You said some things that I can't unabsorb
You turned me into an idea of sorts.
Back to the moment I crashed into you
Like so many wrecks do.
"I love you honey. I support you meeting her."
"Getting to know her if you want."
"I'm not threatened by her. If that's what you're worried about." Brooke replied.
"You're my mom. You've been there from the start. I don't want anything to change if i get to know her." Simon admitted.
"You have my full support." Brooke said smiling warmly.
Pulling him in for a hug. When they pulled away.
He left the bedroom and met with his dad who was now in his home office.
"I'll meet with her dad. I don't want this turn into a big deal."
"I don't want Lowen and Sage to know about this."
"Can this whole Taylor situation stay betwen us?" He asked. Looking to his father.
"Of course my boy." Lucas confirmed.
And with that Simon announced he was going to the Rivercourt but would be back for movie night.
Lucas got out his cellphone and went into his contacts.
And scrolled until he got to Taylor's phone number. He clicked on it listened to the ringing as she soon picked up.
"He wants to meet you." Lucas announced.
He heard the emotional response. And was reminded how much she had wanted this.

Later on that night
Brooke brought out the tray of food and drinks.
"The two of you pick out what we're watching first. The both of you get to pick a movie."
"No reason to fight." Brooke instructed.
"Simon will be here any minute."
"And i'm sure you're dad is on the way from the office." Brooke proclaimed.
"Momma why does daddy not sleep in the room upstairs with you?" Sage asked.
Brooke's eyes went wide.

Lucas quickly texted Brooke as he made his way out of the office and into the parking lot.
He walked towards his car. Feeling his stomach twist in knots.
At the sight of Peyton.
"I knew if i waited around and gave you space. I would get my chance. You and Brooke don't work."
"I sympathize with the kids but you and Brooke don't belong together. As for me and you."
"Just let me know when i can finally act on my feelings for you." Peyton proclaimed.
"You're wrong. Things between me and Brooke are complicated its not over." Lucas replied.
