"Hello Katsumoto, where are you?" I run around shouting and looking for him, where in the hell did he get up to, why is he hiding from me I have no time for games. I found out what he and his so-called friends did to Hitoshi up on the roof and I want to have a chat, a deep long chat with him about it.
As I'm running around looking, I bumped into his friends, "Hey guys, have you seen Katsumoto by any chance?".
They all look at each other, shrugged their shoulders, and replied "How the fuck would we know, he just up and left without a trace."
"I think he got fed up with you" said another while laughing.
I got into his face and yelled "SHUT UP, tell him if he doesn't show up soon, I will kick his ass to kingdom come." As I said that they all gave a face of disgust knowing that I'm being serious, then they all left like dogs with their tail between their legs.
As I was walking to check the changerooms to see if he was there, on the way I bumped into Hitoshi, I looked behind me as to say sorry, but he just kept wandering, what is wrong with him I wonder. Please tell me nothing serious happened up there with the two of them and now he hates me.
As I continued looking, I saw some of my friends and asked them the same questions about where he is and where to find him, just for them to start mocking me and making fun of me and him. After this frustration I went to the rooftop to clear my mind and think of what is happening. On the way I heard a commotion of panic and terror up the hallway and I started to quicken my pace as I start running thinking to myself, please don't be him, repeating it over and over in my head.
As I arrive, I saw the aftermath of the event and his belongings everywhere on the floor.
"What happened, where is he, what is going on, can someone please tell me what is going on here!" I start shouting while running around. Suddenly a hand grabbed me and led me to the rooftop. They gave me water as I settled down, as I looked back up, I see the guy kneeling and looking at me. Slowly his lips opened.
"Please do not be afraid, but I have a feeling something bad has happened to your boyfriend, I have all the information you need and when your ready come find me."
He then stood up and walked away, as I saw him disappear, I got up and tried to chase him but lost him at the bottom of the stairs, there I saw Hitoshi walking past, he stopped looked at me and mouthed the words "I'm sorry."
I felt nothing but tears coming down my cheeks, I started shaking then decided to go home and try get some information on what happened and get a good night rest, who knows maybe he will show up tomorrow and turn out to be messing with me, I hope…
It's been two days now, where in the bloody hell is that guy, wait, there was the other guy that mentioned to find him when I'm ready. Whelp let's go and see if he's somewhere around the place where I can easily find him.
On the rooftop.
"Hello, Mr. I have no clue who you are, are you around I'd like to speak to you."
Crack! "Hello there, miss," I hear from behind me. As I turn around the guy is there staring at me while sitting, I sat next to him, and mustered "Who are you?"
"Listen, you don't need to know who I am, all you know is that I'm the saviour you're looking for, the one with the answers."
"But how are you my saviour, what do I do?" I reply.
He turns his head slowly, staring at me with blank eyes, "Ask, and you shall receive. You know the question, just ask and I'll tell you everything."
I turn to face him "Where is Katsumoto, what has happened to him, please help me find him."
"That, my dear, is the question we are all searching for, all I can say is that he is in a far worse position then he was now, in the depths of hell, being tormented…" As he is saying this, I have a shocked face, trembling, scared out of my mind.
He continues "Where he is now, he is receiving justice, to the upmost that he deserves, soon he will have nothing, bleeding, cut to pieces, broken, then repeated all over again, he is now in the place all fear to go to." Ask he backs away he says "Seek the one who was supposed to be in your study group for the answers…"
I sat for a few minutes thinking, what the heck does he mean by hell, place we don't want to be, wait person supposed to work, Hitoshi knows, he said he has the answer, where is he. I stood up and ran looking for him for answers. When I find that person, I am going to strangle his thin neck until he answers my question and tells me what has happened to my beloved.
As I turn the corner, I see him standing there looking out the window as if he was waiting for me to come and see him. I slowly approached him as if he was a wild animal ready to attack at any minute, I reached my hand out to him when suddenly I realised, he had tears going down his cheek.
"I see you spoke to him" he said without turning his head. "It is true, I know where he is, and I'm going to follow him soon, and when I do, I'll say hi to him for you." I stepped next to him and made him face me.
"Why didn't you tell me, I could've helped you, you didn't have to…" he cut me off by putting his hand in front of my face.
"It was too late, I'm sorry."
Sorry? What does he mean by that, but by the time I realised he was long gone, I ran after him up to the rooftop hoping he isn't going to do what I think he is going to do. "WAIT!" I shouted while seeing him standing on the edge.
"I am sorry, this is for the best, it is what I deserve."
"You don't have to do this, PLEASE!" I shout, but it was too late as he jumped.
At the bottom he clearly didn't survive as he woke up in a boat with Ai sitting across from him.
In a monotone voice she says "It didn't take long to see you again, but it's ok you don't have to live with the burden. Hope you enjoy your stay and maybe you'll think twice before making any more mistakes as I conceive this grievance to hell."
The next day people started rumours saying that I drove him mad and into killing himself, I tried to put an end to these conspiracy theories but failed. School soon went pass and I moved to a different town to start a new life.
I hope this never happens again.
