Chapter-4 :- First Step towards Greatness
All the members of Fairy Tail spirits are high than usual as their new member is the reason who motivate them so they can go towards the greatness and bring the formar glory to the guild.
Now some of the member mainly Macao, Romeo, Alzack, Bisca, Azuka, Laki are seen with Naruto speaking with him when Azuka asked a question to Naruto that is on the mind of all the member.
" Naru-ni how are your eye changed colour is it an eye magic ?" asked Azuka to Naruto which caused all the member to became quiet so they can hear the answers and learn more about their new members.
Naruto smiled a littile towards Azuka and pick her up and place her in his lap and answerd to her " Hai Azuka Chan it is a powerful eye magic that pass down through generation to generation like a bloodline and a magic which I don't wish any one inherit after me."
" Naruto San why don't you want any one to inherit your eye magic also what is the name of it?" asked a curious Laki to which Naruto sliently curshed to himself.
" 'sigh' It's because the price one has to pay for unlocking and evolving it." said Naruto as a sad look came on his face.
" What price you pay to obtain it also you didn't answered Laki's second question" asked Bisca as she as well as other member are curious what price Naruto has to pay for obtaining the Eye Magic.
Naruto contemplating what to tell them as he didn't want to revel much so he decided to give them half truth while cursing himself for the slip of his tung.
After few minute of contemplating Naruto decide to tell them half truth so he turned towards Bisca and said " The price is to obtain Sharingan which is my right eye is to be either put in life or death situation or see some one close to you die infront of your eye so when your emotion is heightened it awake the Sharingan normally at 1 tomoe state and again in similar situation it evolveled in 2 tomoe then to 3 tomoe state." Which shocked all of the member.
" Y..Yo…You mean you see some people close to you die which awake the Sharingan thing?" asked both Bisca and Laki horrified at the thought of seeing some one close to them die infront of them to which Naruto nodded.
" What about your Left eye Naruto? How did you awake it?" asked Macao to Naruto who contemplate how he is going to tell them about Rinnegan.
" 'sigh' I don't know Macao as any person wielding 2 tomoe or 3 tomoe Sharingan can awake next stage if they saw someone close to them die infront of them which usually cause them to awake Mangekyo Sharingan which I awoke in my right eye while my left eye evolved even further and I awake Rinnegan instead of Mangekyo Sharingan which is considered a myth it self. So I have no idea how I awake the legendary Rinnegan." answered Naruto.
After hearing Naruto's answer all of the member stunned that their new member has a magic which considered a myth and legend in it self.
" Wait a minute I don't remember I heard about Sharingan or Rinnegan and as you say it is a myth so we atleast have heard story about it." said Wakaba suspiciously
" ' sigh' Wakaba I came from a far away land. I am not from Fiore that's why you didn't know about it because where I came from they are pretty famous and before you ask about where I came from please don't as I didn't want to talk about it as it destroyed by last war that happened 4 years ago and I am the last survivor who escaped barely with his life." said Naruto which shocked them all as they didn't see war of that scale what Naruto is telling.
After telling them half truth Naruto look at all the faces of the member of his guild and see them some in deep thought, some are horrified and see some look of sympathy and sigh as they belive him completely.
Naruto knew that the chance of him going back to his world is very slim and they most probably will not accept him if they learn that he is alive but didn't help them in war then there is a chance that they are all dead as even Obito is dead Madara is still their who is high calibar of monster even surprassing Obito.
Also Naruto like the peaceful environment as well as the beauty of the fiore so he didn't really want to leave.
Though what help Naruto to made up his mind is that there is a high chance he would be dead if he go through the space time portal which is no good as that means he will not only going to left his life here but also he would be doomed and can't have a life in Elemental Nation as well and by chance if he survived the journey but find it didn't what he want and wanted to be back to Earthland then he again have to wait for 5-7 years which he didn't want so even if it pained him Naruto made up his mind to stay at Earthland while travelling towards Magnolia.
Naruto came out of his stupor when he felt some one hugging him and look down to see both Azuka and Romeo hugging him with tears in their eyes but before he can say anything he felt 2 hands on both of his shoulder and look up to see Bisca and Laki giving him aq reassuring smile while they themselves has tears in their eyes.
Naruto then look towards other members who also giving him a small smile while nodding their head in reassurance it make Naruto happy as they didn't judge him and accept him with open arm.
Naruto then look towards everyone and said sincerely while give a slight bow " Thank you everyone."
" No Naruto thank you as soon after joining you help us to deal with Twilight Ogre salso give us motivation so thank you." said Macao as he bowed infront of Naruto who put down Azuka and hug Macao while saying it's alright.
After that Naruto sit down and said " Ok Macao can you inform me about the situation we are in and what it's caused?"
" I thought Yajima san already told you." replied Macao with confused look on his face.
" ' Sigh' Yajima jiji didn't inform anything in detail just said that 4 years ago some core member died and you guys are now in trouble when I asked for details he said it's better if you told me Macao." said Naruto to which Macao nod his head in understanding.
" Ok Naruto the thing is 4 years ago our master as well as our core members departed for Tenrou Island our guild traditional land due to the S class promotion was going to be happened there but they were attacked by a dark guild Girimoire Heart which they managed to defeat but soon Dragon King Acnologia also known as Accomplyse Dragon Attack Tenrou Island and destroy it resulting the death of our core member and master. After that incident the mission we were getting started to reduced as clients are prefered our core member for jobs and we are forced to borrow money from Magic Council as well as other guild like Twilight Ogre. We also lost our old guild hall. Many of our member also left due to lack of mission and now we are the weakest guild in Fiore." said Macao sadly to which Naruto nodded.
" How much money you guys borrow from the Twilight Ogre and Magic council?" asked Naruto
" Around 35-36 million Jewels." said Macao as he look down.
Naruto is shocked at the amount of Debt His guild has but he quickly compose himself and started to think a way to cover it as soon as possible.
" Hmm 35 million Jewel is very amount and if what Macao said is true then the mission Fairy Tail is getting isn't high paying as well and even if with my skill we started to get High paying mission near future it will ceternly not be enough for covering the Debt so what can I do to get rid of it as soon as possible?" thought Naruto.
After few minute he get an idea that will ceternly help him to clear the Debt that Fairy Tail has " 'sigh' I can't belive I am going to do this but if I want to get rid of the debt then I have to publish Ero Sanin's Icha Icha as it's obvious that even in earth land pervert's are present and if what I see in Ero Sanin's bank book is true then it will going to help me in clearing the debt and that bustard also gave me many of his un finished draft as well."
Naruto then smile a little and thought " Well in this way I can remember my lovable idiot perverted sensei who help me to get strong and realising his book will get me money and if my instinct is correct then I can make a spy network that will bring the reputation of the guild higher."
Naruto then come out of his stupor when he feel someone trying to get his attention and look down to see Romeo is trying to get his attention by poking him.
" Yes Romeo is something you want to ask me?" asked Naruto to which Romeo figited a little then said " Please Naruto ni san train me. I want to be strong so I can protect my guild member and bring the formar glory of the guild."
Naruto smiled at the kid's determination and said " Ok Romeo I will train you but it will be hellish so are you still want me to train you?"
" Yes I will endure anything you throw at me so please train me." said Romeo with determination.
" Ok then from Tomorrow I will start your training and simultaneously do the mission as well." said Naruto to Romeo who hug him and thanked him for accepting his proposal to train him.
Naruto then sighed and stood up and asked Macao about job request that they has to which Macao replied " Yes we have some but they are low rank job which no one like to do."
" Ok then give me as if the job is not completed then our guild will lose even more jobs which will eventually led to our guild breing disbanded." said Naruto to which other member look down in shame as they realise what Naruto said is true and if they didn't get their act straight then their guild will be disbanded by Magic council.
Macao show Naruto the Job request board to which Naruto thanked him and move towards the board and started to look through the job request.
" Hmm so most of the job are D to C class. I see why the member are not like these jobs but oh well I think I will get this 5 job for today." thought Naruto and collect the job request from the board and go towards Macao
" Hey Macao I will take this 5 job request." said Naruto as he handed Macao the 5 job flyer so he can stamped it.
" Naruto are you sure about it I mean I am not underestimating your capability but isn't it a bit much ?" asked Macao to Naruto to which Naruto replied " It's ok I can handle that."
" ' sigh' Ok Naruto I belive your judgement but if you can't do them all today then do the excess tomorrow." said Macao as he stamped the flyer and nothe in his dairy who took the job.
" Thank you Macao for the advice. Well then I should leave for the job." said Naruto and left.
As Naruto walking through the street of Magnolia he is looking through the job request and see that they are not that hard so he made some clone and send them to the jobs while he himself move towards the forest where he can short out Jiraya's already publish book and unfinished draft to see which one he is going to publish first.
" I hope Bisca, Laki, Kinnana don't beat me up for publishing the smut." said Naruto to himself as he shivered at the thought of getting beat up and levelled as a pervert but it is necessary for their survival.
After half an hour he find the spot of his liking and sat down. He then unsealed all the scroll he has and started to check which one has his perverted godfather published book and unfinished draft.
After another 20 minutes of searching he found the particular scroll and open it and seal other scroll in particular order.
After 10 minutes Naruto complited sealing all the scroll in their respective storage scroll.
With a sigh Naruto open the scroll and unseal the item in it and started to go through to find it's perfect order though he cringed how cheasey the book are and also how big of a smut it is.
With a sigh Naruto continue his sorting so that he can publish the book. As he sorting he also started to remember about his friends in Elemental Nations and a pang of guilt grip his heart at the thought of abandoning them and started to have second guess about going back but that would mean he have to abandoned Fairy Tail as well which he didn't want as even though he meet them recently but they quickly became his friends and precious people that he would protect and he can't abandon them.
Shaking his head Naruto steeled his resolve as there is no turning back as he knew weather he stay here or go back to Elemental Nation's he would live his life with regreat.
Naruto then create some clone and started his traning in recreate the Black Lightning as well as creating sword style for Kiba.
" Hmm I already learned Whirlpool Fist of my clan as well as Dad's Humming Bird style from the scroll. I already know Frog Kumite as well so should I try to create a Taijutsu style as well which will be unique to me?" Naruto asked himself.
" Yea It will be surely come in handy to have another style so I think mixing Gentel Fist and Strong Fist with my Elemental Affinity I can create a new style Element Fist well let's not thought much about it and let's some clone Handel it while I try to create a suitable sword style for Kiba as well as try to slightly alter Silent Killing method. Yea that should do it." thought Naruto and create some more clone and he himself involve in the process to create a sword style that will suit with Kiba.
It's been already 2 hour Naruto left to complete his 5 job that he took and In the mean time in Fairy Tail guild hall the member of Fairy Tail other than Naruto are present and they are speaking among them selves.
" Macao the brat is right we have to grow a backbone when come to dealing with Twilight Ogre." said Wakaba
" 'sigh' I know Wakaba and I am sorry it's because of my inability to stand up we are in this position." said Macao then continue " And Wakaba how many time I have to tell you to call me Master."
" Yeh I will not call you Master no matter what you say my friend." said Wakaba to which Macao only sigh and shook his head.
" Naruto san surely gone for quite some time isn't it?" asked Laki with worry in her voice.
" Yeah you are right he should have came back by now because a D class or C class job didn't required that much time to complete." said Bisca.
" Yeah you are right wonder what is taking his time?" asked Max to which other nodded their head as well.
" Naruto has taken 5 job at once which is the reason that he didn't returned yet." said Macao which surprised others that Naruto has taken 5 Job at once.
" What 5 job at once? Master Macao do you think he can complete the job today?" asked Jet
" I have a feeling that the Brat is going to complete it today and if he can't complete all of the job he can complete remaing job Tomorrow." said Macao to which other nodded their head.
In the forest outside Magnolia Naruto is training when the clone that he send to do the job came back and hand him the report and dispel them selves.
"It took 3 and half hour to complete these simple job I see I am getting rusty." Thought Naruto
"Well let's go back to the guild and report" Naruto said to himself and turned towards the clones while seling Kiba in his wrist and said them " Ok guys you continue your training I am going to report to Macao so continue your training until you all are out of chakra." To which the clone salute him and said hai and get back to their work while Naruto started to go towards the guild.
In the guild hall other member of Fairy Tail chatting with each other while waiting for their newest member to come back. Some of them are worried mainly Bisca, Laki, Azuka but their worry is for nothing as the guild door open and Naruto come through the Door.
As soon as Naruto come in he was tackeled by a blur which make him stumbled as he was caught off guard but manged to hold himself from falling down. Naruto look down to see who tackeled him and see the culprit is none other than Azuka.
" Naru ni welcome back !" exclaimed Azuka with a bright smile on her face.
Naruto smile at the girl and ruffeled her hair and said " Thank You Azuka chan."
Naruto then pick up the child and place her on his shoulder and proceed to walk towards Macao. After reaching Macao Naruto gave him the Report of all 5 job.
" Well done Naruto you managed to complete all 5 job and that also this quick as well." said Macao which confuse Naruto.
" Master what are you saying I think I take more time than it should to complete the job." said a confued Naruto.
" No Naruto while the D class job you took is rather simple but the C class job you took is quite time consuming." said Macao to which Naruto nod in understanding he then gave Macao the cut of the guild from what he get in the mission to which Macao thanked him.
After that Naruto move towards the bar where Bisca take her daughter from Naruto and he then sit down on the stool.
" So how is your first job?" asked Bisca to which Naruto answered " It's good Bisca. There is no problem at all."
" Ni san You promished to train me so what will we going to learn first?" asked Romeo
Naruto smiled at the kid and said " First I am going to teach you hand to hsand combat and help you control your magic so you can improve on it."
" Come on Ni san they are going to be boring teach me a cool technique." wined Romeo to which Naruto just smiled as Romeo remind him of Konohamaru.
" Romeo if you don't have any speed and as well as experience in Hand to Hand then if your opponent can counter your spell or got into your guard you will be beaten so Hand to Hand combat and speed training is required so we will be focasing on them first ok?" suggested Naruto to which Romeo thought for a moment and nodd his head while saying " Yeah ni san I can wait to be strong and awesome mage like you."
Naruto just chuckle at the boy's enthusiasm and nodded his head as he looking forward to this as well so near future he can help not only Romeo but also other guild member to be strong so that all of them together brought back their guild's former glory and make it again strongest guild as it was before the untimely demise of the core member.
