Chapter 34 Finding the Swords
Orko was meditating at the moment. He would do it to focus his magic. He was wondering what he may see when he focuses enough. Because ringbearers can see things if they focus enough. Orko was focusing the best he can to find some things. Out then he saw something he saw the swords of protection and power locked away in a hidden room in Snake mountain and only very powerful magic can get into that room and retrieve the swords. He was focusing even more to find out more about this. He saw that it was in an area near where Skeletor keeps his prisoners. He focused more and saw Skeletor talking to both Hordak and to his surprise the unnamed one. They were making plans to destroy things and such. It was going to be a few days from now. It was during his training when this happened.
"He has been like that for sometime," Vana said.
"He must be seeing something important," Foosabella said.
"I wonder what he is seeing," Ero Dee said.
"His focus is more intense than before he must want to see all he can before it goes," Masde said.
"He will tell us what he has seen once the vision ends," Azron said.
Orko's vision ended and knew what was going to happen and where what they were looking for was. "I know where the swords of protection and power are," Orko said. "The unnamed one, he has teamed up with Hordak and Skeletor," he said. "He promised Hordak to rid him of the rebellion on Etheryia and he promised Skeletor Eternia, if they worked together," he said. "They are planning a big attack in a few days and it is going to be a big attack," he said.
"Orko that attack will be a major blow without the champions," Vana said.
"I know," Orko said. "We need to go to where they are holding the swords and get them back to their rightful owners," he said. "We need to do it before the attack," he said. "It would be a way to send them off before the battle gets to brutal," he said.
"Good thinking Orko," Ero Dee said.
"We need to go over this with masters of the universe and the great rebellion right now," Orko said.
A meeting was called. "I know where the swords are they are in snake mountain in a secret room," Orko said. "We need to find away to get in there and get them back, but we need one with powerful magic to access the room and bring the swords," he said. "Plus the attack in five days time," he said. "So we don't have a lot of time," he said.
"We need to make a plan," Bow said.
So they started to discuss it. Dree Elle pulled Orko aside. "Orko I want to talk to you alone," Dree Elle said.
"What is it Dree Elle?" Orko asked.
"Just come with me I want us to be alone," Dree Elle said.
"Okay," Orko said.
They made it to a place to be alone. "We are alone now, what is it Dree Elle?" Orko asked.
"Well we all have been through much since we met, and I have gotten to know you well," Dree Elle said. "You have helped us have hope and gain it back whenever it felt lost," she said. "You are such a guiding light to me and the others," she said. "But what we are planning to do might prevent this battle all together and if there is another battle and it will be big what are we going to do?" she asked. "What if you or even I," she said.
"Please don't talk like that," Orko said. "We will find a way to retrieve the swords and get them back to Adam and Adora, He man and She Ra will return." he said. "Then everything will be alright," he said.
"Orko I am glad you are not one to give up so easily," Dree Elle said. "It makes me not want to give up either," she said. "But still it is now or never it seems," she said. She took his hand and put it to her covered face. "My darling I want you to see my face," she said.
Orko looked at her and took her hand put it to his covered face. "I want you to see mine," he told her with soft loving eyes.
Dree Elle's eye brightened at that. "At the count of three," Orko said taking her veil into his hands and she had his scarf in her hands. "One," he said.
"Two," Dree Elle said.
"Three," they said together and saw each other's faces.
Orko's face was smooth and looked like he was a young man who had a glow of magic never seen before. Dree Elle had gentle and lovely features on her face.
"*giggle* My you're cute!" Dree Elle said.
"You're beautiful..." Orko said. "You are as lovely as your heart I got to know," he said.
"You are too sweet," Dree Elle said.
Then the two of them shared a kiss. Then they covered their faces again when they heard someone approach the door.
There was a knock. "Orko you are needed they want you to go to Snake Mountain and retrieve the swords," Man at arms said.
"I understand," Orko said.
"You can't go in there alone," Dree Elle said.
"Don't worry he won't Squonge and Snoob are here and they offered to back him up and Vana and Ero Dee will go with them too," Man at arms said. "You better hurry you need to head there as soon as possible," he said.
"Okay," Orko said.
Dree Elle grabbed Orko's hand. He turned to her. "Be careful," Dree Elle said looking at him. Then Orko kissed her face.
"I will be, don't worry," Orko said. "I will do everything I can to come back to you," he said.
"I know," Dree Elle said and let go of his hand.
Orko, Snoob and Squonge headed out with Vana and Ero Dee. They were headed to Snake mountain. They were rushing through and saw the huge mountain with the snake formation.
"Ugh this place can give anyone the creeps," Snoob said.
"We have a job to Snoob," Squonge said. "This is too important," he said.
"Squonge is right now let's go," Vana said.
"We better be prepared because they might fight any intruders," Ero Dee said.
"Luckily I know the warriors who live they, they tend not to be too bright," Orko said.
"So they are stupid?" Snoob asked.
"Yep," Orko said. "But still plenty dangerous," he said. They managed to get in.
"Who is in Snake mountain?' Trapjaw asked coming in to the hallway. "Trollans," he said.
"Trapjaw," Orko said.
"I will get you!" Trapjaw said and prepared to fire. Then Orko preformed a trick and stick with a sheet the said bang! Came out of the shooter. "Hey! I hate it when you do that!" he shouted. Then started to switch his arm out. Then Squonge used magic to twist his arm around and then toss him into some slime. "Awe gross and sticky," he said. "I think I'm stuck," he said.
"That takes care of that tin can," Vana said.
They continued on their way. "It's down this way," Orko said. They found the room. "This where it is," he said. Then he focused and got it to appear. Then they went inside. Orko retrieved the swords. "I got them," he said. "We need to quickly get these to who they rightfully belong too," he said.
"I wouldn't count on that," Evil lynn said.
"Evil lynn," Orko said.
"We stole those and they are ours now," Evil Lynn said.
"Just because they stole them doesn't make them yours," Orko said. "You villains have stolen many things, just because you think you are good thieves doesn't mean you will always get away with it. You will eventually get caught," he said.
"Why you little!" Evil Lynn said.
"Freight rein train get in chains!" Snoob said and cast a spell. Evil Lynn was chained up.
"Hey let me go!" Evil Lynn said.
"Now let's get out of here," Vana said. "Way we go back to the Eternos where we will be to return what we came to retrieve!" she said. Then they were off like a shot. They made to Eternos.
"We got what we came for," Orko said. "Now we will be ready when the attack comes." he said. He found Adam and Adora. "I got the swords," he said.
"Well done Orko," Adam said.
"Yes your really came through," Adora said.
"Orko!" Dree Elle said coming up and hugging Orko. "You're alright," she said holding him close.
"Yes I am alright," Orko said. "But I have a feeling that the unnamed one, Skeletor and Hordak won't be too pleased," he said.
The day of the attack had come. Once Adora and Adam were sure they were alone they turned into He Mana and She Ra.
"Look it's He Man and She Ra they are back!" Bow said.
"Alright!" Ram man said.
"I will show you to mess with me and friends!" Orko said. He was doing well in the fight and helping the other ring bearers. Snoob and Squonge were helping too. Dree Elle was helping as well.
"Retreat!" Hordak said.
"I agree this is a lost cause," Skeletor said.
Then a vision of the unnamed one appeared before Orko. "You may have beaten us and brought back the champions of the Eternia and Etheryia Orko," the unnamed one said. "But the unnamed order won't go down that easily, we will keep coming after you, Trolla and all the magic in the galaxy." he said.
"I will be waiting," Orko said.
"Just remember it won't be so easy!" the unnamed one said and made his magical projection disappear.
"We did it," Man E Faces said.
"Now we must return to Etheryia for a while," She Ra said to He Man.
"I know and we will be prepared to help you at any time She Ra," He Man said. "I know you will be willing to help us at any time too," he said.
Then the two of them hugged.
Everyone was so relieved that He Man and She Ra were back. "I know He man and She Ra are back, I have a feeling this may only be the beginning of our problems with the forces of evil working hand in hand like this," Orko said.
"I know, and I think you are right," Adam said.
Everyone had to agree.
