To give a detailed explanation on what his deck wants to do: As any Accel deck wants to do, they play passively in the beginning for the most part, but once getting to grade 3 do they become explosive. In Pale Moon's case, their comboing comes from utilizing the soul by shuffling unit into the soul and out of the soul for multi-attack chains, which makes them one of the easiest to use as a beginners first Accel clan if they want to learn to use their Accel circles effectively.

The Underworld Tame(R/D)'s do it their way by having a small, manageable number of cards in soul - whereas other Pale Moon sub-archetypes want to build the soul for varies combos - and multi-attacking with sizeable increment's of power boosts. The goal is to make them aggressive but easy for beginners to pick up and learn them while maintaining Pale Moon's Circus motif.
