A/N: Trying to get some work done on the main projects when an out of nowhere Mini-Royal affair pops into mind.

"You know Seiya I used to encourage this behavior but you are making me wish I never did in the first place," Sailor Venus groaned as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "Here I thought, 'What's the harm?"' A nice guy who isn't a madman stalker actually taking the time to give Usagi some attention will help her feel appreciated. Then overtime you became that mad man stalker."

"I am not mad," Seiya snapped, crossing his arms. "I know exactly what I'm doing. Minako"

"You'll address me as Lady Venus while you are here," Venus replied with just as much venom. "I think it would be best if we went back to having a more professional relationship. As should you, especially with a married woman. A married Queen."

"Queen or not," Seiya smiled at the thought of the queen in question. "She will always be odango and soon…she'll be MY odango."

"Seiya, Give. It. Up." Kunzite spelled out accentuating each word. "She loves him and he loves her. There is nothing you can do to change that."

"She doesn't treat her right," Seiya insisted.

"He treated her right last night," Kunzite chuckled dryly.

Seiya scoffed. "So you say."

"So does half the kingdom," Venus pressed her husband's point. "Given how loud the queen was in bed and how much her voice carries."

"I will do everything in my power to prove I can be better for her and make her happier than he ever could," Seiya stated, a look of determination in his eyes. "Hence why I found this."

Seiya gestured towards the cloaked alien figure who resembled the grim reaper who was holding a scale.

"Zai of Tenfer, the holder of the galactic scales," Seiya introduced the hooded figure with a grand gesture. "The scales have been a device since ancient times used to weigh the devotion attached to objects. It was used for a courting ceremony on Tenfer for generations."

"A pleasure to meet you Zai of Tenfer," King Endymion announced as he arrived in the garden where the party had assembled. His wife was next to him and the King made sure to stare at the representative from Kinmoku with great annoyance. "Kou."

"Odango," Seiya called softly, ignoring Endymion's irritated glare. "Please know that everything I do for you."

"Uh huh," Neo-Queen Serenity replied, not looking up for her Switch 8. "That's great and all but this is my day off from being both a mother and Queen of my whole planet. I kinda just want to play Mine Craft."

"Whatcha doing?" Endymion asked, glancing over his wife's shoulder. "Are you gonna beat the ender dragon?"

"Maybe later," Serenity shrugged. "I'm in free build mode now. I'm actually making a replica of that resort in Chile we stayed at."

"You mean the one with the jacuzzi in the room?" Endymion mused, a devious smile appearing on his face. "Hmm, that was an amazing vacation."

"See Seiya, this is them," Venus pointed out, gesturing with both hands at the happy couple. "I know you had some grand fantasy about coming back and catching the queen at a point of absolute despair and becoming her knight in shining armor but the fact of the matter is that just doesn't happen. Those two are in eternal honeymoon mode like three quarters of the time."

"No matter, this will prove my love for her is better than anything he can provide," Seiya insisted as he reached into his jacket and pulled out a blue rose. "This is the Uze blue rose of the planet Uze Mine. I had to risk my very life for it. This will prove that without their connection to the past, I am the better pick for her."

"And if it doesn't will you move on?" Kunzite wondered, arching an eyebrow. "Finally?"

"Fine whatever," Seiya grunted as he dropped the blue rose into one of the plates of the scale. "Add your object to the scale, your majesty. So I can prove I love your wife more than you do."

"Very well," Endymion acknowledged as he reached into his own jacket pocket, and pulled out a small book. He opened it and received a small object pressed in its pages.

"What is that? A condom wrapped?" Seiya asked, shaking his head. "Are you even taking this seriously at all?"

"Sir what are you doing? Just use your wedding ring," Kunzite coaxed, trying to understand what his king was holding.

"It's actually my favorite bookmark," Endymion answered, placing the bookmark on the plate. "When you are ready Sir Zai."

"Let fate weigh the love attached to these objects," Zai announced. The alien pulled the blocking pin and the scale slammed to the table in favor of Mamoru's side with just as much force as Seiya's jaw as it dropped to the ground.

"Well that's pretty definitive," Kunzite chuckled dryly, not shocked at all results.

"Incredible," Zai commented, staring at Mamoru's plate. "I've never seen such love and devotion."

"So are we done here?" Serenity piped in, not looking up from her game. It was incredibly obvious she too was not in the mood for Seiya's behavior any more either. "I'm getting kind of hungry."

"How is this possible?" Seiya screamed, unable to fathom the results. "The Uze blue rose is used on the planet Uze-Mine to pledge yourself to one's mate for all time. I had to fight the ugliest beast I've ever seen in my life to obtain it. How did you win with some piece of garbage?"

"First stop whining. You proposed this contest and you lost," Endymion remarked as he obtained the object from the plate and held it up. "Second, this condom wrapper as you called it is one of my prized possessions."

"What is it?" Venus asked, leaning forward and trying to understand what the King was holding.

"It's a pedal from the flower Usagi gave me when I was a kid," Endymion answered, holding the laminated pedal in his fingers. "Though I gave the rose to Fiore, I kept one of the pedals and have cherished it my entire life. It helped me remember a being of absolute hope and joy existed in the world and I needed to try to spread the same feeling to my patients I felt when I was alone and scared. When I found out that little angel who gave me this was the woman who threw a test in my face and turned out to be the hero I was fighting alongside…well the scales pretty much showed just how much she means to me."

"Oh Mamo-chan," Serenity cooed as she put down her game and kissed her husband on the cheek. "I love you so much."

"Oh gag me," Seiya groaned as he rolled his eyes at the display.

"Well this has been fun entertaining another attempt of yours to destroy our marriage," Endymion commented as he placed a hand on his wife's shoulder and led her away from the group. "However, it is our day off. We are going to get something to eat and then get a case of pocari sweat. We'll be needing the electrolytes for what we have planned for the rest of the evening."

"He means they're going to have a lot of sex," Venus clarified as she patted Seiya on the shoulder. She followed the royal couple and her husband back into the palace. "Give it up Seiya. You don't stand a chance in this life."

"Very brutal my love," Kunzite commented to his wife as she placed his hand on her lower back. The pair left Seiya and the visiting alien from the planet Tenfer alone in the garden.

"You know they have a point," Zai agreed, watching everyone leave.

"Shut up," Seiya growled, running his hands through his hair.

A/N: I actually got this idea after watching "I'm in love with the VIllainess" which is an incredible Yuri series which I'm hoping will eventually get a second season. There is a scene near the end where two characters prove their love by dropping an object on a magic scale. I also thought of the scene from Sailor Moon R: Promise of the Rose and how Usagi gave him the rose but then he gave it to Fiore. I thought "What if he kept a pedal because he wanted to remember the little girl who gave him hope?" It would be his most treasured possession and would definitely make an excellent bookmark.

I know I should be working on my main projects but for some reason I just found the need to remind Seiya how he has no chance with Usagi. I'm a stinker that way.
