Before you start on screaming racism/sexism I equally loathe Insomniac Peter Parker/Mary Jane Watson meaning your BS is just that BS. You play a race card from having nothing else.

I'm using the Peter Parker/Natasha Romanoff pairing and am aware of the age difference in the MCU. One reason for this story even existing is SpiderWidow is less screwed up.

Timeline Flash is post-WestAllen marriage and after No Way Home for Peter alongside Natasha being alive.

Leaning up against a wall Spider-Man in his full suit with Natasha wearing her Black Widow outfit is observing Barry, and Iris around a computer station.

Roderick Kingsley aka Hobgoblin has brought Toomes's old tech for starting to put weapons on Central City streets and is being bought up by various criminals. Including people from Flash's rouges gallery. Well, Cisco and Caitlin were here a few minutes ago having left having become fed up. Not that she blames either.

Glancing over Natasha sees Peter fold his arms, and his body giving off annoyance. Something she agrees with given this is supposed to be a team, well so were the Avengers, Black Widow notes sourly. Instead, half the universe ended up gone, pushing those thoughts aside to refocus on their current problem.

Namely how Caitlin, Cisco, and Barry try to have input, yet Iris keeps closing down their ideas. Especially given Owen Mercer, the newest Editor & Chief is some Iris has an attraction to despite the fact he might be the head of smuggling weapons for this city. The reason why Iris's attraction is known? Cause she has mentioned it in front of all of them, and her husband quietly takes it.

Something that truly annoys Natasha despite never really thinking of herself in much of a female way, still has moments. And agrees with Peter on not sure what irks her more is Iris being a shrew, or how Barry lets the reporter walk all over. Also knows Peter really has no patience regarding people who let themselves be like that.

Has seen where Spider-Man comforted broken sex slaves, cult members, abuse survivors etc. but people allowing themselves to just be walked over? Only those types Peter is not the fondest over, and can understand the difference. Has lived that difference with Stark who helped wreck his life beyond repair.

And between the two Peter naturally ends up being the one with the first barb. Completely unhelpful in this messy situation? Probably. Rather satisfying? Oh, most definitely.

"You know we came here to stop some scum bags from dealing in illegal weapons and the only thing you guys seem to be doing is acting like high schoolers from a crappy teen drama show. And Barry for goodness's sake you are the team leader, right? Grow a spine and recognize that your childhood crush has an ego the size of Jameson's bald head" Peter says.

"How dare you! All you are is some masked freak who can't even bother giving us trust, and challenges me at every turn" Iris says.

"What we do is not a game West. Cisco and Caitlin do not even like you, let alone trust you for understandable reasons. Yes, I was an Avenger but it mere cracks broke us" Natasha says.

"Hey, watch what you say about my wife" Barry snaps.

Laughing bitterly "Oh please don't tell me you married this Amber Heard Jr. Goodness. Maybe I'd care if Iris provided a usefulness other than berating everybody in this room, you included. Iris won't shut up about how hot Owen Mercer. Never mind the fact of finding a cellphone number on one of the goon's burner phones we can trace back to him. But you're not here to stop crimes, just to make your ego look good" Peter says calmly.

"Coming from the young teenager who's having sex with a woman twice his age? I saw you kiss in the med room after Caitlin patched up your injury. The same one you got for not listening to me" Iris snarls.

"No, if I had a building with people would have gone up in flames given Hobgoblin would have dodged that lighting Flash threw on your orders hitting the power generator," Peter replies.

"Really? You're nothing but a teenager who has let himself be taken in by an immoral murder murder-happy cougar who uses you to make herself feel good" Iris says.

Briefly glaring at the other two Natasha sees Peter unfolding his arms, with clenching his fists. Knows her companion can allow some insults just roll off his back. Only going after individuals, he loves such as herself is the quickest way to get Peter really ticked.

Never really has found it to be offensive or treated like can't handle herself, goodness knows if anything remembers Peter's awe, which still exists for watching her on the field.

Rather it's because her friend, first before anything, not that it took them long to fall into having sex with each other either, is protective for knowing she doesn't have to be so durable all the time. It's rather sweet how Peter cares. Even after four years of being together, hasn't changed. If anything has let her feel more loved.

"Yeah, I've killed people, not all of them were guilty. Don't insult him for treating him like a dumb kid who follows me around for my body, unlike your boy toy" Natasha replies icily.

"I'm not a boy toy" Barry defends weakly.

"Really? And I didn't have to take down an old grandma last night who tried beat her daughter to death with a cane cause the adult woman got sick of being treated like a little kid or abused to no end" Peter says, "Or a man nearly beating his wife and kid to death since she finally tried to leave his controlling, abusive self."

"We're going," Natasha says.

"Agreed, lost enough time already standing around here watching Will Smith be a pathetic pushover for Barry's version of Jada Pinkett Smith. Or Meghan Markle and Harry who are cry victim nonstop" Peter adds.

"You can't leave. I don't have a pair of reckless vigilantes running around my city" Iris protests.

Rolling his eyes, "Not my problem, and until you can act like an adult, stay out of my way Flash. Innocent people don't need to get hurt cause you're unable to ignore orders from a fake reporter who has no reason to be around" Peter says.

"Sure, taking orders from your Mrs. Robison kid is so much better," Iris says unhappily.

"Actually" Natasha replies, smirking "He seduced me"

Both vigilantes exit while Iris and Barry's mouths slide open in shock.

Yeah, Peter and Natasha ripping into the WestAllen couple is fun.

For sure, given the pathetic fanbase who even after Eric Wallace plus everybody else involved gave you guys everything still can't be happy.

Like Iris being Amber Heard admitting to Barry's face that she did not care Eobard killed his mother, and their kid willing worked with Eobard knowing that while the show portrayed Barry as the bad guy? Eric admitted he ditched plotlines to focus more on WestAllen in season 9? Yeah, WestAllen ruined the show.
