Chapter 7
Lucifer places his phone down upon the bar. His eyes looking at his two boys as they clean their new weapons that Maze had been able to get them. Dean taking apart a 9mm as Sammy cleans a sawed off shot gun.
"Boys." Lucifer begins. Getting them to look up at him. Placing his scotch glass down he smiles at them. "We are going on a little vacation. For your sister just called and told me, that her parents are going to take her to Lake Yo-Kai. Something doesn't sit too well with me and we need to join your sister on this little trip." He tells them.
"Fine with me." Dean tells his father from so long ago.
"It would be nice to see more of Japan while we are here. Also it will help us brush up on our language skills." Sam adds with a chuckle as Dean turns to openly glare at him.
"Shut up Sammy. My Japanese isn't that bad." Dean growls out as he places his gun down as he had already put it back together. But before he could say anything else his phone rings. "Hello?" He answers.
"Hey Dean." Usagi answers on the other end of the line.
"Hey Princess." Dean greets with a goofy smile as he always like talking to his little sister.
"Dean I called to ask if you wanted to come shopping with me? I don't want to call my friends and I want to spend some time with my big brother." Usagi told him with hope in her voice.
"I would like that. Where are you right now?" Dean asks her.
"Downstairs with Mack. He is standing guard over me until you come down." Usagi told him.
"Alright I'll be down." Dean told her and with that said they both hung up.
"Well Pop's, Sammy. I'm going to go shopping with Usagi." Dean tells them as he places the gun down and stands up. He looks around. "Where should I put this?" He ask as he points down towards the gun.
"Don't worry Dean, I'll take care of it." Sammy tells him with a smile. "Just go and have fun with Usagi." He tells his big brother as Dean walks over to the door grabbing his jacket off the hook and went out the open door, closing it behind him.
Sam looks over at his father from a lifetime ago. "That was strange." He said as he went back to work.
"They we're close in a past life and their bounds are still there." Lucifer told his youngest son. As Sam just nods his head to his father's words.
With Dean and Usagi
"So, little sis, why did you call me out of all your friends to go shopping with you?" Dean asks her as he looks down at his little sister who seems to have grown a little taller since he had met her earlier that day.
Usagi let's out a sigh. "Because. I want to change. I don't want to be seen as the crybaby I have been made/forced to be. I have known for a long time that I was different from other people around me. Since I was five years old I would have dreams about the Silver Moon Kingdom. About a beautiful woman with long silver hair. A man with raven hair and two boys always protecting me. My parents would always say I had a wild imagination. And nothing more." She told him.
"I can understand that. I have been forced to be someone I hadn't wanted to be my whole life." Dean tells her as he places his right hand on her left shoulder squeezing it gently.
"I guess we are trauma sharing?" Usagi says with a giggle.
"I guess so." Dean chuckles at his little sister's antics.
They walked around the mall going into different shops giving Lucifer's black card a good workout. Buying Usagi a whole new wardrobe and a few thing for Dean and Sammy.
"I think the next time the girls see me they are going to be shocked." Usagi tells Dean as he smirks at her as she is wearing one of her new outfits. A black skirt with a red flannel tried around her waist with a blood red sweater with the thumbs cut out with black suspenders and a black belt holding her skirt in place with black legging and knee-high black boots with matching blood red boot socks.
"You look nice. You remind me of the punk girls from when I was in high school." Dean tells her with a goofy smile.
"I think that, is the look I was going for. Thank you. This feels more like me and with my hair in ponytails and not in the space buns with the pigtails it will give me a different air. I just want a different look for now. I'll never give up my space buns but sometimes it's good to have a different look at times." Usagi tells him with a smile.
"Yeah I don't blame you. I had my hair blue once. It was a blast pissing off my dad. As I also had it in a short mohawk." Dean told her with a smirk as it was his way of rebelling from his father. As he couldn't get away when he was glad Sammy had broken free. But during those years he made his dad's life a living hell.
"I would have loved to seen a pic of you with blue hair." Usagi said giggling. Looking up at Dean as he walks her home. Making sure no one will make trouble for his little sister.
"I think, I have a pic somewhere with my things. Once back in America I'll send it to you or if you do come with us. I'll give it to you." Dean tells her with a smirk.
"Well this is me. Thank you for helping me." Usagi tells Dean as she pales slightly as she spots her daddy getting out of his car and spotting his Princess being helped by some American boy with her bags.
Quickly getting out of his car Kenji quickly moves over to his daughter and to the young man with his daughter. "Usagi whose your friend?" He questions his daughter with a slight twitch in his right eye.
"Oh this is my friend Dean Winchester. He is from America. He is a pen pal we signed up for in school a while back. He just finished high school and is doing some traveling. He came here to Japan as part of his travels and asked if we could meet. I didn't think much of it as we been talking for years now." Usagi explained to her father as if it was truth she was telling him.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Sir. As your daughter said. My name is Dean Winchester. We have been pen pals for the last 5 years. Our school wanted to do an international big brother/big sister program with younger kids from another country. I was lucky to get Usagi as my little sister. I have grown through the years to see her as my baby sister and will protect her as one. That is why I walked her home. As she told me that an older guy was bugging her and if he showed up I was going to kick his ass." Dean told him with a smirk.
This right there got Kenji's approval. "Well Dean, thank you for escorting my darling daughter home." He tells Dean as he eyes the bags in Usagi's hands. "As well as taking her shopping?" He questions the last part.
"Yes, I wanted to spoil her like I do my little sister and I have my dad's black card. So, we went a little overboard." Dean told him with a chuckle.
"That is really too kind of you." Kenji said as he is getting ready to pull out his wallet trying to figure out how much his daughter had spent at the mall with this young man before him.
"Please, don't worry. Think of it as birthday and Christmas gifts from her adoptive older brother." Dean said holding up his hand stopping Kenji from reaching for his wallet.
"Are you sure about it?" Kenji questions looking at Dean staring at the same stormy blue eyes his daughter has.
"Yes, I am sure. It was a delight spending time you Usagi today. I didn't mind spending on her. I just enjoyed seeing her smile and having fun." Dean tells the man before him with an honest smile.
"Okay thank you." Kenji said as he bows to Dean as he glances to the said to his daughter catching her eye. Giving her a look. Catching her father's look, Usagi let's out a mental sigh and bows down like her father to her big brother.
"Thank you Dean once more for all these gifts and being a kind big brother. To me all these years." Usagi tells him with a slight giggle and a huge smile as she stood up. Giving him a wink as she smiles and turns her daddy. "Daddy thank you for allowing me to keeping the gifts my big brother here bought me." She told him making Kenji smiles.
"You're welcome Princess. Now I don't have to worry about you needing to go shopping before our vacation this weekend." Kenji said with a chuckle.
Usagi's eyes widen with delight. "I almost forgot about our family trip." She said with a giggle and moving her right hand to the back of her head feeling a little sheepishly.
"Well Princess tell your brother there good night and will you need to help taking everything inside?" Kenji questions her.
"No, daddy I have it." Usagi said as Kenji turns and heads inside the house as he waves to Dean.
"That was fast thinking their squirt." Dean told her with a chuckle.
"Thanks, but I did at one point have a big brother pen pal in America when I was younger. But we lost touch when he left his high school. His name was Dean, I believe. But I'm not sure though." Usagi told him with a smile.
"Well whoever that person was. He was an asshole for never writing you back." Dean told her with a smile.
"Yeah that's alright. I now have a two big brothers in my life." Usagi said with a smile as she walks up to Dean and gives him a hug and gives him a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you. Good Night Dean." With that said Usagi takes her bags and heads into the house to replace her clothing and pack for her weekend trip.
Friday Morning
Usagi wakes up. She looks over to her side to find Luna sleeping as she is hugging Usagi's alarm clock. It's reading 5:45am. She was up way too early. She needed to finish packing for her trip. Getting out of bed, she moves to her closet and pulls out a hunter green sweater dress as it is already fall and it is chilly in the mountains.
Resting the dress on her chair she pulls out some matching leggings and grabs her other times and moves to the bathroom to get ready. After 30 minutes she returns to her room to get dress to head downstairs.
"Good morning momma." Usagi greets her momma as she places her bag next to the door where her parents bags are resting.
"Usagi! You're up early." Ikuko said as she steps out of the kitchen to see her daughter moving towards her.
"Well yeah, I need to be. I need to go and take Luna to Minako's place. That will take me about 30 minutes to an hour. Just depending on if she is ready up or if she is chatty." Usagi tells her momma as she smiles.
"Alright. Just make sure your back before 8am. For you still need to eat something before we leave." Ikuko tells her daughter with a smile.
"I will momma. I'll be back soon." Usagi said as Luna finishes eating her food and jumps onto Usagi's shoulder.
"Still wish I could be going along with you. It doesn't feel right to not go along with." Luna tells Usagi as she is pouting.
"I know. But the hotel is pet free." Usagi told her for there isn't much she could do about that.
"It's fine. It will give me time to work with the girls while you are gone. Maybe get them to work on their teamwork. They are a little rusty on it." Luna said with a sigh.
"Yeah, you do that. They could use some work." Usagi agreed as she knew once she returned and saved that bastard. She was leaving and maybe leaving Luna behind with the others.
Leaving the house Luna rode around Usagi's neck as she walked to Minako's house. It was already 7am. Reaching Minako's front door Artemis is sitting on the front step of the house.
"Usagi. Can you knock? Minako is ignoring me." Artemis said with a sigh as he hangs his little kitty head letting out a sigh as Luna jumps down to stand next to him.
"What did you do?" Luna asks him with a slight annoyance.
"Nothing. All I said it's time to get up. That's all." Artemis told them with annoyance.
"Don't worry Artemis." Usagi told him as she knocked on the door. She knocked several times before Minako swung the door open a little annoyed.
"Who!... Oh Usagi. Sorry. Coming it." Minako said with a smile.
"Sorry, Minako I don't have time. I need to return home before my parents leave me." Usagi tells her friend and guardian.
"Oh yeah." Minako said with a giggle. "I forgot for a moment." She said.
"Here are Luna's things and the number to the Hotel we are going to be at if anything happens to Luna." Usagi said with a smile.
Minako takes Luna's bag from Usagi. "Thanks, she will be in good hands while you're gone for the weekend." She tells her.
"Thank you. I'm grateful for you watching her." Usagi said with a smile as she turn to leave. "I'll see you Sunday night. Bye." She said as heads back home.
I'm leaving off here. Next time is Lake Yo-Kai
