Blackout
Somewhere within the Mountains of Ninjago, the Garmadon Family and Melissa stopped to get some practice. Lloyd and Melissa were currently testing their balance and strength, as Melissa stood on hand while Lloyd was on her feet and holding up rocks stacked on top of them.
"Garmadon, Misako, are you two sure this is a good idea?" Melissa asked while struggling to stand on her hands and carry the weight of Lloyd and the rocks.
"We misunderstand the importance of balance. When it's there, we're at peace," Garmadon said as he placed a rock on the stack. "When something is off, everything falls." He continued as his children grunted as his load became heavier.
"Ninjago is no different. It put too much faith in technology, allowing the Overlord to return, and because of our friends, now the world is without power," Misako continued as she handed Garmadon more rocks to stack. "When one relies on something too much, we become weak, vulnerable, imbalanced."
The Falcon flew around them as it watched over them. "In order for you two to find your full potential and unlock your true power, you both must find your own balances." Garmadon finished.
"Melissa and I are already the Ninjas of Yin and Yang. How much more power do we need?" Lloyd asked while struggling to keep balance.
"I don't know… how much longer… I can hold this." Melissa said as she felt her arms weakening.
"You've both only scratched the surface." Garmadon said as he stacked more rocks on Melissa and Lloyd's stacks. "You both have the potential to move and destroy mountains. The power of the First Spinjitzu Master."
"But the others destroyed the power substation, essentially destroying my father and his dumb Nindroids army," Melissa stated. "Why can't we go back?"
Misako carried a big boulder, which she strained a bit as Garmadon helped her carry it. "Essentially? Even with the power destroyed, the Overlord still remains in the system." Misako stated as the two carried the boulder.
"So until the Overlord is fully erased from the system, we must not go back, but forward!" Garmadon finished as he and his wife dropped the boulder onto Lloyd and Melissa's stack.
The Ninjas of Yin and Yang felt the weight as they lost their balance. "Whoa!/Yaahh!" They both yelped as the rocks and boulders fell on top of them and they groaned.
"Seriously?" Melissa questioned as she looked up to Misako and Garmadon. "Putting a giant boulder on top of our small ones? We weren't expecting that."
"Our apologies. It worked quite well for Garmadon and Wu at your age." Misako said with a smile.
"We're not at their level you know." Lloyd pointed out.
"Well, if you two can't move or destroy mountains, I guess we'll have to move over mountains." Garmadon commented as Lloyd and Melissa gave a yell as they burst from the piles of rocks on top of them.
"Oh yeah?" Lloyd asked.
"And how are we supposed to do that?" Melissa asked with a raised brow as she dusted herself off.
"By following this path, this next mountain looks particularly steep." Garmadon said as he pointed to the path ahead as the Falcon flew by to lead on after scouting the area.
Meanwhile at New Ninjago City, in Borg Tower were a few construction workers at the factory line where Borg was laying on the conveyor belt until one of them shined a light on and spotted them. "Over here! I found him!" He called out to the others before rushing over to them.
The three workers slowly walked towards them as one of them removed Borg's headgear as he moaned and sighs before he regained his bearings and saw the three workers.
"Are you alright, Mr. Borg?" The lead worker asked in concern.
"Yes, yes, but how long have I been out?" Borg asked in wonder.
"Quite a while, sir," the worker explained. "We've been without power for a few days."
After getting Borg into his wheelchair they took him back to his office on the 100th floor while using the stairs. Once arriving Borg saw sparking from the central computer and saw a key component was missing.
"The hard drive. It's missing!" Borg panicked as he turned to the worker. "Have the Ninja returned with the Techno Blades? Please, it's very important."
"Uh, no, there's been no one else inside the building," The worker explained.
Then Borg remembered. "Wu," Borg said, rolling over to where Wu was being held but saw that he was gone too. "He was right here, where did he go? And who would take the hard drive while the digital Overlord is still inside it." Borg wondered before burying his face in his hands. "So many questions, so few answers." He pondered.
Unbeknownst to any of them, deep below the city in the sewers were the white cloaked figure with the stolen hard drive, inserted it into a machine with tubes around it.
Once it was in, the hard drive started to boot up before the eyes of the Overlord was shown on a screen and he let out a gasp.
"Where am I?!" the Overlord shouted. "The Ninja destroyed all of the power. How have you saved me?"
The white cloaked figure then directed the Overlord's attention to strange eel-like creatures swimming through the clear pipes around them, "Electro-Cobrai. Though they are extremely rare, they are extremely valuable." The hooded figure explained.
"Who are you?! What do you want from me?!" the Overlord demanded.
"Nothing but a small favor after returning you to power." The figure said as he put on some rubber gloves. "You do still want to return to flesh and blood, if I'm not mistaken?" He asked mildly.
"Yes, of course," The Overlord responded, "But I need my daughter and the Ninja of Yang."
"Oh, don't worry. You'll get your metaphorical hands on them in good time," White Cloak assured as he took one Electro-Cobrai and moved away. "But our power is limited, and we must be wise in our next step. Ninjago's vast, and both the Ninjas of Yin and Yang could be anywhere. Yet still, the Ninja have the only weapons that could erase you."
He then placed the Electro-Cobrai on a figure as it awoke and stood up showing a shadow of Wu on the wall, "The brother of Creation knows everything about the Ninja, all their secrets, all their hideouts." He said while under his hood is a smirk. "He will find them in no time."
"Yes. Yes!" The Overlord said before letting out an evil laugh.
Meanwhile, at Ed & Edna Junkyard, the Ninja made a quick pit stop on their way back to Ninjago City after leaving the Storm Farms, but also having to walk all the way since there was no power for vehicles.
Right now, the Ninja are searching for parts in piles of junk while Cole and Kai are digging through a mountain of junk as they each took one side as they are trying to pull something out as they are grunting and groaning in effort.
"We've been digging for so long, I think I forgot what we're looking for," Cole said tiredly, having been digging through the junks for a while that he forgot the piece they were looking for.
Kai sighed as he spoke. "A jiggly compact compress converter," he reminded Cole, but then started having second thoughts. "Or was it a compress compact jiggly converter?" he questioned himself if he got the name right, since it was confusing to remember a name like that. "Whatever it is, if it helps us get back to New Ninjago City any sooner, it's worth finding!"
Kai then pulled out a fire extinguisher, only to cause a junk avalanche to fall on him and Cole as Jay and his father heard their screaming and turned to them as the junk mountain fell, but luckily for Cole and Kai, the mountain formed an arch formation as the two Ninja were okay.
Jay shrugged with a smile as he continued to talk to his father. "We shut down the power, thinking we can just waltz in, but no, we didn't stop to think we were a bajillion miles away," He said with a smile as he and his father continued searching for the missing part they needed.
Jay then spotted a part as he grabbed it and gave a smile. "Hey! A compact converted jiggly compressor!" he called out happily with a smile as he showed it to his father.
Ed gave a wide smile from that. "Ah. Great find, kiddo! Now all we need to adapt that HoverCopter's power supply to solar power is an upside-down router derouter-mabob and a whiz bang automated amplifier," he listed off, as Jay smiled and nodded at his dad from that while Cole and Kai, climbed up to them when they heard Jay found the part they need, groaned at the two additional parts they need to get back to the city.
"I'm starting to think they're just making this stuff up." Kai commented while wondering who names those parts like that.
"Found an upside down router derouter thingy!" Seliel called out from the other side of the junkyard as she held up the piece and waved it to them. "Is this the one!?"
Ed squinted his eyes while focusing on where Seliel was as he gave a smile and raised his arms to her. "That's the mabob! Good fine, Seliel! Now we just need the amplifier!" He called out as Seliel nodded with a thumbs up and went back to searching.
Kai and Cole sigh. "At least that piece was found quickly." Kai said in relief.
"Yeah, that woman sure knows how to find things faster than us." Cole commented. "Where does she even learn these skills?" He wondered.
"I've got a few skills up my sleeves." Seliel told him as the two yelped and fell back when the girl appeared next to them.
"Okay, how are you doing this?!" Kai questioned in shock. "It's not that easy to sneak up on a ninja!" He pointed out.
"Hey, when I heard about you Ninja, I spent years training in the martial arts and stealth while practicing my skills as a Bounty Hunter." Seliel answered with a teasing look. "Which by the way, seems to pay off if I scared you two."
"We weren't scared, just surprise is all." Cole tried to defend before re realized what she said, "Wait, you're a bounty hunter?"
"And a darn good one." Seliel said proudly.
"Uh, are you the kind of Bounty Hunters that just make deals and attack people?" Kai asked nervously.
"Not exactly, I'm actually a Bounty Hunter with morals. I lived in the village of Nom before the Great Devourer showed up. And after seeing you Ninja lose your powers, I realize that you won't always be around to stop bad guys, so I took on a Bounty Hunting job and have been capturing criminals and outlaws ever since, I turned them into the police, I get paid." Seliel explained with a small smirk. "And that's how you become the Phantom Ninja."
"Wow, that was, something." Cole started slowly.
"Wait, if you're a ninja, do you know Spinjitzu?" Kai challenged.
"That's actually the only thing I've never been able to learn. I mean, not every ninja can learn Spinjitzu, you know." Seliel pointed out with a brow. "I mean, does your sister Nya learned Spinjitzu?" She questioned.
Kai scratched her head, "Well, she did it once but it was under, uh, unusual circumstances." He said sheepishly.
"And it was more of a temporary Spinjitzu for her at the time, so not really." Cole said with a shrug, since when Nya was cured from the Dark Matter of the Overlord, she also lost the powers and Spinjitzu that came with it.
"I rest my case." Seliel said with a smirk. "Now come on you two numbskulls, we have the last piece to find." She said as she hopped off the junk pile.
The two groaned and followed after her.
Meanwhile inside of Ed and Edna's Trailer, Nya was doing an operation on Zane while Edna was overseeing it. Sitting next to Zane was Pixal still offline and without her clothing, as Zane had a risky idea to bring her back to life.
Zane had his chest opened as Nya was wearing zoom glasses, lowering the next lens down so that she could take a closer look at Zane's power source as it kept pulsing. As she gently takes half of Zane's "heart" out carefully as Zane groans, feeling his energy diminish a bit.
"You sure you wanna do this?" Nya asked unsurely, not liking having to take half of her friend's heart out. "Modifying your original design could have… unintentional consequences."
Zane looked at the de-powered Pixal, hating to see her like this. "She risked her life for me. It's the least I could do to get her back." He remarked, determined to see this through.
Nya nodded her head in understanding as she walked close to Pixal, opening up her right chest plated and placing the half of Zane's heart into Pixal. With the new power source installed, the female droid gasped as she opened her eyes, fully back online as she sat up.
"Where am I? What happened?" Pixal asked in confusion as she looked around, seeing Nya, and Edna, who she doesn't know yet. "And where are my clothes?" She asked as she noticed her bare self.
"It's okay Pixal, you're safe now." Nya assured Pixal before gesturing to Zane, "You can thank Zane for that."
Pixal then turned to Zane as she saw that half of his power source is gone, fully understanding now as she spoke. "You, gave me half your power source?" Pixal asked in surprise. "My processor does not compute," She added as she doesn't know why Zane would do such a thing to bring her back online.
"You are the only one who knows Borg's systems," Zane answered. "You are vital to the mission," he added as he looked down, wanting to tell her something he wanted to tell her as he continued. "And… you are vital to me," he finished, confessing his feelings to Pixal.
Pixal looked at Zane when he said that, feeling that warm feeling again from before she was out of power, but this time stronger than before. She smiled at Zane as he lifted his hand to Pixal, who accepted it, with her own hand together as they smiled at each other while the others smiled at the two droids.
Edna smiled at Zane and Pixal. "Ooh… robot love," She said with a smile, familiar with this feeling with her husband as Nya smiled at this moment as well.
Nya then brought out some clothing, a black shirt, lavender jacket and white jeans. "Here, Pixal. Jay's parents manage to find some spare clothing for you. They're a bit worn, but it should do with the whole… clothless issue." She said as she handed Pixal the clothes.
Pixal accepted them as she gave a smile. "These will do nicely. Thank you." She said as she stood up and put them on after a minute as she looked over herself. "This is not my typical choice of attire but it is much more practical than walking around indecently."
"I think those clothes suit you nicely." Zane said with a smile.
Pixal smiled back at Zane in response. "Thank you, Zane."
Edne then turned to Nya "Oh, Call me a sucker, but if they've got half of what you and Jay have-" she was cut off when Pixal spoke up.
"Jay and Nya?" Pixal asked, "Judging by recent Perfect Match compatibility, perhaps Nya and Cole would be a closer comparison." She said, which made Nya flinch.
Edna turned to Nya in surprise, "Nya and Cole are a better match?" She asked.
"Don't you mean Jay?" Zane asked. "Perhaps her processor was damaged."
"My processor is fully operational." Pixal retorted, "The perfect match for Nya is not Jay, but Cole."
They then heard sputtering behind them as they turned to see Jay, Ed and Kai walking in, "Cole's her perfect match?!" Jay asked in shock and heartbreak.
Nya looked at Jay sympathetically. "Jay," she said as she walked towards him as he slumped down.
Nya was about to give some words of reassurance when Cole and Seliel walked in once they found the last part, "Heh, so quiet in here," Cole asked as Jay clenched his fist, "What I missed another signature Jay-Walker-Gut-Buster?" He joked.
Jay then sputtered and turned to Cole with a glare, "Y-You," He started as Cole looked at him, realizing he found out about the perfect match thing, "Backstabbing, girl-stealing, no good-" Jay stopped himself as he let out a yell of fury and pounced on Cole.
"Ack! H-Hey let's talk about this!" Cole told Jay as they wrestled on the floor.
Seliel looked at them with a raised brow, "Um, what's going on here?" She asked while Nya looked at the two boys in worry.
Kai then sighed and turned to Zane, "I hope Lloyd and Melissa are doing better than us."
Back on the Mountains, the Garmaodn Family and Melissa were hiking across the rocks until they came to a large gap where the bridge is out.
"Well, this is a problem." Melissa said as she looked at the gap and how far the fall was. "How are we gonna get across this gap?"
"Hey, who needs bridges when you manifest dragons-" Lloyd tried to assure his girlfriend with a smile before their father spoke.
"No, Lloyd. You and Melissa rely too much on your powers." Garmadon spoke, stopping Lloyd from finishing. "Let this be a lesson for you both."
"What do you mean by that?" Melissa asked in wonders.
Misako then gestured to the other side, "Melissa, break off part of the mountain, and Lloyd move the pieces into a bridge with your minds." She instructed.
"Wait, what?!" The Ninjas of Yin and Yang questioned in shock.
"You want us to move that?!" Lloyd questioned as he pointed to the mountain.
"Are you kidding me?!" Melissa exclaimed in shock. "How the hell are we supposed to move a mountain the size of a building?!"
"Come on, children. You never know unless you try." Misako said to them.
"Find your balance. Concentrate." Garmadon encouraged.
Lloyd and Melissa sigh as they walk back to the edge as Melissa reaches out her hands and closes her eyes as she focuses her powers as her hands glowed purple as the pieces of mountain begin to break from it as she strained.
"That's it. You both can do it." Misako encouraged them.
Melissa grunted as she tried to keep them and then Lloyd held out his hands and did the same as his girlfriend, focusing his power to build a bridge with the pieces.
But then as the rocks were near, Lloyd and Melissa lost focus as the pieces broke apart as the Garmadon Family was knocked back.
"Okay, we can't do it!" Melissa exclaimed.
"Yeah! This is pointless!" Lloyd shouted in frustration. "Especially when we can do this!" He added as he jumped over the edge as he brought out his golden power as he summoned the Golden Dragon as it breathed out golden fire as it made a golden bridge of light.
"Nice one, Lloyd." Melissa said with a smile before she turned and saw Misako and Garmadon giving a disappointed look. "Hey, give us a break. These things are not easy to even do."
Lloyd's dragon disappeared as he landed in the middle of the bridge. "Yeah. We're not my Grandfather, and we never wanted to be."
"We're the Ninjas of Yin and Yang. We walk our own path, not anyone else's." Melissa stated as she and Lloyd walked up the bridge.
Misako sighed and shook her head while Garmadon facepalmed himself, "Were we ever like this at their age?" Garmadon asked tiredly.
"Arrogant?" Misako asked with a brow.
"I was going to say foolhardy, but that seems right as well." Garmadon answered.
"They're still young, honey. Give them time, they'll understand eventually." Misako assured as she placed a hand on his shoulder as Garmadon nodded as they continued on.
Melissa then turned her eyes to Lloyd before giving a little smirk as she came up with an idea. "Hey Misako, can I ask you something? You know, to get to know my boyfriend's mom a little bit more?" She asked with an innocent smile.
"Sure, go ahead." Misako said with a nod.
"Well, remember that little 'incident' me and Lloyd had during our trip to the Dark Island?" Melissa asked with a smirk.
"Oh no." Lloyd said with an embarrassed look.
"You mean when he accidentally came into your room and saw you changing?" Misako asked with an amusing smirk.
"I didn't know she was changing!" Lloyd said in defense with a huge blush as Garmadon gave a chuckle while Melissa and Misako giggled.
"Well Misako, I just wanna know, was there an embarrassing moment between you and Garmadon that you never let him live it down?" Melissa asked, which made Misako give a sheepish blush with a smile while Garmadon gave a cough with an uneasy look.
"Actually, there was one incident that comes to mind." Misako said, giving Garmadon a little smirk.
"Uh, sweetie. You don't have to…" Garmadon tried to say.
"Okay, now I bite." Lloyd said with a teasing smirk. "What happened between you and Dad, Mom?"
"Well, it was about a year before Lloyd was born and I was with Rachel and Luci and the three of us were at the Monastery and Rachel accidentally spilled her drink on me and so I had to change into some clean clothes." Misako explained.
"I can already tell where this is going." Melissa said with a smirk
"So I went into one of the rooms to put on some clean clothes, the only problem is it wasn't just my shirt that got wet." Misako said with a sly smirk.
"Oh for goodness sake." Garmadon muttered while covering his face.
"Please, continue." Melissa urged with a smirk.
"Well, while I was changing, I had to remove my shirt and my bra since it also got stained as well." Misako continued. "But while my back was turned, I didn't realize I left my door open and my husband walked in."
"Oh my gosh, it actually happened to you too?!" Melissa asked with a chuckle.
"Wow. And I thought that only happened to me." Lloyd joked as Garmadon covered his face in embarrassment.
"It was not my intention to intrude upon her." Garmadon said in defense.
"Well, at least I now know that you are definitely Lloyd's father." Melissa said with a laugh.
"Like Father, Like Son." Misako added as the two girls shared a chuckle and they walked on.
Lloyd and Garmadon groaned as Garmadon turned to his son. "Were Misako and Melissa separated at birth?" He asked.
"We both know she wasn't." Lloyd said as they continued on while the girls kept giggling. "This is gonna be a long day."
"That I agree." Garmadon nodded as they kept on going.
Meanwhile back at the Junkyard, Zane, Nya and Seliel were trying to break Cole and Jay up and Kai was talking to Pixal with a brow.
"Is the Perfect Match thing right? Because I know for a fact that Jay and my sister are pretty tight." Kai told her before pointing to his head, "I think you might've taken a blow to the head back at the station."
"No. I am operating at full capacity. The perfect match results are flawless." Pixel answered as Kai went over to help get Jay off Cole.
"Oh you know why you're Black Ninja or Master of Earth?!" Jay asked Cole, "Because it's the same color as your rock hard heart!"
"Whoa, Jay! Take it easy!" Cole responded. "I already told Nya I don't even like her that way! We're just friends and nothing more!"
Sadly, this only served to enrage the Ninja of Lightning even further. Jay then pounced on Cole and began pulling on his hair.
"How dare you say that!?" Jay yelled as he messed with Cole's hair. "Nya is a girl whose beauty makes it impossible for men to refuse wanting to go out with her! You don't deserve to say you only see her as a friend!"
"Ow, ow, OW! You're angry that a stupid machine says that me and Nya are Perfect Matches, but also offended that I don't find her attractive? Please, just make up your mind!" Cole yelled as he tried to get Jay off him.
Unfortunately, everyone was so distracted with the new one-sided rivalries that they failed to notice the junkyard received an unwelcome visitor.
Eyeing on the deactivated bodies of General Cryptor and Min-Droid, the newcomer used their staff to place some Electro-Cobrai on to the Nindroids, their bodies reactivating as electricity sparked through their systems.
Back inside the trailer, the Ninja of Lightning continued trying to beat the Ninja of Earth into pulp whilst everyone else tried to break up the confrontation. Cole eventually managed to pin Jay down and tried to reason with him.
"Jay, please! I don't want us to fight over something I don't even want! Besides, I have super strength! No other can best that!" Cole begged.
"Yeah? Well, I'm extremely hooped!" Jay said while Kai and Zane held him back from attacking the Earth Ninja, "And I haven't brushed my teeth in a week!" With that, he loudly exhaled at Cole's face.
Cole however wasn't phased, "Is that really from no brushing or from that egg salad sandwich you ate before we got here?" He questioned with a brow.
"WHAT?! NO! IT'S PURE BAD BREATH!" Jay denied as he exhaled in Cole's face again, which again didn't faze the Earth Ninja.
Outside, the figure continued using the Electro-Cobrai to reactivate the Nindroids scattered across the junkyard. As they were doing so, Min-Droid spotted a crane and made his way to the controls. He then caught the trailer in his line of sight and grew a wicked grin that was hidden underneath his hood.
"This is gonna be fun," White Hood said with an evil smirk.
Back in the trailer, Nya grew frustrated and annoyed at Jay's hostility to Cole and glared at him while he continued exhaling his obvious egg salad breath at said Earth Ninja.
"Jay, This jealous macho boyfriend stuff is making you look like a fool!" Nya concurred. "Maybe you and Cole belong together!"
Just as she said this, the magnet on the crane attached itself to the top of the trailer and began to lift it up, grabbing everyone's attention.
"What was that?" Kai questioned in shock.
As the trailer was slowly raised off the ground, Kai and Ed opened the door to see what's happening and saw the magnet was online.
"The machines haven't worked since the outage!" Ed said when he was shocked to see the magnet was online. "What's powering it?!" He asked in wonder.
Kai then looked down and saw the cause of what's happening, "Nindroids!" Kai pointed to Mini-Droid at the controls. "The better question is, what's powering them?"
Mini-Droid decided to have a little fun as he pulled back the lever on the controls and started to spin the trailer with everyone inside it.
"They're after the Techno Blades," Pixal told them as General Cryptor climbed up a junk pile and fired a laser beam at the trailer. The laser hit and blew a hole on the bottom of it.
"Yeah, well, they almost hit my mother!" Jay complained.
"Oh, don't worry about us, sweetie," Edna assured him as Ed was helping her put on a jetpack that is filled with bubble soap as while he had one on too. "We prepared for every type of situation."
"Did you make one for me?" Jay asked.
"Um, sorry, honey. You hardly ever come to visit," Edna told him.
"Yeah, good luck, kiddo," Ed told his son as the two prepared to leave through the same hole that was just made. "Eh, and watch over the junk while we're gone, will ya?" Both of their jetpacks started to shut out bubbles out of the jets and the two flew out the hole. The two flew over General Cryptor and one of the bubbles hurt his robotic eye as he grunted in pain.
Jay glared at Cole as the trailer kept spinning around, "I blame you for this." He accused the Black Ninja.
"Hey! If you weren't so busy being so possessive of Nya and breathing fake bad breath on me, we could've been prepared for the Nindroids back from the dead!" Cole pointed out with a look.
"Enough, you two!" Kai interrupted. "We may not have our elemental powers, but we still have our Spinjitzu!" He then turned to Pixal and Seliel. "Are you two going to be okay?" He asked them.
"I've been in worse places than this, so I'll manage." Seliel assured.
"I may not be built to fight, but my protective reflexes should suffice," Pixal assured them.
"Great, 'cause you're gonna need them." Nya said to them.
Min-droid pulled the lever on the controls and the crane to stop, causing everyone inside to float in the air as it began to swing. The moment it swung the other way, Min-droid pressed a button on the console and deactivated the magnet that tossed the trailer into the air.
"NINJA-GO!" The Ninja shouted as they jumped out of the hole and did Spinjitzu while Seliel did a flip out of the trailer. Zane however did not as nothing happened when he spun around and Pixal quickly caught him as the trailer fell.
Unfortunately, it was heading straight for Cryptor. "Uh oh," he uttered before ducking away. "Watch where you're throwing things!"
"Sorry sir!" Min-Droid apologized.
The others landed on the crane as Jay was carrying Nya while Cole had Seliel, "Thanks boys." Nya said.
"Nice save." Seliel commented.
"Anytime." Cole said as he let Seliel down.
"Not that you care, Cole." Jay mumbled as he placed Nya down before he noticed something. "Wait, where's Zane?" He wondered since they are one Ninja missing.
"And Pixal?" Kai added.
They then saw the trailer falling to the ground before both Zane and Pixal rolled out of the hole when it crashed on the ground.
"I couldn't do Spinjitzu," Zane said in shock.
"Your heart… Dividing it must have inhibited your fighting ability," Pixal theorized.
"Guess I have poor timing," Zane joked, causing her to smile. But the moment was ruined when Cryptor appeared and fired at them.
Up on a crane, the others were watching. "We have to help Zane!" Jay said.
"Finally, something we agree on," Cole says as the two jump off and rush to help their friend.
But then the figure pressed a button and opened the junk compactor as Cole and Jay fell in before closing it, "We're trapped!" Cole exclaimed.
"Yeah, and with my own worst enemy!" Jay glared.
"Let it go man!" Cole yelled in annoyance when suddenly the compactor turned on as the walls started closing in on them.
"Oh, I'm too cute to be squashed!" Jay cried out.
"Hey, somebody stop this thing!" Cole called out.
Nya was currently dealing with Min-Droid at the crane, "Bad Min-Droid! Bad, bad Min-Droid!" Nya scolded while slapping Min-Droid's face repeatedly.
Kai ran up to the compactor. "They're trapped!" He yelled as he went up to the compactor and looked down to see Cole and Jay trying desperately to stop the walls.
Seliel rushed over and brought out her glaive, "Don't worry guys! I'll have you out of there in a bash!" She said as she was about to pry the doors opened before a black staff landed next to her and she and Kai looked up.
Standing before them was Sensei Wu but with cybernetics on his face and chest and wearing white and black robes with the Nindroid symbol on his back, a tar black beard, silver rice hate and holding a black staff with red engraves on them.
"Sensei?" Kai breathed in horror. "What have they done to you?!"
Wu then let out a yell as he swung his staff, Seliel managed to duck but Kai was knocked back before Wu sent the red ninja flying into the scrap pile with a kick.
"Kai!" Seliel called as Wu charged at Kai.
"Don't worry, I can handle this!" Kai assured before looking at his sister, "Nya, help Seliel stop the junk compactor!" He told her before he was sent flying again by Wu.
"I'm on it!" Nya said as she rushed to Seliel after letting go of Mini-droid as they looked down to where Cole and Jay were. "Oh, no." She said in panic.
"Girls, hurry and stop this thing!" Cole shouted as he and Jay were trying to keep the walls from crushing them.
Nya started panting in worry before Seliel grabbed her by the shoulder, "Nya, snap out of it!" She told the black-haired girl before pointing to the two control panels, "Look there are two control consoles, you and I will each take one and shut down the compactor." She explained.
"Got it!" Nya nodded as she and Seliel each took a console as they started pressing the shut off buttons but it didn't work. "I can't override mine!" She said in worry.
"Same here! Wu must've locked the controls!" Seliel said as she kept pressing the button.
"Well, you two better because Cole and I are about to get real close!" Jay called out from the compact. "You said we belong together Nya, but not permanently!"
"I'm not… strong enough!" Cole strained as he couldn't stop the walls.
Seliel groaned. "Nya, open up the console!" She told her as Nya nodded as the two girls smashed the glass to open the inside of the consol.
"Seriously?!" Nya cried out as she saw her consol and pulled out the two main wires. "A blue or black wire!?"
"I've got black and blue wires in mine too!" Seliel called out as she pulled her wires as well. "We each have to cut one of these wires to shut it down." She said as she pulled out her glaive to cut.
"But if either of us cut the wrong ones it may crush you guys instantly!" Nya cried out as she picked up a broken glass.
"Oh, choose blue, Nya!" Jay called out. "You know blue. You're comfortable with blue!" He added.
"Choose black Seliel! It might be it!" Cole shouted.
Jay then glared at Cole. "Oh, I'm gonna turn you black and blue!" He threatened as he raised a hand at Cole.
Cole caught Jay's hand as he held it back. "Now's not the time!" He shouted as the two struggled against each other.
"Nya/Seliel!" Both boys shouted as the two girls tried to figure out the right colors for them.
Jay and Cole were getting more and more squished, "I thought you were supposed to be strong!" Jay shouted.
"I am, but not with metal! And I thought we were a team!" Cole strained.
"Black or blue?" Nya questioned as she poke her glass at each wires while Seliel is thinking calmly at hers. "Uh, why is it so difficult to choose?" She asked.
"Nya, forget about the perfect match thing!" Seliel called out, "This isn't about picking a boyfriend, it's about saving both of your friends!"
"I know, but I still can't get it out of my head!" Nya said in frantic defense.
"Nya! I don't care at this point, just cut either of them!" Jay called out to them, which made Nya flinch a bit.
"We're thinking as fast as we can!" Seliel called out while still figuring out which wires she needed to cut.
Back with Zane and Pixal, Zane was protecting Pixal as he blocked Cryptor's lasers with his Techno Blade as he gasped in effort, since having half his heart not only prevented his Spinjitzu but also limited his fighting skills.
Cryptor unleashed another laser as it knocked Zane back with a grunt as Pixal watches him fly off in worried as Zane hit the ground with a grunt before Min-Droid came rolling by with the magnet as he aimed it at Zane, who yells in surprise as he is not got stuck to the magnet, since he is a Nindroid made out of metal.
"Zane" Pixal cried out in worried as Min-Droid moved Zaneon the magnet a bit as Pixal heard Cryptor's evil laugh as she turned and saw him tossing some more Electro-Cobrai into the other deactivated Nindroids, bringing them back online as they all laugh evilly at Pixal, who looked on in worried as she backed up a bit.
With Kai, he was still struggling against Wu as he blocked his staff with his Techno Blade as he tried to push him back.
"Guys? A little help?" Kai called out in worried, seeing he's no match for Techno Wu.
Techno Wu then hit Kai as he crashed into a powered-down jet as he grunted from the impact. Techno Wu jumped up with yells as Kai moved out of the way as he hit the ground, but then Techno Wu's bow gives off an electrical surge as it makes it way to the jet, which caused it to power up as it takes to the sky, leaving a trail of smoke in the air.
Kai stood there as he looked through the smoke for Techno Wu, who came up behind him with a yell, but by the time Kai noticed, he got whacked in the face again.
Back with Pixal and Zane, Pixal was being held by the Nindroids as Zane was still stuck to the magnet as Min-Droid moved it towards the trash shredder.
"Junk him," Cryptor ordered as he pointed at Zane and the shredder.
The magnet was soon lowered into the shredder, making Zane gasp in fright as he got closer.
"Time for you to be scrapped," Min-Droid taunted as he was about to press the release button.
"No!" Pixal cried out, feeling the warmth feeling inside her become stronger as she suddenly backfisted both Nindroids off her as she trotted off to save Zane.
Just when Min-Droid pressed the release button, Zane fell as he was about to hit the shredder, only for Pixal to jump to him with a grunt and catch him as they both fell to the floor with a roll with Zane landing on top of Pixal.
Pixal gets her bearings as she looks at Zane, as he got up on top of her, in surprise. "That was never in my program," she said in surprise at the action she did. "Your heart improved my fighting ability," she said as she looked at her chest where half of Zane's heart was in surprise.
Zane smiled at Pixal from that, seeing that his heart did more than just bring her back online as they both heard Cryptor laughing as they turned to him.
"He needs a little girl to protect him?" Cryptor asked amusedly as he and his Nindroid troops gave evil chuckles as the Nindroids surrounded Zane and Pixal with their weapons ready.
Zane and Pixal stood back-to-back with each other, before they gave each other determined looks as they both grabbed each other's arms as they both sync up and kicked each of the Nindroids as they grunt in effort as they kicked each droid in sync.
"Our shared reflexes…" Zane started with a smile.
"Work as one," Pixal finished with a smile as well as they both sync-kicked another Nindroid.
The Nindroids did this as they came closer to them, but then Pixal lifted Zane on her back as she twirls around while Zane gives a series of kicks as they start giving off white glows.
"As if we were made…" Zane said again.
"To fight together," Pixal finished as the two started doing Zane's Spinjitzu together.
"NINJA-GO!" Both Pixal and Zane called out together as they tossed the Nindroids back with Spinjitzu while spinning one of them around in them and tossed him away.
Back at the trash compactor, Jay and Cole were getting more squished, clearly running out of time as the walls are almost about to squish them, and they do not wanna go out angry at each other.
"I take back everything I said!" Jay strained as he apologized to Cole.
"No, you were right." Cole said to Jay. "I could've been a better friend. I could've told you about Nya's perfect match thing sooner! But I was serious when I said I don't like Nya like that! You and her are meant for each other, I would never try and steal a friend's love!" He strained.
"Back or blue?!" Nya repeated frantically as she struggled to choose which wire to cut.
Seliel then grew annoyed at Nya Pickiness. "Ah, forget it! Nya, I'll cut black, you cut blue!" She called out frustratedly, "If either one is wrong the other will cancel it out!"
Nya looked at Seliel for a moment before she sigh and nodded as she picked the blue wire as Seliel went for the black as the two girls cut them in perfect sync, with their eyes closed with hope they picked the right ones.
The compactor then suddenly shut down as the walls retracted themselves as Jay and Cole both sigh in relief and layed on the floor from their near crushing death as the hatch opened up as Nya and Seliel looked down at them as Cole noticed them.
"Girls, you did it!" Cole cheered.
Jay then gasped, "Oh, which colors did you choose?" He asked.
Nya just gave a smirk at Jay. "Like I'll ever tell." She said,
"Uh?" Jay said in confusion.
Seliel rolled her eyes. "I'm not that kind of girl, but to tell ya the truth, Nya panicked and I told her to cut the blue wire while I cut black." She told them.
Nya went wide-eyed from that. "Seliel!" She called out in embarrassment.
"What?" Seliel asked with a shrug. "It's the truth, really." She said before looking down at the two Ninja. "Now get your butts out of there and let's go help Kai with your Sensei! Because I don't think he can handle him on his own!" She yelled out as she rushed to where Kai is.
Cole and Jay looked at each other, "Truce?" Cole said with a smile.
Jay looked at Cole for a moment before he sighs. "Truce." He said with a small smile.
Nya then lowered a rope to them as they climbed up and rushed to help Kai.
Back with Kai, he got hit back to a pile of junks while panting tiredly as the junk piles tilted from his hit, making him worried as he faced Techno Wu, who were coming close to him.
"Ah," Kai uttered worriedly as he raised this Techno Blade in defense.
The enslaved sensei battled Kai's Techno Blade to the ground, making Kai quite scared as he looked around for anything to protect himself but got nothing.
Techno Wu was about to strike Kai, while the Fire Ninja braced himself for the strike before Cole's voice called out.
"Sensei Wu!" Cole called out, which caused the controlled sensei to turn and looked behind them as the rest of the Ninja, except Zane, Seliel and Nya there with the Ninja holding out their Techno Blades in ready.
"What happened to him?!" Jay asked in surprise.
"The Nindroids turned him evil! Help me!" Kai called out as he dodge Techno Wu's attack as the mind-controlled sensei gave a yell in effort.
"But… But he's our Sensei!" Cole pointed out, not wanting to hurt Wu.
Kai grabbed his Techno Blade as he blocked another attack as Techno Wu groaned from this.
"Not anymore," Kail said to the others.
"More like Techno Wu!" Seliel called out.
Jay then scoffed as he and Cole charged at their master, "Bad Sensei! Bad!" He quipped before Wu then swept Cole off his feet with his staff.
"Haha, sorry, Cole, I hate to say that you didn't tell me about the perfect match thing earlier, I think you kinda deserve it a little." Jay said with a chuckle before Wu jabbed him in the groin, which caused Jay to groan as he squeaked and fell to his knees.
"Ha, ha!" Cole chuckled at Jay's karma. "Spoke too soon, buddy!" He said with a smile.
"I got this," Nya called out as she ran past them as slides at Techno Wu with a grunt as Techno Wu jumped to dodge it.
Nya charged at Techno Wu again as she delivered a punch, but when she tried to kick him, Techno Wu used his staff to throw Nya to a powered-down security mech as he used his staff to power it up, causing it to wrap its arms around Nya, trapping her. "Ah! Or not!" She cried out as she was now trapped.
Seliel then tried to kick Techno Wu multiple times as she used her glaive as the two clashed each other's weapons before Wu whacked her weapon out of her hand and she was kicked back into a junk pile as she groaned.
"Wow, for an old man, your sensei can really pack a punch." Seliel commented as she stood up while holding her stomach. "Ow."
Cole, Jay and Kai recomposed themselves as they held their Techno Blades and charged at the controlled princess and sensei, chasing them up the conveyor belt.
But then once Techno Wu used his staff to power up the conveyor belt as it started moving at high speed, causing Cole, Jay and Kai to scream in surprise. Their legs could not keep up as they fell down the conveyor belt as they lost their grip on the Techno Blades which fell over the metal conveyor belt while Techno Wu approached them.
Before Techno Wu could grab the blades, the magnet crane came over his head as he turn his attention to it.
Inside the magnet crane are Zane and Pixal as Zane took control of it as he gave apologetic expressions at the two controlled princesses and sensei.
"Sorry, Sensei," Zane said to him as Pixal gave him a sympathetic look, knowing that he hated doing this but it was for their own good as Zane pressed the button, activating the magnet.
The magnet turned on as it brought the Techno Blades up, along with Techno Wu since he was covered in metal and he grunted as he stuck to the magnet head first.
Pixal and Zane gave each other a smile as their friends saw this.
"Ha! I always knew those two had a magnetic attraction," Kai joked with a smirk at the two robo-couple.
Cole, Seliel and Jay freed Nya from the mech as Nya got down as she crossed her arms with a smirk at Kai. "Really?" She asked her brother jokingly.
On the other side of them in the pile of junk came the White Cloak. White Cloak held out a Serpent-like bow and arrow, shooting at the magnet attachment and cutting its wire out, which caused the magnet to fall and free Techno Wu.
Kai backflipped as the magnet nearly hit him as it landed on the floor with their Techno Blades on the ground as Techno Wu landed right next to the cloaked figure as the group looked and saw them.
"Whoa! Who is that?" Jay called out as curiously.
Techno Wu moved to attack again but the white cloaked figure stopped him, "Don't, the Overlord will be pleased." He said as the two got behind the pile of junk.
The others watched as they gave thought. "Hmm…" Jay said in thought as they all saw a HoverCopter powered up and flew away into the distance. "Uh, seriously? Who the heck was that guy?" He questioned as he waved his hands in frustration.
"Or gal," Nya said as she placed her hands on her hips.
Seliel walked up to her, "Uh, sorry Nya, but after hearing his voice, that was definitely a guy." She said,
"Dang it." Nya complained.
Kai walked up and picked up his Techno Blade as he glared at where the mystery figure took off. "Whoever he is, he's turned our Sensei against us," He said as he saw the HoverCopter flying away from them.
"And if we want to save them, we'll need to find out who this stranger is," Cole suggested.
Pixal then spoke as she walked to a junk pile. "Perhaps I could have that answer for you in a few moments," She said as she used her eyes to scan the pile as she spotted something on the pile.
"What is it?" Cole asked.
"Hm…" Pixal hummed as she picked up what appears to be a white scale from the junk as she took a closer look.
"It's obviously a clue dirt-clod!" Jay said, insulting Cole.
Cole glares at Jay from that. "Now's not the time, Jay! And I know it's a clue, but it's so small! I just wanted to know-"
"Stop it, you two!" Nya scolded as she and Seliel broke them up.
"Enough fighting!" Seliel ordered as she turned to Pixal. "Pixal, can you analyze it?"
"The sample size is far too small, but given time, I should have an answer," Pixal said as she held out the scale. "It appears to be, Serpentine in origin.
"Serpentine?!" The Ninja said in unified shock.
"We haven't seen them in years!" Cole stated in worry, "And if they're working with The Nindroids, we've got double trouble now."
Zane then spoke up next. "Then we should waste no more time and get back to the city," he told the others of their next plan. "I'll use my Falcon Vision to warn Lloyd and Melissa of our findings," he added, wanting to give their friends the update about what happened.
Nya felt a little worried about this whole thing after what happened. "I thought taking the power out would give us the upper hand. But now that they have it and we don't, I guess the balance of power has only shifted," she said, now recognizing the disadvantage they were in.
"Don't worry, sis, we'll get Sensei back," Kai assured his sister.
Meanwhile at the mountains, the Garmadon family and Melissa were scaling the cliff upwards, Lloyd and Melissa better than Misako and Garmadon.
"Having trouble down there?" Melissa asked.
"I've been an explorer and archaeologist for years. I'm just a little rusty." Misako said with a frown while panting. "And excuse me, if my stamina isn't what it used to be."
"Wish you still had four hands, dad?" Lloyd asked with a smirk. "It would've come in handy." He joked which caused Melissa to chuckle.
Garmadon stopped to catch his breath and looked up at his son, "Your potential is great, son, but your sense of humor is low." He said with a look.
"Still won't let us use our dragons?" Melissa asked the two Garmadons.
"Still won't." Garmadon and Misako answered as they climbed next to them.
"If you two want to harness the powers of the First Spinjitzu Master, you both must focus on your own balance…" Garmadon told them before he continued to climb. "… and find your center."
"Which you only gain, by climbing to the top of this peak, without your powers," Misako added as she followed after Garmadon, "Now come on, we're almost there."
Lloyd and Melissa were about to follow before they heard squawking coming from a nearby nest above them as they climbed up and saw a baby bird with yellow eyes and blue and white feathers standing on the edge of the nest.
Melissa's eyes widened when she saw the baby bird. "Awww, hi there little fella, aren't you just a cute wittle baby birdie." She said with a baby voice as she got closer to the bird.
"Uh, Mom, Dad? What kind of bird is this?" Lloyd spoke up as his parents looked down to them and saw the bird, which they recognized, making them worried.
"A Ravture fledgling." Garmadon said in shock.
"Children, don't touch him. It needs to learn to fly on its own." Misako advised. "Just keep climbing, slowly."
As the Ninjas of Yin and Yang continued to climb up, they noticed the Ravture jumping off his nest but was about to fall.
"Woah!" Melissa exclaimed in shock before she instantly jumped forward and grabbed the baby Ravture before it fell. "Don't worry little guy, I got you." She said with a relieved smile.
Garmadon gasps seeing that, "What have you done!?" he exclaims.
"Melissa, they're going to know someone has touched their young!" Misako exclaimed in worry as she looked around.
"They? Who?" Lloyd asked in confusion.
They then heard a loud caw and up in the sky. They looked up and saw two giant adult Ravtures circling around, looking very angry.
"Mommy and daddy." Garmadon answered in concern.
"H-He was gonna fall! I couldn't let that happen to him, I mean look at how adorable he is!" Melissa said in defense while holding the baby Ravture.
"Unless either of you speak Ravture, there's no use trying to explain!" Misako told them as she and her husband jumped down.
"Hurry! We must climb to shelter!" Garmadon looked around and saw a spot where they could be safe. "There!" He said, pointing to a little cave on the cliff as he began to climb to the spot as the Ravtures was coming in close.
Lloyd, Melissa and Misako saw them flying towards them before they quickly ducked and the force it created when it flew by caused Meissa to let go of the young.
Melissa quickly caught it again. "You're not gonna fall on my watch, little guy!" She told the fledgling.
"Melissa, your compassion and love for animals isn't helping right now!" Lloyd said with a worried frown.
They then saw the Ravtures flying towards Garmadon. Garmadon quickly let go of the ledge and dropped down when it almost got it with its talons as he fell.
"GARMADON/DAD!" Lloyd, Melissa and Misako called as they watched him fall until he managed to quickly grab onto a ledge that stopped it.
"I take it back! I do want my four hands!" Garmadon admitted as he struggled to hold on. His family and Melissa climbed down to a ledge as Lloyd and Melissa powered up to try and save him. "No! Do not use your power as a crutch! It will only weaken you." They then saw the other Ravture coming around and aiming towards Misako this time.
"It's circling back!" Misako shouted before she was caught in the Ravture's beak.
"MOM!/MISAKO!" Lloyd, Melissa and Garmadon yelled in panic.
"NO!" Lloyd shouted as he fired his powers at the Ravture, hitting it as it let go of Misako, causing her to fall.
"Garmadon! Kids!" Misako cried out as she started falling and screaming to her doom.
"MOM!" Lloyd called out as he and Melissa looked at each other and they acted quickly then closed their eyes as they started concentrating hard as Melissa's hands started glowing.
Pieces of the mountain began to break off while at the same time, Lloyd used his powers to put them together as the pieces went to the bottom as they started forming into a hand shaped platform, which caught Misako as the hand began to get taller.
Garmadon watched in relief and awed that his wife was saved as he saw his son and Melissa using their powers to create the mountain together.
Melissa and Lloyd groaned as they moved the mountain hand close up to their level as Misako looked at the kids in awe.
"You just move mountains, children." Misako said with a proud smile.
"You each have found your balance." Garmadon said proudly as he climbed back up to them.
Melissa and Lloyd smiled at their compliments as they then heard the Ravtures cries as it circled back around but hovered in the air. They then heard the Ravture Fledgling squawking before they saw it losing its footing and fell off the edge.
"No!" The Ninjas of Yin and Yang shouted when they saw it fall and tried to move the mountain again to catch it. But the baby Ravture starts flapping its wings and started to fly which surprised Lloyd and Melissa.
"He's flying." Melissa said in surprise.
"Looks like you two are not the only ones who've grown up." Misako said in amusement to Lloyd and Melissa as the fledgling flew to Melissa and nuzzled its head on her.
"You're welcome, little cutie." Melissa said as she petted the fledgling on its head before it flew to its parents before the three flew off into the distance.
"I always told you that your love for animals is gonna get you in trouble one day." Lloyd told his girlfriend with a smirk.
"I regret nothing," Melissa said with a smirk and arms crossed.
"Now, let's head down the mountain." Garmadon suggested.
"Leave that to us," Lloyd said as he and Melissa then concentrated before creating a path of stairs leading down the mountain. "After you," Lloyd offered as they all made their way down the mountain.
They walked down the stairs first with their children following before the Falcon flew in right in front of them.
"Hey, it's Zane's Falcon." Lloyd said in surprise.
"The others must have sent us a message," Melissa said before a hologram of Nya was shown in front of them from the Falcon.
"We've got some bad news," the recording of Nya told them. "We had a little run in with a mysterious cloaked figure who found a new way to power Nindroids."
The hologram recording then turned into a hologram of Jay who looked upset. "And he turned Sensei Wu evil!" he told them. "He had a black beard!" He cried as the Garmadon Family and Melissa looked at each other in shock.
The message then turns to Seliel. "We had a suspicion that this person may have stolen the hard drive containing the Overlord and has reawakened him!" She said, which shocked Melissa even more, before the message then turned to Kai.
"And now that the hard drive has gone missing, we can't reboot the system. Our Techno Blades are useless!" Kai exclaimed before the message turned back to Cole.
"But the stranger left a clue," Cole told them before an image of said clue was shown to them. "A white snake scale. That's right, we think the Serpentine are up to their old tricks again." He said before it changed Zane.
"We are heading to New Ninjago City where we hopefully get some leads on this situation. Thought you should know so you can keep your distance." Zane explained, "We hope you're faring better than we are. We'll stay in contact if we learn anything new. Over and out," he finished as the Hologram disappeared.
Once the hologram ended, the family could not believe what they just learned. "The Serpentine are back?" Lloyd asked in shock.
"But we haven't seen the Serpentine or Rattalia since the Stone Warriors attacked the city." Melissa said, since they haven't seen the Serpentine since Ratallia went out looking for them. "But my father has reawakened? Doesn't he ever stay down?" She asked in worry at the thought of her father back online and might be searching for them.
Misako then placed a comforting hand on Melissa while Garmadon did the same to Lloyd. "We saved Garmadon from your father, dear, so I'm confident we can save Wu." She assured them.
"But until then, we must not go back, but forward." Garmadon reminded them before he pointed towards a jungle at the bottom of the mountain. "Hiroshi's Labyrinth: miles of jungle so dense, all who enter are never found. We must not rest."
"A place completely untouched by men. A perfect hiding spot." Misako said in agreement.
"Okay, let's get lost," Lloyd said as Melissa nodded in agreement before the Garmadon Family and Melissa made their way down to the Labyrinth.
The cloaked figure looked at a screen that showed a map of where the Garmadons and Melissa traveled across Ninjago.
"You've failed!" the Overlord shouted at him "Not even you could stop them!"
"I wasn't trying to stop them," White Cloak told him. "I was luring them into a greater trap."
He then pressed up on the console and a recording of Garmadon was being played back.
"We must not go back, but forward," the recording played out, starting with Garmadon's voice. "Hiroshi's Labyrinth: miles of jungle so dense, all who enter are never found. We must not rest."
"A place completely untouched by men. A perfect hiding spot." Misako's voice added.
"Okay, let's get lost," Lloyd's voice said before the recording ended.

"I intercepted their SOS and now we know where the Ninja of Yin and Yang are. The Falcon is now our beacon. He will lead us right to them."
The Overlord then laughed wickedly, "Whoever you are… I like you," The Overlord told the cloak figure. "Soon, the power… will be mine!"
