Hotch cleared his throat and smiled as he looked around the room at everybody, he then said, "the judge is going to call and talk to you both tomorrow at noon here in your hospital room, he's going to do a video call".
Dave said, "are you going to be here too?", he nodded his head and said, "yes, I'm going to be representing them during the call", Penelope said, "it sounds like the judge was very understanding", Hotch said, "he's a new father too so he understands that you are unable to travel and he wants to hear what you and Derek have to say".
Derek said, "so what will happen after we give our testimony?", Hotch said, "well we shouldn't hear anything else until we find out the verdict", Penelope said, "and then we will be free of both of them, right?", Hotch said, "yes and then you won't have to worry about looking over your shoulders anymore".
Derek smiled and said, "now that part sounds good doesn't it sweetness?", she yawnedand said, "yes, yes it does", Derek kissed her gently on the lips and said, "goddess if you're tired why don't you get some sleep, they're not going to be going anywhere", she tiredly smiled at him and said, "I think I will".
It was only a matter of a few minutes after she closed her eyes that they heard a soft snore coming from her, they all smiled and Fran said, "bless her heart it's been a rough year on her", Derek said, "but hopefully after tomorrow momma we won't have to worry about Sam or Savannah anymore".
JJ said, "I still can't believe what she's been through this year, she's been through more than I think I could handle", Fran nodded her head and said, "me too Jennifer, me too" as they stood there bonding with Han\k.
By the time Penelope woke up Dave and Fran had gone out and bought some food and they all had a delicious meal together as a family as they continued celebrating the arrival of the newest member of their family.
