RAW is WAR: 6/7/1998

RAW is WAR was live at Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Pennsylvania. The current match was Terry Funk vs. D'Lo Brown who was accompanied by The Godfather.

D'Lo is really getting that chest protector bit over here. He chops away on Terry's chest, but when the tables turn, Funk decides a punch to the jaw works better than a chop to the chest protector. Funk delivers a PILEDRIVER for two. To the floor they go, Funk gives Brown an Asai Moonsault. Back in the ring, Funk delivers another Flying Moonsault to the back of D'Lo for two as well. Funk punches the Godfather down off the apron, but you don't put your hands on the Godfather. He wraps up his hand with the Run DMC gold necklace and punches Funk in the back of the head. That KO's Funk for the LO DOWN as D'Lo picks up the win.

As they celebrate, the crowd starts cheering when they spot the Bladewolf and the Undertaker making their way down to the ring with purpose.

"Wait just a damn minute." JR said. "Here's the Intercontinental Champion along with the man who wants to be the #1 Contender. The Undertaker and the Bladewolf on their way to the ring, but why?"

"Turn around, Godfather, you've got company." Jerry said.

Bladewolf and Undertaker made it to the ring and climbed onto the ring apron and stepped over the top rope.

"Why are they coming out here? Are they here to help Terry Funk?" JR questioned.

"I don't think so." Jerry shrugged.

D'Lo rushes the brothers, only to be met with a big boot to the face by Bladewolf.

"Oh! Maybe they are!" Jerry exclaimed.

Undertaker punches Godfather, then grabs him by the throat while Bladewolf grabs D'Lo by his. He stands beside his older brother, who gives him a nod, and then they lift their respective victims up in sync... AND PLANT THEM WITH DOUBLE CHOKESLAMS!

"Double Chokeslams!" JR exclaimed.

Bladewolf and Undertaker stand over their victims, Bladewolf snapping his head back to flip the hair out of his mask's eyeholes while the Undertaker glares around.

"The Phenom and the Demon Wolf!" JR said.

"I can't believe they came out here, to help Terry Funk and for what?" Jerry questioned.

Terry Funk gripped onto Undertaker's leg an slowly pulled himself up while the Phenom turned to regard him stoically.

"And Terry funk has bee saved by the Undertaker and the Bladewolf." JR said. "And maybe the Undertaker does have some kindness left in his heart. Maybe the Bladewolf isn't as remorseless as we thought."

Jerry rolled his eyes. "Ah, they're just trying to impress Mr. McMahon."

Undertaker regarded Terry Funk for a second or two... AND THEN GRABBED BIM BY THE THROAT!

"Ahh!" Jerry screamed in surprise and shock.

"No! No!" JR shouted. "No, don't do it! He can't defend himself!"

Bladewolf also grabs Terry by the throat, and together the brothers lift him up... AND PLANT HIM TO THE CANVAS WITH A DOUBLE CHOKESLAM!

"Man." Jerry shook his head.

"Why? Why?" JR demanded.

Undertaker and Bladewolf then left the ring and made their way to the back as Undertaker's theme played.

"Why?" JR demanded again.

"I'll tell you why, they're sending a message." Jerry said. "To the entire WWF, but especially, to Vince McMahon."

RAW went to commercial break.

After a commercial break following the dustin Runnels vs Val Venis match, DX comes out dressed as the Nation of Domination. The cast goes like this: Triple H plays the Rock (with IC taped over his European title), Road Dogg plays D'Lo Brown (or B-Lo), Billy Gunn as the Godfather, X-Pac as Mark Henry (or Mizark), Jason Sensation – wrestling impersonator extraordinaire – as Owen Hart (with a Ric Flair nose), and Chyna as the Beaver. Aside from the poop and dick jokes, this is pretty hilarious. Triple H's impression of the Rock was great. Owen Hart had some spot-on commentary. Road Dogg pointing out D'Lo as the lackey of the group is pretty funny. X-Pac's impression got a little racist, but still funny – especially the joke about Mark Henry's pecs.

After their performance, however... THE LIGHTS WENT OUT!

"oh what now?" JR nearly groaned.

"What happened to the lights?" Jerry asked warily.

After a few seconds, the lights come back on... AND THE BLADEWOLF IS IN THE RING BEHIND DX!

"It's the Bladewolf! The Bladewolf is here!" JR shouted.

"Ahhh!" Jerry screamed.

Road Dogg is the first to turn around but gets an uppercut for it, and then Billy Gunn is next, followed by X-Pac then Triple H. Bladewolf whirls around and clotheslines Road Dogg who stumbles to his feet. Uppercut then clothesline. Repeat. That's what Bladewolf did as he dismantled DX.

"The Bladewolf is destroying DX!" JR shouted.

X-Pac stumbles to his feet and turns around... INTO A GOOZLE! Bladewolf lifts him up... AND PLANTS HIM WITH A ONE-ARMED CHOKESLAM! The New Age Outlaws are next to be grabbed by their throats, and Bladewolf lifts them up... AND HITS A DOUBLE CHOKESLAM WITH EASE! Bladewolf snaps his head back and then grabs Chyna by the throat, he lifts her up... AND PLANTS HER WITH A CHOKESLAM!

"Good God! Not even Chyna is safe from this monster!" JR exclaimed.

Bladewolf snaps his gaze to Triple H, who leaves the ring quickly and backs up the ramp with Bladewolf staring after him, standing amongst the fallen DX members.

"What was this all about? Why?" Jerry questioned. "He already came out here earlier and destroyed Terry Funk, D'Lo Brown and the Godfather with his brother/ What did DX do to earn this?"

"I doubt there's a reason at all, King." JR shook his head. "That man knows only how to destroy and cause pain and suffering to others. He is an unpredictable monster who cares not for friend or foe but the destruction of everybody in his path!"

Bladewolf raises his arms up and throws them down, summoning lightning to the turnbuckles which explode with fire as Bladewolf's theme plays and the lights dim to the sinister blood red and dark blue.

Bladewolf soon left the ring and went to the back...
