - Lynda put her hand on Mike's shoulder. – for talking me down. – Seeing that the faunus girl was smiling they followed their friends.

Lance led the way and led them to the mansion where he grew up. They entered through a large, barred gate that could only be opened with a code. Lance inserted a card into the reader which opened the gate.

- So far it's pretty much like the Schnee mansion. - Mandy pointedly commented.

- Would you finally stop?! - Several cars were parked in the courtyard of the mansion. - You can't meet my father now because he's negotiating with a lot of important people but I can show you around the house.

- That would be great! - Lynda was already enjoying the trip. – It's nice to see a rich person's apartment from the inside.

Most of the day was spent with Lance showing his friends around his home there was a dozen of corridors and rooms that were cleaned and maintained by servants, some human and some faunus. His family crest was the golden pawn on a red background.

- Our family has been living in Vale for a very long time, - There were many paintings on the walls of the important ancestors of Lance's family. - my great-grandfather was one of the founders. My grandfather taught me from a very young age that I should make my ancestors proud who always followed the ideals of honor and chivalry and were never ashamed of being a Hunter.

- This is a serious responsibility. - That's all Lynda added.

- Just self-delusion. - Mandy still wasn't convinced.

- My father on the other-hand is the quiet opposite. He considers it all foolishness and my grandfather was a fool who died as a dumb pawn. He and I… our relation is a little… difficult. – It could be felt that Lance was angry at his father.

- And what about your mother? - Mike changed the subject after seeing many pictures of Lance and his father but it was weird he didn't see a single picture of his mother.

- Oh, - Lance broke down a bit. – when I was 3 years old, she cheated on my father and they divorced. My father got rid of her... - Suddenly he recognized that statement was a little sinister. - Not in a gangster way! He just sent her away. I don't know where she is or if she's even alive. My father never talked about her and couldn't stand pictures of her.

- Oh, that's sad. - Mike felt sympathy. - I didn't have a father but you didn't have a mother."

- Both my parents died. - Lynda stated. - At least you have one.

- So, who's looking after your little brother? - Mike asked and Lynda glared at him and raised her fist as if she had blurted out something he shouldn't have.

- Do you have a little brother? – This surprised Lance and this information was new to him and Mandy as well.

- Yes. - Lynda sighed tiredly. - After my parents died I had to take care of him. Now a friend of mine hides him so he doesn't get hurt.

- Why did you hide him? - Mike noticed that. - Maybe he's in danger?

- Um... - Lynda just growled to him for spilling it out. - look, a madman, who still had something to settle with my father wants to take revenge on me and doesn't know about his existence.

- If he is angry to your father why would he want to kill you? - Lance asked the right question.

- How should I know? - Lynda just shrugged. - He preached to me about some code of honor that he has to settle with my father but since he's dead he has to settle it with me.

- And you didn't tell the police? - Mike was interested.

- No. – Lynda's voice was full with sarcasm. - Not at all, it never crossed my mind to call the police after a lunatic tried to kill me. I'd rather let him try of his own free will.

- You could have reacted in a kinder way. - Mike added.

- And what about your parents? - Lance turned to Mandy. Mandy clenched her fists and closed her eyes in anger.

- They died and one day I'll take revenge on the one who took them.

- Oh, I'm sorry. - Lance replied.

- By the way, - Mike noticed that the Monroe family crest was the pawn. - why are the pawns the crests?

- Because the pawn, if it's the weakest piece in chess, can't be won without them. They may be small and weak but they can affect the game in ways you can't imagine. That's why our coat of arms is the pawn.

The team LLMM got closer this weekend after getting to know each other a little better. They spent a few days here, had fun and enjoyed the break.

Unfortunately, they had to return to Beacon as the break was slowly coming to an end. Towards evening they reached Beacon where they were surprised to learn that the two members of team RWBY, Weiss and Blake had a big argue.

- Simply, I don't understand why it's a problem?! - Weiss was angry.

- That's exactly the problem! - Blake too. Ruby and Yang just stared sadly at their fighting teammates from the background.

- You know, - Weiss stood up from her bed. – that you are protecting an organization that hates humanity. The faunus of the White Fang are clearly just evil!

- There is no such thing as someone being just evil! - Blake snapped and stood up as well. - Why do you think they hate humanity? It's because people like Cardin and you force White Fang to take such steps!

- People like me?! - Weiss took it upon herself.

- You are discriminating!

- I'm a victim! - Weiss got angry. - You want to know why I despise the White Fang so much? Why don't I trust the faunus? Because they have been at war with my family for years. And by war, I mean real bloodshed. My grandfather's company has been in the crosshairs of those crazy people for as long as I can remember. And even as a child, I saw countless relatives, friends and employees die at their hands. We once had a whole train load of Dust stolen from us. Every day my father came home angry and this resulted in a rather unpleasant childhood. - He slammed the table angrily.

- Weiss… - Ruby went over to try to calm her down but it just backfired.

- No! You want to know why I despise the White Fang?! Because they are no more than liars! Thieves and murderers!

- Maybe we're just tired of being pushed aside all the time! – This made Blake so angry that she said something she didn't want to and shocked herself and her teammates. - I... - She quickly ran out of the room, running past her teammates and the team LLMM as well.

- Blake! - Ruby shouted after her and ran.

- What happened? - Hearing the intensity of the debate the members of the LLMM came in.

- Blake and Weiss had a fight. - Yang replied.

- We heard, - Lance replied. - but why did she run away?

- We don't know. - Ruby was disappointed.

- She was a faunus! - Weiss reminded them.

- So? - Lynda just looked puzzled. - This is nothing new. - Weiss was shocked at that.

- What?! You knew and you didn't say anything?!

- We faunus sense each other. - Lynda continued in a calm style. - Also, she's your teammate. Shouldn't you know about it?

- Maybe you are together?! - Weiss accused

- What?

- Blake protected the White Fang all day and it turned out that she was one of them! There were two of you?! Two faunus who are members of the White Fang!

- Weiss maybe… - Ruby tried to hold back but Lynda stood up for herself.

- Oh my god, do I feel a little bit of racism?! I have nothing to do with those crazy people! Don't consider all faunus are the same!

- If you want, - Lance interjected. - we'll help you find it.

Blake as she's crying ran out to the academy courtyard, between the two fountains and stopped in front of the statue that depicted a Huntsman and a Huntress triumphantly defeating a group of Grimm. She slowly untied the bow that covered the top of her head and revealed her two black cat ears. She wiped away her tears but suddenly, someone spoke to her.

A faunus boy they met earlier. He had short blonde hair and a monkey tail.

- I knew you looked better without the bow.

Team RWBY indicated that Blake hadn't returned all night but Lance offered to help look for her but the rest of the team LLMM stayed behind.

- She didn't come home all night. - Ruby explained brokenly.

- Blake is a big girl, - Weiss was rather angry. - she can certainly take care of herself.

- Weiss, stop doing it! - Yang said. – She's our teammate!

- Is she? - Weiss wasn't sure about that. - We heard what she said.

- Weiss!

- Maybe she is maybe not. - Yang didn't judge. - Anyway, she's gone and we need to find her.

- A member of the White Fang, right in our team! - Weiss reminded the others.

- I just hope she's okay. - Ruby was just worried.

- Still, why are you so sure about this?! - Lance just questioned Weiss.

- You should have heard how much she protected the White Fang! How can you be so sure that Mandy and Lynda are not among them?!

- I trust my teammates! - Lance winked at Ruby now. – As a leader, I have to believe in my team and lead them.

Ruby remembered that this was what she had said to him and Jaune and smiled knowing that he remembered her words.

Blake and the faunus boy sat down in a cafe where Blake ordered a tea and the boy ordered a coffee which he held with his tail and drank from.

- So, - Blake began. - you wanted to know more about me.

- Finally! – The boy was just glad that Blake had spoken. – You can speak! You barely spoke to me all night and just glared at me weirdly! - Blake glared at him. - Yes, exactly like that! - She even rolled her eyes at that.

- Sun, do you know the White Fang?

- Of course! I don't think there is a faunus on the planet who hasn't heard of them! Stupid bastards who think they can take anything they want. A bunch of *ssholes if you ask me.

- I was once a member of the White Fang. – This surprised Sun and he quickly started apologizing for his previous statement, so quickly that he even swallowed his coffee.

- Wait! You?! Were a member of the White Fang?!

- Exactly. I've been a part of it most of my life. You could say I was born into it. But then things turned out differently. From the ashes of war, the White Fang was a symbol of peace and equality between humans and faunus. Even though we were promised equality we got nothing but discrimination and hatred from the people because they still thought of us secondary citizen, so the White Fang rose up as the voice of our people. I was there too. I was there at every protest and boycott because I thought what we were doing really mattered but I was just a young optimist. 5 years ago our leader retired and was replaced by another who had different ideas. Suddenly, the peaceful protests turned into organized attacks, we burned down the shops that refused to serve us and stole from companies that used cheap faunus workers. The worst part, it worked. They began to treat us equally but not by respect, by fear. So, I left them. I didn't want to be a part of this anymore and use my abilities for bad things. I want to dedicate my life to being a Huntress. And here I am. A criminal hiding under their noses and all I'll cover it up with a silly bow. – She moved her cat-ears which made the bow also move.

- So, - Sun quietly listened to what he heard and asked one thing very seriously. - have you told your friends yet? - Blake's silence clearly gave the answer.

What neither of them noticed was that someone was watching them from the shadows.

The rest of team RWBY and Lance were still looking for Blake.

- Blake!

- Blake! - Lance started whistling to see if she could hear.

- Blake! Where are you?! - Ruby tried too but she saw that Weiss wasn't trying at all. - Weiss, would you help us?

- Oh, you know who could help? The police. - Ruby just crossed her arms angrily. - It was just an idea!

- A bad idea.

- Weiss, maybe we should listen her before we draw a wrong conclusion. - Yang explained.

- I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding. - Lance tried to calm the girls down.

- I think as soon as we find her you will all admit that I was right! - Weiss continued to stand by her claim.

- And I think Weiss' hair looks beautiful today. – The voice of a 4th girl was heard to which they all turned in horror.

- Penny?! - Ruby looked a little angry. - Where are you from?!

- Who is he? - Lance hasn't been lucky enough to meet this girl yet.

- My name is Penny. - She introduced herself. - What are you doing?

- Um… - Ruby didn't know what to say.

- We are looking for our friend. Blake. - Yang replied.

- Oh, the faunus girl. – It's interesting that Penny was also able to tell it which surprised the others quite a bit, since she only met her once.

- How do you know that?

- From her cat ears.

- From what cat ears?! - Yang asked. - After all, she always wears a... bow... - Slowly, but everyone realized the fact that Blake is a cat faunus. The stunned silence was broken only by the wind as it blew a devil's chariot down the street.

- She likes tuna. - Ruby whispered.

- And Lynda always called her a kitty. - Lance added.

- So, where is she? - Penny asked as she looked around excitedly.

- We don't know. - Ruby replied, she was a little sad. - She's been missing since yesterday.

- Oh, - Penny walked over to Ruby and grabbed both of her shoulders and continued worriedly. - that's terrible! – Penny didn't even let Ruby speak. - You needn't worry my friend Ruby Rose! I won't rest until we find your teammate!

"That's very kind of you, Penny but we'll be fine. Seriously. – She tried to shake her off kindly and turned to her teammates and Lance for support. - Right guys? - She realized too late that his 3 friends already had a cold spot and were left alone with this strange girl. Again, only the wind could be heard and the devil's chariot was now blowing in the other direction.

- The weather is a bit windy today. - Penny stated.

- So, - Sun asked as she and Blake scoured the streets. - what's the plan?

- I'm still not sure the White Fang is behind the Dust robberies. - Blake still couldn't believe it. - They've never needed so much Dust before.

- And if they need now? - Sun guessed. – The only way to prove that they didn't do it if we go to where they would most likely steal from if they are behind it and if we don't find them there then they are clean. Right?

- The only problem with this is that I don't know where it can be.

- Well, while I was on the ship I heard a guy talking about a huge shipment of Dust coming from Atlas the next day, tonight.

- How big?

- Very big. From Schnee Dust Company.

- Are you sure?

Weiss, Yang and Lance kept looking for Blake but they were starting to give up.

- You don't even care, do you? – Yang was getting the feeling from Weiss that she wasn't worried about Blake.

- Stop being stupid! - Weiss countered. - Of course I care! I'm just afraid what we'll say when we find her.

- Why don't you trust your teammate? - Lance joined Yang.

- Because the innocent doesn't run away!

Both Yang and Lance saw this as true.

It was night in the harbor, Blake was watching the events on a roof but nothing had happened yet. There was a grave silence although a storm of thoughts was raging in her head. She needed to know the truth. She couldn't turn away and pretend that nothing had happened and deny that the White Fang was evil. Whatever the truth was, it will be revealed tonight.

- Did I miss something? - Sun returned with two apples in his hand which he rubbed on his shirt.

- Not really. - She pointed to the Schee Dust company crates. - The crates have already been unloaded from the ship but no one has appeared yet.

- Nice. - He handed one of the apples to Blake. - I stole some food. - Blake just looked at him angrily.

- Do you always break the law without thinking?

- Weren't you in a terrorist organization? - He only got angry silence and a look of contempt. - Okay, too soon.

Suddenly, the roar of an engine stirred the silence and the wind then two spotlights blinded the two faunus. It was a huge cargo plane that landed in the middle of the harbor.

- Oh no. - Blake was terribly disappointed when she saw a White Fang soldier land.

- It's them? – Sun asked the obvious question when he also took a look at the crest on the soldier's back. A red beast with three claw cuts.

- Yes. They are.

- Great, - One instructed the others. - add the shipment!

More and more White Fang soldiers got off the plane.

- You really didn't think they were behind it? – Sun saw the disappointment on Blake's face.

- Well... deep down I knew... I just... didn't want it to be true.

- Hey, - Another male voice could be heard. – what is this delay?! – The White Fang soldiers looked back into the plane and it was a man who was directing them. He had middle long orange hair, green eyes, wore a white jacket, black pants, gloves and shoes. On his head is a black hat with a red feather hanging out of it, in his hand is a massive walking stick made of metal. - Right now, we're not the quietest or fastest thieves! How about you pull it in a bit, animals?!

- This is wrong! - Blake was angry and stood up. - The White Fang would never cooperate with a human! - He pulled out Gumbo Shroud and prepared for the clash.

- Hey, what… - Before Sun could even speak an arrow flew towards them.

Blake jumped aside to see a female White Fang member with a black arrow, standing in wait and aiming. Blake jumped from one place to another, trying to be as difficult a target as possible but that soldier was nowhere to be found.

Suddenly, out of nowhere she appeared in front of her and attacked her with a terrifyingly familiar weapon. She had a wrist strap on both arms, from which three blades came out and if she hadn't jumped out of one of the shadow clones she would have surely struck her.

She pressed a button that brought out more White Fang soldiers and even that human, Roman Torchwick.

- Oh, seriously... - The man was just tired as he saw that a party-pooper had disturbed his plans.

- Hands up! - One of the soldiers shouted before Blake and the female soldier separated. A dozen armed faunus engaged her but Blake didn't panic.

- I must say you are brave, little lady. - Roman just smiled knowing that Blake couldn't escape. Blake took off her bow and revealed her cat ears.

- Brothers and sisters of the White Fang, - Blake ignored the fact that she has been surrounded. – why are you helping this trash?! – Some of the soldiers just looked at each other but didn't move or say anything.

- Didn't you finish your homework? - Roman just laughed.

- What are you talking about?!

- The White Fang and I have just teamed up for a common business.

- Tell me what it is or I'll put an end to your little business here and now! - Suddenly, two more cargo planes arrived stirring up even more wind.

- I wouldn't call it small, - Roman and Blake both looked up. - but you are quite brave, considering that you are surrounded.

While Blake watched the planes, Roman signaled the soldiers to fire. Blake used her Semblance to dodge the shots and knock out a few soldiers, only to be attacked again by the faunus woman who had those blades.

Blake jumped out of a shadow clone but Roman also fired his walking stick and missed hitting her by an inch. The faunus woman immediately ran after her but Roman just followed her in a slow and calm way.

- Come on, kitty-cat. – Suddenly, a banana peel landed on his hat which he removed in an irritated and disgusted way. He looked up and Sun jumped at him from the sky, wiping him straight in the face with his legs, causing him to fall to the ground but Sun landed on the ground.

- Leave her alone!

More soldiers got out of one of the planes and immediately behind Roman and they surrounded Sun too.

- You're not the brightest banana on the bunch, are you? - Roman was just joking.

Sun knocked out the first soldier, elbowed the second one in the stomach, spun in the air and face-kicked a third one. He somersaulted to avoid a blow and took out his red battle staff, which he swung with lightning speed and knocked out 3 soldiers in the blink of an eye. He threw one last at Roman, who had to duck to avoid it. Roman shot again but Sun blocked it with his stick.

Meanwhile, Blake was still being chased by the faunus woman who had spotted her earlier. No matter how fast she was, this woman always stood in front of her and didn't give Sun a chance to help her.

Blake knew she couldn't shake this woman, so she had to fight. She attacked with her blades again but this time she didn't sidestep a shadow clone but instead charged directly at her with her katana. She attacked from the right, left, bottom and top but Blake dodged them all and managed to kick her in the stomach.

She quickened her pace and attacked, jumping out of a clone at lightning speed behind her then next to her and in front of her not knowing where to hit her, she suffered three kicks but she didn't give up and just kept fighting. Blake made a mistake and she took a hit that caused her to fall to the ground but she also got back up, using her Semblance to jump from one place to another, she ambushed her opponent but she didn't give up and couldn't knock her out.

Sun wasn't in a better position either against Roman because he turned out to be a much tougher opponent, so Sun changed his tactics, split his fighting stick into two nunchakus which were also partly short-barreled shotguns and attacked Roman like that. Roman and Sun were equally fast and tried to circle each other with amazing speed and endurance but eventually Sun made a mistake, Roman knocked one of the nunchakus out of his hand and hit the monkey faunus with his cane which fell to the ground. Roman appeared in front of him lightning fast and pointed his cane crossed with a rifle at him.

Blake was still grappling with that faunus woman they were equally fast and couldn't raise over the other. Blake hooked her katana between the three blades then split her weapon in two, took her opponent on her back and threw her against the wall. The hooked blade pierced the wall of the metal container, trapping one of her hands, Blake immediately reached in front of her, grabbed her other arm and started beating her face with her free hand.

In an instant, she disappeared, simply evaporating but quickly appeared behind Blake, pinning her against the wall and one of the blades at her neck.

- Hey! – A familiar voice could be heard in the distance which both Roman and the faunus woman noticed. It was Ruby with Crescent Rose in hand.

- Oh, hello, Little Red! - Roman got to know her. - Haven't your pajamas been shot?

- Ruby, - Penny slowly walked behind her. – are these people your friends?

- Penny, stay back! - Ruby looked back quickly but that was just enough time for Roman to shoot Ruby and push her back and laugh at her. Penny didn't like that and moved on. - Penny, wait!

- Don't worry, Ruby. - Penny sounded confident. - I'm combat ready.

Her backpack opened and a pile of blades flew out which seemed to move on their own. Penny jumped down, her blades followed and knocked out at least 4 White Fang soldiers. The vortex of the blades was dizzying, fast and strong, anyone who came close to it bit in the dust. It was both a shield and a deadly weapon. She showed no mercy, she knocked out at least a dozen soldiers, the White Fang soldiers were toppled like dominoes by her weapons. They were simply powerless against her.

Sun and Blake took the opportunity to escape their captors.

Three more transports arrived as reinforcements and opened fire on the girl but she raised and began to rotate the blades which formed an impenetrable shield to protect Penny. Three more blades emerged from his backpack, attached to her body with hair-thin wires and pulled back, out of the line of fire.

As soon as she got far enough, the blades began to rotate in front of her again but this time a greenish white ball of energy was concentrated in the center which grew stronger and was shot out as three energy beams, destroying the planes that fell into the sea.

One of the planes was about to take off but Penny's blades pierced through each connecting a string of wires to her body, preventing her from taking off and leading her into an empty warehouse which exploded. There was incredible physical strength in this girl. It's just not human.

Realizing that he had lost this battle, Roman with the faunus girl boarded the last plane and retreated.

- These kids are getting weirder and weirder. - That was all he had to say before they took off.

The police arrived soon, luckily Ruby, Sun and Blake were unharmed. If Penny hadn't been with them this fight would have ended differently. They were all exhausted, injured and needed some rest.

Yang, Weiss, and Lance arrived, albeit late they concerned for their friends. Ruby immediately jumped to Blake's defense.

- Look, Weiss, this isn't what you thought! Blake had nothing to do with it at all, she was just trying to stop them and she has kitten ears, which are pretty cute... - Weiss quietly stood in front of Blake and looked quite angry.

- Weiss, - Blake began. - I want you to know that I am no longer connected with the White Fang! When I…

- Stop! - Weiss stopped her. - Do you have any idea how long we've been looking for you? - Her voice was angry but they could feel the concern. - 12 hours ago. Which only means that I had 12 hours to think and during those 12 hours I decided, - Everyone looked at each other nervously because now they don't know what to expect from Weiss. - I don't care.

- You don't care? - Blake repeated.

- You said you aren't one of them anymore, right?

- No, although when I was young...

- Stop, stop, stop! I don't want to hear it! I just want the next time you try something like this, ask your friends for help and not… - He looked at Sun now. - from someone else. - Clearly, she forgave him.

- All right. - Everyone was happy that Weiss and Blake had reconciled.

- Woohoo! Team RWBY is back together! - Ruby rejoiced.

The team, Lance and Sun were about to hug but Weiss was still giving Sun a nasty look.

- But I'm not sure about you yet!

- Wait, - Ruby noticed that someone was missing. - Where's Penny?

- She was here before. - Lance didn't see her anywhere either.

They searched in vain but the girl who had saved Ruby, Blake, and Sun was nowhere to be found. She disappeared, forcing the youngsters to go back to Beacon without her.
