In a big city, an older woman was shown to be sorting out some books. Unbeknownst to her, she was being watched and suddenly the books on the shelf began to float to the other shelves. When she turned around to investigate, nothing happened, so she then shrugged and soon made some notes on a notepad before passing a card catalogue. The drawers soon slid open, spilling cards all over the place, causing her to scream and run. She then ran through the shelves and she came to see something she wasn't expecting and all she could do was scream as her hair blew back. However, before we get into all of that, it's time to check on our favorite group of adventurers in the decade they live in: the 1980s. They were just recovering from a grand and epic adventure with a boy named Marty McFly and the boy's scientist/inventor friend Doc Emmett Brown and the final adventure they all shared was the last and it wasn't just goodbye to Doc on that Wild West adventure.

"Aunt Hilda and Aunt Zelda seemed really happy to meet you guys," Sabrina said to her friends as they looked at a framed photograph of back when they first became friends during the 1970s. "I think Aunt Zelda was the happiest of course. She always seemed more mother-like than Aunt Hilda."

"Yeah... she was real sweet, but stern when the situation called for it," added Lionel. "Closest thing I ever had to a mom, at least."

"She was like all of our mom during our visits." Cherry agreed.

"Yeah, Aunt Zelda always had the best problem-solving skills and some homework help," Sabrina sighed softly. "I know she is a lot happier where she is now, but... it's hard not to miss her since I've lived with her and Aunt Hilda since my parents divorced back in Riverdale."

"...I know," replied Atticus. "But you've still got us, no matter what."

"Thanks, guys." Sabrina said with a soft smile.

The others smiled back as they all joined in a group hug. Cherry was hesitant at first until she shrugged and decided to join in on the hug.

"It really is different around here without Zelda... maybe we all need a change of pace," Hilda commented to herself as she looked down at the kids while folding laundry as Salem sat in the hamper. "Maybe we need to get out of town for a little while and try a different atmosphere or adventure, but where?"

"Shot in the dark... how's about New York?" asked Lionel. "That place always has something interesting going on."

"New York, huh?" Hilda asked.

"Oh, sure! A lot of my old friends are from New York!" Salem chuckled. "Especially on Broadway if ya know what I mean."

"Do you mean that weird musical where people dress up like disgusting and ugly furry cats?" Cherry asked.

"I dunno if I'd say ugly, but more or less," Salem replied innocently. "For all you know, it could be based on true events."

The others just looked deadpan about that.

"I think a New York field trip sounds like a nice idea." Hilda then said to break the silence.

"Hey, yeah!" Lionel replied, climbing on Thor's shoulder. "Plus, they've got some primo eats! Potstickers, pizza, seafood, Chinese food, Italian~!"

Immediately, Thor began to eagerly salivate a river just from hearing that.

"I guess we're all going to New York then." Mo commented.

"Sounds like a good adventure to me." Atticus smiled.

"Yeah, why not?" Cherry shrugged. "We could get out of town for a little bit."

"Well... okay," Sabrina said with a small sigh. "I don't really have any reason to say no."

"And hey, maybe we could write about it and tell Zelda next time we see her!" Lionel suggested, giving everyone travel journals they could customize as they wished.

Everyone else then took a look at the journals curiously.

"Journals for our adventures?" Thor asked Lionel.

"Well... yeah," said Lionel. "I mean, Zelda and Doc are gonna visit, yeah? I just figured they'd wanna know what we've been getting up to since they left!"

"That sounds nice!" Thor beamed.

"All right, guys, then let's get ready for a field trip to New York!" Hilda smiled.

"YEAH!" The group exclaimed gleefully.

"Go home and gather your things," Hilda smiled. "Leave the travel to me."

"You're gonna call Drell, aren't you?" Cherry asked.

"Well, yeah..." Hilda admitted bashfully. "I mean, without him, you guys probably wouldn't have as much fun with Sabrina as you did before you all found out she was a teenage witch."

"That's kinda true in a way." Cherry admitted as she DID genuinely like Sabrina as a friend, but it got a lot more interesting and adventurous than any regular mortal friendship in their basis of reality like how Marty had his adventures with a genius and friendly man like Doc Brown while everyone else was wary of him.

"Definitely something to think about." mused Lionel as the group dispersed to start packing up.

Hilda smiled as they went to work while she decided to do the same thing with Salem joining her.

"So, the kids wanna go to New York, huh?" Drell asked Hilda as they met in his office to discuss this.

"Yes, we thought it would be a good distraction away from Zelda moving to The Wild West and I'm rather fond of those kids that Sabrina is friends with," Hilda explained and admitted. "Especially Chloe Flan, did you really have to do that to her?" she then added in concern for the teenagers' old friend from middle school.

"Yes, I'm afraid she had to have her memories wiped about Sabrina and everything else from The Other Realm after she moved away from Greendale," Drell nodded and explained. "It would've been better that way, but don't worry. We kept the fun and good times." he then added, showing a crystal ball of the adventures that Sabrina and the others had with Chloe before she moved away before high school started and one plus side was that Gem Stone was accepted into a boarding school far, far away from Greendale as well.

"I know," sighed Hilda. "...I know."

"I think a trip to New York is a fine idea at least," Drell replied. "I should just warn you and the kids about something though."

"What is it?" Hilda asked.

"There's a lot of paranormal activity around there and it's beyond even our own witch magic stopping it," Drell advised her. "I don't know what it is, but there's a part of town where there are said to be ghosts roaming about."

"Do you have sources on this?" Hilda asked.

"A couple by the name of Jack and Maddie Fenton swear by it." Drell defended.

"...I'll keep that in mind," responded Hilda. "In the meantime, I'm gonna get packing."

"I'll see you guys there then," Drell replied. "I know Lionel doesn't like flying even though the others say that's an easier way to travel."

"Linen closet?" Hilda guessed.

"Yes, just as long as I preform the spell to help us get there and not The Other Realm," Drell nodded. "You know I'm capable and hopefully this time, Della won't be able to do anything while we're gone. Not like she'll team up with some ghosts, right?" he then scoffed and shrugged with a confident smirk.

"Maybe," Hilda responded. "We'll... we'll see as we go on."

"All right, I'll get you guys some deals put through and you'll eventually be able to go to New York through the linen closet without having to use pesky and annoying public transportation like if the bus breaks down and Atticus offers to carry it on the rest of the way." Drell remarked.

"That boy tries so hard to be He-Man most of the time." Hilda rolled her eyes and nodded in agreement as Atticus was a good kid and all, but he was a bit of a show-off when it came to personal talents.

"I have to agree, but don't worry, I got it covered," Drell reassured her. "Just tell the kids to meet at the linen closet in an hour and you guys will be in New York before you know it."

"Okay, I'll get right on that." Hilda said as she left the room.

Drell smiled and waved her off before he would get himself to work.

Eventually, word was spread around as Sabrina, Atticus, Cherry, Lionel, Mo, Thor, and Patch waited to go visit New York as they sat in the upstairs hallway of the Spellman house.

"Are you coming with us, Salem?" Patch asked the black cat.

"Might as well, especially seeing mortals being afraid of ghosts." Salem chuckled to himself.

"Alright then," said Lionel. "It's now or never, then!"

The door had thunder and lightning flashing on the other side.

Drell then opened the door and came out to see the others. "All aboard, one way trip to New York!" he then called out like a conductor.

"Well, that's us," Thor said as they soon went in a single file line together through the closet door. "Here we go for a new adventure, guys."

"Okay!" Atticus declared. "Towards the unknown we go!"

"Gee, I'm all ecstatic." Cherry remarked with a smirk.

Atticus rolled his eyes at that and soon, they left through the door. The door then shut behind them and thunder rumbled with a brief lightning flash. Within moments, the group made it into New York as the door behind them closed and suddenly shrunk down into a cube and Drell pocketed it.

"Well, that just happened." Patch commented.

"If you have any better ideas on how to transport without taking a plane, train, or automobile I'd love to hear it." Drell retorted.

"Who's dissing?" shrugged Lionel. "It's a good choice."

"The power of magic to hide from some people." Drell nodded.

"All right, do we have reservations anywhere to stay in the meantime?" Cherry asked.

"Of course, we'll go to everybody's favorite spot in New York: The Plaza Hotel." Drell told them confidently.

"Bodacious!" commented Mo and Atticus.

"Should be fun." Lionel responded.

They soon got checked into the hotel and began to get settled. Atticus soon headed for the room door after a little while of getting comfortable.

"Where are you going, buddy?" Thor asked.

"Just gonna explore and look around for anything interesting." Atticus explained casually.

"Guess it couldn't hurt," replied Lionel. "Wouldn't be much fun just sitting in here."

"You guys don't have to come along if you don't want to." Atticus said.

"No, no, we might as well come along, though I'm pretty sure Drell and Hilda are gonna rest." Cherry replied.

"Yeah, Uncle Drell needs to help Aunt Hilda rest." Thor nodded.

"All the more reason to go right now and leave a note." Sabrina said to the others urgently.

"Right behind ya!" Salem agreed as he headed for the door first.

So they each scurried out the door. Hilda poked her head out and giggled before she shut the door to her and Drell's room, putting a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the knob while going after him and the two laughed together.

Eventually, the group left the hotel and decided to explore the streets of New York.

"Drell said that ghosts are fond of this place and yet I haven't seen one." Cherry commented.

"Me neither, I've never met anyone who was invisible before." Thor remarked as a random rimshot played.

Lionel snorted at that, and went on walking. "Hmm... anyone feeling hungry?" he asked.

"I could eat." Cherry admitted.

"Same." Atticus and Thor both agreed.

"Didn't someone say something about New York having the best pizza or something?" Mo suggested.

"I might have~" Lionel smirked. "So let's go find a place to tuck in!"

"All right, let's go then." Sabrina chuckled and nodded.

"The sooner the better." Cherry agreed as they soon went to the nearest pizza shop.

However, as they did that, there seemed to be some kind of commotion going on at the local library.

"I wonder what's going on over there?" Atticus commented to himself. As is to be expected, his 'hero instincts' were going crazy.

"Alright, toppings, what are we looking at?" asked Lionel. "And do we want sides? These are the crucial questions!"

"I'm thinking maybe cheese sticks as a side because I think Mo is going vegetarian." Thor replied.

"I've been thinking about it." Mo nodded and admitted as Atticus wandered away from the group.

"Is there alfredo sauce? I wanna try that." Cherry then wondered.

"Okay, yeah, I'd be down for both of those," Lionel nodded. "Plus, Alfredo sauce... what would that be like on a pizza? Gets me all curious~"

Jun 19"You haven't had alfredo sauce on pizza?" Cherry asked Lionel.

"Sounds like he hasn't." Sabrina remarked.

"Correct." Lionel nodded.

"Well, you've had chicken or shrimp alfredo, right?" Cherry asked him.

"Oh, absolutely!" Lionel replied, nodding.

"Let's try that then, some chicken alfredo pizza for his one." Cherry confirmed and then suggested.

Atticus still stared out the window before looking back at the others.

"Lemme guess, steak and broccoli?" Cherry smirked at Atticus.

"I mean, if they have some of that," Atticus shrugged. "I just have a funny feeling about that building downtown."

"We'll check it out after we get some pizza, I swear," Cherry reassured him. "Don't just run off randomly like that, Atticus, we haven't been around here before."

"Yeah, you could be getting into a situation you know absolutely zilcho about," Lionel added.

"Well, all right," Atticus said and shrugged. "I guess I could wait."

"Besides, every time you wander off and explore on your own, we kinda end up eating your dust while you do your own thing and we all came here together." Cherry reminded him.

"All right, well, that pizza better come soon because I have a feeling about that place, you guys," Atticus then said. "I had a dream about it last night before we came over here so that must be our next big adventure."

"It'll get here when it gets here," Thor responded. "I know you can't rush good pizza."

Atticus nodded as he sat down with his friends. Cherry then decided to occupy her time with the arcade games there such as Pac-Man or Mario Bros as they placed their pizza orders and waited to have some food so that they could continue to explore. Eventually, the pizzas arrived, and the group sat down to tuck into their food.

Jun 19"Let me know how it is, I wanna see your reaction." Cherry told Lionel in her usual stoic voice, but she sounded a bit more upbeat than in her usual emotionless tone of voice.

Lionel took his first piece and bit into it. "Saaaaay... not bad!" he remarked before he ate some more.

Cherry smirked and winked at that as she ate her own pizza while the others did the same.

"Wow, New York really does have some great pizza!" Thor admitted.

Everyone murmured in agreement as they continued eating. Cherry soon tried a cheese stick and looked happy to see that the cheese inside was very stretchy. Mo then held up her hand to have a few and Cherry then shared with her, though tried to eat more for herself as she grew to love them very much.

Lionel took a few of them and stretched the cheese as far as he could before tucking in. "Should we take this to go?" he asked.

"Yeah, I think we should," Cherry admitted. "I'm getting full and I guess we'll have dinner covered for later."

"That is unless Drell says he wants to go on a date with Hilda and he's gonna be a little late like in the old days." Sabrina smirked.

"For a deranged and messed up warlock, that Drell sure could cook a pot roast." Salem remarked.

"Let's get some boxes and bags." Thor said as he came to ask for some behind the counter of where the workers were.

So they got their carry-out bags and paid up before they left with their food.

Jun 20"We'll be back very soon!" Thor told the workers.

Cherry smirked a little at that on their way out. "All right Atticus, where was it you wanted to go?" she then asked.

"To the library." Atticus replied as he gestured to it once he saw it.

"Alright, we'll go to the library," responded Lionel. "But I'll have to get the food back to the room... obvious reasons, of course."

"Oh, right." Atticus said sheepishly as he almost forgot about that.

"Uh, I'll take that food off your hands, li'l buddy." Thor offered as he was about to go and do just that.

"Don't you go eating it." Lionel warned him playfully.

"Why, Lionel, who do you think you're talking to?" Thor replied innocently.

"Thor Moltenscar." The others said suddenly.

"...just trust me, okay?" Thor said bashfully.

"But of course." smiled Lionel.

Thor grinned at them and he soon decided to teleport magically over to the hotel room to put their leftovers away for now and then came right back after a couple of seconds. Once that was settled, the group soon walked off together to go and see what the big deal was about the library. However, as they were on their way there, a certain trio of men were also on their way there. They were Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, and Egon Spengler. And in a way, they were all men on a mission.

"People keep talking about ghosts." Thor remarked.

"Like Casper?" Atticus asked.

"Yes, Atticus, like Casper," Cherry rolled her eyes in response. "I'm not fully sure if I believe in ghosts myself, but it wouldn't surprise me at this point since Sabrina's a teenage witch."

"And I'm a warlock teen!" Thor boasted with a grin.

"Yes, you are." Cherry smirked at his child-like excitement.

"Help me carry this." One man said to the other while moving some equipment on their way out of the cab once it dropped them off at the library.

"Sure, Ray," Venkman said before he picked up a plasmatometer about the size of an electric razor. "You got the rest of that?"

"There's something happening, Peter, I'm sure of it," Stantz said, struggling to his feet with a double armful of gear. The tape recorder around his neck made him look like a pack animal. "Spengler and I have charted every psychic occurrence in the tri-state area for the past two years. The graph we came up with definitely points to something big."

"Ray, as your friend, I have to tell you that I think you've really gone around the bend on this ghost stuff," Venkman remarked. "You've been running your butt off for two years, checking out every waterhead in the five boroughs who thinks he's had an experience. And what have you seen?" he then asked.

"What do you mean by seen?"

"As in 'seen.' You know, 'looked at with your eyes.' "

"Well, I was once at an unexplained multiple high-altitude rockfall."

"Uh-huh. I've heard about the rockfall, Ray. I think you've been spending too much time with Egon."

The young group then looked over as the two men came inside, seeming to be a bit urgent to see another friend of theirs. Venkman and Stantz found their friend sitting beneath a heavy oak reading table in the library's Astor Hall, listening to the wooden underside with stereo headphones connected to a stethoscope. As usual, there was a large area around Egon totally devoid of people, and several patrons were peering warily at him from behind their books and newspapers. Even in New York, few people listened to tables.

Venkman motioned to Stantz to hand him the heavy copy of Tobin's Spirit Guide, then rapped softly on the table. Egon froze, instantly alert, his wild eyes swinging from side to side.

Venkman then suddenly rapped his knuckles on the table again. "Egon?"

Egon adjusted the control on his headset and peered closely at the table bottom, the rims of his glasses scraping the wood. Venkman slammed the spirit guide down on the top.

"Gnnaaauuuhhhh!"

"Egon, come out of there."

Egon Spengler adjusted his glasses and goggled up at Venkman. "Oh! You're here."

"What have you got, Egon?"

Salem glanced curiously at the three men as Atticus looked like he was compelled to go after them and soon did. "This kid..." he then muttered and rolled his golden eyes before he decided to go after Atticus as he knew how the boy could be most of the time while Cherry and the others explored the library and looked concerned about the librarian who seemed to be having a panic attack of some sorts.

Spengler clambered to his feet as he explained to the other man. "This is big, Peter. This is very big. There's definitely something here."

Venkman rubbed his temples wearily. "Egon, somehow this reminds me of the time you tried to drill a hole in your head. Do you remember that?" he then prompted.

"That would have worked-" Egon insisted until suddenly he was interrupted as they suddenly had company. "There's a little boy here staring at us."

The three men then turned around and saw Atticus there who grinned sheepishly and waved at them.

"Hey, kid, I don't know what they tell you college kids, but this place is off-limits for a while," Venkman said to Atticus. "Though if you would come into my office before 8:00, we can have a little test to see if you might be psychic?" he then offered with a small smirk.

"I guess that couldn't hurt," said Atticus. "But I got the feeling that something was going on in the library."

"Well, all right, we'll see what we can do for you," Venkman smirked before he shook hands with Atticus. "I'm Peter Venkman."

"Atticus Fudo, hey." Atticus smiled as he shook hands in return.

"Wow, that's quite a grip you got there, kid," Venkman remarked. "You trying to be the next He-Man or something?"

"Maaaaaybe?" Atticus replied as his eyes darted around.

Egon Spengler and Ray Stantz then introduced themselves next.

"What're you doing around here, kid?" Venkman asked. "Also, why am I just suddenly talking to you and getting to know you better when we're here on official business and might have a tight timeframe to get what we need to do get done while you and your friends join us on a brand new adventure?"

"My friends and I are here on vacation and we heard that this place might have ghosts." Atticus explained matter of factly.

"Why is he talking to them when I'm usually the protagonist?!" Cherry complained off-screen.

"Maybe because he was the must gung-ho about going over," said Lionel. "Now are we going to whine, or are we gonna go over and introduce ourselves?"

"Come on then, let's go," Cherry then said as she came by. "Uh, hello there."

"Hi." Ray replied.

"Friends of yours?" Egon asked Atticus.

"Um, yeah?" Atticus replied like it was obvious.

Soon, everyone took turns to introduce themselves and the three adult men introduced themselves as paranormal investigators.

This was cut short by the arrival of an unhappy-looking man in a rumpled suit. Venkman shook his offered hand.

"Hello, I'm Roger Delacourte, head librarian," The man simply stated. "Are you the men from the University?"

"Yes," Venkman replied, all business. "I'm Dr. Venkman and this is Dr. Stantz. You've met Dr. Spengler..."

"Thank you so much for coming," Delacourte stated with a nod. "I'd appreciate it if we could take care of this quickly and quietly. You know..."

"I understand," Venkman said soothingly. "Now, if we could see the woman who first witnessed the apparition..."

"Certainly."

"You stay here and keep tabs on it, Egon," Venkman suggested. "No sense in shocking this poor woman twice in one day."

"Yeah, that lady back there looks like she's been through a lot right now." Sabrina had to admit.

They then came into a smaller room and Roger was about to try to stop the kids, but they refused to go down that easily.
