7. Alliance with evil part 2

The following fanfic is a trio crossover between Akame ga kill, Superman and Overlord オーバーロード.

Hey guys how's it going? Welcome back to another chapter of Destroyers fall. Before i start i want to say that im sorry that i haven't updated the latest chapter and that i have taken such a long time and i know that many of you guys we're waiting for the next update and all. The reason why, is because the FF document editor isn't working properly, like the save button isn't doing anything and as i wrote followed by scrolling down i immediately noticed that there was content missing and errors, which delayed it from me finishing the chapter i had in mind and in turn i had to salvage it and it took me 2 weeks to copy and paste on another FF document editor. Currently this chapter along with the previous extra chapter we're supposed to be one, but now the current content that i have i had to cut it. So there's going to be another chapter after this one though i haven't finished it yet due to this blunder and ive tried to report this bug and nothing happens, not even a response.

However I'm trying my hardest to deliver it and after I do i'm going to try to edit chapter 2 because i found some errors like missing comas, dots and cap sized letters after dots, but don't hold me to that because its 69k in words. After i deliver Alliance with Evil Revelation i'm going to use Google docs to do my writing from there on. Overall, i'm sorry for the delay. If after i post this chapter i find errors i'll immediately fix it.

With that said before i start i want to say thanks to those who are currently following my project Destroyers fall, like Tatsumi Yamamoto, B127 Michael, Shizyuutensuzaku (hope to see another chapter of your project) and Andrew78591. it's really incredible i never thought that people would like this story despite it not being as good as others which is a surprise to, but overall i appreciate it and i thank you all for your thumbs up and support.

Also remember part of this story's credit goes to Andrew 78591 because he's the writer of The Empire's Doomsday and the characters Twiggs and Tyler are his Own characters.

(Great tomb of Nazarick)

Fantasy, a meaning that refers to something involving things that aren't real, things that can only exist in a person's imagination, which are used to create stories, stories that are like fairy tales, revolving around things like magic and otherworldly creatures. This fantastic aspect makes a story seem amazing, even though it's all a figment of one person's imagination. In short fantasy is not real.

However, right now in the throne room of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, the meaning of the word fantasy not being real was in question in the minds of the human's present as they were now seeing something that shouldn't be real at all.

Chelsea:Hm?!

Tatsumi:(looks behind him) Um, Guys?!

Moments ago the Night Raid assassin's, General Twiggs, Tyler, Dorothea and the 3 Jaëgers were amazed at how beautiful this place was. It was completely otherworldly to them, and with them seeing the throne room, completely blew their minds with amazement. Until, as they walked more than half away through the hallway, they suddenly stopped themselves in their tracks. Now that they were seeing who their hosts were, It was mind-blowing to them.

They had seen would look like a pair of twins who look like children with brown skin that had heterochromia of blue and green eyes. What they took notice of was that the pair had pointy ears similar to something that belongs in fairy tales. Then they saw what looked like a giant insect-like being with four arms that had an impressive exoskeleton followed by a man that Tyler, Dorothea and Twigs we're already familiar with. But to the Night Raid assassins he was a frightening sight to gaze at as he too had pointy ears like the twins, spiky black hair wore a red/orange business suit, along with him wearing a pair of glasses that concealed his eyes brightly and they took notice of the metal-like appendage that was swaying like a tail. However the part that unsettled them was his devilish sadistic grin that creeped the humans present, to them he looked like some kind of Devil.

Then they had seen both the girl with the dark Gothic Victorian dress that had red eyes and the woman with the black long hair with white horns on the sides of her head in a white dress that looked like a goddess.

As they saw these individuals one by one along with them noticing their aura some started to wonder if any of them were human at all, eventually their eyes all focus in one particular spot. Which was in the center of these individuals sitting on a luxurious throne was a frightening looking skeleton wearing what look like a expensive gown so dark that it appears to swallow light around him. It was none other than the Lord of this place sitting on his throne and was staring right at them with his glowing crimson red eyes.

Upon seeing him Akame, Esdeath, Bulat and Twiggs we're uneasy and slightly sweating, but as for the rest of the Night Raid assassin's, Kurome, Wave, Tyler and Dorothea we're terrified. Leone, despite not having her Teigu Lionel her instincts were telling her to run, run like hell away from this place and never look back at what she was seeing with her own two eyes.

Seeing them not moving Najenda turned around and spoke to them with the attempt to make them snap out of it.

Najenda: C'mon snap out of it! Twiggs?!

They did hear her, but they weren't responsive to moving an inch from where they had stopped, then the maid with the massive green gauntlets clapped her hands which made them snap back to normal and spoke to said humans.

Yuri: Please move forward humans, do not keep Ainz-sama waiting any further.

To them it was easier said than done, they knew that by not responding or moving at all was a gesture of being rude, but they simply couldn't bulge an inch of a movement, until surprisingly to the other assassins Akame took a deep breath and took a step forward despite her sister Kurome holding her arm.

Kurome:One-chan?!

Akame:(deep breath)

As Akame walked five paces forward, despite her uneasiness, she looked at Najenda, Tatsumi, Chelsea and Susanoo who were ahead of them. Then the black haired assassin proceeded to look at the floor guardians and then the skeleton on the throne with it's crimson eye's starring right at her along with her comrades. Then as she walked forward a few paces, Bulat started to muster his willpower to move forward, and then both general's Twiggs and Esdeath saw them moving forward and started to do the same, with the latter looking at Tatsumi which got her out of her uneasiness and was now walking forward.

Kurome, Wave, both Dorothea and Tyler saw both generals and the 100-man slayer moving forward and so they started to follow behind them, with Kurome catching up to her sister and as for the alchemist, her mind was a wreck as never in her life has she had so many questions she wanted to ask.

(Dorothea:I better not keep them waiting. This is so unbelievable.)

Then the other Night Raid assassins started to move forward with the exception of Leone who didn't move a single inch forward.

Mine:Leone?!

Lubbock:Sis what's wrong?!

Leone:(terrified) No! I can't. I cannot move, I want to get out of here!

Leone was having a mental breakdown due to her PTSD as she looked at the skeleton she was remembering the creature that I caused her to feel fear and was about to start to tremble violently, until Lubbock and Sheele comfort her by hugging her which made her calm down as she was now looking at them.

Sheele: Don't worry Leone, it's going to be ok.

Lubbock:Sis you're not alone, we're here for you.

As she was being hugged she looked at both of them while simultaneously she looked at her green haired comrade with grief, as she believes that it was her own fault that he was killed by Doomsday. For a second it look like Leone was about to weep again while simultaneously hugging her 2 comrades in her arms. It was shamefull for her since she's considered the big sister of the team and yet here she was about to break down on these two who she views them as her little siblings. Bulat then turned around and walked towards Leone and spoke to her as he turned his back onto her.

Bulat: I have an idea, if you're scared then walk behind me Leone while im in front of you.

Leone:Bro?!

Bulat:Sheele, Lubb while she's behind me help her slowly move forward.

Sheele:(nods her head) Right you got it!

Lubbock:Ok

Bulat(looks at the floor guardians and Ainz) Let's not keep our host waiting.

With Bulat moving forward, Lubbock and Sheele we're slightly helping Leone to get herself together and they finally started moving forward along with the others while she was behind the 100-man slayer.

Akame:(concerned look) Leone...

Once they all got 15 ft away from the podium where the floor guardians are currently standing, Sebas and the six maids that were escorting them stopped moving and all seven of them were now bowing down in the direction of the podium, which confused the humans then the maid with the green gauntlets spoke in turn.

Yuri:Ainz-sama, as instructed we've brought the humans to you. Here are the 10 Night Raid assassins along with general Twiggs and Tyler of the Revolutionary Army.

Sebas: Also present is general Esdeath along with her 2 subordinates known as Wave and Kurome along with the alchemist Dorothea, are all presents here for the audience my Lord.

Then the skeleton speak who they assume is the lord of this place known as Ainz Ooal Gown spoke.

Ainz: Excellent work to you both, including the rest of the Pleadies for escorting the humans here.

The human's present heard him speak as they stood standing there observing him both in slight amazement and terrified at the same time. Then before they could say anything or react the woman with the black hair and white dress spoke in a serious tone while she looked at them standing, instead of them being on their knees.

Albedo: These insolent humans dare to stand as if they were equal to Ainz-Sama. Demiurge do correct their error for them.

Demiurge:(smiles sadistically) Agreed.

Tatsumi:(panicking)G- Guys get down now-(interrupted)

As they heard the women call them insolent along with looking at the one with the business suit followed by Tatsumi that seemed he was trying to say something until...

Demiurge:{prostrate yourselves!}

Before Tatsumi could finish saying what he was going to say suddenly the Night Raid Assassins including Najenda, the 2 Jaëgers, general Twiggs, Tyler and Dorothea we're suddenly forced down to the ground and we're on their knees and at the same time they we're panicking.

Mine:(grunting) What the hell!

Akame:(grunting) Kurome!!!

Kurome:(grunting) Onee-chan! What's going on?! What's happening?!

Wave:(grunting)Shit! What's going on?; What is this?!

Sheele:(grunting) I can't move!

Bulat:(grunting) What the hell is this pressure?!

(Twiggs:(grunting scared) Wait, isn't this what he did when he killed those men?!)

Tyler:(grunting) Damn. Holy crap!

Dorothea:(grunting) S-Shit! I feel like I'm being crushed!

Leone:(grunting) Goddamnit, what the hell is this?!

Lubbock:(grunting) What the fuck is this?! I can't move.

Chelsea:!!!

Tatsumi:(grunting)Oh crap! Not again!

Najenda:(grunting) Demiurge?! What's the meaning of this?!

Ainz:Hm?!

Demiurge:?!

Susanoo:(grunting)!!!

Esdeath:(grunting)!!!

However to the surprise of not only the humans but also the floor guardians and the six Pleaides, both Susanoo and Esdeath weren't entirely both on their knees. With the latter on one knee and the former was close to being there, but we're still being held by the pressure of the command mantra of Demiurge. Ainz then ordered their release from the command mantra.

Ainz: Interesting, Demiurge let them move freely. We wouldn't want to hurt our guests.

Demiurge:Yes my Lord. {You may move freely now}

Once the one in the red business suit spoke just like that, they could feel that the force that was holding them was no longer present, which was a relief to them since they could now move freely.

Esdeath on the other hand, once she no longer felt the force holding her back, her first instinct was to go on the offensive. But she then restrained herself as she thought that it would be a foolish move, considering that the one who placed the command mantra was probably none other than the same person she had heard took out the 97th Regiment and eliminate the Band of Five with little effort by himself. She then started to take mental notes along with looking at the other floor guardians.

(Esdeath:So this must be Demiurge. Tatsumi wasn't lying he does look a bit unsettling.)

Then she was now looking at the skeleton that was sitting on the throne and observed his monstrous skull which obviously it wasn't human, she noticed the red orb that was floating in the center of his rib cage area and wondered if this was a weak spot.

(Esdeath: Could it be a weak spot? Hm? But why expose it so casually?! No, it's probably a ruse. I mustn't forget that the creature and the Capitol isn't a Danger Beast and from what Tatsumi told us they aren't either.)

While Esdeath was in her thoughts, the others were getting up from their holds and some looked slightly angry and it seemed like they were going to say something rude, only for both Najenda and Tatsumi to look at them with worried expressions as they lifted up their hands as if signaling them to calm down and be quiet. To which they did while Mine and Leone we're gritting their teeth and anger and wanted to retort back but restrained themselves from doing so.

Kurome looked straight ahead, she and the others noticed that the Overlord had gotten up from his throne, while observing him they noticed he was holding a strange-looking golden staff with different-color gems on the top. Then he proceeded to speak while both of his red eyes were brightly.

Ainz: I bid you welcome humans, to the Great Tomb of Nazarick.

As he said welcome his staff touched the ground which made a loud bang noise and in the blink of an eye, they see that they weren't alone in the room...

Akame:!!!

Wave:!!!

Esdeath:(surprised)What the hell?

Dorothea:(scared) Holy fucking shit!

Sheele:(gasped in surprise)

Lubbock:(terrified) Where did they come from?!

Chelsea:(scared)

Najenda:(mouth wide open)

Susanoo:Huh?!

Twiggs:!!!

Upon the bang of the staff to the ground, in the blink of an eye suddenly the humans were now terrified as they could see that they were surrounded by multiple strange creatures that look like from a fairy tale. As they were seeing skeletons that we're wearing golden and silver armors, others looked like demons and others looked like bipedal insects holding many sorts of weapons, they saw multiple decomposed rotten corpses that were wrapped in dark cloth and they also saw many females wearing revealing white dresses who were very beautiful but their skin was very pale with deep red eyes.

Dorothea took notice on the pale women as she observed both the white like paper skin and the eyes were unnaturally red, until she noticed their mouths and saw their sharp fangs to which she immediately made a quick assumption of what they probably are. To which she would be right.

Dorothea:(terrified and stuttered) V-V Vampires?!

There we're also many different types of beasts including two dragons that were standing on the sides of the podium that had golden scales which made them think that they were either Super or Rare class Danger Beasts upon seeing them, but remembering from what Tatsumi told them before regarding that this place wasn't from this world but from another, which added more to their element of terrifying amazement. Kurome took a step back to which her senses something told her to look behind her and and when she did, she was even more shocked at what she was seeing behind her followed by others doing the same.

Kurome:(terrified) Onee-chan.

Akame:(terrified)!!!

Najenda:(terrified and amazed) Oh my goodness!

Leone:(trembling)What the hell?!

As they turned their backs behind them they saw more of them all the way down the hall, but what called their attention was a very huge massive demon-like being that looked more intimidating than Doomsday in appearance as said demon had massive flaming wings on its back along with a long tail that had a flame on the tip of it. The demon in question was none other than one of the evil Lords that resides on the 8th floor and servant of Demiurge, Evil Lord Wrath.

Chelsea:(dumbfounded) Holy shit he's huge!

Besides said colossal demon we're the other two Evil Lords which were tall themselves, but not like Wrath. On the left side one seem to be feminine with a buxom body of pale complexion that was almost human like which was wrapped in bondage fashion of dark colors, but this monster had to head of a crow with a blue ring wrapped around its head. Known as the Evil Lord Envy. Lubbock was now bleeding from his nose.

(Lubbock:Damn, those boobs are sure huge!)

The the second one on the right side was Evil Lord Greed, which is a masculine looking creature that has a muscular body, a handsome face covered with a mask that had six red orbs that light up, which the humans assume are its eyes. This creature also has crimson red colored loose hair and a pair of horns protruding from his temples. His attire consists of him wearing a full plate armor covering parts of his body like the shoulders and the rest of the arms and hands except for an open area in the chest which reveals his abdominal muscles and also a pair of black bat wings on his back, while his lower half he has a pair of black bangi pants with golden designs similar to those worn by Abyss Demon and he was also holding a black long Scythe.

As the human saw all of these creatures they were terrified along with also having different feelings and thoughts. Twiggs was taking deep breaths while he was surprised that he hasn't gotten a heart attack yet which was a miracle to him. Kurome and Wave we're holding on to each other tightly while Mine, Sheele we're doing the same next to Bulat who was also besides them seeing their current situation and Leone's instincts we're screaming of the danger that they were in right now.

Susanoo, Chelsea, Tatsumi and Najenda gasped and their eyes widen as they saw all these creatures, especially the ones that look like corpses wrapped in cloth and the demons which was unexpected to say the least. Tatsumi's horrified facial expression was similar to when Leone robbed him off his money the first time he was in the Imperial Capital.

Lubbock and Tyler on the other hand weren't okay. The former was this very close from crapping himself and the latter was screaming internally, almost like a little girl which almost came out at the sight of these strange creatures.

Esdeath looked at said beasts with amazement and curiosity wondering if they were stronger than Danger Beasts? Or if they are as strong as the creature that killed her? Along with wondering what were they capable of ?!

Dorothea also had the same thoughts as the blue-haired general, but yet despite being terrified she was also fascinated; as her many years as an alchemist, she studied and experimented on many types of Danger Beasts, which she learned a lot, from class 1 to some of them being rare class (provided they were brought to her) along with learning about their capabilities and the properties they contained, which she uses to do her work such as making different kinds of concoctions for various purposes etc.

Now however, The alchemist was seeing creatures that shouldn't even be real, such as the multiple skeletons and dead corpses. She knew of only one method that could do something like this which was Kurome's Teigu: Yatsufusa. However, that was now no longer true as for the more she saw the more questions she had.

Akame as she saw all of them along with the floor guardians and its ruler, she was now recalling moments ago the door she and the others entered this room that had a carved image of an angel on one door and on the other one had the image of a demon, to which now she was thinking that maybe there was a story to it. That a battle probably took place between Angels and Demons. If the doors are about said story and what she was seeing with her own two eyes then that would probably mean that the battle ended with the angels losing and the demons being triumphant which sounded like a fairy tale gone completely twisted from what she had heard from before.

The tension the humans were in was to be expected, however they also took notice that all these creatures were bowing down in the direction facing the throne. All of them were bowing to the Overlord of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.

Meanwhile Ainz Ooal Gown was in his thoughts about moments ago before the arrival of the humans into the throne room and Demiurge had returned from his task.

(minutes ago)

Ainz: Splendid work on handling your task successfully and returning back in one piece Demiurge.

Demiurge:(bowing down) It wasn't nothing I couldn't handle my Lord.

Ainz:That said, do you feel any discomfort of any kind due to the mind reading attempt from that mercenary?!

Demiurge: it is nothing to be concerned of my Lord, though I was a bit livid when that insect was seeing images of my creator. But other than that there aren't any issues with me. Though I wish I could have kept that nuisance for keeping, but I suppose a deal is a deal, Najenda did request no quarter was to be given to neither one of them.

Ainz:I see, anyways I'm glad that you've returned safe and sound.

Demiurge:(gets up from his knees and taps his glasses) Ah i almost forgot, Najenda has requested that a human named general Twiggs would be allowed to be in the audience we're about to have here with the other humans in our care.

Ainz:Oh?! Did she asked?

Demiurge:Yes my Lord, though I didn't promise her that you would approve or anything of the sort. Unless you say otherwise.

Ainz:Very well pass the the message of approval to Abyss Demon, also there's something I would like to organize regarding the audience we'll have shortly.

Demiurge:Oh? What do you have in mind my Lord?

Ainz:I was thinking maybe, instead of just us the floor guardians and the Pleadies receiving them. I was thinking of bringing some of our minions to the throne room including your three demon generals to be present as well.

Demiurge:(smiles) Ah! Splendid thought my Lord. I see what you're attempting to do.

Ainz:Do you now?

Demiurge: Indeed my Lord, you're planning to give them a display of a small fracture of the power of Nazarick with the intent of intimidating them to submission, which in turn it will keep them in line and they'll collaborate with no hesitation.

Ainz:Y-Yes, exactly Demiurge. You've seen right through my intent. Although, i'm having a bit of difficulty in deciding how to do this. So far there's 2 ways i would like to do this and i need your advice in which one to choose from.

Demiurge:2 of them? Do tell me, what do you have in mind my Lord.

Ainz:Very well. The first one is to have them already on stand in display for them to see once the doors open and the other option is to conceal them with camuflage magic and have it deactivate once their close enough to which they'll be surrounded on all sides.

Demiurge:Hm? I would have to suggest the latter would be the best option. If we didn't, i don't think they'll even enter the room out of fear of said sight. Also since the humans in question are assassins, we should probably conceal their presence with magic.

Ainz:Splendid advice Demiurge. I knew i could count on your advise. I already have Aura, Shalltear and Albedo gathering them here. Once they arrive see to it that this is done.

Demiurge: I'm more than glad to advise and serve you my Lord. I shall message Abyss Demon right away. Although I do have a question of my own.

Ainz:I take it has something to do about the protocol plan that i initiated on the refugee camp?

Demiurge: Indeed, im curious as to why we're implementing it now?

Ainz: I'll explain it to you, once the other floor guardians are here.

(End of flashback)

(Ainz/Suzuki: Nailed it perfectly. Reminds me of that one time I had to make a presentation to my classmates in school which blew their minds away when it was presented.)

(Bgm ends)

The Night Raid assassins along with the other human's present had turned their attention to the Overlord of Nazarick, who was standing right in the center of the floor guardians, until...

Suddenly everything turned black and white, the humans, the monsters, the Pleaidies and the floor guardians everything turned black and white and most of all, everything stopped right in its place. Unknowingly to all of them Ainz had casted Time Stop once again and was now walking closer towards the humans, while he was also holding an item that resembled a brown Victorian style clock in his hand which he was now looking and in his thoughts.

(Ainz/Suzuki: Normally Time Stop gives me a limited amount of time, but with this I could extend it for a few more minutes.)

(Bgm:Overlord OST CD 1 03 "Era that had been shining")

As the Overlord continued to approach them, his eyes were set on one particular person: a blue haired general in a white imperial uniform. While he was looking at her, the image in his mind of her changed again, from blue long hair to short and dark, from eyes of blue to brown, from young to old age.

Ainz was then remembering the time when he was Suzuki Satoru, the time when he was a young kid and live in a small apartment in Japan with this particular person.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Okāsan... i can't believe it. is it really you?..)

Then images of him seeing her dead on the cold floor of the apartment kitchen, which was caused by over exhaustion due to overworking herself to death and the worst part of it was, she had died while trying to cook his favorite meal dish.

As he was now 10 ft away from the bluenete, he lifted his right hand as if to try to reach said image while his mind was filled with lots of thoughts along with him having grief, guilt and a cold and hollow sense of abandonment of loss which plagued him in the following years after her death. However these thoughts and emotions didn't last long, when suddenly...

(Emotion suppression)

It happened again. The emotion suppression kicked in, nullifying all of his emotions in an instant then he stopped himself from advancing any further from the bluenete and retracted his right hand back and was now contemplating.

(Ainz/Suzuki:No! I shouldn't be thinking that it's her. Even though I'm an undead, I don't think this is mentally healthy for anyone.)

He lowered his hand while he continued to look at the blunete, while the image of her changed again to that person then his bright red eyes dimmed down while he was still in his thoughts as he started to think of the past along with the state that his original world was in, which had no blue sky and no green landscape, in other words it was a total toxic dystopia that he had to live and endure in. As he thought of the state of his human world along with his early loss he felt anger and grief.

Until his emotion suppression kicked again which nullified his feelings once more. As he regained himself so did his thoughts as he continued to look at the bluenete as her image was once again reflecting her and even though he reminisced of his early past.

(Ainz/Suzuki:I might miss her, but I simply have to accept that she's gone and this woman isn't you. As much as I wish that it was possible, I can't. Ever since all of this became real, I've no longer held on to anything that has to do with my previous life related to my real world. I've moved forward from everything that has happened.)

He paused himself and continued.

(Ainz/Suzuki:If I were to hold on to it, I wouldn't be able to move forward any further, which is something you'll never forgive me for.)

As he made his resolution regarding about leaving his human past behind him for closure, he spoke to the image of her in his own words.

Ainz:(sigh) I suppose I acted thinking in a possibility of regaining that part that I lost without thinking it through properly. That said, I want to say... I'm sorry I couldn't help you properly, I wish I could turn time and stop you from overworking yourself. Also... Thank you, for everything and for doing the best you could, to raise me properly... Okāsan.

When he finished speaking, the image of the woman in his mind faded. No, he mentally pushed it away so that he could have some form of closure of that certain past, even though he didn't want to do so; he had to because it was something she probably would have wanted him to do.

(Bgm:Ends)

With this closure done he came back to his now current reality as he saw that everything was still under the effect of Time Stop. He then put the elaborate clock away in the pocket dimension and walked a few paces back away from the bluenete, in front of them which was part of his plan followed by activating his Despair Aura I once again.

Ainz: Time for me to handle my guests.

(Time stop ends)

Akame:!!!

Kurome:!!!

Wave:(surprised) What the?!

Bulat:(surprised)H- How's he-(self interrupted)

Twiggs:(gasped)

Sheele:(confused and scared)

Leone:Oh shit!

(Lubbock:(surprised) What the hell just happened?! How's he now in front of us?!)

From the point of view of Night Raid, the Jaëgers and the others, they were seeing the Overlord standing right in the center of the floor guardians and now suddenly...(Unknown to them of what really happened) Now in a blink of an eye he was there in front of them, which startled them all simultaneously as it had happened so suddenly combined with his bright red eyes and frightening appearance which added to their fear factor that Dorothea, Sheele, Mine, Leone, Lubbock, Wave, Tyler and general Twiggs we're sweating as he was practically in front of them. While at the same time, some were in their thoughts and others turned to their comrades for questioning about what had just happened.

(Tatsumi:How the hell did he just do that?!)

(Chelsea: Crap, what did he just do?! How's he now in front of us?!)

Kurome:(worried tone)Onee-chan, did you see any movement? I wasn't able to see any at all.

Akame:No, I didn't even see a glimpse of any movement within his body.

Kurome:(widened her eyes) You're saying he's fast?! More faster than us or the Butler?

Akame:No, unlike the Butler, it was too sudden.

Bulat:Akame is right. I didn't see anything either, it happened so suddenly like in the blink of an eye.

As Najenda heard that from both of her subordinates, she proceeded to whisper to Susanoo who was next to her.

Najenda:Susanoo, did you see or notice anything in particular?

Susanoo:(nods his head) No. it was so unexpected and i didn't even hear any footsteps at all.

Chelsea:You're kidding right?

Susanoo:No, I'm positive of what I'm speaking of. In the office room i noticed that as he walked from his desk to the comfort chairs i took notice that as he walked it was kind of heavy, but here and now i didn't hear any movement in his body.

At the same time as their sudden reactions and their interaction, the bluenete was in her own thoughts regarding of how did he appeared in front of them so suddenly which caught her by surprise, while recalling her exchange of blows with the butler moments ago and she also took notice of what Susanoo had said.

(Esdeath:Is he really more faster than the Butler? Or is it an ability? Which would probably explain how he appeared, but still it happened so sudden.)

The blue haired general wanted to think of other possibilities, but there's simply wasn't enough for her to figure out how. All she knew is that this skeleton has the power to undo death. According to Tatsumi, this skeleton did have such power, and the fact that from what the young brown haired man said they hadn't used any Imperial relics and that this place along with its residents weren't from this world, but from another. Along with the mentioning of magic, which was quite mind-blowing to say the least.

(Esdeath: I really can't draw any conclusion's of what really happened just now. That said...)

She turned her gaze at the floor guardians, the maids and the rest of the denizens of Nazarick as she couldn't believe it. Demons,Undead monsters, and creatures that as far as she knew shouldn't even exist in real life, but exist in stories only.

(Esdeath:I cant belive that all of this is real. i should be very cautious about this.)

Before anyone could say anything or think any further, the Overlord started to speak to them while starring at the Night Raid assassins.

Ainz:A pleasure to make your acquaintance, assassins of Night Raid. I've been expecting you.

None of them said anything in response to him speaking to them, as they were still a bit unsettled with not only his apperance, but because of they were feeling a sense of dread that made them feel uneasy, including Leone who was holding tightly on Bulat's coat and even on Lubbock's. Then said skeleton turned his attention onto the Jaëgers and general Esdeath.

Ainz:You must be general Esdeath and these must be your subordinates Wave and Kurome? I've heard much about you miss general.

Both the sailor and the dark haired Jaëger like the assassins they were nervous as he spoke to them. Esdeath on the other hand responded while trying to keep her composure as she was a bit nervous to which she didn't know why exactly, while unknown to her Ainz still had his Aura of Despair I still activated.

Esdeath:(composed)Did you?! I take it that it was Najenda's doing?

Ainz:Indeed, miss Najenda has told us all about you along with miss Chelsea and Tatsumi.

As she heard the mention of Tatsumi's name her composure slightly faltered as she wondered what could the young man had told them about her? Esdeath even wondered if Tatsumi had mentioned details about her and him which to the blunete it was a bit embarrassing since that's supposed to be a secret between her and Tatsumi only, but kept her composure firm and spoke in turn to the skeletal Overlord.

Esdeath:I-I see. So you're the one that Tatsumi spoke of? The one that resurrected us?

Ainz:Yes. I am Ainz Ooal Gown, the Lord and master of the great tomb.

Esdeath:...

Bulat:(sweating)...

Tyler:(low tone while trembling) Holy shit...

As he said his name to them, the humans could've sworn that the room's temperature felt cold, to which Ainz noticed that the aura around him unintentionally slightly intensified along with seeing their uneasiness to which he then proceed to turn off his Aura of Despair I and the humans we're now feeling calmer as if what they felt now was their imagination playing tricks on them. Then Ainz spoke again to the blue haired general.

Ainz:I take it that you're injuries from fighting that creature have healed up properly? Your fight with it left your body in a very bad state.

Esdeath:Y-You saw that fight?

Ainz:Indeed i did. Though you lasted fairly long, unfortunately you weren't victorious.

As he said that to her, Esdeath's eye had widened again. Despite she knowing fully well what had happened to her by the others of how her body had ended, however hearing this skeleton say to her that he had seen her fight with Doomsday made her look distressed, to which she tighten both her hands into fists, she was still ashamed of her defeat. Noticing her conflicting looks Ainz then turned his attention to general Twiggs and spoke to the senior general.

Ainz: You must be general Twiggs. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance.

The assassin's, the 3 Jaëgers and both Tyler and Dorothea looked at the senior general who was sweating and was nervous as hell, but who could blame him. He was literally being talked by a massive scary looking skeleton, which to said general, it was like being face to face with death itself. Twiggs was surprised that he didn't collapse from a stroke which was a bit of a miracle to him to say the least.

The senior general's fear went down a little bit when he noticed that the skeleton's tone didn't sound malicious or of ill intent au contraire it was a polite tone. So not wanting to be rude to him, he attempted to speak in which he slightly stuttered at first, then he proceeded to cough fakely to regain himself to speak properly.

Twiggs: I'm please to make your acquaintance, Sir Ainz Ooal Gown. Its a pleasure as-(interrupted)

Before twigs to say anything else further he was being corrected angrily by Narberal Gamma.

Narberal: You'll address him as Lord Ainz Ooal Gown! Inse-(interrupted)

But before the maid could say insect, Ainz lifted his right hand and spoke to said subordinate.

Ainz: That's enough. There's no need to be rude.

Narberal:(bows head apologetically) Yes, forgive my insolence my Lord.

Ainz:I forgive you Narberal, but do not let it happen again.

At the same time as Ainz had his subordinate on check. Mine despite being in a troubled state and now surrounded by monsters, was now gritting her teeth in anger. She didn't like this maid.

(Mine: What's with her god-damn attitude?! And why's she calling us insect's?! I don't like this bitch one bit.)

Leone would have had the same thoughts, but she was more preoccupied with slight fright about the creatures that surrounded them, and the sudden appearance of the Overlord who was standing in front of them. Even Esdeath didn't like this maid, but not because of her tone or attitude towards them, but because the way she treated Tatsumi moments ago.

Once Ainz finished speaking to the maid, he diverted his attention to Twiggs once again.

Ainz: General Twiggs, i apologize for the interruption caused by my subordinate.

As he said that there was a bit of slight contempt in the air that the humans felt as Ainz had apologized to a human, which for the denizens of Nazarick this was unacceptable, but refrained themselves from butting in and saying anything. Twiggs not wanting to antagonize them or earn their ire decided to speak apologetically while keeping his composure as a general.

Twiggs:N-No that's not necessary, I understand. I mean I'm a military general and sometimes these things tend to happen from time to time. Our subordinates sometimes tend to act on impulses without their superiors approval. Regardless a good general knows when to restrain them, when it's for their own good so that they're not compromised to harm.

Ainz:Oh? I admire that, you seem like a reasonable man. Anyways, I trust things are settled in the refugee camp are they not?

Twiggs:Yes they are, for the time being. I believe I...

Twiggs then proceeded to bow his head low.

Twiggs:I must thank you for your assistance your Lordship, and that of your subordinate Demiurge, who handled that situation with the 97th Regiment and the Band of 5. Also I'm grateful for what you did for Najenda and her team, that was killed in the Imperial Capital.

Najenda, Bulat, Tyler and even Dorothea we're somehow surprised that the general was composed, and speaking politely to Ainz Ooal Gown with caution. They all even noticed that he even addressed him as Lordship, which was a title no one has been called in ages, not since when the land was in turmoil and in strife with feudal lords struggling to control the land, before the Empire was founded by its first Emperor.

Twiggs:If you hadn't done so or aid us, i doubt that i would've been alive and known what had transpired in the Capital. For that I'm very grateful.

Ainz:Your gratitude which is commendable, i appreciate that general Twiggs. But to be honest we simply aided you due to a bargain we had with Najenda, as she had provided us with something that we're searching for.

Twiggs:I understand, Najenda did tell us that-(interrupted)

Before Twiggs could speak any further Chelsea interrupted them and was talking to Ainz in a accusive tone.

Chelsea:(accusive tone) Before you say anything else. Can you explain what's the meaning of killing our message ravens? And what's this thing that Abyss Demon said about having the refuge camp on lock down?!

To the surprise of Najenda and the other's from Night Raid, Chelsea broke character as they've known her to be a cold and calculating assassin, but also calm when it came to dealing with certain matters and yet now she didn't sounded like her usual self. (Then again today had been a very hectic day for her for many reasons)

However once Chelsea finished talking suddenly the atmosphere in the throne room changed, as a sudden killing intent coming from practically every creature present including the maids and even the floor guardians was felt by the humans present in the room. To which Dorothea was now in her thoughts.

(Dorothea:Holy crap! This is crazy they're as dangerous than super class Danger beast's.)

But out of all of them, one of them proceeded to catch Chelsea's attention which was the guardian overseer, her killing intent was massive compared to some of the others who we're holding back, but not her she was oozing in bloodlust.

Albedo: Silence! You dare to interrupt and question Ainz-sama?! You insolent wretched human!

The aura that was radiating on the guardian overseer along with her anger was sensed by both the humans and the denizens of Nazarick. Her killing intent was so monstrous, that made Akame and the other's nervous as they couldn't believe in what they're sensing and Kurome was holding the arm's of both her sister and Wave's tightly.

(Wave:Holy shit! What the hell is with this woman?!)

Leone, Mine, and Sheele were standing beside Bulat, while also being shocked by the guardian overseer's aura and at the same time Leone was trembling from fear.

Esdeath couldn't believe it; she recalled the aura of the butler, something she didn't expect at first followed by it reminding her of the creature that had killed her. But now this dark haired woman dressed in white had the monstrous aura and was oozing bloodlust, which told her that this woman was just as dangerous as the butler, probably even more.

However before the humans could panic any further, Ainz had lifted his right hand highly.

Ainz:Thats enough, all of you stand down. Calm yourself now!

Albedo:(bows her head) Forgive my outburst Ainz-sama.

And just like that the killing intent from all of the creature's in the room and the woman's vanished, as if it had been their imagination playing with them once again and we're now contemplating.

Mine:(surprised) It's gone...How did he.

Bulat:(dumbfounded) Hey Su, is it my imagination, or did you just felt that?!

Susanoo:No, It's not your imagination. I felt that too and it's gone so sudden.

Lubbock:Then what just happened?

Susanoo:On his command, their killing intent just stopped.

Bulat eyes widened as he heard what Susanoo had said along with realizing what had just happened with the aura they had just felt from all these monsters.

Bulat:(surprised) Huh?! Really...

Sheele:(surprised)W-What?! How's that possible?! Not even Danger Beasts could restrain themselves.

Lubbock:Susanoo you're kidding? Right? That can't be right.

Susanoo:No. Im not kidding..It's exactly what i said.

Leone:Thats crazy! Are you're saying that all it took for it to be gone was just him ordering them to settle down?!

Bulat:Susanoo is right, although i'm more concerned of the dark haired woman. Her killing intent was more intense than everyone else here present. Which probably means...

Akame: Unlike her they were holding back, especially the one's in front of the podium and next to the throne, except that woman.

Susanoo:Their killing intent is more stronger than that of Super class and Ultra class Danger beasts.

Akame looked at the floor guardians standing on the podium near the throne and then Susanoo spoke to his comrades once more as he was going to tell them how dangerous they we're which would leave them in further disbelief.

Susanoo:From what i've seen from one of them, they're as dangerous as that creature that killed us in the Capital.

Bulat:What?! That dangerous?

Kurome:(disbelief)N-No,way...

Lubbock:T-Thats crazy! How?!

Leone:Are you serious Su?!

Akame:Susanoo, you're certain of this? How can you be so sure of this?!

Susanoo:(looks at Demiurge) I was there when he eliminated all those soldiers and killed those 5 mercenaries. He did it with very little effort, he played with them as if they we're toys and he didn't suffer any damage no matter how much they threw at him, it was like throwing pebbles at a mountain.

As he stopped speaking, the assassins along with Kurome and Wave looked at the living Teigu with with dreadful looks as he spoke once again.

Susanoo:Simply put, a mindless powerfull monster is easy to predict and counter, but a intelligent one is unpredictable. Therefore its much more dangerous than the former. If he's dangerous then lets asume the same could be said for them, especially that dark haired woman.

Meanwhile back with Tatsumi and Chelsea.

Tatsumi:(scolding) Chelsea, what we're you thinking? Are you trying to get her to kill you?!

Chelsea:(flustered) T- That wasn't what i was trying to do.

While the Night Raid assassin's exchanged what they we're analysing to each other along with Tatsumi scolding Chelsea for her slight stupidity, Esdeath had also observed them while also hearing what the assassin's we're saying to each other and was also in her thoughts.

(Esdeath:This is absurd! How can he stop their killing intent with relative ease. I know that they're not Danger beasts but still, not even tamed Danger beasts could restrain their desire to kill that easily and yet (looks at Ainz) he did it like it was nothing. Just what kind of power does he have over them, to be able to restrain them?)

Before they could ponder any more Najenda proceeded to speak in turn while she slightly bowed her head down.

Najenda: Forgive my subordinate for interrupting you your lordship, however i too am wondering the same and I would like a explanation.

The atmosphere in the room slightly rose up and then it disappeared as Ainz responded to her.

Ainz:Your concern is understandable, and trust me i intend to answer your questions. But first allow me to deal with certain priorities.(looks at Dorothea) You must be the alchemist Dorothea, Najenda has told me about you.

Dorothea:D-Did she?

Ainz: Indeed, she told us everything. Now since we're now aquatinted, i believe you have something of interest to me.

Dorothea:?!

Chelsea:He means the Teigu Shambala that you said you have in your possession.

Dorothea:Oh yeah, right i almost forgot.

Dorothea proceeded to pull out the Imperial relic from her pocket which Ainz was now seeing from her hand what looked like a steel colored pendant of black and purple with a strange looking symbol in the center of it.

Ainz:Ah, interesting. Lupusregina, bring it to me.

Lupusregina: Understood Ainz-sama~su.

Ainz: Demiurge, summon forth Aurole Omega into the throne room.

Demiurge:Yes my lord.

The red haired maid had proceeded to approach Dorothea in order to retrieve the Teigu from her, to which said alchemist proceeded to hand the relic to the maid. Followed by the maid now bowing down on her knees to Ainz as she presented the relic to him.

Lupusregina:Ainz-sama, as instructed here's the item as you requested.

Ainz: Splendid, now let's see.[Appraise magic item]

With the relic now in his hands and suddenly the humans present we're now seeing a green aura surrounding the Teigu, which made them wonder what was he doing as he seemed to be like in thought. While some like Tatsumi, Chelsea and Najenda were a little bit familiar with it as they have seen it before, which after that they expected the blue aura to be next which they know is the one that magically repairs the items, like it had been done previously with Incursio, Grand chariot and Leone's Teigu Lionel.

Ainz:!!!

However...the blue aura never appeared because he hasn't cast repair magic item on the relic.

Najenda:Huh?!

Chelsea: What's going on? Where's the blue aura? Why isn't it repaired like with the other Teigu's from before?!

Tatsumi:I don't know, could something be wrong?

Meanwhile unknown to them in the mind of the Overlord, he was analysing the details of the relic he was currently holding which is a 6th Tier magic item, but that's not what he noticed as he found a certain detail he hadn't expected in it.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Huh?! Alternative magic? That can't be! Why's there a item linked with the magic system from Yggdrasil doing here? (emotion suppression activated) From the information ive got from Najenda regarding the Teigu i knew that there must've been some form of magic that was used to make them, but i didn't expect this. A magic item linked from Yggdrasil here.)

He then was now theorizing multiple possibilities of the origins of the Teigu, including the involvement of the 1st emperor who was responsible for their creation.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Could it be that instead of the 1st Emperor being responsible for their creation, it was a player that created them? Could he have been a player?! Hmmm? No. According to Najenda the 1st emperor didn't create them by himself, but with the help of others. The alchemists and the artisans, could one of them have been a player? Or did a player left information behind regarding magic item creation? )

As he thought of all possibilties from one to the other, he realized that these theories of his required more information and evidence.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Damn, thats alot of maybe's and not enough concrete evidence regarding this matter being connected to Yggdrasil players or whatnot. I'll need more time with the items in question and-(self interrupted)Eh?!)

Then as he read some of the details including the Relic vs Relic penalty he was now seeing something else on it.

(Random skill; Forced Reverse Teleportation 10th Tier: When Relic user's Hp hits critically close to zero, Forced Reverse teleportation will activate 1 time transporting 1 Random Item, person or place to user's world on random location regardless of restriction level. Only works one time.)

(Ainz/Suzuki:What the hell?! Its a 6thTier level item? With a 10th Tier skill? How's this even possible?! (emotion surpression) Why does this item have a rare skill like this? A random forced teleportation, what is this Gatcha?!)

While Ainz continued to slightly analyze the Relic, the denizens and the humans present continued to remain in silence as they observed him holding the Relic with many of them wondering, what was he doing or why did he seemed so focused on the Teigu in hand?

(Ainz/Suzuki:There wasn't a item like this in Yggdrasil. So this item is responsible for transporting the Tomb of Nazarick to this world? And it only works once? Damn, if i we're to repair this item, there's a probability that the random skill could disappear, and we'll be stuck here in this world without a way to return to it.)

As he realized this possibility, he knew he couldn't proceed and repair the Relic immediately, not without having a assurance that said random skill would disappear from it. Before he could ponder at this any further, the butler proceeded to speak to catch his attention since he had been quiet for like a few minutes to which concerned not only Sebas, but even the floor guardians and the Pleaides seemed concerned.

Sebas:Is something the matter my Lord?

Ainz:No. Well actually yes Sebas. It appears that we have finally found the item responsible for bringing us along with the Tomb of Nazarick to this world and it's now in our possession.

He then turned around facing the butler while showing the Relic to his subordinates.

Ainz: A 6th tier that has a 10th tier forced reversed teleportation skill. We may rejoice for the time being, as i plan to keep my promise to return to New world and continue our efforts there.

As he spoke and showed the relic, from the point of view of the humans present, it looked like the denizen's of Nazarick we're in cheer as if they were glad. Including both the battle maids and the floor guardians.

Solution:Ah, That is splendid good news.

Yuri: Indeed. (taps her glasses) Looks like we've finally gotten to the bottom of what happened many hours ago.

Shalltear:Thats great news, we've finally have solved part of our predicament.

Aura:Yeah we'll be able to return back to our world, i can't wait to finish the decoy base and collect other beasts.

Mare:(shyly)Y-Yes.

Albedo: Agreed, we can finally now focus on returning.

Even the 3 demon generals we're astonished to finally hear great news.

Wrath: Excellent, knowing this now we can be at ease.

Envy:Yes Wrath, the Supreme ruler of Nazarick has finally found it.

Meanwhile as for the humans...

Lubbock:(dumbfounded) What the?!

Mine:(dumbfounded)D-Did that large demon just talked?! I don't believe it!

Bulat:Honestly Mine I'm not surprised, considering that moments ago we saw a talking penguin.

Chelsea:Huh?! Talking penguin?! What are you guys talking about?

Tatsumi:Um, Yeah Chelsea, before you got here there was this little penguin that we met that can talk. I think his name was Eclair?

Chelsea:(dumbfounded) W-What? Are you serious Tatsumi?!

Tatsumi:Yes Chelsea.

Lubbock:He's not joking.

Sheele:(slight smile) Oh yes that one was rather cute and adorable, wasn't it Mine?

Mine: Seriously?! You're such a airhead Sheele. How can you be so calm? Aren't you at least scared at all?

Sheele:I am a little bit scared Mine. However it's like Tatsumi said before, for now we can't do anything.

Bulat: Right we should leave this up to Najenda for now and refrain ourselves from doing anything, just stay calm Mine.

(Mine:What's next? A talking hamster?!)

While unaware of what was happening to Mine, she was going through a range of emotions, including fear, amazement, disbelief, and even happiness at seeing her friends still alive. She was also silently suffering from the loss of the child she was carrying as she put her hand in her stomach.

Then in the blink of an eye on the left side of the podium near the throne a dark void appeared in mid air which startled the humans as their attention was now diverted to it. In a mere second a figure emerge out of it, a figure that seemed to be like a very young female that looked human with short black hair dressed in a shrine maiden outfit that consisted of a red hakama and white haori and she also had a white piece of cloth that concealed her eyes which caught their attention along with their individual curiosity.

(Najenda: Why's she blindfolded?! If she's blind why don't they heal her?! Could there be a reason why?)

(Sheele:(nostalgia)She reminds me of someone, who was it again? (puts her finger in her face and becomes lost in thought))

(Esdeath:(curiosity)That girl? She couldn't be more older than Kurome. Could she be a monster like them?)

Ainz then proceed to divert his attention to the girl while he walked back towards the podium and was now within 11 feet away from her. At the same time. Tatsumi, Najenda, Bulat, and Mine took notice that some of the battle maids we're smiling, to their surprise it wasn't a malicious smile but a genuine one of care which puzzled them for a mere second, but they didn't ponder this any further as they were paying attention to the conversation between Ainz and the shrine maiden girl.

Ainz: I'm sorry for suddenly summoning you here, but i have a something of utmost importance, Aurole Omega.

The girl now known to the humans as Aurole Omega, on her own she bowed down humbly and spoke.

Aurole:Yes my Lord, I've already been filled in on our current situation. Including that we might have found what was responsible for bringing the Great Tomb of Nazarick to this world.(focuses on Ainz's hand) Is that the Item in question?

Ainz:Yes Indeed it is. However there's a slight problem, as you can see its a bit damaged.

Aurole:My Lord pardon me, I'm certain that you can repair it, unless there's something else that concerns you?

Ainz:Yes the item itself is a 6th tier magic item, but it has a random 10th tier skill. What it does it activates a forced reverse teleportation that activates when certain conditions are met on the user. Also according to what little I've analyzed, it say's its a one time effect and since i don't want to take any chances of said skill to disappear upon reparation.

Aurole:I see, i understand my Lord.

Ainz: Which is why ive called for you, i want you to analyze it properly and thoroughly since your more knowledgeable in this than i am.

Aurole:(bows her head) Surely you jest my Lord. However given the circumstances i understand your concern and caution, you've made a wise choice.

Ainz the proceeded to hand the Relic to the shrine maiden girl which she then now was proceeded to analyze it. As for the humans present, they heard the conversation, including Dorothea who was trying to understand the information being exchanged between them which was raising multiple questions to her.

(Dorothea:Huh?! Certain conditions? 6th tier? 10th tier skill? What are they talking about? What's this about a magic item? Are they talking about Shambala? No! it can't be! Are they capable of understanding the Teigu better than what information we have? How?)

Dorothea was distressed not only because of how crazy this day had gotten or the creature's she was seeing, but because...

Dorothea:(loud tone while shrugging her hair) Damnit, I have so many questions?!

Ainz:Huh?!

Demiurge:?!!

Sebas:Hm?!

All of the denizens of Nazarick diverted their attention onto the Alchemist including the other humans who looked dumbfounded at her, while said Alchemist took notice of both everyone's gazes and how loud her tone was, which in turn she immediately put her hands on her mouth and her face was flushing red in embarrassment.

(Dorothea: Oh crap?! What did i just did?!)

Tyler: What are you doing, you idiot?!

(Chelsea:Did she just snapped?!)

Dorothea took notice that the gazes of the denizens of Nazarick we're of annoyance directed at her which made her shiver slightly, until just from a lift from the Overlord's hand the gaze's of annoyance faded away.

Ainz:Aurole you may proceed with analyzing the item while i handle our guests.

Aurole:Yes my Lord, I'll proceed.

With the Relic now in Aurole's hands, Ainz turned and had his sight on his human guest's, specifically the Alchemist from where he stood.

Ainz: Dorothea was it? I'll answer your questions, but first i have only one question of my own for you? If it's not much to ask.

Dorothea:Um, sure-

The alchemist self interrupted herself as she was now getting to regain her composure.

Dorothea:(fake cough) I mean of course, y-your lordship, I'll answer your question.

Ainz: Very well. My question is, are you the wielder of that item? if so we're you badly damaged while having it in your possession?

The question that he had asked was a bit strange not only to her, but to the others present.

Dorothea: Huh?! Um well, no. Im not it's wielder. I took it from the severed hand of my comrade, who was killed by that creature at the Imperial palace and i only used it once.

Ainz:Oh?! The severed hand of your comrade? Would you be so kind and tell me the details of that incident? Tell me everything detail by detail.

At first normally this would've annoyed her because having to recall the whole ordeal she gone through today, but she didn't want to sound rude to her current host, especially since all of his subordinates we're looking at her as if her life depended on her compliance, which sort of gave her slight chills.

Dorothea: Fine. (deep breath) After my team got killed by that monster near the eastern district in Rosenburg park Syura used the Teigu to transport the creature to a unknown location, away from us.

Ainz: Unknown location?

Dorothea:Yes i asked him where, but he didn't have a-(interrupted)

Before she could say anything else, Wave spoke in response.

Wave:Wait Dorothea, what did you just say?!

That's when he recalled that a report had made its way to them saying that the creature was spotted in the western district which at the time the Jaëgers wondered how did the creature get there without it leaving a trail from where they thought it was. Then at that moment as he recalled, Wave started to realized how Doomsday had gotten there in the first place, why Bols and his family were dead when he got there which by now Wave had tighten his fist and was now looking at the alchemist with anger.

Wave:It was you!

Dorothea:Huh? What are you-(interrupted)

Wave: You're the reason Bols and his family are dead!

Kurome:(confused)Wave?!

Dorothea:?!!

Wave:You 2 bastards used that Teigu Shambala and sent the creature to the western district!

As he said those words Wave along with Kurome we're recalling how they had found the scorched bodies of their comrade and his family together.

Dorothea:(surprised) Wait what?! No i swear i didn't -(interrupted)

Wave: Don't give me that crap! If it wasn't for you they'd still be alive and-(Interrupted)

However before Wave could say anything else further suddenly...

Demiurge:{Prostrate yourself}

In a sudden instant Wave was now on his knees, courtesy of Demiurge, while Kurome and the other humans were now worried for the young sailor.

Wave:Gah! Damnit i can't move!

Ainz:You may let him go, Demiurge.

Demiurge:Understood.{You may move freely now}

And just like that, Wave didn't feel the force holding him anymore, as the young man got up while looking angry at them. However before he could cross words with them Kurome slapped him in the face as a way to quell his anger, which it did.

Wave:(touches his face) Kurome?!

Kurome: Don't be a idiot Wave! I know that your angry because of what happened to Bols and his family. I may not like her one bit, believe me im angry as well, but right now however regardless of that blaming her isn't going undo anything.

As Kurome said that, Wave noticed that she seemed sad as she nooded her head. In turn the young sailor wanted to press it further, but he knew that she was right because in the end the one that had killed Bols and his family was Doomsday. Then as the young man calmed himself down he noticed that the denizen's of Nazarick we're looking at him with scrutiny, but before he could get up and regained himself the butler spoke to him followed by the maid with the massive green gauntlets.

Sebas: Listen to your companion Mr Wave and regain your composure, you're in the presence of Lord Ainz Ooal Gown.

Yuri:(stern tone) Mr Wave you're interrupting our Lord. I would appreciate if you behaved yourself like a proper guest, your behavior is unacceptable.

As both the butler and the maid said that, they're voice sounded like they we're scolding him. Wave now had a dumbfounded expression on his face as he kinda felt like a child who didn't behave properly which put him down.

Wave:I-I (regained himself deep breath) I apologize, (bows his head down slightly sweating) pardon my sudden rudeness i let the best of me get in the way.

Ainz:You are pardoned sir Wave.

With Wave apologizing and with Ainz's response the tension in the room had once again went down, which was a slight relief not only to the sailor who got up from the floor, but to the other humans present. Then Ainz proceeded to speak to the alchemist in turn once again.

Ainz:Miss Dorothea do continue where you left off.

Dorothea:R-Right, before that..(looks at Wave) Wave i wasn't lying about not knowing that creature being teleported up in the western district.

Wave looked at the alchemist then looked away, as he tighten his fists with anger, only to let it go. With that said Dorothea turned to continue her talk to Ainz.

Dorothea: After my team got killed, me and Syura went to the imperial hospital ward. We were in really bad shape with me having bandages around my ribs and a cast on my left leg and Syura's upper torso was covered in bandage's and his left arm was wearing a cast.

Dorothea was remembering hours ago the atmosphere that the imperial medical ward was in, their pride had been shattered down by Doomsday. As she remembered her injuries that she sustained during the fight between the Ultimate and her team Wild Hunt. She was now looking at her leg which was previously damaged, but now thanks to Lupusregina Beta, her bruises and injuries we're present no more, however when it happened she was immediately amazed by how it completely healed her.

Dorothea:That reminds me, (bows her head down) i want to say thank you, your lordship because of your subordinate I'm able to walk properly again.

Ainz:Tis no problem. However you were not the only one in the refugee camp tent that was healed. I instructed Lupusregina to cast said healing magic on those present.

Dorothea:I see,that makes sense Tyler had a few cuts on him previously before that.

Ainz:Do tell me what else happened after you we're in the medical ward?

Dorothea: Right, then moments ago the creature made his way to the imperial palace and started to kill everything in sight, and was trading blows with the great general Budo which made it's way to the throne room. However even the great general stood no chance at all, then in the mist of the fight a opportunity presented itself and suddenly Syura used that Teigu to try and vanish the creature by locking it in it's dimensional prison.

Demiurge:Hm?! Interesting...

Ainz: Dimensional prison?

Dorothea:Yes though i don't know much about it myself, but Syura told me that beside from teleporting himself to places he had previously been and marked, it has a separate dimensional space within said Teigu which he intended to use to seal the creature away.

As she said that Ainz seemed to understand the concept behind what she just said, both Demiurge and the guardian overseer Albedo we're in their thoughts as well.

(Ainz/Suzuki:That sounds alot like pocket dimension. I've never even thought that it could be used as a prison, hm thats one experiment I'll have to try on some other time.)

(Demiurge:Hm? So the item could transport the user only in places he's been so long as they're marked?! That's strange how could this item have the capacity to transport the entire tomb? A Interesting question, i would like to experiment with it to see if it can bypass my skill Dimensional lock. Though i suppose that would be unwise for me to venture at this, considering that this was the same item responsible for bringing us here.)

(Albedo: Finally we've retrieved the item responsible of usurping the Great Tomb. Although I am a bit skeptical of how is it possible that this meddling item was responsible for traspoting the entire tomb to a different world? I suppose Ainz-sama made the right decision to have Aurole inspect it thoroughly.)

Ainz:Continue, what happened next?

Dorothea:Syura successfully managed to seal the creature within the dimensional prison, however moments later there was tear in mid air and suddenly, Doomsday managed to break right through from said prison much to the shock of Syura, myself, Budo and both the minister and the emperor we're as shocked.

She took a deep breath as she remembered the events in the throne room, while Ainz and the others continued to process what she was telling them detail by detail, then she continued to speak once more.

Dorothea: Before Syura could do anything, as he held the Teigu Shambala, suddenly his hand was severed from him which left him wide open since his other arm was still wearing a cast. Doomsday then went on to skewer him while the rest of those present including myself couldn't do anything but stare.

Ainz:I see, what happened next after your comrade was killed.

Dorothea:After that, Budo tried once again to fight off the monster, but it was futile when suddenly all of the great general's attacks weren't doing anything anymore, and thats when i started to realize of the creature's ability to quickly evolve from any attack.

Demiurge: Interesting. Very interesting.

Albedo:...

Dorothea: As i was realizing this Budo was being pummeled, then i panicked and that's when i found Syura's severed hand and i grabbed the Teigu from it, and i used it to escape from the throne room, which in turn i... i left Minister Honest, Budo and the emperor behind, to their deaths.

Tyler:...

Twiggs:...

Esdeath:...

As Dorothea finished speaking, the other Night Raid assassin's (who we're previously dead before she managed to bring the grenade to what was left) heard the tone of her voice along with Esdeath, she sounded troubled almost as if she shuddered which was surprising considering that she's done horrible things to the citizens of this country for years even before Esdeath became a general of the empire.

Leone on the other hand, despite hearing her trouble, she was still angry at her because of the grenade had failed to kill Doomsday, which made her grit her teeth in anger as she literally threw her life away in a suicide attack which didn't kill the beast. Leone was about to speak in anger to the alchemist, until Ainz asked a question in turn.

Ainz:Another question though, do you have any idea why the dimensional prison plan failed.

Dorothea:(regained composure) Honestly at the time i didn't know why the plan had failed, but after I teleported myself to my sub lab. At first i did not notice when i used the item I failed to notice a slight crack that the Teigu had. I'm surprised that it worked out for me and after i realized it, i figured that the Teigu was probably already damaged when he used it to try to seal Doomsday in the dimensional prison, which would make sense of why the plan failed from the get go. After i noticed it i didn't use the Teigu from that point, out of fear that it might kill me next time i try to use it.

Once she had finished speaking, she took a deep breath which the other humans present noticed followed by Ainz asking her another question.

Ainz:How long has it been since your comrade, Syura was killed? And are you sure that said item wasn't used anymore after your escape?

Dorothea:Well, that was many hours ago. Like 8 hours ago. And yes i didn't use it again nor has anyone else for that matter.

Ainz:(puts his hand on his chin) I see.

Then there was a brief moment of silence in the whole throne room, Ainz was now in thought of everything he'd just heard and was analyzing her words, specifically his attention was on the details of the Relic that they now had in their possession while recalling that she said, that the item was in the severed hand of this Syura person while said person was getting killed by that creature.

Ainz:(uttering to himself) Hm... so the item was in the severed hand, all while he was getting killed? Its just like it says on the random skill of the relic. (sigh) i suppose getting killed does count as taking a fatal critical damage, so long as he still held on to it, regardless if his hand was severed from him.

Dorothea:(confused) Skill? What?!

Ainz: Albedo, Demiurge. Any thoughts regarding the item?

Demiurge:It is quite puzzling, for such mid tier level item to have such a high level skill, and the fact that it was able to bypass any restrictions and transport the entire tomb raises a lot of questions and suspicions on the item itself.

Albedo:Those exactly we're my thoughts Demiurge. I was also thinking about that topic we we're talking about moments ago. Could someone else be involved in us being brought here?

Demiurge:I thought the same thing at first, but after hearing Dorothea's testimony of what happened to her comrade while he was killed along with seeing the details of how the relic work's, it seems rather unlikely given the circumstances and so far within the total hours we've been here no move has been made against Nazarick.

Ainz:Hm, yes your right Demiurge. Still i want our defenses and our Anti-Detect countermeasures at maximum to ensure the safety of Nazarick.

Demiurge:Understood my Lord, it shall continue to do so.

Bulat:Huh? Any idea of what they're talking about?! Lubbock?

Lubbock:Shit, honestly I don't understand anything they're saying.

Ainz:Now since that issue out of the way, i take it you both followed all the details of what she said? Do they somehow coincide with what we we're talking about moment's ago before their arrival?

Demiurge:Yes my Lord, although forgive me for doubting, but however there isn't enough solid evidence to confirm your suspicions especially not yet.

Albedo: Agreed, nether the less as you adviced my lord, we'll exercise caution until it can be proved otherwise.

Ainz then proceeded to ask another question to Dorothea.

Ainz:One last question miss Dorothea. From the moment that the beast was transported by your dead comrade in the city and in turn that you and him went to the infirmary to recuperate. How much time had passed between the time in the infirmary to when the slaughter in the palace began?

Dorothea:(touches her neck) Well, like less than a hour had passed. Like maybe 45 minutes or close to it, which we started to hear the ruckus that was going on.

Ainz:I see so that long huh?!(touches his chin) Anyways miss Dorothea, thank you for the information you've provided for us. Now i believe you wanted to ask me a question? You may proceed and ask right away.

Dorothea along with the other humans present with the exception of Tatsumi, Chelsea, Najenda and Susanoo we're slightly surprised at how civil this skeleton was, which was unexpected despite his horrifying appearance, yet they we're still wary of their surrounding's because many of of them couldn't still believe that this was real.

Dorothea:R-Right. Actually i have multiple questions for you, like what are you exactly?! Are you really a undead?! Are any of these creature's really not Danger beasts?! Is it true that you can revive the dead?! Are all of you really from a different world?! How exactly did you get here?! What does the Teigu Shambala have to do with you being brought here?!

The Night Raid assassin's along with the others looked at Dorothea with dumbfounded expressions on their faces as she asked him these barrage of questions, which made her sound and look like a child that's asking their parents multiple questions. While also some of the floor guardians along with some of the other denizens of Nazarick looked at her strangely, and others like Aura and Shalltear looked at her with annoyance.

Aura:Shesh, so annoying he said one question and she just goes on to ask too many.

Shalltear:Teh, you're right about that one arin~su. These lower-life forms really don't know how to behave properly in front of the supreme being.

Dorothea was somehow feeling a bit low as she was seeing the expressions of some of the denizens of Nazarick, along with hearing what both the well dressed elven boy said (girl) and what the girl in the victoran gothic dress had said which made her grit her teeth and wanted to retort back at both floor guardians, but choose not to out of slight fear. Esdeath however remained attentive since she too wanted to know some of the questions Dorothea had asked him, which to her the alchemist was doing her a favor indirectly.

The Overlord then spoke while his right hand gently stroked his chin as if in confusion, as he didn't expect the alchemist to ask so many questions simultaneously, but calmly decided to respond to her.

Ainz:To answer your first 2. Yes I'm a undead and a magic caster of the strongest type, known as a Overlord. Although I do believe Najenda has filled you in on some of the details did she not?!

Dorothea:Umm, yeah she did. She said something about you using magic to revive the dead assassin's of Night Raid. Don't take this as a offense, but i still can't believe that magic is real. This day has been a crazy one.

Ainz:None taken, but everything Najenda told you is real. As for your latter questions, regarding how we got here and as for what does the Teigu that you gave us have to do with it? Unfortunately for now that we don't have that answer for that one, yet.

Dorothea:I see, one more question. I saw as you held the Teigu there was a green light radiating from it. What did you do? Or is it true that you can repair said Teigu?

Ainz:Thats 2 questions you've asked. I suppose i could answer them, so long as you answer one last question of mine?

Dorothea:Um, yes sure.

Ainz:To answer your question. Yes the items can be repaired with my magic and for your second question. I used a ability that allows me to analyze thoroughly the details of said item, from it's strengths, its properties to it's capabilities and its attributes along with the restrictions and limit of said item.

Dorothea:(amazed) Really?! You're capable of analyzing it thoroughly?

Bulat:Amazing...

Lubbock:How's that possible?

As both the alchemist and the Overlord exchanged information, the other humans present heard what he had just said, which honestly surprised them further. Including Chelsea, Najenda, and Tatsumi, we're remembering seeing Ainz holding some of the Teigu he had retrieved from both the bodies of Wave and Leone. They knew he was doing something, but they never thought he was analyzing the relics so thoroughly.

Dorothea was not only surprised, she was amazed. For many centuries to this day and age, no one has been able to do what Ainz said he had done with said item, as all knowledge of the Imperial relics is either limited while the information of its creation is lost to anyone looking for it. Yet this skeleton said that he's able to analyze the Teigu thoroughly with little difficulty which is something that many others before her hadn't been able to for many years.

This opened more doors and more questions that Dorothea wanted to ask, but refrained herself as she didn't have a blank book with her, so that she could write the details of this discovery.

Ainz:Now for my question. I am rather curious about something. i've been told that you're a alchemist?

Dorothea:Yes i am a alchemist. Why are you asking that?!

Ainz: Miss Najenda told us a subject regarding the history of the Empire, which leads me to my next question. From what ive been told, it's first emperor who funded the nation called for the help of artisans and alchemists along with gathered resources, which would later be used to create the items you call the Teigu.

Dorothea:(slightly confused) I'm not following, what's your question?

Ainz:Said items we're created by alchemists. So my question is, since you're a alchemist could you tell me any more information regarding their creation? From your knowledge alone.

Dorothea:Well (touches her head) to be honest with you, i only know the basic knowledge of them. That they we're created by using rare materials, like flesh of rare or ultra Danger beasts and other materials like rare metals like orichalcum etc. Up till this day, information regarding the Teigu is either limited by books that we're written down by previous owners, which only explain how they work and thats basically it. Now as for how we're they created...

The alchemist paused for a bit, then spoke once more.

Dorothea: Unfortunately, I'm of no help in that subject. There's no information regarding how their creation came to be. All i know is that probably the materials we're synthesized together along with probably another lost art was used that was required for their creation, but alas there's no evidence that supports it. Not even a trace of it could be found even in the imperial archive's. Except many hundred years later another emperor sought to create his own weapons to rival the Teigu that we're known as the Shingu.

Demiurge:Hm?!

Ainz:Shingu?

Dorothea:Yes, however unlike the Teigu they weren't near as powerful as their counterparts. So said emperor that had ordered their creation in shame, sealed all of them away in a vault and only a very few existed. Until a few years ago said vault was opened and the weapons we're given to a elite Imperial assassin unit, according to the info i had, Akame was one of its users. (looks at Akame)

As Dorothea said that, the eyes of both Ainz and the floor guardians we're diverted to the dark haired assassin of Night Raid who tensed up. Ainz then proceeded to speak to Najenda.

Ainz:Miss Najenda, i believe you didn't mention this to us before?

Najenda:W- Well, i didn't think it was really important, it's just like Dorothea said unlike the Teigu the Shingu weren't that powerful compared to their counterparts. Also only a few we're made and to our knowledge most of them are either destroyed or lost.

Ainz:I see,(looks at Akame) Miss Akame would you kindly tell me what became of said Shingu and what was its capabilities to your knowledge?

Akame at first was hesitant to speak to said skeleton, but knowing that he had resurrected herself along with her comrades including her sister, she didn't want to sound rude so she recomposed herself and spoke.

Akame:(deep breath) My Shingu was known as Kiriichimonji. A single edge blade that when it cutted someone, the wounds would never heal and the person would continue to bleed, regardless of how many times someone treated themselves with medicine, bandages or special ointments to attempt to mend or close the wounds. However it was destroyed a long time ago and i don't know what became of it.

Kurome:I know what became of it.

As Kurome said that, Akame looked at her little sister, while she spoke further regarding what had happened to her once trusted weapon.

Kurome: After you defected from the empire, Kiriichimonji despite it being shattered, it's currently in a vault in the imperial palace. I once requested that i be allowed to keep it, but they refused to. Also months later i found out that a buyer managed to buy a Shingu that was found intact on the ground besides Kiriichimonji's handle. It was...

Kurome then paused for a bit, as if in hesitation, then spoke.

Kurome:Tsukushi's weapon, Prometheus.

When Kurome said that name along with the name of a six barrel revolver she was familiar with, Akame seemed sad as she remembered everyone from her previous squad, that was known as the Elite seven from her time as a assassin from the Empire.

Akame:... Are you certain?

Kurome:Yes, though i wasn't able to find out who bought it and-(interrupted)

Akame: It's ok, that doesn't matter. We shouldn't dwell in the past, whats done is done.(looks at the Overlord) I think that answers your question, Lord Gown?

Then she remembered that she was killed by Doomsday via a single cut from the Ultimate, along with remembering how the poison spreaded through her body, which lead her to ask a question to Ainz Ooal Gown.

Akame: However i do have a question of my own. How exactly did you remove the poisonous curse from my body?

Ainz:Hm? Didn't Tatsumi already filled you in on that?

Tatsumi:(scratches his head) Yeah i didn't exactly told her how. All i did was tell them that you had healed their bodies and proceeded to resurrect them.

Ainz:(sigh) I see, to answer your question Akame. I believe you've already met Solution Epsilon, in the guest bedroom. She absorbed the whole poison from your body into herself.

Akame:W-What?! How's she alive?!

Kurome:(widened eyes) Absorbed it on herself?!

The humans then looked at the blonde haired maid known as Solution as Akame couldn't believe it, that she had extracted said poison and was even wondering how was this maid even alive?

Ainz:Solution since Tatsumi failed to explain his comrade, will you do the honors and fill her on it.

Tatsumi:(dumbfounded expression) Um...Well...

Solution:Certainly, Ainz-Sama.

As they turned their attention to said maid, she looked at them with those voidfull blue eyes and spoke to Akame.

Solution:To answer your question miss Akame, pay close attention i won't repeat myself. I am not human like you, im a Predator Slime.

As she said that she was a Predator Slime both of her hands turned into a blue like substance, which they noticed followed by her continuing to speak further.

Solution: All i did was cover your dead body in said substance, and with it the poison in you body was extracted to mine, which has no effect on me. I couId dissolve it or even preserve it along with other things. To put it mildly poison can't harm me regardless wether it's artificially made, acidic and even if it's magically made.

The Night Raid assassins and the other humans upon hearing that this maid said that she was immune to poison, they were amazed as some we're thinking that such talent was very useful and versatile, but then suddenly... She spoke again and the look in her face changed.

Solution:(sadistic look) Including that very potent poison. My from the look of it, you've must've agonized greatly before dying.

Then her face had a sadistic look that creeped out the humans, with the exception of Esdeath. Wave had recalled moments ago, when he said to himself that this maid was evil, but now as he saw her hands along with that same sadistic expression, he was now thinking to himself that she's a monster while having a slight terrified dumbfounded look on his face. Others we're kinda of disturbed of that look in her face, including Lubbock who thought that this maid was hot as hell to which upon seeing her face he was a bit frightened.

Then said maid's face turned back to normal and spoke once more.

Solution:Oh, i almost forgot to mention aside from that. We also removed a substance of opioid origin from your sister's blood stream.

Akame:!!!

Kurome:What?! What did you say?!

Kurome's eyes had widened as the blonde haired maid had said that. For years the young girl had been in service of the corrupt government of the Empire even after her sister Akame defected to the Revolutionaries, however the truth was that Kurome's strength and abilities were given to her via drug enhancements, that were provided to her by the corrupt government to which she took out of fear of being discarded and in turn she had become addicted to said drugs. However she just now heard from this maid that the substance was no longer in her, to which she immediately realized that she's now much weaker than her sister and it frightened her and was now questioning the maid despite now knowing that she's a monster.

Kurome:Why?! Why did you do that?!

Solution:(annoyed look) Why? Lord Ainz ordered for it to be done along with the removal of the substance in your sister's body.

Kurome:Do you have any idea what you've do-(interrupted)

Solution:(serious tone) Any idea of what?! That my Lord ordered it so?! You ungrateful human vermi-(interrupted)

Sebas:Solution do give us the details of said substance, you found on her dead body.

Before she could say human vermin, Sebas intervene by asking a question to the maid as a way to prevent her from being rude to Kurome. Which said maid immediately got the message and was now speaking calmly and looked at Kurome. Wave was also paying attention as well, as he remembered that months ago, his comrade Run had told him partly everything about Kurome, especially regarding this issue of she being addicted to said drugs.

Solution:(bowed her head low) Understood. As i examined your body, i found that the cells in your blood had weakened drastically and it was starting to form clots, which was being caused by whatever it was that you we're taking. Though if i must take a guess, the drug was administered via injection and your heart rate was below the required rate needed to pump the blood properly. In other words your body's constitution was fragile. I don't think that you would make it past the age of 25.

Upon hearing this, Akame and Wave we're shocked of the details of how really bad Kurome's condition was and hearing that she wasn't going to make it past 25 was alarming to them, then Wave proceeded to ask a question to the maid.

Wave:Wait! Are you saying that the drugs in her system is gone?! Is she going to be Ok?!

Solution:Yes, along with its other traces of it. She is now clean. Her constitution has been restored to normal.

Upon hearing this, Both Wave and Akame we're glad to hear that the drug substance was no longer in her body, Kurome however protested.

Kurome:B-But you don't understand! Without it i-(interrupted)

Akame:No Kurome!

Akame immediately proceeded to hug her sister tightly.

Kurome:Onee-chan?

Akame:You don't need those drugs anymore Kurome. You don't need to try to make yourself stronger and overwork your body anymore, the Empire is no more so you don't have to fear of being discarded.

As she said that Kurome was now hugging back her sister tightly. She wanted to cry as she still couldn't believe that her sister who was previously dead was alive, and being held by her which made her happy. Aside from Wave being glad of seeing Kurome happy along with hearing that she was now clean from the poison in her body, the other assasins we're also glad to see the 2 sisters reunited and rejoicing once again. Then Akame ended the hug and turned her attention to the blonde haired maid.

Akame:Miss Solution, im grateful for what you've done.

Solution:If you must be thankful, thank the supreme being lord Ainz Ooal Gown who ordered for the removal of said substance.

Akame:I-I see, (looks at Ainz) i thank you for what you done for Kurome and for my friends.

The dark haired assassin respectfully bowed her head to which her comrades saw and we're now looking at the skeletal Overlord.

Ainz:Your very welcome miss Akame.(touches his chin and looks at Dorothea) Anyways, Dorothea is that all the knowledge you have in regards to the Teigu?

Dorothea:Yes well, until now. Since moments ago you said that you have a skill that allows you to analyze it thoroughly. Honestly I should be asking you for what you've analyzed, so i could take notes. However why are you curious about the Teigu? From what Najenda and Chelsea told us, your power to undo death and the talk about magic sounds absolutely amazing and fascinating.

Ainz:My curiosity was simply to know what knowledge a alchemist like yourself has on the subject regarding the items in question. I have to say i did learn something not only from analyzing the Relic, but from what information you gave, to which i did find some irregularities.

Dorothea:Y-You did?! What did you find?

Ainz:You said that the Relics we're made vial alchemy with the combination of different materials, and you mentioned something about a lost art that was used to create them. However that art might be the art of magic casting, because said Relics have a magical aura radiating from it, that is similar to the magic items that exist in our world.

Lubbock:(eyes widened)Huh?!

Najenda:W-What?!

Chelsea:Idendical to your world? What do you mean by that?

Mine:(eyes widened)Wait, what did he say?!

(Esdeath:Similar to their world? This is Interesting.)

Once Ainz said that, many of the humans present, or more specifically those who we're familiar with the knowledge of the imperial arms had their eyes widened, especially when he said that there was similarities between the imperial Relics and the so called magic items. Dorothea's eyes we're widened as she didn't expect to hear what she just heard, in turn she immediately proceeded to ask once more.

Dorothea:Can you please explain it?

Ainz: I'm afraid that explaining it to you would take a considerate amount time for you to understand properly. Also I believe i have other questions that take top priority at this moment. Perhaps some other time, I'll explain it later.

Dorothea though at first she wanted to press further, but chose not to as she didn't have a blank book to take notes as she feared that she wouldn't be able to memorize what she slightly learned properly.

Dorothea:(sigh in defeat) Fine, but I'll hold you on that one.

She wasn't happy that she wouldn't be able to ask any more questions. Ainz turned his attention to both Najenda and Twiggs and he began to address them.

Ainz:Miss Najenda, General Twiggs, I'll be answering your question of what is going on in the refugee camp shortly. However i would like to request two more favors from you, It is vital that this gets done before i answer your concerns.

Both generals wanted to know right away about the situation in the refugee camp especially Chelsea who was frustrated, but restrained herself of saying or doing anything. However both Najenda and Twiggs noticed that the tone of his voice was like it was urgent.

Najenda:(low tone) Twiggs should we do as he asks, for now?

Twiggs:(deep breath) Doesn't look like we have much of a option here now do we? Fine, let's do as he requests.

Najenda:I see,(looks at Ainz) Very well, Lord Ainz. What is your request?

Chelsea:...

The other members of Night Raid (with the exception of Susanoo) along with the other humans we're kinda skeptical about this, as they wondered what was he going to ask them.

Ainz:Good. Now for my first request,(looks at Tyler) i take it that you're Tyler are you not?! Step forward.

Upon his name being called, Tyler was a bit nervous as he scratched his head, and almost was going to check his ears as if questioning if he heard correctly.

Tyler:(sweating) Huh? Wait, me?!

Ainz:Yes, i've been told that you've read the mind of the creature that killed them. I would like for you to show us these images that you've extracted from it.

In turn Tyler was sweating and looked nervously at Twiggs as if he wanted his general to bail him the hell out of this one, which he wasn't...

Twiggs:Do as he says Tyler, let's not antagonize them.

Just like that Tyler's wish to be bailed was crushed in a instant, which made the young man have a dumbfounded expression on his face that consisted of both his eye balls turning white and him screaming internally "how could you?!" along with shedding anime tears. Tyler then regained his composure as he went to do what his general ordered him to do.

Tyler:S-Sure, very well.

Tyler proceeded to walk 7 paces forward closer even though he was a bit scared to get close to them, and proceeded to activate his Teigu Spectator, which was now showing to the denizens of Nazarick images of the creature's origins, including both Bulat and Esdeath with the latter deciding to pay close attention to the images.

Within 6 or 7 minutes the floor guardians, the Pleadies and others present including Ainz saw the origins of Doomsday that was already seen by the other members of Night Raid, from it's youth to it being killed repeatedly for years on a hostile environmental world as the creature grew, to seeing it kill its creator which was a alien called Berton.

When the images that we're being shown from the Teigu Spectator ended, many of them we're in their thoughts including Esdeath who was contemplating her beliefs passed down by her father. When she was younger her father used to always tell her that those who are weak die while the strong survive as is the law of nature, a creed that she's lived by and yet with what she just seen right now was kinda conflicting her because how Doomsday's creation didn't seem to follow this concept thoroughly, due to the unnatural cycle of being killed and revived repeatedly. Then again neither she and the other Night Raid assassin's or her 2 subordinates shouldn't be alive after being slain by said creature.

Meanwhile both the guardian overseer and Demiurge where in their thoughts about what they've seen, the latter of the 2 was amazed by how the Ultimate was created while simultaneously finding it foolish how its creator Berton went about raising his creation which ironically it would spell said scientist's doom, then again Demiurge mused to himself that "it's to be expected from a inferior lower life form that isn't like the Supreme being's".

As for the overseer, she too had the same thoughts as Demiurge along with (unknown to everyone else in Nazarick, she couldn't confine these thoughts to anyone since it would be taboo) she slightly projecting her distaste for the other 40 Supreme beings. However the difference in comparison was that the other 40 created them then abandoned them, while this alien Berton subjected his creation to what looked like neverending cycle of being killed just to make him a perfect killing machine, without considering said creature's thoughts or what it wanted prior to his early existence. Although when she saw it killing it's creator, Albedo found quite distasteful, but nether the less she believes that such a pathetic creator deserved his fate. If only she could do the same to the other 40 were her thoughts, along with thinking that Ainz is the only Supreme being worthy of sitting on the throne.

While everyone in Nazarick seem to be in their thoughts regarding for what they've seen of Doomsday's origin, Ainz was in his own thoughts regarding what he'd seen, especially when the alien Berton begged for his life and tried to reason with a mindless monster that he created by saying "that he had made him", which was distasteful to say the least.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Did he really expected his creation not to turn on him after everthing he put him through on grounds of saying " You can't kill me, i created you." What kind of a idiot is this alien? That sounds like bad character writing.)

With that thought aside he started to think about the rest he had seen.

(Ainz/Suzuki:(sigh)Thats messed up, it's just like Najenda told us. Aside from knowing that it's abilities were given to him artificially via experimental methods, its past and thats it. There's nothing else here that would be of great help. Did Najenda really after having only this information thought she could stand a chance against this creature? (puts his hand in his face as if in shame) Normally I would call her foolish, but i suppose i can't fault her for it. Although I'm still a bit suspicious, something doesn't add up here...)

As Ainz was suspicious of something he proceeded to ask Tyler a question.

Ainz:Mr Tyler, was this all that you we're able to extract from the creature?

Tyler:Um, yes this was all I was able to extract from it. In the process of it, i was attacked by it mentally which stopped me from reading it further.

The Overlord then replied in turn of Tyler's answer.

Ainz:Would you care to explain Tyler?!

Tyler:(slightly nervous)Huh?! W-Why?

Ainz:(serious tone) Listen to me very well Tyler, what you tell us regarding this issue might be very important. So tell us, what prevented you from seeing anything else further?

Despite Tyler being nervous he took notice of how serious the Overlord's tone was, which he didn't expect. The other humans also noticed this as they wondered why? Tyler then regained himself

Tyler:Yes,well.(deep breath) During the moment i was reading it's mind. I tried to read more further in, then suddenly a spectral version of the creature appeared in my mind and attacked me, which in turn it stopped me from going any further.

Ainz:A spectral version?!

Demiurge: Interesting...

Tyler:I could use Spectator to show you how it happened, if it helps you?

Ainz:I see, very well proceed mr Tyler.

With that permission granted. Tyler proceeded to use his Spectator to show him and the denizens of Nazarick what had happened many hours ago, from when moments before Tyler could use the relic to read the creature's mind in the northern district. All while said creature was fighting Esdeath along with the Teigu showing multiple Revolutionary soldiers and two of Tyler's comrades much to the young man's dismay, for they we're killed moments after he had read the creature's mind, which made him feel like he had abandoned them to their fate, but he continued to show his current host's the images of what happened.

Then the denizens of Nazarick saw what Tyler had told them. They saw the image change from showing the battlefield with Doomsday fighting Esdeath and the soldiers trying to engage it to it showing the battlefield with no one except for the creature standing still. They then saw the images that they had seen previously, which told them that Tyler had used the relic Spectator to pry into the creature's mind. Suddenly during the attempt, a spectral version of the creature appeared in front of Tyler and roared loudly, which then showed the image returning to normal as they now could see the bluenete and the soldiers once more. They saw an image of Tyler screaming and groveling in pain on the ground, which told them that the spectral version of the creature might have attacked him during the mind reading, which would explain why he was in pain and the image had returned to normal and would seem like attempt wasn't fully a success.

Within less than 5 minutes of seeing what Tyler had shown them, the projection shown by Spectator ended. Now those of intellect in Nazarick, like Albedo and Demiurge we're having thoughts about something their Lord had talked to them moments ago, before the arrival of the other denizens and the humans present.

Albedo:I see, this is rather useful information compared to the images of the creature's origins.

Demiurge: Indeed, Albedo. Its possible that our Lord's suspicions aren't unwarranted.(touches his chin) He might be onto something...

Others beside them had other opinions regarding of what they saw, example being that they saw in Spectator's projection that Esdeath had engaged the creature moments ago before prior to her last fight against Doomsday.

Shalltear: So the blue haired woman fought the creature for more than a hour before we saw her last stand?! Interesting and i thought that fight was just it.

Aura: For a human that's unexpected. I'm surprised she tried to engage it again, which resulted in she getting herself killed.

Cocytus:(ice breath) Yes, even though she was still no match for the creature, she fought like a warrior. Defiantly to the end.

Esdeath looked in the direction of the 3 floor guardians as she took notice of the words "blue-haired woman". Which made her realize that the 3 floor guardians were talking about her, which made her remember that Tatsumi had mentioned to her and the others earlier in the bedroom that her fight had been observed by them through a supposed magic mirror. Esdeath wasn't sure if she believed him at first, but now she wasn't doubting what he had said and was wondering how strong these 3 might be. The blue insect-like being to her she knew that if she we're to fight it, it would be difficult due to that it's armor or body seemed to be made of ice to which she doubted that some of her ice skills would be sufficient to take him on. Then she focused on the other 2 and was in her thoughts.

(Esdeath: That girl, I sense that she's not human; that's obvious, but I don't know what she could be capable of, I'm getting some bad vibes from her. As for the boy, he looks like an ordinary child. He couldn't be older than Emperor Makoto, except for his ears though i still can't believe Elves are real, but something is wrong with him. (She puts her finger next to her chin and scratches it as if in thought.) Something I can't put my finger around on.)

While the 3 floor guardians we're talking about Esdeath's fight with Doomsday and said bluenete was in her thoughts regarding said floor guardians, the other humans took notice of the way Demiurge and Albedo spoke as if there's something suspicious going on and that they're in the dark about, which added to the element of frustration. Before any of them could ask or say something Ainz spoke to Tyler.

Ainz:I would like to appraise your Relic Spectator, if you don't mind.

Tyler:(nervous) Um sure, no problem.

Ainz:Cz Delta, bring it to me.

Cz Delta: Understood my Lord.

As Tyler had prepared to give the Teigu Spectator and simultaneously the maid with the eye patch with the strange glowing green eye had approached Tyler, the young soldier took notice of how this maid's voice sounded hollow, almost as if expressionless. Though he wanted to know why? he remained reserved in his curiosity as he handed the Relic to her, and in turn she bowed her head as in thankful gesture and turned around and was now making her way towards Ainz and handed him the Relic Spectator, to which now Tyler and the others could see a green glow surround the Teigu.

Ainz:Interesting...

Tyler:Hm?!

Then suddenly to the surprise of the humans, two holographic panels appeared in front of the guardian overseer and in front of Demiurge. Both guardians proceeded to read and analyze the contents on said panels, while the humans wondered what we're those transparent orage colored things that were floating in front of both of them.

Demiurge:Hm? I'm quite surprised that this item has multiple abilities despite it being a 3rd tier magic item.

Albedo: 3rd tier only? That would make it very underpowered which wouldn't work very well on someone who's level 100.

Demiurge: Agreed, but the one called Scalper managed to see a glimpse of Lord Ulbert.

Ainz:Did you felt anything out of the ordinary at the time, Demiurge?

Demiurge:Not really, just a bit of slight confusion though i was a bit surprised to see a image of my creator, but i was able to know that it was a illusion. Though in turn the man was in a state of shock and terrified for some reason, probably saw something that his mind couldn't take.

Albedo:(gasped) What?! That man saw a image of Lord Ulbert? How? That item shouldn't have been able to do so!

Demiurge:I don't know how exactly, however i didn't exactly saw what the man had seen, save except for the image of Ulbert-Sama. Though other than slight confusion, i felt nothing worth of note except for annoyance towards said insect.

Ainz:Hm? I seem to recall seeing that said mercenary injecting himself with something to which increased his movement speed.

Demiurge:Ah yes. A enhancer perhaps, though i doubt that the drug was potent enough to give him a fighting edge against me. Much less give him the necessary stat increase to help him use the Relic properly.

Albedo: Perhaps it was the adrenaline of needing to act fast against you, which worked only for a few moments. Anyways that man is dead.

Ainz:Even so we should be focused on the task at hand.

Albedo:Understood, Ainz-sama.

Ainz then conjured a small holographic panel that showed the stats of the creature once again, and was looking at it to which as he recalled everything he had seen from Spectator's projection, he discovered another problem by looking at the stats and was once again in his thoughts.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Hm? Could the creature have adapted to the mind reading? (paused for a bit) No that's not it! In Yggdrasil from what i know, mind reading doesn't cause any real physical damage to it's target since it's not physical based attack, but mental. If that were the case despite being level 100 and with his adaptability skill,there should've been a increase in the intelligence stat and from what im seeing right now, his magic stat is currently on zero. Wether as for Demiurge he already had the level and the necessary stats to resist the mind reading, but not him. Theres something not right here about this, but we still need more information.)

Ainz then got out of his thoughts and turned his attention once again on Tyler, while said soldier and the other humans we're observing them. Said humans looked anxious to know what was going on, then Ainz spoke in turn deciding to return the relic to its owner.

Ainz: i appreciate your assistance mr Tyler, you've been of great help to us. Cz Delta return this Relic back to him.

Cz Delta:(bows down) Understood, my Lord.

The young soldier didn't expect for the skeleton to be so polite and to sound like a proper host was something unexpected given the appearance. Then the maid known as CZ Delta walked towards Tyler and handed him back Spectator.

Tyler:I-I, you're welcome. Although, your lordship could you please not call me mr? it feels like out of place since im not from the wealthy class nor am i a viceroy.

Ainz:Oh? Very well then, I'll keep that in mind.(paused for a moment and turned his attention to the other humans) Now as for my second and last request...

Then Ainz diverted his attention towards the Night Raid assassins and spoke in the same serious tone of moments ago, which had them slightly tense.

Ainz:I would like to speak with the one called Leone.

The humans all suddenly looked surprisingly at Leone, and in turn the woman in question had her eyes widened as she nervously pointed a finger at herself in confusion.

Leone:(nervous)W-What?! Me?!

Ainz:Yes step forward, i have a question for you.

As he said that, his tone unintentionally sounded ominous, which put the once hot-blooded assassin in a state of petrification caused by her PTSD, given to her by Doomsday. As she was now sweating and shaking violently while gripping tightly onto Bulat's back.

Bulat:Leone?

Leone:(panicking) N-No, please. I don't want to move from here.

Lubbock:Sis?! C'mon calm down.

Akame:Leone, get ahold of yourself.

Tatsumi:C'mon sis. You need to calm down.

Chelsea:Leone, nothing is going to happen to you. You're not in any danger-(interrupted)

Leone:No! No! Shut up! i can't please!(tears swell up) I don't want to-(interrupted)

Suddenly she and the other humans felt a slight hostile aura emanating from some of the denizens of Nazarick, which was directed at Leone. In response Ainz lifted his hand which stopped the hostility from his subordinates from rising. Najenda then responded to Ainz while keeping herself cool headed.

Najenda:Lord Gown, why exactly do you need her? What do you want to ask her?

Ainz:My question is one that only she could answer me herself, due to certain circumstances. As it's very vital that she answers it, not only for the sake of Nazarick, but it might be a important piece of information needed. Although i certainly didn't expect her to break down like this.

Najenda:(calm and deep breath) I see, however as you can see she's a mess and honestly i don't know how to help you with that one. She used to be a hot headed one, then suddenly i find myself not knowing what to do myself, when she started to show signs of PTSD.

Leone:(tears coming out)I'm sorry! I'm such a coward.

Sheele:Leone...

Akame: That's not true Leone!

Bulat:Damn. I didn't know your PTSD was this bad.

Lubbock:You have no idea bro. Upon seeing Doomsday, she would freeze and not move a inch or snap out of it.

Then Chelsea approached her, while taking something out from a satchel she had taken from the refuge camp. What Chelsea had pulled out was a piece of cloth, that looked like a white scarf which was Leone's.

Leone: Wait isn't this-(interrupted)

Chelsea:Yes Leone, it's your scarf. i found it after you ran off on your last stand against Doomsday.

Leone:I-I thank you Chelsea.Im sorry.

Leone proceeded to hug Chelsea while she sobbed while still holding onto Bulat's jacket and the others we're beside her to offer comfort.

Najenda: Your Lordship i hate to impose, but i don't suppose you have anything that you could use to help her?

Ainz:I'm afraid that was causing her PTSD might be similar to a penalty skill, from the creature. Which upon engaging it for a period of time it would result in the opponent to be in a state of fear when ever near the creature. Normally, said penalty would wear off with time, however i doubt that it wearing off would be the case since we are talking about this creature in particular.

The humans we're paying attention to what he was saying, but we're now scraching their heads in confusion since they didn't slightly understand anything he had just said.

Najenda: I don't exactly understood what you said, but i take it that's a no?

Ainz:Not exactly Najenda{Lion's Heart}

Suddenly Ainz raised his hand, and as he spoke a green like aura surrounded Leone's body which made the others besides her worried, but said green aura was gone just as soon as it appeared.

Chelsea:Leone?!

Tatsumi: What's happened?!

Then Akame turned her attention to the skeleton and spoke in a accusing tone.

Akame: What did you do to her?!(interrupted)

Before Akame could say anything else accusive, Leone immediately spoke as she felt the sense of dread that was making shake moments ago, was gone and she spoke in a calm tone while now being surprised.

Leone:(surprised) It's gone!

Bulat:Huh?! What are you talking about?! What's gone?

Leone:I'm not trembling anymore. I don't feel it, the fear its gone. I'm now calm.

As Leone said that, the assassins noticed that her previous troubled tone wasn't present, but instead a more calmer one took its place.

Akame:What?! How?!

Wave:Did he-(interrupted)

Ainz:I take it that you're no longer feeling fear, aren't you Leone?

The assassin's and the other humans we're now looking at him. In turn Leone proceeded to ask the skeletal Overlord.

Leone:What happened? What did you do?

Ainz: Simple, i casted a spell called Lion's Hearts. It's a magic skill that removes the effects of petrification or in other words your status of fear.

As he said that the humans we're dumbfounded with surprise and awe, especially Leone who was more amazed and happy, that the emotion and trauma that had previously made her falter and break down wasn't there as if a massive burden had been lifted from her.

On the other hand, moments ago, Esdeath saw the assassin tremble and looked like a total wreck, while she herself felt fearful when she saw the images of Doomsday via Tyler's projection, which made her blood go cold and was only keeping herself cool by gritting her teeth, breathing slightly, and with her left hand, she had created a small ice shard which she was holding onto tightly as a way to get a hold of herself.

Yet as she saw the Overlord lift his hand and stand from the podium beside his floor guardians, he had cast his spell. Despite how far he was from the other humans, she saw the green aura surround the yellow-haired assassin and saw how Leone was no longer trembling, along with hearing what he had done to said assassin. Then the blue-haired general was mentally now making a mental list of what this skeleton was capable of, from supposedly analyzing the Teigu to repairing them, which she had heard from Tatsumi and Chelsea, the latter who confirmed this. She also did not forget that, on top of her list, was the ability to undo death, which was still a bit of a shock to her since no Teigu could pull such a feat.

Before Esdeath could think any further, Najenda proceeded to address her thanks while slightly bowing her head down to the Overlord for removing her subordinate's trauma.

Najenda:Lord Ainz. Thank you for helping Leone. You have my sincerest gratitude for curing her of her-(interrupted)

Ainz: Do not thank me, that spell isn't permanent it will only last for a few moments.

Leone:?!

Lubbock:(scratches his chin) Interesting...

Najenda:What, why's that?

Ainz:The level of the creature's frenzy skill is maxed out and as so, even if a resurrected person that once engaged with it came back they'll still be affected by it.

Najenda:Skill? What are you talking about? So, she's going to get her PTSD again?!

Leone:...

Ainz:Yes, i'll explain about that later. However it's possible that if the creature is eliminated, anyone who was affected by it will no longer suffer from its petrifaction. I'm afraid that's all i can do for you for now, miss Leone.

Najenda:I see, regardless you have my gratitude for helping her.

Once done explaining the possibility of removing the source her PTSD, along with his apologetic tone to said assassin, Leone was taken aback by him along with how now she wasn't affected by her fear. (for now at least)

Ainz:Now then miss Leone, i would like for you to step forward. I have a very important question that only you could answer to us.

Najenda:Bulat, Lubbock help her in getting-(interrupted)

Leone: No boss, ive got this.

Najenda:Are you sure?! You don't have to do this by yourself.

Akame: She's right Leone, we're here to help you with-(interrupted)

The blonde haired assassin interrupted her comrade, by putting her hand on Akame's head and pat it, like she usually used to do while smiling to her.

Leone:(smile) I'm fine Akame for now besides, I'm the big sister here. I should be the one able to look out after all of you, not the other way around.

Akame:Leone...

Tatsumi:Big sis?

After Leone finished saying that to Akame, she proceeded to walk a few paces forward closer to the steps of the podium while looking at the denizens who stood besides their lord and master, while said subordinates looked at her oddly and she didn't like it one bit, especially the girl in the dark victorian dress who was looking at her strangely.

Shalltear:(looks at Leone's breasts seriously)

Luckily she did not have her Teigu Lionel equipped, otherwise her danger sense would probably be up the roof telling her to run away from danger, despite their lord casting his spell on her which stopped her temporally from having a breakdown. Being calm and relaxed (via the effects of Lion Heart's) Leone spoke in turn though she was somehow a little nervous.

Leone:Very well, I'm right here, where you requested. What's the question you have for me?

The humans we're anxious and a little bit nervous and Leone slightly gulped waiting for his question to come.

Ainz:I hear that you we're the first one to engage the creature. So my question is, where exactly did you cross paths with it? Or what area in the city did you encounter it?

Chelsea:???

Tatsumi:Huh?! Wait did we-(self interrupted)

Lubbock:(dumbfounded and confused)

As he asked that question, many of the humans present, we're kinda dumbfounded as they asked themselves, why would he ask that question? It simply didn't sound important for them.

Leone:(confused)Huh?! Wait what?!

Ainz:My question is, the first time you fought it where exactly did you engaged it?

Mine:(low tone)What kind of question is that?!

Najenda:(scratches her head) Forgive me for interfering your lordship, but why do you need to know? I believe Chelsea had told you where the crater was and-(interrupted)

Shalltear:(rude tone)Human, i believe my lord has asked you a question Ari-su.

A killing intent was being emanated by the girl in the dark victorian dress who looked at the humans with anger, which slightly unsettled not only Leone, but the others as well.

(Leone:Holy crap! Not again! What's with them?! They're like a bunch of powder kegs ready to explode.)

Ainz:Thats enough!

Shalltear:(calm and bows her head low) Yes, forgive my blunder, my Lord.

Ainz:(serious tone) Leone, this question is very important for us to know. Albedo open up the hub map of the Imperial Capital.

Albedo: Understood, Ainz-sama.

Upon command the woman now known as Albedo opened up a holographic key commands which was strange to the humans, followed by another one appearing 6 feet away right in front of Leone, but was much bigger and different from what the overseer had in her hands. The strange looking screen that was in front of Leone looked like a big map. More precise it's a map of the Imperial Capitol to which Twiggs and the others now amazed at it.

Chelsea: Honestly I've stopped asking how.

Ainz:Now then, miss Leone would be so kind as to tell us where did you cross paths with the creature? You may touch the spot in where you did so.

Not wanting to delay this any further or antagonize them despite her curiosity, Leone began to look at the map of the Capitol as she was looking at the southern district, trying to recall and pin point where did her encounter took place. Then within a few moments she proceeded to put her finger on said strange monitor which created a red dot on the map.

Leone:There! Right there in the slums 5 kilometers south from the upper streets of the southern district on 82nd street.

Demiurge:Are you certain, human?

Leone:Yes. I'm 100% positive, i grew up in that neighborhood, so I'm familiar with every nook and cranny of those streets.

Ainz:How long did your fight with the creature lasted?

Leone:(tighten her fist) I'd say less than 30 minutes, ok like 18 minutes. Then the creature punched me so hard, that it sent me flying right through a few buildings away from the area, like a few kilometers away and i found myself in Rosenburg park. Honestly i think every organ in my body was screwed, luckily my Teigu Lionel had regenerated my wounds.

Ainz: Where is this park located on the map?!

Leone:(points her to touch the map)Here, It's like almost 20 kilometers North east from the slums past the upper streets of 82nd street.

Ainz: I see, Albedo rotate that hud map to us and zoom in the image.

Albedo: Understood my lord.

The guardian overseer had proceeded to do what was instructed, and now Ainz and his floor guardians we're now looking at the red dots that Leone had pointed while also looking at another dot they had added. That was the location of where the beast had landed and Ainz along with both the overseer and Demiurge we're looking at it properly.

The overseer along with Demiurge noticed that from the point of origin where the creature had landed to where Leone had engaged it was a 6.5 kilometers a straight line path, which told them that the beast has heading in a certain direction before the engagement with the assassin.

Ainz:...

Demiurge:(curiously) Interesting. It appears that the creature might've been headed somewhere in particular.

Albedo:Are you certain Demiurge?

Demiurge: Hmm?(taps his glasses) miss Leone, what happened after you where punched from where you engaged it?

Leone:(deep breath) Well, i was down on the ground trying to recuperate, while with my Teigu's ability of heightened sense's i heard the screams of agony of the people that it was slaughtering. I tried to muster myself to get up to fight, but then...(looks at Dorothea angrily) that bitch and her comrades showed up.

The floor guardians, along with the Pleiades and the other intelligent denizens of Nazarick, took notice of how Leone's voice sounded hostile towards the alchemist. Then Ainz proceeded to speak.

Ainz:Go on, what happened next.

Upon hearing him speak, Leone changed her expression and diverted her attention back to him to respond back.

Leone:Then the leader of her group Syura was gloating about what he was going to do to me, then suddenly the creature made his way to the park to which they turned their full attention to it. Before they could take notice, Lubbock had swiftly pulled me out of there and took me back to the hideout. After that, I don't know anything else.

Once Leone finished speaking there was a brief silence, until Ainz looked at the alchemist and in turn Dorothea spoke as if she knew they we're going to ask her.

Dorothea:Its just like she said, once she was gone Syura and the rest of my team which was comprised of 6 with myself included, confronted the beast. However, my team was killed in within less than 20 minutes. During our desperation we fought on, then the creature slamed the ground which caused a earthquake that messed up the entire area of where we fought, along with killing another one of my team. Just me and Syura was all that was left, and i think you know the rest of it.

With that said, Dorothea took a deep breath as she recalled how her team was killed. Ainz then proceeded to sit on his throne and both the overseer and Demiurge closed in and they we're now speaking to each other, summarizing everything, while other guardians stood aside and the Pleaidies stood in front down the steps of the podium. Unfortunately the other humans along with Leone couldn't hear the conversation that was about to take place very well.

Ainz: Let us review what we know so far. So, we have a creature that came from the sky, lands on the southern district and makes its way north while killing everything in it's way non-stop, followed by a temporary engagement with the assassin and the alchemist's comrades.

Demiurge:Given the information we got from the blonde haired assassin combined with the information about Dorothea's comrades confronting it in the park. Along with the argument between the blue haired man called Wave and her regarding the location where the creature was transported, from the area around the park to said western district. From there it would appear that the creature turned its attention eastward while slaughtering anything in its way. Until it made it's way to the Imperial palace..

Ainz:It all seems like that might of been its intent. It does make sense the Imperial palace is in the center of the entire city and for it to change it's course to head in a single direction despite it being teleported elsewhere in the city. It still doesn't make sense that for such a creature that has no intelligence to solely focus on a particular important spot calls for suspicion.

Albedo:Your suspicions are warranted my lord, Its like we discussed moments ago. To which you said, that if someone wanted to sow chaos in the entire city, the best way to do so would be to cut the head of the snake or in this case destroy the den of snakes, which would be those in the government right at the center.

Demiurge:Yes, Najenda told us this nation was a founded as a imperial monarchy. Its main ruler was a emperor who was a child, the real authority was the prime minister and given Dorothea's information, both of them are dead. Its safe to asume that the other lesser ministers, commissioners and other figures of authority are also dead in the imperial palace.

Ainz:That would be most likely the case, although... there's something that now just caught my attention. Something that Leone said, that has me wondering.

Demiurge:?!

Albedo:What do you mean by that, my lord?!

Ainz:Now this might be a speculation, but for now we can't discard any possibility.

Demiurge:Do tell my lord.

Ainz: The creature from the point of where it landed, it headed northwards straight and killing everything non stop, until it crossed paths with the assassin. Now according to what we know and it's instinct to kill anything that moves and yet it proceeded to exchange blows with her, which ended in her defeat and being punched through some building's 20km northeast into the park.

Demiurge:Yes that's exactly what she said happened.

Ainz: Normally a regular person if thrown in the same matter as she was would result in being killed instantly. After all no regular person could survive such damage.

Albedo:Indeed, what are your thoughts exactly my Lord?

Ainz:if that we're case it would've continued to head north on it's destructive path, without a care in the world. But it didn't happen like that, instead of considering her dead on the spot, it decided to go off course towards where he punched her. It's almost as if it knew that she wasn't dead from that hit.

Both floor guardians took in what their lord was speculating regarding the creature's pattern of behavior, which to them it made sort of sense or the possibility of it.

Albedo:You mean that she was being hunted? Targeted?

Demiurge: Well now that you mention it, that is possible my lord.

Ainz: However as i said before, this is all a mere theory and speculation. We don't have enough solid concrete evidence to confirm my suspicions to be true or otherwise.

Demiurge:That is true, yet we need to be sure that-(interrupted)

The humans who were standing 33 feet away from the throne that couldn't hear the conversation very well, we're a slightly a bit either impatient or curious as what was being discussed by the skeletal overlord and his 2 subordinates. Then before Demiurge could say anything else, Dorothea being slightly impatient proceeded to interrupt which made both the overlord and his subordinates turn their attention onto her.

Dorothea:Um, Excuse me is something the matter? Is there any other information you need from me?

Ainz:No miss Dorothea, though I'm grateful for the information you managed to provide for us.

Dorothea:(taken aback)Y-Your welcome, I'm glad i could be of help.

When Dorothea finished saying the word "help" Leone snapped back a her, angrily.

Leone:(angry tone) Yeah right. Some help you turned out to be!

Dorothea:Look this isn't the time or place to-(interrupted)

Leone:(loud angry tone) Oh spare me with your damn bullshit!

Then 2 of Leone's comrades from Night Raid proceeded to intervene to calm down their friend.

Akame:Leone calm down.

Bulat:Sis, this isn't the time or place to point fingers and blame-(interrupted)

Chelsea: She's right. I saw what that grenade did to it, but a hour later the creature came back and it was regenerating. Kurome was killed so we're the rest of the soldiers who survived that engagement.

Wave:(saddened expression) Kurome...

Kurome:...

Both Leone and Chelsea had angry expressions on their faces while looking at the alchemist with contempt. By this point the effects of Lions heart had wore off and Leone was driven by anger and grief about what has happened so far as she remembered everything bad that happened today along with knowing that her sacrifice was for nothing because the abomination was alive and still rampaging throughout the city.

Dorothea:...

Leone:You said your grenade was powerful to kill Doomsday! You said in your own words that your grenade could destroy a target from a cellular level! In other words, that regeneration wouldn't work and many others died before me and you lied! Your grenade didn't do jack shit! I threw my life away for nothing!

Dorothea was previously silent and had a blank look on her face, until Leone called her a liar to which her expression had now changed and proceeded to retort back to her in anger while she was also in distress regarding the failure of her weapon.

Dorothea:(angry tone) No screw you! I didn't lie, i swear! I was just as shocked as you are when i found out. The grenade should've worked, i don't understand how did the creature was able to regenerate from that!

Leone: Well you screwed up something, because that damn thing is alive!

Dorothea: I did everything to make sure that it would've worked, i saw from my microscope how my first prototype grenade completely worked on destroying the living microscopic cells i had of a Danger Beast. No living creature should've survived that!

Meanwhile, the denizens of Nazarick, along with the Pleiades and the floor guardians, were watching them argue with each other, much to their annoyance. In the presence of their lord which was infuriating to them, but kept themselves composed. The other humans noticed their expressions and felt the atmosphere become a bit hostile.

However, at the same time, some were paying attention to what was being said by them, especially Demiurge, who was paying close attention to their words. When Dorothea finished speaking, Demiurge suddenly started to chuckle which diverted the attention of the humans, including Dorothea and Leone, who were now looking at him as he spoke in turn.

Demiurge:(chuckling) Interesting, so that's why that weapon failed to kill it's target.

Leone:Huh?!

Dorothea:What?!

Wave: What's he on about?

Lubbock:I don't know man. All i know is that creepy smile of his is scaring the crap out of me.

Tyler:Tell me about it, you haven't seen anything. I was there when he killed the Band of 5. No i mean he toyed with them one by one.

Bulat:I still can't believe that they're actually dead. That they we're killed so easily by just one person from here.

Chelsea: Believe us Bulat you only heard it. It was not something pleasant to see, including when he killed 100 of Gravel's elite guards by simply speaking which crushed them all to death simultaneously.

Tatsumi:(dumbfounded expression) Ok, that's very disturbing. I imagine that you guys were disturbed as well?

Twigg's: Disturbed? No, myself and most of my men who saw everything were probably this close of crapping themselves. It was so unreal that moments later the rest of the 97th regiment threw their weapons to the ground and surrendered with no resistance.

At the same time that the humans were conversing with one and other, Ainz was in his thoughts as he focused on Demiurge and wondered what was he thinking now.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Huh?! What's he talking about? Don't tell me he's figured something else that I've missed.)

Demiurge:Your grenade failed simply because it's was all wrong, from the beginning.

Dorothea:What did you say?! What do you mean that it was all wrong?!

Leone:(looks at Demiurge)

The humans and the denizen's of Nazarick, including Ainz were now paying close attention to Demiurge.

Demiurge: Your grenade was made to kill a living being yes, however from what I've seen thanks to the images shown by Tyler. I can conclude that the creature isn't exactly a living being.

When Demiurge said that last part, the eyes of the humans present widened in confusion, and they were now attentive to what he was saying. (Except for Sheele, who was an airhead and was looking at her surroundings.) Then Dorothea, in confusion, asked once again.

Dorothea:W-What do you mean that Doomsday isn't a living being? How did you arrive at that conclusion?!

Demiurge:(taps his glasses) Simple the images of the creature's origins show us that it's creator wanted to create a invincible living-like weapon. Now given from what I've seen, its safe to say that we can classify and label the creature as a type of Golem or Sentinel with the exception being that its skills and abilities far surpass any high leveled Golem or Sentinel.

Mine:(low tone) Hey Lubbock, what's he talking about? Whats a Sentinel?

Lubbock:(low tone) Shit Mine i dont know. I might be educated, but i definitely know nothing about this.

Mine:Tsk. Useless...

Lubbock:(akward face) Hey?!

Dorothea:Golem? Sentinel? What are you talking about?! What are they?!

Demiurge: Thats a long and complicated subject for me explain, but I'll make it briefly. Golems and Sentinels aren't exactly living beings, similar to Susanoo with the exception that he's less like one, the better example would be the Ice Golems created by the one called Esdeath during her fight with the creature.

Esdeath looked serious as she too was now paying attention to what Demiurge was saying very closely.

Demiurge: Golems or Sentinels could be created in different categories. Some are made of stone or metal and could also be made of flesh or other materials, depending on how one wishes to design them. However, they all share something in common, besides not being completely living beings, which is that they have no living cells in their bodies. That's why your grenade didn't kill it.

As he said that the humans looked confused, as they didn't entirely understand nothing about the subject, but Dorothea on the other hand had her eyes widened, as she understood very well what he was telling them.

Dorothea:(disbelief) Wait! No that can't be! But i used a-(interrupted)

Demiurge: Yes, you said you used a prototype grenade on a sample of a Danger beast, to see it under a microscope how it destroyed the cells of said sample. However, your mistake is attempting to kill a creature while relying on data results of a beast that doesn't match the same type of being either genetically in blood, or even in cell structure. Not that the creature probably doesn't have any cells to begin with.

Dorothea:(eyes widened in disbelief)

Lubbock:?!

Demiurge:Another example of your mistake is, like attempting to use a poisonous substance to kill undead or on a mechanical being to which said poison won't do any harm since none of the subjects in question are living beings like yourself.

Demiurge paused for a moment, as the information he had provided was sinking into the alchemist's mind, and he would now make it worse for her as he spoke once more.

Demiurge:I take it that you didn't any form of sample belonging to that creature?! If you did perhaps the results of your experiment would've been different. Not that i suspect that you would've gotten any positive results.

(Dorothea:No, it can't be?! How did i miss that.)

Leone:(looks at Dorothea)

Demiurge: Although, aside from that, I'm wondering what ever possessed you to think that your grenade, despite it being powerful, would work on a creature that is basically immortal due to its constant adaptability as it takes damage with no limits?

Once Demiurge finished speaking, by now if Dorothea wasn't a wreck before, she sure was now even worse. It was as if she was getting scolded by scientist or teacher who was more knowledgeable than her. She wanted nothing more than to go in a corner somewhere and cry, due to her shame of not seeing her mistake or the error in her practice.

As for the other humans present, they didn't understand much of the details, but they along with Dorothea did notice when he said that Doomsday was immortal. In turn it left them in disbelief, that they wanted to say he was bull-shiting them. And yet given everything that's happened to them at this point, they probably couldn't rule it out. Najenda on the other hand couldn't believe it while Leone looked like a wreck while being besides Bulat and Chelsea.

Najenda:N-No, you can't be serious? There's no way in what you're saying is possible! That the creature is Immortal?!

Leone:...

Demiurge: With the information we currently have now and with what we've seen so far, it can't be ruled out, as our lord has instructed that we mustn't discard or underestimate it in any way.

Ainz: Excellent explanation and insight. As i expected from you Demiurge.

Demiurge:(slightly bows) My lord, you give me too much credit. I figured you knew this or suspected this before hand.

Ainz:C-Certanly.

Ainz then now had his attention on to the humans and spoke to them once again.

Ainz:Now then miss Najenda and general Twiggs. I believe that i owe you a explanation regarding what is going on in the refugee camp, as i promised. Albedo, I'll have you explain the matter of the camp to them, but do so in a way that they could understand.

Albedo: Understood, my lord.

Both Najenda and Twiggs along with the other members of Night Raid and the 3 Jaëgers we're now paying full attention to the overseer of the floor guardians, including Tyler and Dorothea with the latter snapping out of her dilemma of failed insight.

Albedo: Moments ago after you and Demiurge left to handle the situation that was happening in the refugee camp, Ainz-sama ordered to initiate a anti reconnaissance protocol which would put a immediate lockdown of the refugee camp and the surrounding area including the previous camp of 97th Regiment. After the hostilities ended along with securing it, we decreased the perimeter range of the lockdown solely focusing on the refugee camp.

Lubbock: Lockdown?

Twiggs:Anti-reconnaissance protocol? What?

Najenda:What exactly do you mean by that?

Albedo:Miss Najenda, to make this simple for you do you recall the mirror of remote viewing?

Najenda:Um, yes i remember.

Tatsumi:Oh yeah that mirror that allowed us to see everything. Guys remember when i mentioned something about a magic mirror?

Esdeath:Yes i remember you mentioned something like that to us in the room.

Wave:(noods his head in agreement)

The Night Raid assassin's and the 3 Jaëgers we're remembering what Tatsumi had told them about it, and Tyler, Twiggs and Dorothea we're remembering when both Chelsea and Najenda told them about something like that back at the refugee camp which amazed them, especially Dorothea who wanted to see it with her own 2 eyes.

Then as every one of the humans seemed to know about what item was being talked about, then the overseer continued to speak while they continued to listen.

Albedo:The protocol we initiated on the refugee camp prevents anyone from doing anything similar to that, wether magical or not. In other words no one can spy on the refugee camp except us. Also we cancelled the noise from being heard from the outside as a precautionary measure. No one from outside said location should be able to hear anything along with other countermeasures inside said location.

Najenda:(surprised) What?! You guys could do that?!

Albedo: Indeed. Miss Najenda...

Tatsumi:(amazed)Wow! Thats amazing!

Bulat:Question, what happens if anyone attempted to do so?

Albedo: Depending on the method the enemy uses, with the right countermeasures in place, it could show false images to the viewer of what's being seen or in some cases the image won't show. If it's a magic user, we could instantly eliminate them, among other things.

Esdeath:(surprised)Eh?!

Akame:(surprised)No way! Instantly?

Chelsea:(comically horrified with white eyes) Huh?! What?!

Tatsumi:(comically horrified with white eyes) Wait what?! Holy shit!

The other Night Raid assassins along with the others we're just as either shocked, surprised or dumbfounded by what the overseer had just said, while it did raise a few questions for some of them. Then Twiggs proceeded to speak.

Twiggs: Miss forgive me for interrupting you, but we attempted to send message ravens to our allies down south, to let them know of what was going on, but the ravens we're strucked down before they could leave.

Albedo:Yes, as part of the protocol nothing gets in and nothing gets out of the refugee camp. We are also looking out for anything suspicious inside the camp.

Tatsumi:Why? Why are you guys doing this?

Najenda:What do you mean by anything suspicious? Just what is going on?!

The humans we're a bit uneasy and we're feeling tension starting to arise, then Ainz proceeded to speak to Demiurge which drew the attention of the humans.

Ainz: Demiurge, has there been any report from the refugee camp?

Demiurge:We haven't found anyone suspicious neither outside the refugee camp or around it. However we did find one thing in particular that i want to bring to your attention.

Ainz:Oh?! What is it that you found?

Demiurge:It appears that we found another one of these Teigu's in the possession of the one called Dr Banting, which resemble a pair of blue gloves.

Chelsea:Gloves? Wait are you talking about the Glorious Hands of God: Perfector?!

Ainz: Hands of God; Perfector?! Could you explain what are they for?

Najenda:Yes, they're a pair gloves that increases the speed and precision of the user's fingers by several hundredfold, which allows the Dr to perform surgeries quickly. Before him months ago, they used to be in the hands of a mad scientist that was in service of the Empire, which we're used to make weapons and perform inhumane experiments on people.

Ainz:I see, that does sound interesting...

Tyler:Wait don't tell me you want them?! You can't! The Dr needs them to help-(interrupted)

Ainz: Worry not, i won't take them from their current possession, for now that is.

Both Tyler and Twiggs took a deep breath of relief as he said that. Najenda however pressed on the issue regarding the situation of the camp.

Najenda:Your lordship don't get this the wrong way, i appreciate what you've done in the refugee camp along with everything else. However i still want to know, what is going on? Why exactly do you have it on lockdown?

Najenda could sense the air of hostility focused on her which was noted by the other humans, yet despite this she was still looking at them seriously,(while slightly sweating) then Ainz spoke to Albedo which calmed down the atmosphere in the room.

Ainz:Albedo, open the hub that shows the creature's stats.

Albedo: Very well, Ainz-sama.

The overseer with her holographic key board did as instructed and suddenly 4 (6L X 4.5W) holographic panels appeared right in front of the humans in mid air which puzzled and amazed them as they wondered what kind of contraption this was? While some also took notice of the writings on the panels that looked like a charter which one was saying strength, defense and other stuff while on the right side of it there we're numbers on it and the other 3 had different information on it.

(Esdeath:(confused)What the?!)

Wave:(confused) What is all of this?!

Lubbock:(confused and scratches his head) Stats? Aggressive/Passive skills?

Leone:(confused)What the hell is all of these numbers?

Chelsea:(confused while reading) Continuous Beserk state? Resistance to poison? Attack skills? Status effect?

Tyler:Hey Dorothea, do you have any idea what this is?

Dorothea:(confused) Shit, how the hell should i know? I'm just as confused as the rest of you.

Najenda:Um... Lord Gown, what exactly is this?!

The humans, not understanding what these holographic panels we're or much less knowing what was written on them diverted their attention to the skeletal Overlord.

Ainz:This Najenda, is a charter info of Doomsday. Which is like a list that show's the creature's strength stats, defense stats and etc through numerical value for comparison. Also another list shows the kind of attack ability skills it has, along with one that shows it's passive/aggressive skills which affect the monster's ability in combat.

Though most of them didn't understood the words like stats and ability skills, they did however (some of them) slightly understood that this was a much more detailed information regarding Doomsday's abilities, which they didn't have previously and some were now curious as to how did they obtained this.

Wave:What?! Really?!

Tyler: N-No way!

Najenda:Wait, when did you-(self interrupted) How did you get your hand on this information?

Ainz: This information was gained by me, when i saved both Chelsea and Tatsumi from the creature back at the city. Now as for how i exactly did so, i have to tell you that a magic caster doesn't reveal his secrets. Although i don't think you'll understand if i explained it.

Ainz not wanting to explain how exactly he did all of this, proceeded to lie as he didn't want to tell them that he had stopped time at the right moment. However both Chelsea and Tatsumi we're somehow a bit dumbfounded as they tried to remember and think how did Ainz exactly saved them. From Tatsumi's point of view it was like a blink, one moment he was trying to get up to try and save Chelsea and in a second he and her weren't in the Capital anymore while she had her eyes closed.

The rest of the Night Raid assassins were kind of surprised that not only had he saved their 2 comrades from getting killed along with resurrecting them, but had supposedly got this information. Dorothea and Susanoo we're observing and reading the panels thoroughly while being amazed at such a contraption.

Susanoo: This is very Interesting.

Dorothea:(amazed) Wow this could be very useful.

Tyler:(uttering lowly) Yeah no kidding.

Then general Twiggs proceeded to ask Ainz a question while being slightly confused about this.

Twiggs:Your lordship, what does this have to do with what's happening in the refugee camp?

Ainz: I'll explain this properly. To start one of many reasons of why I've done so, is not only to make sure that what transpired in the area of the refugee camp remains concealed from any unwanted attention, but because of something i took notice in this chart moments after i sent Demiurge to the refugee camp.

Ainz then paused for a bit to allow the humans to follow up on what he was saying, but they seemed to be puzzled and a bit suspicious, as if there was something that he wasn't telling them directly. With the tension of suspicion in the air Najenda then cautiously spoke in turn.

Najenda:Your lordship, what exactly did you find in this chart? Did you find something of use that could eliminate that monster or a weakness?

Ainz:Not exactly that, however i did find a few irregularities on it's status effects panel, along with other irregularities based on the overall information you humans have provided via your testimony's regarding the creature in question. Which to us it raises a few red flags because the information itself sounds too coincidental.

Chelsea: Irregularities? What kind?

Twiggs: Coincidental? Could you please explain this to us?

Ainz:Very well. I'll start with the creature's route from its starting point onwards. Albedo open the hub map of the imperial city.

Albedo:Yes Ainz-sama.

Then on command a big holographic panel appeared which was showing a map of the Imperial Capital once again. Ainz then pointed his finger on another holographic panel that was in front of him, which was now marking the big map in front of them on the spot where Chelsea had pointed was the crater.

Ainz: As you can see, in this area where the creature landed in the southern district, multiple buildings were destroyed, while some remain intact. From this point, you can see multiple roads leading in different directions, including one straight north, where more buildings are destroyed in a straight line.Then from said point of where it started, it made it way north like 22km in a straight forward direction until it got on the 82nd street.

The humans saw in the map of what he was talking about. As they saw accurate markings that showed the destroyed buildings and they saw the road that Ainz had mentioned which showed more marks of destroyed buildings heading northwards. However the humans didn't understand what he was getting at, so both Najenda and Wave spoke in confusion.

Najenda:Ok, i can see that, but i'm afraid i don't understand?

Wave:Yeah im not following either.

Ainz:Very well, pay close attention. Observe the destroyed buildings along with the marked road to the end of where Leone had engaged it, if you go further north from 82nd street, what's next?

Lubbock suddenly stopped speaking and was now quiet and suddenly he had a puzzled look on his face, followed by him seeing the marked path and the buildings that we're marked as destroyed in said pathway along with him remembering what the question was while focusing on said marked road. Then suddenly he was now looking at the center of the map, to which his face now had a confused expression that everyone was now noticing as he seemed to back away.

Lubbock:(eyes widened) Huh?!

Then Najenda, Tyler, Twiggs, Chelsea, Bulat, Akame, and both Esdeath and Dorothea were looking at the map in the HUD, remembering the question that was asked by the Overlord. They followed as Lubbock had done. Then, that's when they saw at the end of the marked road. They followed up and could see a straight road upwards that led to the spot where the green-haired assassin had stopped himself. They could see that if it had gone further up above the said district, it would have been a straight path right to where the wealthy lived. Above that was none other than the imperial palace, which confused them and gave them confused puzzled looks. Almost as if the beast from its starting point was heading right straight to the Imperial palace.

Tyler:Wait. Are you implying that-(interrupted)

Chelsea: I'm very confused here. Are you saying that the creature was heading towards the palace from the start?

Ainz:That is correct.

Najenda:(confused) But, why?!

Ainz:Simple if you wanted to sow chaos with panic and confusion on the city, what do you do in turn for it to happen?

Twiggs:You don't mean..

Ainz: Yes, in other words, if you cut the head of the snake off, the body would die. Or in this case, destroy the heads of the government buildings and kill those who are in charge, and you'll have a city in chaos. As you can see, this all sounds like a premeditated act.

Wave:(confused) Premeditated?

They understood what the skeletal Overlord was implying, but others, like Lubbock and Tyler, were uncertain of it being premeditated due to their knowledge of the creature being simple-minded, yet this skeleton was telling them that wasn't entirely the case. Then Lubbock proceeded to point his finger on the Hud map where the road mark stopped which was where the beast had engaged Leone.

Lubbock:Hold on just a second, that can't be right. What about when Leone firstly engaged Doomsday? He didn't continue to go north straight, but instead it sent her flying northeast from that point to which it also went there.

Tyler:(nods his head in agreement) Yeah Lubb's is right, from what I've seen so far. That creature is driven by instinct to kill anything that moves. I'm sure that this is just a coincidence.

Both the assassin and the soldier we're feeling a bit uneasy, as they noticed the gazes from the denizen's looking right at them, which made the former wish he didn't open his mouth and the latter was nervous as hell. Ainz then spoke was more.

Ainz:Ah, yes indeed that is a valid point. However on the subject of Leone, there's another irregularity as well.

Demiurge then proceeded to speak in turn which switched the humans attention towards him.

Demiurge: (taps his glasses) From the knowledge you humans provided us, it's quite understandable that you would consider it's actions to be simply that of a mindless monster, that kills right on the spot. Like tossing someone like garbage into a building or in your human comrade's case punched, which sent her flying away 20 km no less.

The assassins we're still following what Demiurge had said, along with moving some thinking gears in the heads of Najenda, Tyler, Twiggs, Lubbock, Dorothea, Esdeath and Chelsea. Then both the guardian overseer and Shalltear proceeded to speak.

Albedo: However, as Demiurge said, normally if that were the case, the creature would've considered her dead right after the blow, and continue on with its onslaught. However, from what you've said, that did not happen. Instead the creature made its way 20km no less towards her direction. (looks at Leone)

Shalltear:(chuckling) Exactly what she and Demiurge said. After all, normally speaking no regular person's body could've handled that sort of damage Arin-su. Unless it knew that said victim wouldn't be killed so easily by that.

Leone:...

Najenda:...

Demiurge:There's also Dorothea's statement of her now dead comrade using the Relic that we now have in possession, to transport the creature away from the park. Combined with Mr Wave's earlier tantrum, that the creature was now in the western district and from there back to Dorothea's statement about the creature making its way to the Imperial palace just moments later after her team's demise.

Dorothea:...

Ainz: I know that this might be speculation and that maybe the creature made his way to the palace instinctively. However as you can see miss Najenda, there are 2 coincidences here. From its straight route northwards to being forced teleported westwards to heading eastwards with both routes leading to the Imperial palace either way. Now as for the irregularity of the creature towards Leone...given the circumstances, i suspect that Leone was targeted, intentionally.

Once the 3 floor guardians and Ainz stopped speaking some of the humans were thinking and processing what was said by them, while some of them like Mine, Chelsea, Wave and others took notice of the way the guardian overseer was looking at all of them, as if they were disgusting insects which sort of slightly annoyed them while also taking notice of Demiurge's devilish smile which honestly creeped them out. However Leone on the other hand wasn't ok, as she had her eyes widened when she heard what Shalltear had said and that last part that the skeletal Overlord had said.

Then Susanoo proceeded to speak, as he had analyzed what was said, noticed his comrades' and his master's conflicting looks, and was curious about what else they could add. More importantly, he was curious about the holographic panels that supposedly contained information.

Susanoo: I see, i take it you're also going to explain about the information you said you have here, regarding the irregularities you found as well.

Ainz: Certainly. If you look at panel that says Status you could see 2 things that are marked in red, Altered mind and Anti mind reading.

Dorothea:(looks at the holographic panel)

Susanoo:Yes i see.

Najenda:What about it?

Ainz:The latter is used to prevent anyone from using mind reading items or skills on said individual. While as for Altered mind, what it does is that should the latter fail to do so, then only selected certain images of the mind will only be shown.

Tyler:Well, that makes sense. It's probably because it gained it from my Imperial relic Spectator when i was prying into its memory.

Ainz:Tyler, all you did was read the creature's mind. No?

Tyler:Yes, that's the only thing i did to the creature. Why?

There was a strange silence for 5 seconds until Ainz spoke once more.

Ainz: I'm afraid your moment of engaging it with Spectator, isn't the reason, why it gained those status effects. To my knowledge Anti-mind reading is a passive skill, not a status skill like its showing here on the chart.

Tyler:What?! What do you mean?!

Twiggs:Your lordship, are you certain of this?

Ainz:Yes i'm positive. If all you did was read the creature's mind, then why does it have Altered Mind as well? I believe i already said what it does not so long ago. Why have a skill that works as a way to show certain images, should it's mind ever be breached in the first place? Unless cleverly speaking, I'm trying to conceal something else. Which means he must've obtained them via a different method. In simple words he already had these with him way before you did the mind reading.

The humans present didn't quite understand what he was telling them exactly. On one hand, Tyler slightly understood that Anti-mind reading was to prevent someone from mind reading Doomsday's mind, but was now a little bit confused when Ainz said that tampering on said creature's mind wasn't the reason that Doomsday had gained said Status and according to him, the creature already had this Status before he did the mind reading. Which made the young soldier wonder...

(Tyler:If me using Spectator isn't the cause of why the creature evolved and blocked me from going further, then why i couldn't i read it any further? Better yet if Doomsday already had these skills before, then how was i able to get those images?!)

Meanwhile as for Najenda, the gears in her head were at full blast, trying to make sense of what she was hearing. On one hand due to her earlier engagement with her team, she knew that the creature was very dangerous indeed, one that had costed the lives of her team. Then there's what Demiurge had said, that Doomsday was immortal and was always evolving despite she not wanting to believe it.

However, now there was something that bothered Najenda. To her knowledge, Doomsday is a mindless beast that kills anything that moves, and yet Ainz had insinuated that the creature's initial actions in the Capital seemed too premeditated, which had her in thought. Then she remembered that Dorothea had said that after her first engagement with the beast, which resulted in the death of most of Wild Hunt, Doomsday was teleported, and she and Syura went to the imperial palace. According to Dorothea, the creature had appeared there less than an hour ago. As she thought about it further, it did sound a bit too coincidental, which puzzled her.

Najenda:Your lordship. I don't understand, are you saying that the creature is capable of not only being invulnerable from any attack, but also capable of calculating and planning?

Ainz:Not exactly, though i don't doubt that the creature could be very cunning when it comes to engaging its opponents. Although given the information we have, i don't think this creature is capable of premeditating something like this in a matter of a few hours straight away.

Wave:What do you mean?

Bulat: Didn't you say that the creature's early actions seemed premeditated?

The skeletal Overlord then proceeded to speak in a serious tone.

Ainz:Now this might be speculation from our part, but from the overall information we have. We suspect that the creature was intensionally sent here to this world of yours, by someone else.

Tatsumi:!!!

Akame:!!!

Mine:?!

(Twiggs:What?!)

Tyler:!!!

Kurome:(gasped)

(Dorothea:What did he just say?!)

(Najenda:(denial)No! No! It can't be?!)

The humans present were suddenly very silent as they didn't seem to process the last part the skeletal Overlord had just said very well. Najenda, on the other hand, was dumbfounded and in slight denial, as she didn't expect to hear this, nor had this thought ever crossed her mind. Before anyone could say anything, Esdeath spoke, which the other humans didn't expect, as she had been quiet for quite a while.

Esdeath:Do you have any proof of what you've said? You've said that this might be a speculation.

In turn the ice general noticed how the overseer was looking at her with slight contempt, along with the victorian dressed girl. Then Najenda along with the others would start to bring their concerns regarding this issue.

Najenda: She's right lord Gown. I'm not trying to disregard the information you've provided, but how did you arrive to this speculation?

Twiggs: I agree with my colleague Najenda on this. How are you certain of this? Do you have any solid evidence? Aside from your speculation?

Once the two RV generals finished asking their questions regarding this matter, they were a bit tense. Not because they feared the denizens would be angered by their questioning of their master, (which they did slightly), but because they were more fearful of the possibility of what he had said. As they were crossed their fingers, hoping it wasn't true. As for the Night Raid assassins and the others, they were on the same boat of uncertainty, but some like Wave and Chelsea had a bad gut feeling which they couldn't tell if it was telling them something or if their nerves were fooling them due to this being unexpected.

Dorothea, Lubbock, and both Susanoo and Tyler were either scratching their heads or pondering in their own thoughts regarding this situation, and as for Leone, her thoughts were a wreck and she was gripping hard on behind Bulat's jacket to which both he and Akame noticed.

Bulat:Leone?..

Akame:Leone?...Are you alright?!

Leone didn't seem to hear them speak to her and was a bit pale as she recalled everything else that had happened today, along with the thought that the beast had targeted her, including her final hours and now the mere thought that someone might have sent Doomsday. Like Najenda, she also didn't like the possibility of it being so. Then, simultaneously, Akame, Tatsumi, Mine, and Chelsea snapped her out of her thoughts as they shook her slightly.

Akame:Leone?! C'mon snap out of it.

Tatsumi:(shakes her) Sis! Big sis!

Chelsea: Leone?! You're as pale as a ghost. What's the matter?!

Mine:(shakes her while waving a hand in front of her) Hello! Earth to Leone!

Leone:(sudden reaction) Huh?! What? Mine, Tatsumi why are you guys shaking me?

Tatsumi: We've been speaking to you for a moment and you weren't responding.

Mine:Are you ok?! Just calm yourself down.

(Bulat:Damn Lubbock wasn't kidding her PTSD is really this bad.)

Then as Leone had regained her composure that's when Ainz proceeded to respond to the questions that he'd been asked by the human generals, to which the other humans including Leone turned their attention to him.

Ainz: Solid evidence? Unfortunately no. We don't have any solid proof, aside from the information that some of you have provided, along with our findings.That being said however, there's a way we could find out about this matter in particular.

Najenda:A way? How exactly? I take it you have a plan, don't you?

Ainz: Indeed i do, though it will require some assistance from your part.

Twiggs:Our assistance?

Lubbock:(confused and scratches head) What kind of assistance?

Ainz:Simple Mr- no, i mean Tyler i require your assistance along with your Teigu Spectator.

Tyler:My assistance and Spectator?! What for?

Ainz: To attempt to read the mind of the creature once more.

Twiggs:What?! No It's suicide! I won't allow Tyler to go back there and-(interrupted)

Ainz:(raised his hand) There's no need for you to worry general Twiggs, he won't venture into the city. My plan involves it being done from here.

Chelsea:(surprised) From here? You could even do such a thing?

Ainz: Indeed we can.

Najenda:Can you explain us this plan of yours at least?

Ainz:Very well, normally we would've used our own tools to get to the bottom of this, but i do not want to use them on that creature out of concern that it might backfire on us. So I've decided that we should use Spectator along with Tyler instead and with our resources, he'll pry into the creature's mind.

Tyler:Your Lordship, I don't think that's going to work! What about the creature's specter?

Ainz:If you're concerned about that attacking you mentally again worry not, our plan and resources that'll be used will give you a advantage to overcome this difficulty. With the help of these also {summon:High tier undead; Eyeball Corpse}

Suddenly out of thin air a 2 meter pink blob appeared floating. Then as the humans we're looking at it out of curiosity, suddenly multiple murky eyes opened up on said blob as they saw that said eyes looked like they we're haphazardly sewn together which sort of looked disturbing and creepy to them.

Esdeath:(low tone) What in the world?

Mine:(disturbed)?!

Chelsea:(creeped out)Huh?!

Esdeath:(also creeped out) What the?!

Tatsumi:What is that?

Ainz:This is a Eyeball corpse. A type of undead that specializes in observation, surveillance and It also specializes in anti-stealth capabilities.

Kurome:What do mean by anti-stealth?!

Ainz was about to respond, when suddenly the elven boy (girl) spoke in turn in a rude annoyed tone.

Aura:Sheesh, do you even know what stealth is? Basically if you're trying to conceal your presence, this undead would trump said skills and you wouldn't be able to conceal yourself and-(interrupted)

Hearing that Aura was speaking rudely Ainz interfered in turn.

Ainz:There's no need for such tone.

Aura immediately bowed down and spoke in an apologetic tone towards her master, followed by a slight apology to the dark-haired Jaëger while bowing her head slightly.

Aura:I apologise, forgive rudeness my Lord. My apologies hu-(self interrupted) miss Kurome for the rudeness in my tone.

Wave:...

As Aura finished apologizing Kurome nodded her head like she accepted the elf's apology, but Wave kinda gritted his teeth because the way the elf had apologized didn't sound genuine almost as if in slight disdain, but said nothing as he didn't want to neither antagonize them nor put Kurome in danger. Then Ainz continued to speak.

Ainz:It is as my subordinate said, this summon can trump anyone's attempts to use stealth and other concealment skills which would be seen by it. That said, we currently have a few of them in the refugee camp and a few following the creature in the Imperial Capital.

Najenda:You what?! When did you dispatch them?

Ainz:The one's in the camp have been there, when we initiated the lockdown. As for the one's tracking the beast, i summoned them when i took Chelsea and Tatsumi out of the city.

(Chelsea:(confused as hell) How in the hell did he got us out from the capital and simultaneously do that?!)

Najenda:If Doomsday sees them i doubt they'll last long and-(interrupted)

Ainz: Worry not, their only task is to follow it's movements and keep track of it. Also I've made them invisible along with casting evasive support magic, which would allows them to stealthy evade attacks and since they're undead, Doomsday shouldn't be able to sense them properly.

With what both the elf and the skeletal Overlord had said of what the thing was, along with what it was capable of along with the other details that Ainz had added. The humans present we're not only creeped and disturbed by its appearance, but we're also quite surprised which was unexpected to them.

The Night Raid assassins we're now speaking to themselves regarding the abilities of this summoned creature as they heard that this thing could trump their reliance on stealth to execute their missions.

Lubbock:(dumbfounded look) Shit! So you're saying that this thing can observe it's target or be put in different locations, and you can make it invisible and make it evade attacks?!

Mine:(dumbfounded look) That's crazy! How in the hell would we be able to counter something like this?!

Susanoo:I don't think we would even find it or would even notice it.

Leone:What do you mean, Susanoo?! Does this mean that even you can't pin point it?!

Susanoo: He said they've been deployed in the refugee camp, but when I was there and after the situation was dealt with, I could sense that there was something in the camp, like those dark-clothed assailants that appeared out of thin air called Hanzos zeroing the camp.

Chelsea:You mean those assailants that killed the 97th's perimeter guards?!

Susanoo: Yes i slightly sensed them surrounding the camp, but I didn't think there were other creatures watching much less these ones which i couldn't sense. If they're undead as he said, then they're like miss Kurome's puppets I wouldn't be able to sense them at all.

Twiggs:N-No way...

Najenda:If they're invisible along with what he said about using Evasive magic was it?! Then that means that they're moveable.

Susanoo: Which would make it harder not only to pin point it accurately, but to know it's exact movement pattern since they're in the air.

Bulat:Damn, i don't believe it myself. If the Empire would've had their hands on such a creature like this... or even capable of such a thing, I doubt we would've been able to successfully eliminate our targets or that we would've been able to do anything without them knowing our moves which they would intercept.

Tatsumi:(couldn't believe it) If they can do that, then they'll-(interrupted)

Akame:(disbelief)No one would be able to make a concealed move. It would render any of our stealthy advances or sneak attacks futile.

Dorothea:(widened eyes)...

Wave:Are you guys really serious?

While the Night Raid assassins and the other humans were discussing amongst themselves, Esdeath was looking at the summoned creature with slight curiosity, but had paid attention to what the skeletal Overlord was saying, regarding that he had deployed a bunch of them to said refugee camp and a bunch to tail the creature in the Capital along with hearing that said summon he had proceeded to cast a bunch of abilities like invisibility and skills to evade attacks, which was telling her something about the skeletal Overlord that she didn't expect.

To her, all these acts, like stealthy and cautious moves, sound like something a person who's paranoid would do, though this slightly confused her because the fact that he had powerful subordinates like the butler and others present, along with the fact that he had the power to reverse death, wasn't something to overlook.

(Esdeath:Why would someone with such a power would be acting in such a paranoid manner?!)

Then before they could ponder at their own thoughts any further, Ainz had proceeded to speak to which they turned their attention back to him.

Ainz:Well now, aside from my minions that are tracking the beast along with the other resources that'll be provided, there's something else i require in order to carry out our next step.

Dorothea:Like?!

Najenda:What exactly do you need?!

Ainz:I require that Tyler assists us with this. However in order to do so, i need him to allow himself to be mind controlled by us.

Twiggs:?!!!

Wave:?!!!

The eyes of the humans present suddenly widened upon hearing that. Including both Dorothea and Esdeath which they didn't expect to hear that.

Leone:(stuttered) M-Mind control?!

Chelsea:(widened eyes) Wait, are you serious?

Ainz:(nods his head in agreement) Yes, indeed.

(Lubbock:Holy crap! They're capable of that?!)

Tatsumi's eye's widened (comically) as he heard that, along with making a mental list of things that they we're capable of and now this...

(Tatsumi:Holy hell! When does it end?! If we we're to fight them, how in the hell could we beat them?!)

While the humans had their eyes widened at what Ainz had said, Twiggs immediately interjected at hearing about Tyler being mind controlled.

Twiggs:What?! No! There's no way I'll allow you to-(self interrupted)

Then the air in the atmosphere felt tense as he along with the other humans could slightly feel the animosity radiating from some of the denizens of Nazarick, which prevented Twiggs or anyone else from saying anything else, then as there was silence the tense air was suddenly gone and in turn Ainz spoke.

Ainz:I understand that you're concerned and worried about the safety of your subordinate Mr Twiggs.

Tyler:(concerned tone) Why do you need to mind control me?!

Najenda: Can you explain what's exactly your plan?! I understand that you want to find out about your suspicion and all, but why exactly do you need to resort to this?

Ainz:The reason for it needing to be done this way. Is because the he's already read it's mind once before and it makes sense for me to use someone who's already done so. To which we could exploit to our advantage so that we can really see what else the creature might've concealed from the first attempt.

Dorothea: What makes you think that'll work a second time? Budo had attempted to use his attacks on Doomsday right after he had used his trump card Solid Shooter on the beast to which suddenly the creature was no longer being bothered.

Tyler: She's right. Also what about the spectral that appeared when i was reading it's mind? I doubt that it will make easy.

Then, as both the alchemist and the young soldier finished speaking, a dark void suddenly appeared in mid-air beside the Overlord. Ainz put his hand in it and pulled out what appeared to be a set of 3 items. Two of them looked like dark silver coins, and the other one looked like a rolled parchment. Tatsumi proceeded to ask.

Tatsumi:Um.. What are those?!

Ainz: These are magic coins known as the *Coins of the Iliad which offer the holder of these items bonuses, like for example one of these coins negates any astral damage that would harm it's holder for 35 hits while the other coin negates physical damages for 50 hits. As for this piece of parchment, it's a magic scroll that has a single spell on it that only works once. The spell on this scroll increases the level of a low level magic item, making it more potent for only 10 minutes in which the effect will wear off.

The humans with the exception of Esdeath and Sheele had a amazed expression on their faces, more specifically Dorothea who's eyes looked like deer's looking at headlights. While most of them didn't understand stuff like magic nor understood the concept behind it, they did slightly understood what the scroll does along with understanding that items like the Imperial relics we're being labeled as magic items by them.

Upon hearing what the piece of parchment does they're eyes widened similar to Dorothea, some we're amazed by it while others we're a bit uneasy about how versatile these simple looking item are with most of their thoughts being... "How is it possible that these items could do such a thing?" Ainz then was speaking once again, who was explaining the plan further.

Ainz:The reason why Spectator failed the first time was that the item was underpowered for someone like the creature, but with this level up magic item scroll it should be able to bypass Anti-mind reading. So as for my plan? While Tyler is under the effects of mind control and equiped with both coins, which will protect him from the astral projection of the creature's attacks while simultaneously under my control he'll be doing the mind reading. As for the Specter? I'll provide other items to support this endeavor along with the Eye corpe summons, which i'll use illusion magic so that the creature sees multiple illusions of Tyler which will confuse it while the task is being done.

As they heard his plan, they we're left speechless, that they couldn't at this point continued to be surprised even further. Then out of concern Chelsea spoke, as she worried that this plan might fail.

Chelsea:Wait hold on a second. What would happen if during the attempt to read Doomsday's mind in turn that thing find this place? Like when Tyler did before, which diverted his attention towards him?

Then Albedo proceeded to answer in the Overlord's stead followed by Demiurge.

Albedo: That's not be a problem of any kind. Currently we've set up in 2 different areas of the city Decoys that will be part of the plan. Should that we're to happen, the items will activate and automatically draw its attention to said locations simultaneously. One is currently not set up because we are currently tailing the creature, but will be set up once we initiate the plan.

Demiurge:The second spot miss Chelsea happens to be where you had played with the violin moments after your team's last attempt.

Mine:(confused looks at Chelsea) Wait what?! You played with a violin?!

Leone:(dumbfounded look stares at Chelsea) You seriously know how to play with an instrument? You didn't told us that you could play one before.

Tatsumi: Yeah, you should have seen her play. she's really good at it.

Chelsea:(blushing in embarrassment) Um... I...

Demiurge: Back to the topic at hand (touches his glasses) aside from that we currently have the necessary countermeasures in place for our Lord's plan to be carried out successfully, without there being any chance of Nazarick being discovered by that creature or that this would backfire and fail in any case.

(Lubbock:Damn, this is no joke. These guys are not one step ahead of us, they are way ahead of that. Countermeasures? That eyeball thing? Shit honestly, i've never considered planning this far ahead.)

(Dorothea:(dumbfounded) Holy crap! What's with these items?! They all seem to have different abilities and uses. Honestly, as soon as i get the hell out of here, i better get my hands on a blank book to take notes immediately.)

(Chelsea:(embarrassed) Oh god! Now Leone and Mine,Twiggs and even Lubbock knows that i play the violin. This is so embarrassing.)

Upon both Demiurge and Albedo finished explaining to Chelsea about what they had set up to protect Nazarick from being detected, (much to the female assassin's embarrassment) Ainz then proceeded to thank both of his subordinates for explaining part of the plan. Followed by then speaking to the humans once more.

Ainz: Thank you both, for that brief explanation of our plan. Now since everything is already in preparation, all that's left is your collaboration.

Twiggs then proceeded to speak as he was concerned about their plan to mind control Tyler, in order to carry out the plan they had discussed, along with Tyler who also spoke regarding what was said while being nervous.

Twiggs:Hold on a second. We haven't agreed to any of this, especially to the part where you mind control Tyler.

Tyler:(slightly sweating) What if i refuse to collaborate?

Then as Twiggs and Tyler finished protesting their concern's both of them along with the others noticed at the death stares of the some of the floor guardians, the Pleaidies and the other denizens of Nazarick had on their faces. If stares could kill a person, both Tyler and Twiggs probably would've been dead like more than 10 times over. Ainz then spoke, but in a slightly serious tone (while activating Despair Aura I) and to which they could've sworn they felt a sudden chill that made not only Twiggs and Tyler nervous, but the other humans.

As he said that, his eyes lit up in a crimson red color that upon looking at it, the humans with the exception of Esdeath, tensed up. Tyler was now sweating amd trembling, for it didn't matter if he didn't want to be mind-controlled or not. Then, unknown to them, he had deactivated his Aura of Despair I and they could now see that his eyes had dimmed down. Then, he proceeded to speak once more with a less hostile tone, as he right now had come up with an elaborate plan to try and coerce Tyler to collaborate, which was to use something Ulbert had taught him.

Ainz: Although i understand that as my guest harming you would only sully my name as a terrible host. However that said, i am giving you the chance to volunteer of your own volition, given that your first attempt to draw out any real useful information wasn't very productive.

Tyler:(nervous and confused) Huh?! Why- what do you mean by not very productive?

Ainz then proceeded to speak calmly while having a cold tone in a attempt to convince the young soldier, by using cold words.

Ainz: Simple from my observations when you used Spectator to show us what the creature had done, when you attempted to draw out information. To which you seemed rather conflicted, then again you did lose a lot of men including what seemed to be your closest comrades. Thinking about it carefully, wouldn't you agree that lives we're lost unnecessarily only to gain such a non helpful information.

Twiggs:...

Dorothea:Huh?!

Tyler:What do you mean by that?! Non helpful information?

Tyler was now not nervous, but confused and as he just heard that last part and was now slightly feeling a bit bothered, which was what Ainz wanted. To play with Tyler's guilt in order to turn this in his favor.

Ainz:Yes before you showed us the images of the creature's origin, Najenda had already told us. Personally thinking about it along with the images that I've seen, the information isn't that very helpful because all it does is show how it came to be what it is now.

Then he turned his head towards Najenda and proceeded to ask her a question which she didn't expect.

Ainz:Miss Najenda. If by chance you would've had better information, would you have made different choices regarding how to approach the creature? Do answer the question honestly.

Najenda:Huh?! Um- Well, maybe. Honestly even with the small information in hand, i still made up my plans to engage it in a attempt to eliminate it. To which it turned out to me losing my team one by one.

As Najenda said that, the faces of the Night Raid Assassin's, the 2 Jaëgers and both Twiggs and Tyler had saddened expressions as they thought about how it all turned out. Then Najenda continued to speak.

Najenda:(deep breath) As i said before, i did the best i could at the time with the very little that i had in hand. Including the information i had, It isn't Tyler fault though. But maybe perhaps if i did had better information, i would've made different choices that wouldn't cause me to lose my subordinates so carelessly.

Ainz:I see, well now. (looks at Tyler) Tyler it's time for you to make your choice will you collaborate voluntarily? Or will i have to resort to the non pleasant route?! Should your decision be the latter, then i must apologize ahead that i must be a terrible host against your will.

With all that was said, Tyler still didn't want to partake in what the skeletal Overlord had in plan, but it really didn't matter whether he wanted to or not, he was going to be made to collaborate.

However he had heard that Ainz said that the information he had retrieved from Doomsday wasn't good which honestly bothered him and made him grit his teeth in anger, but stopped himself from showing it. Then as he thought about it very well despite his anger from what the skeleton had said, he was somehow right despite Tyler not wanting to admit that the information he had extracted wasn't that very helpful to which in turn many lost their lives including the Night Raid assassin's. He then had thought that if he would've been able to provide them with better information perhaps it would've made a slight difference at least.

Then there was the other issue that the skeleton had mentioned before, that someone might've been responsible for the creature being here in this world in the first place, which despite it being a superstition it was a possibility and it was a frightening thought not only to him but to the others as well.

Twiggs:There must be another way for you to-(interrupted)

As Twiggs was about to protest any further despite it being futile, Tyler made up his mind and spoke in turn which interrupted Twiggs from speaking.

Tyler:(tightened his fists walks 4 paces forward) I understand, i'll do it. I'll collaborate!

Bulat:?!

Tatsumi:Uh?!

Chelsea:Tyler?!

Dorothea:(surprised) Huh?! The fuck?!

None of the humans expected for Tyler to suddenly now agreeing to collaborate, considering what the plan was which made them wonder what could Tyler be possibly be thinking? Then Twiggs and Dorothea we're now speaking to him out of concern.

Twiggs:Tyler! What are you doing?! Are you crazy?!

Dorothea:(dumbfounded expression) Yeah?! Just what the hell are you thinking?! You idiot, didn't you just heard what they say they we're going to do to you?!

Tyler then turned his attention towards them and spoke.

Tyler: You heard what he said there's no point in refusing. Even if i refuse he's still going to proceed wether i like it or not!

Twiggs:B-But Tyler, why are you agreeing to this?!

Chelsea:Yeah, why so sudden?!

Tyler then had a conflicting look on his face to which they noticed.

Tyler: Because he's right. If only i could've extracted better information from Doomsday, then none of you guys from Night Raid or the others would've gotten killed for nothing.

Najenda:(taken aback) It's not your fault Tyler. At least you tried to and that's what counts. Even with the information you brought, i still gave the orders to my team and the others. So in reality it's more of my fault than yours.

Twiggs:Najenda, Tyler you're both fools. It doesn't matter who's at fault about how things turned out in the Capital. Even i am at fault for leading many of the men back there, to their deaths.

Tyler:(sigh) I suppose you're right general Twiggs, but with that being said...

Then the young soldier now had a serious expression on his face as he slightly looked at Ainz then turned his attention back to his comrades.

Tyler: I'm more concerned with what he had said, about someone else being responsible for that creature being here. Which is why I'm volunteering, because If there's a chance if what he said is true, then we are really in some serious deep shit.

Twiggs:But Tyler...

Tyler: I've made my choice general. It's the least i could do, not only to make up for my inability to get valuable information, but for the one's who died. Including you guys from Night Raid.

The general could see that Tyler was serious about going through with this. Then again declining wasn't a option to begin with, as the skeletal Overlord had said. Also while many of them weren't in agreement with Tyler's decision, there was also the issue in their minds of the possibility of someone being responsible for the creature being in their world which was a scary thought to them.

Meanwhile Ainz was contemplating in his mind, as he couldn't believe that his plan to manipulate Tyler to agree to collaborate with them voluntary had worked. Although he was now thinking about Ulbert Alain Odle, the one who had taught him this particular trick into how to do so.

(Ainz/Suzuki:(sigh) i didn't think this would've worked out very well. Ulbert once said that "in order to get someone to collaborate aside from force was to view their current conflicting looks and emotions. Then without sounding antagonistic and with the right choice of words, one could manipulate their hesitance depending on the circumstances".)

While Ainz recalled his comrade's words and advise, he was wondering if Ulbert spent way too much time being a Chuunibyou, when it came to his hobby of acting like he's evil which was his weird obsession. Then Ainz wondered if he probably went a little bit too far with him.

(Ainz/Suzuki:That being said, i don't like the way i sounded. Couldn't i sound a little bit less cold?! (sigh) Acting is a really tough gig that honestly it can be exhausting sometimes.)

Ainz then let go of his golden staff, which was now floating on its own next to the throne. Some of the humans noticed this, including Lubbock who was quite curious about it and wondered how much gold was used for such a staff and what was it capable of. Then they took notice that he was now close to the steps from the podium then he spoke to Tyler.

Ainz: Excellent choice Tyler. I'm content with your decision to collaborate with our endeavor. Now onto the next step {create greater item}

Out of thin air 7 feet away from the humans a six foot long black elegant solid stone table appeared right front of them, which they didn't expect for it to appear so suddenly while also some of them like Wave, Chelsea, Tatsumi, Twiggs and Lubbock had a dumbfounded expression as they took notice that the stone table seemed to be made of black marble, which from their knowledge, is very expensive and yet this skeletal Overlord just conjured one out of thin air like nothing.

Then Ainz walked down from the podium and towards the table and when he was now close, he placed the 2 dark silver coins and the rolled parchment he had pulled out moments ago.

Ainz:(puts his hand on his chin) Hmm.. i should probably add something else besides these items. Let's see...

The skeletal Overlord once again placed his hand on a the dark void that appeared mid air and proceeded to take out more objects from said void and placed them on the black marble table. The items in question we're as follows: One was a bright silver necklace with a circle emerald gem in the center of it, the other one looked like a silver ring that had runes engraved on it and 2 small gems on it, one was a purple amethyst and the other one was another emerald. The other item was a human skull completely made of gold with 2 blue sapphire's on its eyes and a strange looking red colored symbol on it's forehead. Then Chelsea proceeded to ask questions to Ainz nervously.

Chelsea:(slightly nervous) What's the table for?!

Ainz:If you're wondering if the table has any magical abilities or anything of the sort, the answer is no. It's just a regular table that I conjured.

Chelsea:Oh, i see. What are those items?! What are they for?!

Ainz: I would like to explain in much more proper detail, but I'm afraid that none of you would understand it properly. So I'll make it briefly in a way you could understand, so listen closely.

The humans put their full attention on him including Esdeath as he started to speak once more.

Ainz:These are additional items are going to be of use in our plan to attempt to read the creature's mind. While also ensuring Tyler's safety since i must take into account that the spectral version will try to defend itself from the attempt. The ring with the runes is to bypass the anti-mind reading that the creature has, while the necklace works as a way to create multiple additional decoys for the specter to divert it's attention.

(Dorothea:I know don't understand it much, but holy crap how could they have such items designed for such things?!)

Najenda:And the golden skull? What's it for?

Ainz:Ah, this is the most important piece. This one is to collect any concealed information and store it since due to the mind control, Tyler is going to be unable to have most of it in his mind.

Night Raid along with the 3 Jaëgers, Dorothea and both Tyler and Twiggs we're somehow a bit impressed, with how some of these items that he had displayed despite their appearance had very interesting abilities.

However despite them slightly not understanding how magic works what really impressed them wasn't what each item could do, but in the manner that Ainz was planning to use them, which to them it was like someone planning on using multiple Imperial relics simultaneously which was something that had never been done before by anyone. Then again they knew that none of these items were Teigu to begin with, but we're none the less a bit impressed by it. Then Tyler proceeded to ask a question to the skeletal Overlord.

Tyler:(concerned)Your lordship i do have a question before i do this, will this hurt me or cause any damages to me?

Ainz:Hmm.. Normally speaking trying to collect information with magic is dangerous.

Najenda:How dangerous?!

Ainz: Simply put, without the right preparations the person attempting to do so would be killed instantly.

(Dorothea:Holy shit! What's up with these drawbacks?! They sound more bad than the Teigu killing it's wielders!)

Upon hearing that the humans we're in disbelief that something like this was actually that dangerous and we're about to intervene to call this off, until he lifted his hand spoke again.

Ainz: However you have nothing to worry about, since we've taken the necessary preparations to avoid that from happening. Due to the countermeasures we have in place which will not endanger Tyler's life.

Twiggs:That's not very promising your lordship.

Ainz:You have my word on this general Twiggs. I'll even swear this in my name, that i will not allow your subordinate to perish from this.

Tyler, Twiggs along with the other humans stared at the skeletal Overlord as he had given them his word to them, which surprisingly they did not expect him to make such a statement to them while the denizens of Nazarick remained silent with not a single one of them having a look of contempt on their faces. Once that was said Tyler took a step towards the table, readying himself for what was to come.

Tyler:Very well I'm ready!

Ainz:Before we do that, let us first check on our mutual acquaintance. Albedo, activate the Crystal monitors that are linked to the Eye Corpse's tailing the creature.

Albedo:Yes my Lord everything is in place.

Then upon command a holographic panel appeared right in front of the guardian overseer, to which she was now tapping onto it and then suddenly a total of 6 big Crystal monitors appeared in mid air. Tatsumi, Chelsea, Najenda and Susanoo we're already familiar with the Crystal monitor and what it does.( except for being big this time) While the others however didn't knew what this strange thing floating in the air was, but they didn't ask as they we're now seeing on said magical projection a image of a certain rock-grey skinned creature which was none other than the Ultimate who was now roaring loudly.

Leone immediately upon seeing Doomsday on the Crystal monitor, her PTSD kicked in once more as she backed away and was as pale as a ghost while she was trembling and tears began to be shedded as she was having flashbacks of what she's been through today. Then immediately upon seeing her act like this Bulat, Lubbock and Akame proceeded to rush beside her in a way to try to calm her down, while the former ex-Imperial soldier was now hugging her tightly in a attempt to calm her down, similar to what a big brother would do.

Leone:(terrified)No,No,No...(trembling)

Bulat:(hugging Leone) Sis, calm down. it's ok we're here for you.

Lubbock:C'mon Leone, breathe nice and slow, just like before.

Akame:Leone...You don't have to be afraid it's not even here.

Akame was holding her comrade's hand in a attempt to comfort her while the others from Night Raid and both Tyler and Twiggs could only stare at her. Mine despite not showing it she was slightly troubled as she too was recalling everything from Sheele's death to both Susanoo, Akame and Lubbock's decapitation by the creature, including the life she was starting to grow inside her.

On the side of the 3 Jaëgers Kurome was also troubled as she was now holding tightly Wave by his blue jacket while she too was recalling what had transpired while remembering that this creature had killed her comrades and both her sister and Wave and said young sailor was holding her hand in a way to comfort her from her troubles.

Esdeath seemed to be fine from the 3, but she actually wasn't while recalling her fight with it, which didn't end well for her. She slightly shuddered and her eyes had widened which was noted by Ainz along with him noticing the expressions of the other humans besides from Esdeath, which was Mine, Kurome, Dorothea and in particular Leone who seemed to look more worse than the rest of them.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Damn, it's really this bad. It would seem that the creature's frenzy is not only affecting Leone, but also the other humans. I'm going to have to cast a widened magic of Lion's Heart to all of them, especially on Tyler. If he's afraid my plan won't work properly if he's in that condition.)

Then before the humans could gather themselves suddenly Ainz lifted his hand pointed right at them..

A massive green like aura surrounded the humans which a first they weren't expecting, Leone was already familiar with this sensation as her fear which was causing her to panic was now gone. As for the others they as well got to sense a relief and we're now calm, including Esdeath who felt her sense of dread gone to which she took a deep breath and regained her composure.

Najenda seeing not only Leone calm down, but she saw that Mine, Kurome and Dorothea seemed to be much calm than they we're moments ago. Even both she and Twiggs felt much relaxed than what they we're previously moments ago, then both being grateful proceeded to thank him from doing so.

Najenda: Lord Ainz, i thank you for casting that onto us.

Twiggs:(slightly bows his head)

Ainz: Think nothing of it. I noticed that all of you seemed troubled, although as i said before the spell i casted isn't going to last long.

Demiurge:Hmm?! My lord, look!

Ainz:Eh?!

Najenda:?!

Tatsumi:Huh?!

Tyler:(confused)The hell?!

As Demiurge pointed at the Crystal monitor, the humans, along with those from Nazarick, including the Pleiades, floor guardians, and Ainz, turned their attention towards the Crystal monitor as they were seeing Doomsday, but they noticed that he wasn't alone as they were seeing him tear an imperial soldier apart, followed by him punching another soldier so hard into a wall that it splattered upon contact.

Then they we're seeing 6 more imperial soldiers with their automatic rifles firing at Doomsday at mid range, to which the Ultimate responded by firing his bone barrage attack, which killed 5 of the men and the other one had been struck in his right shoulder and was now on the ground calling for aid from his comrades which we're now engaging the monster only to get killed.

As the humans we're seeing this, they had puzzled looks on their faces as they wondered who we're these imperial soldiers engaging Doomsday? To which they we're now asking questions to themselves.

Lubbock:Huh?! There's still more Imperial soldiers in the Capital?!

Chelsea:(confused) H-How?!

Najenda:Twiggs didn't your soldier's scoured the city for any survivors to retrieve them to safety?!

Twiggs:I did Najenda! My men we're able to get not only rescue civilians, but also retrieve some remnants of the Imperial soldiers and policemen that we're able to escape the creature's onslaught.

Bulat:Then who are these guys?!

Wave:(scratches his head)Um.. Sir. Is it possible that these soldiers got separated from the rest during your men's attempt to rescue them?!

Twiggs:You mean stragglers?... I mean its possible, given that i sent men to scour the city for survivors to pull them out.

However, before anything else could be said, Najenda looked at the Crystal monitors once again, as she noticed that their uniforms weren't worn out and saw that there we're way to many men engaging the Ultimate for them to be stragglers. Then on another monitor, she saw a barrage of fire striking Doomsday to which she was now seeing the cannons that fired and spoke in turn.

Najenda:No, look those are cannons attacking him! Those are not stragglers, look at the uniforms of the one's closing in on Doomsday.

As she pointed her finger at the Crystal monitor, they saw what she was pointing at as they saw a barrage of fire attacking the beast, to which then they could see on another monitor at what looked like 20 field cannons in position, firing at the beast along with noticing more men with their automatic rifles firing at Doomsday and they took notice of their uniforms.

Twiggs:Eh?! You're right Najenda! Their uniforms aren't damaged, which means...

Mine:(puzzled) Those are fresh troops?!

Akame:(confused)How- no, where did they all come from?

Najenda:(confused) I don't know. I'm wondering, who could be commanding th-(self interrupted)

Then on another monitor, in a mere glance, Najenda saw a tall muscular man with tan skin, long blonde hair and a long red cape. His upper body was exposed to show off his muscles, though he also had a few latex belts covering it. Upon looking at this muscular man, Najenda and some of her subordinates including Esdeath simultaneously already knew who this man was, leaving them dumbfounded as they couldn't believe with their own eyes. Meanwhile said man was now charging with his men right at the Ultimate.

Esdeath:(dumbfounded look) Wait...isn't that-(interrupted)

Najenda:(dumbfounded look) Nouken?

Bulat:Eh?! Gereral Nouken is still alive?

Lubbock:(dumbfounded look) What?! That wife beating idiot is alive?! How?!

Tyler:I thought he was killed by that creature.

Twiggs:Dorothea, wasn't Nouken in the Imperial palace?!

Dorothea:Not that i recall. If i remember correctly, Esdeath assigned him to one of the base's westwards that's 1.1 kilometers in the Capital's outskirts.

Najenda:Esdeath, is that true?!

The Night Raid assassin's and the other humans turned their attention at the blue haired general as Najenda asked her that question. Though at first normally she wouldn't answer, but because of the circumstances along with the situation at hand she proceeded to answer at her former colleague's question since it wasn't that important.

Esdeath:Hm...Yes i did, but this was 2 days ago that he was assigned there. Judging by your question, i take it that you had no idea that he was not in the Capital?!

Najenda:(nods her head) No, i thought he was in the Capital along with the other ministers.

Ainz:Miss Najenda, i take it that you're familiar with this man?

Najenda:Yes, he's another one of our target's that's been due for elimination. Through i honestly want to know, why's he in the Capital all of the sudden.

Dorothea:If i had to take a guess, Honest probably sent word to the western base during the ensuing chaos.

Lubbock: (crosse's his arms) That's probably it. I honestly didn't expect him to be alive, much less that the lucky bastard wasn't in the Capitol during all this.

Bulat: Lucky?! I don't know about that. Right now from the looks of it, him and those men are really screwed. Talk about a bad timing to be caught in this.

Twiggs:(scratches his head) Honestly, I'm surprised that of all people aside from Gravel, wasn't in the Capital during all that has transpired.

While they talked amongst themselves the images in the Crystal monitor showed Doomsday was continuing to tear the attacking soldiers appart one after the other. Wave bothered by this sight of the creature's onslaught of the soldiers spoke in turn.

Wave:We have to do something.

Kurome:?!

Tyler:Huh?!

Wave:We've got to help those men, they're getting slaughtered. Mr- i mean, your lordship are you going to help them?!

Tatsumi:(low tone)Wave, what are you doing?!

Demiurge:(taps his glasses)...

Shalltear:(annoyed look)Tsk.

Ainz, along with the other denizens of Nazarick, turned their attention towards the blue-haired sailor as he spoke to Ainz so casually, which was unacceptable to them. However, they said nothing. Then Ainz spoke towards the blue-haired sailor calmly while said salior was nervous due to the gazes that was fixed on him.

Ainz:Hmm..Wave,was it?

Wave:(nervous) Um, Y-Yes, that's correct.

Ainz:I see. Now to answer your question Mr Wave. We will not be deviating from our current plan.

Kurome:...

Wave:Huh?! Why not? We can't just leave them to get killed.

Ainz:We?! Mr.Wave , i take it that Tatsumi has filled you in on why exactly did i resurrected the lot of you?

Wave:Umm,yeah he did. Something about you making a assumption.(scraches his head confusingly)

Ainz:Correct. I also take it that he mentioned our accordance in exchange for your resurrection, did he not?!

Wave:Yes, he said that you wanted information in exchange for said request.

Ainz: Indeed, however my decision to bargain with such is for the security of Nazarick, in order to understand our surroundings. I hope you understand what I'm implying? I only saved Tatsumi and Chelsea not out of charitable kindness, but for my benefit and of my home only along with the rest, including my decision to aid Najenda on the situation of the refugee camp due to certain reasons.

Wave wasn't liking the sound of it. It almost sounded as if he was dealing with someone who grant's favors only in exchange for what was of beneficial to him. Then Ainz spoke once more in the same pragmatic tone.

Ainz:Now in response to those soldiers. I see no benefit in aiding them, when i myself including the rest of Nazarick do not know the danger that creature imposes. But one thing is certain i cannot risk to underestimate it or our current situation. I will not act recklessly in the face of the unknown, especially not for those soldiers.

Wave:(angry tone) So you're just going to let them die?!

Kurome:...

Shalltear:(angry look)

Twiggs:...

Ainz:(cold tone) Yes, i must first prioritize what's strategically important. If i we're to act on impulse, i would only be risking not only myself, but those who reside here and if my suspicions of someone's involvement are true, then disregarding caution would be a terrible mistake.

(Ainz/Suzuki:Damn, that was kinda cold of my part. I wonder if actors get troubled for some of the things they do or say during their lines?)

Wave simply couldn't believe with his own 2 ears how the skeletal Overlord spoke, saying that saving those soldiers now would be a strategical mistake which made the young sailor tighten his fists.

The other humans or at least those who are knowledgeable in strategy knew that Ainz was by the book right regarding this issue, even though to some it slightly bothered them. Then Ainz spoke again once more while there seemed to be tension in the atmosphere as some of the floor guardians and some of the Peiadies battle maids we're looking at Wave with scrutiny.

Ainz:Or put it this way mr Wave. If you chase after 2 rabbits or more, what would happen? You'll end up catching none and you'll waste your stamina for nothing.

Wave:But sir-(interrupted)

Narberal Gamma and Albedo we're about to scold him, but then immediately before Wave could finish his protests, Esdeath spoke in a serious commanding tone.

Esdeath:That's enough Wave! Restrain yourself and stand down right now!

Wave: (angry tone) The hell I should I? You don't care about them! We can't just leave those soldiers out there; we've got to help them and-(interrupted)

The young sailor still being resentful spoke angrily at her, until suddenly he felt a punch right in his stomach which put him down on his knees, to which then he was now seeing that the one who had done it was none other than Kurome. While he was slightly grovelling and trying to recuperate while confused he noticed that she looked seriously angry at him.

Kurome:Stop it Wave, you're being recklessly stupid !

Wave:(confused)K-Kurome?...W-Why did you-(interrupted)

Kurome: If you were to go there now, you'll make it worse. I know you don't like it, but he's right.

Then Esdeath spoke as she had a serious look on her face, while looking down at her subordinate.

Esdeath: There's nothing we can do for them Wave, and given the circumstances, along with what was mentioned moments ago. Our priority first should be to find out answers, before anything else.

Wave:G-General?...

Then Najenda spoke in turn in turn in a attempt to reason with the young sailor while taking a deep breath as she knew that this wasn't a easy thing to do.

Najenda:(deep breath) As much as i hate to admit this, he's right. We can't afford to botch this up by acting recklessly and besides...

Najenda looked at the denizens of Nazarick along with Ainz while coming to the conclusion that even though she understands Wave's frustration in wanting to prevent that creature's rampage. There simply wasn't anything they themselves could do.

Najenda:It also doesn't look like we have any saying in this, since we can't go on our own to do anything without their aid. Which we're not going to get to get there in time to stop the slaughter.

Wave:M-Miss Najenda?

Najenda:It would be very stupid of us to go there now. We'll only end up getting killed again by that monster, but worse since we don't have any weapons to engage it.

Leone:Boss...

Twiggs:(deep breath and conflicted look) You're right about that Najenda. Wave, i understand your frustration to leave men to get themselves killed and not do anything. I should know because i've lost many during many battles when i was a general in the Empire and as much as i don't like it myself, i have to agree with what Najenda said. We can't be reckless, not when it comes to dealing with this particular problem.

Akame:(remained silent)

Wave could only stare at Esdeath, Najenda along with hearing the words from general Twiggs which as much as he doesn't want to admit it, they were right. This was something that he simply couldn't do anything not by himself while recalling what he had been through today. Including remembering what had happened to Bols and his family which made him tighten his fist in anger.

While the rest of Night Raid could only stare and sense Wave's frustration, then Kurome spoke to Wave in a attempt to make him not to do anything stupid by himself.

Kurome: Wave, i know how you feel about this. I know you're thinking about Bols along with both Kije and Louge, and i know that you want to make Doomsday pay for everything he's done.

Kurome's serious expression suddenly changed from serious to a saddened expression.

Kurome:(saddened expression) So please, from here on out please don't do anything stupid on your own again. I can't bear the thought of losing you again.

As Wave saw Kurome's saddened expression, he started to feel bad for making her worry and for how he had done things before in an attempt to buy them time for Najenda and Kurome to escape, which resulted later in his death. But now seeing this expression on her face, he was now feeling like an asshole that didn't consider that she'd probably weeped for him. Wave not being able to bear to see her like this any further he proceeded to hug her while apologizing to her.

Wave:Kurome... I'm sorry! For putting you through all of that! I promise i won't do this to you again, i swear!

As Wave hugged Kurome she was hugging him back while she was slightly blushing along with being happy. To her this day had been a nightmare as she had to experience not only her comrades die, but the death of both Wave and her sister. As she let him go, she was regaining her composure to which suddenly her expression changed to that of a death stare and spoke to Wave in a threatening tone, which made the young sailor shiver.

Kurome:That being said, i still can't forgive you for knocking me out cold and going on your own to fight that monster. If you do that again, i swear I'll punish you more badly than that time the general gave you once.

Wave:(dumbfounded worried expression) Eh?...Kurome...You're scaring me.

Wave immediately started to sweat and tremble as Kurome threatened him, while recalling that one time that Esdeath had punished him for losing Tatsumi many months ago. Which the bluenete had him kneel, while placing heavy solid concrete blocks onto his knees as punishment, which upon remembering this, he akwardly back away from Kurome.

Then Wave had turned his attention on the skeletal Overlord as he remembered many moments ago he had learned that Kurome had also been killed by the creature, only for later to be resurrected by Ainz which now as he thought about it, he was now slightly nervous as he had sounded rude to the person who had resurrected him, Kurome and the others to which then he nervously spoke to Ainz once more.

Wave:(nervous) Um, sir- I mean your lordship. I...

Ainz:...

Not wanting to compromise their favor along with not wanting to sound as ungrateful, he proceeded to apologise for his blunder of moments ago. Even though he didn't like the idea that he's letting the men from the 12th battalion get killed by Doomsday, he knew that there was nothing he could do. Upon catching Ainz's attention he immediately bowed his head low and spoke in a apologetic tone.

Wave:I- I apologise for sounding rude a bit earlier! Also i'm very thankful to you, for resurrecting Kurome and myself!

Ainz: Raise your head, Mr Wave.

The young sailor nervously raised his head and he along with the other humans saw the skeletal Overlord's red eyes light up which made them uneasy and others we're worried.

Ainz:Think nothing of it. I understand your reason since ive been told that aside from being Esdeath's subordinate you're a soldier as well. However in the future i advise that you think about what i said, about chasing 2 rabbits or more and its results. Don't ever forget that.

Wave:(tightened his fist)Y-Yes. I'll bear it in mind, your lordship.

With that done, Wave then turned his attention towards Esdeath and was now proceeding to apologize to her, for snapping at her just moments ago.

Wave:(bows his head)General. I apologize for my outburst, i was out of line.

Esdeath:I accept your apology, though that said. (sadistic look) Honestly, today you've disobeyed a lot of my orders, which i hope you don't think for a second that you're off the hook of what i promised you hours ago, for Insubordination.

The blue haired general looked at the young sailor with contempt along with looking at him with her sadistic murder look, which made Wave and the other humans slightly uneasy, but then suddenly she was now back to normal and spoke to Wave normally.

Esdeath:However, at this moment now's not the time for none of that.

Wave:(remains silent)

Kurome:(sigh of relief)

Ainz:Now then, i believe it's time for us to proceed with our plan, But first..{create greater item}

Kurome:!!!

Chelsea:!!!

Najenda:!!!

Out of thin air a single nice elaborate black chair made of the same marble like material as the table that Ainz had conjured appeared right next to the table right in front of Tyler.

Ainz:Tyler do take a seat, we'll begin soon.

Tyler:(nervous)Um, R-Right!

Ainz:Once you're seated, place the coins on your breast pocket and equip yourself with the ring and the necklace and place Spectator on the table, the rest will be taken care of.

Once Tyler seated himself he removed Spectator from his possession and placed it on the table and began to equip himself with said items, starting with the coins by putting them in his pocket, followed by putting on the rest of the items on himself.

Ainz:Albedo, prepare to activate the Anti-clairvoyance system on the tomb and also have the fake detect decoy items we set up in the city prepared and place the last one not far from the creature. I believe you know what to do, use every thing in your disposal to ensure that creature doesn't detect our real current location.

Albedo:Yes it will be done as you instruct, my lord.

Multiple holographic panels appeared beside the guardian overseer, as she began to tap on them by pressing multiple holographic buttons and doing her work, much to the curiosity of some of the humans who don't understand what was she doing. Najenda concerned for Tyler spoke to him while the others stared at him worriedly.

Najenda:Tyler, are you sure you want to do this?

Tyler: Im positive Najenda, though im not going to lie I am bit nervous about this.

Twiggs:(uttering to himself) Tyler... I hope nothing happens to you.

(Dorothea:(looks at Albedo)What the hell are those panels?! What exactly is she doing?! Damnit this is very frustrating!)

Lubbock:(low tone) Hey guys, are we really going to let Tyler go through with this? To be mind controlled?

Tatsumi:(low tone) Do what?! I don't have Incursio with me at the moment, i gave it to him.

Lubbock:(low tone) You What?! Why did you gave it to them?!

Tatsumi: Honestly, i was so glad that he had resurrected you guys that when he asked me to relinquish it later, i didn't give it a second thought. Besides even if i did have it with me, i don't think I'd stand a chance in hell against any of them.

Bulat: Worry not Tatsumi. You made the right decision in this matter, i don't blame you for doing so and honestly...(looks at Sebas and Demiurge) Even if we had our Imperial Relics with us, from the looks of it we wouldn't be able to do anything. For now let's act like guests and see how this plays out.

Akame:I see, so that's all we could do for now...

Bulat:(nods his head in agreement)

While the humans contemplated on their current situation along with what was about to transpire while worried about Tyler who was about to participate in another attempt to re-read the creature's mind. Then the guardian overseer spoke which turned their attention back to them.

Albedo:My lord, everything right now is ready.

Ainz: Very well. Tyler are you ready?

Tyler:(deep breath) Yes I'm ready.

Then the skeletal Overlord lifted his hand and...

Ainz:Good {Mind control}

Tyler:?!...

As Ainz casted his spell, Both Twiggs and Najenda got close to the table to check on the young soldier who was sitting on the black marble chair followed by the assassins, the 2 Jaëgers and even Dorothea who was curious about how the process of mind control works. Then both generals saw that Tyler's eyes looked lifeless which made them panic.

Twiggs:Tyler do you hear me?! Tyler?!

Tatsumi:Hey man. Are you alright?

Ainz:There's no need for none of you to be alarmed, it's part of the process of being under mind control. Tyler do you feel any discomfort or we're you nervous moments ago.

Tyler:(expressionless tone)No your lordship, i feel no discomfort. Moments ago i was a bit nervous about agreeing to do this, but now i feel nothing.

Ainz:Hm, as expected that would be your response. One last question before we do anything. Are you terrified of us? Do you find our presence unsettling?!

Tyler:(expressionless tone) Yes! i was scared like you wouldn't believe it when i saw all of these monsters, but also truthfully speaking. I'm a little bit quite amazed at all of this.

Dorothea:Holy shit! So that's how it works...

Lubbock:Damn, honestly this is kind of creepy.

Ainz:I see, now then let us begin.

Some of the members of Night Raid like Lubbock, Chelsea and even Akame got close to next to Najenda to have a closer look, while Esdeath stood in her spot to observe things from afar. Ainz then grabbed both the rolled parchment and the Relic Spectator.

Ainz:{Item level up}

The parchment had floated up and by itself it opened up and a blue light had radiated from it, only for a blue flame to consume the entire parchment and was now gone entirely, which in turn the Teigu Spectator now had a strange glow to it. Dorothea along with Esdeath and Susanoo had been paying close attention to how the skeletal Overlord was using magic, in a attempt to try to understand the concept of how it works, but unfortunately for them it only left them puzzled and unable to do so.

Once the scroll had disintegrated, Ainz had put the Relic back on the black marble table.

Ainz:Tyler, equip yourself with the Relic Spectator.

Tyler:(expressionless tone)Yes, your lordship...

Upon command Tyler who was like a zombie had proceeded to equip himself with the Teigu Spectator onto his forehead.

Ainz:Good, now i want you to grab that golden skull. It's very important that you hold onto this item tightly. Do not let it fall.

Tyler:(expressionless tone) Yes, understood...

Ainz:Najenda, you and the others might want to watch the Crystal monitor from this point on until my plan is successful.

Najenda:R-Right!

Tatsumi:(nods his head in agreement)

The Night Raid assassins, along with the 3 Jaëgers and both Twiggs and Dorothea had turned their attention to the Crystal monitors that was showing Doomsday still slaughtering the soldiers of the 12th western battalion, while they kept their eye on the skeletal Overlord and Tyler. Then suddenly...

Ainz:Albedo activate now!

Albedo:Yes, Ainz-sama!

As he commanded, the guardian overseer with her holographic panels activated all of the countermeasures that she was ordered to use.

Simultaneously where both Tyler and Ainz stood suddenly there was now a glowing white circle on the floor followed by other multiple glowing circles that lit up the room and were rotating in mid air, along with them seeing that it had rune symbols on them. The humans present were amazed at the mere sight of it.

Kurome:(amazed)Wow!

Wave:Holy crap!

Esdeath:(widened eyes in surprise)

Then before they could gawk at this any further...

Ainz:{Undead slave sight activate}

The magic circle had become very bright much to the others amazement along with them noticing that the jewel on Spectator was glowing brightly, then they noticed that there was a strange dark-like miasma surrounding the skeletal Overlord along with seeing both of his eyes had lit up, like a blazing crimson flame which made him look threatening to the humans.

While all this happened, Najenda had her fists tightened as she was now hoping that nothing happens to Tyler, along with hoping that Ainz's suspicions wasn't nothing more than a wild assumption. Then before she could cross her fingers and continue thinking, suddenly Sheele was now pointing at the Crystal monitor.

Sheele:Guys look!

They Immediately the humans turned their attention back at the Crystal monitor to which now...

BWAAAAAAAAA

Leone:The hell?!

Wave:?!

Esdeath:(low tone) N-No way!

Tatsumi:Eh?!

Najenda:(mouth wide open)!!!

Mine:Holy hell!

They couldn't believe what they we're seeing, the Ultimate was now roaring loudly while having both hands on the top of his head...as if something was happening to the beast.

BWAAAAAAAA!

(sigh) finally i was able to finish this part, though im sorry that i wasn't able to deliver the whole chapter and surprise like i had promised, but as i said before when i was writing this on the long run i started to notice that there were errors and missing content that i had written which led me to decide to cut the chapter in half. Word of advise for anyone writing on the document editing from FF, the writing limit for a chapter is probably limited to less 40k to which any further and errors will start to appear on your project and cant save. Im going to have to use G docs

I also really apologize for not being able to update the chapter sooner because alot of stuff happened like loss of inspiration which led to writers block along with getting side tracked with other stuff that i won't write about here. Remember part of this story' credit goes to Andrew78591 story the Empire's Doomsday, so remember to give him a applause.

Also i going to see if i could fix chapter 2 because i noticed a few errors in the writing like top caps on words after the dot which i realized and putting pause on some of the characters long dialogue which. Note i said im going to try because FF Document is not working properly, the save button is all messed up.

As for the promised chapter, currently as it stands right now is at 75% with 36k in words.

I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter that i posted despite it not having any action on it. To summerize this one, it continues off from the end of chapter 5 while at the same time the events from the extra chapter: beast's onslaught we're happening as well. Here the Night Raid assassins along with Esdeath and the others were face to face with Ainz Ooal Gown along with his Floor guardians and in a surprise other multiple denizens also appered which frightened them and some other things happened like Ainz's closure with a part of his past and some character dialogue between the humans and the denizens of Nazarick and the humans learned about some things including some information about magic.

Importantly Najenda and the rest get to learn why Ainz had ordered a lockdown on the refugee camp (since he's a bit paranoid after what had happened to Shalltear in season 1 and in off script Ainz discussed his suspicions to both Albedo and Demiurge) after he and both Floor guardians got more information from those who had engaged the Ultimate he and his subordinates suspect of someone's involvement in Doomsday being sent to this world much to their surprise as they didn't get to think of it in the first place to which now they are proceeding with trying to use Tyler and the Teigu Spectator via mind control to attempt to re-read the creature's mind to find any new information. They also saw in the Crystal monitor that in the imperial Capital Doomsday is currently right now fighting off General Noukens troops)

Will Ainz's plan bear results and reveal new information? Or will this plan backfire and put Nazarick in Danger from the Ultimate's wrath? Is Ainz's suspicions nothing but paranoia? Or is there something to it and there's another threat concealed in the darkness? Stay tuned for the other part of this chapter...(until its ready)
