Danvers-Queen Wedding {4: Girls Day pt. 2}
After Oliver ended the call with Alex he went outside to see a flower drawn in the burnt grass, "Oh..." he said quietly "That's a big patch of grass" he said and Kara shot him a look "I mean it's beautiful!" Oliver said.
"Look what I did!" Astra smiled at Oliver. "I see!" Oliver chuckled.
Kara heard her phone ring inside the house, "Mama your phone is ringing!" Astra said.
"Wait your phone is..."
"Inside the house," Kara nodded finishing Mia's sentence.
"I have my hearing!" Astra clapped happily. "Alright pumpkin, let's go get you something to eat!" Oliver said lifting Astra off the ground as Kara quickly walked into the house to grab her phone.
"Thea?" Kara answered her phone in confusion.
"Hello dear sister in-law!"she could see Thea's smile.
"Hello Thea" Kara said suspicious and curious why Thea was calling "May I ask while you're calling?"
"Well Sara and I thought that we could take you out for a girls day!"
"Well...sure..." she walked out the room "What about Alex?"
"We...did invite...but she declined saying that she had something more important to do"Thea said.
"Right," Kara said sitting next to Astra at the table "Well I would love to have a girls day with you and Sara!" Kara said.
"Great! We'll pick you up around 12!"
"Is that Aunti Thea?" Astra asked her mother who nodded "Can I talk to her?"
"Thea would you like to talk to your favorite niece?" Kara asked.
"Of course!"
"Hey!" Mia said hearing what Kara had said from the kitchen, Kara laughed slightly as she handed the phone to Astra.
"Talk to aunt Thea while I go see if Daddy needs any help in the kitchen" Kara smiled at her daughter.
"Daddy said he doesn't need any help," Astra told Kara what Oliver had said from the kitchen.
"I'm sure he doesn't," Kara said also hearing what Oliver had said "But I'm going to go anyways" she said standing up.
As Kara walked away she heard Astra began to tell Thea about her having her powers.
"So," Kara walked over to Oliver who was cooking breakfast.
"So," Oliver repeated.
"Your sister called asking me if I would like to have a girls day with the her and Sara," Kara told him and Oliver looked at her with a questioning look as if he was asking;'what's your point?'"After I have a meltdown of Mon-El," she added, Oliver only shrugged moving on to check the bacon "And Alex is busy to have a girls day with her sister?"
"She's an agent," Oliver said turning to Kara "She probably has missions left and right all day" he smiled softly.
"Right..." Kara nodded still suspicious, she knew Oliver by now, he would call up Alex to make her feel better whenever she felt down and he couldn't make her better by himself, and if Alex was busy he'd call Thea or Nia.
"Why are you saying it like that?" Oliver said laughing.
"It's just, I cry to you my loving fiancé about my idiotic ex boyfriend, you make a call while I go out side to see Astra's powers, next thing your sister calls me up wanting to have a girls day with Sara and my sister is unavailable," she said "It makes me wonder if you and Alex are going to do something that you don't want me to know..." she said.
"Kara," Oliver placed his hands on her shoulders "I would never lie to you, unless it is a surprise" he promised.
"So you're not planning anything?" she raised an eyebrow.
"Oh now Alex and I are planning something," Oliver turned back to the food "We're going to hunt down your ex" he told her and she let out a sigh.
"I would laugh but I know you and Alex," she said. "We're just going to talk to him," Oliver put his hands up "and Alex may or may not be bringing a led brass knuckles" he whispered knowing Kara heard him.
Kara let out a soft laugh "Just don't kill him" Kara told Oliver who nodded.
Kara was in the middle of getting, Oliver had already left to see if Alex found anything on Mon-El, William and Zoe took Astra out, Evelyn and Mia would be joining her on the girls day.
"Kara! Thea and Sara are here!" Evelyn called out. "Okay!" Kara called back slipping on her shoes.
"You girls ready?" Thea asked. "Yeah" Mia and Evelyn nodded then Kara walked out the room.
"What do we have planned for today?" Kara asked as they made their way to the car.
"Shopping, for starters," Thea told Kara "You needthingsto take on your honeymoon" she added.
"Gross" Evelyn gagged. "That's disgusting" Mia said getting into the car.
"Okay besides buying things that are going to traumatize my stepdaughter and adoptive daughter, what else?" Kara said.
"Uh...anything you want us to do today" Sara said. Kara nodded.
Oliver arrived at the DEO and saw Alex hovering of Winn, "So tell me why you and Oliver need me to find he who must not be named?" Winn asked.
"Winn, he isn't Voldemort, he's not gonna appear if you say his name" Oliver told him, both Alex and Winn looked at Oliver shocked "Yes, I know what Harry Potter is," he sighed.
"Okay then," Winn said "Why do the both of you need to find Mon-El?" he questioned.
"Just a little chat," Alex said.
"Right..." Winn nodded suspiciously "Does Kara know about this?"
"Yeah," Oliver told Winn "Now stop asking questions and find him" he said.
Welp...Kara is going to do girls day while her fiancé and sister track down her ex-boyfriend...that sounds fun!
