Astra's Three Days Away: { Day Two...1...}

~~~~~~~~~~The next morning Astra was woken up the smell of chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and eggs. She slowly sat up remembering she wasn't at home in her own bed she was at Mon-El's apartment.

She slowly got out of bed holding the little Supergirl Mon-El had won her yesterday at the amusement park, she opened the door walking out her room and saw Imra cooking.

"Good morning," Astra said making her presence known to Imra.

"Good morning!" Imra turned around from the bacon "I've made breakfast if you're hungry" she pointed to the table.

Astra nodded walking over to the small little table, "Can you help me?" Astra asked Imra nodded walking over to the young girl and lifting her into the chair and began to put food on her plate.

"Do you want any juice?"

"Apple Juice please."

Imra smiled and nodded making her way over to a cabinet to get a cup down then to throw fridge.

Mon-El soon came out the room "Good morning little one!" he smiled at Astra.

"Hello."

After fixing the rest of their breakfast plus coffee Mon-El and Imra sat down at the table with Astra and began eating.

The trio ate in silence.

"So Astra," Mon-El started "Imra is going to be taking you shopping for clothes and things to decorate your room in," he told the girl "How do you feel about that?"

"Okay," she nodded "Are you coming?" she asked.

"No I'll be doing some hero work" he said "But I'm sure Imra would bring you by the Tower so you could meet our team."

"I would love to do that" Imra smiled.

"You're both hero's?" Astra questioned "Like mama and daddy?"

"I don't think people would consider Oliver Queen a hero but your mama sure" Mon-El said causing Imra to hit him under the table and glare at him "I mean of course like your mama and daddy!" he faked a smile.

Astra nodded drinking her apple juice.

Danvers-Queen Household

Oliver woke up to an empty spot next to him and the sound of water running, "Kara?" he called out for his wife.

"About to get in the shower!" she said from the bathroom.

"Why does it smell like burnt trash?" Oliver sniffed then quickly covered his nose.

Kara groaned annoyed as she stepped stepping into the shower.

A few minutes later she came out with a towel wrapped around her, Oliver was in the kitchen making breakfast with the help of Evelyn.

She quickly put on some clothes and went to where her family was, "Good morning Kara" William was the first to noticed her.

"Morning" she smiled, kneeling down to Tommy who was playing with his toys.

"Morning baby" she smiled at him.

"Morning Mama!" Tommy giggle happily, she gave him a kiss on the forehead and headed towards the kitchen.

"Isn't this a lovely sight" she smiled at Oliver and Evelyn working together in the kitchen at the pair made breakfast.

"Hey Kara!" Evelyn looked over her shoulder before turning back to the waffles.

"Morning babe" Oliver gave her a peck on the cheek as he passed her.

"Where's Mia?" she asked knowing that her stepdaughter is usually the first of her children up.

"She called last night and said that she was staying at a friend's house" Oliver said.

"Okay."

It was later in the morning close to 10 am, Astra and Imra were getting dressed to go shopping as Mon-El had left already, Astra had put on a bright yellow dress that had different colored butterflies on it and a pair of white shoes.

Once she was done dressing herself Imra had helped her with her hair. She gave her two braids that crossed and put a white bow at the end of both braids.

Imra has put on; a white tank top with peach color shorts to go over it along with a pair of sandals, and she had left her hair two were now getting into Imra's car heading towards a small little clothes shop for women and young girls.

"So, Astra tell me something about yourself," Imra said looking at the little girl through the review mirror.

"Like what?" Astra asked.

"I don't know," Imra shrugged "Like what's your favorite color?" she asked.

"The rainbow!" Astra replied happily.

"Okay," Imra giggled "Whose your favorite super hero?"

"Uhm...Dreamer!" Astra said.

Imra was shocked that Astra didn't say Kara or Oliver, "I guess she's a good hero" Imra smiled, and Astra nodded.

Since it was the weekend Kara and Oliver had the day off, they declined to have a day in with Tommy and Evelyn, as for William who still had to work and Mia who was still out with her friends.

"So what movie are we watching?" Evelyn asked her parents.

"Whatever you want to watch" Oliver came in with popcorn.

"Okay," Evelyn nodded "Have either of you seenTwilight?" she looked at Oliver and Kara.

"Yeah" Kara nodded.

"No."

"I haven't either" Evelyn said.

"Wait," Kara sat up "Neither of you haven't seenTwilight?" she asked them "What have you both been doing?"

"Being a vigilante" they both replied.

"Right..." she nodded "Well let's watch it" she said and Evelyn clicked on the movie.

Imra and Astra had reached the store a hour ago and their cart was already filled with cute little outfits for Astra and some cute outfits for Imra.

Imra had gotten to know Astra a little as Astra did the same.

"So how about we stop and get some lunch before going to the next store?" Imra suggested.

"Okay!" Astra nodded.

Imra smiled, the two went to buy the clothes and headed to Big Belly Burger.

Near the end of the movie, Evelyn had fallen asleep on Oliver's shoulder while Tommy was sleeping in Kara's arms, while Kara was laying her head on Oliver's other shoulder.

The movie finally ends as Kara's phone began to ring waking up Evelyn and almost waking Tommy.

"It's Mon-El," Kara said after pulling out of phone carefully to not wake the toddler in her arms.

"You answer the call," Evelyn sleepily sat up "I'll take Tommy to lay down with me" she said carefully taking the younger boy in her arms.

"Mon-El? Is everything okay with Astra?" she answered the phone worriedly as Oliver listened as she had the phone on speaker.

"Astra's fine."
"She's spending the day with Imra today."

"Then what do you need?"

"I need you to come to my tower."

Oliver looked at Kara as she looked back at him.

"Why?"

"We faced Lex today,"Mon-El told her"Just a few moments ago."

"What?" Kara said as Oliver checked his phone "I didn't get an alert."

"That's because Brainy found it before the DEO could."

"Right," Kara said "Why do I need to come down there?"

"Because he might have lead us somewhere but my team was taken."

"And you weren't?"

"Are you going to help or not?"

"Fine," Kara rolled her eyes "As long as Oliver gets to come."

"Fine."

They ended the call "I'll go tell Evelyn..." Oliver got up but Kara stopped him.

"She's sound asleep, don't wake her," she told him "We'll just leave a note" he nodded.

I wasn't looking into making this part longer than the three days but I'm going on the road today and wanted to publish this chapter since I wouldn't be able to update.
