Chapter 57 Orko Protective father

Orko and Dree Elle about six months ago had welcomed a son into the world. His named is Eddym and they love him very much. "Look how precious he is," Dree Elle said. Eddym was cooing and being held by her.

"He sure is," Orko said. "He is a fine young Trollan and he will grow up to be big and strong," he said.

"He sure will," Dree Elle said. "I am glad you decided to watch him today all by yourself so I can take time be with my friends and unwind," she said.

"You deserve a break," Orko said. "After all you do a lot for him," he said. "I took off duties today so I could do so," he said. "So everything is going to be fine," he said. "So do what you want to do with your friends," he said.

"Thanks Orko you are so sweet," Dree Elle said and kissed him. Then she left the palace to go spend time with her friends.

Orko smiled and held his son. "It's the two of us today son!" Orko said. "We are going to have nice day together yes we are," he said.

Eddym cooed and giggled at Orko and enjoyed his father's attention. Then Orko sniffed the air. "P.U.! You need your diaper changed," Orko said and placed Eddym on the changing table in the nursery. "Okay now let's take care of this." he said. He took off the diaper and cleaned up Eddym's backside and put the dirty diaper in the trash and put a clean one on him. "There we go all done." he said. "Now you have a nice clean diaper," he said holding his son.

He carried Eddym out and was happy to be having this day with his son. "So you are watching little Eddym today huh little buddy?" Adam asked.

"Yes Dree Elle could use a break," Orko said. "This gives me an opportunity to spend one on one time with my son." he said. "I am very happy about this," he said.

"Hello Eddym," Adam said tickling the baby Trollan making him giggle. "I can hardly believe how much he has grown." he said. "He's not such a tiny baby anymore, now he is quite a bit bigger," he said.

"True he's doubled size," Orko said. "But the pediatric healer says that is normal and he is a very healthy baby," he said.

"Man at arms just look at little Eddym he sure is growing fast," Adam said. "He is now twice the size he was then when he was born," he said.

"He sure is," Man at Arms said. "When he was born he could easily fit on part of one of your arms Adam, and now that is he is bigger you need to use two hands," he said. "That baby Trollan is growing like a weed," he said.

"You said it," Orko said. "He's a fine little guy," he said. "I was planning on taking him out for a while," he said. "I think some fresh air would be good, and the sorceress told me she would really like to see him and get a proper meeting with him because all she got were little glances of him," he said. "So I am heading out I will try to be back around lunch," he said leaving.

"Okay," Adam said.

Orko was carrying little Eddym in the forest. Eddym cooed and looked all around at the sights around him. "Isn't it lovely out here son?" Orko asked. Eddym looked at all the trees, plants and animals. Then a little butterfly landed on the baby Trollan. Eddym giggled at this. "So precious," he said.

Then Orko held Eddym even closer. "You are my brave wizard son," Orko said holding his son close. Eddym cooed and touched his father contently. "Come on son let's go see daddy's friend the sorceress," he said in a gentle voice. "Let's go," he said.

He made it to castle Grayskull and came inside. "Hello Sorceress it is good to see you," Orko said.

"Hello Orko good to see you again too," the sorceress said smiling.

"I believe wanted a more proper introduction to my son Eddym," Orko said. "Here he is," he said holding him up. Eddym looked around castle grayskull in wonder from his position in his father's arms.

"My he certainly a fine child," the sorceress said. "Hello Eddym," she said approaching.

Eddym felt a little shy and clung to Orko. "Oh don't be scared," Orko said. "the sorceress is nice," he said.

"You sure are a cute little baby," the sorceress said. "You do have a strong magic like your father," she said. "But I can tell you are already warming up to me because my magic can easily sense your feelings and I am feeling you already not feeling scared of me but more curious," she said.

Eddym proceed to grab the sorceress' finger and pulled at it and investigate he feathery outfit. He was much more relaxed. "He seems to like you," Orko said.

"Seems your son quickly forgets his fears," the sorceress said. "He is going to be brave one," she said.

"Yes during storms he does freak out and cry," Orko said. "he is calm and relaxed as ever," he said. "He looks around the noise wherever it comes from even if it is very loud it really doesn't scare him," he said. "Seems like he doesn't scare easily," he said.

"He is a fine child Orko and will grow into a fine Trollan who will be very brave," the sorceress said.

"I want to know how is the part of the star tree we Trollans were given by the star tree to grow here on Eternia for the colony?" Orko said. "I have to check on it," he said. "Because once it is full grown then young Trollan wizards on the Eternia colony can go on their sorcerer's quest here on Eternia instead of having to go all the way to Trolla for it." he said. "The star tree gave it to us for that purpose and it has a link to the star tree on Trolla so it will do all the same things it can do by magic so in other words it is very important," he said.

"I will show you," the sorceress said. Then it appeared the screen where the Eternia Trollan temple was being built. "As you can see it is growing well," she said. "It will still take many years for it to be grown enough for the young wizards to take their quests here," she said. "It is should be ready by the time Eddym has grown up enough to go on his," she said.

"I understand," Orko said. "Well I better go now," he said. "So I will see you later," he said.

"Of course," the sorceress said.

Orko headed back to the palace. He heard something. "Who's there?" Orko asked.

Then Clawful appeared. "Well, well, look what we have here a Trollan," Clawful said. "I know which Trollan you are, you are Orko," he said. "What do you have there?" he asked. "It looks like something the might be of value to me and Skeletor hand it over." he said.

"No," Orko said. "I will not," he said feeling protective.

"Give it too me now," Clawful said.

"No," Orko said.

"Give it too me now or I shall take it from you by force," Clawful said.

That did it now Orko was raging mad. His eyes glowed and he had an angry look on his face. "Don't come near my son you vile being!" Orko said in an angry voice. His hand he fired a very powerful magic spell.

It hit Clawful and knocked him back hard.

Man at arms was out doing research and he heard the sound. He came up and saw Clawful looking getting up and seeing an angry Orko. "If you ever come near or threaten my son again!" Orko said.

"I'm getting out of here!" Clawful said taking off.

Orko's rage was starting to simmer down. Man at arms approached carefully because he could tell Orko's adrenaline was still running and he was probably going to attack anyone who got too close at the moment.

"Whose there?" Orko asked hearing a twig snap that Man at arms stepped on. Orko was preparing to do another magic spell.

"Easy little friend it's only me," Man at arms said holding up his hands.

"Oh Man at arms," Orko said. He stopped the spell. "I'm sorry Clawful appeared and thought that Eddym was something he and Skeletor could use and when he said he would try to take him from me by force I attacked him and I heard you and I thought you might be another threat," he said.

"I understand completely," Man at arms said. "The most important thing is Eddym is safe," he said.

"It sure is," Orko said.

They headed back to the palace and Orko told Dree Elle about what happened. She was worried but happy Orko protected their son.

Meanwhile the Unnamed one was being freed from his prison by his followers. "We have found a way grand master to free you." Krade said. "The portal will open and you shall be free," he said.

The portal opened in HQ and the unnamed one came through. "Trolla and universe I have returned," Unnamed one said. "Be prepared Orko because now things are going to be a lot harder for you now!' he said his eyes glowing green.
