Chapter-6:- Starting A Spy Network
It's been 1 year Naruto join Fairy Tail and the member of the said guild can't be more happier than they are right now because of their new member and friend / brother they are steadily recovering and their guild reputation also started to go upwards as well.
As Naruto continue to train Romeo he started to think about training his fellow guild member and use his free time to find a way so he can teach them some of his jutsu as well as to learn some from of magic like Requip and healing magic and after 5 month of trying he find a way to teach them Jutsu as since coming to Earthland he develop a magic container thanks to his sage mode and now he has both chakra network and magic container.
Naruto soon proposed the idea of training them in Hand to Hand combat or Tai jutsu and how to handel weapons or Buki Jutsu which got mix reaction from the guild. Some of them like Bisca who saw him train Romeo and said it to other agrees to the training and with Bisca her Husband Alzack as well as Laki, Max, Reedus and Romeo of course and there are some who disagree like Nab, Warren, Jet, Droy, Wakaba and some who is Neutral as they didn't know if it's truly okay to train now and also wanted to train as well like Macao then there is Kinana who first is confused at what to do but soon pick the choice to train as she also want to help the Guild that took her in and give her many friends who are like a family to her.
Soon murmur started to erupted within the guild hall as all of the member are started to discuss what to do and after 20 minutes of discussion and argument's all who is opposed to the training agree to it reluctantly while other who already agreed are excited to became strong so they can help to bring back the Former glory of Fairy Tail their guild where they laughed and go on the job's with their friends.
Naruto understood the one that didn't agree at first to the training is still reluctant so he started to think ways with that they can be motivated and after thinking sometime he said " Ok guys I can see that many of you are still didn't want to train but if you train I will try and teach you some of my technique and including Substitution which is very useful though I used my Rinnegan Amenotejikara ability which is similar to substitution but can be used in time space plane as well but like Amenotejikara you can use substitute and substitute your selves with log or even any inanimate or living being in a specific radius." Which got all of their attention and they all agree that it was really useful spell so all of them agree to train.
Naruto then started to train them all regorously in increasing speed by using Restriction and Gravity seal as well as teach them Basic Academy Style taijutsu in hope of helping them create their style in near future.
Although all of them hate his drill sergent or slave driver attitude when comes to training but they can't complain about the result they are getting.
All of the member are estatic at the result they are getting on their job. As Naruto train all of them in Hand to hand combat or as he say Tai jutsu as well as Buki jutsu not to mention some basic but useful spell like substitution and clone spell.
Even after training they were still sceptical and said that they are already strong so is it really necessary for them to train in the art of Hand to Hand combat and Weapon skill though they didn't complain about learning new technique to which Naruto said to them " It will make you guys all round in everything which will make you can complete your job more effectively which eventually bring more job as people will learn from their client how effectively you all complete your job."
When they heard Naruto's reasoning they thought about it and see that Naruto is right so they agreed to his reasoning and accept the training their brother is willing to give them to which Naruto smiled sadistically as he can't wait to torture ermm… train them which make all the member shiver in fear as they quickly understand that they are in for a lot of pain.
Naruto train them rigorously to increase their speed, weapon skill mainly in Ken jutsu and some shuriken jutsu as well as help them control their magic so that the colletroal damage became minimum.
With the training provided by Naruto they improve leaps and bounds even though the training it self is hellish which started to reflect on their efficiency to complete the job with minimum to no colletroal damage which bring them more jobs as well.
Naruto himself take many A class job as well as B class job which he mostly complete by himself though in some of these job he take other member with him as well.
Naruto also increase his training and whenever he is not on a mission or training other he train by himself.
In this time Naruto able to create a style suitable for Kiba blade but it is still incomplete. He name the style as Dance of Lighting God which is based on extremely fast but simultaneously strike which didn't gave enemy very little time to counter as if the opponent didn't match with the speed of Naruto's strike then they will be dead. Though what make this style more deadly is that Naruto able to remove the sound of thunder while using this style making it slient thunder. And with the conjunction of Hidden Mist Jutsu it making visibility low to zero this style became very dangerous as normal eye can't see in the mist.
Naruto also able to recreate Strom release Kekkei genkai and Black lightining as well but he didn't create or rediscovered any of the Strom release jutsu as it became very hard to control the form so he decided to create a seal that will help him in control so he use his shadow clone and trying to create the seal while he practice on control though Naruto also trying to recreate the Scorch Release kekkei genkai as well which is possible because of his Rinnegan.
The reason for trying to recreate Scorch release is after meeting with his mother and learn about his clan he wanted to have a blood line that will be pass down but he didn't have any blood line so in the memory of his beloved friend Haku he tried to create Ice release in which he failed miserably but his hope was again upped when his clone met reanimated Pakura in the battle field and while fighting her Naruto asks her some question about Scorch release and asked her permission to recreate her bloodline for his clan.
Pakura was angered at first that even in death someone still want to use her but soon calm down when Naruto told her that how he was viewed as clan less looser who didn't have any bloodline and he also told her how he want to make everyone remember about Uzumaki clan but if she didn't want it he will not do anything.
Pakura look at Naruto's eye to see any decit but found none so she gave him permission as well as telling her story when Naruto ask her about it soon Naruto's clone managed to defeat her and before she get sealed away she gave some of her chakra to Naruto which eventually going to help him recreate the Scorch Release and Naruto recreate Scorch release in the memory of Pakura.
So when Naruto is alone he create large amount of clone and with the help of the clone he practice Fuin Jutsu as well as controlling of Strom and Scorch release as well as trying to use water from water molecule in the air to his water jutsu.
In the mean time Bisca and Naruto's bond became sibling type as when Naruto over work himself Bisca will always scold him then started to fuss over him it make Naruto really happy that he has another older sister like Ayame and Suzune.
Though when remembering his old comrade and friend as well as his precious people like Tsunade who is like a mother or grandmother to him as well as Suzune and Ayame who is like an older sister to him he became sad and only prey that they are ok and the war is ended and all of them survived.
Naruto also started to train Azuka with other who is very eager to be strong like him. At first Bisca was furious and very much yelled at him but after calming down the green haired mother he explain that he will train her very lightly and in this way Azuka will increase her stamina and when she grow up it will help her.
Though Bisca was sceptical at first but reluctantly agreed when Azuka give her a puppy dog eye but made Naruto promise to her that it will be very light training as Azuka is very young to start training to which Naruto agreed with her and promised the green haired beauty that he will only training her daughter in very light physical training. It eventually calm down Bisca as she knew her younger brother never go back on his word.
Now Naruto and his clone can be seen in the training ground with various other member of the guild training them as all of them are drenched in sweat and panting.
With the income Naruto has because of his sensei's Icha Icha novel Naruto able to brought some land and made them into training ground for various scenario as he use his earth style and water style to create some pool as well but one of the training ground which he name as Training ground 3 Naruto use Eath Style: Earth Style Rampart and Water Style: Waterfall Basin and create an artificial waterfall so he can use the water fall for chakra control exercise as well as training in Wind Element it also can be used for other guild member who is willing to learn Wind Element so Naruto can train them in Wind Element.
In the training ground many of Naruto's clones instructed the guild member while Naruto himself training Younger member which is none other than Romeo and Azuka and they are at it for quite some time though Azuka is give only light physical exercise so she is watching her pseudo older brother put her parent's and other guild member through ringer which make her slightly scared but she understand that her Naru nii chan was doing this to make everyone strong.
"They really improved quite well huh." thought Naruto as he along with Azuka see his guild member train while supervised by his clones.
" Ok guys that's enough you can rest for now." said Naruto loudly so all of the guild member can hear his voice.
After hearing Naruto's voice they all sigh in relief and sat down on ground while some of them lay down while all of Naruto's clone disappear.
After that Naruto pickup Azuka and place her on his shoulder while he and Romeo who also train hard but not as hard as older member of the guild and is well rested distribute bottle of water as well as towel to everyone which all of them accepted graciously and thanked Naruto and Romeo.
After distributing the bottles and towels Naruto move towards the place where Bisca, Alzack and Laki is sitting and gave Azuka to Bisca who thanked her brother for taking care of her daughter to which Naruto just nodded and smiled a little.
After that Naruto move towards the empty place of the training ground and create some shadow clones. After creating the clones Naruto instructed them to practice controlling Ranton and Shakuton or Strom and Scorch Release while he and one of his clone engage in Taijutsu as both he and his clone switching between Whirlpool fist, Humming Bard and Element Fist.
As Naruto sparring with his clones all of the other member are watching the scene with awe as it also help them motivate to catch up to their fellow guild mate / friend / brother.
" Amazing it didn't matter how many time I saw him training it always surprise me how he came up with a plan in middle of fight and act accordingly." said Laki.
" Well what do you expect from my brother he was in a war it is obvious his battle Iq will be high compare to us." said Bisca to which her daughter Azuka nodded and exclaimed " Yea Naru nii is strongest and I want to be strong like him!" to which all the other around her chuckled and agreed at the statement of little Azuka.
" Yea Azuka is right and with nii san's training I can also be strong like him and help him to bring our guild to former glory." said Romeo to which all of them smiled as after Naruto joining the guild Romeo came out from his depressed state and stated to become the happy go luckey boy he once was.
As all of them are chatting with each other they lose their focus from Naruto's training but soon they heard a noise which oddly sounded clang like two swords clashing with each other.
As soon as they heard the sound they immediately turned towards Naruto and see Naruto and his clone now engaging in a fearce Ken jutsu battle.
For next 30 minute they see Naruto and his clone spar with each other and they again mesmarised by the battle as it is more like a deadly dance than a spar because Naruto's movement are precise and fluid with no excess movement.
" Wow it's really beautiful." said Romeo with awe as other agreed with the boy.
" I decided I am going to ask nii san to teach me Ken Jutsu as well!" exclaimed Romeo to which his father Macao said " It's ok that you want to learn Ken jutsu but you should not jump at it because It might become problem later as you would have bite more than you can chew." to which Romeo became saddened but understood his father's word but soon he gain a determinant fire in his eye and said " Don't worry dad I will be taking it slow but I will definitely going to learn Ken Jutsu." to which Macao sighed a little and then smile at his son who want be stronger so he can help his fellow guild mate to bring the former glory of the guild. Not only Macao but also other guild member is also smiled at the young boy's determination and turned towards where Naruto is training and continue to see the Ken jutsu spar.
Soon Naruto finish his spar and dispel the clone he was sparring with and sealed both of his blade to the seal on his wrist. He then turn towards his guild mates and move towards them.
After reaching them he asked if they feel ok and are they well rested to which all of them nodded to which Naruto smiled a little and open his mouth to speak but before he could speak Bisca force him to sit down beside her and Alzack so Naruto can rest as Bisca knew he is going to start their training which going to push his body to the limits and if he didn't rest it will be detrimental for him.
Naruto though annoyed at first sighed and calm down as he understand his sister just looking out for him and didn't want him to over excert himself which eventually going to harm him.
After Naruto sat down Azuka who was currently on her father's lap climb down from her position and then climbed up onto Naruto's lap to which Naruto just smiled and pat her head which make her happy but soon she turned around and look up towards Naruto's face and started to ask question as she is naturally curious in nature. Naruto started to answer Azuka's question to best of his capability.
Though Naruto is answering Azuka's question his mind was elsewhere as he was thinking " Hmm well I already collect enough fund to start the Spy Network but to be safe side I think it would be best if I wait for some time and in the mean time I have to published 2nd edition of ero sanin's book so that I can get more fund. Hmm I think it is the best I wait for few time." Soon he came out of his stupor and started to answer Azuka's question.
After taking rest for 20 minute Naruto decide he has enough rest so he stand up and said " Ok guys let's continue our training now I am going to test you all in Hand to Hand combat." to which everyone groaned but reluctantly stand up and prepare for the ass kicking they will going to get soon.
Soon Naruto started to test them in Hand to Hand combat and started to correct their form and help them to create their own style which they are going to be comfortable with and it came along very nicely and they all started to develop their fighting style with the help of Naruto.
It take quite few hours to test them all at their Hand to Hand combat skill and soon Naruto finished testing them.
" You guys are improved your Tai Jutsu tremendously and I am happy to help you all to create your own Tai jutsu style and I am proud of you all for coming the long way and getting stronger so you can complete your job with more efficiency." said Naruto as he smiled at his fellow guild member to which all of them beamed with happiness.
" Thank you Naruto for training us so that we can improve and also for showing us that we can always learn and improve no matter what." said Macao to which other nodded in agreement which make Naruto smile.
" So Naruto what we are going to learn next?" asked a curious Laki who asked the question that all of them has in their mind as all of them look at Naruto curiously.
" Well next I will train you all in Stealth and before you ask anything I am thinking about start a Spy Network and I am going to need help of you guys as well and stealth is most essential for part of Spy Network and sometime it is best to attack your enemy sneakily rather than attack head on." said Naruto as he reveal his plan to create a Spy Network which shocked his fellow guild member.
" Is it really necessary to establish a spy network?" asked Bisca worriedly but Naruto just smiled at her as he is really happy his pseudo sister really care for him.
" Yes as it will help our guild to gain its former reputation and don't worry Bisca chan I will be okay." Said Naruto to which the Green haired Beauty sighed but smiled at her brother as she understand her brother doing this for their guild.
" Okay enough chit chat let's go back to the guild everyone training for today is over." Said Naruto to which all of them relived that the training is end for today as they go back to the guild.
After resting 30 minute at the guild Naruto excuse himself and started to go towards Soccerer Weekly office so he can submit second draft of Icha Icha series.
After 10 minute Naruto reach the Soccerer Weekly office and go inside. As he go inside he look towards the receptionist and move towards her and after reaching her Naruto clear his throat which got the attention of the receptionist.
" Hello sir how can I help you?" asked the Receptionist to which Naruto smiled at her causing a blush to form on the Receptionist's cheek and replied " Hello to you as well I want to meet Shiro san is he free?"
" I see sir I am going to inform him about you can you please give me your name?" asked the Receptionist to which Naruto replied " ah yes thank you and my name is Naruto Uzumaki."
The receptionist nod her head and said Naruto to wait as she go in the cabin of Shiro. With nothing to do Naruto sat down in the chair present in the waiting area.
After 5 minute the receptionist came back and said he can go in after 10 minute as Shiro is finishing an important work to which Naruto nodded and started to wait.
After 10 minute Naruto go in and see Shiro is waiting for him. As soon as Shiro see Naruto he stand up and greet him towhich Naruto just nod and both of them sat down.
" So Naruto san what can I do for you ? are you here to drop the next edition of Icha Icha?" asked Shiro geedy at the thought of another masterpiece being released to which Naruto laughed and nodded his head in agreement and hand him the 2nd draft which Shiro accepted with grateful expression and started to go through the draft.
After 10 minute Shiro finished reading the draft and put it down on his desk and look at Naruto and said " I am really surprised how can one man create such master piece again and again." To which Naruto just sweat dropped and thought " I really didn't think I would found this much pervert in Earthland."
Naruto then turned serious and said " Shiro san I need your help in creating a Spy Network so please help me as it will certainly going to boost my guilds reputation." And bowed to Shiro who became shocked at the declaration.
Even though Shiro is shocked he came out of his stupor and said " Raise your head Naruto san you don't have to bow to me and I will be happy to help you in any way possible." To which Naruto sighed in relief.
After that both Naruto and Shiro talked about what Naruto would need to start a Spy Network and when he is going to start the Spy Network.
Time skip :-
It's already been 4 month Naruto talk to Shiro and as promised Shiro helped him to start a spy network by using his contacts and it's been a month the spy network has started and slowly but surely it is growing.
" Well at last the Spy Network has started I hope it's going to help my guild. Jiraya Sensei please watch over me." Thought Naruto as he practicing Fuin Jutsu but what he didn't know is that this very decision of his going bring the reputation to the Fairy Tail to where it's once was and also the propularity of the mages and most of all Naruto's propularity going to reach everyone in Land of Fiore.
