Chapter 20 Visit to Trolla
Snoob had just set up the portal he had been working on to help other Trollans or Orko to go to and from Eternia. Orko even set up his end with the sorceress. Now Orko was going to show his friends where he grew up and all Trolla has to offer.
"Orko it is very nice of you to bring us with you for your visit to Trolla," Adam said. "I only saw a small part when I went there to make your wand." He said.
"I am eager to see it," Teela said.
"I am looking forward to seeing my family again," Dree Elle said. "My mother, my father and my little brother," she said. "It was so nice of you to contact them to let them know I was okay," she said.
"Are you going to stay on Trolla after you meet up with your parents?" Andra asked her.
"No I have a feeling I might be able to help here," Dree Elle said. "Plus I have grown rather fond of all of you like Orko has, so I will come back to Eternia with all of you," she said. "The hard part will be telling my parents and little brother Yuka," she said.
"Yes I remember your brother Yuka, he was the kid I gave the rock with my name and line of advice," Orko said.
"Yes and he still has it," Dree Elle said. "He really looks up to you Orko," he said. "When I was able to talk to them once we were able to get into contact with them. They were so relieved to find out I was okay and happy that Orko managed to save me," she said.
"Well we better get going," Man at arms said.
Then went through the portal and saw Orko's cousin Snoob. "Hello Snoob good to see you," Orko said.
"Good to see you too cousin," Snoob said hugging him.
"This is Dree Elle the one I told you about who was a prisoner of the horde," Orko said.
"Hello Dree Elle," Snoob said.
"You remember, Adam, Teela, Andra, Damien, Roboto and Man-at-arms." Orko said.
"Of course I do," Snoob said.
"This is Adam's sister Adora and her friends Bow and Glimmer," Orko said.
"Nice to meet you," Snoob said. "Welcome to Trolla all of you," he said. "There is a lot to see here," he said.
They all headed out of the house. "Check it out, the trees are growing with their roots towards the sky and their leaves towards the ground," Glimmer said.
"The grass is orange," Teela said.
"Look at the rainbow it looks upside down," Man at arms said.
"Yes things are different on Trolla then other places of the universe," Orko said.
"Neato," Andra said.
They were looking around when a Trollan approached. "Excuse me are you Orko the great?" a Trollan wizard asked.
"Yes, but I haven't heard that nickname in years," Orko said.
"I am Lerick," Lerick said. "I have heard so much about you, from what you did on your sorcerer's quest and from getting oracle ring, from disappearing and discovering with rest of Trolla you were alive on Eternia," he said. "I bet you have done some amazing things on Eternia," he said.
"Well somethings on Eternia I did do that was pretty amazing," Orko said. "I did save a young prince and his pet in a tar pit like swamp when I first arrived," he said.
"I heard that sounds exciting and is it true after you saved the prince you were made a member of the Eternia Royal court and live in the Palace?" Lerick said.
"Yes it is," Orko said. "I have even befriended the sorceress who lives in castle grayskull who helps protect it and I sometimes help He-man and the other masters of the universe," Orko said. "I still make a mistake here and there due to the way Eternia's magic is but I managing some control thanks to a lot of practice and a new want," he said. "I know I still have a long way to go before I can call myself a fully realized Ringbearer," he said. "But I know with my friends help I can handle it," he said.
"I also just finished my sorcerer's quest and I got my mage emblem see," Lerick said.
"Awe the paw of nature," Orko said. "You must value nature very deeply to get that one," he said.
"Yes I do, I have always loved animals," Lerick said. "I really want to be good one who will defend the most endangered animals on Trolla and hopefully other parts of the universe, but I don't know if I can be a defender of endangered animals because all my friends say it is impossible because they will go extinct any way no matter what I do," he said.
"I doubt that," Orko said. "I talked to queen Marlena who lived on Earth for a time which has a lot of endangered species, she said thanks to many humans who cared many endangered species numbers have risen and getting off the list," he said. "So if you find Trollans and other species of friends who care as much as you do about the animals about to disappear from this universe you can all work hard to make these animals stay for as long as possible," he said.
"Thanks Orko," Lerick said. "I am glad to have met you and got to talk to you," he said.
"It was nice meeting and talking to you too," Orko said.
"I got to go, I have something I need to do," Lerick said. "I hope we can talk again soon," he said.
"Sounds nice I hope you enjoy the rest of your day," Orko said.
Lerick left after that. "That Trollan stopped to talk to you why?" Man at arms asked.
"He wanted to talk to me because he heard of me and see what I thought and give advice I think," Orko said.
"Yes Orko is very famous on Trolla," Snoob said. "Orko did many great things during his sorcerer's quest and during that time of his quest people who saw what he did and heard what he did started to call him Orko the great," he said. "Once he got the oracle ring his fame only grew but he never really let it get to his head," he said. "The only thing got to his head from it was not the fame but the pressure," he said.
"I heard that!" Orko said. "But you're not wrong," he said.
"Well I would like to learn more about Trolla's history and people," Roboto said.
"I know just the place, how about you Snoob?" Orko asked.
"I sure do follow us," Snoob said.
They followed them to an area and Snoob and Orko helped them get there. "Here we are the Trollan museum of History, Magic, Nature and Science," Orko said. "There is a lot to see and do here," he said. "But it is also very big, so it is easy to get lost," he said.
"Orko's right," Snoob said. "I got lost here one time when I was 7 when our family took Orko and I here," he said. "They found me pretty quick but it was scary for me and the family," he said.
"Okay sounds like we all must stay together as a group." Man at arms said.
They went in. "I can't read anything in here," Roboto said.
"None of us can," Damien said.
"Don't worry I will take care of that," Snoob said. "Visualize Translate for what see now you can read," he said doing a spell on them. "There now you can read Trollan," he said.
"I didn't feel a thing," Teela said.
"That spell is to help one who not from our world to learn how to read our language so it is to teach something so it is a harmless spell so it doesn't hurt or damage one bit," Snoob said.
"It says this guy is Bildo," Damien said.
"Yes he was an architect," Orko said. "He was an overlord during the reconstruction after the civil wars. He designed many buildings including the museum," he said.
"Look over here," Andra said. "here are all the mage emblems that Orko had shown us from his book," she said.
"That's right they are all here," Damien said.
"Yes and I remember all the explanations that Orko gave for them," Roboto said.
"Hey look at this picture," Adam said.
"That picture shows where Trollans first discovered magic," Orko said.
"Yes long before Trollans discovered magic we couldn't float or defend ourselves that well," Snoob said. "Those Trollans you see there are the first Trollans so this was long time ago," he said.
"Look there is where the Star Tree was planted and began to grow." Orko said. "The star tree is a highly sacred place here on Trolla," he said. "It is the one who gives us our mage emblems after judging us," Orko said.
"That is unique," Man at arms said.
"Yes the tree is magical it had an eye that can open and look right into one's heart and soul." Orko said. "It is also very wise, and understanding," he said.
"Look at this one," Teela said.
"That is Azron he was the Oracle of Old the one who's amazing deeds after blessing him made the star tree feel like others with just as special of heart should be blessed too," Orko said. "There is the coronation of an overlord who is part of the Trolla's ruling body," he said.
They came into another room. "This is shows many worlds and stars that are part of the galaxy that Trolla is in," Snoob said. "It even shows famous Trollans who studied them too," he said.
"Here is Kwikko and his speed fliers they were famous Trollans who did amazing flying stunts and protected Trolla," Orko said. "My buddy Squonge admires them a lot," he said.
They saw a few Trollans from history and it was amazing to see. They even saw some well known Trollan buildings.
Then they came into a room with pictures of Trollans fighting. "Here we have fights from Azron fighting the unnamed one and fights of other Trollans against Destroying angels," Orko said.
"Destroying angels?" Adam asked. "I think I heard of the unnamed one before," he said.
"As have I," Teela said.
"We all have it is in Eternia history," Damien said.
"The unnamed one was a very evil Trollan," Orko said. "I read in Azron's Journal they were once friends," he said. "I learned the unnamed ones name but I won't say it, it is considered taboo to say his name," he said. "Then once he was blessed by the star tree and helped the Eternia champion him and the unnamed one went from friends to bitter enemies," he said.
"I never knew that, and how did you find Azron's journal?" Snoob asked.
"I found it on Eternia in the woods with the other ringbearer's journals sometime later and I read all of them," Orko said. "But something is off, the last page of Azron's journal was partially torn off and stops midsentence," he said. "While the other ringbearers journals the last page is torn out completely," he said. "I am very suspicious about it to say the least." he said.
"I say you have right to be from what you said I agree it was a pattern and pattern I don't like," Man at arms said.
"These Destroying angels look scary," Cringer asked.
"Many on Trolla would agree with you they are horrible monsters that dark mutated Trollans with intense destructive powers and very evil, only a ringbearer has the strength to stop them," Orko said. "They are the creation of the unnamed order, they chose one young unnamed order member and train him or her to be one and do a special ceremony when the time comes, that is what one former unnamed order agent said. His name is Leber and he is one only few unnamed order agents who didn't want to due the evil he grew up among and in fact he was destined to be a destroying angel he wasn't to sure if he wanted to do it at first, but thanks to one Trollans kindness he decided he didn't want it and wanted the peace and love that Trolla already had." he said. "Just goes to show people can change, and Leber is still around and show love and kindness to everyone. No one judges him for his past pretty much anymore," he said. "Because one's past doesn't always define them because their past is not today, they wanted to stay in their present and look forward to a better future for them," he said.
"Very good words Orko," Man at arms said.
"These are the ringbearers fighting them?" Bow asked.
"Yes," Orko said looking at some of the pictures.
"Hey look at this picture it doesn't show ones who are ringbearers fighting this one," Glimmer said.
"Ah yes the five days of wrath during a time when there was no ringbearer at the time," Orko said. "Well there was he was just baby at time only a week old," he said. "In fact it was me," he said. "I was just a baby and didn't know I was going to be a ringbearer of much about life, being only week old I only cared about eating and sleeping," he said. "It attacked they day many Trollans were killed. The defenders who protected Trolla fought hard and many of them were badly hurt, they had to hold the monster off until the storm spell to destroy it was able to be activated. They managed to do it, and Trolla was saved," he said. "Me and several other Trollans were lucky to survive. From what I was told that creature seemed intent at going after Trollans under one year old, so I have a feeling it was trying to kill one particular infant that the unnamed one who is able to talk to it that saw it as a threat." he said.
The Orko's friends were worried. "Well I think any unnamed order leader feels if a possible ringbearer was born it would see any of them as threat," Snoob said.
"True," Orko said. "But there are other rooms to see," he said. They came into a room dedicated to the ringbearers. "This room is dedicated to the ringbearers. They all had many great accomplishments." he said. "These things you see are replicas of things that belonged to them," he said.
"Look at this," Bow said.
"That is Foosabella she went on the first sorcerer's quest, and got the first mage emblem and stopped Trolla's civil wars and drafted the great accord," Orko said.
"Who is this one?" Andra asked pointing at one holding book with music notes.
"That is Ero Dee one of the first song mage to go on a sorcerer's quest and complete it and get the oracle ring," Orko said.
"Yes and he was the first one to destroy a destroying angel after doing a lot of hard work at breath control and making song spells." Dree Elle said. "He used a special song spell the destroyed the angel and turned her bones into a horn and trapped her evil spirit in the horn." she said. "The horn was called the Horn of of evil, because the evil Trollan spirit inside can still do evil spells when the horn is blown," she said. "Ero Dee knew this and had the horn locked up so it won't end up in the wrong hands," she said. "He also put a fail safe on the horn a special song spell anyone can use even if they are not a song mage to use it if the horn is ever used, to fight it's evil," she said.
"Yes and he inspired other song mages and artists do great things," Orko said. "Many other song mages went on sorcerer's quests and got mage emblems because they were inspired by him," he said. "He was determined to protect our way of life and our history," he said.
"That's right," Dree Elle said.
"Who is this one with all these different people?" Roboto asked.
"That is Vana," Orko said. "She saw herself as a failure and disgrace after she made a big mistake after getting oracle ring," he said. "She left Trolla without telling anybody and traveled the planets in our part of Galaxy and made friends. She made team with those friends and dispersed bad things heard about Trollans and helped Trolla make friends with other worlds in our part of Galaxy again." he said. "She became known as the girl who breathed in space and friend to all," he said.
"That's true and she also founded the Trollan defenders too," Dree Elle said.
"That is very interesting," Teela said. "Look at this one over here," she said.
"That is of Masde the ringbearer before me," Orko said. "She is the one who showed Leber kindness and they both fell in love and sometime after stopping the unnamed order for sometime they got married and had a family," he said. "She only bore one child," he said. "The rest were orphans she took in with her husband. Because she believe everyone no matter, who or what they are or their circumstances deserves to be loved and to become their best." he said. "After she disappeared like the other Ringbearers then her husband Leber still lives lovingly like he promised he would if anything would happen to her," he said.
"How sweet," Glimmer said.
"Hey this is stuff about me," Orko said. "It shows the picture of my graduation to my disappearance and discovered I am alive on Eternia," he said. "Hey the even have the magical recording message I gave you Snoob," he said.
"Yes once they thought you were gone they wanted to add you anyway because they felt even though you gone too soon you deserved it and when they found you were alive after my adventure there they added these things," Snoob said. "They even added some things you did such as save prince Adam but it is only in writing in a news report I am afraid," he said.
"That's okay," Orko said.
They soon saw the rest of the museum and saw more of Trolla. Dree Elle was happy to see her parents again. "It is so good to see you both and Yuka again," Dree Elle said.
"We are so happy to see you too Dree Elle," Kyren said.
"We missed you," Seagg said.
"I am happy to see you too sis," Yuka said.
"I have something to tell you," Dree Elle said. "I am going to stay on Eternia with Orko to help him, He man and the masters of the universe I know I can help them please don't be mad," she said.
"It's alright Dree Elle," Seagg said. "You are a grown woman now so you can make your choice," he said.
"Just take care of yourself," Kyren said.
"I wanna go with sis and stay with her please! Please!" Yuka said.
"We will talk about it." Seagg said.
After talk at home a bit Yuka was going to go with Dree Elle. "Now remember listen to Orko and your sister," Kyren said. "Also listen to their friends to and behave," she said.
"Yes mom," Yuka said.
They soon headed back to Eternia and things were all set up. "Hard to believe we got to see Trolla," Adam said. "But it is great to be home," he said.
"Yes Trolla maybe different but it is full of great people," Damien said. "Different people but still very great," he said.
Everyone agreed.
"Hi in today's story you read how my friends and I went to Trolla where I was born and raised," Orko said. "You saw how they learned about my people learned that even though my home and people are different it is still a wonderful and beautiful thing," he said. "People from other countries maybe different from you too, but that doesn't make them weird," he said. "Different countries have different cultures, foods and religions but they are still people and deserve to be respected and treated kindly." he said. "Until next time see you!" he said.
