Here's the new chapter, I hope everyone likes it.
The Brother Of Hercules
Chapter 36
Maelstrom & King For A Day
Phil's Island
After Mael and Rossweisse date, seeing as he did promise before, though at one point the girl had accidentally got drunk and had both chased and attacked Mael, mostly due to his "womanising ways" but that was just the booze talking, but after chasing him into a forest, Mael had lost sight of her, causing him to keep turning round looking for the "angry" drunk girl, that is until he gets tackled from behind, causing the pair to collapse and roll down a hill, which had a few bramble bushes, though luckily due to their "god-side" nether got pricked or cut by the spikes, though the same can't be said for their clothes.
Where at some point, when they've reached the bottom of the hill, Rossweisse had landed on Mael, straddling his hips, where once they noticed their state of dress, with Mael's upper toga being nothing but rags hanging, the same could be said for Rossweisse, though the both of them were pretty stunned at the others body, for obvious reasons, but this sight had caused Rossweisse to fidget slightly which had caused both to moan, where they both soon noticed that their lower outfits didn't survive the tumble through the brambles either, causing certain "areas" to rub against each other, where due to Rossweisse's drunkenness, she ended up "attacking" Mael, with Mael being unable to defend himself from her, mostly because he didn't want to use his godly strength on her, but more than likely because the girl was still a valkyrie, making her just as strong as a godly warrior, and with being "inebriated" her control over her powers were shot, meaning that he was at her "mercy" at the time.
Unfortunately the next day, after sleeping off such an "ordeal" the both of them were completely embarrassed at such an "event" happening between them, luckily they managed to fashion some temporary clothes in order to make it back home to change, along with making sure that no-one spots them, but as the saying goes, 'fallen over the last hurdle' the two ended up bumping into Rachnee, who after looking at the couples state of dress had a LARGE grin at the sight of them.
So right now, Mael's girls were hanging out with each other, wanting to have a deeper bond with one another so they don't cause problems with one another in the future, meaning Rachnee had pretty much told the girls what she saw, where said girls wanted to "hang out" to find out what had happened that got Rossweisse and Mael into such a state, so since the girls were doing their "girls day," Mael had decided to hang out at Phil's place, never knowing what the girls will be talking about, though right now, things were getting a little hectic.
"No! No! NO! I WON'T GO! I WON'T, I CAN'T! PLEASE NOOO! YA CAN'T MAKE ME!"
Phil was screaming in terror at the top of his lungs, running from Mael and Hercules like his life depended on it, with both brothers being confused by the satyr's fear, with Hercules stating, "Ya HAVE ta go, this is important!" But Phil wasn't having any of it.
The Goatman was jumping around all over the place, "I CAN'T FACE THAT MONSTER! I CAN'T!"
Though the brothers thought that was a little harsh, "Come on, you've faced worse!" Having no idea why their coach was getting so scared, about such a thing.
Yet Phil didn't relent, "That's where ya wrong rookie, THIS ONE SUCKS THE LIFE OUTTA ME!" Where he then tried to make his escape up the chimney, making Mael even more puzzled, since he was blocking the door from Phil trying to escape from there.
With Hercules questioning Phil about his character right now, "Ah! Phil! Come on! Be a half-man about this!" Where he tries to to pull the satya out of the chimney.
Phil's voice soon echos out, "HALF-NO!" Yanking his hoof from Hercules's hand, hiding further up the chimney.
Though Hercules was starting to reach his limits with his trainer, "I won't take a half-no for an answer!" He exclaims up the chimney.
Where he then decides enough was enough and grabs the chimney from the wall and starts shaking it to get Phil out of it, "It can't be that bad Phil, I mean, SHE'S your mother!" Pretty much stating that the group was visiting Phil's mother, but unfortunately, as Phil was dropped out of his hiding place.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Phil was adamant about wanting to visit his mother.
Later
Before long, both Mael and Hercules were flying on their respected modes of transport towards Phil's mother's place, though there was a slight difference, "At least you're allowed to visit her, we can't even make it past the gates to visit our parents place, Phil, you're lucky really." Hercules soon exclaimed how he feels about not visiting Zeus and Hera.
Though a tied up Phil being dragged behind them had other ideas, "You're lucky your parents are behind BARS!" Since he still hated the idea of being forced to see his mother by his students.
But Mael thought the whole thing was just ridiculous, not to mention a little bit funny, since it kinda reminded him of his trip with Jiraiya, after gaining his past-life's memories, seeing how at times Naruto had to drag the pervert away from some places during their trips now and again, though it made Mael wished that he had his godly strength back then, it would've made having to deal with the pervert all the more easier.
They soon reached the satya village, though Phil's fear was starting to kick in even more, "The Chamber Of Horrors!" Causing Mael to roll his eyes at Phil being overly dramatic about seeing his mother.
With Hercules giving Phil a shove to stop and just go see the woman, which he reluctantly did, though just before he could knock on the door, it suddenly opened, "Late as usual(!)" A woman's voice soon stated sarcastically, since she knew what her son was like.
With Phil greeting his mother, "Oh let me look at you Phily-goat!" Though this nickname caused the two trainees to snicker, with Mael snorting slightly, making Phil glare and mumble at the two, planning to put them through the wringer when they get home but then she becomes concerned about Phil's weight, but as any boy would react, even when they're adults, he pointed out that he's a "big boy" now, though his mother did point out that he always was husky, though she soon tried to pay Hercules for his troubles, thinking he was a "taxi service" though Phil put a stop to that, "Ma! They ain't a cabby they're Hercules and Maelstrom, the sons of Zeus and MY Heroes in-training!" He soon states proudly, trying to impress his mother.
With both boys greeting the woman, but she soon states, "You both can call me Cacophony, be a darling would you and close the door behind you, there's a draft." Where she then ushers Phil into the house, with both boys following her, though when they entered, ""Ow!"" Both brothers had to bend slightly after hitting their heads on the ceiling, seeing as the house was built for Sayta-size people.
Though Cacophony soon began questioning Phil about how he wasn't keeping in touch with her, before long she'd talk non-stop about her other son, Saul, along with his promotion, after a brief history on Phil's couching nature, she then ushers the three out of the house in order to start cooking dinner.
Once the door closed it wasn't long before Phil grabbed Mael's hands, "Do me a favour kid, use your demigod strength to squash my head like a melon!" Positioning his hands around his head.
After hearing this Mael pulled his hands, "PHIL!" Since now things were getting ridiculous with how their trainer was acting.
But soon after, "Your right! it'll stain her porch! She'll kill me!" Thus proving how much her mother had "influence" over him, causing the brothers to scoff at how Phil was acting. (A.N. I'm not lying, this is exactly how Phil felt in the episode. lol)
Before long Phil began gripping about how he wished his mother was at least proud of him like she was his brother, with both Hercules and Mael trying to explain that she was in her own way, but before long, the group came across a temple being built, which was called, "The Temple Of Pan" which pretty much confused the brothers, seeing as gods were suppose to be the only ones to get temples, though Phil simply states, "Hey~ He's Pan~ Pan The Man~ I bet his mother is proud him him." Phil started out of respect towards Pan, The King Of The Saytas, but then it switches to whining and feeling sorry for himself again.
Later
Though the brothers kept trying to cheer Phil up, even giving advice about asking the gods for help with his dilemma, but Phil's attention was soon turned towards Pan's castle, making him want to ask Pan for advice instead, though the brothers tried to bring up how Pan isn't a god, but Phil wasn't swade, making the brothers rush after him, groaning about Phil rushing.
But the group soon saw Pan was packing up a suitcase, since it seems his whole "Temple Of Pan" and thinking he's a god, not to mention not worshipping Demeter and giving her offerings and incurred the goddess of harvest wrath, who then hires, Nemesis, the demigoddess of Revenge, stating that if Pan hasn't paid his tribute to her on The Harvest Moon, to waste the King Of The Saytas.
Yet what nether goddess or demigoddess knew was that Pan was trying to do a "switcheroo" making Phil the king of the Saytas, at least for the day, at the sametime, nether Phil, Hercules and Mael knew about what Pan had done, though granted Mael was suspicious, but Phil had brushed it off, not wanting to believe that the "god of the saytas" had made the wrong choice, or was planning something against Phil.
But due to the crowd cheering for him, the power went straight to Phil's head, where he then dubs the brothers as his bodyguards, where both brothers looked at each other, until both had the same teasing smile, "Well your gonna a bodyguard "your highness" because you're late for your mom's dinner." With both brothers soon sniggering at Phil suddenly jumping at the thought of angering his mother and rushing both teens out of the palace.
Unfortunately it turns out even becoming King hadn't impressed Cacophony, making Phil even more glum, with the brothers figuring that maybe she'll be impressed at the Harvest Moon Festival.
Though while everyone was having a good time, with Phil asking Hercules to go get his mother, but even still, she wasn't impressed, even when the other saytas began offering him gifts, she wasn't impressed, though the brothers just rolled their eyes at Phil getting more upset about his mother not being impressed.
Suddenly Nemesis appears in the crowd, where she soon makes her appearance in front of the three, four if you count the bored mother, where she gets Phil's attention by slicing the melon he was holding in half, which ended up causing Phil to blow up at Nemesis, who then explains how she was there to smite the King of the saytas, along with becoming hubris, though it confused Phil at first until she explains that the king was having too big an ego and she was there to "cut it down to size" with her turning her hand into an axe.
But before she could do anything Mael suddenly jumped in, "WAIT! You're Nemesis, Demigoddess of Vengeance, right," With her nodding, Mael soon continued, "So that would mean that you need to get the right target, this sayta is called Phil, not Pan, Pan is the one you should be aiming your blades at, not Phil, he didn't insult the gods, in fact, he loves the gods!" Mael soon stated.
Hearing this Nemesis queries, "Then what do you propose I do, go hunting for the defiler!" With her blades getting ready to try and chop Phil once more.
Mael holds his hands out, "No, no, there's no need for that, my brother will look for Pan and bring him here, it'll save you the trip and gives you the chance to try some of the local foods, non-sayta foods please~~~" He whispers at the end to someone, who quickly nods and rushes off, along with Hercules rushing to get on Pegasus and flies off to find Pan.
Hearing this, Nemesis thinks about the offering for a moment, "Hmm, stay here and wait for the infidel to be delivered, while having some food, it does sound tempting and easier on my feet to do such a thing, but I have a job to do and it cannot wait for a boy to return."
But before she could go off, Mael had managed to quickly get behind her and started to give her a shoulder rub, causing the demigoddess to moan in such euphoric motions, since she's not once had ANYONE brave enough to even try to give her a massage before, what with her ability to turn any part of her body into a weapon.
Where Mael then quickly states, "Also, how about we call Demeter here, huh, I'm sure she'd ALSO LIKE THE SAYTRAS TO GIVE HER A MASSAGE UNTIL PAN GETS BACK!" He exclaims to get Phil to do so, all the while Nemesis was trying to be her normal ruthless self, but the fact that Mael was using his "magic fingers" to help her relax a little more, which seems to be working.
Though pretty soon this image was what the goddess, Demeter saw was not what she was expecting, "What is happening right now, I thought you were suppose to smite Pan, yet here you are, getting a massage from-! Oh hello Maelstrom!" With the blond giving a quick wave in greeting, going back to keeping Nemesis calm until Hercules gets back.
Where he then begins explaining, "Yeah, turns out Pan did a switch with my hero coach Phil over there," With him nodding his head towards the sayta, who waved back, "BUT you don't have to worry, my brother Hercules is out looking for him, so how about letting the other saytas pamper you like the goddess you are and deserve to be treated as, then you can give Pan his divine retribution that he obviously deserves and needs." (CRACK!) While giving Nemesis a bit more harder squeeze than he had intended.
Causing the demigoddess to gasp, "Sorry!" Mael quickly apologies, but instead of a theart, what he got was an exotic moan and Nemesis to almost lose her footing.
"(MOAN!) DO THAT AGAIN!" She'd exclaimed, though quickly blushed at what she'd just said, with Mael also blushing since he didn't intend for such a response.
Demeter on the other hand had a slight smile, with a slight flush to her cheeks, "Oh my! Very well, I guess I will relax for a moment until Hercules and PAN to get back." She couldn't help but think to herself, then states, seeing as Hercules was simply helping the goddess out, while Maelstrom was "helping" Nemesis out.
With that, both goddess and demigoddess were enjoying themselves, with Demeter letting the Saytas feed and entertain her, as for Nemesis, Maelstrom was massaging her feet, after a couple of saytas had bathed and washed them, considering "how much" she'd used them when she goes out smiting the gods insulters, so it stands to reason that they needed a deep clean with Maelstrom soon taking over, since he'd tell the feet cleaners that it was their punishment for following Pan as if he was a god, when the guy wasn't.
So now Nemesis was pretty much putty in his hands moaning and groaning at getting such an otherworldly relaxation from the other demigod that at some point she very nearly fell asleep, that is until Hercules had dropped Pan in front of them, waking the demigoddess up completely, but feeling both amazing and rejuvenated after such amazing treatment, especially her feet, with her hands turning into blades getting ready to exact some godly vengeance on Pan.
But before she could, Demeter stepped in, wanting Pan to pay the offerings that was owed, even conjuring a plant-like scale,"Listen Pan, after having such a wonderful relaxing treatment, thanks to Maelstrom, one of Zeus's sons, along with rest of the saytas helping him out, I've decided to give you some leniency, if you can fill this scale with all the offerings from the Harvest Moon Festival, then maybe, MAYBE, I won't have you smitten."
Since she must admit, maelstrom was quite an ideal strategist, managing to calm down Nemesis in such a way that she'd actually listen to someone, long enough for the real culprit to be brought in, though Pan was shocked, "Wait my tribute!?" Since he still thought himself a "god" for whatever reasons.
Though, Phil knew a way to get Pan to "cooperate" with them, "If ya don't like the deal, maybe Nemesis will cut you a better one(!)" Since Phil didn't like the idea of being blamed for something he didn't do.
When Pan saw the large axe that Nemesis had turned her hand into, and was inspecting it, Pan had second thoughts, "Ur, agh, bring on the gifts." Figuring he'd best give up and at least "try" to be humble from now on, where he then rushes around collecting his "tribute" and putting it in the scale, but unfortunately it wasn't enough, until Phil decided to be the bigger sayta and offers Pan's temple to be dedicated to Demeter instead.
Which obviously upset Nemesis, since it's practically her nature to smite mortals for angering the gods, where just as she was leaving, "Hey, if ever you get stressed again, just call on me and I work it out of your system!" Mael soon called out, causing Nemesis to look towards Mael in anger, but it then quelled down to a growl and she walks off, figuring she could use a little time off now and again just to get one of those relaxing massages again, since even an agent of vengeance needs some time to relax every once in a while.
Demeter soon walked up to the trio, "Philoctetes, Trainer Of Heroes, you are a clever old goat." She says, while shaking Phil's hand, with him being grateful for the compliment, "Hercules, Maelstrom." Catching the boys attention, "You both stick with this guy, you'll both be a hero in no time." She states kindly towards them, making the trio smile in gratitude.
With that, Demeter was gone, though Pan realised that he owed Phil one, but Phil had other ideas considering how much trouble Pan had put him through, but before he could even begin, his mother called him over, where he admits to not being king and wanted to make his mother proud of him, but just before she could explain, Phil's brother, Soal came home, where Cacophony soon made dinner for them all, where it turns out that Cacophony was talking to both brothers about how proud she was for both of them, which made them wonder why she didn't tell them in the first place and instead bragged about the other.
Where she soon began, "Well that's because you boys are always bragging about yourselves, so, when one of you starts in, I start talking about the other, keeps ya humble, I don't want ya ta get big heads, you already have big horns, which, incidentally they get from their father's side, now dig in kids, before the pasture pot pies get cold."
After hearing everything, both Phil and Saol felt like complete fools, even while knowing that their mother was proud of them it did really make them feel better since it also made them feel like they had narcissism.
As for Mael and Hercules, they didn't really know what to make of the pot pie, since they weren't sure if it was fit for human consumption, but Phil's mother ends up badgering them to eat their food, to the point that she started yelling at the boys. (A.N. Kinda reminds you of Howard's mother from the Big Bang Theory don't it. lol)
The End.
Sorry if this is a long one, since I wanted it to be centered more on the trio more than anything else, also I hope everyone enjoyed the beginning, where Mael kept his promise to Rossweisse, but she accidentally took a drink from someone's alcoholic drink, just goes to show, always keep an eye on your drink, because you never know if you'll be drinking the wrong one. lol
I also can't help but feel like Phil's mother feels more like Howard's mother from The Big Bang Theory, for obvious reasons. lol
Just to point out, Nemesis WON'T be apart of the harem, she'll only pop in now and again just to get a massage from Mael, that's all.
Also after watching the next episode, I'm not sure how Maelstrom would be a part of it, but I might try and write an original chapter, but it'll take a lot longer than the ones I've previously wrote, since I'm gonna need to find some inspiration in order to write the chapter.
I Do Not Own Naruto Or Hercules.
