SYNOPSIS:
The annual visit that Camp Half-Blood can make to Mount Olympus during the Winter Solstice does not go on as usual; Normally the demigods attend in the hope of speaking with their divine parents, but due to beings superior to the gods, the Greco-Romans will realize how much they ignore and underestimate about the world or worlds. That there are beings capable of facing and defeating them, exceptional mortals and more.
"... And thanks to my leadership, we've had another year..."
Annoyance and boredom was what everyone present in the hall of the Olympic Council felt during the winter solstice meeting.
The meeting was attended by the members of the half-breed camp, some minor gods, Chiron and the members of the council themselves, but most of them tried not to show annoyance or boredom, but to make it seem that they were paying attention to the speech of the youngest son of Kronos and Rhea, Zeus the god of lightning and king of Olympus
Or at least the demigods, their trainer, and the lesser gods present, while Poseidon and Hades had given up paying attention since the meeting began, with Kronos' eldest son working with a... a kind of tablet with which he kept up with the duties of the Underworld, Poseidon on the other hand was creating small figures made of water to avoid falling asleep.
Demeter alternated between looking at her daughter Persephone with a smile and glaring at Hades, who ignored her. Hestia tending to the fire in the center of the room, and Hera maintained a haughty look and appearance.
Hephaestus was playing discreetly with his hands, building small devices, Ares was entertained by sharpening knives, Artemis had a bored look just like Dionysus, who was nodding slightly due to the boredom that was taking him to the kingdom of Morpheus, Aphrodite is looking at a hand mirror any supposed imperfection that only she could see in his face, Apollo and Hermes were talking with discreet signs so that Zeus wouldn't notice them, while they planned some way to entertain themselves when ending the meeting.
Only Athena maintained a regal appearance, despite the boredom and annoyance she also felt.
However, the demigods despite their best attempts to stay attentive and focused on Zeus' speech that had been going on for almost an hour, their ADHD was not helping them and had them almost at their limit, especially the demigods not recognized by their divine progenitors or more resentful of the gods.
"... as my government has once again demonstrated..."
"Shut up," thought Poseidon, though he had no desire to start another argument with his younger brother, but not knowing that many others thought the same, wishing that something would happen and end Zeus' speech
If only he and the others hadn't wanted it, as just a few moments later different flashes of light appeared in the room, flashes that led the non-immortals to reflexively cover their eyes.
While several of the gods present tensed, as no one dared to interrupt Zeus, not without good reason... unless they were a pesky Hades and/or Poseidon
And the former hadn't happened in several hundred years.
"Mother," exclaimed several of Kronos' children as they recognized one of the female deities that appeared, the Titanity being fertility, motherhood, protection, comfort, blessing, and tranquility, Rhea the former queen of the Titans.
"Yoy dare to invade!" Zeus shouted thunderously, recognizing a certain pair of Titans who were his uncles, while ignoring many of those who appeared; but the pair of titans just stared at him unimpressed, in fact seemed somewhere between disappointed and bored as they watched him for a few moments before looking at Hera.
"Where are we/am I?" several individuals in purple T-shirts, as well as other individuals in ordinary clothes said when they saw where they were, with many of the latter going mute at the sight of what looked like giants in front of them.
"The gods!" though several of the purple-robed individuals exclaimed after a moment's reconnaissance or thought about where they were, just before bowing to the immortals.
"But what—" that and similar exclamations were uttered by almost all the other gods, and they turned pale at the sight of several members of the Roman legion.
"Oh, no," said Poseidon with some regret, recognizing his in-laws, before realizing that Triton and other of his immortal sons were also present, but then he felt another essence of the sea, storms and earthquakes among the individuals he appeared next to the demigods.
So the king of Atlantis turned to see where the Greek campers were, where he recognized a certain brown, blue-eyed woman, who was next to a 12-year-old boy with sea green eyes, both of them being next to several individuals, some adults and others of the boy's age.
The only thing Poseidon could do in the face of surprise was to pale a moment before being attentive to any reaction of his brothers.
But then a couple of shouts attracted the attention of the kings of the underworld, sea, and Olympus, along with others.
"Thalia!" shouted a blonde boy, 19-year-old with blue eyes and a 12-year-old blonde girl with gray eyes.
Zeus was surprised as were others to see his half-breed daughter, whom he had turned into a tree years ago, and now she was surprised by where she was, as well as seeing the current appearance of the two blondes next to her, while ignoring his own physical appearance.
Hades took on an annoyed expression as he recognized the blue-eyed black-haired girl next to the two blondes, before noticing another blond boy with blue-eyed 11-year-old with the Romans, and then looking at Zeus.
At least until he could perceive his own essence among the mestizos, whom he looked at and turned pale when he recognized a boy next to a girl, both black-haired with dark eyes, who were confused and scary.

Needless to say, the chaos in the Olympic council room could turn into a catastrophe at any moment, but then the bonfire in the center of the room grew so drastically and unexpectedly that even Hestia herself quickly moved away.
And from the same bonfire a kind of sphere that seemed to contain galaxies within came out of the gigantic fire.
Many were tense and ready for a possible fight, but they were still confused, as no one knew what was going on, when the sphere flew at high speed towards Zeus, who moved out of the way.
The sphere passed its throne and became a kind of movie screen behind the thrones, but it didn't stop there, the thrones of the gods themselves began to shrink, as did all the deities until they were at a human size
Disbelief and denial was what the gods felt when they couldn't believe that something would change their size against their will, only Oceanus, his wife and Rhea kept an eye on the screen that appeared as they could feel a power they hadn't felt in thousands of years.
"Who dares?..." Zeus began, only to be cut off by his two brothers
"Enough Zeus!" cried the elder brothers of the king of Olympus, for each had his own concerns.
And before Zeus or anyone else could say anything, the projection lit up and sound began to emerge from it.
But to everyone's confusion, an older man with a beard and white hair, dressed as Santa Claus, appeared, drinking a glass of some alcoholic beverage in a bar.
"Hermes, this is your doing?!" Zeus exclaimed in annoyance at how 'ridiculous' everything became when he saw a mortal dressed as Santa Claus, the myth that mortals believe in.
"Father, he swore by the Stygian that I have nothing to do with it," said the messenger of Olympus before his father's gaze, and the sound of thunder could be heard, which made several jump.
Only Oceanus and his wife stared incredulously at Rhea's youngest son, couldn't he feel the power emanating from that projection? It was the question the titans of the sea had, but then Zeus turned to look at them and they both rolled their eyes as they realized what the lightning god was thinking.
"We have no idea what's going on and we're not looking to overthrow Olympus, I swear by Chaos" a sense of power could be felt in the room and those who knew the oath said by the Titan, being the deities present who paled extensively, however it was enough for Zeus to stop suspecting Oceanus and his wife, but the impact of witnessing the oath remained.
"You're not going to drive like that, are you?" said the manager of the establishment to Santa Claus
"I direct a little, but the reindeer do most of the work," replied the old man, making others in the bar who were also dressed up as Santa Claus laugh, and the bar manager a little
"Chiron, what's going on?" several Greek campers asked the old centaur, as they were among the most confused of all present.
"I don't know."
"This is my fourth year as a Santa Claus, what about you?"Another of the men at the bar asked the other Santa
"I was the one who started this," replied the questioner, making the others think he was joking
Only for the image to change to show Santa and his reindeer flying over a city, an image that left viewers open-mouthed
"Oh come on, are you serious?!" some of the mestizos and legates complained in a very low voice about the complete ignorance of what was going on, as well as incredulity at what was happening
"Christmas is here!" a man's scream could be heard as the screen showed a large mansion, before changing to show an older version of Charles Beckendorf, the son of Hephaestus to the surprise of Greek campers and others, driving a car.
Only a few of the more observant could see that the apparent adult Charles lacked the muscular development of the teen boy who worked in the forge of the Greek camp, while the older counterpart had the constitution of an ordinary person
But they also saw an adult Selina in the passenger seat, both adults, while in the back seat was a little girl who looked like Selina.
But now some gods and half-breeds who were privy to the divine world thought they were seeing the future, among these were Charles and Selina who were ashamed of what awaited them in the future.
But because the situation was so confused, no one made fun of them, except for a couple of Hermes' sons trying to lighten the tense atmosphere in the room that persisted.
The screen changed to show the girl celebrating that it was Christmas, before showing the interior of the house, which was decorated for the time, before changing to show that it was night and she was given a gift
"We decided we could give you a gift in advance," said Charles' counterpart, as he and Selina's counterpart sat with their daughter who was already in bed
"What is it?"The girl said as she unwrapped the gift, only to discover that it was a walkie talkie
"A direct line to Santa Claus"
Chiron had approached certain individuals, realizing just by looking at their faces how confused and scared they were, that they were ignorant of the divine world and the very lineage that some had.
"Will I be able to talk to Santa?!" The girl asked excitedly.
"Very good partygoers" A voice very familiar to the Greek mestizos was heard, as the image showed the faces of several of them, only older than the house/mansion workers, such as Alabaster, Ethan, before showing a 30-year-old version of Luke Castellan "Welcome to his worst Christmas"
The counterpart of the son of Hermes was accompanied by more armed individuals, who were about to break into the house
Luke and his men killed the mansion guards, as well as other workers, and then took Charles and Selina's counterparts, as well as their daughter, along with other workers, hostage.
Immediately some glances were cast at the Greek campers, who were very surprised at what they were seeing. Surprise, annoyance, anger, disbelief, and several other emotions were felt by those present in the room, but the confusion continued to linger in everyone.
Hermes grimaced, thinking that in the future his son would be even more spiteful towards him, but would end up taking it out on his fellow half-breeds
"You're got $300 million in your personal safe," Luke's counterpart told the family, before the image changed to show said safe, which was more of an underground vault being opened in front of Castellan and two of his people.
"Typical man," growled Artemis and some of her hunters, who had also appeared, some of them almost asked him for permission to shoot Castellan, but they thought better of it since it was not the time.
Zeus' daughter, Thalia Grace, along with Athena's daughter, Annabeth Chase, looked incredulously at Luke Castellan.
But then the image changed to show what appeared to be gold dust coming through the chimney before they gathered and the Santa Claus they saw at first appeared, who prepared to deliver the gifts he brought, followed by eating the cookies and milk left for him
"Did you see that, too?" some half-breeds asked their fellow demigods.
"Yes"
One of Castellán's men entered Santa's room and pointed a submachine gun at her
"I don't want trouble," Santa said, raising his hands and walking slowly to the chimney .
Some pinched or carved their eyes, as they still did not know what was happening and the ridiculousness of the situation, at least those who had not assumed that they were seeing some kind of future as Zeus, who was casting glances at Apollo.
At the projection the man hit him with the butt of the gun, but he didn't do much, he was going to hit him again when Santa caught the gun and stood up straight, showing his full height, before hitting the gunman
"Who is he?" an annoyed Luke asked the family, as Selina's counterpart held her daughter, before the image changed to show the men attacking Santa
Like one of these who after losing his gun took out a knife and tried to stab Santa, who used his sack, with the criminal's hand entering it and stabbing something, smiling he took out the knife believing that he stab the man dressed as Santa only to see with surprise and confusion that it was a gift that his knife stabbed
Faced with what happened, some of the gods began to pay more attention, such as Hades and Hecate, who realized that they could perceive the individuals on the screen and that there was something strange about the man dressed as Santa Claus, as well as the sack impregnated with magic.
"Santa, are you there?" the girl said over the walkie-talkie they gave her, waiting for Santa to answer, without anyone seeing her
An image that proved the innocence of the girl, but it was to be expected because of how young she was
The image then changed to show Santa in an arcade, where he was taking balls from a pool table and stuffing them into one of the stockings for gifts, which he used to hit criminals with unusual force
Some grimaced as Santa smashed one of the men's hand with pool balls, followed by punching him in the face hard and then throwing another of the men across the room.
"Mom, am I dreaming?" the boy with sea green eyes asked his mother, believing that he was asleep and it was all a dream.
"No Percy, you're not," replied Sally Jackson, while at the same time thinking about how to explain to her son what it was, since the cat was out of the bag and she still hadn't found a way to explain to her son that he was the son of a god.
"My dad told me you'd be too busy tonight," the girl kept talking on the walkie-talkie while Santa continued to fight the criminal, whom he stuck the star of the Christmas tree in the right eye and quickly connected it to the light, killing him
"Yes!" Ares exclaimed at the violence, getting a few glances, but everyone's attention shifted to the messenger from Olympus when he spoke
"Does anyone else not understand what's going on?" it was Hermes who said it turning to look at everyone else, and a few began to slowly raise their hands, which gave courage to the others. "Well, it's not just me"
"My name is Trudy Beckendorf," the girl said, as Santa pulled out a kind of magic scroll with his name and everything he said on the walkie-talkie.
"Yes, Trudy," Santa replied to Trudy
"Santa?! The girl exclaimed, surprised and excited, that Santa answered her
"You're on my list of good kids."
"Is Santa real?" some wondered in a hollow voice at what they had seen despite all the confusion.
As the screen changed to show Santa approaching another of the criminals to hang him using one of the Christmas decorations as a noose.
Then the screen changed to show Santa dealing with the criminals who were with Castellan's counterpart, whether on the roof, in the courtyard of the house, in the bedrooms, knocking them down separately.
Considering that several of the individuals shown in the projection were some of the most resentful demigods in the Greek camp, with most being aware of Luke Castellan's contact with Kronos; counterparts who were being killed by Santa Claus himself, caused some to begin to think that they had lost their minds or that what they were seeing was some strange way of the gods of keeping them loyal to Olympus.
"Time for some happy beatings," Santa said as he waited in a dark shed with a sledgehammer for several of the gunmen, before showing that he defeated them, either with the maso, stabbing them with a Christmas candy in the face or neck, taking advantage of the darkness of the shed, before the image changed back to a room in the house
"I don't think I'll ever look at Christmas the same way again," said some unintentionally, such as Trystan McLean who was overheard by his daughter, with both of them still very confused, who did not notice that a certain centaur was approaching them.
"Who the hell are you?" Luke's counterpart asked Santa, who was tied with Christmas lights to a chair, but then shook himself to fall near the chimney of the house and disappear in a kind of magic dust that escaped through the chimney, to the view of everyone.
"Boss, what if he's the real Santa Claus?" said one of the women who were with Castellan in an almost hysterical voice, a woman who looked like one of the Greek campers.
"Santa... No... exists," said Castellan's counterpart as if trying to refuse to accept how Santa escaped
"They're on my misbehaved list," Santa's voice was heard, while the screen changed regularly between how he eliminated each of the criminals, which the god Ares liked, as Santa Claus did.
But certain Greek half-breeds were frightened when Santa was shown reading the magic scroll he had, on which they passed the names of all who were willing to join Kronos. And his reaction did not go unnoticed by some gods.
"This is for misbehaving!" said Santa as he was shown in the courtyard unlatching a grenade and stuffing it into the trousers of one of Castellan's men.
"And what happened to those who misbehave?" Trudy asked Santa
"I'll give them coal," Santa replied, followed by the image changing to show him running away from the man he shoved the grenade into the pants, who desperately tried to pull it out of his pants
"That's not giving them coal," said Jason Grace, who was among the Romans.
"I have to see it," Santa stopped, letting viewers see the bruises and a bit of blood on him, before he turned to see the man explode
"I believe in you, Santa," the girl's voice was heard before showing that she was with Santa, who apparently rescued her
The screen changed for the last time to show Santa on the roof heading for the fireplace, only to step on reindeer feces
"Who did it?, Prancer?" Santa asked the reindeer "What a lack of professionalism"
Faced with Santa's appearance in that final moment on the screen, it seemed to everyone that it was just before Christmas went into chaos, leaving many with a different perception of it, as well as being incredulous.

"Now I see why they like Christmas," said Kymopoleia, who had enjoyed everything she had seen, earning various glances from the others
Many were about to say something, whether it was about the comment of the daughter of the kings of Atlantis, about none of them understanding what was going on, about the apparent future they saw, about the appearance of various individuals in the room of the Olympic Council, that the Greek and Roman aspects of the gods are not fighting each other, and several other things; but the projection changed to show something else.
If you liked it, comment and vote in favor, the review helps to improve.
