Neb: I do not own My Hero: Academia. The following is a fanfic, based on my ideal Quirk from my Ideal OC from this show. His power, Sword and Shield. Hardening Skin that comes from the birthmark on his left arm, and his razor sharp energy he can create in the palms of his hands. His name, is Shoyomi Takashi.

"Idiot," Shoyo's sister Shorada growled as she punched him with her hardened knuckles.

Like him she was born with hardening birthmarks, though they are across her knuckles instead. She can't extend the steel like Shoyo can and she can't create sharpened energy in her palms. Instead the sharpened energy grows between her fingers giving her the quirk knuckles and claws. Back when she was a child she was to be scouted out by the Pro Heroes in order to become a Tiger themed sidekick, but she refused. She does not believe in heroes like Shoyo does, because they had lost their parents when they were young. Aside from that she wasn't even the eldest sibling, they had an older brother who also had the hardening birthmark and the sharp energy, their older brother left the responsibility of raising Shoyo to her. This was probably why Shora had become so hot headed. Now back to their conversation.

"I can't believe you ran off like that when you have school," she continued to roar. "I mean, out of all the ignorant shit!"

"I couldn't just sit by and do nothing," Shoto shook his head. "Besides, because of me another family gets to stay whole. The Pro Heroes were busy fighting, so it was up to me to get civilians to safety."

"Pro Heroes always choose fighting," she growled as she ran her knuckles against her car scratching the paint. "That Stain guy had a point."

"No he didn't, and it's not like Mt. Lady didn't want to help that family," Shoyo argued before getting punched in the gut again.

"Don't you get it Shoyo," Shora grunted. "You're all I have left, if you run off to be some big shot and die, I'll have lost my entire family to this hero nonsense. Now get in the car, we will talk about your punishment later!"

Shoyo saw the hardened look in his sisters eyes and chose not to argue. They may have both lost their parents ten years ago, but Shora was the one who witnessed their deaths. Because of this, Shoyo could never win an argument with her. "Enough of my plans for the future, what about yours? You just going to take care of me forever?"

"Four more years," Shora shook her head. "I'll protect you until you are eighteen, and then I'll go find a rich man and live the rest of my life comfortably. But I want to make sure you live to adulthood before I do."

"Dark sis."

"Shut up!"

"Shoyomi Takashi," the teacher called out. It was first period social studies. Shoyomi was taking General Studies, but this was because all other classes were filled out.

"Here!"

"You were late getting to school huh, and you have the audacity to leave this note on my desk!"

"Please read it sir," Shoyo pleaded. "It could be beneficial for the school."

"A hero fan club? We already have two of those."

"No, a hero club," Shoyo corrected. "For those who want to take it a step further. If such a club could be recognized by the school. Then maybe even people who live out here can compete to get their Hero License!"

The teacher sighed for a moment as all the kids started laughing at Shoyo. "You are already at a rough start, being late and the preaching about heroism. But if you can get four other students to join, I'll allow it."

"Easy enough."

"Good luck, we've got nothing but Stain sympathizers in this school," the teacher shrugged.

"Oh yeah, he's awesome," one of the other kids in the back pointed out.

Shoyo glared angrily at that kid.

"As class rep I'd also like to point out, if there are any good kids in this school who want to help people, you'll only be putting a target on their back," a girl with red long hair and green eyes in the front of the class explained. "Don't just recruit people with useless quirks. They don't need that kind of hassle."

"Good luck," another student to Shoyo's right laughed. "All the people with good quirks were already scouted out by better schools."

Shoyo was sure that wasn't true, these kids didn't know he possessed Sword and Shield. He was sure in a school thousands of students, he'd be able to find at least four who both wants to be a hero and has decent quirks. Aside from that, if someone had a bad quirk but still wanted to join, Shoyo wasn't going to pass that up either. Even if his Class Rep had decent logic.

After school Shoyo stood in the dusty room they let him build his new club. He started cleaning and surely enough a few people came who saw his fliers. Sadly, they weren't the people Shoyo was expecting.

Third year students with sharp teeth, claws, and muscle based powers started entering the club room.

"Well well," one of them spoke up. "So you must be the little trouble maker who's trying to change the natural order of things."

"I wouldn't be so dramatic about it," Shoyo figured. "I'm going to go ahead and guess you guys didn't come here to join?"

"Join you? We hate heroes! We would be running the streets if those heroes weren't around to stop us at every gas station, every convenient store we wanted to rob!"

"Incriminating," Shoyo nonchalantly stated.

"Nobody cares," the older student laughed. "There are a ton more people in this school who thinks like us. I doubt that there's anyone who thinks like you." The group closed in on him, and Shoyo got ready to defend himself.

"Stop right there," the red headed girl with green eyes spoke up as she entered the room. "As class rep, I can't allow you to hurt my classmate. Get lost."

"Coming to check up on me Class Rep," Shoyo grinned.

"Wipe that smirk off your face," the class rep growled. "I never said your club was a bad idea, I only wanted to make sure you wouldn't get anyone hurt."

"Too late," the older student yelled as he swung his claw at the class rep.

Shoto got in the way and used Shield, hardening his birthmark and extending it to protect his Class Rep. "What is wrong with you?"

"Bastard," she yelled at the older student as the other four students moved in to attack.

Shoyo's eyes widened when he saw her skin harden as well along her palms as she slapped away two of the students.

One of the other students extended their muscles before moving in to crush both of them, but the class rep used the same power as that student and pushed back against him.

"She can copy quirks?", the muscled student yelled.

"She copied both Shield and that other boy's quirk," Shoyo realized.

"I am Rasami Yoshami, and my quirk is Replication," the Class Rep called out. "If I see your quirk, I can use it."

"Why isn't she in UA?", one of the other students yelled before running off. The other older students backed off when she started growling teeth and claws like theirs.

"This isn't over!"

"Well your full of surprises class rep," Shoyo admitted. "Any reason you've kept this to yourself? I'm sure the other students in our class would behave better if.."

"Shut up," she growled. "I.. I can't use it in class."

"Why not?" When he asked this, he noticed a lack of pigmentation in her eyes as she wasn't looking at him, but through him. "Using your power makes you blind."

"I have five senses like everyone else," she explained. "In order to take a power, I have to give up one of those senses in it's place. I gave up my smell for your birthmark quirk."

"It's not."

"I gave up my sense of touch for muscles, but in order to scare off the others I gave up my sense of sight and taste for their teeth and claws. I can't switch back easily, not without rest."

"I.. I see, that's why you didn't go pro," Shoyo figured.

"If I'm forced into a situation like that for just school bullies, imagine if I had to fight villains. I can't be a hero with that drawback."

"Yes you can," Shoyo yelled. "The rode has been paved for all of us to be heroes!" She paused when he said that and stumbled back. "I'm sorry, but no matter the drawback on your power, it can be used for good. Maybe you just needed practice this whole time, or maybe you just need to learn which quirks you want to copy over others..."

"It's not just that," she interrupted again. "When I copy stronger quirks, I find it difficult to sleep. Like some drug is both keeping me awake and making me want to keep that power over my own senses. One time I got a look at a Pro Heroes quirk, and I didn't sleep for a week! Even now, I miss that power and wish I could have kept it instead of my sense of smell! I could never be a hero if I'm that greedy!"

"And yet you think this club of mine is a good idea," Shoyo shook his head. "If you think being a hero is the right thing to do, then that's all there is to it! Learn to control your power, learn to control your obsessions, and together we can carve a future for people with low upbringings. One where even the common person, no matter how rich or poor, no matter how strong or weak can become a hero if they want!"

She continued to stare forwards, unable to see the genuineness inside his eyes. But, even without being able to see him, she could somehow feel his truth. "I... this is a waste of time you know."

"Maybe," Shoyo grinned. "But I need members, and you came in to help me. I bet you didn't even think before running in to help."

Her eyes widened.

"That's right, there's a hero inside you."
