Rose Hathaway, that's all my other classmates can talk about. Apparently she is the best novice at St Vladimir's, actually the best novice in the states. I say it's because she is mentored by my older brother. That gives her an advantage. She's killed two Strigoi already. She also has two molinja and a zveda , which she earned from the attack on the academy. The attack changed everything for us and I was so glad my brother survived. With St Vlads closed, probably permanently, they were sending all the novices to other academies. And she was headed to mine. Well she has another thing coming if she thinks that she is going to take my place.
