DC Alterverses: Universe-1 Superman

Set in an alternate universe known as Universe-1, this story shows Superman dealing with an angered Alexandra Luthor, who found a new ally to assist her against the Man of Steel. Unbeknownst to both Superman and Alexandra, however, her ally has his own plans.

DC Alterverse: Universe-1 is based in the graphic novel series Superman: Earth One (2010-2015), by J. Michael Straczynski, set in the New 52 multiverse, keeps some of the elements of the series, while changing others.

The elements in common with the graphic novels are: a young Superman; Tyrell being his enemy and one of the culprits for Krypton's destruction; Parasite and Zod being other superpowered antagonists; Sandra Lee and the Luthors being non-powered, human antagonists; Alexander Luthor dying in a heroic way helping Superman against Zod and his widow Alexandra erroneously blaming Superman for it; Lisa Lasalle being a supporting character.

The differences: Zod doesn't have anything to do with Krypton's destruction; Sandra Lee's ethnicity is changed, as she's a composite character with Hope Taya (here she's Sandra Hope Lee), who's black; Lisa Lasalle isn't Superman's love interest; Zod didn't bring kryptonite with him and it wasn't introduced yet; added characters: Lucy Lane, Milton Fine and Brainiac.

There are a few other changes, but talking about them would be spoiler.

This fanfic takes place after Superman's fights against Tyrell, Parasite and Zod.
